[Slow music plays]

Shawn D: What were we doing before we got so rudely interrupted at the cabin?

Mimi: Mmm, I think...we were kissing.

Shawn D.: Yeah? Where?

Mimi: Here.

Shawn D.: Like this?

Mimi: Mm-hmm.

Shawn D.: You know, I'm glad it's too late to go to the cabin. I need you right now.

Mimi: Ah, Shawn. [Moans] Oh, Shawn!

Belle: Shawn.

Shawn D.: What the -- Belle!

Belle: Uh, I -- I need you.

Mimi: Oh, I love you, baby.

Belle: I've really lost you.

Mimi: Oh, Shawn. Oh!

Shawn D.: I love you, Mimi.

Lucas: Hey, Carrie... I'm home. Just closed one of the biggest deals in Titan's history. We should go out, do a little celebrating. Carrie. What's this?

Carrie: [Sighs] Looks like we had the same idea coming up here.

Austin: Yeah. I just was gonna get a little workout in.

Carrie: I'll leave you alone, then.

Austin: No, no, no, no, no. I'm -- no, don't go. I'm just really glad that we ran into each other 'cause we need to talk.

Carrie: Austin, I don't --

Austin: I just -- let me say this. I want you to know that I'm gonna do whatever it takes to convince you that we belong together.

Sami: Oh, get out!

Kate: No, no. I'm not going anywhere until you assure me that you're staying away from Austin.

Sami: I'm not gonna assure you of anything. If you don't get out of my apartment, I am gonna call my dad and have you forcibly removed.

Kate: Oh, go ahead. Why don't you do that? Why don't you call your daddy, 'cause your daddy is the only one who can stand the sight of you, Sami.

Sami: You'd like to think that. Unfortunately for you, Austin and I have been getting very close lately.

Kate: I am warning you. If you even make a move, one move, on Austin, I'm gonna be making your life miserable.

Sami: Too bad for you. Austin's making the moves on me. In fact, we were going at it --

Kate: Shut up! Shut up!

Chelsea: Yes! This is so perfect.

Billie: I'm so sorry, Bo.

Chelsea: Hey, guys, what's up? Is there something wrong?

Billie: Your father just got some very bad news.

Chelsea: Well, what is it?

Billie: Hope's asked him for a divorce.

Kate: So, you intercepted Hope's e-mails to Bo. Ooh, she did ask him for a divorce, didn't she?

Chelsea: Yep. Right after she read this article that I sent her from The Chronicle. [Sighs] God, she hates me so much, I just pushed her right over the edge.

Kate: Yeah, well, if she did act in haste, it's gonna be too late to take it back now, isn't it?

Chelsea: Yep, thanks to the e-mail I sent her from Bo's account. As far as Hope knows, Bo happily agreed to the divorce.

Chelsea: I don't believe this. You and Hope are actually getting divorced? [ Sighs] This is all my fault. Dad, I'm so sorry.

Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of our Lives.

Chelsea: I just can't believe that this is happening. I'm really sorry, Dad. I know that Hope wants a divorce because of me. I mean, she can't forgive you for lending me the car that night and for wanting to help me after the accident.

Billie: Chelsea, now is not the time.

Chelsea: No, Mom. It's like I'm cursed or something. Everybody that gets close to me just ends up getting hurt. I'm sorry.

Bo: Are you finished?

Chelsea: What?

Bo: This is a load of cra-- you know, I don't want to hear any more of this.

Shawn D.: You're the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love you so much.

Mimi: I love you, babe.

Shawn D.: Sometimes I don't think I tell you or show you enough. I wish I could find more ways to make you understand.

Mimi: I think you're doing just fine.

Shawn D.: I just wish I could do better. You know?

Bo: Man, this is one lousy game.

Shawn D.: Mimi's gonna be happy.

Bo: Not a Cubbies Fan, huh?

Shawn D.: No, only the Sox. I'm glad I'm watching this game over here.

Bo: Things are getting pretty serious with you guys.

Shawn D.: Um...yeah. Does this mean that we have to talk about it?

Bo: No, I just want you to know your mom and I are glad that things are going well with you.

Shawn D.: Yeah, yeah, they are. Well, at least I think they are.

Bo: What do you mean?

Shawn D.: Well, I tell Mimi that I love her, but I don't know how much she really knows I mean it.

Bo: Well, there's nothing you can say to convince her.

