Sami: Make love to me, Lucas -- now. I want to feel your skin against mine.
Lucas: Oh, my God. You are so beautiful.
Sami: I have been waiting for this moment my whole life.
Jennifer: Thank you so much for spending Valentine’s Day with me like this.
Hope: Hey, thank you so much for the pepperoni.
Jennifer: You know, it can be such a wonderful holiday when you're a couple, but, boy, a really depressing one when you're alone. So I don't know how I would get through it without a little help from my friends. Thank you.
Lexie: Same here.
Hope: Same here.
Hope: Mm. I'm going to try Bo again.
Jennifer: What, he hasn't called back?
Hope: Well, when my cell rang earlier, the caller I.D. said it was Bo, but... there was no one on the other end.
Lexie: He's somewhere in Europe, isn't he?
Hope: Yeah, but every time I call... I only get his voice mail.
Lexie: Hope, he is undercover. If his cell was out, he may have no other way of reaching you.
Hope: Let's hope that's all it is.
Jennifer: Who could that be?
Hope: Whoa, wait a second. Don't -- don't answer the door until you've checked first. There's still a killer on the loose.
Jennifer: Who's there?
Celeste: It's Celeste, darling.
Jennifer: Hey. Well, come on in. Oh, it's cold.
Lexie: Mom, how'd you know I was here?
Celeste: Ha ha. Darling, please. I was expecting to find the three of you here. Listen, I've had another premonition, and it concerns the three of you. Yes.
Nicole: [Thinking] Where are you, Jan? Have you finished Victor off yet?
Brady: Nicole. Sorry. Didn't mean to scare you. What's going on with the lights?
Nicole: Who knows? It's an old house.
Brady: Yeah, an old house in perfect working order. A little weird, don't you think?
Nicole: Hey, hey, where you going?
Brady: To check on my grandfather and let him know that we're free.
Nicole: Well, he's probably sleeping. You can show him in the morning.
Man: Mrs. Kiriakis.
Nicole: What the hell are you doing up here?
Man: I need to be paid for my services.
Nicole: For crying out loud. How much do we owe you?
Man: Let's see -- basic charge is $75.
Man: Plus another $50 for the night time house call.
Nicole: Highway robbery. Here.
Man: Plus $100 for the specially engineered key.
Nicole: Oh, you know what? That's it, okay?
Man: Happy Valentine’s Day.
Brady: Thank you. It is now that we're free. Ha ha.
Nicole: It will be as soon as my husband's gone.
Brady: Oh, yeah, Nicole, by the way -- that was a really expensive alibi, especially since no one turned up dead, so what the hell are you going to do now?
[Wagner's "Flight of the Valkyries" playing]
Jan: Oh, my God. I killed another man. You better keep your promise, Nicole, and get me Shawn, or else you'll fry, too, in the electric chair.
John: Kate, put the box down. I don't want you to contaminate anything that might give us a clue.
Philip: This is the last thing you needed tonight.
John: I'm going to call Tek.
Philip: Mom, I am so sorry. I brought you here tonight so I could treat you to a nice evening out on the town, but it has been one painful reminder after another. I'm so sorry.
John: It's John Black. We had flowers delivered to Tuscany tonight courtesy of our serial killer. Put a trace on the order A.S.A.P.
Kate: Last time I was here, there was blood on the floor from my wedding cake, and by the end of the night, Roman was dead.
John: [Sighs] Don't touch those. Just leave them right there for forensics. Yeah. I'm going to get to the bottom of this if it's the last thing I do.
Marlena: Don't say that, please.
John: Yeah, I was hoping this party tonight would be an opportunity for some much-needed healing. Unfortunately, it's been anything but that.
Marlena: I should never have come here. This was where Roman died, and now the killer has sent another warning. I'm so glad you're here. Would you hold me?
Belle: How could you say something like that, Shawn, especially where people could hear you? My mom is not the serial killer.
Shawn-D: I am sorry, okay? I know how upsetting this must be -- I love you, and I want you to be safe.
Belle: You have really lost it this time.
Shawn-D: I wish -- you know, I really wish that was the case.
Belle: Shawn, I remember when you went after Rex, and you were convinced that he was the serial killer. And how wrong were you?
