Stephanie: Pam!

Pam: I said no. Stephen is not leaving. You are.

Hope: Hey, you.

Oliver: Hey.

Hope: What's up?

Oliver: Daddy Yankee sent me a rough cut of his new video. He wants me to help edit.

Hope: Really? That's awesome. Put it in. I want to see it.

Oliver: Not now.

Hope: Why? What's wrong?

Oliver: Nothing. I'm just not in the mood.

Hope: Come on. I want to see it.

Oliver: Maybe later.

Hope: Okay. Something is obviously bothering you.

Oliver: Look, I know it was a special night for you, but I just don't feel like looking at it right now, okay?

Brooke: Ridge?

Ridge: Give me a second.

Brooke: Guess what I have.

Brooke: Masks from the graduation party. Why don't you put one on, and we can act out a fantasy or two?

Ridge: What? What--what's that?

Brooke: These. We get to keep them. And who knows when we might want to use them again?

Ridge: Yeah, those are kind of creepy, aren't they?

Brooke: (Sighs) Yeah, I guess they are kinda creepy. But they're also very exciting and very sexy. That was pretty risky, you know, right there where anybody could just walk right by.

Ridge: Logan, what in the world are you talking about?

Brooke: (Chuckles) You're not paying any attention to me, are you? That must be some important design you're working on.

Ridge: Okay, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Hey. I'm all yours.

Brooke: Mm.

Ridge: Okay, what's all this talk about masks and parties and people walking by?

Brooke: No more talk.

Brooke: Just... put one of these on, and lock the door. Mm, on second thought, don't lock the door. I like the idea of maybe being caught just like before. (Sighs) Do you have that CD?

Ridge: What CD?

Brooke: I want to hear "Pose." Mm. Come on, Ridge. I want to dance with you.

Ridge: Oh, Logan.

Brooke: Mm, come on.

Ridge: You're gonna make me forget what I was doing here.

Brooke: (Giggles)

Ridge: (Chuckles)

Brooke: Oh, Ridge, come on.

Ridge: Just give me five minutes. Five minutes. That's all I need.

Brooke: Okay, five minutes. (Chuckles) No matter how long we've been together, we still don't let things get routine between us, do we?

Ridge: No, we don’t.

Brooke: (Giggles) And I think it's good that, you know, we slip away now and then, even at parties. It's something that keeps you young. Right? Oh, Ridge. Mwah. You make me feel like we're kids again. (Giggles) (Sighs)

Hope: All right, I'm sorry I asked.

Oliver: Hope, wait. Wait, wait, wait. I didn't mean to sound... I'm sorry.

Hope: Is it something I did? Did I do something wrong?

Oliver: No, no. God, no. It's not you. I-I just... (Sighs) y-you're the best. You're the sweetest, most excellent thing in my life.

Hope: Well, duh. I know that. (Chuckles) So basically you're just, what, in a funk today, and it has nothing to do with how wonderful and awesome and perfect I am?

Oliver: Exactly.

Hope: Got it. I guess I'll allow that.

Oliver: I just never want to let you down, you know? I don't want to bring tears to those beautiful eyes.

Hope: Oliver, you won’t.

Stephanie: When you didn't introduce him to me, I should have known that something was off.

Stephen: She asked you to leave.

Pam: Wait a minute. "Off"? What is that supposed to mean?

Stephanie: I should have insisted on meeting him right away.

Pam: Yeah, well, I wouldn't have let you, Stephanie. Stephen said you were gonna react like this.

Stephanie: Of course he did. Pam, he's using you.

Stephen: Oh, I see. No man could possibly be interested in her. Is that what you're saying?

Stephanie: Don't twist my words.

Stephen: Oh, this must scare the hell out of you, Stephanie-- Pamela having a life of her own, not subject to your beck and call.

Stephanie: He's taking advantage of you.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephen: You see? She's the only one who gets happily ever after. You and aren't allowed.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephanie: Pam, this is a sick joke.

Pam: Please, Steph, don't say that.

Stephanie: Trust me. It is.

Pam: Look, maybe I shouldn't have kept it a secret from you. I mean, maybe it's better that you know now so you can see for yourself how happy he makes me. Look, he's changed me, Steph, for the better. I-I feel like a whole new woman. He's even made me realize that I don't really need my--

Stephen: No, no, she'll never understand. Never. No matter how happy we are.

Stephanie: Pam, I want to talk to you alone. Will you please leave?

Stephen: Pamela, if you want some time with Stephanie, I can go to my room.

Stephanie: Your what?

Stephen: I live here now.

Stephanie: [Sighs] Ugh.

Hope: I know what will put you in a good mood.

Oliver: You do?

Hope: Mm-hmm. You remember what I said?

Oliver: What's that?

Hope: That someday-- very soon, might I add-- I will come up to you and whisper in your ear that I'm ready?

Brooke: I'm ready.

Hope: If the anticipation of that doesn't put a smile on your face, I don't know what will.

