Macy: Get her off of me!

Amber: No, no!

Rick: Amber, stop it!

Deacon: Amber, get off of her! Get off of her!

Amber: No! She's trying to steal my baby! No, no! Everyone knows what's going on here! You think that you can just have this wedding and it's gonna make you look good! And you think you can go to some judge and say, "look at me, I've changed!" But you haven't!

Gladys: Oh, mercy. Mercy, mercy. What's happening?

Amber: You don't know anything about being a parent. You know nothing about Eric, and you are never going to!

Sally: Stop it, right now! Stop it! That's enough!

Macy: Get her out of here!

Rick: All right, come on, Amber. Let's go. We're leaving right now.

Amber: No!

Deacon: No, just go now!

Amber: No!

Julie: Amber, as their attorney, I want to caution you. You are only causing more trouble for yourself.

Rick: You should listen to her advice. We are leaving right now.

Amber: No.

Rick: Come on.

Ridge: Deacon and Macy are really going through with it?

Brooke: I tried to talk her out of it. But since I haven't heard from Rick and Amber --

Ridge: Wait, they're going to the wedding?

Brooke: They took little Eric. Deacon's going to take him on their honeymoon.

Ridge: Can he do that?

Brooke: Legally there's nothing we can do to stop him.

Ridge: Oh, Logan, I'm sorry.

Brooke: Oh, it's not your fault.

Ridge: I guess Edward hasn't been that much help.

Brooke: Oh, he has. He's been practically living at the courthouse. It's just that everything we try to do just blows up in our faces.

Ridge: You cannot give up.

Brooke: I know. Little Eric means everything to Rick and Amber.

Ridge: They provided him with such a solid, stable home life. I mean, that's gotta mean something. That's gotta count for something, don't you think?

Brooke: I'm sure it will, once Rick and Amber start the adoption proceedings. But until then --

Ridge: Hey, come here. Let's get out of here. Go someplace quiet, have a glass of wine, some dinner.

Nick: Did somebody say "dinner"? I'm sorry, Forrester, I think the lady already has plans.

Stephanie: Sam? No. No, this cannot be Samantha Kelly from down the street?

Samantha: Yeah. I hope I'm not intruding.

Stephanie: No, come in. No, this is wonderful. Oh, I'm so delighted to see you. Look at that cute dog.

Samantha: Hop in there. Good boy.

Stephanie: Oh, my gosh. And look at you. All grown up.

Samantha: I guess it has been a long time.

Stephanie: Well, how long has it been? When did --

Samantha: Well, gosh, when did we move away? I -- I was 12 years old.

Stephanie: Oh, my lord. Oh, this is just marvelous. What brings you back to Los Angeles?

Samantha: Work. And since I was in the neighborhood, and it's been such a long time, I thought I'd stop in and say hi to my favorite family.

Sally: There, it's lovely.

Macy: All right?

Sally: You look beautiful.

Macy: Really?

Sally: Yes, my darling, yes.

Deacon: You sure you're okay?

Macy: Yes, I'm fine, thanks.

Deacon: Great. At least it isn't boring, huh?

Sally: Hey, Cecil B. Demille, cut.

Gladys: Are you kidding? I smell Oscar.

Deacon: Let's do this.

Minister: Are you sure?

Macy: Yes.

Deacon: You heard the lady.

Minister: Okay. Where were we?

Rick: The car's this way.

Amber: I am not leaving without my son.

[Rick sighs]

Brooke: Nick.

Nick: Hey, I was just leaving to pick you up.

Ridge: You already had plans?

Brooke: I got so caught up in worrying about the kids and the wedding --

Nick: Hope you're hungry.

Brooke: Well, I --

Ridge: We were just talking, all right?

Brooke: Actually, Ridge, we did have plans. To make up for the stunt that your mother pulled the other night. I'll call you later.

Nick: Hey, Forrester, tell your mother to take a little straw out of her broom, will ya? We'd better shove off.

