Days of Our Lives Transcript Thursday 3/13/03--Canada; 3/14/03--USA
Chloe: No, I don't think it'll help. I just can't get comfortable.
Brady: Is there anything I can do at all?
Chloe: Stay with me.
Brady: You got it.
Brady: Fortunately for you, miss l a world-renowned storyteller just happens to be here in the hospital today. Do you want me to ask him if he'd tell you a bedtime story?
Chloe: Is this world-renowned storyteller holding my hand right now?
Brady: Why, yes, he is.
Chloe: I would love to hear a bedtime story, brady.
Brady: Okay. Uh... once upon a time, there was a beautiful damsel.
Chloe: Mm, in distress?
Brady: She's not going to be in distress for very long. I promise.
Roman: Hope you're thinking about me.
Kate: As a matter of fact, I've been thinking far too much about you, captain brady.
Roman: That's good.
Kate: Oh. So... what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be at the police station tracking down lawbreakers?
Roman: I was on my way, but I thought you might need this. You forgot it when you left my place this morning.
Kate: My god. See, there's the proof. How could I go off and forget my work?
Roman: I'd like to think you had your mind on pleasure and good times. I know I did.
Kate: Thank you. Thank you for bringing it.
Kate: I said thank you. You can go now.
Roman: What's going on here? Did I, uh... did I do something wrong?
Kate: No. No, it's not you. Actually, I was, um... I was just thinking about last night.
Kate: Being with your brother and your sister-in-law.
Roman: That's very formal. It's bo and hope.
Kate: I didn't fit in, roman. I shouldn't have been there.
Rex: Good morning.
Rex: Dad. Stopped by for a cozy family breakfast and eliana's fresh-ground coffee. Even the java cafe can't beat it.
Tony: Wait a moment. You should be taking a chemistry class, taking notes and soaking up knowledge.
Rex: I tested out of that class.
Tony: What do you mean, tested out? It was an advanced class.
Rex: Yeah, they're trying to find a professor who can teach me something I don't already know.
Tony: Well, maybe we should have your I.Q. Tested.
Rex: Oh, you're too late. When cassie and I first came toalem, the experts tested everything about us. My I.Q. Totally freaked them out.
Tony: Well, I'm about to have a freak-out myself. My son the genius?
Rex: Well, I came to talk about my dad the genius.
Tony: Aw. Ha ha ha ha. How sweet of you. No, no, I'm not in your league.
Rex: I.Q. Doesn't matter as much as what you do with it. I want to know whwhat you're doing.
Tony: I'm here enjoying my breakfast this morning.
Rex: Don't blow me off.
Tony: I beg your pardon?
Rex: You're involved in some kind of operation, and it's going on here at the mansion, but you're trying to pretend like everything's normal. As we've already established, you can't fool me. I'm too smart. So why don't you tell me what you're up to?
John: There you are. You left the penthouse without saying goodbye this morning.
Marlena: You were asleep.
John: Never stopped you before. Could have left a note. I didn't know what happened to you.
Marlena: So... you're upset because you didn't know where I was or what I was doing. That's your complaint? Amazing. I had a patient that I had to sign in -- an emergency. I'm a doctor. That's what I do. And now I've got regular patients that I have to see.
John: Okay, obviously you're upset over something I've done. Care to share it with me?
Marlena: Are you going to tell me where you were last night? Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of our lives.
Kate: Come on, roman, I'm not exactly sweet jennifer horton. I've been around the block a couple thousand times. Making the family scene with your relatives, reminiscing about family get-togethers and gatherings and -- and fourth of julys and toasting marshmallows --
Roman: Hey, whoa, whoa. I don't remember talking about that many old times.
Kate: I don't belong with those people, and I don't belong with you.
Roman: Kate --
Kate: You're a man who's devoted his entire life to righting wrongs, to putting away the kinds of people that -- that I've lived with, that I've been married to.
Roman: Kate, listen to me, all right? I'm no saint. Far from it, and I don't judge people I care about, and I care aboutou a lot, and I doubt very much that there's anything you could have done that would change my feelings about you.
Kate: You only think that because you don't know.
Roman: All right, then. Let's get the cards on the table. Give me your whole history.
Kate: I'm not going to start pulling skeletons out of my closet for you.
Roman: You're getting all upset about how you think I'll react.
Kate: No, how i know you'll react.
