Max: [Chuckles]

Chelsea: Glad you stopped by.

Max: I'm glad you invited me. Nothing better than a cold dip on a hot night.

Chelsea: My thoughts exactly.

Max: You know what the best part about swimming at night is?

Chelsea: What?

Max: No one can see what happens underwater.

Patrick: Yeah, sorry I wasn't much help in decoding the latest DiMera riddle.

Billie: Well, thanks for trying. Ah, who could concentrate in this heat, anyway?

Patrick: I know. I know. I'm sorry about no air-conditioning. My mom was supposed to save up for it once, but, you know, she blew all the cash on a trip to Vegas.

Billie: [Laughs] Well, at least we got the pool. That water is gonna feel so... good.

Patrick: I've warned him to stay away from her. I'm through talking to this kid.

Billie: Wait, wait, Patrick. Don't take a swing at him. It'll only make matters worse. Look, I have an idea. I think it's gonna help. Here's what we're gonna do.

Jack: I'm here!

Jennifer: Did you thank your mom for watching Jack Jr.?

Jack: Oh, yeah, yeah. I thanked her, but she thanked me all the way home. It seems that grandpa Vern is very taken with our tiny man, and Vern says, why don't you and I go out more often and leave the baby with him?

Jennifer: That's very sweet.

Jack: It is sweet. It's... it's, uh -- what's wrong? Are you okay?

Jennifer: Yeah, I'm fine.

Jack: No, you're not. You're upset. You're still upset about what happened at Bo and Hope's boat.

Jennifer: Yeah, I am upset. It scared me half to death, Jack. What if Bo had opened the champagne bottle instead of throwing it in the trash? That could have blown up in his face. It could have killed all of us.

Jack: It could've, but it didn’t. He was suspicious, we were suspicious, we threw it away, and nobody got hurt.

Jennifer: Yes, but it was a warning from Tony DiMera, and now Bo and Hope are after him anyway.

Jack: Of course they are. They're cops. That's what they do. It's like Hope says -- "we know what we're doing." And they do. They're gonna be all right.

Jennifer: Well, I don't know if they're gonna be all right. But I am glad that you didn't offer to go help them.

Jack: Actually, I did.

Jennifer: What?! Are you crazy? Why would you even do that?

Jack: Look, if anybody's got an axe to grind with Tony DiMera, I do. He kept me away from my family and from my job, from my li-- my life for a year and a half. The bastard was -- he... and it's time that I can't get back, isn't it? No matter what, I can't get that time back.

Jennifer: I know that you are angry, and so am I, but please tell me that you are not still entertaining that idea.

Jack: Huh? No, no, no. Bo wouldn't let me go.

Jennifer: Good. I'm glad to hear that, because -- wait a minute. Since when did you ever let anyone tell you no to anything?

Jack: Come on, tell me how long. At least manage that much. How many damn years do I have left?

Lexie: If I had to guess, maybe...three months.

Jack: Actually, I'm glad that Bo turned me down.

Jennifer: Really? You're glad?

Jack: I'm glad. I'm glad because it affords me the chance to be home, here with my wife and my family, and there's no place I'd rather be -- where I'm gonna stay -- here with my wife and my beautiful family.

Jennifer: Jack Devereaux, there is something going on with you, and I want you to tell me what it is right now.

John: You just hang in there, sweetheart. You're gonna be just fine. She fell down the stairs. I'm going in.

Lexie: No, you wait out here.

John: Lexie, she's pregnant.

Lexie: Okay, we'll do everything we can.

John: Ugh!

Roman: John, how is she? What did Lexie say?

John: Kate, get him out of here.

Roman: John, calm down. You know I have every right to be here.

John: Get him out of here.

Kate: Roman, let's give him some space, all right? Roman! I know you're concerned, okay? But John has so much to deal with right now.

Sami: Dad? Oh, thank God. Dad, Belle called me. She told me that mom fell down the stairs?

