Jackie: Tell them to make that a bit shorter, would you? Thank you very much.

Nick: What are you doing here?

Jackie: Well, I'm working.

Nick: You remember your husband's in Hawaii with Bridget and Logan.

Jackie: They landed a few minutes ago. He's meeting me at home as soon as he's dropped them off.

Nick: I understand that this trip you put together was your idea.

Jackie: And a very good one... for everybody.

Owen: Oh, my gosh, Logan, you had such a good time, didn't you, kiddo?

Eric: Good.

Bridget: We all did.

Rick: Hey, sis.

Bridget: Rick, hey.

Rick: You came back.

Bridget: Ohh. Ohh! I missed you.

Rick: I missed you. So, how was it? How were the waves?

Owen: Oh, my God. North shore this time of year--are you kidding me?

Rick: Yeah, it goes off, doesn't it?

Bridget: I know... I got your text.

Brooke: I know.

Bridget: I can't believe Steffy and Liam got married.

Brooke: Did you talk to your sister?

Bridget: No, how is Hope?

Brooke: (Sighs) Not so well. What happened has really affected her, and I'm really worried.

Bridget: (Sighs)

Steffy: It's like everything just feels so different for me today. You know, it's like I'm on such a high.

Taylor: Well, you woke up next to the man you love.

Steffy: Yeah. And I came to work knowing that I have my father's supporting me.  Dad, thank you. I think you know how much it means to me.

Ridge: Steffy, you've always had my support.

Steffy: I know. But you showed up to celebrate my marriage to Liam. I mean, you could have sent flowers and stayed with Brooke. That just meant a lot, and I really appreciate it.

Taylor: We both do.

Ridge: Sweetheart, I hope this marriage is everything that you've ever wished for.

Steffy: It will be, Dad

Taylor: Well, positive things are happening for all of us, and I'm taking a much bigger interest in the success of Forrester Creations these days.

Ridge: And apparently also our head of shipping and receiving.

Taylor: I think things are looking up for everyone.

Steffy: Yeah, I think things are about to turn around for our family. Yeah, I don't want to jinx it or anything, but... I think our luck is finally starting to change.

Eric: Well, let me see. Did you bring me anything? Did you bring me anything at all from Hawaii?

Owen: Why don't you go give it to him? Show him. Go get it.

Eric: Come here. Let me see you. Let me see you. Come here. Come here.

Owen: Okay!

Brooke: (Laughs)

Eric: Hey, that's a boy. Yeah. That's a boy.

Brooke: That's cute.

Eric: A cute face, yeah.

Bridget: Oh, I had no idea how much I needed this vacation.

Owen: Yeah.

Bridget: Between the shifts at the hospital and Logan's playdates, I've just been going nonstop for months.

Eric: Well, you could always come back to, designing.

Bridget: Right  Dad, because that's so laid-back and stress-free.

Brooke: (Laughs)

Rick: Well, our loss is medicine's gain.

Owen: And Logan's.

Bridget: Well, that's true.

Eric: Where's mommy? Where's mommy?

Bridget: You know, we spent-- come here, kiddo, come here. Come here. We spent a week in Hawaii, and not one person asked for our autograph or our picture. I just don't want him growing up in the spotlight like we did.

Rick: Well, where's the fun in that?

Owen: Hey, now we're just keepin' it low-key.

Rick: All right.

Bridget: (Chuckles)

Owen: (Makes silly sounds)

Bridget: Okay. Okay. Go back to your daddy.

Owen: Come on. Daddy--back to daddy.

Bridget: You know, this vacation was just about the three of us...

Owen: Yeah.

Bridget: Our little family.

Nick: So it didn't bother you being separate from Owen?

Jackie: (Scoffs) Hawaii is a very beautiful place, Nicky. I just wanted him to be able to experience it, to share it, with Logan, his son.

Nick: And Bridget.

Jackie: They don't live upstairs anymore, Nicky. It was easier when they were in the same building. Owen got to see Logan all the time.

Nick: He still sees Logan all the time.

Jackie: (Scoffs) Only when Bridget's working, not as a family. And I know that Owen wants that and this trip made it possible.

Nick: Sounds to me like you made it possible.

Jackie: Children-- they change so quickly, don't they? Logan's growing up. I just don't want Owen to miss a minute of it.

Nick: (Imitates buzzer) I don't buy it. I know you. Something's going on, and I want to know what it is.

Eric: All right, here we are.

Rick: Thanks.

Eric: Brooke, are you sure you donít want something?

Brooke: No, I have to go.

Bridget: Already?

Rick: Yeah, are you sure you can't stick around a while, Mom? It's not that often we all get to spend time together.

Eric: Yeah, come on.

Brooke: I know. I wish I could, but I have a meeting at the office. But you're right, Rick. It's so nice to have everybody in the same room all together finally. I'm just so glad you're all back.

Owen: Mm, I'll see you later. Bye.

Brooke: Okay, good to see you.

Owen: You, too.

Brooke: Can you walk me out?

Bridget: Yeah, of course. Sure.

Eric: All right, you didn't get a sunburn, did you?

