Brandon: Hey, Lexie?
Lexie: Abe? Abe.
Abe: It's a dream.
Lexie: No. No, it's me. It's not a dream. It's me. I'm here. I've come home to you.
John: Vengeance is here, DiMera! Show me your ugly face! Well, you were here.
John: What the hell have you been looking for?
Marlena: You can't do this! You're breaking and entering!
John: They can destroy the world, and I'm going to stop them! I'm here to put an end to your madness, DiMera! It's all over! It's all over, damn it! Where are you?!
Rolf: You are a magnificent soldier, John Black. But not even you can stop what is going to come. No one can.
Nancy: Okay. What can we do? How can we help her?
Craig: Nancy, sweetie, we're going to take this one step at a time, okay? Okay? Right now I'm going to go get her, and I'm going to bring her back here, and we're going to start her treatment tonight, all right?
Craig: Okay? Come with me. Just take it easy.
Nancy: [Sobbing] No!
Craig: Easy, easy, sweetie. It's okay, sweetie.
Nancy: Oh, God, Craig, why?
Craig: It's okay.
Nancy: I don't understand --
Nancy: Oh, my God!
Craig: I need a gurney in here! What happened? What happened?
Brady: What did you do?
Craig: I need a gurney!
Belle: Something's wrong with her!
Craig: Nurse, I want you to stay here and find out what happened. Come on!
Jennifer: Die, Jack.
Sami: You're crazy! You shot him? You want him dead? Oh, God, Jack, don't worry about it. I'll figure something out. I'll help you.
Jack: I-I don't need help. I'm -- I'm not hurt.
Sami: No, you're in shock. It's okay. There's blood all over your shirt --
Jennifer: Dye, Jack. Sami, it's dye -- d-y-e. Red dye.
Colin: Fake blood?
Iris and Harry: [Laughing]
Iris: Oh, Harry, I think these are the best players we've had for a long time.
Harry: Absolutely first rate.
Harry: It's a perfectly harmless prop.
Iris: The game is officially over.
Iris: And Jennifer and her accomplice have won by pulling off the most dramatic murder.
Jack: And ruining my favorite shirt in the process.
Iris: Oh, too bad you didn't read the fine print that says we're not responsible for any property damaged during the game.
Sami: What? This is a game?
Harry: The Full Moon Bed-and-Breakfast specializes in overnight murder games. The guests take on the evil innkeepers.
Iris: And if the guests succeed in killing us, they get to spend the night for free. However, if the guests get whacked...
Harry: Well, they have to pay double the room rate.
Iris: And Jennifer and...
Iris: Colin, although they changed the game a bit, have officially been deemed the winners and get to spend the night for free.
Sami: You knew this was a game?
Colin: Well, I figured it out shortly after we arrived when I intercepted a call from someone interested in a murder/mayhem package.
Sami: Jack, did you know about this, too?
Jack: Well, uh, well, not at first, but I-I did figure it out.
Jack: When I -- when I --
Sami: When they told us, you mean? Just now?
Iris: What? Wait a minute. You mean you didn't know? You thought this was for real?
Harry: We've never had that happen before.
Jack: Wait a minute. How did you know about Dever-ox and the purple feather boa?
Iris: Mr. Walker told us when he called to make the arrangements. We like to add a few personalized tidbits to spice up the game a bit.
Jack: Well, there you have it. We were all set up by your wonderful fun-loving boyfriend Brandon. That's what this is all about. I mean, weren't we all inspired by this wonderful, incredible experience? I know I was! So where the hell is the mastermind anyway?
Brandon: Damn it! Where could Lexie have gone?
Lexie's voice: I thought about everything you said to me, and I've decided you were right. I can't run anymore. So I'm going home to Abe. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you've done for me. I'll be forever grateful. Love, Lexie.
Brandon: You shouldn't have gone to Abe -- not alone.
Lexie: Hey, hey, hey, donít. I'm not going to run, okay? I'm red of running. Don't, Abe. Please don't turn me in. Just listen to what I have to say. Then you can do whatever you want -- uh, take me back to the hospital, put me in jail. But, please, if you ever loved me, you'll hear me out.
Philip: She tried to tell me something about it earlier.
Philip: At the dance, she said she was sick.
Brady: What, and you ignored her? What the hell is the matter with you?
Belle: Why are you getting upset with Philip?
Brady: Because if he paid attention to somebody else for a change, he might have brought Chloe here before she passed out!
Shawn: Look, look, this isn't Philip's fault, all right? It's nobody's fault.
