Episode # 7116 ~ Thorne makes arrangements to take Aly to Paris, where she can get the help she needs; Maya & Rick recount their love story.

Steffy: Aly, put that down. What are you doing? Aly, don't. [Grunts]

[Truck horn blares]

Ivy: Call Aly.

Computer Voice:  Calling Aly.

[Dialing]

[Ringing]

Aly: Hey, it's Aly. Leave a message.

[Beep]

Ivy: Hey, it's, uh, it's me. Look, I-I've just been caught up with my own stuff lately. I haven't been a very attentive friend. Look, I was just hoping we could talk. Maybe we could meet up and just -- just have a chat, you know? Just -- just the two of us.

[Beep]

[Insects chirping]

Maya: Those pictures in Aly's closet with Steffy and my faces x'ed out, I-I can't get it out of my head.

Liam: Yeah, I can imagine you're feeling pretty creeped out right now.

Rick: Aly obviously needs more help than we thought.

Maya: But will she accept it?

Rick: She's gonna have to. We're gonna have to rally the family, make sure that Thorne's in the loop.

[Door closes]

Thorne: What loop is that?

Rick: Thorne.

Liam: Thorne.

Thorne: [Chuckles]

Rick: It's good to see you.

Thorne: And it's good to be home.

Rick: Oh. How are you? Got some fantastic news.

Thorne: Well, we can always use that.

Rick: Yeah. My future wife.

Thorne: What? Congratulations.

Maya: Thank you. Thank you so much.

Thorne: Wow. Wow.  You know, I never really had the time to tell you how impressed I am with you.

Maya: Really?

Thorne: Yes. After Bill broke your story, you were the epitome of grace under pressure.

Maya: Not always. I kind of hid out for a bit.

Thorne: Yes, but you didn't run. You came back. And now you're better and stronger than ever. That takes a lot of courage, Maya. I have to say, I'm damn proud that you're a part of this family.

Maya: That means so much to me, Thorne. Thank you.

Rick: Me, too.

Thorne: Yeah. Hey, how was the show?

Wyatt: Uh, everything we hoped for and more.

Liam: Uh, yeah. Yeah, well, Rick's proposal didn't hurt, either.

Wyatt: Yeah, we're gonna get a lot of press out of that, but, uh...

Thorne: Can't believe my flight was delayed. It's the last time I fly in commercial, I can tell you that. I mean, missing California Freedom -- it's the whole reason why I'm here.

Rick: Actually, it's good that you came. Aly... she's in trouble.

Steffy: Aah! [Breathing heavily] Aly, put that down.

Aly: No. I can't!

Steffy: Yes, you can. You -- you don't want to hurt me.

Aly: You won't stop! You're poison! You and Maya, bringing down this entire family! I can't let you ruin everything.

Steffy: [Breathing heavily] [Whimpers]

[Insects chirping]

Rick: Maybe you should sit down.

Thorne: Maybe you should tell me about my daughter.

Rick: You're right, you're right. There's no way to sugarcoat this. Um... Aly -- she's regressed.

Thorne: How bad?

Wyatt: Bad. And it's getting worse.

Liam: To the point where we're all really concerned.

Wyatt: Yeah.

Thorne: Just when I think she's conquered her demons. I mean, everything was going so great. She's happy with her job. She's in a relationship with a guy who really loves her.

Maya: She's actually pulled back quite a bit from Oliver. He's very confused. He mentioned it before he left. He's on assignment in Milan right now.

Liam: Yeah, and actually -- Aly, at work lately, she's had quite a few outbursts.

[Flashback]

Aly: You're out of line, Steffy. You know, I thought things would change around here with you and Ridge in charge, but I was wrong. All we did was exchange a tyrant for a slut!

Steffy: Whoa. Wait. People dress like this by the pool, Aly.

Aly: Freedom to you is taking whatever you want. Forrester used to stand for quality and class. But now it's gonna be the Steffy and Maya show. I don't understand people.

Wyatt: What do you -- what do you mean? What people?

Aly: Why we let ourselves get walked all over. Why do we let people like Rick and Maya and Steffy take whatever they want? N-no, no, I-I belong here! I am family!

Steffy: You're my cousin, and I love you. But your attitude is becoming a problem. Constantly criticizing and preaching. Why would we want you to stay?

Aly: I wanted to help and be a part of the team. But you wouldn't let me. You treated me like a joke. It humiliated me. I won't let you treat me like this.

[Present time]

Maya: All of Aly's negative attention seems to be focused on Steffy and me.

Rick: Maybe this is my fault.

Thorne: Yours?

Rick: I haven't been that great to Aly. Maybe I was a little bit, uh, drunk on power. I just -- I didn't realize how fragile she is.