Ridge: Go on. Have fun.

Stephanie: Well, I've lost count of the number of layouts of houses that you've done that I've seen in these big decorating magazines. My gosh, you've really made a name for yourself.

Samantha: Actually, you know, it's so funny, it just started as a lark, and now I love absolutely every minute of it. And since I've been here, I've just been lining up carpenters and electricians for this giant remodel I'm doing. I haven't even had time to check into the hotel.

Stephanie: No. Now you're not -- you're not going to do a house here in the neighborhood, are you?

Samantha: Yeah, I mean, totally, from top to bottom.

Stephanie: I haven't done very much, as you can see.

Samantha: Oh, no, it's just the way I remember it. You know, I used to beg my parents to let me come over here. 'Cause there was always something going on. There was a pool party, or -- and there was nothing like the Forrester home at the holidays.

Stephanie: Well, that's true. We had some wonderful times. Not quite so festive these days.

Samantha: Oh, no, it's still gorgeous. Of course, if you and Eric are ever thinking about making some changes --

Sephanie: Well, I'll keep you in mind. I guess I -- I -- well, Eric and I are separated. He's not living here.

Samantha: Oh. I'm sorry.

Stephanie: It's all right.

Samantha: It's been a very difficult time for your family.

Stephanie: Yeah. But he and I still speak, so -- and the boys, of course, live here. And actually, um, Eric's daughter, my stepdaughter, lives here with me.

Samantha: I read about Ridge's wife. And I I sent a card. I'm sure he got so many, though.

Stephanie: Yeah, that was a very rough -- rough time for all of us.

Samantha: She and Ridge had three children?

Stephanie: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. A boy, twin girls -- wonderful children, really. Really wonderful. They showed a lot of courage during that time. It's a lesson for all of us.

Minister: Do you, Macy, take this man to be your husband? To have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer --

Macy: I -- I do. I do.

Sally: Macy, the man's not finished.

Macy: I know, I just want to get through this before we're interrupted again.

Deacon: Amber and Rick are gone, don't worry.

Macy: Yeah, I know. They probably went straight to their lawyers.

Deacon: Uh, listen, do you think maybe you could give us the condensed version, huh?

Gladys: Fang and I tried that once. He called it "the mcmarriage."

Deacon: That's the one we want.

Minister: I understand. Do you, Deacon, take Macy to be your wife till death do you part?

Deacon: I do.

Minister: Now, exchange the rings.

Macy: You got the rings?

Deacon: No, I got 'em. I got 'em right here. Okay. You take that one.

Macy: Okay. Here.

Deacon: Okay.

Minister: By the power vested in me by the church and by the state of California, I now pronounce you husband and wife.

Deacon: That -- that's it?

Minister: That's it. You may kiss your bride.

Little Eric: Mommy.

Amber: Hi, baby, hi. Hi, come here. Hi. Hi, honey.

Little Eric: What's the matter?

Amber: Um --

Rick: Nothing, buddy. Everything's all right.

Amber: Um, why don't you go get your coat on? We're going home.

Rick: Yeah, come on.

Clarke: Hey, hey. Wait -- wait a second. Wait a second. He's supposed to go to Mexico.

Amber: Yeah, well, there's been a change of plans.

Clarke: What do you mean? Rick? Rick, what is going on?

Rick: You know what? Talk to Deacon. We're out of here. Come on.

Clarke: Hey, just a second here.

Julie: Not so fast. Eric, honey, why don't you go outside with Mr. Garrison for a minute? I wanna talk to your mommy and daddy.

Clarke: Yeah, let's go. Come on. Excuse me.

Julie: You're not taking that boy anywhere.

Samantha: My god, you really haven't changed anything.

Stephanie: Oh, should i be mortified?

Samantha: Are you kidding? I have so many wonderful memories here.

Stephanie: Me, too.

