Deacon: I for one heard enough of this crap. Let's get out of here.

Brooke: New York I'm not done.

Macy: Keep yourself that, Brooke. Your perfect little world is crumbling all around you.

 Brooke: Thanks to you.

Macy: You can't avoid the consequences of your life.

Brooke: Oh, so this is payback. Stealing my grandson and kicking me out of my company.

Macy: This is what happens when you treat people like emotional punching bags.

Brooke: She talking for you too?

Deacon: I usually talk for myself.

 Macy: Oh, my problem.

Brooke: You act as though I'm the cause of everything that goes wrong with everything in your life. I'm not your worst enemy Macy, you are. Until you realize that, nothing will continue to change.

Macy: Things have changed, Brooke, because I'm in control now.

Brooke: You're in control. Throwing drinks in my face.

Macy: I had every right to be angry at you for what you did.

Brooke: I never meant to hurt you.

Macy: You were so determined to get what you wanted, you didn't notice who you were stepping on along the way, Stephanie, eco, Deacon, me. What do you have now, Brooke? What are you going to do when you wake up in the morning? You don't have a job, no office, no collection to veto. Yeah, sure, you have shares in the company, but what good is that? All those years in the fashion industry, waiting ling your way up the food chain and for what? You're a C.E.O. Without a company. And I can't think of anything more pathetic.

 Nick: Think enough's been said.

Deacon: Neutral corners. Come on. Let's go. (Doorbell)

                        ************************************************************************************

Brooke: You didn't do this for me. You did this for Eric. You did this for the company, for your mother, for your family. And once again was second in line. Why not? Because Brooke will always be there. She will always understand.

Ridge: This is different, Brooke. This is very, very different.

Brooke: You're damn right it is.

Ridge: I'm asking you now to think about it. Just think about it.

Brooke: Get out of here! Go!

Ridge: Brooke? Logan? You here? Anybody? I'll just wait.

                        *********************************************************************************

 Macy: What a day.

 Deacon: Yeah, what a day.

Macy: Are you kidding? Come on. Brooke Logan was speechless. That woman always gets the last word.

 Deacon: Not today.

Macy: New York not today. Today we did. You and me and everybody else she's ever knocked down.

Deacon: You think she got what she deserved then, huh?

Macy: I think Eric got what he deserved. He got the company that he created back.

 Deacon: He looked happy.

 Macy: Yea.

 Deacon: So do you.

Macy: Yeah. You bet I am. Aren't you?

Nick: I almost smacked her myself. Both of them. Should have brought you to the boat. I'm sorry.

Brooke: I never should have sent Macy that drink.

Nick: I don't know that woman very well, but I have a feeling she probably would have come up to the table even if you hadn't.

Brooke: She just had a chance to rub my nose in it.

Nick: Maybe you ought to stay away from her for a while.

Brooke: I don't run away from my problems.

Nick: I know you don't. But if I had the strongest ship in the fleet, I don't think I'd take her into a hurricane.

Brooke: I just want this day to end.

Nick: It doesn't have to be a total loss. I'm not going anywhere.

Brooke: That's sweet, Nick, but you don't really have to stay.

Nick: First, I'd like you to stop feeling sorry for yourself.

 Brooke: I'm not. I won't.

Nick: Just give me some idea. What do you need?

Brooke: What I really need is a couple of aspirin and a good night's sleep.

Nick: Pulling the covers over your head is not going to change anything.

Brooke: Neither will talking about it.

Nick: Sometime it's good to say negative, ruthless back stabbing people about the people you just left.

Brooke: Look, I appreciate what you're trying to do. I really do. But I think that Macy is right. I don't know what I'm going to do tomorrow. I'm not going to be C.E.O. Of Forrester Creations anymore.

Nick: That's true. The bottom line is it's just a job. You'll get another one.

Brooke: No, it's not just a job. It's how I thought of myself.

 Nick: You'll be okay.

Brooke: Look, I just need to be alone right now.

 Nick: Call you tomorrow.

 Brooke: Okay.

