Days of Our Lives Transcript Friday 7/8/05 - Canada; Monday 7/11/05 - U.S.A.
Proofread By Niki
Mimi: I'm so happy to be back home and in our own bed.
Rex: I couldn't rest until I had you out of jail and back in my arms.
Mimi: I'm just afraid that this is all a dream.
Rex: It is. It's a dream come true. You're free, and we're gonna be together the rest of our lives.
Shawn D.: Oh, I got to stop imagining that. It's just gonna drive me crazy.
Philip: [Groans] Damn it!
Belle: Philip...what do you think you're doing? [Knock on door]
Lucas: Oh, man.
Kate: Ready to go?
Lucas: No, I'm not ready. You're early, Mom.
Kate: No, you're late.
Lucas: Well, thanks. You got me a birthday present. I appreciate it.
Kate: It's not for you. It's for Will, okay? It's a few things for camp. Some sports magazines, candy bars -- you know those hiking boots that he was hinting about? All in there, and you can just send it along with his next little care package.
Lucas: No, wait a minute. I told him the boots he had were fine. Mom, don't buy him any more stuff. You're gonna spoil the kid.
Kate: I hope I'm going to. And what about you? Why aren't you ready to go see your brother?
Kate: Look, I thought we agreed -- we were gonna let Philip settle in a little bit, and then we were gonna go visit him early this morning.
Lucas: Yeah, yeah, I know.
Sami: Lucas, I --
Both: What the hell are you doing here?!
Rex: The way you're watching me, I feel like I should be taking my clothes off instead of putting them on.
Mimi: Sounds good to me. [Chuckles] So, where are you going?
Rex: I told you. I have a surprise for you I have to go get.
Mimi: I should be the one getting surprises for you. You proved I was innocent. You got me out of jail. You saved my life.
Rex: It wasn't exactly selfless.
Mimi: I never would have lasted in prison.
Rex: I always knew you were innocent. The only thing I couldn't ever figure out, though, is why you didn't fight the charges against you. Why'd you plead guilty to something you knew you didn't do?
Mimi: I just -- I guess I felt guilty about what happened to Jan. I mean, she never would have fallen if we weren't arguing.
Rex: Well, what were you arguing about?
Mimi: She was just being her usual nasty self.
Rex: Mimi, I saw the surveillance tapes. It looked like it was much more than that.
Mimi: Jan has caused us enough misery, Rex. We finally got back together. I don't want to talk about her now.
Rex: Okay, okay. We won't talk about it now, but we'll talk about it when I get back with your surprise. But when I get back, I want to know the truth.
Rex: Don't worry, sweetheart. I'll be back before you know it. [Door closes]
Mimi: That's not what I'm worried about. When you find out about the abortion, you're gonna wish you never found those surveillance tapes. And I'm gonna lose you.
Rex: All right.
Shawn D.: I made coffee.
Rex: Oh, no, thanks. I gotta go to the grocery store and get some stuff to make Mimi's favorite breakfast.
Shawn D.: You know what you did for Mimi -- never giving up on her and getting her out of jail? Good for you, man.
Rex: What was I supposed to do? I couldn't live without her. And now she's home, and everything's perfect.
Shawn D.: Well, I'm happy for you -- both of you.
Rex: You could have fooled me.
Shawn D.: It's not you guys. It's just, uh...Philip's home, and Belle's living with him. Things just couldn't be further from perfect for me.
Rex: Shawn, look, I know it hurts. But Belle has made her choice to stay with him. She's his wife. Hey, like I said before, Shawn, you're gonna have to accept that and move on.
Shawn D.: She doesn't love him the same way she loves me. The only reason that she is with him is out of sympathy, because he lost his leg.
Rex: I find that hard to believe.
Shawn D.: Naturally -- you're his brother.
Rex: Even if I wasn't, Shawn, it doesn't matter. Belle made a decision to stay with her husband, okay? She chose Philip. There's nothing you can do. She's gonna be with Philip, and that's how it's gonna be.
Shawn D.: I will never accept that -- I'm sorry.
