Shawn D.: All right, well, I think that's as good as she's gonna get, at least for today. Plus, I got to get down to the courthouse and get cleaned up. I want to make sure I'm there for my mom, and I don't want to be late.

Max: Yeah, me, too. I mean, I'm gonna be there for Chelsea. Not that I don't feel for what Hope's gonna have to go through, but I -- I just don't think Chelsea needs to do time. I don't think she belongs in prison.

Shawn D.: Yeah, well, that's your opinion.

Max: You really think she killed your little brother on purpose?

Shawn D.: Really, I don't want to get into this again, okay? Obviously we're just gonna disagree on this, so you do what you got to do, and I'll do what I got to do.

Max: All right, fine. I'm gonna get changed.

Shawn D.: Honey.

Mimi: I know you don't want me to go to the courthouse. And I should stay home and take it easy, but you're my husband, and this is gonna be a really hard day for you and your family, and I want to be there to support you.

Shawn D.: I appreciate that. I really do, but you heard what Lexie told us. You have to relax and take it easy, especially these first couple weeks, and that is exactly what I'm gonna make you do. I don't want anything to happen to you or the baby, all right?

Mimi: Okay. But when you're at the trial, what am I supposed to do? I'm just gonna be worrying about what's happening every minute.

Shawn D.: Don't worry about that. I've got something figured out.

Mimi: What?

Shawn D.: Well, I have organized a distraction that I think you're gonna like.

Belle: Oh, I know she will. [Chuckles] Shawn and I have something very special planned for you today.

Sami: Thank you very much, E.J. here we are. Um, Joelle, E.J. Wells and I are here to meet with Kate, so you want to let her know we're here?

Joelle: Sorry, Sami, but Kate's not here.

Sami: What do you mean?

Joelle: I don't know what happened. She should have been back by now.

Eve: No need to be alarmed, ma'am -- Ms. Roberts.

Kate: How do you know my name?

Eve: You got a famous face.

Kate: Oh, yes.

Eve: It says here that you'd do anything to help your granddaughter. Is that true?

Kate: Well, of course it's true. I love Chelsea very much.

Eve: Well, then, today's your lucky day... 'cause I'm prepared to make you an offer that you can't refuse.

Chelsea: How do I look -- my hair and my makeup? Do I have too much lipstick on?

Billie: Chelsea, you look fine. I told you. Now listen to me -- you need to just calm down, okay?

Chelsea: Calm down?

Billie: Yes.

Chelsea: How am I supposed to calm down when I'm about to go to trial for my life, Mother? At least I know that dad will be on my side, and Bo and Hope won't be getting back together.

Billie: What? Wait a minute. What do you mean you know? How can you be sure? Chelsea...what did you do now?

Frankie: Bo, I have some bad news.

Bo: You don't have to say it. Things don't look good for Chelsea. Do you think she's gonna have to go to prison?

Frankie: Possibly. The news I have has nothing to do with Chelsea. It's about you and Hope.

Hope: Okay, what do you think -- the beige or maybe the charcoal? I can't decide what to wear. Or the navy? You think I should wear --

Jennifer: I think any of them would be fine, Hope.

Hope: You're right. It doesn't matter what I wear. What matters is what I have to say, and the facts of this case are gonna speak for themselves anyway, right? How about the navy? Or maybe the charcoal.

Jennifer: Are you sure that you want to do this? My goodness, you are practically shaking.

Hope: Jennifer, I have to. I have to do this...for Zack. To see justice done, I have to testify against Chelsea to make sure she pays for what she did.

Jennifer: Yes, she was reckless and completely irresponsible, and she has to answer for that, but...

Hope: But what?

Jennifer: She is Bo's daughter. And I'm just so worried what could happen. This trial could tear you and Bo apart forever. Is that something that you are prepared to live with?

Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of our Lives.

Jennifer: Sit right here. I know...I know in your mind that you already think that it's over, but it doesn't have to be. You can work this out.

