Hope: Okay, I didn't make it, so it's safe. It's a nice hot bowl of Gran's homemade soup. It's just what you need...

Bo: Thanks, fanc--

Hope: To fight that horrible fever and infection.

Bo: Hey, listen, um, I'm not that hungry.

Hope: They say feed a fever. You have a fever. Now eat.

Bo: I don't think -- all right, all right, okay.

Hope: Come on.

Bo: Okay, anything... to keep peace in the family.

Hope: Yeah, well, what's keeping peace in the family is you not letting Billie talk you into racing off on some wild goose chase again.

Bo: She didn't try to talk me into anything. She was more than willing to go off on her own, and worse yet, with Lockhart. I'm just glad we were able to convince her to stick around until we found some more solid evidence. I mean, if she -- if she took off when she wanted, she could've gotten herself killed.

Hope: You really care about Billie, don't you?

Man: Let me help you with those, Ms. Reed.

Billie: Oh, that's okay, really, thanks. I got it. All right, here's where we're going. Let's fire this baby up and get out of here.

Man: I'm sorry, but that's impossible.

Jack: Okay. Okay. Get that on here...

[Footsteps approaching]

Jack: Oh, no. Oh, no.

[Keys jangling]

Bart: What the hell are you doing?

Jack: Uh... what does it look like I'm doing? I'm working out, working out.

Bart: Uh-huh. Well, take five, muscles. 'Cause I got something that's really gonna pump... you up. You are about to see your not-so-lonely widow and her live-in stud boy Patrick Lockhart together... live at St. Luke’s. And if I'm not mistaken, you can even hear wedding bells. Ding-dong.

Patrick: You know, I wonder if this wasn't a mistake, your coming here tonight.

Rex: Philip? Would you stop worrying? I have the rings right here. Look, all you need to worry about is standing up there and saying "I do."

Philip: I just can't believe this is really happening. Belle and I are actually getting married.

Rex: Well, you know it's meant to be if the wedding is thrown together in less than 24 hours.

Philip: I wish we didn't have to rush it. I really wanted this to be -- the wedding Belle's always dreamed about.

Rex: You got called to duty.

Philip: Rex, what if something happens?

Rex: Like what? What could possibly happen?

Philip: I don't know. I have kind of a bad feeling.

Rex: Dude, those are called pre-wedding jitters.

Philip: Where is everybody, anyway? I mean, Sami and Lucas, Brady, even my own sister Billie is not here. What the hell's going on?

Rex: You know, Philip, I think I know what you're really afraid of.

Brady: I really hope Belle likes your wedding present.

Nicole: A romantic wedding night at a secluded country inn -- she'll love it, and her brother for driving all the way out here arranging it all.

Brady: I just want it to be special since they don't have time for a real honeymoon.

Nicole: Oh, it'll be special. And by the way, I-I noticed that the innkeepers remembered you. You've obviously been there before.

Brady: Yes. Once. With...

Woman: Chloe. That's a beautiful name.

Chloe: Yeah, for a hideous face.

Woman: I'm gonna check on your test results. I'll be right back.

Chloe: Oh, my God. Philip and Belle are getting married tonight. Brady will be there... with Nicole.

Nicole: Brady, take it easy. This back roads may be icy.

Brady: I just don't want to be late for the wedding, okay?

Nicole: We won't be late. Besides, weddings never start on -- whoa! Aah!

Shawn-D: What's going on?

Jan: I'm just erasing some old messages.

Shawn-D: No, wait a minute. I thought I heard Belle's voice. Did she call?

Belle's voice: Shawn, it's Belle. Look, I'm at the church, and I really want to see you. We need to talk. Please call.

Shawn-D: I wonder what she wants. Why didn't you tell me she called?

Jan: Because it doesn't matter. Because she's marrying Philip. You need to forget about this for your own --

Shawn-D: I can't do that. I have to find out what she wants, what she has to say.

[Cellular phone rings]

Shawn-D: Belle, are you there? It's Shawn. Belle, can you hear me? What was that message about?

Man: I know it's cold out, but can we get a couple of quick shots of the bride with her father?

John: Absolutely.

Mimi: Oh, my God, we forgot your phone. What if Shawn calls back? I'm gonna go get it. And our shawls.

Man: That's great. Just a few more.

John: You okay?

Belle: Yeah, fine.

John: Would you excuse us for a second?

Man: Of course.

Belle: Dad, what's wrong?

John: You tell me. I couldn't help but notice that your smile was a little forced there.

Belle: No, it wasn’t.

