Rosanna: Oh, I think he really shouldn't, you know? Oh, Carly! Oh, no kissing. Stop, stop, you're gonna ruin your lipstick.

Holden: Guys, come on. The wedding's about to start.

Jack: No. Not everybody's here yet. We're still waiting on Tom and Margo.

Carly: And Dusty and Janet.

Molly: Tom and Margo are on their way right now.

Rosanna: Oh, good.

Sage: Who walks in first?

Rosanna: Your dad. [Laughs] And then you, me, and Gwen, and then Holden and Molly together.

Molly: Why are we walking in together?

Rosanna: Well, because Holden is the best man and you are the maid of honor, and it's, you know, symmetrical.

Molly: But --

Rosanna: Listen, let's just do this, get this show on the road before he who shall not be named shows up and does something to ruin everything.

Jack: Okay, just one for the road.

Holden: Come on, come on. Plenty of time for that later. Let's go.

Carly: Oh! The video for J.J. -- who's doing the -- the video for J.J.?

Sage: Will's doing it.

Gwen: Yes, everything's handled.

Carly: Okay. [Laughs] Oh, good.

Parker: Ready to rock and roll?

Sage: Beyond ready.

Margo: Oh. What are you doing here?

Craig: Observing an abomination.

Margo: Craig, tell me you're not gonna make trouble.

Craig: The woman I've been obsessed and entangled with in one way or another is getting married today without so much as a word to me. Why would I interfere?

Margo: I don't want to arrest you today.

Tom: Shh! It's starting.

["Bridal Chorus" plays]

Gabriel: Who are you calling?

Liberty: My mom. It's not like her to just not show up. Call went straight to voicemail.

Janet: Oh, boy! Oh, my God! Call a taxi. Call Jack.

Dusty: Jack?

Janet: Yes! He is the baby's father!

Dusty: You really think this is a good time to call Jack?

Janet: Oh, right, right. Heaven forbid. Carly would kill me if I interrupted her wedding.

Parker: She's all yours.

Jack: Don't I know it.

Parker: Take good care of her.

Jack: You have my word on that.

Minister: Into this holy union, Carly Tenney and Jack Snyder come now to be joined. If anyone here can show just cause why they may not lawfully be married, speak now or forever hold your peace. Is there a problem?

Jack: No. No, Reverend. There's no problem. Nothing and no one would ever dare try to stop us.

Carly: Amen.

Minister: Carly, will you take this man to be your husband?

Carly: Yes.

Minister: There's more.

Carly: Oh! [Laughs] Of course there's more. Okay, what's the next bit?

[Jack laughs]

Minister: Will you live together in the covenant of marriage.

Carly: I promise to live with Jack, raising our kids, loving him. I think I can do that.

Minister: Will you love him, comfort him, honor and keep him?

Carly: That was always the plan. And we've been through for better or for worse, so I know I can do that. [Laughs]

Minister: Forsaking all others, will you be faithful to him for as long as you both shall live?

Carly: He's mine. I'm his. That's that.

Minister: Will you, Jack --

Jack: What? Make a covenant to her? I will. Love her, honor her, comfort her, and keep her? Absolutely. And as far as being faithful, she's mine and I'm hers, and that's that.

Janet: Oh! Big contraction! Huge!

Dusty: Oh, no.

Janet: Oh!

Minister: Will all of you witnessing these promises do all in your power to uphold these two persons in their marriage?

All: We will.

Craig: Oh, I will, as well.

Molly: If ever two were one, then surely we. If ever man were loved by a wife, then thee. If ever wife was happy in a man, compare with me, ye woman, if you can. I prize thy love more than whole mines of gold or all the riches that the east doth hold.

[Rhythmic breathing]

Minister: Carly --

Carly: I didn't intend to love you. I was bad. You were good. What could possibly come of that? But when I fell for you, love was no longer an option. It was a permanent state of being. Everybody here knows we've made mistakes. I mostly have made the mistakes -- terrible ones, some of them. And I'm not naive enough or stupid enough anymore to stand here in front of you and our children and our family and our friends and God and promise you that I'll never make another one. But what I can promise you is that I will never again forget that the truest, purest part of me is you, my true north, my soul mate, my best friend. So I trust you with my life, with my heart, with my children, with my imperfections and my future. And I will not allow anyone or anything to ever separate us again.

