Hope: But I'm so glad that we have this one night. Just the two of us.
Bo: Mm-hmm. It's long overdue.
Bo: Whatcha thinking?
Hope: How things are almost back to normal. And how things are gonna keep getting better from now on. What's wrong?
Bo: Beautiful night. Just enjoying it.
Hope: Unh-unh. Wait a second. What's bothering you? Come on, out with it.
Bo: I don't want to spoil the mood.
Hope: Now you have to tell me. What is it?
Bo: I just wish I could be as optimistic as you. I think it's gonna be a while before things get better.
Chloe: I've never seen so many stars before. I think it's a sign that I'm making the right decision.
Nicole: Well, maybe you should check your horoscope because it might be saying, "don't make any hasty decisions."
Chloe: I've told you, I made up my mind. Brady knows that I'm alive and I can't keep lying to him. Listen, Nicole, I appreciate that you've kept my secret as long as you have, but the time for secrets is over. Now, could you please go and tell Brady that I'm out here waiting for him?
Nicole: Uh... Chloe, are you sure this is what you really want to do? I mean... afterwards, there's -- there's no turning back.
Chloe: Yeah, I'm sure. It's time, Nicole. I'm ready for Brady to see me.
Brady: You see, I know that Chloe is alive. But what I don't understand is why she hasn't come to me, you know? You think she's fallen in love with somebody else and just doesn't want to tell me? Why is she hiding from me?
Marlena: Brady, I -- I can't answer that. Darling, why don't you go on the terrace and get some fresh air and clear your head? I think you'll find some answers that way.
Brady: Somehow I don't think that's possible.
Marlena: Somehow it is.
Brady: You know something you're not telling me?
Roman: You know, unless you got a miracle up your sleeve, I don't see how we're gonna find out where Tony’s holding ma and Victor hostage, if he really is.
John: The first thing we gotta do is find Tony, right? And to do that, I don't think we have to look too much further than your daughter Samantha.
Roman: Sami? Why in the hell would she know where Tony is now or anything about his plans?
John: Well, how long was she with Tony in that war zone? That's right. Nobody knows. My guess is, probably since she disappeared, and I still haven't heard a credible explanation on how she got there, have you?
Roman: What are you suggesting, John? Are you saying that Sami is working with Tony?
Sami: Why are you calling me? What the hell do you want, Tony?
Tony: I'm so glad you asked, Samantha. You know, does anybody have any idea that you are the infamous Stan? I wonder how your nearest and dearest would feel if they did know that you were the traitor who betrayed Salem’s young heroes, just to speak of, well, one of your most despicable acts.
Sami: They're not going to find out, Tony, because you're not gonna tell them.
Tony: Oh, well, I beg to differ.
Sami: Tony, please --
Tony: You know, Samantha, I'm gonna tell everyone, starting with your ex-fiancé Lucas.
Sami: No. You can't tell Lucas. He's about to take me back. I know he is.
Tony: What a shame. You know, why don't you put him on, and let me tell him what you've been doing?
Sami: What, are you kidding? There is no way I am going to let you talk to Lucas.
Tony: You know, I knew you were gonna be difficult about this, so let us put it this way -- if you don't put Lucas on the phone, then I'm gonna call him directly.
Sami: No. No, you can't do that, Tony. Please. Just tell me what you want.
Shawn-d: I know that there's no way you and I can be together until Philip is home safely.
Kate: Can't you see how terrified she is about losing her husband? Obviously, she is still in love with him, and my guess is, when he comes back, she's going to realize how much she would prefer to be with a Marine hero than a loser like you.
[Cell phone rings]
Man: Is this Mrs. Kiriakis, wife of Private First Class Philip Kiriakis?
Belle: Yes, who's this?
Man: It's Dr. Gage. I am with a military hospital, ma'am. I just operated on your husband.
Belle: How is he? Is Philip all right? Oh, my God. No.
Shawn-d: No, no, what is it? What happened?
Kate: How is he?
Belle: I don't know. Before the doctor could say anything, he got called back into I.C.U. on emergency. Philip could be dying.
Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of Our Lives.
Chloe: Brady already knows that I'm alive, Nicole. He heard my voice on the phone, and he knows that you were with me. He won't give up until he finds me. So I don't see any point in my continuing to hide. I'm just doing what I have to do.
Nicole: But is it what you want? Or is it just because you feel you have no choice?
Chloe: Well, it's both. Yes, my hand is being forced, but I also realize that I should've been honest with Brady from the beginning. If he's repulsed by the way I look, then at least I'll have found that out. If I can be in his arms even for a moment, it'll be worth it.
Nicole: But after that moment, what then? What will the rest of your life be like?
Chloe: If I'm Brady’s wife, that'll be wonderful. And if I'm not, then... I'll just have to deal with it.
Nicole: Well, we both know that Brady’s not the kind of man to turn his back on you. Of course he'll stay with you, even marry you. But you have to be prepared for all the publicity -- seeing your face in newspapers and magazines... the wife of a handsome, young heir to the Kiriakis fortune.
Chloe: The only person I care about is Brady. If he doesn't mind my scars...
Nicole: But you're not sure if he won’t. Otherwise, you would've gone to him a long time ago.
Chloe: I know that Brady loves me, Nicole.
Nicole: He loves the Chloe he remembers, the beautiful woman he had framed in a photograph on his nightstand. Look... I'm sorry, okay? I don't mean to be cruel. I just don't want you rushing into something that you are gonna regret. Let me just buy some more time, okay? Time for you to think things through more carefully, and maybe even see if there's anything they can do for your scars in the meantime. There's always a chance. Let me just try to convince Brady that you're really dead.
Chloe: And if you can't?
Nicole: Then you should go to him. You have nothing to lose. Even if Brady does believe me, you'll have the option to tell him the truth. It's your choice, and it's your decision. But you better make it now, because Brady’s about to come out here.
Marlena: Brady, you need to listen to your heart. It belongs to Chloe, doesn't it? Nicole needs to know that.
Brady: I never lied to Nicole. She knows how much I loved Chloe, and it was only after I thought Chloe was dead that the two of us got involved.
Marlena: She thinks you're about to propose to her. She told John that.
Brady: Yeah, that's kind of my fault. You see, it's no secret that the two of us have gotten closer, and... I kinda told Nicole that I was ready to make a commitment to her.
Brady: Well, if Chloe’s alive, that changes everything.
Marlena: Nicole knows that.
Brady: You think she's lying to me to protect her own interests?
Marlena: I think you believe she's changed.
Brady: Yeah, I do. Or at least, I did.
Marlena: If that's true, then she'll tell you the truth.
Brady: And what if she doesn't?
Marlena: Then, my darling, she doesn't deserve your love.
Brady: Thanks, Marlena. You've given me a lot to think about. I'm gonna take your suggestion and get some air. Then I'm gonna find Nicole and get the truth out of her.
Roman: No, John, no. No, I don't believe it. No. Why would Sami get involved with Tony DiMera again?
John: Listen, Roman, I know she's your daughter, but Sami has done things that none of us thought she would ever do again... namely, switching hospital records. But she did it, didn't she, with Abe and Lexie’s baby?
Roman: John, that was a long time ago.
John: Listen, if you think she's changed, I hate to be the one to break it to you, but she hasn’t. Since you and Marlena were gone, her behavior has been totally out of control.
Roman: Well, give her a break, come on. She thought everybody was dead. Her mother, her father, her grandmother...
John: I know, and she blamed practically everybody in Salem for that, especially me and Kate. And it had nothing to do with her grieving. The fact is, Sami was paranoid. She was selfish, she was abusive... had no sympathy or concern for anybody but herself. And then when her wedding to Lucas blew up in her face -- of course, you know, that wasn't her fault at all -- she just disappears. And then she ends up in a war zone with Tony? Now, how the hell do you explain that?
Roman: It doesn't make sense. It just doesn't make sense. Why would Sami get involved with Tony DiMera?