Rex: You don't have a choice.
Shawn D.: The hell I don't! And nothing you or my Father or anybody else says will ever make me change my mind.
Philip: I'm meeting with the doctor later who's gonna fit me for the prosthesis, but I can't risk the stairs, and I wanted to clean myself up.
Belle: Well, that's a good idea. Philip, you should have asked me for help.
Philip: Yeah. Some husband I am. I can't even wash myself.
Belle: It's temporary. Pretty soon --
Philip: Pretty soon we're gonna find god knows what other things I can't do by myself.
Belle: And I'll help you with those, too.
Philip: Come on. [Sighs]
Belle: Philip, I'm your wife. I want to be here for you and help you through this.
Philip: I know that...now. But, Belle, this is day one. How long before you start getting sick and tired of being married to an invalid?
Hope: Oh, I can't wait to take the Fancy Face III out on her little shakedown cruise.
Bo: Me either. We're gonna have our two sons with us. It's gonna be a family event.
Hope: Shawn loved the old boat. My God, I cannot wait to see the look on his face when we tell him about the Fancy Face III.
Bo: I can't wait to see his face, period. He's been back from Germany how long? He hasn't returned our calls?
Hope: He will. He's probably just exhausted.
Bo: Come on, don't make excuses for him.
Hope: I'm not making excuses for him.
Hope: What do you think happened over there with Belle and Philip?
Bo: I don't know. But I hope he kept his promise that he went there to be Belle's friend, to support her -- that he didn't try to come between her and her husband, 'cause that would be a mistake.
Hope: Why do you keep saying it would be a mistake for Shawn to want to be the woman that he loves? Why?
Lucas: Sami, my Mom came by to drop off a package for Will. That's it.
Kate: It's not like I owe you an explanation why I visit my son in his apartment.
Sami: Yeah, maybe not, but my son doesn't need any gifts from you.
Kate: Oh, isn't that funny? I heard it was you that he had a problem with. That's why he's living with his father.
Kate: What is this, anyway? Why are you half dressed? Why are you half dressed? Don't tell me -- please, don't tell me that anything happened between the two of you. What did you do -- drug him, like the same way you drugged Austin to get him into bed with you?
Sami: Is that where you came up with the idea of drugging me and Brandon so that you could sabotage my wedding and ruin my life?
Kate: Not that again.
Sami: Yes, that again. You tricked Lucas into walking in on us.
Kate: Lucas, I demand to know what is going on here.
Sami: Or what? You're gonna send him to bed without his supper? Damn it, Kate, he is an adult. He's a grown man who can make his own damn decisions!
Kate: Lucas, answer me! What is this about?
Lucas: Just relax, please, both of you. Sami came over to use my shower. Her shower isn't working right now.
Sami: As if it's any of your damn business.
Kate: Oh, please. I guarantee you her shower is working.
Sami: You want to come see?
Kate: No, I don't, because you already took a shower, so it's totally irrelevant now. Why don't you just get out?
Sami: You don't get to tell me what to do, Kate.
Lucas: I think it's best, Sami, maybe, if you just go. Everything will be fine, okay?
Sami: All right, if that's what you want. Um, Lucas, there's something I wanted to talk to you about... alone, if you have a second.
Lucas: Yeah, yeah, sure. Just a minute, okay?
Kate: [Sighs] [Door closes] Gah! One of these days, Sami... [Cellphone rings] What is it?
Eugenia: Is that any way to talk to your old partner in crime?
Kate: Eugenia? W-why are you calling me?
Eugenia: Because it's time for you to pay for all the help I gave you breaking up Sami and Lucas.
Kate: Are you threatening me?
Rex: Look, it doesn't matter what you want or accept or what other people say or do, Shawn. It was Belle's decision to make, and she made it.
Shawn D.: Yeah, for now. But it won't last.
Rex: You're fooling yourself.
Shawn D.: Belle loves me, and I love her. We belong together. It's the same way with you and Mimi.
Rex: I'm having a great day, and I really don't feel like arguing with you about this, so I'm gonna get Mimi's breakfast.
