Episode # 7534 ~ Ridge and Quinn find themselves in a predicament where temptation becomes unbearable; RJ takes a special interest in Forrester Creations' most recent intern applicant.

Provided By Suzanne

Brooke: So nice of you and Eric to invite us over.

Quinn: Well, an Australian wedding -- I mean, that's quite something to celebrate.

Brooke: Yes. Finally. We're very excited about getting married. [Giggles]

Quinn: Well, Pam and Charlie should be bringing out the hors d'oeuvres soon.

Ridge: Where's dad?

Eric: Anybody out there? Hey! Anybody hear me? Quinn! Hey! Anybody -- I'm stuck in here!

Charlie: [Whistles]

Eric: Char-- Charlie! Charlie! Is that you? Charlie?

Charlie: Boss?

Eric: Charlie, I'm stuck in here. I can't get the door open. Can you help me?

Charlie: Oh, yeah, um... let's see here. Um... okay, all right. Listen. Um... I'm gonna hit the top of the door and when I do that, you pull on three, okay?

Eric: Okay.

Charlie: Ready? Uh, 1...2...3!

Eric: Well...

Charlie: All right, once more, once more. A little more oomph. Okay. 1...2...3.

Eric: All right, that's it. Nice job.

Charlie: Yeah.

Eric: Wow. [Laughing] Are you all right?

Charlie: Yeah, fine.

Eric: That's never happened before.

Charlie: Well, listen, I'll bring some tools over tomorrow and fix it.

Eric: Okay, good. I'd appreciate that.

Charlie: Yeah. Oh! You want me to warn Quinn about the door?

Eric: No, no, I'll tell her. Thank you. Thanks.

Charlie: Okay. Sure. Sure.

Pam: Beef tenderloin on a brioche bun.

Ridge: That looks delicious.

Pam: Thank you, ridge. There's more in the kitchen, too.

Ridge: Good.

Eric: Sorry for the delay. A minor distraction.

Brooke: Eric!

Eric: Wow, look at you. You look beautiful.

Brooke: Hello! You look fabulous, as usual.

Eric: This -- this is a distraction.

Ridge: All right.

Eric: Oh, and so is this.

Quinn: [Laughs]

Eric: Look at this. You both look so beautiful. We're very lucky, aren't we?

Ridge: Yes, we are.

Eric: Look, I'm glad you're here. Gives us a chance to talk about what we were discussing earlier. Your wedding.

Ridge: Yeah, it's coming up.

Eric: I know how you feel about keeping it small, just the two of you, very low-key. But I wonder if you would reconsider that decision. It's a big moment for our family, and it would mean so much to me to hear the two of you make those vows to each other once again, with my wife by my side.

Shirley: [Sighs] Saul Feinberg! How can you eat at a time like this?

Saul: Tastes like air.

Darlita: Gross.

Saul: Gluten-free!

Darlita: Really? Give me one.

Sally: There's not one order. Not one.

Shirley: Well, then we just have to pray that your sister comes through and gets that internship at Forrester.

Darlita: I still don't get why you'd want coco at Forrester. Seems smarter to me to keep her here in the family business.

Shirley: Darlita, watch my lips. We want her to be our spy! Steal from the Forresters!

Coco: So, does anybody else know I'm here?

Thomas: Well, R.J. And I are handling the interviews.

Coco: I wonder if the others would freak out, knowing that coco spectra's in the house. You know, being sally's younger sister.

Thomas: No, I'm not worried about that at all.

R.J.: Me, neither.

Coco: Okay, I would totally get it if it's an issue. But if you two do decide to choose me, I'll be extremely loyal and hardworking.

R.J.: I don't doubt that.

Coco: All right, well, thanks for seeing me. Thank you.

Thomas: We'll be in touch.

Coco: All right. Thank you.

R.J.: It was nice to meet you, coco.

Coco: Yeah.