John: Maybe they were both out for the same thing. Revenge.
Tony: Do you know what I want, Stan? I want your continued cooperation.
Sami: My name isn't Stan, Tony.
Tony: But your evil alter ego is Stan. You chose the name yourself. And if that was to be publicly known, why, your new name would be mud.
Bart: Ha ha ha! "Mud." Good one, boss. Mud will be her name.
Tony: [Laughs] Did you hear that, Sami? Bart agrees.
Sami: Look, I did what you wanted.
Tony: Oh, hardly. I kept up my end of the bargain. I can't say the same for you. Not only did you destroy my plans, but I was nearly caught.
Sami: Yeah, well, you got away, so all's well that ends well. Right?
Tony: Samantha, nothing has ended. Our relationship is far from over.
Hope: Are you saying you don't really think things are better yet because you and Billie haven't found Georgia?
Bo: There is that, but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm concerned about Billie’s involvement with Abby’s friend.
Hope: Well, I think Billie taking Chelsea under her wing is a good thing. For both of them. I mean, lord knows, that poor girl -- she's gonna need as much support as she can possibly get. Losing both her parents, then finding out they were virtually bankrupt.
Bo: Well, yeah, Billie’s doing a good thing, but I just hope it doesn't backfire on her.
Hope: You're afraid, what, she's getting too involved with this girl as a substitute possibly for Georgia?
Bo: There's a chance of that happening, yeah.
Hope: Well, you know what?
Hope: Let's be positive about it. When you do find Georgia, she and Chelsea might be able to help each other. I mean, they're both the same age, right?
Hope: And they'll both be going through a very difficult period of readjusting.
Bo: Yeah, speaking of readjusting, Shawn and Belle are gonna have to go through that, too. Worrying about our children -- it never stops.
Hope: Never ever. It doesn't matter how old they get. I am just so grateful to God that Shawn is back with the others, and they're home safe. Right now it's too soon to worry about what happens next.
Bo: I'm proud of our boy. I mean, as irresponsible and reckless as it was for him to go over there --
Bo: Yeah. He turned out to be a hero.
Hope: Yeah. He did. And I am so proud of him. I mean, he was so desperate to find Philip, and he didn't let anything get in his way. Nothing stopped him.
Bo: He was desperate to be with Belle. That's the reason he went over there. You know that, right?
Hope: Are you questioning our son's motives?
Bo: No. I know exactly what his motives were, and they're a little self-serving.
Kate: Would you get your hands off her? She's still Philip’s wife.
Shawn-d: She's scared to death, Kate.
Kate: Oh, God. Sweetie, please, tell me -- tell me exactly what the doctor said to you.
Belle: Like I said, he didn't say anything, not even whether Philip was dead or alive, just that he had to go and that he'd call me back. Does this mean it's bad?
Kate: No, no, we don't know that yet.
Belle: Well, I wish we knew something, anything. This waiting is killing me.
Shawn-d: Okay, but we know that Philip tripped a land mine, but we also know that the medics got to him right away, and they airlifted him to a military hospital in Germany, where they have some of the best doctors and the best equipment in the world. What, Kate? There's no reason to give up hope.
Kate: Would you just give up the act, okay? You don't care about Philip. You don't care whether he lives or he dies. The only reason you wanted to see him alive is so that you could break his heart by stealing his wife.
Brady: I need some answers from you, and I need them now.
Chloe: [Thinking] Nicole's right. I've got nothing to lose by waiting a little longer. Once I see how Brady reacts, I'll decide what to do. If it seems like the right time, I'll let him know that I'm alive, that I love him and want us to be together.
Brady: Nicole? Hello, I'm talking to you.
Nicole: I know what you're gonna ask, Brady, but we've already had this conversation.
Brady: Yes, we have, but I don't think you've been very honest with me.
Nicole: Well, you're wrong. I have. There's nothing else for me to say.
Brady: Nicole, I was talking to Chloe on the phone, and then a second later, I was talking to you. Now, if you think about it, that means that you were with her, which means you know where she is, and I'm also willing to bet that you know why she hasn't come to me yet. And I also think that you've known this for quite some time now.