Hope: Jennifer, I can't think about Bo right now. I have to focus on today, on getting ready for the trial, and I still haven't decided what I'm going to wear.

Jennifer: Fine, this. This. Wear this.

Bo: [Chuckles]

Hope: Oh, my gosh. This is beautiful.

Zack: Happy Mother's Day, mommy.

Hope: Oh, baby, did you pick this out yourself?

Zack: Daddy helped me.

Bo: He made the final choice. He said, "mommy would be the most beautiful mommy in the world in that," right?

Hope: I love it. But you know what? I love you. I love you, sweetie pie, my big guy.

Bo: Hey, can I get in on this hugging stuff?

Hope: Of course you can, daddy. I'll hug you. We'll all hug each other.

Bo: Happy Mommy's Day.

Hope: Happy Mother's Day. Happy Mother's Day, sweetheart.

Hope: [Sighs] This is it. This is what Zack would want me to wear. [Sighs ] I just have to stay strong for my little boy. I know he wouldn't want this to tear his parents apart, but that e-mail that Bo sent --

Jennifer: No, look at me. Do not tell me that you honestly think that Bo wants Billie.

Hope: Jennifer, you were there. You heard what Chelsea said to Max -- that her father was gonna stand by her no matter what.

Jennifer: Yes, that is Chelsea's wishful thinking. You know better than to take anything that she says seriously.

Hope: Then how do you explain the e-mail? Bo said that if I testify against his daughter, it's over between us.

Jennifer: I know it said that, but I don't think that's what he really meant because I heard what he said to you. There must be some sort of misunderstanding. I mean, whatever the two of you have, it's not going to be over unless you want it to be over, and I know that's not what you want.

Hope: No, it's not. Even after everything, I still love him. I do. I don't want to lose him.

Jennifer: I know you donít. So you need to talk to him. You need to tell him this face-to-face before it's too late.

Bo: [Sighs] What about me and Hope?

Frankie: Bo, I hate to bring this up today of all days, but your paperwork came in and if you and Hope sign --

Bo: I'm not gonna sign a damn thing 'cause I don't want a divorce. This whole thing is a mistake. We're gonna work it out.

Frankie: Well, I hope you do work it out.

Bo: Did she sign those papers?

Frankie: Not yet. I haven't had a chance to give them to her yet. They just came in.

Bo: Can you stall for a while? 'Cause I just need some time to talk to her.

Frankie: I'll do my best.

Bo: Great, I appreciate that, 'cause today I got to deal with Chelsea.

Frankie: Unfortunately, um... well, I've got some bad news on that front, too.

Billie: Chelsea, answer me. What did you do to come between Bo and Hope?

Chelsea: There's no way I can let Hope read this the way it was. [ Sighs] There. Much better.

Jennifer: I think Bo is reaching out, and you need to give him a chance.

Hope: I'll try. [Footsteps approaching] [Sighs] All right, well, there it is.

Jennifer: Okay, well, remember what he said -- just read it with an open mind.

Hope: I remember. Oh, my God.

Jennifer: What? What is it?

Hope: "Zack's gone, and we have to move on with our lives, and I'm praying we can do that together. Our love, our marriage is too important to throw away."

Jennifer: Why do you sound so surprised?

Hope: Jen, just listen. "But if you insist on speaking out against my daughter at her trial, I will consider our marriage to be officially over. It's up to you, Hope. Our marriage or your vengeance. Bo." That's how much he loves me.

Jennifer: No, that's not true. Hope, that's not true hold on. Hope, wait!

Chelsea: [Sighs] So long, Hope. I hate to see you run. Part of me actually wishes I felt sorry for what I did to you. But I donít...because you had it coming. Bitch.

Chelsea: Look, all I'm saying is, is that if Hope testifies against me today, and you know she will, and she'll be vicious, it'll probably be the end of her and Bo, not to mention me.

Billie: That's not gonna happen. Come here. They're not gonna send you away. Frankie is a great lawyer. He's the best, and he's gonna do something to stop it, okay?

Frankie: I wish I could, Billie, but I don't think there's anything anyone can do.