Shawn D.: What do you mean?

Bo: Talk is cheap. It's what you do that shows how much you care.

Shawn D.: All right, Don Juan, give me an example.

Bo: All right. Things that have worked -- buying flowers when you don't have much money in your pocket.

Shawn D.: Yeah, I understand what you're saying. I ought to do something like that for her, something special, every day.

Bo: Good for you. Aw, man! What did I miss? [Cheering on television] [Door closes]

Mimi: Shawn. Shawn. Are you here?

Belle: Oh! Oh, my God. I almost fell in.

Shawn D.: You're okay. You're safe. It's fine.

Belle: Thank you.

Shawn D.: Are you all right? Catch your breath. What did you trip on? Why are you out here?

Bonnie: Oh, Max, we have a problem.

Kate: Shut up!

Sami: I swear to God, you make me crazy, you little bitch!

Kate: You are not going to win, Sami. You are not gonna win.

Sami: You touch me and Austin will find out and he'll hate you.

Kate: You know something? You're right.

Sami: I know.

Kate: [Laughing] I don't know why I'm wasting my time. Lucas and Carrie -- they're gonna be married soon, and Austin's not gonna go near you. He's not gonna go near you no matter how many sleazy dresses you put on.

Sami: Well, you're wrong about that. Austin and I are meant to be together, and it's only a matter of time before he realizes it.

Kate: [Laughing] Oh, my God. Can you hear yourself? What woman with any self-respect would try to convince a man to love her? You know your problem? You are your own worst enemy.

Sami: I don't have to take this from you.

Kate: Come on. How many times have you been left at the altar, Sami? How many?

Sami: Lucas and I would be married right now if it weren't for what you did to me and Brandon. We would be happily married, with Will.

Kate: Maybe I did help that along a little bit, but Lucas would never have believed it was the truth, unless deep down he knew you wanted to be with Brandon.

Sami: That is not true.

Kate: Really? So when the truth came out, why didn't you try to prove what was really true?

Sami: I did!

Kate: No, instead, what did you do? You disguised yourself as Stan. You went around town trying to wreak revenge on anyone you ever thought had committed any crime against you.

Sami: So I made one little mistake.

Kate: A mistake?! A mistake? Your mistakes are never your fault, though, are they? You're always making mistakes, Sami, and now you're paying for them. [ Laughing] Oh, my God. No wonder Lucas was so eager to marry Carrie. He's no fool. He knows which sister is worth his time.

Carrie: "Dear Lucas, I know it hasn't been easy waiting for my answer to your wedding proposal. Thank you for being patient with me. I promise I'll give you my answer soon.. Love, Carrie."

[Door opens]

Will: Hey, Dad.

Lucas: Hey, you and Arthur finished studying already or what?

Will: Oh, no. I just left a notebook, so I'm getting it.

Lucas: Oh, all right.

Will: Did Aunt Carrie tell you her answer yet?

Lucas: Uh, no, not yet. I think she's gonna tell me pretty soon, though.

Will: And you think it's gonna be yes.

Lucas: Yeah, I hope so. I really do. I think the three of us can be the type of family you deserve. Buddy, I know that you always hoped that your mom and I would get back together, but I think it's pretty clear that, that's never gonna happen. So I guess what I'm really asking you is, would you mind if your aunt Carrie is a part of our lives, you know, a part of our future? Would you be all right with that?

Austin: Hold on a second. I wonder if these lights still work.

Carrie: Austin, I really should go downstairs.

Austin: They do. Wow, they do. I remember how much you used to love it up here. We used to love it up here. We were so young. We didn't have much money to go out and do stuff, but...well, it didn't matter much, did it? All the nights we spent dancing under these same lights... holding each other...making love. I see. Come on, Carrie. You see, I can see how affected you are thinking about the past, being up here with me. I want us back. Tell me you don't want the same thing.

Carrie: I'm sorry, Austin. It's too late.

Austin: Don't say that.

Carrie: It's true. What we had was wonderful, but it's been over a long time, and we've both moved on.

Austin: Have we really?

Carrie: I've made up my mind. I'm accepting Lucas' proposal. I'm sorry if that hurts you. That's the last thing that I want to do. But after everything that we've been through, I feel like we owe it to each other to be honest.

Austin: Are you being honest with yourself?