Nick: Your ship's not sinking ; it's just ... changing course.

                        ***********************************************************************************

Deacon: I'm glad that you're feeling good about yourself.

Macy: That's great, but I asked you how you were feeling.

 Deacon: I feel fine.

 Macy: Fine.

Deacon: I hear you talking about Eric and about him getting his company back.

 Macy: You disagree with that?

Deacon: I don't disagree with it, but I think there's a hell of a lot more to it. Wait a second. Look at the way that you went after Brooke tonight.

Macy: I didn't do anything, Deacon, until she sent two shots of Tequila over to our table.

Deacon: That pissed me off tom I'm still angry about it.

Macy: I'm in a good mood.

Deacon: I think there's a big difference between being in a good mood and being juiced up on adrenaline.

Macy: Yeah? What's wrong with that?

Deacon: There's nothing wrong with it. Listen,' Iím beat, okay? I'm tired. I've had a long day.

Macy: You're worried that we used little D's shares to get back at Brooke.

Deacon: Did we? Is that what's going on here?

                        *********************************************************************************************

 Brooke: Ridge.

 Ridge: Logan.

Brooke: What are you doing here?

 Ridge: Waiting for you.

 Brooke: Waiting for me.

Ridge: I wanted to talk to you alone.

Brooke: I'm not really in the mood for an apology Ridge I didn't come here with an apology. I've got something a lot better than that.

Brooke: You have 10 seconds to get out of here. Because after what you did to me today, I don't ever want to see you again.

                        *********************************************************************************************

Deacon: Mace, I don't mean to give you a rough time.

Macy: You want to know why I'm so pumped up?

 Deacon: Yeah.

 Macy: Because of you.

Deacon: Why? Because I voted Brooke out of her own company?

Macy: Because you gave me the strength and the confidence that I needed to finally stand up to her. Deacon ... you don't know what it was like, living in that woman's shadow, feeling her pull Thorne away from me at a time in my life when he was the only thing that I had to hold onto. And she said she didn't mean to hurt me. She knew exactly what she was doing. She knew what it would do to me to take him away from me, and she didn't care. She didn't stop. She didn't even hesitate.

 Deacon: Hey, that's old news.

Macy: I know. I know, and I'm over it. It's all behind me now. Thanks to you.

Deacon: Hey, you know what? I should be thanking you. You lit a fire underneath me. You told me that I had a right to have a relationship with my kids.

Macy: I did not want her to do to you the same thing she did to me. I saw her pulling Hope and little D out of your life.

Deacon: D you want to get even.

Macy: I want you to know your kids, Deacon. And I want her to know that she does not intimidate us anymore. I'm not afraid of her, Deacon. No matter what she says, no matter what she tries.

Deacon: That's just t she's not going to try anything.

Macy: Oh, really? She already has.

Deacon: What are you talking about?

Macy: On our wedding day, Deacon. She threatened to steal you away from me the same way she stole Thorne away from me. She didn't think I would go through with the wedding if I thought that I would lose you.

Deacon: Whether you like it or not, you're stuck with me. You ain't going to lose me.

Macy: I know. I think that for the first time in my life, I'm certain of that. I'm certain of you. Of our marriage, and myself. And not even Brooke can make me doubt that. As of today, I am free of that woman! And Brooke Logan can't do anything to me.

                        ************************************************************************************

Ridge: Logan, just hear me out.

Brooke: I don't want to hear a word that you have to say, Ridge.

Ridge: I think you're going to be interested in this.

Brooke: What is that? A bribe?

Ridge: Losing your place in Forrester does not mean it has to be the end of the story, Brooke.

 Brooke: It is for me.

Ridge: It could be a beginning for us.

Brooke: There is no us.

Ridge: I meant what I said. We can start a new company. A company all our own.

 Brooke: From scratch. No!

 Ridge: Why not?

Brooke: Ridge, after all of hard work that I've done, I'm not going to go back to square one. I've given Forrester everything. My best effort, my best ideas, the best years of my life.