Kate: Okay. What exactly are you proposing?

Eve: I can help your granddaughter.

Kate: How?

Eve: Well, I'm sure you know about the surveillance video, right? The one that happens to catch her barreling down the road that fateful night, focusing on her cellphone instead of where she was going?

Kate: Yes, yes, I know about it.

Eve: Well, that little video disk is the D.A.'s entire case. It's all the prosecution needs to nail Chelsea for vehicular homicide.

Kate: [Chuckles] So, what's your point?

Eve: I can get it for you -- the video disk.

Kate: In exchange for what?

Eve: Thought you'd never ask.

Sami: E.J. and I will just wait in Kate's office for her. E.J. is a V.I.P., Joelle. We're not gonna make him wait in the lobby. And I'm gonna be around a lot, so you might want to get used to it. Come on. Right this way. Don't worry about her. She's sort of a pain.

E.J.: Well, she did have a point. She's probably just doing her job, and I can't imagine that Kate would want us waiting in her office.

Sami: Oh, I'm sure you're right, but then she shouldn't be late, should she?

E.J.: She's a very busy woman, I'm sure.

Sami: There is something that is not right about this.

E.J.: Because she's late?

Sami: No, no. The whole situation. She -- well, I guess you're gonna find out soon enough. Kate and I don't exactly get along. And she definitely doesn't want me marrying her son, to say the least. And, um, so it just seems weird to me that she wants to work with me.. Maybe there's something here I can figure out what she's doing.

E.J.: You are unbelievable. Do you know that?

Sami: Believe me, we're a lot better off if I can figure out what she's up to now.

E.J.: Well, quite aside from the disgusting invasion of her privacy, there's also the fact that she might waddle through that door any second.

Sami: Oh, you're right. And besides, I can't afford the bad karma.

E.J.: Yeah, okay.

Sami: Oh, look, I know, all right, fine. You don't believe in bad karma, but I do. Hey, you know, I came up with a good deed to-do list, you know, like earl. I watch that show. Anyway, number one on that list is making sure that Dr. Lexie carver gets retested for breast cancer.

E.J.: I don't understand. Why exactly is that at the top of your list?

Sami: I didn't do anything.

Sami: Wrong, Sami. You went along with Alex North when he altered Lexie's biopsy results. You let him hide the fact that she might have breast cancer. If Lexie dies, it will be on your head.

Sami: It's just a good deed. You know, cancer is really serious, and Lexie's just being stubborn.

E.J.: And this is a good friend of yours?

Sami: Oh, no, not exactly, but I feel very strongly that she should get retested.

E.J.: Well, have you spoken to her about this?

Sami: Yeah, yeah, I tried to talk to her, but she misconstrued my intentions.

E.J.: Oh, you know what? I have to make a couple of phone calls. Could you just excuse me?

Sami: Yeah, no, of course. We've got plenty of time. [Sighs] Kate, I am going to find out what you are up to if it's the last thing I do.

Kate: What I want to know is who put you up to this. Is this some kind of setup, because if Sami Brady --

Eve: Relax. I promise you, no one else is involved. Now, do we have a deal or don't we?

Kate: No. No, we donít... because I don't want to go to jail myself. I'm not that desperate.

Eve: I'm sorry to hear that. Sorry for your granddaughter, too. If she ends up in jail, she'll be dead meat. Anyway, you change your mind, you can reach me at this number. I just wouldn't wait too long.

Shawn D.: I called Belle and asked her to take you shopping.

Mimi: Shopping?

Shawn D.: Yes.

Mimi: Today? Shawn.

Shawn D.: I don't want you to worry about me, my parents, or this trial. I just want you to take the day and do something that you enjoy.

Belle: Come on, you know there's nothing like a little retail therapy to take your mind off everything.

Mimi: Thank you, thank you. I appreciate what you guys are trying to do, both of you, but, Shawn, my place is with you at the trial.