Roman: Yeah, they just brought her in. We don't know anything yet.

Sami: How did it happen? How did she fall? Oh, my God. Belle told me that Kate was there. You had something to do with this, didn't you?

Kate: Oh, don't be ridiculous.

Sami: What did you do, push her down the stairs so you could get back together with your ex-lover?

Roman: Sami, don't start. Kate had nothing to do with it. What happened is my fault.

Belle: Dad...

Philip: I hope Marlena's gonna be all right.

Shawn D.: Yeah, me too.

Philip: Hey, thanks for driving us. Belle's kind of a wreck. She couldn't have handled it.

Shawn D.: I was just glad I was around to help.

Philip: When the call came in from my mom, I was asleep. When I woke up, Belle wasn't there. Then all of a sudden she rushes through the door, runs in the bathroom, and gets sick.

Shawn D.: Well, I know that she wasn't feeling well.

Philip: Yeah, yeah. You know 'cause you were up on the roof with her, right? She told me. What she didn't tell me is why.

Belle: Dad, how is she? Have you heard anything?

John: No, baby. We just got here. Lexie's in there with her now.

[Monitor beeping]

Lexie: Pupils are dilated. Marlena, it's Lexie. I'm here, okay? We're going to take care of you, but you have to hang in there, okay? I know you will. You're strong. You're a survivor. You'll get through this.

[Beeping rapidly]

 Nurse: BP is 170/110.

Lexie: She's at risk of a heart attack or stroke or seizure if we don't --

[Beeping continues]

Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of Our Lives.

Max: We got company.

Chelsea: Great. Just what we needed.

Max: Don't worry. I'll get rid of her.

Chelsea: Take your time, honey.

Patrick: Hey, mind if I join you?

Chelsea: Not at all. It's your pool.

Max: Billie, what's up?

Billie: Nothing. Just trying to cool off a little bit. But let me guess -- you'd rather I did it somewhere else.

Max: Actually, Chelsea and I were sort of having some alone time together.

Billie: Well, looks like she's talking to Patrick now. But if you want me to go... no problem. I'll just go take a cold shower.

Max: No, actually, on second thought, what's your hurry? I think now's the time we should get to know each other a little.

Lexie: I need four grams of magnesium sulfate.

Nurse: Yes, doctor.

[Monitor beeping rapidly]

Belle: Is my mom okay?

Nurse: They're doing everything they can. Dr. Carver will be out to speak to you as soon as possible.

John: It's okay. It's okay.

Sami: How could you have anything to do with this? How is it your fault?

Roman: Because I got your mother pregnant. And now not only could she lose the baby, she could lose her life.

Sami: You got mom pregnant and not John?

Roman: I'm afraid so.

Sami: You and mom... oh, Kate, you did do something. Now it all makes sense to me. You wanted my mom to lose the baby because you were jealous. So what? If she does lose the baby, my little brother or sister's blood will be on your hands.

Philip: So, what's the story? Why don't you tell me what happened up on the roof?

Shawn D.: There is no story. It was 100 degrees in my loft, so I went up to the roof to get some air, and Belle was up there on the phone, and she was upset.

Philip: About what, the baby?

Shawn D.: I don't know.

Philip: Are you sure about that? Yeah, I didn't think so. If something's going on with my wife, I want to know about it.

Shawn D.: Well, maybe you should talk to her then, because it's really not my place to say.

Belle: Okay, so, you and Roman were arguing, and mom got upset and fell down the stairs?

John: Yeah, that's what happened.

Belle: And what were you and Roman arguing about?

John: Look, baby, I don't want to upset you any more than you already are, okay? All right, you need to know the truth. Your mother...told me that, um, that, uh, the baby that she's [Clears throat] she's carrying -- it's Roman's.

Belle: I know.

John: So, you knew, too?

Belle: Dad, I just figured out she was pregnant. She told me the rest. She was a wreck. She didn't know what to do. She wanted to tell you. She just didn't know how.

