Donna: Oh, my God!
Pam: You have no idea who you're messing with, tootsie.
Pam: Bang! Bang! Bang!
Donna: She threatened to kill me.
Pam: How can you be so cruel? Eric deserves so much better than you. I've been diagnosed as a borderline personality with bipolar disorder, and if you don't back off, if you don't leave Eric alone, I will take you with me, Donna, to my deep, dark places. You just made this personal.
Pam: You, Donna, have become my obsession... (echoing) don't move.
Donna: Oh, my God, it was you! You attacked me at the house.
Pam: Stand still.
Donna: And Eric... you tried to kill him, too.
Owen: Yeah, that's right. You heard me. Pam poisoned Eric. The potassium chloride was in her lemon bars.
Marcus: Stephanie's sister? Are you sure about that?
Owen: Lieutenant Baker showed me the report about what Eric ate that night, and there was nutmeg on it.
Marcus: Okay. So?
Owen: That's Pam's secret ingredient.
Marcus: Okay, so what have they done about it? Have they arrested her, or what?
Owen: Look, they don't know yet. I just figured it out. But we gotta warn your mom. I've been trying her cell, but I can't get through.
Marcus: No, no, no. It's okay. She's up in Big Bear. She's safe.
Owen: No, she's not. Pam is up there, too.
Donna: Why would you hurt Eric?
Pam: Not me. You! None of this would be happening, Donna, if it wasn't for you-- what you put my sister through. Eric and Stephanie are supposed to be together, not you, but you wouldn't give him up. You wouldn't let go!
Brooke: We've gotta stop her.
Steffy: Owen's almost there.
Marcus: Look, if Pam is as crazy as you say she is--
Stephanie: Wait a minute. My sister is not crazy, Marcus.
Ridge: Mother, she's off her meds. She's out of control.
Stephanie: We don't know what the situation is. We don't even know if she's up at the cabin.
Marcus: Look, Pam already attacked Mom tonight. Now if she gets another chance--
Ridge: No, we're not gonna let that happen.
Steffy: I still can't believe she poisoned Granddad.
Ridge: Pam, we're in the middle of something.
Pam: I brought this for your father, Ridge. I bring him a treat every day at this time.
Eric: Oh, good.
Ridge: Look, this is very important. Do you mind?
Pam: Um, you have an important phone call, Eric.
Eric: Pierre? From Toulon?
Eric: Good. Good. (Chuckles) mmm, I love these. I have one every day. Let me have some pleasure out of this meeting, all right?
Ridge: The last time I saw Dad, just hours before his heart attack, Pam gave him one of those lemon bars.
Stephanie: Wait a minute. I'm gonna call the cabin, and my sister is there. I'll talk to her.
Marcus: No, I already called. There's no answer.
Ridge: Okay, I'm gonna bring the truck around. Let's all go up there right now.
Owen: Hold on, Donna. I'm almost there.
Pam: Why wouldn't you just let go?
Donna: That's why you did this. Because if Stephanie couldn't have Eric, nobody could.
Pam: No. No. Something went wrong. I-I just meant it to weaken him a little. It was supposed to just give him heart palpitations, make him insecure about... exerting himself. Well, if there wasn't sex between you, what is there? Nothing. So I thought that he'd want more, what he used to have with Stephanie.
Donna: So-- so it--it was an accident.
Pam: Yes. The coma? Of course it was an accident. It was a terrible accident. I would never do anything terrible to Eric. I've loved that man. I just wanted him to see the light. So I did something impulsive. If I could bring him back, I would... for my sister, not for you.
Donna: Pam, Stephanie would not want you to do this.
Pam: Don't you talk about my sister. Don't you dare! You don't give a damn about Stephanie. You ruined her life. You came and stole everything that she ever cared about, Donna. She had it all, everything I'd ever want-- a devoted husband, children that loved her, a great career. And then you wanted to take him, and you destroyed it. All those years of sacrifice, all those years that she devoted to Eric. I'm sorry, Donna. I can't let you get away with this.
Donna: No. No. Help! Somebody help! (Banging on door)
Donna: Somebody help! Oh, my God, she has a gun! She has a gun! (Bear roars)
Marcus: There's still no answer.
Brooke: Not at the caretaker's either.
Steffy: Come on, Dad, you gotta drive faster. (Engine revs)
Donna: Pam? Pam. Pam, wha-- what are you doing? Stop!
Pam: I was gonna shoot you, but you're right. It would be too obvious. I'd be right at the top of the list of suspects, and so would Stephanie. I thought if you suffered...
Pam: Some kind of freak accident--
Donna: Pam. Pam. Pam. Pam, you're-- you're not thinking straight. It's--it's Eric. It's the guilt. It's--it's--it's what happened to Eric. You're not think--
Pam: You're the one who should feel guilty, not me, Donna. You're the one who stole my sister's husband and fired her children. You are the monster, not me.
Donna: You-- you're not a monster. You're not. You're not. I--you-- you didn't mean to hurt Eric. I-I can tell the police that. They'll understand.
Pam: No! No, no, no, no, no, no. You are trying to trick me.
Pam: Yes, you are.
Donna: No! No! No!
Pam: Yes, you are. You're trying to trick me. You're trying to let me go after all that you did, but I can't do that, Donna. I can't do that.
Pam: Not after what you did to my sister. I will never, ever let you hurt her again.
Donna: Pam! (Gasping) Pam? (Gasps) Pam! Pam! Pam, no, no, no, no! No, don't! Don't! Don't open that door. No, please. Please, Pam. Pam, no!
Donna: Pam, please. Please, you-- you don't have to do this. Eric--Eric could still come out of his coma. You're not a murderer, Pam. Pam, you don't have to cross that line. Please? Please, just don't-- don't do this.