Carrie: We've hurt each other so much, Austin. I just feel like this is how it's supposed to be. Lucas and I could give our kids a stable home, where they would feel loved and safe. That's very important to me.

Austin: We couldn't do that? I mean, how many times have we talked about having a family? My feelings haven't changed. I still want a family, and I want one with you.

Lexie: In my work-up on you, I did some genetic testing and discovered something disturbing. You and Austin...share a genetic marker that could be problematic.

Carrie: Meaning?

Lexie: Meaning if you have a child together, there's a high probability that he or she might have a genetic syndrome causing severe birth defects that could even be life-threatening.

Carrie: No, Austin, we canít. We can never have children together.

Austin: Why not?

Shawn D.: You're safe. It's okay. All right, hey, listen. Why don't we go sit down on the bench, take a deep breath, all right? I don't know why the city leaves these cones with the yellow tape there like that. It's not protecting anything. [Sighs] So, what's going on?

Belle: What do you mean?

Shawn D.: Why are you out in the middle of the night, walking around alone?

Belle: Um, I just couldn't sleep. I just thought I'd get some fresh air.

Shawn D.: With everything that was happening today, I think that's understandable -- your mom and Alex renewing their vows.

Belle: Yeah, yeah. I can't believe that my dad tried to shoot him.

Shawn D.: I'm just glad we got there in time to stop him.

Belle: And thank you for that. I really want to thank you for that.

Shawn D.: Yeah, it was no problem.

Belle: Shawn, I, um, I'm really sorry for running into the cabin and ruining your honeymoon like that. I should have gone to Philip.

Shawn D.: Yeah, why didn't you?

Belle: I don't know. Um...I just kept telling myself that, you know, he was with Claire and that he couldn't really help.

Shawn D.: That's not the real reason, is it? That's not why you're walking out in the middle of the night all by yourself, is it? It's because you're really upset about Mimi and me being married. And now we're...

Mimi: Okay, he's not on the roof. He's not home. Where could he have gone?

Bonnie: He's with Belle Kiriakis. Where else?

Mimi: What do you mean?

Bonnie: I mean, while Max and I were out taking a little walk, we saw Belle getting all cozy with your husband. I mean, yeah, Belle almost fell down a manhole and Shawn just happened to be there to rescue her, but she was using the situation to cry on your man's big broad shoulders. Now, honey, you need to remind Belle who the real Mrs. Shawn Brady is, and you also need -- sorry, Max, but this part's just for the girls. You need to... [Whispering indistinctly]

Chelsea: Dad --

Bo: You can stop with the fake tears. You and I both know you don't give a damn about my marriage falling apart. In fact, you're thrilled because your evil stepmother might not be in town to testify against you.

Chelsea: Dad, how can you even think that?

Bo: It's not just what I think. It's something I know.

Chelsea: Well, I hate to tell you --

Bo: Cut it, would you?! Just shut it...for once. You know, I've been cutting you way too much slack the last few months because I felt guilty for not being around when you were young. I thought I was maybe helping you in some way, but, obviously, I wasnít.. I should have been a hell of a lot tougher on you. Then maybe you would stop waltzing around, thinking you could get through life being so selfish and irresponsible, but things are gonna change, starting right now. And hopefully it's not too late, because the way you've been acting lately, I'm thinking there's only one way you can learn your damn lesson. Maybe going to prison is exactly what you need.

Austin: Why can't we have the life, the family, that we always dreamed of? Why?

Carrie: Because we just canít.

Austin: I don't believe that. Okay, well, you -- yeah, you know, you said we hurt each other a lot. That's true. But after everything we've been through, we still love each other. I love you. You love me. I mean, yeah, we didn't have the most ideal childhood, but we would put our children first. We would -- come on, Carrie. We would have a beautiful family. You know it's true.

Carrie: Austin, please don't make this harder than it already is. We can never have a family together. I'm marrying Lucas. I need you to accept that.

Austin: I can't accept that. Because what you and I feel for each other is real. See, I know it is. You told Lucas that you weren't ready to marry him, that you needed more time. Why all of a sudden a change of heart? If you're marrying my brother to prove something to me, don't you think that's a big mistake? I can't lose you, Carrie. I wonít.

Carrie: I know this is hard for you, Austin. And I'm sorry, but I do love your brother. I do.