John: She is my wife. I am her husband. She should be able to tell me anything.

Belle: She was afraid, dad -- afraid of losing you... especially since the father of the baby is married to the woman you were planning to marry.

John: What difference could that possibly make?

Belle: I don't know. None of that matters right now. All that matters is that mom and that baby are okay.

[Monitor beeping]

Marlena: John...

Lexie: Bring him in, okay? Marlena...just relax, okay? Just try to relax.

Nurse: She's right in there.

John: Marlena, it's John. I'm right here.

Marlena: I'm so sorry.

Jack: Something's going on? Nothing's going on.

Jennifer: There's something going on, because you are not acting like yourself.

Jack: I'm acting like myself.

Jennifer: No, you're not. You're acting different. And I don't know what it is, but you don't have your spunk. It's gone. You are acting completely preoccupied all the time.

Jack: Please. Gone. Spunk. In the words of the great Lou Grant, "I hate spunk." I do. I assure you, I am never more myself than I am right now at this moment. I just -- I'm tired. That's all. I'm just -- I'm still tired after this whole DiMera debacle. But tired or no, I'm glad to be back with my family. I'm glad to be -- have -- here with [Breathing heavily] family.

Jennifer: What is it? What's wrong? Are you okay?

Jack: I'm, uh... yeah, it's just... I think I got a migraine coming on. That's it -- it's a migraine.

Jennifer: Just sit here. Close your eyes. I'll get you some aspirin.

Jack: Sure. That's okay. It's a —- it's a migraine. That's all. Just... [Panting] Oh, please, God, please don't -- don't do this to me -- not now. Okay. Mmm -- don't take me now. Not like this.

[Grunts] Come on. Oh. Not like this, God.

Jennifer: Jack, here. Take these.

Jack: Oh, thanks. Thank you.

Jennifer: All right, I know Lexie said that you were fine, but I think that we should call her. Maybe if you just go in one more time and just see what she says.

Jack: I am fine. I'm fine. Just let these babies kick in, and I'll be fine. I'll be back to my old self. Or my new old self -- the self that you think is now my new old self that's like my other...self. I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. I'll be fine. Just let me... I'm fine.

Jennifer: Oh, my gosh. I think there's someone in the garage.

Frankie: So...that's where you were hiding. I'm glad you didn't get ruined.

Frankie: I wanted you to know that I'll still love you. I always will.

Jennifer: Frankie, don't you know?

Frankie: Know what?

Jennifer: I love you, too.

Frankie: You do? Well, I'm glad we had this conversation.

Jennifer: [Chuckles] Me too.

Jennifer: Freeze! Don't move! I'm calling the police!

Frankie: Okay, take it easy. It's me.

Jennifer: [Gasps] Oh, my gosh. Frankie, oh, my gosh. I'm so sorry. Are you okay?

Frankie: I'm fine.

Jennifer: Oh, are you sure you're okay?

Frankie: Yeah, I'm okay. I hurt a little, but I'm okay.

Jennifer: [Chuckling] I'm sorry.

Chelsea: So, what are you and Billie up to?

Patrick: Oh, I was just helping her with a little project. Thought we'd maybe take a little break, cool off.

Chelsea: Yeah, same with me and Max... though I have to admit, I did have something else in mind when I invited him over tonight.

Billie: So, what's a big hotshot race-car driver like you doing with a little nobody like Chelsea? You could get any girl you wanted, right?

Max: Look, I like her, okay? But, to be honest, I wouldn't mind being with an older, much more experienced woman -- someone like you, for instance.

Patrick: So, what else did you have in mind, or would I rather not know?

Chelsea: It's not what you think. See, there's this dance contest tonight at Alice's, and the winner gets a car.

Patrick: Okay, what does that have to do with Max?

Chelsea: Well, I wanted him to enter with me so that I could win. I mean, I could really use a set of wheels. And I told Max that I'd do anything if he would.

Patrick: You did what? What, are you crazy?