Shawn-D: I made a mistake, but this time --
Belle: This is my family! What you're saying can hurt people. Don't you care?
Shawn-D: Of course I do.
Belle: You have a bizarre way of showing it.
Shawn-D: Oh, my gosh. You know, I just don't want anybody else to be killed. That's why I spoke up, okay? I am sorry.
Belle: Take it back.
Shawn-D: I can’t.
Belle: Shawn, if you can't prove it, you have no right --
Shawn-D: I can prove it, and I will.
Nicole: Oh, my God.
Brady: What are you so jumpy about tonight?
Nicole: I'm scared of the dark.
Brady: Oh, ahah? Since when? I'm going to go check things out. I'll be right back. Granddad? Granddad?
Nicole: Brady. Don't go poking around in there.
Brady: He's not in here. Maybe he's in the bathroom.
Nicole: Uh, maybe he'd like some privacy.
Brady: I'm just going to see if he needs a flashlight, okay?
[Knock on door]
Brady: Granddad, you in there?
Marlena: John, where are Shawn and Belle?
John: I don't know.
Marlena: If the killer is making threats, then nobody is safe tonight.
John: You got that right. Stay here. I'll find them.
Shawn-D: I think there is a growing body of evidence, both physical and circumstantial, that will back up my theory.
Belle: No way.
Shawn-D: Otherwise, I wouldn't have brought it --
Belle: Stop it! There is no way you can prove my mom's the serial killer.
John: What the hell did you just say?
Sami: [Breathing heavily] Aah! Let -- let me go.
Lucas: What? What, are you okay?
Sami: Oh, my God. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. [Gasping] I -- I feel like... I'm so dizzy.
Lucas: Here. Here, relax. Put your -- put your head down, okay? Come on, Sami. Shh. Breathe, breathe. You okay? You had me scared for a minute there.
Sami: [Gasps] Lucas!
Sami: What the hell are you doing to me?
Jennifer: Come in here. Sit down by the fire. It's nice and warm.
Celeste: Ah, thank you.
Lexie: I hope this isn't chilling news.
Celeste: Oh, darling, did I frighten you? I-I'm so sorry.
Hope: Usually, your premonitions mean something very bad is going to happen, Celeste.
Celeste: Um, yes. I've become a raven of doom. People hate to see me on their doorstep. But tonight, ladies, I have happy news.
Celeste: Yes. That's why I rushed right over. I mean, this time, my vision wasn't about death and gore. It boded great things for the future.
Jennifer: Oh, Celeste, thank goodness.
Lexie: Well, what'd you see?
Celeste: Three shiny rings, and they were for each one of you.
Lexie: What's that supposed to mean?
Celeste: Well, darling, they were wedding rings.
Marlena: Kate, are you all right?
Philip: I'm worried my mother's going to grieve her life away in her hotel suite.
Kate: When's this going to be over?
Marlena: Kate, it is going to be okay. It'll get better, I promise. It'll get better... a little bit each day. Until your life is over. Roman paid the price for marrying you, but you're the one who deserves to die.
Belle: Shawn is convinced that my mom is the serial killer, and he says he can prove it.
John: Is this your idea of a joke?
Shawn-D: No. No, sir.
John: Well, then, you're out of line.
Shawn-D: How can you be sure?
John: You can never prove something like that, Shawn.
Shawn-D: Why? Is there something you know that you haven't told us?
Brady: What the hell is the matter with you?
Nicole: Don't bother your grandfather.
Brady: It's dark in the bathroom. I'm going to see if he wants some light.
Nicole: He likes to soak in the tub. It's where he comes up with some of his best ideas. It's like a ritual for him. If you bust in there, you're really going to tick him off. Trust me, Brady. If Victor wanted a flashlight, he'd come out and get it himself. Why don't you fix the damn circuit breaker?
Nicole: Hey. What the hell are you doing? Victor is supposed to be the target, not Brady. Are you crazy?
Jan: I'm a -- I'm a 2-time killer, Nicole.
Nicole: Wait, is Victor in there? Is he dead?
Jan: I think so.
Nicole: Then what are you still doing here?
Jan: I-I tried to get out, but the lights, then it went -- it went -- it went dark.
Nicole: Look, would you -- then climb out the window. There's a trellis. It should hold you.