John: It's Shawn, isn't it? You having second thoughts about this wedding, Izzy?

Shawn-D: Belle, talk to me. What's going on?

Kate: What Belle doesn't know won't hurt her.

Mimi: [Sighs] Why doesn't Shawn call?

Jan: Belle is marrying Philip, Shawn. She's not gonna have her cell phone on her while she's walking down the aisle.

Shawn-D: No. I guess she won’t.

Jan: Drink this. It'll help you forget. Come on, Shawn, cheer up, huh? Why don't we toast to belle and Philip? May they have as much happiness as they deserve. Bottom's up.

Shawn-D: Why'd you do it, Jan?

Jan: Do what?

Shawn-D: Try and delete Belle's message. What the hell are you up to?

John: Are you gonna answer your father, Izzy? I don't think I'm gonna have the opportunity to ask this again. You still have feelings for Shawn?

Belle: Look, Shawn wants nothing to do with me. I have to forget about him and move on with my life.

John: Is that what you want? I mean, this isn't any little step here. What we're talking about is your entire future, and your happiness is at stake.

Belle: And Philip and I will be very happy. Don't worry, dad. I'm making the right decision.

Mimi: Belle.

[Cellular phone rings]

Mimi: Your phone. It's probably Shawn.

Belle: Hello?

Philip: Okay, Rex, what am I really afraid of?

Rex: I think you might be afraid that Belle could get cold feet at the last minute.

Philip: No way. That's not going to happen. Belle loves me.

Kate: You bet it's not, because I guarantee this wedding is going to go off without a hitch.

Patrick: Who's that?

Jennifer: I don't know. I don't know him. He must be here just recording the wedding.

Patrick: Right. Yeah, that must be it.

Jack: What the hell?

Bart: They make an attractive couple, don't they?

Jack: That's St. Luke's, but it doesn't look like they're getting married.

Bart: Well, maybe not today, but according to the count, it's just a matter of time. I mean, they're already shacking up. And with Patrick playing the world's coolest daddy to Abigail and Jack Jr., You just know, before long, he's going to be hubby number two. Or is it three? Do we count you twice? How does that work?

Jack: Just shut -- shut up!

Bart: Hey, I wonder if she's gonna change the kids' last name -- I mean, who wouldn't want to lose Deveraux, right? Bitch to spell, and the "x" is silent. Hey. Abigail Lockhart. Jack Patrick Lockhart. Now, those got a nice ring to it, don't you think?

Nicole: Brady?

[Groans] Oh, my God. Brady. Brady, wake up. Brady.

[Gasps] No. No! No! Brady! Brady!

Woman: Okay, got your test results. And I'm happy to report that all systems are go. We can schedule your next plastic surgery. Chloe? I thought you'd be happy to hear that. What's wrong?

Chloe: I don't know. I just got the most awful feeling. I'm not sure why.

Woman #2: Doctor, we have an emergency. There was a car accident near the clinic. A man's been injured. They're just bringing him in.

Woman: They brought him here?

Woman #2: His girlfriend insisted.

Woman: Excuse me.

Woman #2: She said there wasn't time to get him back to Salem.

Nicole's voice: You have to help him. You can't let him die. Don't you die on me, Brady. Don't you leave me.

Chloe: Brady?

Bo: I care about what happens to Billie. I care about finding our daughter. I won't turn my back on her.

Hope: I would never ask you to. I pray that you find Georgia. And when you do, I promise you, I am going to be the best stepmother I can possibly be. But I don't want you going off searching, risking your life without any evidence.

Bo: I'm not gonna do that, Hope. I already promised you I wouldn’t. So you got nothing to worry about.

Billie: What do you mean we can't leave right now? Why not?

Man: Well, I'll need to file a flight plan, get the jet cleared for takeoff. You'll have to be patient.

Billie: Oh. Well, I don't really have time right now to be patient.

Man: I'll see what I can do to move things along.

Billie: Thanks. I really appreciate it. Okay, Georgia, mama's coming. This time, I'm gonna be prepared.

Belle: Yes, that's right. The wedding cake goes to the Penthouse Grill. Thanks. That was the bakery.

Mimi: I still can't believe Shawn hasn't called you back.

Belle: Why should he? It's not like he's gonna suddenly declare his love for me and tell me to call off the wedding.

Mimi: I think he still might.

Belle: I think you're too much of a romantic.

Mimi: What's wrong with being a romantic? You've always been the biggest one I know.

Belle: Well, not anymore. Now I'm a realist. And the reality is that I have to forget about Shawn. My future is with Philip, and he is a wonderful, caring man.