Kate: What the hell are you talking about?

Sami: Don't play dumb with me, Kate. You did do something to my mother, and it's because you were jealous.

Roman: Sami.

Kate: You are so insane. I was happy for your mother, Sami.

Sami: I'm sure you were, when you thought that John was the father. But when you found out that my dad was that baby's father, you just couldn't handle it, could you? Because it proves that my mom and dad belong together, and they still love each other --

Roman: Knock it off. Stop the nonsense and calm down right now. Your mother fell. It was an accident. She had told John about the baby, he confronted me, we got into it, your mother got upset, lost her balance, and tripped. End of story.

Sami: Dad...

Roman: Sami, Sami! I said, "end of story."

[Door slams]

Roman: Kate, I'm sorry.

Kate: Oh, well, don't be sorry. It really is the same old story, isn't it? Sami's looking for someone to blame, and it's usually me.

Roman: Look, I know we haven't had a chance to talk about --

Kate: There's really nothing to talk about, is there? I mean, you made Marlena pregnant. The two of you made love knowing full well that John and I were alive. But you know the worst part of it all is that you kept it from us.

Roman: Kate, I'm j--

Kate: No, I'm sorry. But I honestly don't have words for it. I don't even know what to think about it. I do know that I need some time, though, if you'll excuse me.

Roman: [Sighs]

Philip: Hey, sweetheart? How's your mom doing?

Belle: I don't know. My dad just went in.

Philip: All right, look. All you can do is try not to worry and trust that she's gonna be okay.

Belle: I hope she is. I'm just really scared, you know?

Philip: Honey, are you okay?

Belle: It's just this ulcer is just bothering me really bad.

Philip: Are you sure that's all it is? 'Cause Shawn told me something happened up on the roof. You want to tell me about that?

John: Don't apologize. Don't worry about anything. We'll get all this sorted out later. I just want you to focus right now on getting well for me and the kids... and this baby.

[Beeping rapidly]

John: Marlena? Marlena?

Lexie: John, I need you to stand back, okay?

Jennifer: I'm so sorry. I didn't even know it was you.

Frankie: It's all right. It's okay. No, I'm fine. I blocked it, okay?

Jennifer: Are you sure?

Frankie: Otherwise I'd be unconscious right now.

Jennifer: I should have thought it was you, but I saw the light on, and I was nervous, and I didn't think. I feel terrible. I'm just a little more jittery than normal, and --

Frankie: You are. What's going on?

Jennifer: Oh, something happened earlier. Jack and I were on Bo and Hope's new boat with them, and I'm just a little more shaken up than I thought.

Frankie: What happened?

Jennifer: Well, someone sent a small explosive as a bon voyage gift.

Frankie: An explosive?

Jennifer: Yes, disguised as a bottle of champagne.

Frankie: No wonder you're freaking out. Is everyone okay?

Jennifer: Yeah, everyone's fine, because bo got rid of it before any of us got hurt.

Frankie: Who the hell would do something like this?

Jennifer: Who else? Tony DiMera.

Frankie: What's with that guy? I'm surprised he's still out there somewhere. What does he have, 20 lives?

Jennifer: He took my husband away from me twice. And I will not let him do it again, Frankie.

Frankie: Hey, hey, hey. That's not gonna happen, okay? Jack's home for good. You're not gonna lose him.

Jennifer: Okay. Yeah. I know you're right. You're right. Jack is not going anywhere.

Frankie: No, no, he's not. [Chuckles] Jen, I'm sorry I scared you.

Jennifer: That's okay. You don't have to apologize. So, what is, uh -- what is all this? What are you doing here?

Frankie: Oh, no, it's just some stuff that I picked up at the Bradys'. I was looking for something. Don't worry -- I'm gonna get it out of here. You were nice enough to let us stay here. I promise I won't clutter up your garage.