Shawn D.: Honey...look, if you really want to help me, then give me one less thing to worry about today, okay? Take the day with Belle and let me deal with the trial. You heard Lexie. This is a very critical time for this entire procedure, and I just want to give you and the baby every chance.

Mimi: Okay, fine. You're right a little bit.

Shawn D.: A little bit? Honey, come on, I want this to all go okay. I love you so much.

Mimi: I love you, baby.

Belle: Here.

Shawn D.: What are you doing?

Belle: I want you to keep it, and every time you see it, I want you to know how much I love you.

Max: Hey, Belle, Mimi.

Mimi: Hey, Max. Heading off to the trial?

Max: Yeah, I'm gonna meet Chelsea, and needless to say, she's terrified, so I'm gonna go to support her.

Shawn D.: She's gonna need all the support she can get.

Chelsea: I don't understand. What do you mean?

Frankie: I got some news. Judge Fitzpatrick is tied up on another case. Judge Lawler's filling in.

Chelsea: Who?

Billie: Oh, no.

Bo: He's the toughest judge on the bench. He doesn't even give first-time offenders a break.

Chelsea: Oh, my God.

Frankie: I'm sorry. I don't mean to scare you. I have to be straight with you. This, along with Hope's testimony and the video the D.A.'s got on you driving while using your cellphone --

Chelsea: That means I'm pretty much dead.

Frankie: Chelsea, right now our best option is for you to change your plea to guilty, try to get a reduced sentence. With good behavior, you can be out in a year or two.

Chelsea: No. No, I'm not going to jail, and I will never plead guilty, never.

Hope: Okay, I'm all set to go.

Jennifer: Listen, just promise me one thing -- before the trial starts, I want you to talk to Bo, all right? Talk to him, give him another chance, Hope. Please, after 20 years together, don't you think Bo deserves that? Don't you think your marriage deserves that?

Hope: I know what I need to do. Let's go.

Jennifer: Hold on one minute. Come over here. Now that we're here, I want to know what you decided to do.

Hope: Well, I, um...I've decided to take your advice. You're right. Bo and I have too much invested. I'm not ready to throw it all away. So I'm gonna do my best and, um...try to salvage what's left of my marriage.

Jennifer: You are doing the right thing. I'm telling you.

Hope: Gosh, I hope so. I'm willing to meet him halfway, but the up to him.

Bo: Chelsea, listen to me. No one's gonna force you to plead guilty. You do have a chance.

Chelsea: Not according to Frankie, I donít.

Bo: I'm gonna tell the judge I'm to blame because I am. I signed off on reinstating your license. I loaned you my vehicle. If I hadn't done that, you wouldn't have been behind the wheel that night.

Chelsea: You really mean that?

Bo: Yeah, Chelsea, I do. I don't want to see you punished unjustly. That being will be held accountable for your part in what happened.

Chelsea: So then you're not gonna help me. You're just gonna let him send me to jail because of Hope, because that's what she wants.

Bo: Chelsea, I just told you, I'm gonna be there for you, and, yes, there will be consequences.

Chelsea: Dad, I'm sorry. I know that what I did was unforgivable. I'm just so scared.

Bo: Hey, hey. It's okay. Listen to me. I'm gonna be there for you, all right? Both your mom and I will be there for you.

Chelsea: You really mean that? You guys are gonna help me?

Bo: Yeah, of course we are. We're gonna do what we can, but bottom line is you have to take responsibility for your actions and you're gonna have to accept whatever punishment you're given.

Chelsea: You mean go to jail. That's what you're telling me. There's absolutely no way out of this. Max thank God you're here. Everything's going wrong. Please, you have to take me someplace far away where they'll never find me, and we have to go right now..

Hope: Well, if there was any question before where Bo's loyalty lies, there certainly isn't anymore.

Jennifer: That is not true. This is a complicated situation, and it can't be black and white, and that's how you want it, and it can't be.

Frankie: Hi.

Jennifer: Hey.

Frankie: Hello, Hope.

Hope: Frankie.

Frankie: Could I have a minute?

Hope: Shouldn't you be with your client?