Belle: Hey, guys, why are we acting like something horrible has happened? All we know so far is that Chloe has fainted, and it could just be because she overheated or something. I mean, it was really stuffy in the dance, and there were a couple times where I felt really weird myself. So, let's just calm down, okay? God.
Shawn: Hey, hey, Belle, Belle, it's all right.
Brady: Wait, what the hell are you doing? Get away from my sister! Don't touch her!
Chloe: Where -- where am I?
Craig: You're in the E.R. at the hospital, sweetheart. You passed out and your friends brought you here.
Chloe: Passed out?
Chloe: Oh, I'm so sick.
Chloe: The results of the blood test -- did you get them back?
Craig: I did.
Chloe: I have it, don't I? I have leukemia.
Marlena: John, stop this. Stop this! Now just talk to me. Talk to me. Listen to me! Listen to me! What do you think Stefano's trying to do? What do you expect to find? Answer me.
John: I canít. I don't know what their plan is. That's why I'm here -- to find out, and when I do, by God, I'm gonna stop him!
Marlena: But, John --
Marlena: Oh! Roman, I'm so glad you're here.
Roman: I was following a police search. What are you doing here?
Marlena: I followed John. He's on a mission.
Roman: Mission? Oh, don't tell me --
Marlena: He's let the mercenary take over so that he can fight Stefano. But seeing him like this is so scary to me!
Roman: It'll be all right, doc.
Marlena: When? When is it all going to end?
Rolf: Ha. Ah, touching, isn't it, Bart?
Bart: What I don't get is why John Black is on the warpath.
Rolf: Because being our former soldier, he senses that Stefano is gearing up to make a major move. Now where is soldier Black?
John: I know you're in there, DiMera, and I'm coming after you. And when you're going down, this is the last face that you're going to see.
Nancy: Chloe, I would really like to take you in my arms right now. Would that be okay?
Nancy: I am so sorry.
Chloe: It's not your fault.
Nancy: You know what? We are going to fight this with everything we've got. Together we can do it. Chloe, the three of us -- we will do it.
Chloe: Uh, so, what's the treatment? What happens next?
Craig: Well, little lady, we get you started on chemotherapy tonight.
Chloe: I see.
Craig: Your friends are outside waiting for you, you know. They brought you in. I think they're concerned.
Chloe: Oh... go tell them.
Nancy: Craig, you go. I want to stay with Chloe.
Craig: That's okay.
Chloe: No, you go, too. I want to be alone for a few minutes.
Nancy: Are you sure? Okay.
Craig: I'll be right back, okay?
Philip: Just chill out, Brady!
Belle: Brady, what is wrong with you?
Brady: Belle, this punk gets what he deserves after what he did to you.
Belle: Shawn was not unfaithful to me. Something very horrible happened to Jan, and he said he was the father of her baby to protect her.
Brady: What? All right, look, even if that's true, that's no excuse for wrecking your life. He still should have told you.
Belle: What's happening?
Craig: I, um, I think you all should know that --
Nancy: It's okay, Craig. I'll tell them.
Craig: You sure? Okay. Then I will go make some arrangements for Chloe's treatment.
Nancy: Okay. As you all know, Chloe hasn't been feeling well lately, and, well, she had some tests done before tonight. And just before you brought her in, we got the results of those tests. Chloe -- Chloe has leukemia.
Belle: I -- I am so sorry.
Nancy: No, sweetheart, don't be. She's going to be all right. She's going to be just fine. [Sobs] Oh...
Nancy: [Sniffles] Chloe is so lucky to have friends like you.
Belle: Is she awake? Is it all right if we see her?
Nancy: Oh, I'm sure she would love that, but maybe you should go in just one at a time.
Belle: Okay. Is it all right if I go first?
Philip: Yeah. Yeah. Go.
Philip: I'll be there for you, Chloe. Hey, Dr. Wesley. How could you let this happen?
Craig: Let what happen?
Philip: You're a doctor. You live with Chloe. How could she get so sick without you realizing it?
Craig: Look, we've been monitoring Chloe for some time, but due to the drugs that she was taking for strep throat, we couldn't definitively determine --
Philip: Definitively determine -- what does that mean? Would you mind translating that for the poor idiots who don't have medical degrees? Oh, wait, I know what that means. That means you blew it! And now she's in there paying for it!
Philip: Well, not anymore. She's going to get well. And I'm going to make sure of that. I'm going to make this happen.
