Days of Our Lives Transcript Tuesday 9/20/05 - Canada; Wednesday 9/21/05 - U.S.A.

Mimi: Two weddings in two days? I can't take it. Watching Chloe marry Brady was hard enough. I cannot sit there and watch Sami Brady say "I do." It's too depressing.
Caroline: Oh. Mimi, why aren't you in the chapel?
Mimi: I, um, I -- why aren't you there?
Caroline: Oh, I just realized that Sami didn't have a handkerchief. And you know when she says, "I do," those tears are gonna flow. You know, I better take them all.
Mimi: Weddings can be pretty weepy, especially Sami's.
Caroline: Mimi... what's wrong, dear?
Mimi: I just -- I've just always dreamed about my own wedding. And, um, I've just really messed everything up. I loved Rex so much. And [Sighs] I'm never gonna find another man like him.
Caroline: Oh, Mimi, of course you will.
Chelsea: [Sighs] Sorry, daddy, but this is the last thing this dress needs. Damn, you look good. Grandma Kate has taste. Patrick's gonna love this dress as much as you do.
Patrick: You're right. It's hot. And, uh, you sure don't look like a kid anymore.
Chelsea: I'd hoped you'd notice.
Patrick: Oh, I do.
Billie: What's going on here? What the hell are you two doing?!
Roman: All right, this better be good. My daughter's about to get married in there, and I want to hear her say, "I do."
Tek: I never would have pulled you out if I didn't think it was urgent.
Hope: What's going on?
Bo: The way you took off, it seemed serious.
Roman: Apparently, we have a situation that just can't wait.
Tek: In the last few hours, the I.S.A.'s received numerous unconfirmed reports that a major international terrorist has shown up in Salem.
Hope: Oh, my God.
Tek: They didn't want to panic anyone in case it turned out to be bogus, but they just got word that he's been spotted in the vicinity of St. Luke's.
Hope: Could he be looking for sanctuary?
Bo: I doubt it.
Hope: Then why St. Luke's?
Bo: Well, think about who's in there -- Brady and Horton extended families, last three police commanders. If DiMera wanted to hurt somebody --
Roman: This is the perfect opportunity.
Tex: Commissioner Gordon's thoughts exactly. He's afraid everyone in that church could be in extreme danger.
Fr. Jansen: Do you, Lucas, take Samantha to be your wife? Do you promise to be true to her in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, and to love her and honor her all the days of your life?
Lucas: I do.
Fr. Jansen: Do you, Samantha, take Lucas to be your husband? Do you promise to be true to him in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, and to love him and honor him all the days of your life?
Roman: All right, this wedding has to stop right now!
Sami: What's going on?
Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of Our Lives.
Sami: Daddy, how could you do this to me?
Roman: Sami, I'm sorry.
Sami: You've ruined my wedding.
Roman: I didn't want to.
Sami: I'm never gonna forgive you for this, dad.
Lucas: Sami, give your dad a chance to explain.
Roman: Lucas, thank you.
Roman: All right. First off, I need everybody to completely calm down. Now, the police department has just gotten some information from the I.S.A.
Sami: [Thinking] Oh, God. They found out that I was Stan. He's gonna arrest me in front of Lucas and Will and everyone.
Roman: A known terrorist has been spotted in Salem heading towards St. Luke's. Now, wait a minute, wait a minute. We don't know why he's here. But until he's been located and apprehended, we just don't want to take any chances.
Sami: Wait a second, dad. That is the reason that we stopped this wedding?
Roman: Sami, a large gathering could be a prime target, or he could just be seeking asylum. But either way, I don't want you held hostage or these people held hostage. So this wedding has to be postponed until it is safe.
Sami: But, dad, that could take forever! We were almost done with the wedding, dad. All that was left was for me to say "I do" and him to pronounce us husband and wife. We can do it right now. Ready? I do. Okay, now you say your part.
Fr. Jansen: I'm sorry, Sami, but in a situation like this, I have to cede authority to the police.