Maya: I feel awful. I should have done better by Aly.

Rick: And whatever my part in this was, Thorne, I'm sorry. I'm truly sorry.

Thorne: That goes without saying, man. I can't blame you for Aly's issues, all right? They -- they keep coming back. I need to know exactly what we're dealing with, okay, so don't pull any punches here. Tell me exactly what is going on with my daughter.

Aly: [Grunts]

Steffy: Back off -- back off, Aly.

Aly: Everything was fine till you came back! Why couldn't you have just stayed away?!

Steffy: Give me that!

Aly: No! Oh!

Steffy: [Gasping]

Aly: You're what's wrong with this family. You and Maya.

Steffy: Aly, stop. Stop it!

Aly: Where is the decency, the self-respect?! It used to mean something, being a Forrester. We stood for values and morals, Hope leading the way. And now there's you and Maya, flaunting yourselves -- shameless and disgusting! It has to stop now.

Steffy: [Gasping]

[Insects chirping]

Liam: [Sighs] After the show, we all came back here for the party, noticed Aly wasn't around, and so Ivy went upstairs to check on her.

Wyatt: Yeah, and the next thing we know, Ivy's coming down telling us to come up there.

Liam: Aly has this -- what is -- it's a collage, basically, of all these photos of Steffy and Maya x'ed out, angry writing scribbled all over them.

Thorne: What?

Wyatt: One of them has Steffy's face with a nail through the head.

Liam: Which is particularly concerning. I mean, one time Steffy and I were working on the lingerie line, and Steffy was wearing a piece from the collection when Aly walked in, and Aly went off on Steffy.

Thorne: What happened?

Liam: She called Steffy a slut and said she's flaunting herself and ruining Ivy's life, and Steffy said that after I left, she brought up Taylor killing her mom and said that Steffy is just like her.

Thorne: I was afraid of that. [Sighs] So much has happened that it's left her lost. I mean, the car accident, losing Darla when was so young, so unprepared for life without her mother. You know, Aly's always been delicate, fragile. And she -- she feels things so intensely, which is great when things are good, but... not so good when she's in pain.

Maya: That couldn't have been easy for you, either.

Thorne: I just want to help my daughter, you know? And Aly tries. She really tries. But she's never gotten over the loss of her mother. Has she, uh, she been seeing Darla?

Liam: She did mention something about that to Steffy, yeah.

Thorne: I'd bet on it.

Wyatt: Wait, is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Thorne: [Sighs] That depends on what's in Aly's head.

Liam: Okay, here's the thing. Aly says that she has forgiven Taylor for running down her mom, but, I mean, if it's still coming up, then clearly she hasn't. And my worry is all this isolation and close-mindedness, it's just -- it's just fueling that anger, and she's taking it out on Maya and Steffy.

[Flashback]

Aly: Steffy just takes, takes, takes. Steffy uses her body to get what she wants. Ridge was supposed to save us from Rick and that awful Maya.   She is not right.

Ivy: Okay, that's enough.

[Present time]

Ivy:  Aly? Steffy?

Steffy: Aly, don't, don't, don't. We're family.

Aly: Stop saying that! Your mother killed my mother!

Steffy: It was an accident!

Aly: No, it was murder! That she never even had to pay for!

Ivy: What are they doing?

Aly: [Sobbing] She took my father, and she ruined everything, and you are just like her!

Steffy: No. No.

Aly: I have to do this for my company and for my family! And for my mother and for me!

Steffy: No.

Ivy: [Gasps]

Steffy: [Breathing heavily]

Ivy: [Gasps]

Steffy: [Breathing heavily]

[Waves crashing]

Steffy: Aly? [Gasping] [Gasping]

Steffy:  Aly? Oh, my God. Oh, my God.

[Tire iron clatters]

Steffy: Oh, my God. [Gasping]

Ivy: Aly?! Aly, you okay?

Steffy: Ivy.

Ivy: What happened? Is she breathing?

Steffy: I don't know, I don't know, I don't know.

Ivy: Can you open -- squeeze my hand.

Steffy: Aly.

Ivy: [Gasps] We need to call an ambulance.

Steffy: Aly, wake up. Come on. Come on. You're fine. You're fine, Aly.

Ivy: Hi. Yes. We -- we -- we need an ambulance.

Steffy: Aly, you're fine. Come on. Come on.

Ivy: She's unconscious. She's not breathing. She's -- yes.

Steffy: Aly, you're fine. Aly, wake up. Wake up. Wake up, Aly! Wake up! [Sobs]

Ivy: Aly? What happened?

