Eric: I can't do this.
Brooke: Eric, you don't mean it. Just give it a chance.
Eric: No, Brooke. I'm not gonna pretend to be the father of someone else's child. It's not fair to me. It's not fair to Taylor. It's not fair to anybody. Now, you go to Bill, and you tell him that he's the father of this baby you're carrying.
Bill: Would you look at this kid, huh? Amazing having a baby, isn't it? And you know what the best part is? I can mold him into a little mini version of me.
Katie: Oh, my God.
Bill: Well, come on. What? What? Look. Look what happens. Look at him. He goes right for the money clip. A whole array of toys down here, and what does he do? He grabs the money. That's my boy. You got your mom's brains and good looks and that Spencer thirst for cash. And that is a winning combination!
Katie: Your daddy is so silly. What are we gonna do with him? [Chuckles]
Bill: We'll keep him.
Taylor: Nope, there isn't one thing I would change about my relationship with Eric.
Thomas: Really? Not one? That says a lot.
Taylor: Well, every now and then, I do like to check in with myself.
Thomas: I feel some psychobabble coming on.
Taylor: No, that is a good thing, to assess your life and your relationships and make sure that you're being fulfilled by it. And that's exactly what's happening with Eric and me. I... I am so happy with him. He's -- he's amazing. He's just so loving and handsome and deeply devoted. And the best part is -- he's all mine.
Thomas: Well, for once, you can relax. You don't have to worry about Brooke stealing him away from you.
Brooke: Please, Eric. Just spend the night with me -- to remind you what it was like, our life together, and what it could be like again.
Eric: You don't want to sleep with me. That's not what you want from me. You want me to help preserve the way your children think of you. I understand that. But, Brooke, it's too much for me.
Brooke: Eric, you are the only person who can help me.
Eric: No. Look, I don't want to start raising another child, especially one that's not mine.
Brooke: You'll change your mind... when you hold this baby. We could be a family... together.
Thomas: Brooke is always causing problems, no matter what's going on. She even managed to ruin her own press conference. Doesn't make any sense. She lives for that stuff. It's weird. Something's going on with her.
Taylor: Well, don't worry about it. The Logans can't do anything to bring us down.
Thomas: [Sighs] She's costing us a ton of money.
Rick: What are you doing? You still whining about my mother?
Thomas: She bailed on her own line.
Rick: No, you're still bitter that my dad chose her idea rather than your proposal. Well, Thomas, it's time to wake up. Because let me tell you something -- my father will always side with my mother.
Katie: Well, all that talk of money must have bored him, because he conked right out.
Bill: Well, you know, he has to rest up for all his future mergers and acquisitions.
Katie: Maybe he's just saving his energy for a life of romance and adventure.
Bill: Well, there's no reason he can't have it all, right? His daddy does.
Katie: Mm. He'll never know what we've been through these past few months... how hard we fought to stick together.
Bill: It's been a battle. We took a few hits. But here we are. You, me, and will -- a family...forever. And it's only going to get better from here.
Brooke: This could be our baby, Eric. Yours and mine. I know you would love this child as if it were your own.
Eric: No. I won't do it. Tell Bill about this baby.
Brooke: No. Eric, I can't. If Katie were to find out --
Eric: Katie is very resilient.
Brooke: It would destroy her! She can't know that this child is Bill's. It would ruin her life!
Eric: I'm sorry. I can't fix this for you. [Sighs] Brooke, look at me. Look at me. You have to make peace with this. I'll help you do that. I'll stand by you. I'll be next to you every inch of the way. But I won't lie. I won't raise Bill Spencer's child.
Rick: My parents are closer than they've been in a long time, or have you two not noticed?
Taylor: Well, I think Eric and Brooke will always have a certain degree of closeness. But mostly Eric feels like he needs to protect her because Brooke sort of demands that from him.
Rick: My mother's the most independent woman that I know.
Taylor: No, no. Not if she doesn't have a man on her arm. She can't stand on her own two feet when she's alone.