Oliver: You're right. Definitely improving my mood.

Hope: Mm-hmm. And I mean it. I'm getting very close. I'll be ready soon, and I just love you so much, you know? I know this is right.

Oliver: Me, too.

Hope: But it's my first time, and so I just want it to be perfect, you know?

Oliver: Yeah, me, too.

Hope: Good. So you're really not working on that video today?

Oliver: Nah, maybe tomorrow.

Hope: Hmm. Good. Then you won't mind if I take it. I am dying to see this, and I'm sure my mom is, too. I know she had just as much fun as I did at that party. I'll see you later.

Stephanie: Pack your things.

Stephen: I'm not going anywhere.

Stephanie: Pack your things, and leave her alone.

Stephen: Pamela's the only one that can ask that of me.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephen: Pam, if you want me to go, I will. But we both know that Stephanie will continue to bark orders at you until you finally weaken and end up doing exactly what she wants, and I would hate to put you through that. I like what we've started here. It feels right.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephen: But if you think that Stephanie will be too hard on you, then--

Pam: I don't want you to leave. See, Steph, we got to talking...

Stephanie: He hates you.

Pam: And one thing led to another and--

Stephanie: He hates you. He hates you almost as much as he hates me. The other night at the Insomnia-- those terrible things that he said to you at the table?

Pam: Yeah, but--

Stephen: I lashed out at you, and I had a perfect right to.

Stephanie: Right, yeah. Oh, please.

Stephen: Pamela understands how I feel about what you've done to my family...

Stephanie: (Sighs)

Stephen: And about what-- what both of you have done over the years.

Stephanie: And all of a sudden, now I'm supposed to believe that you have real feelings for my sister?

Stephen: Yes, because now I know why she did it...

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephen: And what she sacrificed because of you. Your daddy beat you up, so you allow her to feel guilty about it?

Pam: Stephen, I don't think that you should bring that up. Stephen.

Stephen: And then you get yourself pregnant when you find somebody dumb and gullible enough to take you away from Chicago, so off you go to California and forget you even had a sister. Oh, but Pamela’s still there, Stephanie, trapped with your mother, and feeling guilty about what happened to you. You made her feel this way. You made her feel like her life wasn't worth anything.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephen: So don't you dare talk to me about my feelings, because now I know who she is. She's another one of your victims. She doesn't have to be a victim. Not much longer. Because I'm standing with her. She is becoming her own person now, Stephanie, somebody who's not controlled by you, not anymore.

Brooke: (Humming) (Giggles) (Sighs)

Ridge: Pose, pose, huh?

Brooke: Yeah. Oh, my gosh. I can't get it out of my head. And I'll bet you can't either because of what happened the other night. Hmm?

Ridge: Were we at two different parties?

Brooke: Okay. (Sighs) I think my husband's embarrassed.

Ridge: Oh, now I'm embarrassed. Mm.

Brooke: Yeah. You don't want to admit that we were fooling around because we were supposed to be responsible adults.

Ridge: Mm-hmm.

Brooke: But, you know, that's okay. It's really kind of cute that you don't want to acknowledge it.

Ridge: My love, I don't know what you're talking about, but you have an imagination. I'll give you that.

Brooke: Ridge?

Ridge: Yes, my imaginative one? You have some other fantasy you've dreamt up for us now?

Brooke: Do you really not know what I'm talking about?

Ridge: Sweetheart, I don't know what you're talking about half the time anyway, but you're so darn cute when you do it, it doesn't really matter. Don't tell anybody I said that. It's a secret that all husbands share.

(Door opens)

Hope: Hello? Oh, good. You're both here.

Ridge: Hey. Hey.

Hope: I have footage from the party.

Ridge: Oh, cool.

Hope: Mm-hmm.

Ridge: Let's put it in and look at it.

Hope: Mom, you want to see this? It's--it looks so good. You won't believe everything that happened.

Pam: I-It's not really like that, Stephen. I don't blame Stephanie for any of the choices that I made in my life.

Stephanie: But that's what he's trying to get you to do. He's trying to turn you against me, honey.

Stephen: Oh, for Pete's-- you are not the center of the universe, Stephanie. I am not interested in her because of you. Yes, you are her sister, and, yes, that is the only way I used to see her, sort of like she was your cruel sidekick. But that's before I knew the truth, before I knew your history and how you used and manipulated her.

Stephanie: Oh, this is so ridiculous. My God, honey, he's just conning you.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephanie: You can't believe one word out of his mouth. Do you under-- Pam, he blames me for his wife's death. He wants to get back at me, and he's going to use you to do that.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephanie: He's using you, honey.

Pam: (Sighs) Is she right, Stephen? Are you using me? Is this about revenge? (Sighs)

(Daddy Yankee music playing)

Ridge: Didn't that kid just spill a drink? Do not show this to my mother.

Hope: I know, right? Never. I promise.