R.J.: We have to review everyone, make sure we're thorough, but...

Coco: Mm-hmm.

R.J.: I really hope you get it.

Coco: Me, too.

Thomas: You know, it took some courage for coco to come here.

R.J.: Yeah. Yeah, I liked her.

Thomas: No kidding.

R.J.: What's that supposed to mean?

Thomas: Nothing. She's smart, she's fun, she's enthusiastic. You know, I really think she'd be a good fit here.

R.J.: But...

Thomas: Well, we can't look over the fact that she's a spectra.

Darlita: Wait. So coco has no idea she'd be a plant? That she'd be ripping off these Forrester designs?

Sally: It is not fair to coco, using her this way.

Coco: What, did somebody die?

Saul: Oh, basically, yeah. Darlita broke a nail, and you know how she get when that happens.

Darlita: No, I --

Shirley: Sweetheart. How was the interview? Did you get the internship?

Eric: Everyone okay with their glass of champagne? Would you prefer a cocktail? How about a glass of our best tequila, what do you say?

Quinn: Uh, no, sweetheart. I'm happy with my champagne, thank you.

Eric: Okay. Well, then, let's do this.

Quinn: [Chuckles]

Eric: Let's raise a glass to ridge and Brooke. I'm so happy the two of you found each other again. Nothing better than having a loyal, loving person by your side, someone you can trust completely. Here's to a happy, wonderful future together. Cheers.

Brooke: Cheers.

Quinn: Cheers.

Brooke: Thank you.

Ridge: Cheers.

Eric: So, this is good, the four of us together. Getting along.

Brooke: I think they finally realized they have the same interests. And the same feelings. About you. About the company. About the family. Not that there isn't any tension there, because there is. We can all feel it. But let's admit it -- you two are rather similar.

Ridge: Eh, I wouldn't go that far.

Eric: I would. You both have a devilish streak.

Quinn: Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Brooke: I'm not so sure.

Quinn: [Laughs]

Brooke: But from now on, let's hope that you two focus on your similarities and not your differences.

Eric: Hear, hear.

Quinn: Hear, hear. Oh, look at the -- the hors d'oeuvres are running low. I'm gonna go run to the kitchen and go grab some more.

Brooke: Mm-hmm.

Eric: Thank you. That's a good dress on her.

Thomas: We have to be realistic. Not everybody's gonna be thrilled about us hiring a spectra.

R.J.: Listen, I get it, okay? But the spectra-Forrester rivalry, that was years ago. I mean, haven't we all moved on?

Thomas: Sally and Steffy haven't.

R.J.: Good point.

Thomas: Mm-hmm. The whole video thing online, cake being thrown everywhere, Steffy's still a little upset about that.

R.J.: But in the end, our families got along. Maybe sally and Steffy can make peace, too.

Thomas: Yeah, Steffy's gonna have to realize one day that it was just a pr stunt and nothing personal.

R.J.: So, what do you say? She was by far the best candidate.

Thomas: Let's give her a shot.

Shirley: Did they talk to you about being a spectra?

Coco: Oh, of course they did, and, honestly, it might be an issue, but even if I don't end up getting the internship, it still was an amazing opportunity. Like, just being at Forrester creations...

[Cell phone rings]

Sally: It's Thomas.

Shirley: Shh, shh, shh, shh.

Sally: Hello?

Thomas: Hey. Sally.

Sally: Hi, Thomas. So, R.J. And I were really impressed with your sister. I would like to offer her the internship.

Sally: Hold on one second. You got it!

Saul: Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

Sally: [Exhales sharply] Okay, hey! That is really great news, Thomas. Thank you. Thank you very much. Uh, my sister will not let you down.

Thomas: We have total faith in her. She's smart, she knows a lot about fashion... she kind of reminds me of her older sister.

Sally: Well, yeah, you know, she learned from the best.

Thomas: How's it going over there?

