Steffy: Okay, this needs to go down to alterations. Bring this to Thorne's office A.S.A.P. Oh, and I need the production schedule of the last quarter, all of the numbers.
Madison: Which numbers?
Steffy: Inventory, sales, production. I've been gone for a couple months, so I need updates.
Madison: When do you want these by?
Madison: Before or after the log sheets and contracts?
Steffy: A.S.A.P. Be efficient for everything. Go.
Madison: Yeah. (Sighs) Oh, hi, Brooke.
Brooke: Oh, hello, Madison. Wow. What's she in such a hurry for?
Steffy: She has a lot on her plate, and so do I. What brings you by?
Brooke: There's something we need to discuss.
Steffy: You know what? I am really busy right now, so you're gonna have to make an appointment.
Brooke: I don't make appointments with you, Steffy. This can't wait.
Liam: (Chuckles) Guys, I mean, I-I love all the support, but you guys can't be spending all your time with me. I mean, Dad, you were here before when I came to, and now you're back. I mean...
Bill: You're awake, responding. I wasn't sure it was ever gonna happen. You were out for so long, Son.
Liam: Yeah, well, I'm a tough guy. I'm your kid.
Bill: You're my son.
Liam: You're a busy man. Go back to work.
Katie: Oh, please. Your father is exactly where he wants to be.
Hope: Mm hmm. We all are.
Bill: How are your headaches?
Liam: Uh, Dr. Montgomery gave me something for them, so...
Bill: Are they gone?
Liam: I'm--I'm o--I'm fine.
Bill: Liam, are the headaches gone?
Liam: The medicine's workin', but, you know, it-- it wears off, so...
Bill: I'll talk to Ramón.
Liam: No, I'm good. Dad, I'm good. I'm good.
Katie: Liam, you were in a coma. You almost died.
Hope: Yeah, and the doctor wants to keep you here under observation
Liam: Well, that's not gonna happen. I mean, I gotta go back to the office. I got work to do.
Bill: Oh, you're--you're-- you're not going back to the office. You just get well. You're my only son. We just found each other a few months ago. Because of Amber, you were almost taken away from me it's time for you to recover and to straighten this whole mess out.
Liam: How are you gonna do that?
Amber: (Sighs) Oh, wow.
Amber: (Sighs) (Sighs) Oh, wow. I am livin' in Malibu. (Sighs) I'm havin' my dream come true. And it's all thanks to you, Mr. Dollar Bill Spencer. (Sighs)
Steffy: All right, Brooke. (Sighs) What is it?
Brooke: I realize you're anxious to regain your power here.
Steffy: Well, I am an owner. What I'm anxious to do is make sure this company is sound.
Brooke: The company has been doing quite well.
Steffy: Yeah, so it appears. But, um, I do have my concerns.
Steffy: For instance, you-- your influence around here.
Brooke: Okay, well, actually, that's something I wanted to bring up. Yes, I am very active in this company again, and ever since you left, there have been no issues between Forresters and the Logans.
Steffy: What does that mean? You made peace with my grandmother. Is that what you're talking about?
Brooke: (Sighs) It's more than just peace. Your grandmother and I have an entirely different relationship. Forrester is no longer a battleground, and we would like to keep it that way.
Steffy: Um, "We"?
Brooke: Yes, all of us-- your father, your grandmother, your grandfather, your uncles, your brother. It would be nice if you would join.
Steffy: Look, Brooke, um, I didn't-- I didn't come back here to cause trouble. I came back as an owner of this company that needs my leadership.
Brooke: Well, then be a leader and stop this contentious behavior. Morale is high here, but it could be even higher. Can we count on you for that?
Amber: Now you're officially a Spencer. (Sighs) And we are officially rich. (Sighs)
Liam: Dad, it's my problem, not yours. I mean, let me deal with Amber
Bill: You stay away from Amber. I'll deal with her.
Bill: That's my concern.
Dr. Montgomery: Hey.
Liam: Hey, Dr. Montgomery. Do you, um, do you have my release papers?
Dr. Montgomery: It's a little soon for that, Sport.
Liam: (Chuckles) I'm--no, I'm fine. I'm fine.
Dr. Montgomery: You been out of bed yet?
Hope: Um, just to go to the bathroom, and I walked him over.
Liam: I'm-- Guys, I'm good. Look, I'm good. Let me show you.
Bill: Wait. Wait. Wait.
Liam: Let me show you. Let me show you, okay?
Bill: No, no, no, no, no.
Liam: Hey, hey, hey, watch. Look. See? See? I'm okay, right?
Bill: Ramon. Ramon.
Dr. Montgomery: You're good, huh? You're good?