Sami: Dad, just tell him --
Roman: Sami! Sami! I can't, all right? Now, hopefully, this operation won't take long. In the meantime -- in the meantime, as I said, the important thing is for no one to panic. Everything's okay. We're on top of it. We just need you to sit tight.
Marlena: This is terrible.
Alex: Yes, it is, but you just need to remain calm. We're gonna be all right.
Marlena: I'm talking about Sami. She told me that she waited her whole lifetime for this wedding and now for this to happen...
John: My guess is she could use her mother right about now.
Marlena: Oh. I don't -- I don't --
John: It doesn't matter that you don't remember her. She remembers you.
Lexie: Bo, Hope... do you think my brother's behind this?
Hope: From prison?
Bo: Well, we're watching him closely, but I wouldn't put it past him.
Lexie: I'll alert the hospital so they're ready just in case.
Hope: What possible motive could an international terrorist have for coming here?
Sami: I knew something awful was gonna happen the second that mirror broke. Maybe now grandma Caroline will acknowledge that superstitions are nothing to laugh at.
Lucas: Sami, please calm down.
Sami: I can't calm down. This was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives, and now look at it. I can't believe this is happening. I can't believe my dad wouldn't let us finish the ceremony. In the time it took us to argue about it, you and I could be married already.
Will: It's not like he stopped the wedding on purpose. It's his job to make sure that everyone's safe.
Marlena: Sami... the young man is right.
Sami: Mom, I just wanted everything to be perfect.
Marlena: I know. I know. But if your father had not stopped it and somebody had been hurt or killed...
Lucas: That's exactly right. We can't let anybody get hurt. As soon as they catch the terrorist, we'll continue with the wedding, I promise.
Sami: I hope so.
Lucas: No, I know so. Trust me. One day we're gonna look back on this, and this is gonna be a great family story.
John: Roman, how can I help?
Roman: Well, first of all, thanks. Uh, yeah, take everybody down to the rec room. Once you get them down there, make sure it's locked from the inside and secure.
John: You got any leads?
Roman: Just what I announced. Known terrorist headed this way. Not a hell of a lot to go on.
John: Maybe not. But whoever it is and whatever he has planned, we'll be ready for him.
Caroline: You're beautiful. You're smart. You're a fun young woman. Of course you're gonna find another man, and he's gonna be every bit as special as Rex.
Mimi: You really think so?
Mimi: It is actually kind of a little weird talking to you about this because, I mean, you are Rex's grandmother.
Caroline: And I'm your friend. Actually, I've known you longer than I've known him.
Mimi: That's true. But even so, I, you know...
Caroline: Well, I can only imagine how hard it is to have lost him. You two seemed like the ideal couple.
Mimi: Yeah, I thought so. I thought we were gonna spend the rest of our lives together, but we're not. And now Belle has Philip, Chloe has Brady, and even Sami is getting married. Oh, I'm sorry. I know she's your granddaughter. That's awful.
Caroline: Oh, no, that's okay.
Mimi: I just -- my point is they all have someone and my life is over.
Caroline: Oh, Mimi. [Laughs] Well, you might feel that way, but that's not so. The truth is your life is just beginning. Rex was your first serious boyfriend, wasn't he?
Mimi: Pretty much. Yeah, first and only.
Caroline: Well, of course, the first one is very special. But he may not necessarily be the one you're meant to be with. Maybe you're supposed to have several boyfriends before you settle down. And so the one you marry you'll know is Mr. Right.
Mimi: But I still feel like Rex is Mr. Right. I love him, Mrs. Brady.
Caroline: Well, you may never stop loving him.
Mimi: It just hurts so much. We --
Mimi: We were perfect for each other. We are perfect for each other. Everyone saw that. I don't understand why we can't be together, why he won't come back to me.
Caroline: Well, obviously, he had his reasons, and they may not make sense to you or anybody else.
Mimi: Maybe if I just give him enough time.
Caroline: Oh, no. You can't put your life on hold waiting for him to decide.
Mimi: Why not?
Caroline: Because...he may never be ready to.
Mimi: It's not fair.