Iris: Okay, if you'll excuse us, we have to get ready for tomorrow's game.
Harry: Oh, and by the way, your car's just fine now.
Iris and Harry: [Laughing]
Jack: I want a word with Brandon Walker. Where is he?
Jennifer: He had to go back to Salem for an emergency, Jack.
Jack: So, you substituted boyfriend number two to finish off boyfriend number one's practical joke.
Jennifer: Colin was kind enough to give me a ride here 'cause I didn't have a car.
Sami: And why is everyone blaming Brandon? He certainly wouldn't have done this if he wasn't under someone's influence.
Jennifer: Well, Sami, thank you for giving me all the credit, but I had no idea about this place. I came here believing that Jack was really in trouble, and then when Colin told me that this was all a game, I was convinced that Jack was playing me, and then I did want to kill you.
Colin: But I got to do the honors.
Jack: But you knew that Brandon was setting us up!
Jennifer: No, I knew he sent you on a wild goose chase because he didn't want the two of you following us, which you obviously tried to do.
Jack: No, no, no. You don't turn this around on us! We were the ones being tortured here! I mean, look at Sami! She was crying for her life all night!
Sami: I'm fine, Jack -- no thanks to little Miss butter-wouldn't-melt.
Jennifer: Sami, would you give it a rest?
Sami: No, you know what? I'm not going to give it a rest, because it's finally time for someone to see you for who you really are.
Jennifer: Oh, really? And would that oh-so-clever person be you? You, who are such a role model for women the world over.
Sami: You can be as snide as you want to, Jen, but I know that Brandon is not the one setting up creepy games. You are -- since the day you came back to Salem.
Lexie: Abe, please, just listen to what I have to say. Okay, um, I know that I have done some terrible things. But I did them because I was trying to hold on to what I've loved most in this whole world -- our family. Our child. Oh, boy, I -- I still ache for Isaac, for you, to get back what we had. Which -- which can never be. I realize that. I realize that I can't get back what I had. I have to find a way to move on without my -- [Sighs] Without Isaac. See I-I've accepted the fact that, um, I've lost Isaac. [Sobbing] No, it's okay. I'm -- no.
Lexie: No, I -- no!
Brandon: What the hell are you doing? Let her go!
Abe: Just who the hell do you think you are busting in my damn house like that, giving orders?
Brandon: You shouldn't have come here, Lexie. You should have told me you were leaving.
Lexie: Brandon, I know what I'm doing.
Abe: So obviously he has been helping you. How could you do this, Lexie? Turn to a man who wants nothing more than to tear us apart, who has only his own interests at heart?
Lexie: Look, Brandon has done nothing wrong, okay? I called him, and I shouldn't have. I left him to come to you because I realized that I was putting him in a terrible situation. So please stop attacking him. Okay? Stop fighting, both of you. If you care about me at all, you have to stop.
Philip: I'm going to talk to my father, have him get the best specialist in the country, fly him out on the company jet, and have him on the case in the morning.
Craig: I don't think that's necessary, Philip.
Philip: Don't try and stop me, Dr. Wesley, not if you want to keep your job.
Craig: Oh, keep my job?
Philip: Yeah. Yeah. Victor Kiriakis is on the board here at the hospital, and I don't think you want to mess with him. I mean it, Dr. Wesley.
Craig: Listen to me, Philip.
Philip: Not if you're --
Craig: Keep your voice down, and you listen to me! Now, I know you're upset, and I appreciate your help, and I am going to help Chloe the best I can, but we've got a specialist in there right now who's the best in the country, and he is attending to her case! Now, you want to check out his credentials, fine, go right ahead!
Philip: What do I know about checking out someone's credentials?!
Craig: Shh! Philip, I want what's best for Chloe, and I'm going to make sure she gets it.
Philip: Hey, Dad, it's Philip. Sorry to wake you up. Um...it's Chloe. She's sick, and, um... [Sniffles] Dad...
Chloe: Hi. Sucks, huh?
Belle: Yeah, it does, but if anyone can fight this...
Chloe: I think I want to be alone now.
Belle: Chloe, please donít. I want to be here for you. If you're scared, or whatever else it is that you're feeling, I want to feel it, too. So does everyone else. We are not going to let you go through this alone.
Brady: [Panting] Aah! Uhh!
Sami: Jennifer Horton, who prides herself on being honest and straightforward, can't live up to her own mission statement when it comes to men. Once you've got one guy thinking he's got you, you move on to the next and play him a little while, get him all hot and bothered. And then you go find someone else. I mean, right now you've got Jack, Brandon, and Colin all in play, and I have to say how impressed I am at how you're able to keep them all up in the air at the same time.
