Abe: Hey, there. [Laughs]

Lexie: How'd the exam go?

Abe: It's fine. I mean, it's gonna be a few months before my eyesight's 100%, but Dr. Gibbons thinks I'm gonna be 20/20 eventually.

Lexie: Oh, honey, that's fantastic. Oh, sweetheart, that's fantastic. Mmm! Why don't we celebrate tonight, hmm? A bottle of wine, a nice, cozy fire.

Abe: You know, what's the point? I'm impotent. And a fire and wine aren't going to -- aren't gonna cure that.

Chelsea: Mom, you look great. Where are you going?

Billie: Uh, I'm gonna go check on your dad. When I left him this morning, he had a bit of a headache.

Chelsea: You mean like a hangover?

Billie: Uh-huh.

Chelsea: Do you know where he's at?

Billie: He said he was gonna go get on his motorcycle and check on Hope, assuming she'd talk to him.

Chelsea: Fat chance of that happening. Not after she saw you two in bed together at the motel, right?

Billie: You're probably right.

Chelsea: What are you gonna do when you see him, I mean, besides check on his headache?

Billie: Chelsea, I don't know, okay? I'm a little conflicted about this. Bo's a good friend of mine. I don't want to be responsible for ruining his life.

Chelsea: Ruining his life? Mom, what are you talking about? Dad needs you now more than ever, and he needs me -- his daughter. Look, if he gets back together with Hope, if he and Hope are together, she's gonna convince him to throw me in jail.

Billie: We've been through this before.

Chelsea: Then why are you acting like we're doing something horrible?

Billie: Maybe we are.

Chelsea: No, Mom, you're just protecting your daughter.

Billie: Chelsea, I don't want to talk about this.

Chelsea: No, you need to go in there and do this, Mom, because the closer you are with Bo, the better it is for everybody.

Patrick: If you're trying to come between Bo and Hope, you're making a big mistake.

Bo: Ma, I don't know how to fix this. She was just gonna take off, leave the house, and I couldn't let her do that, so I left. That's what she wanted.

Caroline: I'm so sorry, Bo. You know, you're just gonna have to wait this out and let time heal it.

Bo: Time? Ma, every day for the rest of our lives, we're gonna miss Zack.. It's not gonna get any better.

Caroline: Well, of course you're gonna miss him forever, but right now your emotions are raw, you know, volatile. Even Hope isn't always gonna be this angry.

Bo: She'll probably be angrier. You know how stubborn she is. She's not letting me explain things to her, and even if she did, how can I convince her not to be angry when I'm angry myself? Angry at Chelsea, at Billie for convincing me to -- I'm mostly angry at me, Ma, 'cause this whole damn thing is my fault. You told me this would happen if I didn't tell her the truth.

Caroline: Forget that, Bo. Look...neither one of you can think clearly right now, you know? They say grief has to go through five phases. It's anger, blame, guilt, betrayal, isolation. You just have to be patient about it and have faith in your marriage and your love and each other.

Bo: How can Hope have faith in me? I am the reason our son is dead. I am the reason -- ma...every time we look at each other for the rest of our lives, we're both gonna know that I'm responsible for the death of our son. How the hell are we gonna get past that?

Hope: I really hope you don't mind me going away for a little while, honey.

Shawn D.: Of course not. I don't know how you're doing it right now. It's hard enough for me to be in this house right now. I can't imagine what you're going through, knowing that Zack's not gonna be around again. So, yeah, whatever you need to do, and I totally understand why you need to get away from dad right now.

Hope: Thank you for understanding and for coming to check up on me. I really appreciate that.

Shawn D.: I'm not gonna lie. You did get me out of another marathon wedding-planning session with this new planner and Bonnie.

Hope: Oh, my God. Wait a second. What am I thinking? The wedding. I can't go away when you and Mimi are getting married. There's absolutely no way I'm missing your wedding.

Marlena: Hi, come on in. Honey? Is everything all right? You look upset.

Belle: [Clears throat] I saw the announcement in the paper. I'm sorry, Mom, but this wedding cannot happen.