Shawn D.: You wouldn't accept not being with Mimi. You just told me that you would do whatever it took to set her free so you could be together. Well, I will not accept not being with Belle, and I will do whatever it takes for us to be together, and we will. As soon as Philip is recovered and can handle the truth, Belle will ask him for a divorce. [Door closes] We will be together.
Mimi: I heard what you just said to Rex.
Shawn D.: Yeah, well, good. Maybe you can talk some sense into him.
Mimi: Shawn... there's a difference between what Rex did and what you want to do.
Shawn D.: No. No, it's the same thing. We're both trying to set the women that we love free.
Mimi: Well, I was in jail. I wasn't married or committed to another man, like Belle is to Philip.
Shawn D.: Damn it, Mimi. Not you, too! I thought you were my friend.
Belle: Philip, when I look at you, I only see my brave, handsome, heroic husband. And I don't want you thinking of yourself as anything less than that.
Philip: Belle, I'm just so damn frustrated. I can't do the simplest things by myself.
Belle: You will, soon. And once you get your prosthesis and you go through physical therapy, you're gonna be able to do everything you used to do.
Philip: I know, and it's exactly what Heather Mills McCartney was telling me at the military hospital, and I know that it's true, but it's just -- Belle, right now --
Belle: Right now you can't. And it's impossible for me to imagine how frustrating that must be. But, Philip, it's not gonna be forever.
Philip: I know. I know that.
Belle: And we're a team. Aren't we, Mr. Kiriakis?
Philip: Right. That's right, Mrs. Kiriakis. [ Chuckles]
Belle: So, for now, let me help you...because that's what husbands and wives do. Besides, that was part of the deal when my Dad got you here to Salem instead of Walter Reed.
Philip: You're right. It was. You're right.
Belle: Okay. Now, I don't want your doctor that you're gonna see to think that I'm not holding up my end of the deal.
Philip: [Laughs] All right, well, how do we do this? What can we do?
Belle: Well, why don't you just wheel yourself over to the sofa?
Philip: Yes, ma'am. You know, Belle, you haven't seen my leg -- or what's left of it.
Belle: No, I haven't.
Philip: Are you sure you're going to be able to handle it?
Belle: I didn't marry your leg, Philip. I married you. So you just need to sit back and let me help you.
Lucas: All right, what did you want to talk to me about?
Sami: Something that you said when you were over here yesterday.
Lucas: You mean when I caught you plotting with Nicole?
Sami: Lucas, I was not plotting with Nicole. She hates me, and I hate her.
Lucas: Then what was she doing here, huh?
Sami: She was drunk, okay? And she was wanting to pick a fight with me because she's upset that Brady dumped her.
Lucas: Why would she fight with you, Sami?
Sami: I don't know. Why would she do anything? She's crazy.
Lucas: Still doesn't explain what she was doing in your closet.
Lucas: Yeah, thanks. What did you want to talk to me about?
Sami: I want to ask you something. You never answered my question yesterday. If I can find a way to prove that your mother drugged me and Brandon, put us in bed together, and set you up so that you would walk in on us and call off the wedding -- if I can prove that...will you give us a chance?
Lucas: There is no way you could prove that.
Sami: But if I can.
Sami: Tony said there was evidence.
Lucas: Tony -- you believe everything he says?
Sami: Sooner than I believe your mother.
Lucas: So my Mom drugged you and Brandon, put you in his hotel room, undressed you both, and put you in bed together? How'd she do that? She has a witness that says she was at the penthouse all night. She can't be in two places at once, Sami, can she?
Sami: She probably had help.
Lucas: Who would help her with something like that, huh?
Sami: The one person who has had it out for me forever -- Eugenia Willens.
Kate: Eugenia, I am going to ask you this once and only once. Are you blackmailing me?
Eugenia: Of course not, Kate. I mean, you're much too powerful. I'd never get away with it.
Kate: You're right about that.
Eugenia: But you promised me a job if I helped you break up Lucas and Sami, remember? And I'm getting real tired of juggling three no-benefit, minimum-wage gigs just to pay my bills.