Nicole: You're right, Brady. Everything you just said is true.
Roman: John, what the hell are you talking about? Who would Sami want revenge on?
John: Oh, anybody that Sami thinks wronged her in some way. That would include anybody in the Salem phone book.
Roman: Oh, you think this is funny now?
John: Do you see me laughing? I don't trust her, I don't put anything past her, including hooking up with my demented brother.
Roman: I also know you don't like her, and I guarantee you this, she didn't do that.
Lucas: I can hear you guys arguing all the way from the bar. What's going on?
Marlena: I could hear it, too. What's happening here?
Roman: Your husband is saying that Sami is working with Tony.
Marlena: As we told Kate, that's not possible.
Lucas: When we first saw Sami at the bunker, Rex, Brady, and Shawn all thought the same thing, too.
Sami: Tony, you are a sick man, and you need professional help, not that that's exactly news. When I found out what you were gonna do to those guys, I couldn't let you get away with it. I'm not gonna let you hurt them.
Tony: Yes, and hence your fatal mistake. You know, Sami, you should know by now that anybody who goes against me does so at their own peril.
Bart: I love it when you say that.
Sami: We had a deal, Tony. And you broke it. You lied and said you weren't gonna hurt them. I never would've been part of something so completely evil.
Tony: Oh, what are you saying -- that what you did as Stan wasn't evil?
Sami: I never wanted to kill anyone.
Tony: Oh, no, you just systematically went on destroying people's lives, and I must say, you succeeded in doing that. You know, people are suffering today and will continue to do so because of you. Now, I wonder how your dear parents and Will and Lucas -- how heartbroken they will be when they get a list of your crimes -- a list, I hasten to add, I'll only be too glad to provide. Sami... what's the matter, cat got your tongue?
(Gentle acoustic guitar music)
Hope: How can you talk about our son like that? Shawn, Brady, Rex, Lucas, and Philip were all heroes.
Hope: You said that yourself.
Bo: I'm questioning his motives, not his bravery. Did you see his reaction when he heard that Philip was injured and on his way to a military hospital?
Hope: Yes, I did. He was just as concerned as everyone else.
Bo: Yeah, Hope, he was concerned... about Belle.
Hope: No, he was worried about both of them. Belle was out of her mind, and Shawn was just trying to comfort her. Come on, you can't fault him for that.
Bo: I'm not fau-- Hope, no, I'm not faulting him for anything. This is a very, very complicated situation.
Hope: Look, right now I just pray to God that Philip’s gonna be okay. We still don't know the extent of his injuries. All we know is that he was airlifted to a hospital in Germany.
Bo: Yeah, we gotta hope that those doctors can help him out.
Hope: That's what we're all praying for, including your son.
Shawn-d: I have had it with you accusing me of not caring about Philip. I risked my life going over there to try and save him, and it wasn't just so I could be with Belle.
Kate: Yeah, you just keep telling yourself that, and maybe you're gonna believe it, Shawn.
Shawn-d: The only thing that you are right about is the fact that I love her, and, yes, I want to be with her. But why the hell would you want your son to be in a loveless marriage?
Belle: I do love him. Don't say that. Philip could be dying. Or dead.
Shawn-d: No, no, if that were true, you would've been notified, and not by the phone.
Belle: You don't know that.
Kate: He doesn't know anything, except that he'd be happier if Philip was dead, because then he'd have a clear path to you, Belle.
Belle: Stop it, okay? Both of you. This isn't about me. This is about Philip and whether or not he survives.
Lucas: I mean it now. I'm not kidding you, Roman.
Roman: All right, let me get this straight. You are telling me that Rex, Shawn, and Brady -- they all thought that Sami was in league with Tony DiMera?
Lucas: Yeah. Yeah, but they were wrong. Because Sami rescued us. And none of us would've made it home if it hadn't been for her.
Marlena: You see, John?