Sally: Uh, things are starting to look up. I think we'll find a way to stay afloat.

[Cell phone chimes]

Ridge: Would you guys excuse me for a second? I got to return an e-mail.

Eric: All right. You know, what you said earlier about ridge and Quinn? I think you're right, that they have a lot more in common than they realize.

Brooke: Whether they want to admit it to themselves or not.

Eric: I'm just thankful that they've found this new connection.

Quinn: Hey!

Ridge: Hey. I'm sorry, I thought you said you went to the kitchen.

Quinn: I did.

Ridge: Okay, I'll, uh... I will use my dad's bathroom in his office.

Quinn: Yeah. Thanks. I thought you were leaving.

Ridge: I can't.

Quinn: Why can't you?

Ridge: [Sighs] Because the door is stuck. It won't open.

R.J.: So you're into her.

Thomas: Who?

R.J.: Sally. Dude, it's obvious.

Thomas: Why? Because I hired her little sister?

R.J.: Hey, am I complaining? I mean, come on. I can't wait to work with coco.

Coco: Forrester creations, here I come!

Saul: Mazel tov! You better invite me over for lunch, coco.

Coco: Oh, you guys are all invited. Every last one of you.

Shirley: Darlita, can you go get some more of the good stuff? The box is empty.

Sally: Here. Here's a $20. Please bring me back the change.

Saul: Yeah, I'll go with her, make sure she doesn't spend it on shoes. Come on.

Coco: Thanks for being so excited for me. Especially since things are a little rough over here at spectra.

Shirley: Oh, honey, we're all in this together. Aren't we, sally? You're happy for your sister, aren't you?

Sally: You know, grams, the more I think about it, I just -- I really don't think --

Shirley: Shh! [Laughs] You know what? She is our hail Mary. If we don't make this work, we're out of business for good.

Coco: Grams, I don't -- I don't think I know what you mean.

Shirley: All right, princess. We need you [Sighs] To be our spy at Forrester creations.

Charlie: Okay, you will notice that at no time do my hands leave my arms. Kids, do not try this at home. Ta-da!

Pam: [Laughing] Charlie...

Charlie: You know, normally, I'd be scared to death with Quinn and all these knives around, but I think you're right. I mean, she's changed. She's a completely different person.

Pam: Right? No, I'm telling you, I mean, I didn't think that anybody that dangerous or evil could really change, but -- maybe I'm wrong. I mean, maybe it's a lesson in a human's ability to evolve. Eric does seem so much happier now, Charlie, and... as Stephanie's sister, I'm just seeing that Quinn is really filling that hole in his heart.

Charlie: Yeah, and even ridge has learned to appreciate Quinn. Ow.

Pam: Oh, God. And I'm totally shocked about that because I -- I've been looking for stuff. But guess what? Nothing. Nothing suspicious. I mean, nobody comes around here, except the family.

Charlie: Yeah.

Pam: So I'm just beginning to think, you know, maybe Quinn is 100% committed to Eric.

Eric: I wonder what's taking them so long.

Brooke: We've been abandoned by your wife and my fiancÚ.

Quinn: Is anybody out there?

Ridge: Pam, Charlie, we're stuck in here!

Quinn: Can you hear us?

Ridge: Guess that's a no.

Quinn: [Scoffs]

Ridge: Oh, boy.

Quinn: I guess you're right.

Ridge: Really?

Quinn: No.

Ridge: You and me, stuck in here.

Quinn: No.

Ridge: Wow.

Quinn: Oh. Well, I, uh...I should have taken that shot of tequila when Eric offered it earlier.

Ridge: Mm-hmm. Tequila sounds good right now.

Quinn: Yeah, it would have been. What Brooke was saying earlier, I mean, about us being alike and saying she noticed some tension.

Ridge: Yeah, I know. I saw you squirming.

Quinn: Yeah! I was -- I was squirming. I mean, I'm just -- I'm happy with the way things are right now, you know? I am! I -- I have my life with Eric, and... you're gonna marry Brooke.