Jennifer: All of this from a woman who could write a book on playing men.
Sami: Yeah, I pursue the man I want. I choose one man, and then I go after him until I get him.
Jennifer: Oh, like you got Austin?
Sami: Yeah, like I got Austin. And now it's over with, and I'm moving on. And that's where you really have a problem, huh, Jen?
Jack: What are you even listening to her, Jennifer?
Jennifer: I am all done, actually.
Sami: You know, the thing is, Jen, one of the guys you have juggling is your ex. I mean, you keep telling poor Jack that you want to have nothing else to do with him, and yet you always seem to be where he is. Look at this. Right now. He calls you, and you come running.
Jennifer: Because I thought he was in trouble, and unlike you, I actually have a heart, Sami.
Sami: Oh, so that's why you brought Colin with you on your big rescue mission, because you have such a big heart? And I'll bet right now you are planning how you're going to run back to Brandon, tell him how much you miss him and how much you're looking forward to the next Romantic weekend getaway.
Jennifer: Do you know what you lack, Sami? You lack everything that makes a human being likable -- intelligence, sensitivity, humor. You know, the list could go on and on, but what really boggles my mind is how anyone in their right mind would waste a minute on you.
Sami: You just can't stand the truth, can you, Jen? I mean, you like to play the game, but I guess the problem is you're afraid to score.
Roman: Well, we're all concerned about Stefano's resurfacing now that Lexie's in trouble.
Marlena: That's a very valid concern. I don't want John trying to find Stefano all by himself.
Roman: No, Doc. I won't let that happen.
John: You won't let what happen?
Roman: I came to help, John. I wasn't satisfied with the police search report, so I came to check it out myself. There has got to be something in this house that could lead us to DiMera.
John: I can handle this, Roman.
Roman: Well, maybe you can, John, but...
Rolf: The hotline!
Bart: Big cheese --
Rolf: Keep your mouth shut! This is Rolf. I understand. Yes, yes, of course. I will prepare immediately.
Bart: What's wrong, Rolf?
Roman: Look, I want to find Stefano. I want to stop whatever destructive plans he has in the works, and we both know he has one. John, are you hearing me? I want to help you. I want to help stop DiMera.
Brandon: Look, I'm, uh, I'm sorry for busting in here, accusing you. I just assumed --
Abe: Yeah, yeah... you assumed I was going to drag Lexie off to the hospital and keep her locked up for life. And I, uh, I understand why you'd think that. Lex... you know, it killed me to sign those commitment papers. It killed me to just leave you there. But at the time, I felt I had no choice.
Lexie: What about now, Abe? Are you going to take me back to that hospital?
Abe: Look, I'm -- I'm proud of you. I'm proud you found the courage to come to me. And I can see that you would. You're stronger now, you've accepted our loss. But, Lexie... you know, the fact is, you were -- you were out of control for a while. You had a breakdown, and you still need help. You committed crimes, you terrorized people. The law holds you responsible for that.
Lexie: Make the call. Turn me in.
Shawn: You okay?
Brady: What the -- what are you, spying on me?
Shawn: No, no, I just wanted --
Brady: Get out of here!
Shawn: Look, you've got every right in the world to be angry with me.
Shawn: And I know "I'm sorry" is not going to cut it, so I'm not even going to go there, but I am going to say this. A couple months ago, I made a huge mistake trying to deal with a crisis, and I ended up hurting Belle, someone I love a lot. The last person I ever should've turned my back on.
Brady: So, what's your point, Shawn?
Shawn: Chloe is now going through a major crisis. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't turn your back on her. She needs all of us. She needs you.
Chloe: I won't push you away. I won't go through this alone.
Belle: I'll leave you two alone.
Philip: Good news. Just spoke with my dad, and, uh, he's made arrangements to get the best doctor in the country out here. He's already put his people on it, so... so we should know something by morning.
Chloe: No, Philip, I don't need another doctor.
Philip: But he would be the best doctor in the --
Chloe: Philip, please. I trust Craig and the doctors here.
Philip: My dad doesn't mind. He really doesnít.
Chloe: I know. I don't want him to.
Philip: Okay. Well, then what can he do? What can I do? There's got to be something.
Chloe: There is.
Chloe: Here. The nurse told me that I can't wear this while I'm here. So can you hold on to it and keep it safe for me?