Kate: Honey, look, the economy's getting better. You just have to hang in there.
Eugenia: Well, okay, I'm serious, Kate. Things have gotten so bad that I had to send Dino to live with one of my friends because I was never home to walk him or feed him. And you know how much I love that dog.
Kate: I know, but there is no way that I can give you a job at Basic Black.
Eugenia: What? Are you going back on your word? Because if you are, all bets are off.
Lucas: Eugenia Willens?
Sami: Lucas, she and your mom were in on it together, and I am gonna prove it.
Lucas: What are you saying, huh? There was a conspiracy against you?
Sami: Damn right there was.
Lucas: Sami, do you know how crazy that sounds.
Sami: They were hanging out a lot together back then. I saw them together, and they obviously were plotting the whole time.
Lucas: All right, fine. If you're right, if my mom was really behind this, which I don't think she was, but if... why would she recruit Eugenia of all people?
Sami: Because it's exactly what I would have done. Damn it! I underestimated her. She got me by thinking exactly the way I do. The way I did. That's what I meant. I'm not like that anymore. Lucas, all I want to know is if I can find a way to prove it, are you willing to give us another chance?
Lucas: If you can prove it... yeah, I will give you another chance.
Sami: Lucas, thank you.
Lucas: You know what, Sami? That is only if you can prove it, and I don't think you can.
Sami: Well, I do.
Lucas: It doesn't matter. I'm gonna mail some stuff off to will this afternoon, so if you want to put anything in the package, you just come by, okay?
Sami: I will prove that Kate is guilty. [Sighs] I just wish I knew how.
Kate: Eugenia, I am not going back on my word.
Eugenia: Then help me, okay? I'm drowning here, Kate. I'm broke. And thanks to Sami, I lost my job at University Hospital. And that note that they put in my record about having switched the hospital lab results, yeah, that doesn't exactly make me a prime candidate for anywhere else. You promised me a good job, okay? I'm a hard worker. I'm smart. There are a lot of things that I can do at Basic Black.
Kate: Look, I know that. I know that, but there is no way you can just show up working at Basic Black because that would make Sami more suspicious than she already is. And Lucas, too.
Eugenia: Kate, I am one paycheck away from being on the street. You've got to do something.
Kate: Believe me, I will. I will do something. I am going to find you a job... somewhere.
Eugenia: Well, you better and quick, okay? We each went into this as equal partners, each with our own reason to take Sami down, but now that it's done, I'm eating cat food while you order caviar. That's just not right.
Kate: Eugenia, I warned you -- do not threaten me.
Eugenia: It's not a threat, Kate. I promise. I'm just desperate, you know? Besides, what could I threaten you with? It would be the word of someone who intentionally switched hospital records against one of the most important businesswomen in Salem. And it's not like I have any kind of proof. I mean, if I had tapes of all those phone conversations when you told me what you were gonna do to Sami, then that would be one thing, but I don't.
Kate: Well, of course you don't.
Eugenia: I just need a job.
Kate: And I promise you I'm going to take care of you. And I do appreciate all of your help.
Lucas: Help doing what, Mom? Who's on the phone?
Philip: Thank you for doing this, honey, but I think maybe in the future we should just hire a nurse, okay?
Belle: Why? Did I hurt you? I can be more careful.
Philip: Ow! [Grunts]
Belle: Oh, my God, I did hurt you.
Philip: No, no, no. It's not you. The doctor said these phantom pains would...still be going on for a while. [Sighs] It is the strangest thing. Belle, I swear, it feels like I have my foot. I can feel my leg. And then I start to think that this has all just been some nightmare that I'm waking up from, but it's not. All it is is my nerve endings playing tricks on my brain. It's just... [Exhales sharply] Ow. Pretty nasty-looking, though, isn't it?
Belle: It's still healing.
Philip: Yeah. It's probably even harder for you to look at than it is for me. This is what I've been telling you. All this -- this is not what you signed up for.
