Bill: Beth would never want to see her daughter mistreated the way your husband's mistreated you. Let Eric have Stephanie. They deserve each other. And you deserve something, too, Donna... a generous settlement, one that could include part ownership in Forrester Creations, and should.

Stephanie: You're not blaming yourself, are you? It was Donnaís decision to leave.

Eric: It's just that I've... thank you. I've just handled everything so badly. I've hurt you. I've--I've hurt Donna. None of this is fair, not to either one of you.

Oliver: Uh... what--what part of "I'm taken" don't you get?

Aggie: Whoa, what?

Oliver: (Laughs)

Aggie: Who's the girl, and why haven't you told me about her?

Oliver: Told you about who?

Aggie: Wait, I thought you were dating Hope Logan. Is there somebody else?

Oliver: No. I mean, there's this other girl, but... you saw her at the wedding.

Aggie: Oh.

Oliver: Never mind. What--what's up with you?

Aggie: Oh, everything's good, you know? Every day, a little bit better. That includes Nick and Bridget, too.

Jackie: Nicky, will you please talk to your beautiful wife? If anybody can get her to reconsider, it is--

Nick: Mother, will you just-- just drop it. It's not gonna happen.

Jackie: I mean, you were all for Bridget being the spokes model for our new lingerie line. It was your idea for heaven's sake.

Nick: Mother, Bridget doesn't feel comfortable. She doesn't think she's gonna be taken seriously as a designer if she's also modeling. Besides, Ursula's ready to jump into spokesperson, right?

Ursula: Absolutely.

Nick: There, you see? No big deal.

Jackie: Mm-hmm. There's more to this story. What's going on, Nicky?

Aggie: What happened between Owen and Bridget never should have happened. And that's why I'm keeping a really close eye on them to see if, you know, maybe it ever happened before, if it wasn't just the one time.

Oliver: And...

Aggie: I don't think that they'll ever cross that line again.

Oliver: So you feel like Bridgetís love for her husband is real?

Aggie: Oh, yeah, I do. I just--I think that, you know, she was in so much grief after she lost the baby that it allowed her to do something that she never would have done ordinarily. Not that I'm condoning it. What Bridget and Owen did was wrong. And if I didn't think she deeply regretted it...

Oliver: Now you do?

Aggie: I do. I'm not gonna say anything to Nick.

Oliver: You still like him though, right?

Aggie: I do. Come on, Oliver. I'm always gonna like him, you know? He saved my life in ways that he doesn't even know. But I-I meant what I said. I'm not sitting around pining for some other woman's husband. And I'm not hoping that something bad happens to that marriage. That's not what I want my life to be about.

Oliver: That's great.

Aggie: And as for Owen and Bridget, no one ever has to know.

Jackie: That is the only reason you don't want to be the spokes model?

Nick: So drop it, okay? My wife's a little camera shy in her undies, unlike you.

Bridget: (Sighs)

Jackie: Oh. There's no such thing as a shy cougar.

Nick: (Sighs) Well, not in this neck of the jungle. Now back to work.

Jackie: (Scoffs)

Stephanie: Marriages fail all the time, not necessarily because it's anyone's fault.

Eric: Yeah.

Stephanie: Although, sometimes the other person would like to make you think it is.

Eric: Stephanie, Donna just lost her mother. She's--she's in pain.

Stephanie: So what are you gonna do?

Eric: I don't know. The only thing I'm really sure of is that, uh, having you out there in the guesthouse while I'm still married to Donna is not a good thing.

Stephanie: You think she's gonna change her mind and come back? Okay. Look, you have to know exactly where you stand with Donna before you can move on with the rest of your life. I'm gonna finish packing, and I'm going to leave today.

Donna: Bill, I really appreciate everything you've done, looking out for me. But all this--this talk about suing Eric... when I agreed to that earlier, I was upset, okay? But now I'm--I-I can't do that.

Bill: You realize you're not that kind of person.

Donna: I'm glad you understand and--

Bill: Only I don't understand, and I don't think you do, either, which is why I intend to make sure that you don't go soft on Eric for your own good, Donna.

Donna: (Sighs)

Bridget: Hey, you. What are you doing standing all the way over here?

Aggie: I'm sorry. I didn't want to interrupt.