Jennifer: Are you kidding me? Jack is the king of clutter. So your clutter is not gonna make much of a difference. But if you tell me what you're looking for, I can help you --

Frankie: Jen, I got it.

Jennifer: [Gasps] Oh, my goodness. Is this what you're looking for?

Jack: [Chuckles] Ladies, you look -- you look wonderful. W-where are you going? Where's What's going on here? Not much of after all. I mean, what's everybody... oh, no. No, not that picture. I know what that means. It's finally happened. I'm really, most sincerely dead.

Billie: Chelsea, Chelsea, where's Abigail?

Chelsea: Abby won't come down. She's upstairs in her room, crying her eyes out. I don't think she'll ever be able to get over losing her dad again.

Billie: Oh, come here.

Jack: No. Oh, no.

Sami: Dad, I can't believe he's gone. I mean, Jack was one of the few people in Salem that I really liked. He didn't deserve to die.

Jack: Well, thank you. Sami, thank you.

Sami: But I'm glad that he's gone so he doesn't have to see Patrick sinking his hooks into Jack's grieving widow.

Jack: What?! Wait a minute. No.

Jennifer: I don't know what I'm gonna do without Jack. I feel so lost without him.

Patrick: Don't worry, Jennifer. You're not alone. You still got me. I've always been there for you. I always will be.

Jack: Hey, hey! Take your hands off her!

Patrick: Or what, Jack? What are you gonna do? I mean, you're dead.

Billie: Max Brady, are you coming on to me?

Max: Call it what you want. I want to take you out.

Billie: Aren't I a little... mature for you?

Max: I don't know. I think we could teach each other a few things.

Chelsea: Relax, Patrick. It's not that big of a deal.

Patrick: I think I have a pretty good idea of what Max might want in exchange for taking you to the dance.

Chelsea: Yeah, and what might that be?

Patrick: Come on. We both know what that is. Chelsea, you don't have to do that to get a guy to go out with you.

Chelsea: I know, but I don't really have a choice.

Patrick: What do you mean, you don't have a choice?

Chelsea: [Sighs] Since my parents died, I have nothing. And I really need a car so that I can drive to work and to college in the fall -- I mean, if I'm even able to go. This contest is my only chance.

Patrick: All right. I'll tell you what. I'll lend you the money for a car. I don't have much, but we can get you something.

Chelsea: Patrick, I can't take money from you. I'm going to the dance with Max, and there's nothing that you can say to change my mind.

Sami: Dad, um, I brought you some water. I thought you could use it.

Roman: Thank you.

Sami: Look, I'm sorry for the way I acted with Kate. I was upset.

Roman: Sami, I understand that, but that's no excuse. You owe Kate an apology.

Sami: Okay. Of course, if it will make you happy.

Roman: It would be a start.

Sami: All right, dad. If you want -- I'd do anything for you.

Roman: All right. Well, I'm gonna go check on your mom.

Sami: Okay

Sami: [Sighs] Kate [Clears throat] I'm sorry.

Kate: For?

Sami: I'm sorry for accusing you of trying to kill my mother's baby. I was upset.

Kate: Just save it, okay? I know your father asked you to apologize to me.

Sami: You're right, he did. And unlike you, I would do anything for my dad, because I love him.

Kate: [Scoffs]

Sami: The first thing I'm gonna do is prove to him what a conniving, evil bitch he's married to.

Kate: [Chuckles] Oh, God.

Sami: And then, you are gonna end up with nothing, just like you deserve.

Kate: You know, if that's your idea of an apology, you really need to work on it.

Sami: I said I was sorry. Now go to hell.

Philip: So, honey, tell me what happened on the roof tonight. I just want to know why you're so upset. That's all.

Shawn D.: I'll wait as long as it takes.

Belle: You'd do that for me?

Shawn D.: I would do anything for you... because I love you. And I will never love anyone else.

Belle: Uh, Shawn overheard me on the phone with my mom. He found out that the baby's father is his uncle Roman.

John: Come on, Lexie. Talk to me. Is she okay?