Roman: How in the hell can you say that if you don't try me? Damn it, kate, you can't push me away without giving me a chance.
Kate: I don't have to give you a chance, and I won't give you a chance, and if you'll excuse me, I have a meeting.
Roman: Ha ha.
Tony: Well, you have an overactive imagination, huh? To go along with your high intelligence, rex. But I'm sorry to disappoint you. No, I am not involved in anyorort of secret plot. Oh, I'm sorry. Would you like some more coffee?
Rex: So... that new security camera over there -- you installed it to make sure eliana doesn't steal the silverware?
Tony: Ha ha. She wouldn't dare. Although they say it's the quiet ones you should pay attention to.
Rex: What about the cameras outside?
Tony: Well, your new family is very high-profile, rex, and as a father now, I don't want to take any chances with the lives of my children.
Rex: So you put in all that security to protect me and cassie. We don't even live here.
Tony: But it is your home. You do come here and visit. Like this morning -- case in point. I want you to be safe.
Rex: Is that why you're closing the secret room?
Tony: Why do you ask?
Rex: Was it because of professor putnam? Has security somehow been compromised?
Rex: From the university.
Tony: Oh, yes, yes, yes. Putnam. Hmm. Do you have any idea where he is?
Rex: I don't know. He must be on sabbatical. Whdodo you even care?
Tony: Well, don't you? I mean, from what I gather, you enjoyed his teachings, so if you needed to find him, I would help you, that's all.
Rex: I don't believe you. You want to know where professor putnam is, but you won't tell me why. Why are you keeping so many secrets?
Tony: That's none of your damn business. Drop it.
Marlena: Interesting, isn't it? You're upset with me for leaving this morning and not telling you where I was going, and that's exactly what you did to me last night. John, want the truth. Now tell me, please, where you were last night. You're not going to, are you?
John: I'm not doing this lightly. I have made a decision that I'm not going to compromise you. Therefore, I cannot tell you --
Marlena: It's tony. You're going after tony, and you don't want me to know it.
John: He's a criminal, doc.
Marlena: You don't know that, john.
John: I dknknow that. I just can't prove it.
Marlena: Well, then, you will try, won't you? You will sneak around, you will lie to me --
John: No, no, no. I am not lying to you.
Marlena: You are deliberately keeping me in the dark.
Marlena: I've got patients to see.
Brady: And so the prince said to the princess, "I will rescue you only if you promise to live with me forever as my queen and sing to me every day." And the princess replied, "sure. I could handle that."
Chloe: Happily ever after.
Brady: Hey, belle.
Brady: What's up?
Belle: How is she?
Brady: Oh, she's -- you know, chemo's no fun. She's tired, but she's hanging in there.
Belle: You're keeping her spirits up.
Brady: Well, I got the easy part. I don't know how most people are when they're facing a bone marrow transplant, but chloe's been nothing short of amazing, you know?
Belle: You know, brady, I have no idea what you were saying to chloe in there just now, but I saw the look on your face, and you're definitely in love. I'm very happy for you.
Brady: Thank you. Well, how's your love life? How's it going?
Belle: Okay, I guess.
Brady: Where's shawn? Is he meeting you here or...
Belle: Well, that'd be kind of hard, considering he's at an away game with his team.
Brady: Guys and their baseball.
Belle: Yeah, well, he was torn about whether or not he was going to go, but he loves to play, so...
Brady: Hey, belle, no crying in baseball. You know that.
Belle: Brady --
Brady: What's up? Come on.
Belle: I know nobody's perfect, but this has happened a couple of times with shawn. I mean, there's just no getting away from the fact that shawn didn't feel I was strong enough or tough enough to handle what he was going through, and I would love to be there for him and help him, but he just -- he doesn't want me to do that, and... that's what really hurts.
Rex: Look, I know you're new at this -- you've never played the role of a father before -- but you're pretty much blowing it right now.
Tony: Oh, I sincerely hope that's not the case.
Rex: I don't have much experience with this family stuff, either, but the impression I have gotten from other people is that once your mother or father makes a promise to you, they're supposed to keep it.
Tony: Hmm. So where do you think I have broken this promise, rex? I mean, I've provided you with a magnificent mansion, I pay for your education. There's probably no other student at the university who's better dressed. I mean, where have I failed?
Rex: Those are things. What I am talking about is more elusive -- openness, trust.
Tony: I trust you.