Jan: Oh, no, no, no, no, no, Nicole, Nicole --
Nicole: Get off of me! Get off me.
Jan: We're still friends, right? Best friends, remember? We're -- we're partners in crime.
Nicole: Would you just shut the hell up and get out?
Jan: Look, I killed for you, Nicole, twice. First, I put a bullet through that scumbag your dad in Puerto Rico after he raped me, and now your old coot of a husband in there. It's time to pay up.
Nicole: First things first. You have to get out of here before the lights turn back on and one of the servants sees you.
Jan: You promised me Shawn, Nicole. I want Shawn.
Brady: Nicole, is there someone in there with you?
Belle: What are you saying now, Shawn? Are you going to accuse my dad if you can't pin this on my mom?
Shawn-D: I want to know how he's so certain. He's trained in law enforcement. You're supposed to look at the facts. Instead, you choose to ignore them when it comes to your wife.
John: What facts?
Shawn-D: The fabric with the button on it. I found it up in the rafters at the circus tent -- the same place where the bucket of blood was, where the killer planned to kill Tony.
Belle: I can't believe that you're using this against us.
Shawn-D: You told me a little while ago that that button belonged to a distinctive suit that was sold at baron's department store. Only 11 of them were sold. Marlena happened to own one of them.
Belle: So did 10 other people, Shawn, and that was only one store.
Shawn-D: And she was wearing it the night that Tony was killed.
Shawn-D: Your daughter just walked in on her. She was cutting up that same suit into pieces, John.
John: What was that?
Belle: Shawn's convinced that Mom was trying to destroy evidence.
John: I checked that suit out myself. I didn't notice any button missing.
Belle: See, Shawn? Nothing to it.
Shawn-D: She could have sewn another one on.
Belle: But she didn't, okay? She cut the suit up because she couldn't stand to look at it. She knew the serial killer had one just like it.
Shawn-D: That's quite a coincidence.
Belle: Okay, you know what? Maybe the serial killer's trying to frame my mom, just like the killer tried to frame Tony with the PDA. Did you ever think of that?
Shawn-D: Why not turn the suit in to forensics? That way they can see that the suit is whole and free of blood.
Belle: Because she wasn't thinking. She was upset. She was grieving. Can you blame her?
Shawn-D: Listen to me. Listen -- you and your father have both told me that Marlena has not been acting right for -- for a long time now.
Belle: Who has? I haven't! I'm a complete basket case!
John: Easy, baby. Is that all you got?
Shawn-D: No, unfortunately, there's more.
John: I'm listening.
Shawn-D: We both know that the killer had full open access to that hospital. She got her hands on prescription drugs, and... she had that scalpel that was used in several of the murders.
John: And my wife is a doctor.
Shawn-D: And she was in Tony’s cubicle when his I.V. was poisoned, and she was there when he died, but no one is willing to look at her because she's Dr. Marlena Evans.
Belle: Everybody respects my mom, with good reason.
Shawn-D: Does she have an alibi for any of the crimes?
Belle: You better ask if she had a motive, Shawn, because the answer is no.
John: You said you had proof, son.
Belle: No. No. All you have is guesswork. I'm not going to let you attack my mom the way you did Rex. I'm not going to sit around while you have another one of your witch hunts.
Shawn-D: Do you think I would do any of this intentionally?
Belle: Shawn! I can't -- Dad, please just tell him that this whole thing is crazy.
John: My wife is the most ethical person I know. She would -- I don't ever want to revisit this conversation again, Shawn.
Shawn-D: You asked me to look after your daughter. Well, now she is in more danger than anyone else in Salem.
John: From who, Shawn? Her mother? Me? My daughter does not need to be protected from her parents. Don't worry, kiddo. Everything's going to be okay if we stick together as a family. Want to come inside with me?
Belle: No. I'll be in in a second.
Marlena: John, is Belle all right?
Marlena: But you're not. What's wrong? What happened?
Lexie: Wedding rings?
Jennifer: Celeste, what does that mean?
Celeste: Well, usually, it means you're getting married.
Lexie: Uh, no way.
Jennifer: No way.
Lexie: Unh-unh, no, no. Abe put this ring on my finger. I am never taking it off.
Jennifer: And I married Jack twice. That's it for me.
Lexie: Mom, maybe it's a sign that Abe and Jack will always be with us.