Rick: Your opinion is not exactly objective, so please don't offer one.
Thomas: Considering what Brooke put her through with my father, she can say whatever she wants.
Taylor: It's okay. Thomas, its fine. I am very secure in my relationship with Eric. We're committed to each other. Although I was a little unhappy when I thought Eric was vulnerable to Brooke because he allowed her to relaunch the bedroom line. Now she won't even model her own lingerie, so I doubt Eric will ever do another favor for her.
Katie: I just keep thinking how lucky we are to have Will after everything that Liam and Steffy are going through.
Bill: Yeah. But they're gonna be okay, right? We just have to give them our support. Uh, I almost forgot. I have something for you.
Katie: You do?
Katie: For me?
Bill: Yes. But you're gonna have to swear to me that you will keep this to yourself.
Katie: What is it?
Bill: Something that could ruin my reputation.
Katie: Ooh. Now I'm really curious. Hand it over. Come on.
Bill: Hmm... this is gonna be the biggest mistake of my life.
Eric: Brooke... you and Bill slept together when you thought that Katie had left him. Neither one of you did this to intentionally hurt her.
Brooke: Eric, I know. I know. But that doesn't really matter. She's still gonna be hurt when she finds out what Bill and I did and I'm carrying Bill's child.
Eric: You have to trust that Katie's gonna forgive you one day. You either face it head on or you run away from it and you lie. And if you lie... it's gonna follow you for years.
Brooke: I will sacrifice my happiness if it means protecting my family.
Eric: There's only one answer. Tell the truth. It's the only choice you have.
Brooke: How can I put this on Katie? She is so burdened already.
Eric: You tell her the truth. You tell this did not happen until she had given the rings back to Bill.
Brooke: She's still gonna be heartbroken. She's gonna be hurt. I just want to make sure she's okay.
Eric: What about you? What about your feelings? I mean, you never would have slept with Bill if you didn't love him.
Brooke: Eric, that really doesn't matter. He's married to my sister.
Eric: All right, stop this. You need to stop this right now. I'm finished with this. This whole scenario you've come up with for us -- it's not gonna happen, Brooke. You have to go to Bill. He deserves to know the truth.
Brooke: Yeah. He does.
Eric: If Katie loves him as much as you think she does, she will eventually forgive him.
Brooke: Thank you. Thank you for being the voice of reason. I'm sorry. I really don't even know why I brought you into this, Eric. [Sighs] Can you forgive me?
Eric: I forgive you. I...I always forgive you. The fact is, if, um -- if things were a little different, I might have considered it.
Brooke: What am I gonna do? I mean, I've always tried to protect my sister, and now for her to be hurt like this, I...
Eric: Can't go on this way.
Brooke: No. No, you're right. I-I can't. [Sighs] I can't. I have to tell Bill the truth. And I have to tell him... tonight.
Rick: You're talking about my dad like he's some kind of weak moron.
Taylor: Rick, that is not what I said. You know how I feel about your father.
Rick: My mom puts on a teddy, so suddenly he's some kind of mindless robot?
Thomas: Come on, that's not what we're trying to say, Rick.
Rick: No, but that's what you're insinuating. I don't like it. My father chose Brooke's bedroom because it's a solid business decision.
Thomas: We'll see what the next sales figures have to say.
Rick: We certainly will.
Taylor: And what we're saying is that Brooke strong-armed Eric into making a rash decision.
Rick: My parents have a history. There's no secret about that. They were happily married for many years. They raised two kids. Does he care about her? Is he loyal to her? You better believe it. Now, he chose to resurrect her line, throw all of his support into it because he's a smart man. Not because he can be manipulated. See, my father is not the kind of man that can be manipulated, not even by my own mother.
Thomas: You still haven't explained why Brooke made this big presentation, in her lingerie, on a bed, vowing to be the centerpiece of the bedroom line -- all this work, the promotion we put behind it -- then out of the blue, she backs off. Why, Rick? You can't explain it, can you?