Mimi: How can you just give up on the love of your life?

Belle: Mimi, my mind is made up. I'm going through with this wedding, and there is nothing that you can say to change that.

Philip: All right, the church is filling up, but still no sign of Lucas and Sami or Brady and Nicole.

Rex: They're probably just running late or stuck in traffic. They'll be here.

Philip: I just hope that Shawn and Jan don't show up. It's the last thing that Belle needs.

Patrick: Hey. How's it going?

Man: Okay.

Patrick: Yeah? I see you got a lot of footage of the guests there. The wedding hasn't even started yet.

Man: I have instructions from the wedding planner to get shots of all the guests. Excuse me.

Jack: Jennifer, I love you. And I always will.

Jennifer: And I'll always love you, Jack.

Jack: Wait a minute. I just got a great idea. From now on, every anniversary, I will marry you all over again.

Jennifer: Really? Every year, every anniversary?

Jack: You don't believe me. All right. Next year at this time -- you and me, Saint Luke’s. Is that a date?

Jennifer: Yeah, it's a date.

Patrick: Hey. You okay?

Jennifer: Yeah, you know. It's -- it's -- it's too hard. It's too hard not to cry. I must look like a mess already.

Patrick: Oh, no, no, no. You look -- you look beautiful. You know, but there is one thing you need.

Bart: Who'd have thunk it? That Lockhart is a real romantic guy.

Jack: How the hell are they doing this? This can't be real.

Bart: Oh, it's real, all right. The wedding videographer is on the DiMera payroll, and he is one of the best. Mm-hmm. Can even get hidden cameras into people's private homes without their knowing it. We're right now trying to work on a zoom lens for Jennifer’s boudoir. Something tells me that's gonna see a lot of action. Good old stud boy Lockhart bringing a special brand of comfort to the widow Deveraux.

Jack: No! No!

Hope: A nice cup of chamomile tea for the husband.

Bo: You don't have to keep waiting on me.

Hope: What are you talking about? You love being waited on when you're sick... and when you're well. All the time.

Bo: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I do. But you should be at Belle and Philip’s wedding.

Hope: And leave you alone? No way.

Bo: Hope, I'm fine. Really.

Hope: Here, I got it.

Bo: I'm fine. Somebody should be representing the family. Philip is my half brother. And... what I need most is rest, and I can't get that with you around.

Hope: Why not?

Bo: Because you're too distracting.

Hope: Oh, you're just saying that to get me to go. I know you.

Bo: Wanna bet? Come here.

Shawn-D: Answer me. Why did you try and delete Belle's message?

Jan: I did it to protect you.

Shawn-D: To protect me?

Jan: I don't wanna see you hurt anymore. I know you can't help but still have some leftover feelings for Belle, and I totally understand that. But all she ever tries to do is jerk you around, and I have had enough. She's Philip’s problem now. So just finish your drink, and please relax.

Jan: There you go. Don't you feel better?

Shawn-D: What if you're wrong about Belle? What if she needs me? What if this whole wedding thing is just a big mistake?

Jan: [Thinking] Sorry, Shawn. It's too late for you and Belle.

Belle: Dad.

John: I have something for you. It's from your mother.

Shawn-D: Belle. Belle. Belle.

Jan: It's a good thing we drugged Shawnie’s drink, huh, kewpie? Now while he's sleeping it off, Belle and Philip will get married. And then when he wakes up, he'll forget all about his loser ex.

Belle: Lexie said the motorcycle accident could affect your personality. You're the one that's treating everyone so badly, Shawn. Why are you angry at me? You just keep accusing me of things that just didn't happen.

Shawn-D: I know what I saw.

Belle: Tonight was the first time that Philip and I ever made love.

Shawn-D: [Muttering] I believe you. Belle, I believe you.

Hope: Oh! You sure you're up for this?

Bo: You better believe I'm up for this. I'm feeling much better already. Aah!

Hope: Oh, no.

Bo: Ow.

Hope: Okay, no more fooling around. Take it easy. Just rest, just rest. Just rest, just rest.

Bo: How can I rest when I got you here? You're -- you're too big a temptation.

Hope: You're just saying that to get me to go to the wedding. You know what? It's not -- it's starting to work.

Bo: Well, one of us should be there.

Hope: All right, all right. I'll go. I'll go. But you've gotta promise me something.

Bo: What?

Hope: That you'll rest while I'm gone, okay? No work, no computers --

Bo: I promise. I promise.

Hope: Rest.