Lucas: The real villain -- I mean, besides Tony -- the one who truly betrayed us, was that Stan guy.
Marlena: Stan? Oh, dear, excuse me a sec. Belle? What is it?
Belle: It's Philip. I just got a call from the hospital. The doctor said he's out of surgery, but before he could tell me anything else, he got called away.
Marlena: Oh, honey, I'm so sorry.
Belle: He said he'd call back, but he hasn’t.
Marlena: You'll have some word, I know you will.
John: It's John Black. Put me through to Shane Donovan. I don't care if he's in a meeting. Pull him out. It's urgent.
Belle: Mom, what am I gonna do? What if Philip dies?
Marlena: You can't think that way. You have to stay positive.
Shawn-d: Your mom's right.
Belle: I'm trying to stay positive. It's just hard with Philip so far away, and not knowing anything.
Shawn-d: Whatever happens, I'm here, okay? I always will be.
Marlena: Belle, we're all here.
John: Belle told me what happened. I'm on hold with Shane Donovan. Don't worry. I'm gonna find out what's going on with Philip.
Kate: Thank you. I don't know what I'd do without you.
Marlena: Maybe John --
Brady: So you finally admit that Chloe’s alive? Where is she? I'd like to know.
Nicole: You're right, Brady. Chloe is alive. Here, in your heart...
Brady: Oh, my God, Nicole!
Nicole: Where she's always been and she always will be. I've known that for a long time, and I tried to deny it. I thought you were getting over her, but I just keep fooling myself. You know what, Brady? I give up, okay? I give up. I can't fight Chloe’s ghost anymore.
Brady: This is not about her ghost, and you know that.
Nicole: You can't even see it. You're so consumed with her memory that you actually convinced yourself you heard her voice.
Brady: Because I did hear her voice, Nicole. And you were with her, so tell me, where the hell is she?
Nicole: She's dead. Brady, you were holding her urn with her ashes in it. You saw Nancy put your mother's ring in it so you could marry her in heaven. My God, do you have any idea what you've put me through with this obsession of yours? I can't take it anymore, Brady! If you continue to accuse me of lying about her being alive, then...then I guess there's no hope for us. And you really don't trust me.
Brady: No, I'm sorry, when it comes to Chloe, I don’t. I really think that you would give anything to keep me from finding her.
Nicole: That would be futile, wouldn't it?
Brady: What is that supposed to mean?
Nicole: If Chloe was alive, you would never stop looking for her. And that's not the kind of life I want to live -- constantly worrying if you're suddenly going to hear her voice and convince yourself that the one true love of your life is back from the dead. No thank you.
Chloe: [Thinking] I've got to hand it to her, she's good.
Brady: Damn it, Nicole, I am not buying any of this. I am not hallucinating. I heard Chloe’s voice as clear as I'm hearing yours right now.
Nicole: But you're wrong. There is a logical explanation for why you think you heard her.
Brady: Oh, really. A logical explanation. I'd love to hear it.
Nicole: [Thinking] I'll tell you, as soon as I come up with one.
Sami: Look, Tony, everyone in Salem knows that you hate the Brady’s just like your father did. No one is going to believe you.
Tony: They will when they see the proof.
Sami: What proof?
Tony: Well, the disguise you left behind. It has your D.N.A. all over it.
Bart: Along with photographs and film. We got it all, baby! We got it all! You're so busted!
Sami: You're bluffing.
Tony: Oh, I'm not bluffing. I hold all the cards, Samantha. And even if I was bluffing, can you afford to take that risk? Stan has hurt a lot of people. And don't you think they'd be fascinated to find out exactly what his identity is? You know, shall we review his crimes? Or I should say your nefarious deeds, starting with my brother John Black and his drug addiction. If I recall... you were his main supplier.
Sami: I guess you could arrest me, but you won’t.
John: You seem pretty sure of yourself.
Sami: We've been over this before, John. I'd be forced to turn in my client list, and guess whose name would be right there at the top.
John: I never bought a damn thing from you, pal.