Marlena: Well, I'm afraid it is going to happen.

Belle: No. There is no way that Shawn can marry Mimi.

Marlena: Shawn and Mimi? I thought you were talking about Alex and me.

Belle: I-I was. I was. I don't know why I said that.

Marlena: But I do. You still have very strong feelings for Shawn.

Coroner: Mr. Black, I have no authorization to give you Lois Banks' autopsy report.

John: Listen, don't sweat it. Commander Carver's gonna be down here in a few minutes. I'm sure he'll give me what I need.

Coroner: Well, you can just wait here until he arrives.

John: Yeah, yeah, thanks. I'll do that.

Alex: Thanks to you, Lois, my plan is working perfectly. And now your death has made things even easier.

Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of Our Lives.

Lexie: Abe, I am very well aware of your condition, okay? All I said was wine...a cozy fire. Sweetheart, we can still be close.

Abe: [Sighs] See, this is torture for both of us.

Lexie: Torture? Oh, is that how you think of it, as torture? Interesting.. I donít. I think of it as enjoying each other's company. Damn it. Abe...I want my husband back. I want the man that I can talk to about anything, the man I can share my thoughts and my feelings with.

Abe: I know where we want this to lead, and I -- I'm just not gonna put us through it.

Lexie: But, sweetheart, sweetheart, your condition will only drive us apart if you let it. Don't shut me out, please.

Abe: It's -- that's just not what I'm doing.

Lexie: Well, good. Good, 'cause I need you, sweetheart. I really need you, okay? And Theo needs you. Honey, honey, you have your eyesight again. Sweetheart, that's wonderful. This -- this other thing --

Abe: My impotence.

Lexie: Okay, your impotence. Honey, it could just be psychological.

Abe: I can't talk about this, not right now. I have to go meet John. I don't know when I'll be home.

Lexie: Okay. Well, I'll -- I'll have that glass of wine and that fire waiting for you just in case.

Belle: Mom, you know that I still have feelings for Shawn. I mean, how long were we together? Which is what I don't understand about you. You and dad have been together my whole life. Do you know, I had the best childhood, and you know why? Because you love and you respected me as much as you love and respected each other. I always looked up to you as how I wanted my marriage to be.

Marlena: Well, I'm sorry to disappoint you.

Belle: I just always dreamed of being as happy as you and dad were.

Marlena: You know, I think children tend to idealize their parents. They don't really know what's going on behind closed doors.

Belle: No, no, no. Mom, ask anyone. You and dad were the perfect couple. You were so happy together. I know that you have amnesia, but I can't believe that you've forgotten every moment of the love that you and dad shared. Mom, you can't marry Alex. You and dad belong together.

Marlena: I know you want me to be with your father, but that's not going to happen. I'm sorry. We should just stop talking about this, but I have something I want to say to you. Sit down. I think you need to start to listen to your heart.

Alex: I owe you a world of thanks, Lois, for making me look like a hero in Marlena's eyes and making John look like the dastardly villain. Honestly, I mean, things worked out even better than I ever thought they would. I mean, John has been charged with causing your death, and with any luck, he'll be sent off to prison, and without him around, I'll be free to carry out the rest of my plan against Marlena, and no one will be there to stop me. [Chuckles] All right, excuse me. There you go.

John: You lousy bastard. I was right about you all along.

Alex: How perceptive of you. Of course you've been right about me.

John: And you're going after Marlena next.

Alex: That's always been my intention.

John: Since you're so forthcoming, what the hell are you planning on doing to her? Answer me!

Billie: The only one coming between Bo and Hope is you. You're the one who turned in Chelsea.

Patrick: Come on, enough already. The truth was gonna come out. How many people knew, huh? Now, I am sorry that Bo lied to his wife and that she can't forgive him. I'm sorry Chelsea has to pay for her tragic mistake. Maybe she'll finally figure out that her actions have consequences.

Chelsea: Who made you the Judge and Jury?

