Thomas: (Moans) (Sighs)
Thomas: Hey, hey. Brooke, it's okay. We made it though the night.
Steffy: How much longer till we land?
Bill: 15 minutes, tops.
Steffy: It feels like we've been in this plane for days.
Ridge: All right, thank you, Mom. (Sighs)
Taylor: How is R.J.?
Ridge: A little confused why he's at mother's, why she's not lettin' him in on any TV or computers. She's handling it.
Taylor: Well, you know it's all over the media by now about the plane going down. You know how the reporters are. They're such vultures.
Ridge: I know, unless it's a rescue with a happy ending.
Man: Excuse me, Mr. Spencer. You wanted me to brief everyone.
Bill: Are we cleared to land?
Man: Nadi International. You can set up a base of operations there, get some hotel rooms.
Ridge: I'm not really interested in any comforts I just want to be as close to the rescue effort as possible.
Bill: Any islands with a landing strip near the crash
Man: One, and it is very tiny-- a few local inhabitants, a dock, not much else.
Bill: All right, well, that's fine. That'll work. Ridge, the plane is fully wired. We can use it as our base of operations.
Ridge: All right. Well, let's do it.
Bill: Have the head of search and rescue meet us when we're on the ground.
Man: Well, everyone should strap in now. It's gonna be a bumpy landing.
Steffy: Thomas is out there somewhere. You know that. And he's alive. Phoebe's watching over him. I can feel it.
Steffy: The pilot said it was gonna be a bumpy landing. He wasn't kidding.
Ridge: I don't see anyone. Where's the head of search and rescue?
Bill: He's on his way.
Ridge: Damn it, Bill, my wife and my son are out there somewhere.
Bill: Yeah, and we're going to find them, but it has to be a coordinated effort, Ridge, it's gonna take a couple of minutes, so just try and take it easy. Katie, finally. I've been trying to reach you.
Katie: Bill, uh, is there any word on Brooke and Thomas?
Bill: We just landed. We should have some more information soon. You got my messages.
Katie: Yeah, about meeting you at the plane.
Bill: I kept calling, Katie, but you never picked up. We had no choice but to take off without you.
Katie: It--it--it's fine. It's totally fine. How are Ridge and Taylor?
Bill: About like you would expect under the circumstances. Listen, I know you want to be here. I'm gonna call Hillary I'll have her charter a plane. You can come with Donna and your father.
Katie: Um, oh, gosh, I don-- uh, you know what? I-I think we should stay with R.J., you know? I-I... (sighs) I think too many people-- it--it's just gonna be-- we're gonna get in the way, and Brooke would want us to stay here with him. He doesn't even know what's going on.
Bill: You want to keep it that way as long as possible.
Katie: Yeah, that's what you're gonna do. We're gonna surround Hope and R.J. with family and love until their mother comes home.
Bill: I'll keep you posted.
Katie: (Sobs) (Voice breaking) Thank you so much for doing this. Thank you so much. I love you. (Sniffles)
Bill: I love you, too, Katie.
Brooke: How long were we asleep?
Thomas: (Sighs) I don't know.
Brooke: I don't even remember drifting off.
Thomas: (Sighs) Yeah, me, either. (Sighs) (coughs)
Brooke: Do you think a rescue boat came when we were sleeping?
Thomas: No. I don't think they're doing much searching at night. (Sighs)
Brooke: I dreamt about Ridge and Hope, R.J., Bridget, and Rick. We were safe.
Brooke: We were a family.
Thomas: Brooke, you're gonna be together again, okay? It's just a matter of time. Right now, I need to get us some food. (Sighs) I was thinkin' some pancakes and a tall glass of O.J. What do you think?
Thomas: Wait, no. No. Sit. You need a rest. I'm an eagle scout, remember? I got it covered.
Hope: Okay, I will. I love you, too. Bye.
Hope: Um, that was Ridge. They're--they're stuck on the plane...
Hope: Still waiting for information from search and rescue.
Donna: Oh, my God. He must be going out of his mind.
Hope: Yeah, he sounded pretty freaked. They all are. I mean-- I mean, Taylor, Steffy--
Katie: Steffy? Steffy's there?
Hope: Yeah. Bill didn't mention it?
Katie: No, but it-- it makes sense. Thomas is her bother, and she's already lost Phoebe. Of course she wants to help out. They can't lose Thomas, too.
Hope: No one is losing anyone, okay? There has been enough loss in this family-- Grandma, Uncle Storm, Phoebe. (Sighs) Mom has always been there for me, always. Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to be just like her-- so smart and--and beautiful and full of life.
Katie: She is full of life, and she adores you just as much as you adore her.
Hope: (Sighs) (Exhales deeply)
(Knock on door)
Hope: (Sighs) (Sobs)
Liam: I spoke to my dad. I know what happened.
Hope: Oh, God. Thank you for coming. I need you here so badly. (Sighs)
Bill: All right, everybody. This is Manasa, the head of rescue operations. Manasa, Ridge Forrester, Taylor, and Steffy.
Ridge: The, uh, rescue effort--where do things stand?
Bill: I assume you're focusing on the area where the plane went down.
Manasa: We were.
Taylor: What do you mean, "were"?
Steffy: You're not giving up.
