Ridge: Oh, Logan, I wasn't sure if it would work. I thought maybe I'd lost you forever.
Brooke: I looked out the window of that plane, and I saw what you had done for me-- a heart in the sand. I asked you for a symbol, a sign that you needed me to come back to you. (Sighs)
Ridge: Oh, Logan, I almost left before I saw you drive up. You have no idea what that did for me.
Ridge: I am never letting you go again. Never, ever.
Whip: The press release looks good. Make sure it gets out A.S.A.P. Thanks. Steffy, what are you doing here?
Steffy: I'm looking for my grandma.
Whip: Oh. She's, uh, she's out of the building.
Steffy: Well, then, I guess you'll have to do.
Whip: Oh. What can I do for you? As long as you're not gonna trash-talk about how Forrester beat us in the fashion challenge.
Steffy: Oh, yeah. You mean the one that we, uh, killed you guys? That one?
Whip: Ah, here it comes.
Steffy: No, no. I am not here to talk about how our Royalty collection beat out your Indulge line.
Steffy: I'm not--not here to talk about how amazing the press has been or--or how great the sales have been, but I have-- I am not here to talk about that now.
Whip: Oh, good. I'm glad, because, you know, the torture is really so good for me.
Steffy: Yeah, I guess it's kind of humiliating, isn't it?
Whip: Is there a reason you came?
Steffy: So, um, how's Jackie and Owen?
Whip: You came here to gossip with your grandmother about the two of them?
Steffy: No, it's not gossip. The whole world knows that Owen's twin said all those horrible things about Jackie in that interview, and then, of course, their marriage went south.
Whip: Mm-hmm. Well, you seem to have all of your information. What more can Stephanie provide?
Steffy: I just, um, I wanted her to deliver a message to you.
Whip: Well, I'm right here. You can deliver it yourself.
Steffy: Okay. I know how you feel about Jackie. But she is still married to Owen, so I hope you have the decency to leave her alone while she works on her marital problems.
Owen: So do you mean it? You still want me back?
Jackie: I can't live without you, Owen. I just canít.
Owen: Mm. My God, this is a great day.
Owen: This ranks right there with the day that I married you.
Stephanie: Oh, hi.
Taylor: Thank you.
Stephanie: May we have some sparkling water when you have a chance?
Taylor: I, uh, I was just finishing up with a patient when I got your message. Um, everything okay?
Taylor: Okay. I see you're having a little champagne there.
Stephanie: Yes. You just missed Thorne. We had a little celebration-- at least, I did.
Taylor: What were we celebrating?
Stephanie: Paris. Brooke's going to Paris.
Taylor: Oh, yes. Yes. I heard out that. She's taking care of her mother.
Stephanie: Yeah. My heart goes out to Beth and that family. And I have to admit, I do admire the fact that Brookeís going over to take care of her.
Taylor: I don't know. I have this feeling that you admire her more for leaving town.
Stephanie: (Laughs) Be that as it may, it's still the right thing to do.
Taylor: Well, she can be gone, but until I know that Ridge is over her emotionally, I will hold off on the celebrating.
(Cell phone rings)
Taylor: Shoot. Hold on. It's Ridge.
Stephanie: Oh. Mm-hmm.
Ridge: Hey, where are you?
Taylor: Well, I am sitting right here in front of your mother. We're at Il Giardino's having lunch, and I only have a little bit of time. I have to get back because I have a patient.
Ridge: Can we talk after that?
Taylor: Sure. Sure. Is everything okay?
Ridge: I'll tell you all about it.
Taylor: All right. Bye. (Sighs) Did Brooke go to Paris by herself?
Stephanie: No, Katie went with her, I-I think, to help her settle in. And the kids, of course, 'cause she's putting them in school over there.
Taylor: So Brooke plans on being over there for a while.
Taylor: I'm sure Ridge is going to miss the kids lot.
Stephanie: Yes, he will.