Liam: I'm--I'm okay.
Dr. Montgomery: You're not so--
Liam: I got a little dizzy there.
Bill: Is this normal?
Dr. Montgomery: Given what he's been through, yeah.
Hope: How long is he gonna be dizzy like this?
Dr. Montgomery: That's hard to say. You know, the symptoms should start to abate in a--in a little while.
Bill: And if they don't?
Dr. Montgomery: If they don't, we'll do another M.R.I. and rule out the possibility that he has pressure on his brain.
Liam: Dad, I'm gonna be fine.
Bill: Of course you are.
Dr. Montgomery: Are you feeling any other symptoms?
Dr. Montgomery: Okay. You let us know right away if that changes. I'll be back shortly.
Liam: Thanks, Doc.
Dr. Montgomery: You got it.
Liam: Hey, Dad, you really... (Chuckles) You really gotta stop worrying, Man.
Bill: It's criminal what she's done to you.
Liam: Well, I'll be back on my feet in no time.
Bill: (Sighs) Listen, uh, I-I'm gonna leave for a little while now. I do not want you getting out of this bed if I'm not here.
Liam: Dad, I'm--I'm not--
Bill: Son, please. Please. I don't want to take any chances, all right?
Katie: Where are you going?
Bill: I'm going to, uh, deal with our situation.
Liam: Are you talkin' about Amber?
Hope: You don't even know where she's staying.
Bill: You guys gonna be here for a while?
Hope: Yeah. I'm not going anywhere.
Bill: Keep an eye on him. Don't let him get out of that bed.
Bill: Son, you rest easy, okay?
Brooke: You can't just ignore me, Steffy.
Steffy: Brooke, you and I will never see eye to eye. Look, you want me to be warm and fuzzy with you, but you know that's not gonna happen.
Brooke: We're going to be working together. I need you to respect me, and I want you to respect my daughter, too.
Steffy: I will respect Hope. It depends on her job performance.
Brooke: Hope for the Future is holding its own.
Steffy: Well, we'll see when the latest numbers come in.
Brooke: Steffy, leave her alone. She's been going through so much.
Steffy: Brooke, I am aware of that, and I've talked to her, and I've given her my advice, but her problems with Liam cannot become an issue.
(Knock on door)
Steffy: Come in.
Oliver: You wanted these?
Steffy: Yeah, thank you.
Oliver: Hey, Mrs. Forrester.
Brooke: Hello, Oliver.
Steffy: Now here is a man, in my opinion, who is far better suited for Hope. Hey, you're still in love with Hope, right?
Dr. Montgomery: Well, it's back to normal. That's good. Where's your father?
Katie: I'm wondering the same thing.
Amber: It's polite to knock, you know.
Bill: I see you've made yourself at home.
Amber: Bill, this place is sick.
Bill: I'm glad you're enjoying it.
Amber: So how do Liam and Katie feel about me being here?
Bill: Actually, um, they don't know.
Steffy: Well, it's true, isn't it, your feelings for Hope?
Oliver: That's kind of personal, Steffy.
Brooke: My daughter's love life is none of your concern.
Oliver: You know, speaking of Hope, has anyone seen her? She missed a photo shoot this morning.
Brooke: She's probably at the hospital with Liam.
Oliver: Oh, how is he? I was thinking about paying him a visit.
Steffy: Well, especially since Hope's there, yeah.
Brooke: He would appreciate that, I'm sure. Maybe you should go right now.
Oliver: Is that okay with you?
Steffy: Well, don't stay too long. I want you at the staff meeting this afternoon, all right?
Oliver: Sounds good.
Oliver: See you there.
Steffy: See, he'd be a much better match for Hope, especially since Liam's about to become a father.
Brooke: Are you justifying making a play on Liam?
Steffy: You know, I'm a little old for boys. (Sighs) Men on the other hand...
Brooke: Who is he, Steffy?
Hope: Aunt Katie, are you okay?
Katie: Yeah. Yeah, I'm just, um, worried about Bill.
Liam: Dad was pretty freaked out.
Katie: No, I've seen him freaked out. This is worse.
Hope: He's really concerned about Liam.
Katie: Yeah. When he came home last night, he--he was a mess. He was up all night long. He was pacing, called the hospital every hour. He... was just so afraid that you were gonna slip back under. Your dad really loves you. You do know that, right?
Oliver: Okay if I come in?
Liam: Uh, yeah, sure.
Hope: Uh, hey, Oliver.
Oliver: Hi. Mrs. Spencer.
Liam: Uh, well, this is a surprise.
Oliver: Here, Man. Something to pass the time.
Liam: What-- for me?