Bridget: You're not interrupting. We're just looking at a few new pieces for the lingerie line. I'd love your opinion.

Aggie: You want my opinion?

Bridget: Yeah, of course. But before we do that, I... I just want to say that I'm sorry one more time.

Aggie: For what?

Bridget: You know, I was really harsh. We were all going through a really terrible time, and I managed to make the situation worse.

Aggie: Hey, stop it, okay? That's behind us. We're fine.

Bridget: Okay.

Aggie: I'm sorry about your grandmother. How's your family doing?

Bridget: Oh, thanks. It's hard, you know?

Aggie: Yeah.

Bridget: We're trying to be there for each other and--and just get through it. Well, so--I-- what do you think?

Aggie: Your designs are sensational, and I think that you're the perfect person to be the spokes model.

Jackie: Well, that's exactly what I said, but Bridget and Nicky are adamant it's not gonna happen, at least not now.

Pam: Where's Eric?

Stephanie: Oh, he's gone to see Donna. He asked me to leave. I-I think he's gonna try and salvage the marriage.

Donna: (Sighs)

(Knock on door)

Bill: What are you doing here?

Eric: I want to see my wife.

Bill: Well, your wife doesn't want to see you.

Donna: Bill, it's--it's okay. It's okay.

Bill: I'll be on the deck if you need me.

Donna: Okay. (Sighs) Eric...

Eric: (Sighs)

Donna: What are you doing here? I thought we already said our good-byes.

Eric: No, you-- you said good-bye. I had no intention of it ending like that. I asked Stephanie to leave. I can't let you walk out of my life, and I won't let you walk out of our marriage.

Jackie: Thank you very much, girls.

Nick: Thank you, girls.

Jackie: Yep, thank you. You were lovely.

Bridget: Thanks. You looked good.

Jackie: Okay, Karen?

Karen: Yes?

Jackie: Would you just make sure that the sewers get all of the changes?

Karen: I will. Okay.

Jackie: Thank you.

Aggie: Mm, I thought it was all settled.

Jackie: Ah, my son and his wife have had second thoughts.

Bridget: (Scoffs)

Aggie: But, Bridget, you're the obvious person for spokes model.

Jackie: (Scoffs)

Bridget: You know, I just didn't have it in me. I just don't have it in me right now. Nick understands that. You know what? I'm gonna head home. I'm not feeling so well.

Nick: Okay.

Bridget: Bye. Love you.

Nick: Bye.

Bridget: (Sighs)

Pam: And you're okay with this? You--you can't be okay with this.

Stephanie: Pammy, Pammy, I-I-I think he's finished with the marriage, but for some reason, he just can't seem to accept that yet.

Pam: (Sighs)

Justin: It's all there, just as you directed. Donna around?

Bill: Inside...

Justin: (Sighs)

Bill: With Eric.

Justin: Eric? I thought you said that--

Bill: Relax. You'll get another shot with Donna. That's what you want, right?

Justin: What about what you want?

Bill: Eric used Donna, and she deserves compensation for all the years she wasted devoting herself to him.

Justin: Compensation, as in part ownership of Forrester Creations?

Bill: And I intend to make sure she gets it.

Justin: And for yourself?

Bill: Well, once she has partial ownership, I will make her a very generous offer. I vowed when I gave up Forrester Creations that I would get it back, and I will with Donnaís help.

Justin: Unless Eric gets to her first.

Donna: You know why I left.

Eric: You left because you believe I would rather be with Stephanie than with you.

Donna: Eric, your lives are--are so intertwined. (Sighs) And as much as I love you, and I do, I will never be what Stephanie was and... and still is to you.

Eric: (Stammers) Why? Why would you think that I would want you to be? That's not the woman I fell in love with. That's not the woman who brought spontaneity back into my life. You gave me new confidence in myself as a man, as a designer, as a lover. That's you, Donna. There's no denying that I brought pain to your life, and I'm sorry. I'm sorry for those things that I've done to you, but I promise you I'll make up for it if you'd just give me a chance.

Donna: (Sighs) Eric... I've never known happiness like I've known with you, and I'll never, never know it again. But... (Sighs) there--there are things we can't get past that you're-- your family. Your family will always be there, and they want you to have a life with Stephanie again. And... I know you don't want to disappoint them.