Manasa: No, but we have expanded the search. Uh, that is why I was delayed. One of the helicopters has just radioed in to tell us they found something.
Ridge: Something or someone?
Taylor: Our son, his wife, and the pilots were--are they--
Manasa: I'm sorry. I wish I could tell you what you want to hear. Unfortunately, I cannot.
Thomas: Brooke? Brooke? Brooke? Brooke.
Brooke: (Sighs) I must have... drifted off again.
Thomas: It's okay. You needed to rest.
Brooke: Any luck out there?
Thomas: I couldn't find a full-service restaurant on entire island.
Brooke: (Scoffs) I guessed that.
Thomas: Good news. All that scouting and survival camping finally paid off. (Sighs)
Brooke: A clam shell?
Thomas: Half of one, anyway. I used it to collect water from the foliage. It took a long time to get that much.
Thomas: We're gonna have to conserve.
Brooke: (Sighs) (Sighs)
Thomas: (Sighs) (Sighs)
Brooke: Thank you.
Thomas: (Sighs) (Groans) (Grunts) I figure I'll shape one of these into a spear... (Sighs) Get some fish. In the meantime, you should look for some fruit and berries.
Thomas: (Sighs) I won't let anything happen to you. We gotta keep each other going until my dad gets here. Okay? I'm not gonna let my dad down now... or you.
Hope: (Sighs) (stammers) This is exactly what I needed.
Liam: If it's okay with you I'd--I would like to be here when they bring your mom and Thomas home.
Hope: Um, you-- you said you talked to your dad. Is there--is there any new information at all?
Liam: Um, well, as far as I know, they're about to talk to the guy who's heading the rescue effort, and, I-I mean, let's just hope he has good news.
Hope: I'm hoping, but, um, I'm really scared.
Liam: Hey, Hope, if there's one thing I know about Ridge and my dad, it's that they don't give up, especially when it comes to family, okay?
Hope: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, okay. Okay. (Sighs) Oh, God, if you stay here, I'm just gonna want to hold you and kiss you and never let you go.
Hope: Can we just... can we just pretend for right now that that's how it could be?
Steffy: But y-you said they found something.
Manasa: Wreckage from the plane. Apparently, when the fuselage split apart upon impact, several of the smaller pieces were swept much farther out into sea.
Taylor: Oh, dear God. Oh, my God. (Sobs)
Manasa: Yeah, our helicopter's scouring that quadrant now along with boats from the Fijian coast guard.
Bill: Any signs of survivors?
Manasa: I'm sorry. No.
Ridge: Look, I appreciate everything you and the others are doing, but this is my son and my wife we're talking about, and I'm gonna be damned if I'm gonna sit on this plane waiting for updates while they're out there somewhere. I want to get out of here and help find them.
Manasa: I shall return for you as soon as the helicopter arrives.
Bill: Thank you.
Taylor: (Sobbing) Oh. (Sobs)
Steffy: What do you think?
Bill: I think your father's going to move heaven and earth to find Brooke and your brother. I'm going to do the same, but he's right-- we've gotta move fast, Steffy.
Thomas: All right. I should get out there and try to find some food. (Clears throat)
Thomas: We could find a source of water so we can survive till they find us.
Brooke: Yeah. (Sighs)
Thomas: There's that smile. Brooke, we're gonna make it. We are.
Liam: Well, pretending never hurt anyone.
Hope: (Sighs) (Sighs) When I'm in your arms like this, I just... I just want to close my eyes and shut out everything that is bad or scary. I just want to feel safe and loved.
Liam: You are.
Hope: I am, if something does happen to my mom--
Liam: It won't.
Hope: Okay. (Sighs) Ever since I found out about their plane going down. I have just been imagining what it'll be like to see her come home, to see her walk through that door. You know, I-I-I can't let my mind go anywhere else.
Liam: It's gonna happen. It's gonna happen, and I'm gonna be here to see it happen if you let me.
Hope: Thank you. Thank you.
Liam: Thank you.
Ridge: Where is the damn helicopter?
Taylor: Ridge, where are you going?
Ridge: I just can't stand around waiting. I can't.
Brooke: (Gasps) (Sighs) (Chuckles) Thomas! (Sighs)
Brooke: Look! Thomas, look! Look what I found. (Laughs) Look. Have you--where--look.
Brooke: What is that? Is that berries? Have you ever seen anything like that? What is-- what is the white stuff?
Thomas: Did you eat any of these, Brooke?
Brooke: (Sighs) W-w-why?
Thomas: We have to be careful. These could be poisonous.
Brooke: (Sighs) But I'm so starving.
Thomas: I know. Me, too. But if we get sick, it could be the end.
Brooke: I've only-- only had a few sips of water and--and not much food at all. I--we haven't had any food, and I-I don't know how--how long I-I can go on like this, Thomas.
Brooke: I'm rot frightened.
Thomas: Brooke, don't freak out, okay? We're gonna survive. They'll get us off the island. This isn't the end, okay? They're gonna find us.
Brooke: Who? What? Were? Has anybody come? Is there any sign? Any sign at all that we're going to be rescued? No.
Thomas: (Coughs) They're coming. Brooke, they're coming, okay?
Brooke: I just--I just want-- I want to see Ridge, and I want to see my little boy. I just want to go home. I just want to go home.