Celeste: That's not it, darling. The rings were new. You'd all three found love again.
Hope: No, no, no, I'm already married, Celeste. What about Bo?
Celeste: Uh, yeah. Well, let me see if I can get the image back, all right? Oh, I'm sorry, darling, but in my vision, all of you are very happy... but Bo, darling, he's -- he's not in the picture.
Sami: Let me go!
Lucas: What the hell are you doing?
Sami: Lucas, how could you take advantage of me like that?
Lucas: Wait a minute. You just begged me to make love to you.
Sami: In a pig's eye. My God, my head is pounding. I have a goose egg. What ha-- did you hit me on the head with a club? God.
Lucas: Wait a minute. Are you saying you don't remember anything that's happened in the last several hours?
Sami: I remember a tiger attacking me.
Lucas: Right. And then I saved you. But before that, you fell, Sami, and you hit your head.
Sami: What, so then you took off all my clothes? God, Lucas. What, you pervert, how could you do that? Just trying to force yourself on me when I'm unconscious.
Lucas: What are you talking about? I would never do that, Sami. You know that.
Sami: I've been taken advantage of by men before.
Lucas: Wait a minute. Wait. Hey, I am not Alan Harris, okay?
Sami: Just -- Lucas, stay away from me.
Lucas: Sami, you took off your clothes all by yourself, all right? You said you've been waiting for this night your whole life.
Sami: Oh, now I know you're lying.
Lucas: You wanted us to be together. I know you did.
Sami: You know what? We had sex once a million years ago. There is a reason that it never happened again.
Lucas: Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Are you saying that you really don't remember telling me that you love me? Or what? Or do you have cold feet? Is that it?
Sami: I'm suffocating. I have to get out of here. Ow!
Lucas: Be careful. You hurt your ankle. You're going to hurt your other one, I'm telling you. Here, let me help.
Sami: Help! Help!
Lucas: I'm helping you. You idiot! I'm helping you. I'm trying to keep you safe here.
Sami: I can manage on my own, Lucas. God.
Hope: If you don't see Bo in my future, who do you see?
Celeste: I don't know, darling.
Hope: Is he all right? Is he in danger?
Celeste: I'm sorry, darling, but... I don't see Bo at all.
Lexie: Mom, hope is very worried about her husband. He's out of the country on an undercover assignment. She hasn't been able to get in touch with him.
Celeste: Oh, dear. Oh, darling, I've upset you. I'm sorry.
Lexie: Mom, really. You must think twice before you say these things.
Celeste: But, darling, I was just so excited to bring some happy news, or at least I thought it was happy.
Jennifer: Who are you calling?
Hope: Bo's I.S.A. contact. He may be able to get an emergency message through to him.
Celeste: I'm so sorry, hope.
Nicole: Hide, hide, hide. It's just me.
Brady: Then who the hell are you talking to?
Brady: Nicole, I heard you say you had to get somebody out.
Nicole: Victor's locked in the bathroom.
Brady: The lock is on the inside of the door.
Nicole: I called his name. He didn't answer. I tried the door, but it wouldn't budge.
Brady: You know what? I can't take this. Granddad! Granddad! Granddad, are you in there? Where's the key?
Nicole: I don't know. Don't panic, Brady. I'm sure he's fine.
Brady: Nicole, if he was fine, he would answer me. He could've slipped and fell. And plus, he's got a bad hea..
Jan: [Thinking] Not anymore.
Brady: Call the locksmith, and get him back here right now. Granddad! Granddad! Please be okay. Granddad!
Nicole: Hey, hey, hey, hey. It's too -- it's too thick.
Brady: I noticed. All right, I'm going to have to climb in through the bathroom window.
Nicole: No, no, no, no, no.
Brady: Why not?
Brady: You really don't want to help him, do you?
Nicole: No, of course I do. It's just that there's frost on that ledge and you can fall and hurt yourself.
Brady: All right, fine, I'm going to go downstairs and climb up the trellis.
Nicole: Damn it. All this commotion is sure to wake the servants. You know what? You are going to have to hide in my room until I can smuggle you out myself.
Jan: Okay, let's go.
Nicole: You better hide yourself, because if someone sees you, you're dead.
Sami: I can take care of myself.