(Daddy Yankee’s "Pose" playing)

Ridge: Hey, he's starting up with your song--your favorite. Pose, pose, pose.

Hope: Oh, look. Look. There's me.

Ridge: That's not you.

Hope: Yes, it is. That's weird, though--"Pose." I-I don't remember them playing that song.

Ridge: No, this had to be when I was outside talking with the security guard.

Hope: Why? Was something wrong?

Ridge: No, no. I was just, uh, running late. I was just arriving back. I got caught up at work.

Brooke: Ridge, honey, you were there for "Pose." Don't you remember?

Ridge: No, Logan, actually I wasn't there.

Hope: Well, I mean, it got kind of wild and confusing at times. I mean, even Oliver had to take a break at one point. It was weird. Like he, um, like he couldn't catch his breath or something.

Ridge: He was okay, though, right?

Hope: Oh, yeah. Yeah, he just needed water.

Hope: It's funny how Oliver and I were wearing the same jackets that night.

Brooke: (Thinking) No! It couldn't have been. Oliver?

Daddy Yankee: Pose, pose/ pose, pose, pose/ pose, pose, pose…

(Daddy Yankee’s "Que Tengo que Hacer" playing)

Brooke: (Thinking) It doesn't make sense. Why would Oliver be dancing with me? Oh, the necklace. Hope's necklace!

Marcus: Hey, Brooke.

Brooke: Oh.

Marcus: Hey, hang on. Have you seen Hope? I got her necklace.

Brooke: Oh, uh, yeah, you know, she's around here somewhere, but it--it's really hard to tell with all these masks.

Marcus: Yeah.

Brooke: Why don't you just let me take it, and I'll give it to her when I see her?

Marcus: Okay, but be real careful with it, okay?

Brooke: (Laughs) Of course. This is very special to Hope. It's a gift from Oliver.

(Thinking) I was wearing her necklace, and he was wearing Ridge's jacket. I thought he was Ridge. He must have thought I was Hope. (Sighs)

Hope: Mom, are you okay?

Brooke: Oh. Oh, God, honey. I'm sorry. I just-- I-I need to get some air. (Sighs) Oh, God. Oh... (Sighs) (Gasps) (Sighs) Oh, my God. Oh, no.

Stephen: Stephanie has every right to be skeptical because things happened so quickly between us. I know that. But I want this to happen, Pamela.

Pam: So do I, Stephen. It's just that... (Sighs) I-I-I'm getting all confused now.

Stephen: No, she has no idea what you mean to me.

Pam: But, Stephen, if there is something else going on, you have to--

Stephanie: Pam, there is something else going on. Honey, you don't really believe that just a few days with you is going to wash away all the anger that this man has inside of him.

Stephen: Anger at you.

Stephanie: (Sighs)

Stephen: Anger about what you have done to my family. I thought that Pamela was mixed up in all of that, that she was as cruel and as heartless as you, but I was wrong.

Stephanie: Do you understand what he's saying? That somehow, I have victimized you, and that--that has somehow made you attractive to him. Honey, if that isn't manipulation, then this guy is certifiably insane.

Stephen: Pamela, listen to me. Listen to me. Listen.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephen: That is not what made me attracted to you, but that is what opened my eyes to who you really are. Pamela, what attracts me to you is you.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephen: It's your sense of humor. I-It's that smile.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephen: And it's your-- your innocent ways. And, quite honestly, those wonderful things that you bake.

Pam: (Laughs)

Stephanie: Oh, sweet-- now he's in love with you because of the lemon bars?

Pam: No, Steph, he really does love my lemon bars. It's true, and--

Stephanie: This is such blatant manipulation. Why can't you see it? Honey, if he's not going to leave, then I'm going to take you with me. I'm not gonna let him use you and hurt you.

Stephen: Pamela, she used to get to me that way. She used to get to me that way. But no more.

Pam: (Sighs)

Stephen: This is your chance.

Pam: (Sniffles) I'm not leaving, Steph. I'm staying. And Stephen is staying with me.

Stephanie: Don't you defy me on this! I know better than you do. You don't know anything about life or men! Tell him to get the hell out of here!

Pam: (Sobs)

Stephanie: Tell him to leave!

Pam: No, Steph, you're the one that's gotta leave. Please, step just go. Please, go.

Stephanie: You son of a bitch. You son of a bitch. I know you're gonna use her, and you're gonna hurt her. I'm gonna figure out how you're gonna do it and what you're gonna do, and when I do, so help me, I'm gonna nail you to a cross.

Pam: (Sobbing)

Stephen: Shh. Shh.

Brooke: (Sobs) Oh, my God.

Daddy Yankee: Pose/ pose, pose/ pose, pose, pose…

Brooke: It wasn’t... it wasn't Ridge. No, it wasn't-- Oh, God. (Sighs) No. No, not again. (Sobs) It was Oliver. Oh, God.

Oliver: Mrs. Forrester?