Bo: I will.

Hope: You promised. I'm holding you to your promise.

Billie: I had to leave you this message because there are things you need to know... in case anything happens. See, if you're listening to this message now, it means I'm dead.

Nicole: Doctor, how is he? How's Brady?

Woman: He's suffered some cuts and contusions. He may also have a mild concussion. But all in all, he's gonna be fine.

Nicole: Thank God. Can I see him?

Woman: Oh, of course. Go right in.

Nicole: Oh, Brady. Thank goodness you're all right. You had me scared half to death.

Brady: I'm fine now. We have to get to Belle's wedding.

Nicole: No, no, no, no, no. You can't go anywhere. You were just in an accident. You could have a concussion.

Brady: Nicole, you don't understand. I need to be at that wedding.

Nicole: No, your sister and Philip will understand. They wouldn't want you taking any chances, and neither do I. Brady, I don't know what I'd do if I ever lost you. I love you so much.

Henderson: Congratulations. Your father would be so proud.

Philip: Thank you for coming, Henderson.

Philip: Mom, what's wrong?

Kate: I'm proud of you, too. That my baby boy is all grown up and he's getting married.

Philip: This is what you wanted, right?

Kate: Yes, yes, this is what I wanted. And you're getting a wonderful, wonderful girl. And both of you, both of you are finally going to have all the happiness that you deserve.

Jennifer: I'm sorry. I-I-I don't mean to be so emotional. I didn't think it would be so hard to be here today.

Patrick: You don't need to apologize. Just know that I'm here for you if you need me, okay?

Jennifer: Thank you, Patrick.

Bart: You tried to kill me!

Jack: You're lucky I didn’t.

Bart: You're gonna be sorry for this, Deveraux. You're gonna be very -- no dinner for you. No dinner for you tonight, and no dessert for the rest of the week!

Jack: I gotta get out of this place. I gotta get out of this place, and get back to my wife... tonight!

Jan: Honey, are you okay?

Shawn-D: I fell asleep.

Jan: I know, you poor thing. You're exhausted.

Shawn-D: I was having a dream about Belle.

Jan: Belle?

Shawn-D: I've been wrong about her.

Jan: Shawn!

Shawn-D: No, there is no way that she would jerk me around on her wedding day. There has to be a reason that she called -- something important. I have to get to her, and I have to hurry up 'cause she must be waiting. Oh.

John: Your mother wanted you to have this on -- on your wedding day, Belle.

John: That is your something old. It belonged to your grandmother.

Belle: And she knew I always loved it. Ever since I was a little girl. Oh, and there's something blue, a garter. I totally forgot to get one. I forgot about all this "something old, something new" stuff.

John: I think there's -- I think there's something borrowed in there also.

Belle: It was her favorite charm.

John: I gave that to your mother when you were just a baby, right after I found out that I was your father.

Belle: Oh, dad.

John: Unfortunately, there is something missing. And that would be the something new. Your mother always said that she was gonna wait and get just the right thing for when this day arrived. So I stopped, and I picked up something I definitely think that will qualify.

John: Yeah, I know, it's a little corny. But you know me, I just couldn't resist.

Belle: Oh, it's beautiful. I love it. And I love you... and mom.

John: And we love you. Izzy, you are always gonna be our little girl.

Nicole: Do you know how lucky you are that you weren't seriously hurt?

Brady: I'm just glad you're not. You were the one telling me to slow down.

Nicole: It wasn't your fault. You were just trying to make it to the wedding.

Brady: And I can still make the wedding.

Nicole: No, no, Brady. You're in no shape to drive. The car's wrecked. We'd never make it on time.

Brady: Well, I just can't not show up.

Nicole: Look, I will call your family and tell them that you're all right, and that we will be there for the reception, okay? Just lie back and relax.

Chloe: Brady.

Brady: Chloe?

[Telephone rings]

Bo: Come on, Billie, pick up.

Billie: Yeah, this is Agent Reed.

Bo: Hey, Billie, it's me. You must be on your way to the wedding. Hope is, too.

Billie: Yeah, wow. Yeah, Hope -- Hope's coming? I-I thought that she was gonna stay home and take care of you?

Bo: I'm feeling much better. Listen, thanks for not taking off tonight, you know. It's good that we're waiting for me to get better. Then we'll get some solid evidence on where Georgia is, and we'll go after her together.

Billie: Great.

[Jet engine starts]

Bo: What the hell is that?

Billie: Uh, uh, I think my car needs a new muffler.

Man on P.A.: Standby. Five minutes to takeoff.

