Taylor: The effect of those berries-- they took me right back to you, Ridge. They took me back to the place where you proposed to me, and there was so much joy.

Ridge: St. Thomas inspired us to create a Thomas of our own, didn't it? I'm so proud of our boy, of the man he's become. You know what? He has a pretty amazing mother, too.

Taylor: I've never stopped loving you, Ridge, as hard as I've tried.

Ridge: I don't really know what I would have done if anything had happened to you.

Taylor: Well, you're here for me now, and I can't tell you how much that means to me.

Stephanie: Why did he bring those berries back?

Whip: (Scoffs) I don't know. He's your grandson, Stephanie. All I know is that his little science experiment nearly killed my wife.

Stephanie: And she was delirious?

Whip: (Scoffs) Yeah, you could call it that. (Sighs) My male ego would like to think that she was actually into me for the first time in a little while.

Stephanie: But that wasn't the situation?

Whip: No. No, I... I don't know who she was. She--those berries did something to her. She was in a-another world, Stephanie. I mean... I've never seen her so... sexually aggressive.

Stephanie: Hmm.

Brooke: (Sighs)

Brooke: (Sighs) (Sighs)

(Monitors beeping)

Ridge: So what else can I do for you?

Taylor: You've already done exactly what you should do-- just coming here and letting me share my feelings with you. That's the best treatment there--there is.

Ridge: Well, we do have an unbreakable bond, don't we, Taylor? Our kids are proof of that.

Whip: I mean, it's just so strange Taylorís a shrink. I mean, she's so--she's so rational. She's so logical, and then she eats these berries, and boom.

(Elevator bell dings)

Whip: She becomes a whole different person.

Steffy: Grandma, I came straight from the airport as soon as heard. How is she?

Whip: It's okay. It's okay.

Stephanie: No, everything's fine. She just had a bad reaction to something she ate.

Steffy: I need to see her.

Stephanie: Okay, well, then come right on in here. She's over there.

(Monitors beeping)

Steffy: Hey, Mom. Mom, are you really okay?

Taylor: Iím fine, Steffy.

Steffy: What--what happened?

Ridge: Your brother brought back a souvenir from the islands.

Stephanie: I still don't understand why you did that.

Thomas: I thought they looked unique, so I planned on having them analyzed when I got home.

Stephanie: Well, your mother took these berries. I guess they're hallucinogenic. Uh, she became violently ill. Tom, of course, had no way of knowing it would induce this sort of a reaction. How could he?

Ridge: Look, now that I know you're feeling better, somebody has to go to the office today. Otherwise, we won't have a Forrester Creations.

Taylor: Thank you so much. Thank you for everything, Ridge.

Ridge: You feel better, okay? Okay.

Steffy: Bye.

Thomas: Mom.

Taylor: Mwah. I love you.

 (Cell phone rings)

Brooke: (Sighs) Thomas, where are you? How's Taylor?

Thomas: Doin' much better. Listen, I got held up here at the hospital, but I'm leaving now, and I'll be there in a minute, okay, Brooke? Meet you at Dad's office as planned. I'll tell you all about it. I'm on my way.

Whip: Well, I'm gonna give you ladies some space ere.

Taylor: You don't have to go, Whip.

Whip: No, that's okay. That's okay. I have a couple of calls I need to make anyway. I'll be back.

Steffy: So Dad was here.

Taylor: Yes.

Steffy: You two seemed pretty cozy when I walked in.

Taylor: Yeah, he wa-- he's just, you know, he's amazing. I was glad he came up here. It was good for me to have him here.

Steffy: You're still in love with him, aren't you?

Taylor: You know, I told him, when I had been hallucinating, how it took me back to the time when he and I were first starting to make our plans together to have a family, to have a future, and I told him it took me back to all those feelings and that I still loved him, and I would always love him. And he... you know, he took my hand, and he held me. And... I just, you know... sometimes I...