Caroline: No, it isnít. It's not fair. But I promise you that one day when you least expect it, you'll meet someone and then you'll realize the reason for all of this. And when you do meet that wonderful man and marry, as I know you will, I hope you'll allow me to make a hope chest for you.
Mimi: You would do that?
Caroline: Of course. I watched you grow up. You and Shawn have been friends so long, I think of you as my other grandchild. Who knows? Maybe now that Shawn is free...
Mimi: Shawn and I are just really good friends.
Caroline: Funny. That's how my husband, Shawn, and I started out.
Mimi: It is?
Caroline: Yes. Yes. You know, some of the world's great loves started out as just really good friends.
Chelsea: What do you want?
Billie: It's a beautiful dress.
Chelsea: Thank you. Grandma Kate bought it for me.
Billie: Tsk. Don't you think it's a little...mm, flashy?
Chelsea: You just don't want me to look pretty, do you?
Billie: Oh, come on, Chelsea. You'd look pretty in a potato sack. I -- like I said, it's a beautiful dress. It's just maybe more suited for clubbing or something. This is a wedding. Don't you think you should wear something with a little more respect for...God? Fr. Jansen? Sami and Lucas?
Chelsea: Look, I didn't wear it for them or for anybody else. I wore it for me. When I put this dress on, I feel good about myself... confident. I wasn't the poor girl in town anymore. I was a woman... a woman who could do anything. Do you have any idea what that's like?
Billie: Actually, I do.
Chelsea: My parents -- the ones that raised me -- the Bensons -- they loved me, and I loved them. But things with money were always so tight, especially toward the end. Whenever I needed something nice, it was always from the thrift store. I used to cringe thinking that someone from school would see me walk in there. Or else I'd cut down one of my mother's old dresses. And if that didn't work, I'd borrow something from Abby. You know, it's one thing to borrow an outfit from your best friend because you want to. But it's a whole nother thing to do it because you have to.
Billie: And you didn't have to borrow this dress from anyone, did you?
Chelsea: Nope. It was bought especially for me, and I look good in it.
Billie: Yes, you do.
Chelsea: It makes me feel like...anything's possible.
Billie: I know the feeling.
Chelsea: Yeah, right.
Billie: Chelsea, I wasn't raised with money. Far from it. And when I first came to Salem, I -- yeah, I was in pretty bad shape. But I was determined to make something of myself. I wanted a career, money, and a man.
Chelsea: And that's when you met Bo?
Billie: Everyone thought Hope was dead. I was living with Bo's niece Carrie at the time. And Bo just became my protector. He saw the good in me when nobody else did.
Chelsea: You still love him, don't you?
Billie: I have never stopped. But I'll never have him. He and Hope belong together. And that's okay because Bo gave me the greatest gift I could ever ask for... you.
Roman: All right. All right, folks. Listen up, here. First of all, thank you for remaining calm. Now, we need you to gather all your things together. We're gonna take you down to the rec room until this threat is passed.
Sami: No one is going anywhere until Lucas and I are married. Just finish the ceremony right now.
Fr. Jansen: You don't want to get married like this.
Sami: Yes, I do. I don't care how I get married. I just want it to happen.
Sami: Just do it.
Fr. Jansen: I already told you, I have to defer to the police, especially if my congregation is the target of a terrorist attack. Now, we have to get everyone to a safe place while we can. You understand that, don't you?
Sami: Yes, I do. I understand that on my wedding day, everyone else in this whole damn town comes first.
Lucas: Sami, wait! I'm sorry, father.
Fr. Jansen: It's all right.
Lucas: Will, why don't you go to the rec room?
Will: I want to stay with you.
Fr. Jansen: I'll take him.
Lucas: Thank you. I'm gonna find Sami, and then we'll meet you in the rec room.
Belle: Why is this happening?
Philip: All we can do is stay calm.
Shawn D.: I still want to know where Mimi went.
Philip: I have no idea.
Shawn D.: Neither do I.
John: Are you ready?
Belle: Dad, is it true?
John: Everything's gonna be just fine. We don't have much time to waste.
Shawn D.: No one knows where Mimi went.
John: We'll look for her on the way out.