Belle: I signed up to be your wife, okay? For better or worse, in sickness and in health. If this had happened to me, you'd be right here, right by my side. This is just something we're gonna need to get used to. That's all.
Philip: It would just be so much easier if you didn't have to look at it.
Belle: If you want to hire a nurse tomorrow, you can. But today I'm taking care of you, so you just need to sit back and stop complaining and enjoy it.
Philip: [Sighs] Okay.
Lucas: Mom, who was on the phone?
Kate: Oh, that was Joelle. She's such a doll. She's covering for me at work so I can concentrate on Philip.
Lucas: That's nice of her. You should remember that around Christmastime.
Kate: Oh, believe me, I will.
Lucas: Good. I'll get dressed. Then we'll go see Philip.
Kate: So, honey, what was Sami doing here, anyway? No, no, let me guess. What, was she rambling on about how I set her up, how I was the one at fault for her winding up with Brandon, in bed with Brandon the night before her wedding -- the wedding that I busted my butt to arrange and then un-arrange? And then what did she do -- try to seduce you or coerce you into getting back together again? Am I right about this?
Lucas: Yeah, you're right. What, are you psychic?
Kate: No, that's because that's the only song that jukebox plays.
Lucas: Do you swear -- I mean, do you still swear that it's not true?
Kate: Honey, how -- how could I have possibly done anything like that?
Lucas: I don't know, Mom. Sami's convinced. She's very determined to find proof.
Kate: Well, she's not gonna find any proof, because nothing happened, Lucas.
Lucas: Well, if something did happen, I mean, if she does find some kind of proof, I will never, ever be able to forgive you, Mom -- not only for what you've done, but the fact that you lied to me.
Kate: Who do you believe -- her or me?
Lucas: I believe you... 'cause I believe you'd never be that stupid. I mean, you'd never betray my trust like that, right? You know you'd lose me. You'd lose your son and your grandson, Mom, permanently.
Lucas: Oh, we won't talk about it too much. I'm gonna go get dressed. Then we'll go see Philip, all right?
Kate: Okay. Relax. Breathe deep. Nothing's gonna happen. [Sighs] I have all my bases covered. There is no way that Sami can prove that I was behind what happened -- no way.
Eugenia: You better come through with that job, Katie-Kate, and I'm not talking entry-level, either. Otherwise, that evidence that you don't think exists is gonna destroy you.
Sami: Eugenia is the key to proving that Kate set me up. And I know her -- she must have some evidence saved. And I'm not gonna rest until I get it out of her.
Hope: Shawn would have found a way to Germany whether I gave him the money or not.
Bo: Probably, but you didn't have to make it so easy for him. I told him not to go, but you didn't seem to care. And now he's missed his court date. Judge Fitzpatrick could find him in contempt, or worse.
Hope: Look, there is no reason why she wouldn't grant the continuance. For God's sake, it's not like our son is a criminal, a threat to society.
Bo: She may not see it that way, Hope. When he drove his motorcycle through that church window, he was drunk and high. He caused a fire. People could have died. She might think he is a threat, not only to others, but to himself and his own future.
Hope: That's not true.
Bo: What is she looking at here? A kid who's got no job. He dropped out of school. His only ambition is to get Belle back.
Hope: Because he loves her, the same way you and I love each other.
Bo: She is married to someone else.
Hope: We don't know what happened in Germany.
Bo: Yeah, only because your son won't call us back.
Hope: Bo, please...put yourself in your son's shoes.
Bo: I know he loves Belle. But if he keeps screwing up like this, it won't matter if she leaves Philip, because our son will -- he'll be spending the next 10 or 15 years in jail.
Hope: Who are you calling?
Bo: I'm trying to call Shawn. I'm gonna keep calling him until I find out what the hell's going on here.
Shawn D.: The point is Belle and Philip are not sleeping together.
Mimi: What if they are?
Shawn D.: They're not, and they're not going to be. [Cellphone rings]
Mimi: Don't want to answer it?
Shawn D.: I know who it is, and I don't want to talk to them. [Telephone rings]
Mimi: Hello? Hi, Mr. Brady.