Rex: No, you don'T. If you trusted me, I would know what the secret plan of yours is.
Tony: You know, as a parent, I'd be remiss if I didn't say that I was trying to protect you. It's what I'm doing now. It's what I'll continue to do. Not that I expect any gratitude from a teenager, but I would expect some form of understanding from you.
Rex: Nice speech. Did you praccece it?
Tony: You know, I should also take your attitude this morning toward me and play it back to you when you are rich and powerful on your own, though you may not be if you keep insisting on this blithering openness and honesty.
Rex: Why the hell not?
Tony: Secrets, my dear son, are absolutely necessary. They are the ultimate survival tool in this treacherous world of ours.
Rex: I don't believe that.
Tony: Well, you should. You should hear me and take heed. Learn from my wealth of experience. You hold onto your secrets. You keep them close. That's how you build your power, and that's how you keep it. Am I getting through to you?
Rex: You're saying I should wear a mask?
Tony: Not a mask -- armor. Like the knights of the old -- they knew better than to keep themselves open.
Rex: So don't show anyone my real feelings.
Tony: Yes, but at the same time, you can also be charming and entertaining, but also be sensitive to other people's vulnerabilities. It really puts a protective shield over our true nature. It worked for me, rex.
Rex: So who I really am is --
Tony: Your business. It's a theory you can live by.
John: Roman. When the hell did you start working for me?
Roman: Ha ha. Not yet, bui I could use the money.
John: Ha ha.
Roman: If you're looking for kate, she, uh, she had to run to a meeting.
John: Yeah. So you and kate -- things are good, huh?
Roman: Ha ha. Well, that depends on who you ask and when. I think it's good. Kate's quite a woman.
Roman: Listen, uh... everything all right with the I.S.A. Business?
John: If I were having any troubles, you'd be the first to know.
Roman: All right. Well, since I am your contact at the P.D., Is there anything you want to tell me about what you're working on now?
John: I'm going to put the dimeras' so-called family bininess under a microscope. I know for a fact they're anything but legit, but I just need to come up with the proof to put tony away for a long time.
Roman: Doc know you're tracking tony's business?
John: No way. Nope, I'm keeping her out of the loop on this one.
[ Claps hands ] It's for her own protection.
Brady: Tink, listen to me. Guys operate on a whole other level when they're crazy about a girl, okay? Shawn -- he wants to be your hero, not the guy who makes problems for you, okay?
Belle: Yeah, well, shawn needs to understand that I'm the kind of person that he can depend on. I am not going to spend the rest of my life with someone who can't even tell me what's going on with him and tries to shield me from reality. That's dumb.
Brady: No, that's tough talk.
Belle: Okay, brady, that's how I feel. Now, I was standing here looking through the window at you with chloe, the way you were with each other. Here's chloe, going through one of the most challenging experiences a person can even know, and the only thing that's making it easier for her is sharing it with you, the guy who loves her. Now think of how you'd feel if chloe had gone away somewhere and you knew she was suffering, but she didn't want you to be there with her. I know you, and you would freak out.
Brady: Yeah, you're right.
Belle: I'm right? Wait, did my brother brady actually say that I was right about something?
Brady: Ha ha. Dr. Wesley, hey. Uh, I-is everything going ahead according to plan?
Craig: Uh, yes. We just finished harvesting the bone marrow stem cells from chloe's sister a few minutes ago.
Brady: What about joy? Is she okay? There weren't any problems, were there?
Roman: All right, listen, john, I'm curious here. What is so different about this time? I mean, with marlena. I mean, weren't you and doc working as kind of a team?
John: Are you serious, man? Everything's different. Dimera is cassie and rex's father. That means he's got a link to marlena for the rest of her life. And the bottominine -- if marlena finds out what I'm doing, she's going to try to stop me because her heart is all wrapped up in this. Suddenly, she's willing to look the other way on the dimeras because now her children share tony's last name. But I can't look the other way, and I won't do it.
Roman: Even if it ends up hurting your marriage?
John: Now, that would really break your heart, wouldn't it, roman?
Rex: Okay, so... you keep your truth a secret. That way you're not vulnerable, and they can't hurt you. You retain your strethth.
Tony: You must. Otherwise, you can't gain power. But perhaps you don't crave power the way I do.
Rex: I probably want it even more.