Steffy: [Gasping]

Ivy: Aly?

Thorne: Aly's always been troubled. My life regret is I haven't been able to ease her suffering. It was a lot easier when she was a little kid because I could keep close watch on signs that she was slipping, but, you know, she grew up. She got older. Kids do. And a young woman needs to be in charge of her life. You can't keep your children under glass.

Maya: Or control them.

Thorne: Yeah, well, you know, Aly has created this world inside of her head, and when someone deviates from her code of behavior, well... it's why she has a problem with you.

Maya: I get it.

Thorne: Aly's a good person. She's warm, generous, has a huge heart. She just gets overwhelmed by the real world, change, progressiveness. She takes refuge in her head, and that's when the darkness comes out. It's a defense mechanism. What comes off as extremism or intolerance, that's just deeply rooted pain screaming to get out.

Wyatt: I feel bad about that, but I'm also really worried. I've been on the receiving end of her displeasure, and that's just not a fun place to be.

Liam: Those, uh -- yeah, those -- those photos of Steffy and Maya, they are really disturbing.

Rick: We all think that Aly needs help.

Thorne: I agree. Uh, I'm going to take Aly back to Paris with me, and, um, I can get her therapy, and I can be there with her.

Rick: That's a good idea.

Thorne: Yeah. I just hope I can get to her before it's too late.

Steffy: Aly, it's okay. Help is coming.

Ivy: They need to get here right -- why is she not breathing? Why is she not breathing?! Steffy, what the Hell happened?!

Steffy: [Sobbing] I don't know! I don't know! She tried to attack me! I don't know! I don't know, okay?

Ivy: Aly.

Steffy: Come on, Aly! Please wake up!

Ivy: Steffy, Steffy, I think she -- I think she's dead.

Steffy: No. What?

Ivy: Aly?

Steffy: No.

Ivy: Please, can you breathe?

Steffy: No! No! No!

[Insects chirping]

Rick: It's all right. You can look. It's yours now.

Maya: It's so beautiful.

Rick: It pales in comparison.

Maya: Rick, when you got down on your knee at the end of that runway...

Rick: You were surprised, weren't you?

Maya: I was floored. It -- it was the most magical, beautiful moment of my life.

Rick: Really?

Maya: Yes.

Rick: I have to do better than that.

Maya: I don't think you can.

Rick: Really? Is that a challenge?

Maya: No! No, I'm just saying that I couldn't imagine being happier than I am right now.

Rick: Okay, well, you are just gonna have to watch me work.

Maya: Ohh. [Chuckles]

Liam: Man!

Wyatt: What? Still no answer?

Liam: I don't like this.

Wyatt: What? What's wrong?

Liam: I don't know. I don't -- just a feeling. Steffy always picks up for me, so why isn't she picking up?

Wyatt: Shouldn't Ivy have checked in by now, too?

Liam: Yeah. Well, no. I mean, not if Ivy found Aly. Maybe they're having, like, a heart-to-heart or something.

Wyatt: Yeah, it could be. Good point.

Liam: [Sighs]

Wyatt: I guess your Steffy concern is rubbing off on me, too.

Liam: Yeah. Well, realistically, there's no reason to be worried, right?

Wyatt: Nah.

Thorne: Okay. Great. Thanks.

[Cell phone beeps]

Thorne: All right, it's all set. Uh, I'm gonna take Aly to the doctor in the morning, and then we are gonna take the jet back to Paris in the afternoon.

Rick: It's a good idea. Give her something to do at International.

Thorne: Um, I think I'll have her work right next to me so I can keep a close eye on her.

Maya: Is there anything else we can do?

Thorne: No, she's my daughter. I can handle it. But thank you.

Maya: You're amazing, Thorne. Really, this unconditional support and loving her despite her limitations -- and I don't mean that in a disparaging way, but Aly comes with a lot of challenges, and I did, too. And my dad rejected me, so whatever Aly is struggling with, she is so lucky to have you.

Thorne: Thank you. There's nothing I wouldn't do to protect my daughter.

[Siren wails]

Thorne: Even from herself.

Steffy: She's not dead.

Ivy: But she's -- she's not breathing, Steffy! She hasn't moved!

Steffy: She fell and hit her head on the rock! She just knocked herself out!

Ivy: What?

[Car doors close]

Steffy: Over here! Over here! She's not breathing! We called 911!

Man:  What happened?

Steffy: She hit her head on the rock. She -- she tried to attack me, al-- almost hit me with her car.

Ivy: Aly?

Man:   That's your story?

Steffy: Yes! Yes, it was a terrible, terrible accident! [Sobs] Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on, Aly. Come on! Aly, come on.

[Radio chatter]