Eric: No, the-- the only person I'm worried about disappointing right now is--is you.

Donna: (Sighs) And I believe you when you say that. That's why you asked Stephanie to leave, but... I can't go back. My mother is gone. She's gone, and Stephanie is responsible in my eyes, and not yours. And that--that to me is an obstacle that we cannot overcome.

Eric: But it's not an insurmountable obstacle. It's not.

Donna: (Sighs)

Eric: We can get past that. We can get past it if we do it together. Together-- we'll fight it together.

Donna: (Sighs)

Eric: Now I believe we can do that, and I know you do, too. You listen to me. We can repair the damage. We can... but not if we're apart. I want you to come home. Donna, I want you to come home to me. Come home to us. I'll be waiting.

Pam: Eric... (door closes)

Pam: You are making a huge mistake asking Stephanie to leave.

Eric: Pam, for God sake, not now.

Pam: No, please. You got to listen to me. Instead of sending her away, you should be asking her to come home permanently. Everybody knows that you're going through a lot right now. But you've got to make a decision. Reunite your family. Show everybody that leadership we all know you've got inside there. And that includes the fashion world, 'cause believe me, they're watching, Eric. They are watching and waiting for Forrester Creations to return to its glory days.

Eric: Pam, that's going to happen anyway, regardless of my personal life.

Pam: Yeah, but I am talking about you and Stephanie. Everyone out there is dying to know whether you two are going to be man and wife again.

Eric: Why would anybody speculate about that? For God sake, I'm married to Donna.

Pam: Well, it might just have something to do with, uh, that. Look what I found on the internet.

Eric: What? How did this get online?

Pam: (Sighs)

Eric: Jarrett's photographer must have sneaked back in after the tribute, and that's when he got this photo and then he-- and then he posts it?!

Pam: Yeah. Now it's out there for the whole world to see.

Eric: (Sighs) Yeah, including Donna. Oh, my God. What this could do to her-- I thought I made some progress with her today, but when she sees this...

Bill: Eric got to you.

Donna: He loves me, Bill.

Bill: The question is, Donna, does he love Stephanie more? I'm not saying that to hurt you. I just think it's important that you realize that there cannot be--

Donna: Be three people in a marriage. I-I-I know this. He--he has to make a choice.

Bill: No, no, more than a choice. He has to make a commitment, fully and finally, to you. He has to tell Stephanie to stay the hell out of your relationship. He has to tell his grown children that Mommy and Daddy will not be reuniting. He has to put you and your relationship above anything and anyone else. Now I know you believe that Eric was "Mr. Right." And maybe he is. But talk's cheap, Donna. It's about actions. And Ericís actions... (sighs) You're gonna go back to him, aren't you, even with Stephanie living right across the courtyard?

Donna: (Sighs) He asked her to leave, and-- and not-- not just as a gesture to me, but to show me that things-- things could be different. Look, I'm not so naive to think that Stephanie and the children are gonna just disappear, but... (Sighs) after what he said today, I realized that I don't have to feel threatened. I bring something to Ericís life that-- that nobody else does. I make him feel alive, Bill. I-I make him feel young at heart. Itís... (sighs) Stephanie is a lot of things, a lot of things, but she will never be his lover. She will never fulfill him that way.

Bill: I wouldn't be so sure about that. This was taken right after Stephanieís tribute to Eric-- a tribute in which there was not so much as a mention of you. Now Eric may say that he wants you and your marriage. And he may tell you you're the only woman for him, but that picture tells a very different story, Donna, and I want you to take a good, hard look at it. That's Eric, your husband, kissing his ex-wife while he was married to you. You have to face the facts, sweetheart. Stephanie is always going to be a part of Ericís life. And I don't know how you can accept that in any way after what she has done to your mother. She has terrorized your family for years. It was just a matter of time before something like this happened. Now nothing can bring your mother back, and nothing compares to the loss. All we can do to avenge your mother's death is to hit Eric and Stephanie where it hurts the most. Just face the facts and go after it... legally, because you are legally entitled to a significant share of Forrester Creations. Take it. Do it for your mother. Make them pay for what Stephanie has done.

Donna: Bill... I-I donít... I don't know if I can.

Bill: I'm here, Donna, and I'll help you. We'll do it together.

Donna: (Sighs) (Sighs) (Sobs)