Rex: Look, I have been at someone else's mercy since my life began, but I am determined to control my own destiny now. That's why I've got to have power. Besides... in the time cassie and i have been living normal lives here in salem, I've seen what it's like to be one of the little people, following the rules of society. People like the bradys, who end up with nothing to show for it but a police badge...
[ Doorbell rings ]
Rex: Or their name on a pub and a 50-hour workweek. That's not for me.
Tony: Still a teenager, and you've already found the key to life? That's brilliant.
Rex: Not yet, but I'm learning.
Marlena: Good morning. I-I'm feeling flattered. Eliana didn't offer to announce me. She just said to go right in.
Tony: Oh, no, I've instructed the household. I let them know ththis is your second home.
Tony: I didn't mean literally. Just as a courtesy to the mother of my children.
Marlena: Oh. I see. I'm glad you're here. I was hoping I would find you or cassie in.
Rex: Why, is there -- is there a problem?
Marlena: No. Just wanted to see you, that's all.
Tony: Why don't I leave the two of you alone?
Rex: Uh, can I get you something? Eliana makes killer coffee.
Marlena: No, no. No, thank you. I just was, um... how's school? I mean, are they -- are they managing to find courses that challenge you?
Rex: I've got them scrambling.
Marlena: Ha ha ha. I'll bet you do. Tony and I should probably send you to yale or harvard, but I like the idea of having you close to home so I can get to know you better. Maybe we should rethink that, though. I don't know.
Rex: What's the matter, marlena?
Marlena: It's john. I-I don't know where he was last night or what he did.
Rex: Is that unusual?
Marlena: It's -- it's very unusual. He always tells me eveththing.
Tony: Well, not anymore, apparently. Well, I can satisfy your curiosity about john's whereabouts last night. I know exactly what he was doing.

Craig: The baby's fine. The harvesting was completed without a hitch, and the bone marrow is ready for transplant as soon as chloe's finished with her treatment.
Belle: Everything's okay, brady.
Brady: Everything's okay.
Craig: Well, we're not home free, but we're close.
Brady: Thank you, dr. Wesley, for everything.
Belle: Tell her that I'm happy for her.
Brady: I'll do that.
Brady: Hey, princess, you know, that bedtime story was supposed to keep you out for an hour. What happened? Are you in pain?
Chloe: No. I just woke up. I don't know why.
Brady: I think I do. There happens to be a good buzz going around the hospital right now, and you didn't want to miss out on it.
Chloe: Good buzz... about what?
Brady: A certain baby girl who just came through heher bone marrow harvesting withlying colors. It's over. Joy's bone marrow is ready and waiting for you.
Roman: John, believe me, I would not be glad if you and doc were having problems. Marlena and I -- that was a whole 'nother lifetime. Believe me, literally. I've moved on. I mean, look. Look where I'm sitting. Look who I'm waiting for. My god, kate roberts is definitely nobody's second best.
John: I know. Sorry, roman. I don't know why I said what I said.
Roman: I guarantee you, that is ancient history to me.
John: Yeah, ancient history, all right. Come to think of it, that's probably why I said it right there.
Roman: Yeah. People in salem -- they think they got problems. They have no idea what you and I went through. I mean, you finding out you weren't roman brady, and me finding out I was...
John: And when I found out I wasn't a brady, that... that worked me pretty hard, and it's kind of like I lost my anchor, my family, you know?
Roman: Hey, hey, hey, come on, you will always be family. Everybody cares about you, john.
John: You know, a person needs to know where they belong, where they fit in, you know?
Roman: You know, kate was just saying she didn't feel like she fit in with my family, but that is different.
John: Yeah, but I know what she's talking about. It's the bradys -- they, um, ah, I don't know. It's -- they got this thing going on. They got their own little force field, and... you know, sometimes, it's hard when I realize that I'M... never going to be a part of that anymore. I kind of operate on the outside.
Roman: But look at your kids. Belle and brady -- my god, they know who they are, and that's because of you. You are creating your own dynasty. You and marlena -- together. And that is something you can be damn proud of, john.
John: Thanks, roman. Those are good words.
John: Thank you.
Tony: If you've got a moment, I'd like to speak to your mother alone for a minute.
Rex: More secrets?
Marlena: Uh, it might be better if we talked in private. Would you excuse us, please?
Tony: It won't take long.
Tony: Well, quite a young man, that rex. Full of potential -- I think we can expect great things from our son.
Marlena: John was here, wasn't he? That's what you were going to tell me.