(Door opens)

Brooke: Ridge. (Sighs) I thought you were at the hospital.

Ridge: Well, Taylorís in good hands. She's got plenty of people around her.

Brooke: Oh, uh, is she gonna be okay? I mean, I don't really know what happened.

Ridge: Strange story. She apparently at some, uh, some berries that-- that made her sort of trip out. I guess they were hallucinogenic.

Brooke: But she's okay?

Ridge: Yeah, yeah. Thomas brought the berries back from the island. He wanted to have them analyzed. I guess Taylor ate them by mistake.

Brooke: (Sighs) You know, though, Ridge, there's something I have to say. (Sighs) I-I wanted to tell you this, and I was going to Thomas and I ate those berries, too.

Ridge: You and Thomas ate the berries?

Brooke: Yes. (Sighs) We ate the berries. We were desperate. We were starving. We were so thirsty. And Thomas said that they were probably poisonous, but I didn't care. I thought we were gonna die anyway. So I ate them. And they made me feel better, so I convinced Thomas to have some, too, and he did.

Ridge: They made you feel better? How? What happened?

Brooke: We were high, euphoric. It put us in an altered state. Definitely, it was not reality. (Sighs) And...

Ridge: And what? What--what--what else did they make you feel? Was it, uh, did you feel something chemical or... sexual?

Brooke: No. Gosh, no, no. It... it wasn't like that. I mean, there was a closeness, but it was... (Sighs) I-I mean, it was amazing, really. We were in this cave, and there were colors and flowers and waterfalls... (Sighs)

Ridge: Then?

Brooke: And then we blacked out.

Ridge: You blacked out? Did something happen between the two of you before you blacked out?

Brooke: If you're talking about something sexual, no, Ridge. I would never cross the line like that with your son, and you know it. We woke up with our clothes on. (Scoffs) Nothing like that happened.

Ridge: Hmm. You blacked out. How do you know what really happened to you in the cave, though? How can you be sure?

Thomas: Grandma. I-I was just on my way out. Do you mind if we do this later?

Stephanie: No, I want to know exactly what happened with you and Brooke on the island.

Thomas: Grandma, I've told you everything there is to tell.

Stephanie: Well, tell me again. You and Brooke ate the berries, am I right?

Thomas: (Sighs) We were desperate, okay? There was no food or water. Look, we--we found he berries. I thought they might be poisonous, but Brooke ate some, and then I did, too.

Stephanie: So she ate them first, and then she gave them to you?

Thomas: She felt better, and she knew they would make me feel better, too.

Stephanie: And then what? I mean, I saw what happened with your mother.

Thomas: Grandma, what are you getting at?

Stephanie: Is this the whole reason that you've been so close-mouthed about what happened on that island?

Tomas: It was a terrible experience, okay? Look, I don't-- I don't think I'll ever get over it.

Stephanie: Terrible, huh? Having sex with Brooke was terrible?

Steffy: Tell me exactly what Dad said and exactly what you said.

Taylor: (Sniffles) I told him that... that I will always love him and that it may have seemed like I've moved on with my life, but... really I haven't, that my life will never be the same without him. There'll always be something missing.

Steffy: Mom, you bonded with him when you were searching for Thomas. You know, now you want him back. Who could blame you?

Taylor: (Sighs)

Thomas: What are you talking about?

Stephanie: It happened, didn't it?

Thomas: (Sighs) Then you know something I donít.

Stephanie: What I know is that the two of you were drugged. These berries are some form of a hallucinogenic, and apparently an aphrodisiac s well. So you're going to stand there and tell me that there was no kissing and no touching? No, it happened. I can see it. It's written all over your face.

Thomas: Okay, there was a little touching.

Stephanie: And kissing.

Thomas: Not on the li-- we were drugged, delusional, okay? Then we blacked out.

Stephanie: Before or after you had sex?

Thomas: I told you. It didn't happen.