Philip: Let's go.
Lucas: Hey, how you doing?
Sami: Lucas, it wasn't supposed to be like this.
Lucas: I know, honey, I know. It sucks, but we don't have any choice, all right? We got to go to the rec room with everybody else.
Sami: Where's Will?
Lucas: He's with Fr. Jansen. Hey...did I tell you how beautiful you look today? When I saw you walking down that aisle, my heart stopped.
Sami: Lucas, I love you.
Lucas: I love you, too. Come on. Okay.
Roman: All right. That's everybody.
Bo: I haven't seen Billie or Chelsea.
Hope: They must be in the rec room.
Bo: I hope so.
Belle: Oh, wait, I left my purse in the bride's room.
Philip: I'll go with you.
Belle: No. Don't worry. Go ahead. I'll catch up.
John: Just make it quick.
Philip: Come right back.
Belle: Okay, I will.
Mimi: Your dress is beautiful.
Caroline: You may be wearing it for your wedding. [Gasps] Speaking of which, oh, my. We've got to get back. We've missed the whole ceremony.
Mimi: I'm gonna touch up my makeup. I can't believe Sami didn't want to wear that dress.
Caroline: Oh, well, she wanted to start fresh with Lucas, you know. Everything new.
Mimi: Well, I guess that makes sense. I mean, Sami's track record with her weddings isn't exactly good.
Belle: And it's about to get a whole lot worse.
John: Okay, there's plenty of chairs here. Why don't you sit down, make yourself comfortable? We're gonna bring in some food and water. Just sit tight until further notice.
Marlena: Oh, there's so many people in here.
Alex: Calm down. All right. Come with me. Come on.
Bo: Hey. You two okay?
Billie: Yeah. We are. We were already in the vestibule when people started coming out of the church. What is this about a terrorist?
Bo: I'm not really sure, but that's why Roman put the church in a lockdown. Don't worry. It's gonna be okay.
Chelsea: Yeah, I know.
Bo: All right.
Sami: Well, where is Will?
Lucas: He's here somewhere. He's here with Fr. Jansen. Here, right here.
Fr. Jansen: Here he is, safe and sound.
Sami: Hi, sweetie. Are you okay?
Will: Yeah, I'm fine, mom.
Fr. Jansen: Come and help me get the others some water.
Will: All right.
Lucas: Come on. Help out.
Sami: Lucas, I just don't believe this. I can't believe it's happening. It was not supposed to go this way. Everything was supposed to be perfect this time.
Lucas: And it will be, all right?
Sami: No. No, it wonít. We're cursed.
Lucas: Sami, this has got nothing to do with us. Your dad is gonna catch that terrorist. And when he does, we're gonna go back up to the church, Fr. Jansen is gonna pronounce us husband and wife, and I'm gonna kiss the bride, and we're gonna live happily ever after..
Sami: You promise?
Lucas: What do you say we practice that kiss, huh? Mmm. [Sighs] Better?
Sami: Yeah. You were right, Lucas. This isn't about us. It can't be.
Caroline: What do you mean Sami's record has just gotten worse?
Belle: Roman stopped the wedding.
Caroline: Oh! I knew I should have stayed in there.
Mimi: What did Sami do this time?
Belle: Nothing. Nothing. Now, listen, I know this is gonna sound crazy, but apparently there's been an international terrorist spotted outside of St. Luke's. And the police are locking down the entire church. So they're moving everyone to the rec room for safety.
Mimi: Oh, my G-- are you serious?
Caroline: Oh, Sami must be beside herself.
Belle: Yeah, that's one way to put it.
Mimi: They really think the terrorist is coming here?
Tek: Whoa, it's just me. It's just me.
Caroline: Oh, thank God.
Tek: I'm checking all the rooms to make sure everyone's accounted for.
Caroline: Well, we were just heading to the rec room.
Tek: No, no, it's safer if you just stay here. I want you to look the door and don't let anyone in until someone from the police department says it's okay. Not anyone. You understand?
Tek: All right.
Mimi: Okay. Well, this is pretty scary.