Taylor: Well, maybe that's why he sounded-- he sounded kind of strange on the phone.
Stephanie: Oh, well, I think it's-- well, I just think it's a difficult time for everybody, isn't it?
Taylor: Didn't you say that Katie went to Paris?
Taylor: Then why did she just walk in and sit down with Donna?
Brooke: (Sighs) R.J. and Hope are thrilled that we're staying in Los Angeles.
Ridge: I bet they are. Did you tell them about us?
Brooke: Not yet. I thought that we could tell them together.
Ridge: I called Taylor. I told her I needed to talk to her.
Brooke: Oh, that's not going to be easy.
Ridge: I've got to deal with it. I'll handle it. (Sighs) What matters most right now is you and me.
Ridge: I'm home, Logan. Iím finally home.
Owen: Hold on. No, no. Wait, wait, wait. Hold on. Wait a second. Wait.
Jackie: What for?
Owen: I just-- I have something that I want to tell you.
Jackie: Darling, remember our motto-- "Talk is very overrated."
Owen: Mm. Oh, I know, I know, I know, I know, but just let m- okay, just let me say this first, all right?
Owen: I've been thinking a lot, and I-I can't go back to work at the company if that guy is working there, all right?
Jackie: "That guy."
Owen: Look, I-I know, Jackie. I know. He's done a great job. He has. But I-I can't work with him. I can't, especially after everything that's happened, all right? He's got to go. I-- can you do that for me?
Whip: I'm surprised you have such a vested interest in Jackie and Owen.
Steffy: Hey, I like Owen. He's a good guy. I just don't want to see him hurt.
Whip: Well, you do realize if the two of them break up, it does benefit your company.
Steffy: Forrester doesn't need to benefit that way. And they love each other. And really, the only reason she turned to you was because of that ridiculous interview. So just let them work on their problems, and in the meantime, back off.
Katie: Oh, no.
Stephanie: I thought you were on your way to Paris with your sister.
Katie: There was a change of plans.
Stephanie: What happened?
Katie: Well, um, Brooke turned the plane around. She decided not to go to Paris.
Stephanie: And where is she?
Donna: She's with Ridge.
Ridge: Here we are, Logan, together, the way we were meant to be.
Brooke: It came too close to ending. We can never let that happen ever again. I don't think I could go through it one more time.
Ridge: Well, you're not gonna have to, okay? Oh, my beautiful Logan.
Brooke: I'm all yours.
Ridge: And I am all yours.
Brooke: And I am all yours.
Ridge: No, I'm all yours.
Brooke: No, I'm yours.
Whip: You know, you may think that Jackie and Owen are this-- some love story of the century, but I beg to differ. As a matter of fact, I'm betting that they're probably ending it right now.
Steffy: Yeah, and you'll lose that bet. If it weren't for Owen's twin punking Jackie in that interview, they'd be solid as rock.
Whip: Yeah, you know, I'm not so sure.
Steffy: I don't understand. Why can't you just see it? They're crazy about each other. (Inhales sharply) Unless you don't want to see it, because you're crazy about Jackie, too.
Jackie: (Sighs) You don't want to work with Whip-- "That guy."
Owen: Come on. Please tell me that you understand.
Jackie: Yes, of course I understand. But you have to understand, too, that Whip is a P.R. genius. He is a large part of the success at Jackie M.
Owen: I know. I know. I get it. He's good. But the guy is also a player. Jackie, he wants you. I've seen it.
Owen: It's--for weeks now. It's obvious. He wants me out of the picture...
Owen: So that he can move in, all right?
Jackie: No, that, I think, is just an overstatement.
Owen: No, no, no. You don't think like a man. I mean, thank God you don't, but if you did, you'd know exactly what he was up to.
Jackie: Oh, so only men are this perceptive?
Owen: (Scoffs) Come on, listen to me. Men-- they know how other men think. Trust me.