Ridge: In Australia.

Quinn: Yes. Australia. You will be committed to her for the rest of your life.

Coco: You want me to spy? On the Forresters?

Shirley: We've run out of options. It's time to get back to our roots, go old-school.

Coco: Are you believing this, Sal? What grams is saying? Wait, you knew...

Sally: Look, coco... listen to me. [Sighs]

Coco: You knew about this and you're okay with it?

Sally: No. No, actually, I'm -- I'm not, but you know what? Maybe grams is right. There's no other way.

Coco: Your designs are good, Sal! It was just -- it was one bad review.

Sally: Yeah, but it is the only review that counts.

Coco: Yeah, but you can't give up now! You have more integrity than this. We have more integrity than this.

Shirley: Integrity doesn't pay the bills.

Sally: Spectra has always been a knock-off shop, okay? We tried to go legit, but we failed. Please, coco. You're our only shot.

Coco: Do you even realize what you're asking me to do? To be a snitch? A mole? Absolutely not. I'm not doing it.

Quinn: We need to get out of here. Pam! Eric! Brooke! Anyone, please!

Pam: Shh! There's someone yelling from the powder room.

Ridge: Pam!

Charlie: It's that damn door again. Ridge, is that you?

Ridge: Yes.

Quinn: Yes! Please! Open the door!

Pam: Quinn? Are you in there, too?

Quinn: Yes! Would you let us out?

Charlie: All right, I'm going to hit the door on the top, when I do, ridge, you pull.

Ridge: All right.

Charlie: 1, 2, 3.

Ridge: Geez.

Quinn: [Sighs] Thank you.

Pam: You all right?

Quinn: Yes. Yes. We're fine.

Charlie: Yeah, I was gonna bring some tools and fix that tomorrow. So sorry.

Ridge: Thank you.

Pam: Wait. I smell my lemon bars burning!

Quinn: [Sighs] Wait. Here.

Ridge: Oh.

Quinn: Okay.

Ridge: Oh, hey.

Charlie: I'm gonna check that door again.

Quinn: Oh, thanks, Charlie.

Charlie: Sure.

Brooke: Ridge and I really have to go. I have an early meeting in the morning.

Eric: Good luck finding him.

Brooke: [Scoffs] There you are! Where did you run off to?

Pam: They got stuck in the powder room. Can you believe that?

Eric: What, both of you?

Ridge: Yeah, I went in there. I didn't know anyone was there, and I shut the door.

Quinn: And then I screamed.

Ridge: Because the door got stuck. I couldn't open it. It's the craziest thing.

Brooke: Oh, my God! Wait, that is really -- that's really crazy.

Eric: The fact is, it happened to me. It happened to me earlier, so you're not the only one. But you got out of it unscathed. You're okay.

Ridge: Thanks to Charlie.

Pam: Yep, my Charlie always saves the day.

Eric: Yeah. Quinn?

Quinn: Yes?

Eric: Are you okay? You look a little shaken. What happened in there? You get, uh, claustrophobic?

Quinn: No, no, I'm fine now. You always make me feel so safe and secure. It's -- it's a feeling I never experienced before I met you.

Eric: Good you married me, then.

Quinn: Yes! The best decision I ever made. I just -- I hope you know how much I love you.

Eric: And I love you.

Brooke: Okay, that is our cue to go. Quinn, thank you so much for everything. It's been a lovely evening.

Quinn: It was a pleasure having you.

Eric: It's cold outside. I'll get you a coat. Come on.

Brooke: Oh, thank you, Eric.

Pam: Oh, I haven't even served the lemon bars, but I'll make them to go. They got a little crispy -- well, I guess it's really a little more than crispy...

Quinn: That never should have happened.

Ridge: I know.

Quinn: That's the last time.

Ridge: Last time. Ever.