Bo: Well, congratulations, Mimi. I heard Rex found proof of your innocence. Glad you're out of jail.
Mimi: So am I.
Bo: You're lucky to have a guy like Rex on your side.
Mimi: Don't I know it? Your nephew is quite a guy.
Bo: Of course he is -- he's a Brady. Speaking of which, is Shawn around?
Mimi: Um, I don't know -- I just woke up, and Rex went out to get some kind of surprise for me, so I...
Bo: Okay. Well, if you see him or hear from him, have him give me a call right away.
Mimi: Absolutely. As soon as I see him, I will give him the message.
Bo: All right, then, enjoy your freedom.
Mimi: [Chuckles] Why didn't you want to talk to your dad?
Shawn D.: 'Cause the last thing I need right now is another lecture from him. He treated me like I'm 15. He thinks I should back off from Belle, that she should stay with Philip just because she's married to him.
Mimi: What about your mom?
Shawn D.: Well, she's cool. She understands what love is. And she believes that Belle and I belong together. She's the one who gave me the money to fly to Germany.
Shawn D.: I-I just -- I don't know how much longer I can do this, Meems. Belle staying with Philip -- the only thing that is keeping me sane right now is knowing that Belle is more like Philip's nurse than his wife.
Philip: [Breathing deeply] Thank you, Belle, for taking care of me, for loving me, and, most of all, for not giving up on us.
Mimi: Hey, Shawn, you have a letter from the courthouse.
Shawn D.: I'll deal with it later.
Mimi: It looks pretty important.
Shawn D.: Uh, it's -- no, it just probably has to do with the trial.
Mimi: Then don't you think you should read it?
Shawn D.: It's no big deal. They were just trying to move my date up when I went to Germany. But Uncle Mickey probably postponed it again.
Mimi: And what if he didn't?
Rex: You miss me?
Mimi: Of course I did. What is all that?
Rex: Well, I'm gonna make some strawberry pancakes with maple syrup, some fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice, and your favorite.
Mimi: Oh, my favorite! Shawn, do you want to join us?
Rex: Yeah, man, there's plenty of food.
Shawn D.: Um, yeah, no. No, you know, actually, I got to get out of here. I'm gonna take a shower.
Rex: Shawn has been a good friend, and I hate to see him like this, but Philip's my brother, and, even if he wasn't, Philip and Belle belong together... just like you and I do.
Philip: I want you. I want you right now.
Belle: Are you sure we should be doing this?
Philip: Yeah, I'm sure. I've never been more sure of anything. Come on. [ Knock on door] Ahh!
Philip: What the hell is that?
Belle: Just a minute!
Philip: Just ignore them.
Philip: Just ignore them.
Belle: I can't. Here, um, put that on.
Belle: Just get dressed.
Philip: [Chuckles] How come I feel like I'm a teenager about to be caught by my Mother?
Belle: Philip, it is your mother.
Philip: What do you know?
Kate: Is this a bad time?
Belle: No, not at all. We -- can I get you some coffee?
Lucas: Hey, bro.
Philip: What's up, man? Just relax. I know it doesn't really sink in until you see it. Or I guess until you don't see it.
Lucas: Well, how you -- how you feeling?
Philip: Feeling good, now that I'm home with my wife.
Lucas: Yeah, you know, I'll bet that the doctors and the physical therapists will have you up and around on that prosthetic in no time.
Philip: Yeah, well, don't bet too much on that. Ow.
Lucas: You all right?
Philip: Yeah, I'm all right.
Lucas: You got to stay positive, though.
Philip: I'm positive. And I'll be up and at 'em. Don't worry about it. I just know that it's gonna be a very, very long recovery. I don't want to set unrealistic goals for myself, 'cause then I'm gonna end up frustrated.
Lucas: Yeah. Yeah, but we're all here for you.
Philip: I know you are. Thanks, bro.
Lucas: Here, let me help you.
Philip: Hey, Lucas. It's all right, man. I lost my leg. I can still get dressed by myself, but thank you.