Patrick: Nobody, but that's exactly who should decide your future -- a Judge and a Jury. And now that's exactly what's going to happen. I can't believe you didn't believe me. You thought I was wrong. You know what? Forget it. There's no use in trying to convince you of anything rational. Let's not even get into it.

Billie: Fine. Chelsea tells me you're leaving Salem.

Patrick: I need to get away.

Billie: From me and my daughter.

Patrick: You did say you never wanted to see me again.

Billie: I donít.

Chelsea: [Thinking] Way to go, Mom.

Patrick: Well, I did talk to my mom, and she said that you and Chelsea are welcome to stay here.

Billie: Thank you. The last thing we need to do right now is look for another place to live.

Chelsea: Yeah, Patrick, and now you can move on with your life, too. You can go find some new woman on the beach.

Patrick: How did you know I was going to the beach?

Chelsea: Well, it's winter, and you said you wanted to get away from it all, so I just figured it would make sense if you went someplace warm and sunny. What?

Patrick: What are you up to, Chelsea?

Chelsea: Oh, my God. What are you talking about?

Patrick: You should watch your back, Billie.

Billie: Don't say that about my daughter.

Patrick: Look, you were willing to spend the rest of your life in jail for her sake, and I don't even think she would have batted an eye. In fact, I don't even think she would be sorry.

Chelsea: I wouldn't be sorry? She's the only person I have in the world right now and you're trying to turn her against me, too. You know what? Goodbye and good riddance, Patrick.

Patrick: Look, I know she is your daughter and I know you love her, but that girl's working you.

Caroline: Why don't you put yourself in Hope's shoes? Now, she's very angry with Chelsea and Billie, and maybe it would help her to hear you're having the same feelings..

Bo: I don't know, Ma. Chelsea needs her parents' support right now, and plus, I don't want to feed into Hope's anger at them, especially when everybody should be blaming me right now.

Caroline: Let me caution you, Bo -- don't let your love for your daughter make you turn to Billie for support or for anything else.

Bo: Ma, I don't ha-- that's not gonna happen, but she is Chelsea's mom. Now, I have to spend some time with them.

Caroline: You know what? No matter why you are spending time, Hope is gonna see that as you choosing them over her.

Bo: Yeah, I guess so, even though she doesn't want me anywhere near her.

Caroline: Darling, you and Hope really love each other. That love is gonna see you through this whole terrible tragedy.

Shawn D.: Don't worry, Mom. Mimi and I are moving up the wedding, but it's not like we're planning on having it tomorrow. You feel like you should get away, so you should go.

Hope: You know, I'm really happy for the two of you. But, quite frankly, right now, I really -- I don't think I could handle being in St. Luke's.

Shawn D.: I know. I think you should go and take care of yourself. Actually, I have an idea. How about if I came with you?

Lexie: You shouldn't be here.

Tek: You shouldn't have to put up with Abe's abuse.

Lexie: Abuse? Abe is not abusing me.

Tek: Oh, then let's try neglect. I was in the hallway. I heard what happened, Lexie.

Lexie: You had no right to stand there listening to our private conversation.

Tek: It wasn't intentional. I was just passing by.

Lexie: What are you even doing here, anyway?

Tek: Lexie, a suicide took place in this hospital last night. Lois Banks' room is still part of a crime-scene investigation. I was just on my way for an update.

Lexie: Did Abe see you when he left?

Tek: No, I didn't want him to see me. He's neglecting you, Lexie. You deserve better than that. I'm the man to give it to you.

Hope: Trying to skip out on the wedding planning again, are you?

Shawn D.: Maybe a little. No, I want to be there for you, especially with dad --

Hope: No. It's not your job. Honey, all I want is for you to be happy.

Shawn D.: And I am. I am. She and I have been friends for a really long time. It's not like I'm settling here. I really love her, Mom.

Hope: I hope so. You know, I probably shouldn't tell you this, but...your dad and I used to argue because, for the longest time, I was rooting for you and Belle to get back together.

Shawn D.: For the longest time, so was I.

Hope: I have to believe that Zack saved Claire's life for a reason.

Shawn D.: I know. Don't worry about me, okay?