Austin: So I guess that's it, huh? You know, I can't force you to want something that you're not willing to acknowledge. I just sense that what you felt for me was more than what you feel for my brother. But I guess I was wrong. I really do want you to be happy. You deserve to have everything you want in life, and if it's marrying my brother...then you should.

Carrie: Thank you. I want you to be happy, too. You're a wonderful person.

Austin: I-I-I...

Carrie: deserve someone special, and I know that any woman would be lucky to be with you, and I know she's out there. She is.

Austin: I know she is.

Carrie: Lately, I've been thinking that someone could be Sami.

Austin: Oh, come on.

Carrie: I know that it's not up to me, Austin, but I care about you both a lot, and I...

Austin: But you feel guilty for planning a life with the guy that your sister loves.

Carrie: Maybe.

Austin: Maybe.

Carrie: I know that she and Lucas still have feelings for each other. But just like us, maybe they're not meant to be. And I know that the night that we got stuck in the elevator, that you and Sami were more than friends. I wouldn't say this if I didn't think you two were good for each other. You bring out the best in her. You really do. She actually told me that if you and I decided to get back together, that she'd be thrilled for us.

Austin: She said that?

Carrie: Yeah.

Austin: You know what? Good for her. 'Cause I really do want her to be happy, just as much as you do, you know? But I always thought that she and Lucas should have a family together with Will. How did our lives get to be so messed up, Carrie? You know, in a perfect world, Lucas would be with Sami and I would be with you and then we would have the family we always dreamed of.

Carrie: But this is the way things are, and we have to accept it. I'm with Lucas now, and we're gonna build a life together. And maybe you and Sami should build a life together, too. I have to go.

Austin: Carrie.

Will: Dad, you know I love Aunt Carrie, and you know that I want you to be happy. I guess I'm just having a hard time dealing with the idea and mom will never be together again.

Lucas: I know, buddy. I wish there was something I could do. I wish I could make it easier for you.

Will: But you canít. It's just -- I get so mad sometimes, thinking about how close we came to being a real family. I hate that mom screwed things up again.

Lucas: Yeah, but you're gonna have to learn to forgive your mother, okay?

Will: I know.

Lucas: You have to realize that everything happens for a reason. Maybe your mom and I just weren't meant to be.

Will: I guess I don't -- I just don't get how two people can be in love for so long and then, all of a sudden, not be. I mean, what's the point of being in love and getting married if that's how it's gonna end?

Lucas: I understand what you're saying. All right, come here. Let's sit down and talk for a second. I know that your mom and I haven't given you the best example for love, but I don't want you to think that it's pointless. It's not, all right? Marriage is a wonderful thing.

Will: Yeah, how would you know?

Lucas: Because I have waited this long because I want it to be right. Marriage is supposed to last forever.

Will: Except for 50% of the people it's not forever, like you and Nicole..

Lucas: Will, love is hard, all right? Marriage is hard. It takes a lot of sacrifice, you know, and it's all about loving someone more than you love yourself. It's like being a parent. A lot of people aren't ready to be a parent. But when the timing's right, you know that it's all worth it.

Will: Yeah, and how about when the honeymoon's over? Then what?

Lucas: You can't think of it that way. You can't be afraid to love somebody just 'cause you think it's gonna end someday. Now, your mom and I didn't work out. We're not gonna be together, but I'll tell you what. I wouldn't change a thing. I wouldn't change one thing, even knowing it wouldn't last.

Will: I still don't understand, Dad. If you and mom love each other so much, why can't you make it last?

Sami: This is your last chance -- get out of my apartment.

Kate: I am not going anywhere.

Sami: I will remove you.

Kate: You will not remove me. You are not going anywhere near him. Do you understand me?

Sami: Get out!

Austin: Whoa, whoa, whoa! Stop it! Stop it!

Sami: Austin, thank God you are here. You would not believe what she's been saying.

Austin: Trust me, I can believe it. Mom, I don't want you to interfere in my personal life. I want you to leave.

Kate: What? Austin.

Austin: Now, please.

Bonnie: [Whispering indistinctly]

Mimi: You're kidding me, Mother, if that is your solution.

Bonnie: Mm-hmm, works every time.

Mimi: Tell me something. Is your solution to everything sex?

Bonnie: Well, honey, you don't think it's gonna work? You just try it. In fact, let me run home and get my kama sutra. You throw a couple of those positions in the mix, and bam.