Lexie: She's doing better. Her blood pressure's elevated, but the seizures have stopped. The baby's heart rate is normal. We'll just have to watch her very closely.

John: Did you hear that? You're gonna be okay. We're gonna get through this. We're gonna get through this together.

Frankie: [Clears throat] Yeah, well, pop told me there might be some water damage to some boxes I had stored in the attic, and I just wanted to make sure everything was okay. That's all.

Jennifer: Well, I think it's amazing that you held onto all this stuff, even if it was stored away in the Bradys' attic.

Frankie: Yeah, well, call me sentimental.

Jennifer: [Chuckles]

Frankie: What about you? Do you have any old love letters and stuff?

Jennifer: Oh, yeah. Yeah, I do. I bet I have some stuff stored away from our time together.

Frankie: I bet you don't have -- ready?

Jennifer: What?

Frankie: This.

Jennifer: [Gasps] Oh! Oh, my gosh. Our mood rings! Well, I mean, one of them, anyway.

Frankie: I wonder what the color black means.

Jennifer: Oh, I don't think that could be good.

[Both laugh]

Jennifer: Frankie, I think I lost my mood ring senior year.

Frankie: Really? Here, you can have this one.

Jennifer: Oh, no, I couldn’t.

Frankie: Do you remember where we gave these to each other?

Jennifer: It was the night of the Springsteen concert. You managed to get tickets on the floor, and up until then, that was the greatest night of my life.

Frankie: Mine too.

Jennifer: So, why did you keep all this stuff?

Frankie: Uh, I don't know. I don't know. I guess...I guess I wanted to give it to the girl I married.

Jennifer: But this is stuff from our time together. Why would you want to give your wife things from another relationship?

Frankie: 'Cause at the time I boxed this stuff up, I thought that one'd be my wife. Well [Laughs] Wow, that was a whole lifetime ago, wasn't it?

Jennifer: Yeah.

Frankie: Way, way before Eve Donovan and all the others.

Jennifer: Yeah, of course.

Frankie: Yeah. You know what? I'm glad I kept that stuff because it brings back great memories.

Jennifer: Yeah, it sure does. So, what else do you have stored away in that little box?

Frankie: I don't know. Knock yourself out.

Jennifer: Okay. [Laughs] Oh, my goodness. Here. Hold that. [Gasps] You are kidding me. You did not hold onto this.

Frankie: What have I been telling you? If something's worth holding onto, I never let it go.

Jack: Hey! I said, "get your hands off her." I -- I'm talking to you, Lockhart. You can hear me. I'm --

Roman: You know what? I think we ought to go.

Jack: No, no, not yet. Not yet. No, not yet. I need your help. You gotta stop him. I gotta stop Lockhart -- that shiftless, no-good -- he can't get his hooks into her. Sami, Roman...

Sami: [Cries]

Lexie: Mom? Mom, what is it? Are you getting a vibration? Is it about Jack?

Celeste: I'm not sure, darling.

Jack: Please! It's me! Celeste, come in. Cross over into the light. It's me -- it's Jack. I'm very worried about my wife. Can you hear me now? I'm worried about Jennifer. You've gotta warn her. Lockhart is no good. She never listened to me before, and now I'm not there to protect her.

Lexie: Mom? What is it? Are you sensing something?

Celeste: No, darling. No, I-I'm afraid not. Our dear friend Jack -- he is dead and gone.

Jack: No. No, this can't be happening. No. I've gotta stop that creep before he gets his -- he's gonna get her. I've gotta do something -- anything. I've gotta stop him. I gotta do something.

Patrick: Oh, it's too late, Devereaux. Jennifer's all mine now. And there's not a damn thing you can do.

Billie: Well, thanks, Max, for the offer. I'm flattered, but I don't really think it'd be such a good idea.

Max: Come on. One little date. Where's the harm in that?

Billie: Yeah. You're right. Why not?