Hope: Don't worry about me, either, okay?

Shawn D.: Well, I'll try not to, but going away, I think this is the best thing for you.

Hope: It is, it is. It really is, but just promise me, you won't tell your dad my plans.

Shawn D.: How could I do that? I'm not even talking to him.

Hope: I love you, Shawn. You're a good son, honey. I love you so much.

Shawn D.: I love you, too.

Hope: And don't worry. I'll be back in plenty of time for the wedding. Wouldn't miss it for the world.

Shawn D.: I'm not worried.

Belle: Wait. Are you saying that I should leave Philip and go back with Shawn?

Marlena: No, no, no. I'm not saying that at all. I wouldn't ever say that to you. What I'm saying is, you need to start to listen to your heart. And from all that I'm seeing from you, it appears to me that Shawn is your one true love.

Belle: Why is everything so messed up? You know that Shawn is my true love, but what I don't get is why you don't know that daddy is yours.

Marlena: [Sighing] Oh. That's what this is all about. I get it, I get it.

Belle: What? What are you talking about?

Marlena: You took marriage vows -- you and Philip -- and they're sacred to you. And now you've seen me leave your father and choose a life with Alex. And because of the way you feel inside, that really has to give you pause.

John: You're gonna tell me what your plans are for Marlena.

Alex: All right, all right. Now, let me ask you this. You want a detailed explanation, step-by-step, or you just want me to cut to the chase and tell you how it's all gonna play out?

John: You just start talking.

Alex: Fine, but do you -- do you have a tape recorder? Otherwise, how are you gonna remember all of this, huh? Wait a second. You're a hotshot I.S.A. agent. Now, how rewarding would that be to you if I just went ahead and gave you all the answers? No, no, no, no. I've reconsidered. For me to know, for you to find out.

John: Damn it! You're gonna tell me!

Alex: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Getting a little rough there, aren't you?

John: You want to lose an eye?!

Alex: Okay, okay, okay. I've reconsidered. I've reconsidered. I'll tell you. Now, what I am going to do to your beloved, precious Doc is to cause her more pain and misery than she has ever suffered, more than anyone, even you, John, can imagine.

John: Man, you are a sick bastard. You killed Lois, didn't you?

Alex: Of course I killed Lois. She's an incompetent psycho blabbermouth.

John: I can't believe you even admitted it.

Alex: Well, I admitted it to you, John, but I'm afraid that's as far as it's gonna go. You feel free to tell anyone you like, but no one's going to believe you -- not Marlena, not the police, not anyone. You know why? Because you've cried wolf too many times, and there is not one shred of evidence that puts me anywhere near Lois at the time of her death, but you, on the other hand, you have freely admitted that you illegally injected her with truth serum, which has caused her to commit suicide. So, John, not meaning to rub it in -- I win, you lose.

John: [Growls] You are wrong.

Abe: John, what the hell are you doing?! Hey, hey, hey! Let go him, let him go! Damn it!

Patrick: Billie, I'm warning you. Chelsea is selfish. She doesn't exactly have an accurate moral compass. You know it's true. I'm just wondering how far she's willing to go to stay out of jail.

Billie: If Chelsea is selfish or if she has some problems, it's because she's had to fend for herself all these years. I wasn't around while she was growing up.

Patrick: Oh, come on, Billie. That is bull. You know what? The Bensonís were good people. They did the best to raise her right. You can't take responsibility for her behavior. Neither can Bo. Chelsea was driving that car. Chelsea took her eyes off the road to reach for her cellphone. Chelsea's the one who hit something and didn't bother to stop to find out what it was. Now, you can't let your feelings of guilt blind you to the fact that it's Chelsea's fault. And you shouldn't let Bo do it, either.

Billie: Okay, she's our daughter, Patrick.

Patrick: Yeah, I know she is, all right? But from everything I've seen, she's nothing but bad news.

Hope: Yeah, I just wanted to make sure that my flight was on time. All right, thank you. Oh, no, of course. I know to bring my passport. Thank you. Bye.