Caroline: Oh, well, I'm sure they're just being cautious.
Belle: Okay. Looks like we're gonna be here for a while.
Belle: It's nice to see your dress again.
Caroline: Well, I was showing it to Mimi and some pictures of the brides who wore it.
Mimi: There are so many beautiful things in that hope chest.
Belle: Yeah, there are. I remember when Shawn and I went through it at Theo Carver's christening.
Caroline: I walked in, and you were in my dress and Shawn was in grandpa Shawn's tuxedo.
Belle: That was a long time ago.
Mimi: Yeah, it was.
Caroline: Well, Shawn, you know, dreamed that his bride would carry on the family tradition. I hope he's right.
Mimi: They don't make lace like this anymore.
Caroline: Why don't you try it on?
Mimi: Oh, no, no, no. I couldnít.
Caroline: It'll take our minds off what's going on out there.
Alex: There you go. Oh. I think you'll be much more comfortable in here than in that crowded rec room. Some water?
Marlena: Oh. Yes, thank you. I'm not sure it's a good idea for us to be here.
Alex: We'll be as safe here as anywhere else.
Marlena: I just mean that Roman and John had asked me to stay very close to Sami.
Alex: That would be a mistake.
Marlena: Why? She's my daughter. She's nervous. She -- she may need me.
Alex: [Sighs] You've already done more than enough for your family, Marlena.
Marlena: How can you even say that?
Alex: Ever since John insisted I bring you back here, they have been doing nothing but emotionally abusing you.
Marlena: I don't think so. From what I can tell, they've been incredibly supportive. They're frustrated. So am I.
Alex: Do you really think that your family and friends are being supportive by burdening you with all their problems while you're in this condition?
Marlena: [Laughs] You make it sound much worse than it is.
Alex: Do I? Let's take Sami for example. Has she shown one ounce of concern about your well-being since we've been back here? No. All she cares about is getting everything she wants.
Marlena: I know, but it's her wedding day. I mean, brides are always self-absorbed. And that especially means that she needs me right now.
Alex: I'm sure she does. But what about your needs? Has anyone other than John asked how you're coping with all this? Has anyone wondered if attending two weddings in as many days might just be a little overwhelming for you? I'm your doctor. I'm worried about you. We have made some progress, but your health is still in a very fragile state. Now, do you want to risk having your mind completely shut down again?
Marlena: No, of course I donít.
Alex: No, but I have seen that very thing happen with patients at this stage of their recovery. Your family wants you to be better, so they start acting as if you are, but you're not. Not yet. They are overloading you with all this additional stress, and yet you do not have the background information you need to deal with it.
Marlena: But maybe the lack of information is an advantage. Maybe it helps me see my family more objectively.
Alex: Even a therapist needs to understand his or her patient's history in order to help them.
Marlena: But not every detail of it. What I have observed and what I've been told has enabled me to say frankly to Belle how dangerous it is for her to be carrying a torch for somebody who's not her husband. And from now on, I can see clearly and speak candidly to everybody.
Alex: And once again, it's all about them, when the one person you should be focusing on if you're ever going to recover is you.
Marlena: My family needs me.
Alex: And they love you. They are so desperate to have you back that they are totally sucking you into their lives and not allowing you to reclaim your own.
Marlena: But they're not doing that intentionally.
Alex: I know they're not. I'm not saying that they are. But in order for you to remember your past, they have to stop filling your mind with the present.
Alex: That's why... that's why I've been adamant about wanting to keep you isolated at the cabin during this treatment. The longer you stay in this environment, the harder it's going to be for you to reclaim your life.
Marlena: John will never let me go back to the cabin.
Alex: I know that.
Marlena: Well, then, what are we going to do?
Alex: We're going to start by reversing the damage that's been caused by returning to Salem.
Lexie: What are you doing to her?
Philip: Lucas, how are you?
Lucas: Pretty good, considering.
Philip: How's Sami holding up?
Lucas: She's a wreck. I'm trying to find out how much longer we got to stay down here.
Shawn D.: And?
Lucas: No one knows. All Sami wanted was this wedding to go smoothly.