Pam: You had dozens of chances to do the right thing, Donna, but you wouldn't do it.
Donna: No. No.
Pam: You wouldn't do it. So now it's up to me. I couldn't protect Stephanie all those years ago from our father. I watched her suffer. It broke my heart. I'm not gonna let her suffer anymore, Donna. I have to take care of this, once and for all.
Donna: No, no, no. No, no, no, Pam.
Pam: I'm sorry.
Donna: Please, Pam! Please, no! No! Stop, Pam! (Gasping) Pam... Pam? (Gasping)
Donna: (Whimpering) (screaming) (bear roars) - ( upbeat music playing ) - ( siren blurts )
Donna: (Grunts) (gasping)
Donna: Go away! Please, please, please go. Go. Go. No. No. No! No! No! No! (Gasping)
Donna: (Screaming) (Sobbing)
Owen: Oh, God, Donna! Hey! (Pots clanging) Hey!
Donna: Owen, get out of here! Get out of here! Run!
Owen: Come here. Come on. Hey! Hey, come here. Come on, look at me. Come here. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come here. Come here. Get away from her. Come here. You want one of these? Come on. Go! Go! Come on. Go. Get out. Go. Go. Go.
Owen: It's okay. It's okay. Come on. You're safe.
Owen: No, no, no. It's okay. Come here. It's okay. It's okay, baby. Come on.
Donna: (Gasping) (sobbing)
Owen: It's all right. It's all right. It's all right.
Owen: I got you. I got you.
Donna: (Sobbing) (Breathing rapidly)
Owen: I got you. I got you. Come here. I got you.
Owen: Come on. Come on.
Donna: Oh, my God. Oh, my-- (Sobs)
Pam: (Crying) You'll forgive me, won't you, Stephanie? (Sniffles) I just did what had to be done. It wasn't my fault. It was Donna's. But Eric-- oh, God, Eric. I am so sorry. Please, Eric, come back. Come back. Stephanie needs you, Eric. Come back. Come back.
Brooke: What happened?
Owen: Pam was here. She's gone. Look, she took off when I was trying to distract the bear.
Steffy: What? The bear?
Owen: Yeah. Pam tied Donna up and lured it in here.
Brooke: Oh, my God! Sweetheart, are you all right?
Brooke: What is this?
Donna: It's--it's honey.
Marcus: Okay, so where did Pam go? Maybe they can catch her, man. (Sirens wail)
Donna: Look, she confessed. She--she confessed to attacking me. She said that she's responsible for Eric's heart attack, everything.
Man: We received a 9-1-1 call about this address.
Owen: Yes, this woman here has been attacked.
Man: Do you know who it was?
Stephanie: Yes, we-- well, we believe that the attacker was my sister, Pamela Douglas.
Owen: Look, she has a shotgun with her.
Stephanie: She's under a psychiatrist's care. But I'm afraid she isn't taking her medication.
Marcus: Look, you gotta go catch her.
Stephanie: Officers, if you would take me with you and--and you found her, I might be able to reason with her.
Brooke: Hurry. She's already put one man in the hospital.
Man: Let's go.
Stephanie: Donna? I'm sorry.
Owen: Don't worry. They're gonna find her.
Ridge: You lied. Pam drugged my father, and you confessed to a crime you didn't commit.
Owen: If I hadn't, the police would have arrested Donna, and she didn't do it. Pam just made it look like she did.
Donna: Thank you.
Ridge: Well, I sure had all this wrong. Everything. You begged me to believe you, did everything you could to protect my father, and I accused you of trying to kill him. I'm sorry.
Brooke: Your instincts were right, Marcus.
Marcus: Yeah, but not about Owen.
Steffy: We all misjudged him. And not just him. Right, Dad?
Ridge: Right. I'm sorry. Thank you. You, uh, didn't let go. You got the proof that was needed. Thanks to you, this tragedy didn't become any worse.
Steffy: Here, let's-- let's get some air.
Ridge: Stay close, though. Watch out. Pam's still out there somewhere.
Marcus: All right.
Ridge: At least now...
Brooke: Oh, God.
Ridge: We know the truth.
Brooke: Donna's gonna be okay, thanks to Owen.
Steffy: My dad finally realizes what a great guy you are. That's one thing to come out of this. Most important, Donna's okay. Thank God.
Marcus: I agree. Look, I'm so sorry about your granddad. And your grandma, too. I mean, to believe her-- her own sister-- (sighs)
Steffy: You're a pretty big hero.
Marcus: No, that'd be Owen.
Steffy: Not to me. You're my hero. Mmm.
Donna: Thank you, Lieutenant. Yes, yeah, I'm fine. Owen's here. Um, I'll be okay. Yeah, yeah, um-- I'll make a-- an official statement when I get back to L.A. Yeah. Yeah, I feel like a lucky woman. Good night. (Sighs) well, charges are dropped. I explained about the police car. You're a free man.
Owen: Good. 'Cause you know, when I think about what happened to you tonight--
Donna: (Sighs) I still can't believe you showing up when you did, saving my life.
Owen: What's wrong? You still shivering?
Owen: You cold? Come here.
Donna: Look, I-I-- I'm gonna dry my hair.
Owen: Hey, no. No, no. I don't want to let you out of my sight again.
Donna: You know, I think about the last few months. Every time I need you, you've been here for me. It's-- (sighs)
Owen: I know. I know. It's--it's crazy. It's like I'm meant to-- to be here and protect you.
Owen: I almost lost you. When something like this happens, it makes you realize what's important. God, to think that I'd never be able to look into your eyes again. You know, not be able to touch you and hold you. God, I'm never gonna let you go. You're all that matters to me. Donna, I love you.
Owen: This is meant to be.