Chelsea: Dad, thank God you're here. I've been looking for you everywhere.

Bo: Hey, everything okay?

Chelsea: Yeah, we just -- we need to set up a meeting with Frankie about my case. Don't you think I should be getting my defense ready?

Bo: Yeah, yeah, we will.

Chelsea: Okay, well, um...if you're not gonna help me, I guess I'll just call --

Bo: I didn't say I wasn't gonna -- sit down. It's gonna be a while till your case comes to trial. I got a lot on my plate right now.

Chelsea: You're thinking about Hope, aren't you?

Bo: And Zack.

Chelsea: I'm sorry, Dad. I'm so sorry about all of this. I mean, I know that it's all my fault. And I just want you to know that I really hope that you and Hope can work through this. I really do.

Bo: So do I.

Chelsea: Even though she hates me.

Bo: She wants to see justice done. You can't blame her for that.

Chelsea: But what if she tries to get you to turn against me, too? I mean, she never even liked me in the first place. And she hated me when she found out I had to be a part of your life from the very beginning. I mean, Dad, she's gonna try to get you to choose between me and her. I mean, she can't understand that this was just an accident.

Bo: An accident that might have been avoided if you were paying attention. Chelsea, you were reaching for your cellphone. You hit and killed our son. I understand where she's coming from.

Chelsea: So you agree. You want to blame me, and you think that I should be punished.

Bo: No, that's not -- I'm saying I understand why she's angry at both of us.

Shawn D.: I should have known you two would have been together.

Bo: Shawn.

Shawn D.: No wonder mom wants to get away.

Bo: Get away? What do you -- where is she going?

Shawn D.: Oh, like you care.

Bo: Shawn, what th-- damn it.

Chelsea: [Thinking] [Sighs] Damn you, Shawn. Now he's gonna stop her..

Lexie: Mmm, mmm. Damn you. Stop it!

Tek: I thought I felt a moment of acceptance there.

Lexie: Well, you didnít.

Tek: Look, I know you feel guilty for wanting me, but let's face it, you do.

Lexie: Tek, I am a married woman.

Tek: No offense, but that never stopped you before.

Lexie: You know what? This is harassment, okay? What do I have to do to get you to stop it?

Tek: You could stop kissing me back.

Lexie: Well, you could stop kissing me, period.

Tek: Lexie, it's not like you -- you haven't cheated on Abe before. Obviously, there's something wrong with this picture. Abe can't satisfy you. He never has.

Lexie: Okay, you're wrong, all right? Abe and I are going through a very difficult time right now, yes, but...he's just lost so much right now, Tek, you know? On top of everything else, we're grieving the loss of our son Isaac. This is a very, very tough time for us.

Tek: When you lost Isaac the first time, when you had to give custody to Bo and Hope, what happened? Were you there for each other then? No, Abe turned on you.

Lexie: But that wasn't Abe's fault, okay? What happened with Isaac was all my fault.

Tek: No, he made you feel like it was your fault. Lexie, you are totally different from Abe. You're two different kinds of people. He's stable and, you might as well say, boring, and you are exciting. You like to live life on the edge. Lexie, the only reason why you married Abe is 'cause you thought he'd always be there for you, but face it, he is never there for you.

Lexie: Stop it, okay? Just stop it. Abe is a wonderful man. He's my husband.

Tek: What kind of husband? He doesn't satisfy you physically or emotionally. I want you, Lexie. I know that you want me.

Lexie: No, don't, Tek, no.

Tek: Tell me to leave and I will go. But if you're honest with'll admit that you don't want me to.

Belle: Well, you may have amnesia, but you sure haven't forgotten how to put someone on the defensive, have you?

Marlena: I don't know what that means.

Belle: I mean that you're trying to justify being with Alex by making this about me and not you. You're acting like a shrink and treating me like a patient instead of like a mother with her daughter.

Marlena: I am your mother. I might not remember a lot of our life together, but I know I love you. And I know that I want what is best for you. And as your mother, I'd like to be the person that helps you sort all this out.

Chelsea: Shawn?