Philip: It'll be fine.
Lucas: I'm gonna go check on her, okay?
Philip: All right.
Lucas: Oh, um, with all this excitement, I forgot to congratulate you on your new leg, man. It seems incredible.
Philip: It's pretty incredible, yeah. It's uncomfortable, but it'll get better.
Lucas: I'm proud of you.
Philip: Speaking of this leg, I'm gonna dance at your reception. I'm the best man. This wedding's gonna be fine. Don't worry about any of this.
Lucas: Yeah, I just got to convince Sami of that.
Philip: You will. Roman, Belle went to get her purse and she hasn't come back.
Shawn D.: And Mimi is still missing.
Roman: Tek radioed down. He found them both and my mom in the bride's room. He felt it would be better to secure them there than to move them.
Philip: Maybe we can go help them out or something.
Roman: Hey, hey, they're gonna be just fine, okay? I'm gonna go check with headquarters.
Shawn D.: I don't like the idea of them being alone together.
Philip: Yeah, neither do I.
Shawn D.: Well, do you want to go do something about it?
Philip: You read my mind.
Chelsea: Watch it.
Sami: Excuse me. What the hell happened to you? I don't remember inviting a streetwalker to my wedding.
Chelsea: For your information, this dress costs more than your entire tacky non-wedding.
Sami: Wow. You are a bitch.
Chelsea: So much for the blushing bride. I wonder how many people cleaned up betting that this thing would never happen. Of course, knowing your track record, there probably weren't any takers, right?
Sami: Go to hell, you little tramp.
Chelsea: Did I hit a nerve?
Sami: Huh. I don't know why I didn't realize right away what a piece of trash you are. Your grandmother's a whore and your mother's a whore, so obviously you can't help but follow in the family tradition.
Chelsea: At least I'm not the town joke. How many wedding dresses do you own by now, Sami, huh?
Sami: Get out.
Chelsea: With pleasure. I didn't even want to come to your stupid wedding anyway. The only reason I did was to make my parents happy by being here for their family.
Lucas: What did you tell Chelsea?
Sami: The truth.
Billie: Chelsea! Where are you going? The church is in lockdown.
Chelsea: I don't care. I'm out of here.
Billie: This is not a joke. There is a terrorist out there.
Chelsea: Yeah, and there's a big old bitch in there. I don't care if it's dangerous. I don't care if Sami's my cousin, and I don't care if Lucas is my uncle. I'm not staying here another minute.
Billie: You have to.
Chelsea: Like hell I do. Let go of me.
Billie: Chelsea! Patrick. Patrick, I need your help.
Patrick: What's wrong?
Billie: It's Chelsea. She's upset. She took off. If anything happens to her --
Patrick: Let's go, okay?
Hope: There's no sign of anyone in the chapel.
Bo: Vestibule is clear. I'm gonna have to check outside.
Hope: He must be in the sacristy.
Bo: Hey, you be careful.
Hope: You too.
Bo: What the h-- why aren't you in the rec room?
Patrick: Wait. Come on. Wait.
Bo: Lockhart, get back here.
Billie: No, no, no, no.
Billie: Let him go after her.
Bo: What the hell is going on?
Caroline: I remember the first time I wore that dress, before I ever stepped into it, my mother made me promise to honor my marriage. Honesty, commitment, and unwavering love. Like the way she and all the other women who wore it promised.
Mimi: I can't imagine my mother ever saying something like that to me.
Caroline: Belle? What's wrong?
Caroline: It's all right to be scared, dear, but we're perfectly safe here. We're in God's house. Roman and Bo and your father are looking for that terrorist.
Belle: I know. I know. It's not that. I think it's hormones.
Mimi: Well, what's the verdict?
Caroline: It looks like that dress has been waiting for you all these years.
[Knock on door]
Philip: Belle, are you in there?
Belle: It's Philip.
Mimi: But Tek said to only answer to the police.
Belle: But it's Philip.
Mimi: What if the terrorist is out there with him?
Belle: What if the terrorists find him?
Philip: Are you all right?