Tony: I'm sure you had your suspicions. Otherwise, you wouldn't have come.
Marlena: Did you two talk?
Tony: What, you think john comes over here, we have a chat together and a cup of tea? No, he broke in and planted this bug. Oh...makes you angry.
Marlena: John promised he would not jeopardize the children's lives.
Tony: Well, john thinks that you'd all be better off, including the twins, if I was out of the way. You know, your marriage has gone through a major shift. You and I share children. That's a threat to john. He would like to bring me down permanently and out of your life.
Marlena: I would like the twins to have a normal life.
Tony: Mm. Well, we've gone a long way towards that -- certainly at no small sacrifice to yourself. I wish I could help, but no matter how many times I tell john to trust me, he doesn'T. I'm not so concerned about myself. It's really the children's peace of mind.
Marlena: They'll be fine. I'll make sure of that.
Tony: Not if john continues on his course.
Marlena: I'll handle john. I won't let him disrupt the children'sivives. I'm C.C. Did you know there were black settlers in alberta, atating back to the early 1990s. Kate: What the hell are you doing?
Roman: Reading these newspaper articles you've downloaded.
Kate: Give me that.
Roman: Too late. I already read 'em.
Kate: Neal, could you call security, please?
Roman: Not going to do any good. I sent neal out for coffee. I knew you'd get bent out of shape when you saw me reading those. What's the idea, kate?
Kate: Well, that's really none of your business, now, is it?
Roman: Oh, I do believe it is my business, since all those articles are about me. All the cases I've solved -- that goes way back, too.
Kate: Well, you know, you're not the only one who can pry into pplple's private life, roman. How does it feel? Do you feel violated? Because welcome to my world -- this is the exact same thing that you've done to me. You started it before we were together, and it's still going on now.
Roman: No, it's not.
Kate: Oh? Liar. "Let's put the cards
t the table, kate." "Let's get everything out in the open." Does that sound familiar?
Roman: You are the one that brought up your so-called shady past.
Kate: That was in an unguarded moment, and I've had far too many of those lately, and it's not going to happen anymore.
Roman: All right, I;m curious. Did you find out anything about me you didn't know before?
Kate: No, I confirmed my worst fears. You are a terminally good man. You went through hell, and you came out even better with your moral center intact. I don't even know if I have one, roman.
Roman: You are much harder on yourself than I could ever be.
Kate: Oh... there you go again. Being noble -- it's in everything you do. Morality and decency, and I hate it.
Roman: No, you don't hate it. It turns you on.
Belle: I was just remembering how you and brady practically hated each other when you first met. It's funny how things change, huh?
Chloe: Yeah. Now I can't imagine living without him.
Belle: Are you sure you're up for company? You seem kind of tired.
Chloe: Yeah, I like having you here, belle.
Belle: Well, I brought you some more magazines.
Chloe: I'm not sure I can hold one up long enough to turn the pages.
Belle: Okay, well, I'll hold them, and I'll read to you what I think sounds interesting.
Belle: Okay. How about "300 ways to look hot this spring"?
Chloe: Sounds like just what I need. You know, belle, you have a really great eye for clothes and accessories. You always know what people will want to wear before everyone else knows. How is that?
Belle: I don't know. I think I just got the fashion gene. My mom said that I knew what I wanted to wear when I was 3.
Chloe: Well, maybe you should do something with your talent.
Belle: I was going to study design in paris, but I was just so worried about shawn and I missed him so much, I never even left the orly airport. I just came straight back home.
Chloe: I'm really glad that shawn was cleared and you two are back together. You are back together again, ren't you?
Belle: Yeah. Yeah, we are. It's just kind of difficult, and he's at an away game right now.
Chloe: Ah, things just seem to get between you two, don't they? You're star-crossed. Actually, it's very romantic.
Belle: If you say so. Chloe, you can -- you can tell me to mind my own business if you want to, but...
Chloe: I would never say that, belle. What do you want to know?
Belle: You and brady are... close, as in...close, right?
Belle: Is it -- I mean, is it as wonderful as you thought it would be?
Chloe: You mean... how's the sex?
Rex: Why did marlena leave?
Tony: Hmm? Oh. You don't miss a thing, do you?
Rex: Well, she said she stopped by, hoping to see her children, and then the two of you sent me out of the room like a 5-year-old, and then she leaves without saying goodbye. Obviously, motherly love isn't what inspired her to stop by.