Brooke: Okay, well... (sighs) it sounds like you had a fabulous trip.

Bridget: Oh, we did. It was great for all of us, but especially Logan.

Brooke: Word of caution-- I know that Owen is Logan's father, but he's still Jackie's husband.

Bridget: I know, Mom. I know. You don't need to remind me of that. Believe me, I know.

Brooke: Okay.

Bridget: I love you.

Brooke: Love you. Bye. (giggles)

Owen: Hey.

Bridget: Oh, hey.

Owen: I gotta get going. Jackie's waiting for me.

Bridget: Oh, um, okay please thank her for me. It was such an incredible trip.

Owen: I know it was. All right, I love you.

Bridget: You, too.

Owen: I'll see you.

Bridget: Oh, and I'll call you about tomorrow. (Laughs)

Nick: So... everything's fine?

Jackie: Don't I seem fine? (Chuckles) I mean, isn't Owen as adoring and--and caring as ever?

Nick: He was, until you sent him off to paradise with someone else.

Jackie: It was a family vacation, and they had a marvelous time.  Owen's a very proud papa, and he should be. Logan's adorable, and he's at that age, darling, where...be (laughs) every day is a revelation.

Nick: Mm-hmm.

Jackie: (Clears throat)

Nick: And you don't want Owen to miss any of that.

Jackie: Not all little boys are lucky enough to have a father in their lives. Logan is. He's... he's very lucky.

Nick: Yes, he is.

Jackie: Oh, um.. (clears throat) I forgot to tell you. I scribbled some quite interesting notes during my last phone call to Bill.

Nick: So let me get this straight-- Owen sends you pictures, and you barely speak to him while he's away?

Jackie: Are you asking me if I missed him?

Nick: Did you?

Jackie: Of course I missed him. But not a schoolgirl, Nicky. I don't need to have my hand in his back pocket to feel connected. I mean, together or not... we've changed each other in profound ways. And the passion-- oh, my God, the passion that I have with him has just eclipsed--

Nick: Okay, okay. All right, all right, all right.

Jackie: Do you want me to answer your question or not?

Nick: I want to know the truth, because something feels very strange here, Mother.

Jackie: I'm fine. I'm fine. Really, you don't need to worry about me. I'm gonna go home now... to my husband. We're going to have an evening together, one that he'll never forget.

Steffy: You know, when it's--it's right, it's right, so we didn't want to wait. So actually, he--proposed, and then we got married.

Taylor: She really is ecstatic.

Ridge: It's so great to see her like this.

Taylor: (Sighs)

Ridge: I'll do anything I can for Hope and Steffy. I love them both, and I realize that Steffy hasn't always felt she had the same degree of support from me.

Steffy: Uh, I do now. I do.

Ridge: Aw.

Brooke: Oh, Steffy. I didn't think you'd be here today.

Steffy: I just, uh, came by to thank my dad for coming to the party. I don't expect you're here to congratulate me.

Brooke: So you're all for this marriage?

Taylor: Why wouldn't I be?

Brooke: You don't have questions? I certainly do. How can a man be engaged to one woman and suddenly be married to another? I have to wonder what really happened in Aspen.

Rick: You, um, you want to explain that?

Bridget: Explain what? We were just saying good-bye.

Rick: No, um, actually, he said he loved you.

Bridget: Oh, come on, Rick. We just spent a week in Hawaii with our son.

Eric: Away from Owen's wife.

Bridget: Nothing happened, if that's what you're insinuating.

Rick: Are you disappointed it didn't?

Bridget: (Scoffs) Rick, please. Look, he's the father of my child. It's not a secret that I have feelings for him.

Eric: Look, uh, Bridget, if you'd rather talk about this with your brother by yourself--

Bridget: No, no, Dad, no. There's really nothing to talk about. Owen and Jackie have a beautiful relationship. I respect their marriage very much. That's--

Rick: Mm-hmm, but, you-- you know, Bridget, y-you can be honest with your family.

Bridget: I'm being as honest as I can. I don't want anyone to get hurt.

Rick: Are you hurt knowing Owen's going home to his wife after the week you just had?

Bridget: God, Rick.

Eric: Honey, no one's gonna judge you.

Rick: Yeah, Owen's a great guy, and he's an amazing father.

Eric: And he obviously cares a great deal for you.

Bridget: (Sighs) I love him, Dad. I love him more than I have any right to.

Taylor: You can ask all the questions you want, but my daughter doesn't have to answer them.

Brooke: How much time have you actually spent together?

Taylor: (Scoffs)

Brooke: Before Liam proposed, he was spending all of his time with Hope, and why wouldn't he? They were engaged.

Steffy: Except they weren't spending any time together. Hope was in Europe focusing on Hope for the Future, and when she got back to L.A., she kept Liam at arm's length, so she didn't have any time for him.

Brooke: Oh, right. That's when you saw your opportunity.

Steffy: Oh, my God.

Ridge: All right, Logan. All right. We're not gonna rehash all this.

Taylor: Liam proposed to Steffy. She accepted.

Brooke: And you don't think Liam was acting impulsively?