Samantha: This lamp. One time Ridge and Thorne were chasing me and Felicia around. And I -- and I bumped the table, and Ridge caught it right before it hit the ground.

Stephanie: Leave it to Ridge to save the day.

Samantha: Oh, my hero. You remember how all the kids used to play touch football out on the lawn?

Stephanie: How could I possibly forget?

Samantha: Well, nobody ever picked me, because I was too little. Until one day, Ridge, he points at me and he says, "Kelly, you're in. Defense." You know, I -- I'm 4-feet tall and 60 pounds soaking wet. And he's got the ball and he just runs straight at me. And I grabbed his leg and I just held on for dear life. I thought I tackled him, but the truth is I think he fell down because he was laughing so hard. You know, that's what I just remember about Ridge. He was always laughing. He was always playing practical jokes.

Stephanie: Yes, I wish we could see him that way more often, these days. It's been a rough year.

Samantha: Yeah.

Stephanie: He's lost so much, you know?

Samantha: Well, he's still recovering from his wife's death.

Stephanie: Well, that's only part of it. He's got himself in a rut. He keeps going 'round and 'round, digging himself deeper and deeper into it.

Samantha: Ridge Forrester in a rut. I can't picture it.

Stephanie: And not a very healthy one at that.

Samantha: Well, Ridge always seemed like the kind of guy who could handle anything.

Stephanie: He is. I wish he could see himself that way a little more, though.

[Dog barks]

Samantha: Ooh. Um, Stephanie, I think Pucci needs to go out. Do you mind?

Stephanie: Not at all. You remember, just go out the balcony and down to the pool.

Samantha: Oh, I remember. Just a minute.

Julie: What do you think you're doing?

Amber: We're leaving.

Julie: Not with Deacon's son.

Rick: He's our son.

Julie: He won't be for long if your wife doesn't learn to control herself.

Amber: Is that a threat?

Julie: No, Amber, it's not a threat. You're the threat. Do you have any idea what it does to little Eric to hear you lashing out at Deacon and Macy this way?

Amber: He hardly even knows them.

Julie: And what did that fit of yours tell him? They're trying to steal him from you?

Amber: Well, they are.

Julie: No, Deacon is exercising his legal rights, Amber. And I don't think the court would look too kindly on your interference. In fact, if you persist in this manner, they might consider your behavior criminal.

Amber: My interference? My interference? They are the one interfering with us.

Macy: What is going on here?

Deacon: Didn't I tell you two to get the hell out of here?

Julie: They were trying to take Eric.

Deacon: Okay, okay, wait a second. We had a deal, Amber. We're going to Mexico, and we're taking little D with us. Yeah, that's right. Take a good look at it, okay? It's official. We're married.

Julie: Yes, they are. And I'm sure now that Rick and Amber have had a chance to think about this, that you agree that this is the best thing for everybody. Isn't it, Amber?

[Salsa music playing]

Nick: So what'll it be?

Brooke: I'm not really very hungry.

Nick: I was thinking more like a margarita or a shot of tequila.

Brooke: What?

Nick: A drink. You look like you could use one.

Brooke: Oh. I'm sorry. It's just -- it's been a very trying day.

Nick: Oh, well, I'm sorry. You said something about the kids?

Brooke: Rick and Amber. Deacon's been giving them problems again. He and Macy are getting married.

Nick: Really? Well, that oughta keep him busy.

Brooke: They want to take little Eric on their honeymoon with them.

Nick: Huh. This guy really does love his kids.

Brooke: It may look that way.

Nick: Well, it is his honeymoon.

Brooke: It's more than that. It's deacon's resentment, and Macy's animosity towards me.

Nick: You sure that's all that's put you in kind of a lousy mood? Maybe a little to do with the dressmaker?

Brooke: We weren't arguing.

Nick: You feel bad about ditching him.

Brooke: But I didn't.