Frankie: You're also my client. I know this is a difficult time. It's certainly not one to be making life-altering decisions. I wanted to let you know that the papers you requested are drawn up and ready to be signed.

Hope: Oh.

Frankie: Of course they can wait. That would be my advice -- take more time, think things over. It's never too late to give your marriage another chance.

Shawn D.: Will you do this for me, please? I cannot believe I am begging you to go shopping instead of hanging out in a courtroom with me all day.

Mimi: All right, I'll go. But promise me you'll call me if you need me.

Shawn D.: I will, I promise. I got to get changed. My mom's gonna --

Mimi: Give her my best, okay? I hope this trial gives her the closure she needs.

Shawn D.: Yeah, me, too.

Mimi: Shawn...what if Chelsea is found innocent? What happens then?

Shawn D.: Don't worry. No one's gonna keep her from getting what she deserves.

Joelle: I'm sorry. I tried -- I cou--

Kate: Oh! What the hell are you doing in here?

Sami: Well, you were late. We had to start without you.

Kate: You little liar. You were snooping through my desk.

Sami: All right, let's cut to the chase. I hate you. You hate me. Why are you doing this? What are you up to?

Kate: Because it is good business for Basic Black, and it's good for Austin's career, and that is what I care about.

Sami: Give me a break. You know that when Austin's company takes off, he and I are gonna be able to get married, and you don't want that to happen, so just tell me, why do you want to work with us and E.J.?

E.J.: Wait, Samantha. Don't go. I'm glad you came.

Kate: Certainly you must realize...that having E.J. as a spokesperson is going to be of benefit to all of us. I mean, surely you do see his appeal. As a matter of fact, I have to say the two of you have become awfully chummy considering the fact that he just blew into town..

Sami: You can stop right there. It's just business, Kate. I love Austin, and you know it. Don't even try --

Kate: E.J. Oh! We were just talking about you.

E.J.: Are you sure I'm not interrupting?

Kate: Oh, absolutely not. Come in, please. I have to tell you -- I'm so sorry about being late for our meeting, and it's not because I'm not enthusiastic. No, absolutely not. As a matter of fact, I'm looking forward to a very seductive -- [Chuckles] A very productive association.

Bo: Chelsea, you're not going anywhere. You're gonna stay here and face the charges.

Max: I'm gonna be here, Chelsea, don't worry.

Chelsea: Yeah, right.

Bo: That's the D.A.

Billie: Okay.

D.A. Bettis: Hello, Detective Brady.

Bo: Hello.

D.A. Bettis: Ms. Reed. Chelsea, are we ready for the big day?

Chelsea: No, I'm not, but I'm sure you can't wait.

D.A. Bettis: I wouldn't say that. This is a very tragic case, but at least the trial shouldn't last long. We've all seen the video, which shows you very clearly using your cellphone just moments before you struck and killed your little brother, and given that it's against state law to use a handheld while driving, I'd say that makes this a slam dunk for manslaughter. If you're not gonna accept a plea bargain, I'd say you're going to do some serious time.

Billie: Looks like Hope is getting exactly what she wants.

Frankie: Hope, it's okay. You don't need to decide right now. In fact, take all the time you need. And if it makes a difference, Bo's not anxious to sign, okay?

Hope: No, I don't want to put this off. I need to make a decision. Frankie, I'm sorry. Could I just have a few minutes?

Frankie: Absolutely. I need to talk to the D.A. anyway.

Hope: All right, I'll let you know, okay?

Frankie: Okay, take all the time you need.

Jennifer: Hey, you heard what Frankie said. You don't have to decide this right now, Hope.

Hope: No, Jen, I can't keep dragging this out. I don't know what to do. I was all ready to give Bo another chance, and then I saw him with Billie and Chelsea -- it is so clear he's standing by his daughter. He's going to ask the judge to let her go free for killing our son. Why would I be with him after that?

Jennifer: Listen -- this is such an emotional day. You can't make this decision. You cannot just sign those papers. Don't do something that you are gonna regret the rest of your life.