Lucas: Fine. You want to gimp around the woods, go ahead, Sami, with a tiger on the loose.
Sami: Oh, my God, that tiger. Lucas, we have to find will. We have to find the class.
Lucas: Listen to me. The tiger went down the hill away from the campsite, okay? Everybody is safe.
Sami: No. No one is safe. No one is safe in Salem. No one is safe in this... Godforsaken forest.
Lucas: No, no, you can't sit down, Sami. Sami, you can't sit down. We got to get you to a doctor, okay? I want to get your head checked out.
Sami: I don't need a shrink. Okay? I lost all faith in shrinks when my mom married John Black.
Lucas: Not a psychiatrist. You need a doctor like Lexie or somebody.
Lucas: Somebody on duty at the hospital. You need to be seen.
Sami: Where are all the tents?
Lucas: This is the campsite. Right?
Sami: Oh, my God, they're gone. Oh, my God, Lucas, where is our son? Will! Will, honey, will!
Sami: Oh, sweetie, oh, my God, thank God you're okay.
Will: Where did you guys disappear to?
Lucas: It's a long story. It's a long story. Where are the tents?
Will: One of the counselors went out into the brush, and he thought he saw the tiger, so we dismantled everything and packed up. We were going to leave without you, but I wouldn't let them. Why is Mom crying?
Lucas: She had a little accident. It's okay, will.
Sami: I'm just so glad you're okay, sweetie.
Will: Well, you're acting really weird. What happened to you out there?
Hope: Thank you.
Jennifer: Any luck?
Hope: The I.S.A. said they'd contact him immediately.
Lexie: Oh, well, then I'm sure he'll get back to you very soon. Ooh, look at the time. I've got to go. I'm on duty tonight at the hospital.
Hope: Gosh, and I signed up for a shift at the precinct. I'll walk out with you, Lexie.
Jennifer: We didn't have dessert, though. It doesn't seem like much of a party.
Hope: We'll be back tomorrow.
Lexie: Yeah, and it was a wonderful party. Really.
Celeste: Yes, until I showed up.
Jennifer: Oh, Celeste, don't say that. No, we know that you meant well.
Celeste: Listen, I promise you ladies, there is good news in the future. For all of you, eventually.
Hope: I hope so. But for me, this good news has got to include Bo.
Belle: Don't you dare call your mother! I'm not going to let you spread any more rumors about my mom! Have you forgotten my mom nearly died when she ate that poisoned dip at your grandmother's wake? Doesn't that prove she's not the serial killer?
Shawn-D: Okay, maybe that was an accident.
Belle: I don't want to hear any more maybes. I'm sick of this stupid speculation.
Shawn-D: It's not stupid.
Belle: You know what, Shawn? We could sit around all day and argue about who's the serial killer. Maybe -- maybe it's Zack. He knows nobody would suspect a toddler. Or maybe it's your mom. Your mom has access to the police station.
Shawn-D: Would you stop this?
Belle: I'm just taking my cue from you!
Shawn-D: My parents are cops, okay? They have taught me to trust my gut instincts.
Belle: Yeah, well, my dad was a cop, too, and I have instincts, and I know that my mom is one of the best people on this planet.
Shawn-D: I've been reading my uncle Mickey’s law books.
Belle: Shawn, you are not a lawyer. You are just a boy -- a boy who's supposed to be in love with me.
Shawn-D: I am.
Belle: Then why are you attacking my family? My mom has been through hell. And if you add to her suffering, you've added to mine, as well.
Shawn-D: And what if I'm right? What if there are more murders?
Belle: Are you prepared to ruin my mom's reputation and her life on a hunch?
Shawn-D: I don't want to be doing this. I would give anything not to be going through this.
Belle: You don't have to.
Shawn-D: I'm not going to tell the world. I'm just going to tell my mom. Let the police investigate, and the truth will speak for itself.
Belle: It hasn't so far. First Rex was arrested, and then Tony. If you love me, you will not do this. But you're going to do it anyway. I will never speak to you again.
Shawn-D: No. Don't -- Belle, don't go off by yourself. It's not safe.
Marlena: John? What is it? What's wrong?
John: Just this murder case and all these bloody roses. So what's next?
Kate: My God, Philip, I don't think I'm ever going to be able to look at roses again in the same way.