Nick: He'll get over it. He can spend one night away from you, Brooke. It's not like he's going anywhere.

Stephanie: Oh, I'm so glad you're here.

Ridge: I bet you are. This is your chance to say, "I told you so."

Stephanie: What did Brooke do now?

Ridge: She's out with Nick -- again. How much more of this am I supposed to take anyway?

Ridge: You should have seen the way he barged in. "Me and the lady already have plans tonight," he says to me. Brooke and I were in the middle of a serious conversation, for god's sake.

Stephanie: Honey, I can see that you're upset, but I want --

Ridge: Mother, I -- I know what you're going to say.

Stephanie: Would you stop talking for a minute? I'm trying to tell you there's someone here. Sam. Sammy. Sammy Kelly from down the street.

Ridge: Get outta here. Sam?

Samantha: Hi, Ridge. It's been a long time.

Ridge: Get out of here. Sammy?

Samantha: You're in, Forrester. Offense. Go long.

Ridge: Uh, uh, uh, uh.

Samantha: Huh.

Ridge: Uh. He's at the 30, he's at the 20, he's at the 15, the crowd's on its feet. And he can score if he can get through, if he can get through.

Samantha: No goal.

Ridge: What are you talking about? I went over the line.

Samantha: You didn't cross that line when I was 10, and you didn't cross it just now.

Ridge: Ow. Sammy Kelly. My god, I'd recognize you anywhere. You haven't changed one bit.

Samantha: Neither have you.

Deacon: What the hell do you think you're doing? You can't just change your mind, Amber. We got the tickets, for god's sake. We're headed to the airport.

Julie: Don't worry. No one's going to hold you up.

Deacon: Didn't you tell me that if I signed this, everything was going to be cool?

Julie: We are petitioning to re-instate your rights. I filed the papers today.

Deacon: And then that makes me his guardian, right?

Julie: Yes, unless they challenge and succeed. And that's highly unlikely.

Deacon: Which means you can't do this.

Julie: No, they have no rights whatsoever.

Rick: We're concerned parents.

Deacon: It's a vacation, hello?

Rick: And you'll be back in a week.

Macy: Yes, and Eric will be fine.

Rick: I want the address and the phone number of the place you're staying.

Deacon: Yeah, like that's gonna happen. Sure, we're gonna give you that so you can come down and bust up the honeymoon. No.

Amber: Well, Eric's gonna want to talk to us.

Julie: Well, they can call you.

Amber: What if it's an emergency?

Julie: You can contact me, I'll have the number.

Macy: We've been through all this already.

Deacon: You know what? We have been through this. Let's go.

Amber: Wait, wait, wait. Um, you have to at least let us say good-bye. Come on, please?

Deacon: You know, you're gonna have to forgive me if I'm a little hesitant to leave you alone with the kid after your little rendition of the world wide wrestling federation with my wife!

Macy: You know what, Deacon? It's okay. I'll -- I'll go get him.

Rick: Look, it's gonna be okay. It's just a vacation. He'll be back in a week.

Little eric: Mom?

Amber: Hey, baby, come here. Hey.

Little Eric: We're going to Mexico?

Amber: You will be back before you know it.

Rick: Yeah, but, uh, it's time for us to say good-bye. So you be really good for Macy and Deacon, all right? I love you, buddy.

Amber: And you know, you can call us whenever you want. Okay? I'm gonna miss you so much.

Little Eric: Me, too.

Amber: Oh, I love you. I love you so much.

Little Eric: I love you, too, mommy.

Deacon: Okay, okay, we gotta get going. We got a lot of stuff we gotta do before we catch the plane.

Macy: Thanks, Julie.

Julie: Amber.

Amber: Okay. I love you. Okay?

Rick: All right, buddy. You go with them, okay?

Deacon: Okay, come on, pal. All right.

Rick: Hey, hey, look at me. Look at me. It's gonna be okay. We will get him back. We're gonna do whatever it takes.