Shawn D.: Get out of here.

Chelsea: I will, but first I just need to know -- is your mom planning on leaving Salem?

Shawn D.: I'm sure you would like that. Then you wouldn't have to face the woman who wants to put you behind bars for killing her son.

Chelsea: Look, I'm fully prepared to take whatever punishment I deserve.

Shawn D.: Oh, I'm sure. Is that why you're playing up to my dad over there, that way, maybe he could keep you out of jail?

Chelsea: You know, he's my father, too. I have a right to talk to him. And for your information, I feel really horrible about what he and Hope are going through.

Shawn D.: Yeah, I'm sure you do.

Chelsea: I feel really guilty about it.

Shawn D.: Well, you should because it's your fault.

Abe: Back off, John, back off!

Alex: I was in here saying goodbye to Lois. He came in and assaulted me.

John: Oh, like hell. Abraham, arrest this man for the first-degree murder of Lois Banks.

Alex: He's lying. By the way, thank you, Abe. If you hadn't shown up when you did, he would have killed me.

Abe: Shut up. I didn't do this for you. I did it for him. John...what's your evidence?

John: He confessed everything, Abraham. Murdering Lois Banks and his plan to take out Marlena.

Abe: Is this true?

Alex: Go ahead, John. Give him the taped confession. Huh? Oh, that's right. You don't have a taped confession, do you? Well, then, how about all the witnesses that supposedly overheard this alleged confession, huh? No? How about one? Not one creature hearing, not even a mouse.

Patrick: Look, Billie, I don't want to fight with you anymore. I wish you luck. I wish you a happy life. But I don't think we'll see each other again. I'm leaving Salem for good. I mean, without you in my life, there's not much keeping me here.

Billie: Well, if you say so.

Patrick: Well, even if I hadn't blown the whistle on Chelsea and let you take the rap, I still wouldn't have you. You know, you'd still be rotting in jail.

Billie: Gee, I guess you were caught between a rock and a hard place, weren't you?

Patrick: Yeah. Yeah, I was.

Billie: Look, Patrick, this is your house and your family is here in Salem. You don't have to leave on account of me.

Patrick: The main reason I'm leaving is I don't want to cause any more trouble between Bo and Hope. Every time I come near her, even as a friend, Bo loses it.

Billie: What? Even as a friend? What does that mean? So, does that mean you've approached her with some other reason in mind?

Patrick: No, no, that is not what I'm saying. Look, I'm saying she's a good friend and someone I'm willing to walk away from. And I'm hoping that you'll be careful not to make the situation worse between them.

Billie: I would never do anything to purposely come between Bo and Hope.

Patrick: Good. Because I really believe Bo and Hope belong together. And I know you feel the same.

Billie: So, you're leaving Salem...because of Hope. Yeah, you're running away from temptation.

Patrick: No. No, that's not -- no, that's not it. The bottom line is, I'm leaving, okay? It doesn't matter who's gonna miss me.

Chelsea: Look, Shawn, I know it's my fault, and I'm gonna have to live with what I did for the rest of my life, but what else can I do?

Shawn D.: Well, I'll tell you what you can do. You can spend a lot of time behind bars and away from the rest of us.

Chelsea: Yeah, well, you'll probably get your wish. [Sighs] And whether you want to believe it

or not...I pray that Hope eventually finds a way to forgive dad and then they can move on with their lives.

Shawn D.: I don't see how that's gonna happen.

Chelsea: Well, then, I at least hope that he can stop her from leaving Salem.

Shawn D.: Yeah, well, let him try. She'll be gone before he even gets there.

Bo: Hope? Hope?! A note for the cleaning lady. "Maria, I'm going away for a while. This check is for the next two months." Where the hell would she go for two months? Maybe she called somebody.

Attendant: Salem Airport.

Bo: Oh, um, I'm wondering if you could tell me if my wife is on a flight?

Attendant: What airline, sir?

Bo: Uh, I don't know.

Attendant: Then I can't help you.

Bo: I'm a police officer.

Attendant: Sorry.