Steffy: Oh, so you think I should have made Liam wait like Hope did? No, we didn't want that. So Liam and I, we just did it.

Brooke: Did you two plan the wedding together?

Taylor: (Laughs) Liam knew exactly what he was doing. His behavior may have seemed impulsive, but his decision wasn't.

Steffy: We love each other. And I'm not gonna pretend that I'm not thrilled about being Mrs. Liam Spencer. I am. I'm over the moon, and so is Liam.

Brooke: I'd like to hear that from Liam.

Steffy: Oh, so you want to hold a press conference so he can tell the whole world how he's feeling? Well, no, that's-- that's not gonna happen. Liam wanted out of the spotlight. Our relationship is private, and what we do with our life and in our bedroom is nobody else's business but ours.

Taylor: Steffy and Liam are married now. Hope appears to be accepting it. You need to respect it, too.

Brooke: (Sighs)

Ridge: I'm not discussing this anymore. Liam and Steffy are adults. They decided to get married. No one coerced them. End of story.

Brooke: It's not the end of story.

Steffy: Okay, you know what? I'm out of here, too.

Taylor: (Sighs)

Brooke: Avoiding my questions isn't going to keep me from asking them.

Steffy: I am not avoiding anything.

Taylor: I understand that Hope is hurting, and you want to find somebody to put the blame on.

Brooke: Taylor, this all happened very quickly-- the proposal, the marriage. I don't understand Steffy's reluctance to talk about it.

Steffy: I didn't trick Liam into marrying me. Hope lost.

Taylor: And as Hope's mother, you should be trying to get her to take responsibility or something.

Brooke: And I have. She knows she made a mistake. Ending the engagement was the wrong choice, and now she wants to make the right choice she's going to fight for Liam.

Taylor: That isn't helping.

Brooke: There's more going on here than you realize, Taylor. I haven't gotten to the bottom of it, but I will. The one thing I've learned-- true love can't be conquered by your schemes and manipulations. True love will prevail. It's never too late.

Taylor: (Sighs)

Steffy: Sorry, but, um, Liam loves me. Just give up. This war is over. You know what I think? I think we should have a truce-- you, my mom, Hope, and me.

Taylor: Now I think that is a cause worth fighting for.

Steffy: Mm.

Taylor: I am serious. What do you say?

Eric: You're in love with Owen.

Bridget: (Sighs) I couldn't help it, Dad. I don't know. Maybe it was just the three of us in Hawaii. It--and it was great. We sat on the patio and had breakfast in the mornings and just looked at the ocean. The way that Logan is with Owen-- Dad, it's just--it's so cute. No interruptions all day, nowhere we had to be, no one coming in between us. It just felt good. And I think Owen felt the same way. Oh, my gosh, I need to go check on the baby. And weren't you supposed to go back to the office?

Eric: Yeah, we'll drop it. See you later.

Bridget: I love you, Daddy.

Rick: We just want what's best for you, Budge. We love you, hmm?

Bridget: Oh, I love you, too, Rick.

Rick: All right.

Owen: Candles, flowers, champagne...

Jackie: Welcome back, darling.

Owen: Oh, my God, I missed you.

Jackie: Oh.

Owen: Mm.

Jackie: Not too much, I hope.

Owen: Mm, gosh, I missed this. Mm.

Jackie: (Sighs) We need to toast.

Owen: Hmm? (Chuckles) Oh.

Jackie: (Laughs) We definitely need to toast.

Owen: Okay.

Jackie: To the...

Owen: Oh.

Jackie: Most wonderful man I've ever known.

Owen: To my incredibly amazing wife.

Jackie: Chuckles)

(Glasses clink)

Jackie: So tell me about the trip.

Owen: It was really awesome. Yes. I mean, thank you for doing this for me and my son.

Jackie: And his mom.

Owen: Yeah, I mean, it was all three of us we had a-- we had an incredible time.

Jackie: Yeah. As a family.

Owen: But I'm home now.

Jackie: (Sighs) (Clears throat) Would you tell me all the details? I'm desperate to know.

Owen: Well, I mean, didn't Bridget send you all the photos?

Jackie: Mm, oh, she sent me so many photos. There was Logan wading in the ocean, and then there was Logan on a surfboard. Then there was--

Owen: Oh, my God. That was the most incredible thing. My son and I on a surfboard out on the ocean.

Jackie: (Sighs) What about you and Bridget?

Owen: What about us?

Jackie: Oh, I'm sorry. I'm-I'm so sorry. I-I didn't meant to make you feel uncomfortable.

Owen: No, Jac--Jackie, you're not. You're not at all.

Jackie: No, no, I think I am. I think I actually am a little bit.

Owen: No, listen to me. There isn't anything that I am ashamed of that I want to discuss with you.

Jackie: What? I wasn't implying that. I-I trust you completely. I... okay, we don't need to talk about this, okay? The three of you, you had a wonderful time as a family, and that's all I was hoping for.

Owen: What's going on here? Look at me.  There's something going on in that head of yours, and you're gonna tell me what it is.

Jackie: This is going to be our most beautiful night together, one that will change our lives.