Sami: Yeah, but you've certainly taken advantage of my product, haven't you? And when they give you the inevitable drug test, which they will when I give them my story, you couldn't possibly pass, could you? And then you'd be removed from active duty -- that is, if you don't end up in jail yourself. And what a time for that to happen. Everyone's counting on the great John Black, Secret Super Agent, to keep the world safe for democracy -- or at least bring home his son-in-law.
John: Oh, you lousy -- aah! Aah! Aah!
Sami: Face it, man. You can't win.
John: Why are you doing this to me?
Sami: Because it's what you deserve. You destroyed my life, and now I'm going to destroy yours.
John: Wait a minute. How did I destroy your life? I don't even know you, do I?
Sami: Just relax, my friend. You're going to feel better in no time.
Sami: One little pill, that's all it would take, and you would feel so much better.
John: Get outta my house.
Sami: All right, sure, I'll go. But I'll be a nice guy, leave these here with you. Sooner or later, I know you're gonna want 'em. And when you do, remember, there's plenty more where that came from.
Tony: There was Billie Reed. What you put that poor woman through, and all she wanted was to find her long-lost daughter. What you did to her...
Girl's voice: Mommy. Mommy. Why won't you save me?
Sami: [Laughs] Oh, this is great. Oh... Billie won't know what hit her.
Tony: And that bit of mischief put an extra strain on Bo and Hope's already fragile marriage. And then there was the pathetic Mimi. Boy, did you enjoy torturing her. She was already guilt-ridden because she knows she had an abortion and she failed to tell her clueless boyfriend that she was pregnant. You certainly had fun with that one. You even went further than we instructed.
Mimi: What was that? Rex, did you hear? I guess not. Probably just my imagination.
Tony: And then there was the biggest betrayal of them all -- luring the Salem four into my trap.
Sami: You're right. I am a traitor. And I play for whatever side gives me the best deal.
Man: Hands above your heads! Above your head!
Brady: I knew it! You lying scum...
Sami: But I changed my mind. I saved them.
Tony: You reneged on our deal! And betrayed me in the process. Now, wait... I forgot to mention how you took part in Chloe’s disfigurement. Now, that was a bit of planning, I must say, was just brilliant. Poor Chloe, badly scarred from that terrible accident, and then you help Nicole make those scars permanent.
Nicole: Well, just make yourself at home.
Sami: Don't mind if I do.
Nicole: So, are you gonna tell me what's in the bag, or do I have to guess?
Sami: Patience has never been one of your virtues, has it, Nicole? Okay. One full set of surgical scrubs, complete with these adorable booties. Not exactly Manolo Blahnik, but you'll make them work. Surgical mask. And most important, one perfect counterfeit nurse's I.D. This'll give you complete access to the clinic where Chloe’s staying, and where her surgery's scheduled to be performed.
Nicole: You want me to pretend to be a nurse?
Sami: Unless you want Chloe to have the operation that restores her former beauty and sends her back into Brady’s arms and bed... permanently.
Tony: That's quite a list of dastardly deeds. Now, if your transgressions were made public, you would be put -- let me put it this way. By the time you got out of prison, you would've lost the bloom of youth.
Bart: Tell it like it is, boss. She'd be old!
Tony: [Laughs] Thanks, Bart. You know, when language fails me, you always come to the rescue. Now, as I was saying...
Sami: Yeah, well, as succinctly as always, you've made your point, Tony. But if you were going to turn me in, you would've done it already. So I'm gonna ask you again, what do you want from me?
Hope: I hate hearing you talk this way about Shawn.
Hope: Do you really think he wants to see Philip get hurt by Belle?
Bo: No, Hope. If it was up to him, none of this would've happened. But he is very determined to be with Belle, no matter what. So when Philip gets home, it's not going to be pretty.
Hope: No, it isn’t. But you seem to forget that she loves Shawn. He's the one she wants to be with.
Bo: So, Belle should break Philip’s heart? I mean, if you were Belle, would you walk away from the man who loves you more than life itself... a man who survived months of torture and imprisonment to get home to you?