Stephanie: How would you know if you blacked out?

Thomas: Our clothes were on nothing happened. Grandma, I want you to drop this right now.

Stephanie: You know, when you think about it, it's a miracle. Your mother and your father just refused to give up hope, and they actually found you right out there in the middle of that vast pacific. It's a miracle. I've got big plans for you, Tom.

Ridge: Taylor has an erotic fantasy after eating these berries, but you and Thomas turn into a couple of kids just, uh, goofing around in a cave?

Brooke: That's what it was. It was childlike and innocent. We were tripping. That's all.

Ridge: Well, why didn't you tell me about this whole episode with the berries? I feel like we're back to that same old thing where my wife's keeping secrets from me.

Brooke: No, I-I wanted to tell you.

Ridge: You've had plenty of opportunities.

Brooke: Yes, and I was going to tell you, and then we got the call about Taylor.

Ridge: (Sighs)

Ridge: How do I deal with this? Keeping secrets again, even though you told me that you were not gonna do this anymore.

Brooke: I know I should have told you right away. But I would never cross that line with Thomas any more than he would, and I know myself well enough to know that I would never do that.

Ridge: But you never told me about this whole berry experience, even... though you promised not to keep any secrets from me anymore. Logan, we're back to the same old question here. Why didn't you tell me?

Brooke: I was afraid.

Ridge: Afraid of what?

Brooke: Afraid of this, that you would assume the worst.

Ridge: I wouldn't assume anything if you'd just been up front about it.

Brooke: I know. I shouldn't have kept it from you, and I'm sorry. All I can ask is that you forgive me.

Ridge: You were fighting for you life, fighting for survival. You had no idea what effect these berries would have before you ate them, right? Can you assure me that nothing happened? Can you promise me that you didn't cross the line? Because you know that's something I just couldn't accept.

Brooke: I know.

Brooke: (Sighs) Those berries were an aphrodisiac. And we were hallucinating. And there was an intimacy between us that made us uncomfortable. But that was it. We didn't even kiss, Ridge. Nothing like that happened. I swear. Please. Please believe me.

Ridge: I want to believe you. I want to believe you.

Stephanie: You know, I've heard you say over the past few days how happy that you are that your mother and your father really worked together in order to find you.

Thomas: Yeah. I'm lucky to have them.

Stephanie: Yes, you are. But they're lucky to have you. It's all about family-- family and loyalty. Forrester Creations wouldn't be what it is today if we didnít have those two qualities. And you are the heir apparent.

Thomas: Don't let my sister hear you say that.

Stephanie: Oh, she's going to be fine.

Thomas: Okay.

Stephanie: This is just between the two of us. You've proven that you have really good leadership skills. So I'm gonna put my money where my mouth is.

Thomas: How?

Stephanie: I'm gonna change my will. When I die, you're going to come into my 25% of the stock.

Thomas: Seriously?

Stephanie: Seriously. With the 5% that your father has just given you, that gives you 30%.

Thomas: That would make me the largest shareholder.

Stephanie: The largest shareholder and in control.

Thomas: Grandma... (Laughs) That's incredible.

Stephanie: Yes, it is, but, you know, you've proven yourself. I mean, the--the Taboo line is very, very successful, so I think that you've earned this.

Thomas: Oh, Grandma, thank you for your faith in me. I won't let you and the family down.

Stephanie: Oh, I'm counting on that.

Thomas: Gosh, wow, I never expected it I-in a--in a million years. Grandma, I can never repay you.

Stephanie: Oh, yes, you can.

Thomas: All right, t-tell me. I'll do anything.

Stephanie: You and Brooke both ate the berries. Am I right?

Thomas: Yeah.

Stephanie: She can't seem to remember anything. She says that she blacked out. So... I think that you should remind her that the two of you had sex on the island.

Thomas: No, Grandma. I told you we didn't have sex.

Stephanie: No, Tom. You did.