Philip: Mom, don't let this killer spoil everything that's beautiful for you.
Kate: It's too late.
Philip: Mom, wait up. Look, I got you a valentine's gift, okay? Now, it's not much, but... maybe it'll help take the curse off the evening, okay?
Kate: My boys.
Philip: You're still surrounded by people who love you. Now, if you ever forget that for a second, just take this out and look at it.
Kate: Thank you. I will. Oh, sweetie...
John: It's all around us, isn't it? The people we love and all the wonderful memories... and all those terrible moments we're never going to be able to erase when we... realize that they were gone forever.
Roman: My God. This can't be happening.
John: Just reflecting on my days as a cop. I was trained to be... objective, to evaluate each case strictly on the facts.
Shawn-D: Your daughter, a little while ago, just walked in on her. She was cutting up that same suit into pieces, John.
John: What was that?
Belle: Shawn's convinced that Mom was trying to destroy evidence.
Marlena: Why are you looking at me like that?
Sami: Will, I am just tired, okay, hon? And I'm not much for camping, anyway. Snakes and tigers and -- let's just say I'm glad to be going home and sleeping in my own bed.
Will: Yeah, well, at least you tried.
Lucas: But you had a good time, right, buddy, before everything fell apart?
Will: Well, the class exchanged valentines tonight, and I got 16.
Lucas: Yeah? There you go. Mr. Popularity right there.
Will: Just kid stuff. It's not the same as getting one from someone who really loves you. Did you guys remember it was Valentine’s Day?
Lucas: Well, yeah, as a matter of fact.
Sami: Um, it's just a dumb commercial holiday. You know, an excuse to sell cards and candy, and none of that really matters, right?
Will: Only true love matters, right?
Lucas: Oh, my God. You are so beautiful.
Sami: Let's just get out of here, huh? I want to go home now.
Lucas: Come on.
Shawn-D: Damn it, Belle, where did you go?
Kate: I appreciate this. I appreciate everything you've done to try to cheer me up.
Philip: Believe me, when I brought you here tonight, I though it might make you feel closer to Roman.
Marlena: Honey, what is it?
John: I'm just remembering how I felt when Roman first told me I was on the suspect list. I can still see the suspicion lingering in people's eyes.
Marlena: Not in mine.
Marlena: Really. When Celeste had a premonition that you were going to kill me, I'll admit, I was pretty unsettled by it. So many terrible things had already happened. John, I never thought you were the killer, and I never believed you would ever intentionally hurt me.
John: You know, I don't give a damn how many times Celeste has been right. I'd never harm a hair on your head. So I've -- I've been telling myself that Celeste’s vision is not true. But... what if --
Marlena: What if what?
John: But what if there was a reason it had to be?
Brady: No! Nicole, get in here and help me! Aah! Gee!
Nicole: Oh, my God, he's dead!
Brady: No, he's not.
Jennifer: All right, make sure you call us as soon as you hear from Bo.
Hope: I will, absolutely. And thanks again for the pizza. It was great.
Jennifer: Oh, sure. Abby's gonna be miffed we ate the whole thing. I need to go get her.
Lexie: Yeah, well, she's probably consumed a ton of junk food.
Jennifer: Yes, you're right.
Hope: Drive safely.
Jennifer: You too.
[Cellular phone rings]
Hope: Hope Brady. No, it's not an emergency, not exactly, but I do need to hear my husband's voi-- what do you mean, you can't get in touch with him? You're the one person who's supposed to know where he is. Oh, my God.
[Love song playing]
Jennifer: Oh... oh, that's our wedding song.
You can say you love me and I'll believe...
Jennifer: You're my husband, Jack. And I will never marry again. I don't care what Celeste says. If I could just look into your eyes one more time.
There is nothing I would miss as long as we're in love like this all I have is all I need...
Jennifer: I can't see you. I can't even remember what it feels like to be with you. And the more time passes, the further I am away from you.
In the harbor --
[Turns radio off]
Jennifer: Abby's waiting for me.
“Next on Days Of Our Lives”
Shawn-D: Hey, I am just afraid that you could be in more danger than anyone.
Hope: Lex, something's wrong with Jennifer.
Marlena: How could I let this happen to people that I loved? It's all my fault.
Philip: Mom, are you okay?