Bo: Damn it.

Lexie: No.

Tek: Just tell me you don't want me and I'll go. You can't, can you? You canít.

Lexie: No. [Breathing heavily]

Belle: You know, there is no sorting it out. I'm married to Philip, and the vows we took are sacred. That's what you always taught me, right?

Marlena: You bet. Being true to your word is terribly important. And keeping your family together is terribly important.

Belle: Yes, yes, it is.

Marlena: Unless it happens to make you miserable...because then you make your family, your husband, and your child miserable...because you regret the decision you made and you resent having to make it.

Belle: I am not miserable with Philip. And I could never resent him or Claire. I love them both. I just --

Marlena: Love...Shawn more. It's very simple. And your choices are very clear. You either have to stop Shawn from marrying Mimi or you have to live your life without him.

Chelsea: Mom, hey.

Billie: Hi, where have you been?

Chelsea: Oh, I just went for a walk to cool off. Patrick just made me so mad. I couldn't stand to be around him.

Billie: [Sighs] Well, you don't have to worry about that anymore.

Chelsea: Why? Is he gone?

Billie: Yes, he is.

Chelsea: Well, that's good. Now no one is gonna stop you from going after Bo.

Patrick: Billie, I'm warning you. Chelsea is selfish. She doesn't exactly have an accurate moral compass. You know it's true. I'm just wondering how far she's willing to go to stay out of jail.

Alex: I didn't confess to a damn thing. Why should I? I'm completely innocent. He's crazy. His claims are crazy. What I'd really like to know is why is he even here?

John: 'Cause I got a call from the medical examiner saying the Banks' autopsy report was ready.

Abe: When I spoke to the morgue attendant, he said there was never a call to you or anybody.

John: Well, someone called me, Abraham. He told me that -- oh, my God. You lousy son of a bitch. You set me up, didn't you?

Alex: Oh, man, more lies. I was with Marlena. We were making wedding plans. In fact, he was at the penthouse harassing us, so, obviously, he followed me over here.

John: Oh, knock it off. I didn't follow you anywhere.

Alex: Oh, you did, too. And you know what? I want to file yet another restraining order against this man. He is obviously dangerous. I don't want him anywhere around me and Marlena.

John: You're ridiculous!

Alex: You see what he did to me, Abe, huh? And with a Police Commander as my witness, I don't think I'll have a problem convincing a Judge to give me that restraining order.

John: You set me up.

Abe: Hey, hey, hey!

John: He set me up!

Abe: He has a case! Don't, you're gonna make things worse! Now, you're already supposed to stay away from North as a condition of your bail.

John: [Growling]

Abe: Why do you keep doing this, anyway, huh?

Alex: You got that right. Good day, gentlemen. Now if you'll excuse me, I think I'll go home to my wife. Oh, one more thing -- I can't wait to see her in that wedding dress on the day we renew our vows. And then I can't wait to see her out of it.

John: [Grunting]

Abe: Come on! Come on!

John: I am telling you, Abraham. I walked in here. He's got that vault, he's got her out of there, and he's talking to her.

Abe: He was talking to her. So what was he doing? Telling her goodbye?

John: No, he was thanking her. He said now that she's dead and I'm out of the picture here, it's gonna make it easier for him to go after Marlena.

Abe: And you heard this?

John: I heard him. I confronted him. He said he's gonna inflict more pain on Marlena than she has ever experienced in her lifetime.

Abe: And he admitted that he killed Lois?

John: Affirmative! Do you see what he's doing? He's taunting me. He's baiting me. By God, he's gonna use the law to try to keep me from protecting my wife, but I'll tell you one thing, Abraham, I will protect her, even if I have to die trying.

Alex: Does this mean that you're having second thoughts about renewing your vows with me?

Lucas: This isn't a business dinner. I'm asking you out on a date.

Austin: What did she say?

Sami: Oh, come on, Austin. You told me not to be nosy, remember?

Austin: No, I'm serious. What did she say?

Hope: [Thinking] Goodbye, Zack. Goodbye, Bo.