Bo: Damn it, Billie. You lied to me! You're going after Georgia on your own.

Billie: Bo, calm down.

Bo: Like hell I will. You're not doing this.

Jack: Okay, let's just pray that this baby works. Help! Help! I hurt myself! Help! Get me a doctor! Help!

[Keys jangle]

Man: What the hell is this?

Jack: Yes. It's a bull's-eye.

Chloe: I love you, Brady. Always.

Woman: Increase the dosage by five cc's, and page me in one hour.

Woman: Yes, doctor.

Woman: Mr. Black?

Brady: Hmm?

Woman: I'm sorry to wake you. I just wanna make sure you're all right.

Brady: Where did she go?

Woman: Nicole? She's just outside on the phone.

Brady: No, no. I could have sworn I heard somebody else. Must have been dreaming, actually.

Woman: Your girlfriend was pretty worried about you earlier. She's obviously very in love. You're a lucky man. It's not easy to find your soul mate these days.

Brady: No, I-I found my soul mate a long time ago. Unfortunately, she died.

Woman: Oh, I'm sorry.

Brady: No, it's okay. Even though she's gone, I still love her more than ever.

Nicole: So, the good news is it's not serious, and he'll be fine.

Belle: Dad, Brady was in an accident.

John: What?

Mimi: Is he all right?

Nicole: Belle, don't freak out. He really is okay.

Belle: He's fine. Nicole, tell Brady that I'm gonna postpone the wedding, and I will be there as soon as I can.

Nicole: Don't you dare. Brady wants you to go on as planned, and then we'll both be there in time for the reception.

Belle: Are you sure? He's really all right?

Nicole: You'll see for yourself in a while. Now go get married.

Belle: Okay, well, just tell Brady that we're really glad he's okay, and we'll see him later.

Nicole: I will.

Belle: Thank you. Thanks for calling. Okay, so, Brady’s gonna meet us at the reception. But he wants us to go ahead with the wedding.

John: All right. Then that's what we should do. And I think it's, uh, it's about that time.

Belle: Dad, are you sure you're really up for this? I mean, walking me down the aisle?

John: I'm ready if you are.

Belle: I'm ready.

Mimi: Where the hell are you, Shawn?

Shawn-D: I have to wake up. I need some coffee.

Jan: Oh, okay. You just sit down. I'll get it. I have a fresh pot all ready.

Jan: Here you go. This should perk you up in no time.

Shawn-D: This tastes weird. What is in this?

Jan: I just tried some of those fancy flavored coffee beans. You don't like it?

Shawn-D: No, no. I have to get to Belle.

Jan: Shawn!

Shawn-D: No, listen, she must be having second thoughts about marrying Philip. That's the only possible explanation why she needs to see me now. I have to stop this wedding.

Jan: Honey, just wait.

Shawn-D: Stay away from me, Jan!

Jan: I'm not gonna let you do this! I'm not gonna let you do this!

Shawn-D: Jan, stay out of it! I am warning you! If you don't, or if you try and follow me, it's over. You understand me? We're finished.

Brady: They say it's supposed to get easier over time, but it's just not happening for me. I seem to miss her more and more every day.

Woman: She must have been a pretty amazing person. What was her name?

Brady: Chloe.

Woman: Really? I have a patient by that name. And she's pretty amazing, too.

Bo: Billie, you listen to me, and you listen good. You're not going to look for Georgia on your own. I thought you understood you could be walking into a trap. Promise me you won't go.

Billie: Yeah, okay. You're right. You're right. It was a dumb idea. I'm sorry.

Bo: Just give me a couple more days.

Billie: Okay. Yeah, I'll wait, you know. And hey, it's better this way because if I hurry, I'll be able to catch my brother's wedding. So, you know what? I gotta go. Feel better. And I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Bo: Bil-- yeah, like I'm supposed to trust that.

Billie: Coleman, tell those guys we need clearance now. It's an emergency. We gotta take off right away.

Jan: No, Shawn! I am begging you! Please do not go running after Belle when she has already hurt you so much.

Shawn-D: I told you to leave me alone. She is about to make the biggest mistake of her life. I have to stop her.

Jan: No! Shawn! I cannot lose you! Oh, God. Please, God, let that bitch already be married.

Mimi: Still no Shawn.

Mimi: This is it. You're really sure?

Belle: I'm sure.

Mimi: Okay.

Belle: Okay, dad, this is it.

John: You be happy, sweetheart.

["Wedding March" playing ]

Shawn-D: Hang on, Belle, I'm coming.