Oliver: Yeah. I got it for Christmas. I got a couple of them, so...
Liam: Oh, Man. Thank you. They--I'm-- it's totally unnecessary. I'm--I'm not going to be here that long, so...
Oliver: How you holdin' up?
Liam: Good, you know, now that I'm back with the living.
Hope: He had us really scared for a while.
Oliver: Well, I'm sure it'll all work out for the best.
Liam: Yeah. I'm--I'm sure it will.
Oliver: Well, I just wanted to stop by, see how you're doing, make sure Hope's okay.
Hope: That's very sweet of you. Thanks.
Oliver: Well, I should run. Liam, you take care. Let me know if you need anything, okay, Buddy?
Liam: Yeah. Yeah. I'll--I'll, uh, I'll hang in there.
Katie: Uh, well, I'm gonna take off, too. So please...
Liam: Thank you so much for coming.
Katie: You're welcome. Mwah. Feel better, okay?
Katie: Bye, Honey.
Hope: Well, that was sweet of Oliver.
Liam: Yeah, sweet, huh? I kinda think he was hovering, you know, waiting for something to go wrong between you and me because of Amber.
Amber: So, uh, how's Liam?
Bill: I'd rather you didn't talk about my son.
Amber: I'm carrying his child, your grandchild. You know, I'm really grateful that you've come to accept that, and maybe someday, Liam will, too.
Bill: I don't think of you as carrying my grandchild.
Amber: Well, however you see it, it's Liam's baby, your grandchild, and, uh, someday very soon, I'll be giving birth to this beautiful baby with two arms and two legs and a heart and a beautiful mind. You know, it's gonna happen before you know it. You've certainly done your part to take care of us.
Bill: I'm doing what I can.
Amber: You know, Bill, this isn't some tragedy that Liam and Hope can't be together. I really hope you're not looking at it that way.
Bill: Maybe they can. Who knows what'll happen? Tragedies happen in life, Amber. Sometimes you just have to deal with them accordingly. Well, why don't we go take a look at the grounds? I am very anxious to show you the view, especially from the lookout. It'll take your breath away.
Amber: (Laughs) Okay.
Brooke: So you met someone over there?
Steffy: No, I-I missed someone when I was there.
Steffy: Don't worry. I'm not after Hope's little boyfriends, all right? She's no longer on my radar.
Brooke: The rest of the family, on the other hand...
Steffy: Well, there's Donna. She managed to, uh, steal a piece of the company from my grandfather-- typical Logan move. Then there's, um... (Chuckles) Katie Logan, former C.E.O. I don't even want to go there. All the humiliation she heaped on my dad and my grandfather? I won't soon forget that.
Hope: Hey. Another headache?
Liam: No, I'm just... thinking about Amber.
Hope: Well, don't. Focus on getting better.
Liam: (Chuckles) Yeah? Then what?
Hope: I don't know. Your dad thinks that somehow this problem is going to go away, but... I mean, I want to believe him, but I think the reality of the situation is that... Amber out there in the world somewhere pregnant with your child. (Sighs) I guess... I guess she's always going to be a part of your life, huh?
Liam: You will always be a part of my life... always.
Amber: (Laughs) This is so exciting. Me livin' at the beach. I gotta work on those tan lines, know what I mean? (Chuckles)
Bill: I promised I'd show you the lookout.
Amber: Oh, yeah. Yeah.
Bill: There it is.
Amber: You know what? Maybe I'll get some coverage down there. Ooh. (Chuckles) Oh, there we go. Got a few bars.
Bill: What are you doing?
Amber: Texting my mom.
Bill: Well, no, you don't want to do that right now, Amber. Look around. Appreciate where you are.
Amber: (Sighs) Wow, this is so cool. Oh, I don't know. I don't know, Bill. It's--it's making me a little queasy. The--the heights, they just-- they--they really freak me out.
Bill: Well, just, uh, take a deep breath and focus on Catalina.
Amber: Can you really see it out here?
Bill: Look closer. Right there on the horizon, Amber.
Amber: Hmm. Wait a second. Are you sure you're talking about Catal-- are you sure you're not talking about Palos Verdes, you know, down there? 'Cause I've been to Palos Verdes before, you know, on the coast.
Bill: I'm not talking about Palos Verdes. Catalina's to the right, Amber.
Amber: You know, I always really liked Palos Verdes. I did. I always wanted to live down there in one of those big, beautiful houses, but this is, like, way totally better. (Laughs) Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh, I think I see it. I see it right there. (Laughs) Wow! It's totally freakin' me out. (Laughs) This view is to die for. (Echoing) Die for... die for... die for...