Katie: I have been wanting to do this with you for so long!
Bill: Yeah, you've only asked me about a thousand times.
Katie: But you always say you don't dance.
Bill: Well, you know... I dance. I don't dance.
Katie: [Laughs] You're willing to do this for me. Aww. Mm.
Katie: Oh. Oh, duty calls.
Bill: I thought we could use a few date nights.
Katie: Look! Oh, look what your daddy got your mommy -- dance classes!
Bill: What did I just say? Can you keep that down? What if somebody overhears?
Katie: Yeah, which one should we learn first? Maybe a rumba or some salsa.
Bill: I'll tell you what we're not going to learn, okay? Swing. I'm not doing any swing dancing. Not happening.
Katie: All right. Fair enough.
Bill: Tango, right? That's a hot dance. Sexy, manly.
Katie: Very manly.
Bill: Right? But you got to do me a favor.
Bill: Can I lead? Do you mind? Will you let me lead?
Katie: It's hard for me to let you lead.
Bill: Can you tell mommy not to step on my toes?
Katie: We got to watch the feet.
Bill: Mommy's a little clumsy, so let's...
Bill: Here we go. Here we go. Now we got to go like that. And I'm gonna do a little of this. And we're gonna spin it and --
Katie: Oh! [Laughs] Hey! You're just in time for a little dance party. Yeah. Come join us. Come join us. Does that taste good?
Bill: She can be our judge. Brooke, you'll be our judge?
Katie: Yeah. [Laughs]
Eric: Need any help with that?
Taylor: Oh! Hi. You startled me. I didn't know you were coming back here tonight.
Eric: I wasn't sure how my evening was gonna end. Hey. I'm glad I caught you.
Taylor: So am I.
Eric: I'm glad to see you.
Taylor: It's good to see you, too, handsome.
Taylor: So, how was your evening?
Eric: Very productive. I made...some good decisions.
Taylor: Good. Good. Thomas and I had a really nice talk over dinner. So, I was just about to head home. Do you have more work to finish?
Eric: Stay with me a bit.
Taylor: Okay. Of course.
Eric: Stay with me forever.
Taylor: I'm counting on that. What is that look in your eye?
Taylor: For what?
Taylor: Well, if you look into my eyes, you'll see the same thing.
Eric: I see. Very clearly now. Very clearly.
Taylor: We are so lucky, Eric.
Eric: Everything before you, I wouldn't trade any of it. With you -- everything with you is effortless. You bring me comfort and joy... passion, energy... that's what you are. That's what we are together.
Taylor: I love you, Eric.
Eric: And I love you.
Katie: Oh, thank you for putting him down.
Brooke: I gave him a hug and kiss, and I changed his diaper, and he went right to sleep.
Katie: Oh, that's why you came by. You needed your baby fix.
Brooke: [Sighs] I really do miss spending time with him.
Katie: Someone has a secret.
Bill: Oh! Come on. Wh-- come on.
Katie: I'm gonna tell her.
Bill: Come on. You swore.
Katie: Mr. Romantic here has decided to take tango lessons with me. I've been bugging him to do this forever, and he finally gave in.
Bill: So much for promises.
Brooke: Sounds great.
Bill: Well, do me a favor. Just keep it to yourself.
Katie: She's not gonna tell anyone. Honey, are you okay? You don't look very good. Bill, why don't you get her some water?
Katie: Honey, what's going on?
Bill: Here you go.
Bill: Take a sip of that. What's going on?
Brooke: I, uh... I...have to...
Katie: You have to what? Brooke. What's g-- you're scaring me. What's going on?
Brooke: I have to --
Bill: Brooke, don't -- don't talk. Just -- just take another sip of water.
Katie: You look really flushed. Do you want me to get you an aspirin or something?
Brooke: No, I -- no. I...
Bill: I think that you should just probably, you know, lie down.
Brooke: I -- there's something that I... I have to tell you.
Katie: What? What's going on? What -- what's wrong?