Lucas: All right.
Belle: Okay. Here you go.
Kate: Thank you.
Belle: So, there's no shower downstairs. So Philip is having a hard time washing himself.
Kate: Belle, good for you. He really needs you right now. But you know that, don't you? I mean, you need to be there for him.
Belle: I intend to be.
[Muffled indistinct shouting]
Eugenia: I have to keep you guys safe. You're my [Chuckles] Insurance policy. And if Kate Roberts knows what's good for her, she'll come through on that job for me. [Chuckles] Otherwise, we might just have to let you come out and play. [Smooches] [ Chuckles]
Shawn D.: See you later.
Mimi: Are you sure you don't want anything to eat?
Shawn D.: No, thank you. [Door closes]
Mimi: That was incredible.
Rex: I have to agree with you, if I do say so myself.
Mimi: You should really patent the recipe for those pancakes, because you could make a fortune.
Rex: I wanted your first day back to be extra special. That's all.
Mimi: It started off special just by waking up with you. And this -- this was just icing on the cake. Thank you.
Rex: Don't thank me yet. We still have dessert.
Mimi: Oh, God. I could not eat another bite.
Rex: I wasn't thinking of food.
Mimi: Mmm. We do have the loft to ourselves now.
Rex: I wasn't thinking of that either.
Mimi: Okay, then what?
Rex: Come here. The only proper way to finish this meal and the only real way to get the rest of our lives started is to finish that conversation we were having earlier. So, Mimi, I want to know what you and Jan were fighting about. What is this big secret she has on you? I want to know the truth, Mimi, and I want to know it now. [Muffled indistinct shouting]
Sami: Ew. All right, Sami, think like Eugenia. [Sighs] She knows she's got to cover her bases, but she's sloppy. Man, she's got to have some evidence around here somewhere that proves that she and Kate set me up to wind up in bed with Brandon that night. But where?
Bo: Shawn must have picked up at least one of our messages or, at least, seen our number on his caller I.D.
Hope: Not necessarily.
Bo: Hope, he's avoiding me. I'm gonna find him and straighten this out right now.
Hope: Bo, please, try to understand what he's going through, especially if things didn't turn out the way he'd hoped in Germany.
Bo: Well, he shouldn't have gone there in the first place.
Hope: Yes, we all know how you feel about this. [Cellphone rings]
Bo: Why am I the bad guy? Brady.
Hope: Is it Shawn?
Bo: Hey, Roman. How you doing? What's going on? You sound upset. Hey, I'm a cop. I'll take whatever assignment you give me -- you know that. Yeah. Yeah, I understand.
Hope: What? What? What is it? What's wrong?
Bo: Judge Fitzpatrick refused to grant the continuance.
Hope: Oh, my God.
Bo: She issued a bench warrant for our son's arrest. Roman wants me to carry it out.
Philip: I'll tell you something, man. I could not ask for a more supportive wife than that girl right there. When we were in Germany, I gave her a chance to bail. I just put it out there for her, no hard feelings, no strings attached...and she didn't take it. Now that we're home, I don't know what I'd do without her.
Lucas: Yeah, well, luckily, you'll never have to find out.
Kate: It's a really wonderful thing that you're taking such good care of Philip.
Kate: And, Belle, you are a good wife. But there's more to being a wife than standing by your man and washing him and changing his dressing.
Belle: I know that.
Kate: Philip needs you emotionally and physically.
Belle: I am really not comfortable having this conversation with you, Kate.
Kate: Honey, all I'm saying is that he needs to know that you love him in the same way that you did before he went away to war, because otherwise it could undermine his recovery. He's your husband. And you need to share with him the same intimacy that you did before he was injured. You need to let Philip make love to you.
Sami: There's evidence of what Kate did somewhere in this room. I just have to find it.
Chloe: I'm not the same person anymore, and I never will be.
Brady: I can't believe I was so blind that I couldn't see it before.
John: Oh, my God. You knew that she was alive, and you kept that secret from Brady?
Bo: I'm here as a police officer. I've got a warrant for your arrest.