Belle: Yeah. Are you okay?
Philip: Yeah, I am now.
Shawn D.: Mimi.
Shawn D.: You look beautiful.
Lexie: You're hypnotizing her.
Alex: Yes, I am. It's part of her treatment.
Lexie: Dr. North, I have been your champion since day one. I'm the one who brought you in on this case, but --
Alex: And I am sure that Marlena is very grateful. Aren't you, Marlena?
Marlena: Yes, I am.
Lexie: Okay. I'm not so sure about this. From my limited background in psychiatry, this seems very wrong.
Alex: Well, as you've just stated, your background in psychiatry is quite limited.
Lexie: But I do recognize this particular technique. It was developed during World War II as an aggressive type of mind control.
Alex: Yes, you're right. But with amnesia patients, it can have the opposite effect and actually reopen their mind. I'm sure you're well aware of some techniques that have seemingly paradoxical effects?
Lexie: All the same, as Marlena's primary-care physician and as her friend, I think her husband should approve of this particular technique.
Shawn D.: The dress is beautiful. And so are you.
Philip: Yeah, you are.
[Knock on door]
Tek: It's Detective Kramer. The church is secure. The wedding's gonna continue.
Philip: All right.
Mimi: Well, I guess I should probably change out of this. I think the last thing Sami would want at this point is another bride out there. Thank you for letting me try it on.
Caroline: My pleasure.
Philip: Let's go.
Shawn D.: Yeah. You guys should probably get back to the chapel, being that you're in the wedding. I'll just wait for Mimi.
Caroline: That's a good idea.
Belle: The wedding's probably not gonna start right away. We can wait with you.
Caroline: Oh, no, no. Sami's so nervous. She wants to know her matron of honor and her best man are ready.
Philip: I totally agree. Let's go, honey. We'll see you there. Come on.
Caroline: You know, that dress fitted her as if it were made for her.
Shawn D.: Yeah, it sure did.
Caroline: Well, it's probable one of these days that she'll be wearing it for real.
Shawn D.: [Chuckles]
Lexie: I'm going to get John.
Alex: I wouldn't do that if I were you.
Lexie: Well, you're not me.
Alex: Nonetheless, you are not going to go get John.
Lexie: Excuse me?
Alex: And from now on, you're only going to say the most flattering things about my work with Marlena.
Lexie: Oh, please --
Alex: Otherwise, I will tell your husband that you are sleeping with Detective Kramer.
Bo: Chelsea's upset, and you trust Lockhart to bring her back safely?
Billie: Yes. 'Cause he's just about the only person she'll listen to right now.
Bo: If he does anything to hurt our daughter --
Billie: It's okay. Patrick knows what he's doing.
Patrick: I heard your cousin Sami gave you a rough time. How you doing?
Chelsea: How do you think I'm doing?
Patrick: Maybe it'll help to talk about it.
Chelsea: Just leave me alone.
Patrick: Chelsea, com--
John: Caroline, have you seen Marlena?
Caroline: Oh. Well, with all the excitement, she might have gone out for some air.
John: Yeah... except Dr. North isn't back either.
Caroline: Well, I'm sure they'll be here any minute.
Fr. Jansen: Welcome back. The bride and groom have requested that we not redo the entire service but rather pick up from the vows, which makes perfect sense to me. So, once again, do you, Lucas, take Samantha to be your wife? Do you promise to be true to her in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, and to love her and honor her all the days of your life?
Lucas: I do.
Fr. Jansen: Do you, Samantha, take Lucas to be your husband? Do you promise to be true to him in good times and in bad --
Stan: Hello, Sami. Did you miss me?
Roman: Are you sure this is the guy?
Lucas: I'd know him anywhere!
Stan: Probably about as well as you'd know your own bride, isn't that right, Samantha?
John: You're gonna tell me why you're hypnotizing my wife, and you're gonna tell me now.
Shawn D.: I have to move on with my life.
Mimi: So, what do you say we move on together?
Billie: Don't let her be in any trouble.
John: Stan's here.
Stan: The only one getting what's coming to them is Sami.