Max: [Whines]

Mimi: Okay, Mom, I appreciate your, um, help, but I hardly think turning myself into a sexual contortionist is going to solve my problem.

Bonnie: Well, it could help. Honey, I could give you a few pointers.

Mimi: Mother, stop it, okay? I know Shawn loves me. What I don't understand is why he can't stay away from Belle.

Bonnie: Will you listen to me? You are Mrs. Shawn Brady. You're the one who has the ring, and where I'm from, possession is 9/10 of the law.

Mimi: I know that, Mom, but what if he is still in love with her?

Bonnie: So what? You're his wife.

Mimi: Oh, God. You are supposed to be making me feel better, not worse.

Bonnie: Honey, I'm trying to tell you like it is. Now, look, we have discussed this. A man can be in love with more than one woman at a time. All right...think about my Mickey. See, I know he loved me just as mu-- no, more than that stuck-up Maggie. But because he was a Horton, he had to do the right thing and divorce me and remarry that old Stepford Wife when he found out the Salem Stalker didn't really kill her. Now, Belle and Shawn...are exactly the same way. They are gonna do the right thing. Trust me. There's no way they're gonna throw their marriages away. You just relax. You're the one who has the ring, not Belle. So you just keep giving Shawn some of that good loving, and I promise you, before you know it, he's gonna be saying, "Belle who?"

Belle: So, you think that I'm upset because you and Mimi are...honeymooning?

Shawn D.: Well, I just know that you wanted us to get back together.

Belle: Well, we didnít. And now you're married to one of my best friends, and I will accept that. I just want you to be happy, Shawn.

Shawn D.: I am.

Belle: Good.

Shawn D.: So, everything is really -- it's good now?

Belle: Yeah, yeah, we're great.

Shawn D.: All right, well, good. I, um, should probably be getting back. Mimi's probably wondering where I am. I wanted to surprise her with some flowers, but...

Belle: She'll love that.

Shawn D.: Yeah, you think so?

Belle: Mm-hmm, yeah. Who wouldn't? In fact, it's such a good idea, I'll do the same thing for Philip.

Shawn D.: Okay, good. I just don't know what's open right now.

Belle: Well, we can find out together.

Shawn D.: Okay.

Belle: Mimi is so lucky to have you.

Shawn D.: I just hope the city gets out here to fix this soon. Someone's gonna get seriously hurt.

Chelsea: I can't believe you just said that. You want me to go --

Bo: What I'd like is for you to stop lying. What I'd like is for you to grow up and take responsibility for your actions.

Chelsea: Mom, are you gonna let him talk to me like this?

Billie: Your father's right, Chelsea. You've gotten away with too much for too long. All you've done since the accident is try and come between your father and his family. You've been selfish, and it has to stop.

Chelsea: I don't believe this. Both of my parents are against me now. Whatever. I can't take this.

Billie: You did the right thing, Bo. She has to learn that she cannot keep playing games with other people's lives.

Bo: Well, I've known what she's been up to, but since I didn't call her on it, maybe she thought she'd get away with it. I just hope what I said wasn't too little, too late..

Chelsea: Ooh, no! Aah!

Kate: Look, all I was trying to do is protect you. You didn't hear anything that she said.

Austin: I don't care, okay? I've had it, all right? I want you to leave Sami alone. Please leave.

Kate: Leave Sami alone? What about us? What about what she's done to us? All she's ever done is hurt you and Lucas. And you don't even see what she's doing now. She's trying to worm her way back into your life. I'm telling you, Austin, if you're not gonna protect yourself, fine.

Austin: The only one that needs protecting right now is Sami.

Kate: [Laughing] What? Are you out of your mind? Have you forgotten everything she's done to you?

Austin: Mom, I have forgiven you for so many things. The same goes for Sami. That is what you do when you love someone. Sami has -- Sami has changed. She has changed, and I can see that, even if you havenít. And maybe my feelings for her never really went away. You know, and I've been doing a lot of thinking, Sami, and if it's okay with you, I think we should spend more time together, you know, see what happens.

Lucas: Your mother and I did love each other. We really did. Sometimes it just takes more than love to make a relationship work.

Will: Well, that's what everyone keeps saying, but, I mean, you and mom were friends, too, right, I mean, since mom was like my age. Doesn't that count for something?

Lucas: Yeah, it does, and it did, just need more than love to make it work and you really need trust, and right now, your mom and I don't have that.