Jackie: Okay. Well, feeling as you do, my darling husband, you will not have to work with "That guy."
Owen: God, I love you.
Owen: Mm. Thank you so much. Thank you.
Stephanie: Brooke is with Ridge?
Katie: Yeah. We, uh, had every intention of going to Paris, but, um, the pilot changed the flight plan.
Taylor: What, this was the pilot's fault? He just decided to turn the plane around? Is that what you're telling me?
Katie: No. No. Uh, he just changed the flight plan.
Donna: And they flew over Point Dume, Stephanie. You know Point Dume.
Katie: And we looked out the window, and there it was.
Stephanie: What was?
Katie: Ridge had rebuilt their heart on the sand.
Donna: The same exact one that they had for their wedding at Point Dume last winter.
Katie: And Brooke took it as the perfect symbol that he still loves her, so she told the pilot to turn the plane around. I'm sorry, Taylor. I know it's not what you want to hear.
Donna: You know what? We'll leave you two alone. Let's just leave and go somewhere else.
Steffy: You have fallen for Jackie, haven't you?
Whip: Little girl, that's none of your business.
Steffy: Oh, whoa, hey, I am not a little girl. But I am not a woman to bite my tongue when I see something happening that's wrong.
Whip: Evidently not. All right, look. Here's the way see it. Your buddy Owen charmed Jackie into a marriage that's just not gonna work.
Steffy: What? No. How can you say that? When she's with him, she's happy. She's glowing. She's in love.
Whip: Okay. Enough already.
Steffy: Don't mess with them. Youíll just make everyone else miserable and most important-- yourself. Bye.
Jackie: I've missed you terribly. The loft has been so empty without you. It's our home, but without you, it's nothing. Please, tell me you'll come home with me.
Owen: Jackie, I'm already back with you, all right? And I don't think that I ever left, actually.
Stephanie: Let me drive you home.
Taylor: No, I-I drove, and, uh, besides, I've got a patient.
Stephanie: I know, but maybe you should cancel. I can see that you're upset. It would be better if I took you home.
Taylor: No, I'm... (Sighs) I'm fine. I'm fine. I am. I'll be fine.
Stephanie: You don't know exactly what's happened.
Taylor: Yes, I do.
Stephanie: You and Ridge will have your day.
Taylor: (Scoffs) Maybe. Obviously not today, though. (Sighs)
Ridge: (Sighs) Oh, Logan, how did I ever let us drift apart, huh?
Brooke: You didnít.
Ridge: Oh, yeah, I did.
Brooke: You lost a daughter, Ridge.
Brooke: You were suffering for months.
Ridge: I lost someone more precious to me than life itself. Then I almost did it all over again with you.
Brooke: Well, it didn't work out that way, did it?
Ridge: We've endured so much, haven't we, Logan? One test after another. One challenge, and then another challenge, and...
Brooke: (Sighs) What doesn't destroy us makes us stronger. Nothing will ever destroy us.
Ridge: You are my angel. You know that, don't you?
Ridge: You've been so tolerant, so accepting of me and all my craziness.
Brooke: And you of me and my craziness.
Ridge: Oh, you're easy to accept. You're a part of me... the best part of me. Logan, when we were separated, a big piece of me was missing. I'm not the same person I am with you.
Brooke: You feel that way, too?
Ridge: Mm-hmm. I think you'd fare a lot better in life without me than I would without you.
Brooke: No. No, no. That wouldn't happen. I would be lost, definitely. (Sniffles)
Ridge: You're my Logan. I don't want my Logan to be lost.
Brooke: Well, then, you just have to protect me just like you've always done. We were so good at that.
Ridge: (Chuckles) Funny, I feel like the one that's being protected.
Brooke: Isn't that what an angel's supposed to do?
Ridge: And you do it so well.
Ridge: So very well. I look at you, and I thank God. I know I don't ever want to be without you ever again. I adore you. I absolutely adore you.