Roman: Katie, listen to me. You be strong, okay? We'll find out something soon.
John: I know you'll keep trying, Shane. Thanks. Well, Donovan doesn't have any hard news. And the hospital says the surgeons are still in recovery with Philip.
Shawn-d: Well, at least he's alive. That's something, right?
Marlena: Can I get you anything, Belle, sweetheart?
Belle: Oh, no, thanks, mom, I'm okay.
Kate: I could use a brandy.
John: I'll get it.
Marlena: I'll --
Lucas: Hey, why don't you back off a little?
Shawn-d: Because she needs me.
Lucas: Yeah, she's got her mom and her dad. And my mother doesn't need any more aggravation right now.
Shawn-d: I'm not trying to aggravate her, Lucas. I'm just trying to be there for her.
Lucas: Why don't you just leave her alone, all right? You and my mom start going at it again, the only person who's gonna get caught up in the middle is Belle, and that's the last thing she needs right now.
John: There you go.
Kate: Thank you.
Roman: Come on.
John: How are you holding up, sweetheart?
Belle: I just wish I'd hear something from Philip’s doctors.
John: Philip -- he's tough as nails. He's proved that time and time again. And he loves you, Izzy. He just wants to come home to you.
Marlena: Daddy's right.
John: Before you know it, he's gonna be strong enough to tell it to you himself. Once he hears your voice, it's gonna give him the strength to fight to get well even sooner.
Belle: I will do anything to help him recover, dad. I will stay with him, no matter how long it takes.
Chloe: [Thinking] Brady, I love you so much. It's all I can do to keep from running into your arms right now.
Brady: Well, I'm waiting. Explain to me how I could've heard Chloe’s voice on the phone if it wasn't really her. And don't tell me it was my imagination.
Nicole: Okay, I've been thinking about that, and... I think you probably did hear Chloe’s voice.
Brady: "Probably." What the hell, Nicole? You were with her. You had to be.
Nicole: I wasn't, Brady. Please! Think about who placed the call.
Brady: Tony DiMera.
Nicole: Exactly. He's playing you like a fiddle, Brady. How gullible can you be? You think you heard Chloe on the phone because he wanted you to think that. You know, it was obviously just another DiMera trick.
Sami: So let's have it, Tony. Just tell me what you want from me, other than to torture me with your threats.
Tony: You don't think you deserve it, do you, that you broke your word and reneged on our deal?
Sami: Oh, you wanna talk about that deal? Tony, you swore that you weren't gonna hurt Lucas and the other guys, and then you did a complete 180. As far as I'm concerned, we're even. Let's just call a truce, Tony. You know, you stop messing with me, and I won't mess with you. We can just pretend this never happened and move on.
Tony: Yes, you'd like that, wouldn't you?
Sami: Look, I made a huge mistake, but this time I am going to learn from it.
Tony: Oh, yes, Samantha, you are going to learn from it. And I'm going to make sure that you do.
Hope: I feel terrible for Philip. He's been through months of hell, and I'm sure he's counting every minute until he sees his wife. But, Bo, the reality is, she loves Shawn. Shawn and Belle deserve to be happy.
Bo: I'm not saying who deserves what. I just think our son should prepare himself for the possibility that he might have to live the rest of his life without Belle.
Lucas: Look, man, I know none of this has been easy for you.
Shawn-d: Oh, you think?
Lucas: Still, if you really love Belle as much as you claim you do, you'll back off, let her family support her.
[Cell phone rings]
Belle: Hello? Yes, this is she. How is Philip? How is he doing? Oh, my God. No. It can't be true.
Sami: Damn you, Tony, what the hell are you going to do to me?
Tony: Maybe I'll just go after those that you love, like your mother, your father, even Lucas.
Lucas: It's bad, Rex. It's really bad. It's worse than you could ever imagine.
Hope: Don't you want to see him fight for the woman he loves?
Bo: No matter who gets hurt?
Belle: You shouldn't be here.
Shawn-d: But I am. I'm not letting you go.