Kate: If you will excuse me for one moment, I have another file I need.

Sami: Um, if you'll just give me a second, I'll be right back.

Joelle: You have an urgent call from your granddaughter on line 2.

Kate: Oh. Yes, thank you. Hello, Chelsea.

Chelsea: Grandma Kate, listen, I need your help. The D.A. said that she's gonna send me to jail for the rest of my life and that the video they have of me driving and talking on my cellphone is all the evidence they need. You have to do something, please. I will die if I go to jail.

Kate: Sweetie, you are not going to prison. I'm not gonna let them do that to you. I think I know a way to get you out of it, if it will work.

Chelsea: What way? What are you gonna do?

Kate: Chelsea, I can't explain right now, but listen to me -- whatever you do, do not plead guilty. Let me just handle this, all right?

Chelsea: Okay, I will.

Kate: I'll see you at the courthouse, okay? Thank you. Joelle, I have a very important phone call to make. Please, no interruptions. Uh, look, I'm very sorry, but I have an urgent phone call to make, so if you'll give me a few moments?

E.J.: Sure, okay. That's interesting. What do you think seems to be the problem?

Sami: Oh, I don't know, but it's a lot more than I originally thought.

Kate: Officer Michaels, it's Kate Roberts. Um, I've been thinking about your offer, and I've decided to go ahead with it, so you can go ahead and destroy that incriminating evidence against Chelsea.

Eve: You're too late. I told you there wasn't much time.

Kate: What? There has to be something you can do.

Eve: I don't think so. You blew it, lady, for all of us.

Frankie: All right. I wish you luck, counselor.

D.A. Bettis: Good luck yourself. You're gonna need it. I'll see you in court.

Frankie: Yes, you will.

D.A. Bettis: Pardon me, detective. I hate to bother you. I know this is a rough day for you, and I wouldn't ask this if it wasn't important.

Bo: What can I do for you, Brooke?

D.A. Bettis: I need the drug evidence from that bust that you handled -- People vs. Wheeler.

Bo: Okay.

D.A. Bettis: I need it A.S.A.P. for a deposition.

Bo: Okay, I'll get it right now.

D.A. Bettis: Thank you.

Frankie: So...I'm sorry. Um...have you made a decision? Will you wait to sign the papers?

Bo: Hey, Wallace, how's it going, man.

Officer Wallace: All right, detective. Um...just waiting for my relief to show up so I can take a break.

Bo: Why don't you take a quick break. I just got to pick up something for the D.A.

Officer Wallace: Okay. Thanks a lot.

Bo: See you in a minute.

Bo: Hey, Wallace.

Eve: Oh, damn it. God, it's too late. It's not here.

Max: Hang in there, Chelsea. This isn't over.

Chelsea: You're right. Maybe there can still be a miracle.

Bo: Hey, Brooke, here's the evidence you needed from the Wheeler case.

D.A. Bettis: Thank you so much, detective. I really appreciate that.

Bo: Yeah, no problem.

Billie: This isn't looking good, is it?

Bo: No, it is not.

Billie: What worries me more is how crazy Chelsea can get. You know how she is when she feels desperate.

Hope: I can't make this decision right now.

Frankie: I understand.

Jennifer: Yeah, me, too. I'm so glad and pleased.

Frankie: You and my brother belong together, Hope. I really believe you'll work things out.

Hope: Hey, honey. I'm so glad you're here.

Shawn D.: Yeah, yeah, where else would I be, huh?

Jennifer: Well, we'll let the two of you alone.

Shawn D.: Thanks.

Hope: Where's Mimi? Isn't she coming?

Shawn D.: Um, no. She wanted to, but I didn't think it was a good idea. You know how the doctors have her on all the hormones -- she's been kind of emotional. I just didn't want her to take a chance with the baby.

Hope: You did the right thing. Your dad and I should have done that with Zack. We should have protected him.

Mimi: It's sweet of Shawn to be so protective, but I really wish I was with him. If you ask me, he worries too much.