Tony: You know, you couldn't be more wrong. Doing what's best for her children is marlena's driving motivation. Now, don't you think you should get back to your classes? Even geniuses veve to turn up occasionally.
Rex: Don't distract me. She said she was upset about john, about whatever he was doing here last night. Why won't you tell me what it was?
Tony: 'Cause itoesn't concern you.
Rex: You want to take john's wife away from him.
Tony: If I am so inclined... it would serve him right.
Chloe: Well, I won't go into details...
Belle: , , No, obviously, brady is my brother. I just -- I'm wondering what to expect.
Chloe: Let's just say that we're both... really happy in every way, and it was that way the first time, too -- like it was meant to be, if that makes any seE.
Belle: I was thinking that for so long about shawn and me that we were meant to be.
Chloe: You are, belle.
Bellei'I'd still like to think that, but...
Chloe: What's wrong?
Belle: I think there may be something wrong between us, something basic. I keep trying to come up with explanations for why things keep getting in the way of us finally being together, but it always comes back to the same thing. When something is wrong in shawn's life, he just shuts down on me. He has this idea that he can't involve me in his problems, so we keep growing farther apart. And when I think about being really intimate with someone who basically doesn't trust me, well, I'm scared that that would be a mistake.
Chloe: Maybe you should wait with shawn until you feel sure about him, the same way that I'm sure about brady.
Brady: Sure about me how?
Rex: When you say it would serve him right, you mean because of kristen, don't you?
Tony: Something I'll never forget or forgive.
Rex: So you want revenge.
Tony: It's not that simple.
Rex: Oh, I know. You also want marlena to fall head over heels with you. You want another chance at love.
John: Hey, honey.
Marlena: John, gosh, you scared me. Aren't you going to work today?
John: I did, I did. I just wanted to come back. I didn't want to leave things the way they were between us. Come on, doc. Don't be angry with me. I got reasons for doing what I'm doing.
Marlena: You've got reasons for breaking into tony's house, reasons for spying on tony? Ak, the calm peace.Than serious pr
Brady: Well, this makes me nervous. My sister and girlfriend are talking aboume.
Belle: Don't worry, brady, I'm not telling any embarrassing stories about how you used to torment your poor, helpless little sister.
Brady: That never happened. Okay, hardly ever. No, seriously, I can get lost if you girls want to finish your serious talk.
Chloe: No. Stay. I missed you.
Brady: I was gone for an hour, and I got something for you.
Brady: This is our trip to colorado. The video people at basic black did some editing for me, added some music. It's pretty cool.
Chloe: You're kidding. Put it in. Turn it on.
Chloe: That has to be the most beautiful place in the world.
[ Telephone ringing ]
Girl: [ Laughing ] Shawn brady's number.
Roman: Well, that part of our relationship still works.
Kate: Could you go? I'm not going to get anything done today with you here.
Roman: That's all right. I got to get to work anyway.
Kate: Get to work? I thought you said you were off-duty.
Roman: Well, I'm not going to the station. I'm going to start a research project. You know what that research project is? It's you. I'm going to find out everything there is to know about yo
Kate: I don't think that's a good idea.
Roman: Oh, I do think that's a good idea because you are my favorite subject, katie.
Tony: Please... don't speculate about my motives concerning marlena.
Rex: I'm just making an observati b based on the way you look when she's around. You want her. By the way, is that smart? I mean, anybody paying attention can see how you feel about her. What about the mask and the armor you're supposed to be wearing all the time?
Marlena: Every time you keep something important from me, you damage our marriage.
John: I'm taking steps to protect our marriage.
Marlena: Well, it's not working. Tell me what you're trying to do to tony.
John: For god's sakes, doc, how did you get to be that bastard's protector?
Marlena: I have to give him the benefit of t d doubt. I owe that to my children. That isn't all I owe them. But I can't be part of something trying to destroy their father.
John: I'm not asking you to be a part. I'm not asking you to be involved at all. This is between tony and me.
Marlena: Oh, the hell it is.
Nicole: You tried to help, you copped a feel, I didn't mind, I don't think you did, either.
Jennifer: Jack and I -- we're getting remarried.
Man: Do you understand that jack is not the man for you?!
Carson: Keep it up, detective, and I promise you, I will have your badge! Permanently.
Bo: Go to hell.