Max: Well, good. I know just what we could do. There's a dance tonight down at Alice's --

Billie: No, wait. Tonight?

Max: I know it's short notice. But, look, if you can't make it, I understand. I could just take Chelsea instead.

Belle: No, no, no, no. Tonight's great. Yeah. Good. Fine.

Max: Okay, good. I'm looking forward to it.

Patrick: You know, I wish you'd really reconsider about this car. I'd like to help you.

Chelsea: If you really want to help me and keep me from going with Max... then take me instead.

Patrick: Chelsea...

Chelsea: Okay, never mind. Dumb idea. Just forget I said anything. I'll just go with Max, like I planned.

Patrick: Oh, no, no. You're not going with Max. All right, look, if you really want to go to this contest so bad, I'll take you.

Chelsea: Good. It's a date.

Jack: You think you got it made now, don't you? Well, I know my wife. She's a smart lady. And eventually she'll see you for the fraud you are.

Patrick: Well, believe what you want, Jack. But there's one fact you need to face up to. Whether it's me or not, Jennifer will wind up with someone. And it's not gonna be you.

Jack: Jennifer. Jennifer! I -- I... Jennifer. Jennifer! Jennifer!

Jennifer: Is this what I think it is? This is the tape that we made of our favorite songs?

Frankie: You remember?

Jennifer: Of course I remember -- I loved those songs. We gotta play this. We gotta play it.

Frankie: We can’t. I don't have a tape player.

Jennifer: I do. I have a tape player. Hold on. It's around here somewhere. Oh, here it is. I knew I had one in here. Hold on.

Frankie: All right.

Jennifer: Oh, we gotta hear this!

Frankie: It's been a long time.

[Clears throat]

["Stand by me" plays]

Jennifer: [Laughs] Oh, my goodness. This is like a blast from the past. Oh, it's like stepping back in time.

Frankie: Back to the good old days.

When the night has come

Jack: Jennifer? Where are you?

And the land is dark

and the moon is the only light we'll see

no, I won't be afraid

oh, I won't...

Jack: Frankie.

Philip: Honey, I don't know what to say. No wonder your ulcer's acting up. Your mother and Roman --

Belle: It's not what you think. I -- I mean, they went through a lot together. It just happened. My mom still loves my dad.

Philip: I'm sure she does.

Belle: I'm sorry, Phillip. Will you excuse me? I need to go get some water. I'm not feeling very well.

Philip: Hold on a second. Are you okay?

Belle: Yeah. I'll be right back. Oh. My God, what is wrong with me?

Kate: Mind if I come in?

Lexie: Yeah, sure, just for a few minutes. I'm gonna check on some lab results. I'll be right back.

Kate: How is she doing?

John: Stable.

Sami: You shouldn't be here. My father's the one who should be by her side, not you, and certainly not Kate.

Roman: Sami, calm down.

John: I want her out of here.

Sami: I'm not going anywhere. You're the one who should leave.

Kate: John is married to her, Sami.

Sami: Oh, really? Well, my father, her first husband, is the one she loves. Obviously -- he's the father of her child.

Roman: Sami, how many times do I have to say this? That's enough.

John: Sure as hell is. Get out of here.

Marlena: Stop the fighting. S--

[Beeping rapidly]

John: Easy, easy.

Sami: What's wrong? Are you okay?

John: Good job. Lexie!

Sami: Mom, calm down.

Lexie: Everyone out now! I said, "out!"

Sami: Oh, my God. Mom!

John: You proud of yourself? Look what you did. Your mother was stable. If anything happens to her, I'm gonna hold you responsible!

Frankie: Where do you see yourself in, say, five years?

Jack: That's easy -- heaven.

Jennifer: What?

Sami: Lexie, is my mother gonna die?

Shawn D.: What's wrong? Belle! Belle! Belle, what hap-- hey, hey. Open your eyes.

Rex: I've had a million questions for you, and you were never gonna tell me the truth, were you? Were you?!