Will: After everything mom's done, I can see why you don't trust her. I don't even believe anything that she says.

Lucas: Will, Will, Will, she's still your mother, all right?

Will: Well, yeah.

Lucas: I just don't want you to be down on love because things didn't work out between your mother and I. two people can stay together. They can love each other forever. It's possible. Look at Tom and Alice -- the relationship they had, and Great-Grandpa Shawn and Grandma Caroline. Those two have been through a lot, and they're still together, so it is possible. They give all of us hope, and I really think that, that can happen between me and your Aunt Carrie someday.

Will: You really do love her, don't you?

Lucas: Yeah, I do.

Will: Well, then I hope she says yes to your proposal, Dad. You deserve to be happy.

Lucas: Thanks, buddy. Come here and give your old dad a hug, huh?

Will: Well, Arthur's probably wondering where I am. I got to go.

Lucas: Yeah, go get your stuff.

Will: Hi, Aunt Carrie.

Carrie: Hi, Will. Where you off to?

Will: Oh, off to study with a friend. I'll see you later.

Carrie: Okay, see you later.

Lucas: Studying with a friend all night, so...I guess we have some time to be alone together.

Carrie: I'd like that.

Lucas: Well, great. I have something for you.

Carrie: Oh.

Lucas: Da-da-da da-da-da-da

Carrie: They're beautiful. Thank you.

Lucas: You're welcome. I made dinner reservations in case you'd like to go out. What do you think?

Carrie: I think there's something important I need to tell you first.

Carrie: You asked me to marry you, and I'm finally ready to give you my answer. My answer's yes. I'd love to marry you, Lucas.

Lucas: Your answer's yes?! Get these flowers out of the way.

Carrie: [Chuckles]

Kate: You don't have feelings for her. There is a reason you didn't marry her, Austin. You're doing this to spite me, aren't you?

Austin: That sounds like something that you would do.

Kate: No, no, that sounds like something Sami would do!

Austin: Mom, I've always felt protective of Sami, and you are so playing into that by treating her like this. She has changed.

Kate: Spare me.

Austin: And you know what? So have I. Maybe things worked out this way with Carrie and Lucas for a reason.

Kate: You can't be serious.

Austin: I am so serious. And you know what? Maybe -- you know what? I've made up my mind. I think we should do more than just spend time together. I think we should start dating again. What do you think? Maybe we have what it takes to actually make it this time.

Kate: [Breathing heavily]

Belle: [Clears throat]

Shawn D.: Well, good night.

Belle: Thanks for everything.

Shawn D.: Yeah, no problem. Next time when you go out in the middle of the night, make sure you're not alone, okay?

Belle: I promise.

[Door opens]

Mimi: Shawn. What are you guys doing here?

Shawn D.: Well, I was trying to sneak back in without waking you up.

Mimi: You were?

Shawn D.: Uh, yeah. I went to the store. I got some food for breakfast in bed and some flowers.

Mimi: You did?

Shawn D.: Yeah, I ran into Belle on the way. She helped me pick some of this stuff out.

Mimi: Oh, babe.

Shawn D.: These are for you.

Mimi: Thank you, you cutie. Do I have the best husband ever?

Belle: You do. You're a lucky girl.

Mimi: I know. Well, your husband's probably wondering where you are, so I guess we'll just see you later.

Belle: Okay, good night.

Shawn D.: I was thinking that you were gonna be sleeping by the time I got home, but since you're not...

Mimi: [Laughs]

Bonnie: Mmm, that's my girl. Way to work it. You keep giving your man what he needs, and he'll keep coming back for more. [Chuckles]

Mimi: Oh, oh!

Billie: Hey, I hope you're not feeling bad about what just happened with Chelsea. You did what I should have done a long time ago. It took a lot of guts to say what you did, especially after all you've been through today.

Bo: I don't know about that. She went out of here very upset, and you know what happens when Chelsea's upset. She does something stupid. I should go look for her.

Billie: No, Bo, donít. That would defeat the purpose. You just gave her some really tough love. The hard part's over. She needs to be by herself and let this all sink in.

Kate: I don't know how you did it, but somehow you got Carrie to choose Lucas over Austin, didn't you?

Lucas: I love you.

Bo: All I can do is hope that she changes her mind before she starts divorce proceedings.

Patrick: You're an incredibly amazing woman, and Bo's a fool to let you go.