Ridge: The best years of your life are ahead of you, Brooke, and this company could be a part of it. Something all your own, no interference from my mother or my father.

 Brooke: Or from you.

Ridge: Me? I'm offering my service as lead designer. Come on, Logan. With your business experience and my creativity, what a perfect partnership that is.

Brooke: Ridge there, would be too much to do. We would he to find the supplies, find the location, get the clientele. The investors. No, there's too much to do!

Ridge: What if we could just skip all that.

 Brooke: Just skip all that.

Ridge: Yeah. Because this company ask is up and running right now.

Brooke: I am not leaving la.

 Ridge: You don't have to.

Brooke: So there's a company for sale right now here in Los Angeles? What is it? A mom and pop outfit?

Ridge: No, a first class operation right in the heart of the garment district, 6th and Wyler.

 Brooke: That's Spectra Fashions.

 Ridge: Not anymore it isn't.

 Brooke: Logan designs?

Ridge: Has a nice ring to it. Don't you think?

                        ********************************************************************************************

Macy: So, yeah, I'm happy. I think I'm happier than I've ever been in my entire life.

Deacon: I think you're happy because you're free.

Deacon: Yeah. Yeah, and so is Stephanie and Eric, even my mother. I mean, Brooke humiliated and abused all of us, but she can't do that anymore because of you.

Deacon: I don't know. I just wish I could feel better about it.

Macy: Well, you should, Deacon, because you didn't cave in. And Brooke expected you to. She thought she had you wrapped around her little finger, deacon, but it didn't happen. You stood up to her.

Deacon: I stood up to her because you convinced me that it was the right thing to do.

Macy: Hat's right. And I can't wait to show you how grateful I am.

Deacon: Oh, really? I got to tell you something, you were pretty tough out there ton throwing that drink in her face.

Macy: Tell you what, I'll never forget the look on her face.

Deacon: I don't think I'll forget the look on your face. There's something very sexy about a powerful woman.

Macy: You like that, don't you?

Deacon: I like that a lot. Get over here.

Macy: That is my secret weapon.

                        ****************************************************************************************

Brooke: You want me to take over Spectra Fashions.

Ridge: No, not spectra fashions, Logan designs.

Brooke: There's no way Sally is going to go for this.

Ridge: Sally doesn't own Spectra, Marone does. Which means if wanted to change the direction of this company ever that's my prerogative.

 Brooke: Because you're in charge.

Ridge: You accept my offer, and you'll be in charge.

 Brooke: C.E.O.?

 Ridge: That's the deal.

 Brooke: Are you serious?

Ridge: Brooke, you're not going to get an offer like this from Forrester Creations. Think of it like this. You'll still own 49% of Forrester and you'll have your own company.

Brooke: You sure SAally's not going to fight this?

Ridge: Not if she wants to stay on board, but that's really up to you.

 Brooke: Logan designs.

Ridge: Not bad for a girl from the valley.

Brooke: This was your plan all along, wasn't it?

Ridge: This is what you need, Logan. A life free from my mother's meddling. Away from all the scrutiny and the criticisms. A company of our own, Brooke. Just you and me doing what we do best.

 Brooke: What about Massimo?

Ridge: You let me worry about that.

 Brooke: Pretty confident.

Ridge: Damn right I am. Looking at the best C.E.O. In the industry.

 Brooke: You're the best designer.

Ridge: I'd say that makes an unbeatable combination, don't you? Think about it. Building our own empire. Set the standard, Brooke. Logan designs would be the most respected, most profitable fashion house in all of America. We can do this, Logan. Be a whole new beginning for us, and it starts right here and now. So what do you say?

Brooke: You ... how can I be so angry with you one minute and then --

Ridge: Crazy about my the next?

Brooke: Yes. No, I don't know, maybe I'm just crazy.

Ridge: You are crazy. No doubt about that. But you better get used to it, because I'm going to drive you crazy for many years to come. Tomorrow Logan designs will be born. Tomorrow, my love, is the beginning of the rest of our lives together.