Philip: Yeah, okay. I'll hold on to it. You know, I'll be putting it back on you because you're going to be fine. You're going to be fine. You're going to be out of this place and totally cured. Everything's going to work out for you. For us.
Nancy: Here, let me make you more comfortable. Are you warm enough, sweetheart? Can I get you anything?
Chloe: I'm fine.
Brady: Knock, knock.
Chloe: Brady. Uh, Nancy, would it be okay if I had a few minutes with Brady alone?
Brady: Hey, you.
Brady: I was, uh, at home tonight in my loft and... Something told me I should be here, so, uh, I didn't question it. I just came.
Chloe: I'm glad. What happened to your hand?
Brady: It's nothing.
Jack: Sami, that is enough.
Jennifer: No. It's okay.
Jack: No, it's not okay. You're blasting Jennifer because she has Brandon's attention and you donít. Now, let's go get our things and get out of here.
Colin: Are you all right?
Jennifer: Yes, I'm fine. Would you do me a favor and just wait in the car for me? I need to make a quick phone call.
Colin: Smart girl, Sami. It is time Jennifer stopped playing games, and I will personally make sure she does.
Brandon: What's up?
Jennifer: Hey, uh, how's the patient?
Brandon: Better. But I'm sorry. I'm not going to be able to make it back tonight.
Jennifer: You know, that's okay, because I was going to head back to Salem anyway, and I was wondering, if you had any free time, if we could talk. I would really like to talk about us. Bye-bye.
Sami: [Thinking] This is perfect. It won't be long now.
Abe: Thank you.
[Knock on door]
Abe: Hi, Dr. Dellman.
Brandon: You okay?
Lexie: Yeah, uh, I-I'm nervous, but I'm okay.
Brandon: I'll be there for you, Lexie.
Rolf: Listen to me. I've had my people watching Abe's house, which is how I know you're there now. I'm assuming Abe has turned you in, but not to worry, Alexandra, you will get the help you need. Your father will see to it.
Lexie: Oh, it's okay. No problem.
Abe: So, who called?
Lexie: Wrong number.
Abe: So, you okay? You ready to deal with this?
Lexie: Yeah. I'm ready. I can handle whatever happens to me...now.
Roman: There's a hidden door here.
John: It's got to be here somewhere.
Roman: Right. Good job.
Rolf: Look, Bart, all I can reveal is that I must leave Salem immediately. You will hold down the fort here.
Bart: Me? What, you saying I'm left behind? Just like when Stefano left, it's "bye-bye, Bart, bonjour, Bermuda"? You guys got time share, right?
Bart: No, no, no, no. I'm coming with you.
Rolf: No, no, no. You have an important mission here -- to take care of Lexie, lie low, and wait for further instructions from me.
Bart: So, are you going to hook up with the boss or what?
Rolf: The less you know, the better.
Roman: Doc, we don't know what's down here. It might not be safe. I told you to stay upstairs.
Marlena: Then it's not safe for you, either. What is this place?
Roman: Well, it's obviously some kind of secret room that Stefano hoped nobody would find.
Marlena: There's nothing here.
Roman: Yeah. Well, I have a very strong feeling that something was here. And not too long ago. John, what do you got?
John: What's left of an order form for a very expensive case of port.
Roman: Well, that doesn't tell us much.
John: Stefano's favorite. Delivery is the end of the week.
Roman: My God.
John: Stefano's not here yet, but he's on his way.
Brady: All right, so listen. I've got a joke for you here. It's in an old folks' home, and there are a bunch of old guys sitting around. And this old woman walks in. She's got her hand like this. She says she's holding something. She says, "The first man who guesses what I'm holding in my hand gets to share my company all night long." And they're, like, "Okay!" And she's, like, "All right, you ready? First one, go ahead." And the first guy says, "Itís a basketball!" And she says, "Close enough."
Brady: All right, I've got another one. So this kid is playing on a playground, and he's on a seesaw, and his parents are watching from a nearby bench. And they see that the seesaw is completely balanced like this, so the mom says to the dad, "Wow, I guess Andrewís imaginary playmate is more or less the same size and weight." Aha! Ha ha ha...
Chloe: I don't get it. Ha ha ha.
Craig: Hey there. It's time for your therapy, sweetheart. Are you ready?
Nancy: Chloe needs you all now.
Chloe: Hi. I just wanted to see all of you before I go and get my -- my first treatment. And I just want you guys to know that you being here tonight has really helped me so much, and I promise you, I'm not going to leave you.
Craig: Come on.