Belle: It's just because he loves you so much.

Mimi: I still can't believe it. Sometimes I think it's still too good to be true.

Belle: Please. You and Shawn are married now, and when you have this baby, you are gonna be bonded for life, just like Philip and I are with Claire. And speaking of Claire, I hope I can still fit into this. What do you think? I don't know. We'll see.

Mimi: If only you knew Shawn was Claire's father and not Philip. Horoscopes. Hmm.

[Thinking] "With the moon trining Neptune, it may be hard to tell what's what. Don't be afraid to examine your true feelings as you try to figure out what's real. A lie you told...will come back to haunt you."

Kate: Sami, what the hell? I thought you had more self-control than that, spying on me?

Sami: Kate, we had a meeting. You were late. Where are your manners? You shut us out of your office.

Kate: I had a very important phone call, Sami. E.J., I am so sorry to have wasted your time like this today, but, unfortunately, I have to get down to the courthouse. It's my granddaughter's trial.

E.J.: Listen, I completely understand. Don't worry about it.

Sami: Oh, yes, we are all very concerned about Chelsea. We want to make sure she gets what she deserves.

Kate: Sami, that's not going to happen.

Sami: Have you done something?

Kate: I really have to be going.

Sami: You know, Kate, you have to be so careful about bribing those judges. One of these times, you will be caught and you'll end up in a cell right next to your granddaughter.

Kate: [Chuckles] That sounds like a threat.

Sami: Of course not. Just idle speculation.

Kate: Well, like I said, I should be going. I need to get to the courthouse.

Sami: Yes, well, thank you for wasting our morning.

Kate: Mm-hmm. Once again, E.J., I really apologize, and I hope we can reschedule soon.

E.J.: Absolutely. Look, I hope everything goes well with your granddaughter.

Kate: Thank you.

E.J.: In the meantime... you're free this afternoon, and so am I. I have something I want to show you.

Sami: Really? What?

E.J.: It's a surprise.

Belle: Okay, so, what do you think? Too skimpy? Hello, Mimi? What's wrong? Are you okay?

Mimi: No, I'm not. I have a confession to make. I don't deserve to have Shawn's baby.

Bo: Hope...what happened to Zack was not your fault. It was mine. It was mine and Chelsea's.

Billie: Excuse me. I'm sorry to interrupt, but we need to take Chelsea down to the courtroom. We don't want her to be late.

Bo: We'll talk later, okay?

Shawn D.: Come on. Let's get down to the courtroom, okay?

Max: Chelsea, it's gonna be okay. Are you ready?

Chelsea: As ready as I'll ever be.

D.A. Bettis: There you are.

Officer Wallace: Ms. Bettis.

D.A. Bettis: You have the surveillance video I asked for? The trial's about to start.

Officer Wallace: Right here.

D.A. Bettis: I'll see you all in court.

Jennifer: think Chelsea has no chance?

Frankie: Maybe with another judge. Once Judge Lawler sees that videotape, it's gonna be difficult to keep her out of jail. I'm good, but not that good.

Billie: Hi, Mom. Thanks for coming.

Kate: How are you holding up?

Billie: Not well. We just got some bad news about Chelsea's case, and I think she's up to something.

Kate: What are you talking about?

Billie: I don't know, Mom, but I know my daughter, and I know when she's got something up her sleeve. I just need to find out what it is.

Kate: Honey...this is your imagination. What you need to do right now, you need to focus on Bo and you need to focus on Chelsea because they both need you.

Bo: Hey. You okay?

Hope: Well, that depends on you. A lot's riding on today. Not just for Chelsea, but for us...for Zack. This is your last chance. So, whose side are you on?

Hope: I want her to learn from this horrific tragedy.

Bo: Someone needs to be punished, and someone needs to go to prison. Let it be me.

E.J.: Why is it so important to you that Lexie retake the medical test?

Jack: It's you.

Mimi: Oh, my God, something's wrong! Oh, my God, I'm afraid I'm losing my baby!