Jack: You saved my life more times than I can count. I saved yours a couple, too. But there's one thing you did for me last year that I can never repay you for. You saved me from me. You brought me back from a very, very dark place, the darkest place I think I've ever been, and you -- you fought my demons for me with a strength and a -- and a ferocity and a determination that I couldn't find within myself at the time. And it just -- I just want to thank you. Everybody here knows that the future is -- is very uncertain and that things change and that things that we never imagined could end do and, in fact, come to an end. None of us know where we're gonna be in a year. But I know one true and steadfast thing, Carly -- that I will always care for you and love you and honor you, as fiercely and passionately and tenderly as I know you love me. So I promise you and I promise our children that that will never change.

Carly: With this ring I thee wed.

Jack: And with this ring I thee wed.

Minister: By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife.

Jack: Can I, please?

Carly: Yes.

Jack: Oh.

Holden: Hey, everybody. I'd like to make a toast. They say that three times is the charm -- or is it four. I don't know. I -- I've lost track.

Jack: You're one to talk.

Holden: What I'm really trying to say here is that we all knew that you guys were gonna get together again, even before you were willing to admit it. And there were two other guys who knew it, as well, but they couldn't be here today. First was Hal Munson. He was Jack's mentor and true friend. And I'm sure he would have had some very crusty things to say about this marriage. And the other is Brad, Jack's brother. These two guys -- they didn't get along so well, but they loved each other like brothers do. So on behalf of Hal and Brad, here's to you, guys. Here's to lifelong happiness.

Jack: Hear, hear. Thank you. Thank you, Holden.

Holden: Don't screw it up this time.

Jack: Oh, hey, at least I made the first step. What about you?

Tom: Congratulations.

Jack: Thank you.

Margo: Hey, this -- oh! -- Hug is from Katie.

Jack: Oh, well, tell her thanks. How -- how's Chris doing?

Margo: Amazingly well.

Jack: Good. I'm glad to hear it.

Margo: Yeah. You know, what you said there earlier, it's so true. Carly brought you back from the brink. And now you're -- you're happy and you're employed. And oh, boy, I owe her.

Tom: She thought she lost her best detective.

Jack: No. No way, no. You're not getting rid of me ever.

Margo: I certainly hope not. So, did Parker talk to you today?

Jack: Yeah. Why?

Margo: Okay.

Tom: What was that? You almost blew the secret.

Margo: Oh, really?

Tom: Oh, you planned that?

Margo: Well, see, now Jack will ask Parker what I was talking about, and Parker will have to get off his dime, and he'll have to tell his parents.

Tom: On their wedding day?

Margo: It's as good a day as any.

Molly: It's my turn now. Cheers.

[Carly laughs]

Molly: Oh. I don't think that there's a person here who would argue that Carly and Jack were destined to be together. And when the history and love between two people is so strong, anyone who imagines that he or she could come between them should have his or her head examined.

[Both laugh]

Molly: You can't fight destiny. So why try? To Carly and Jack.

Carly: Cheers. Thank you, Molly. Thank you so much.

Molly: I love you.

Carly: Thank all of you for everything you did to make this happen today. I love you all so much.

Molly: I love you. Those flowers, those three flowers that we gave you before --

Carly: Mm-hmm?

Molly: Those mean that we are in this with you, Cuz.

Gwen: And since none of us could survive another breakup with you and Jack, we're gonna do everything -- sorry -- that we can to prevent it.

Carly: Okay. Well, I -- I'm counting on that. [Laughs]

Rosanna: That won't be necessary, because there's no way the two of you are gonna break up. You've been through so much. You know what you have to lose now.

Carly: Yeah. Yeah, we do. But just in case, it's nice to know I have my girls for backup.

Jack: Has anyone seen Dusty?

Gwen: No, not since he dropped off the champagne.

Jack: I just wanted to thank him again. Where is he?

Carly: Maybe he and Janet had better things to do.

[Rhythmic breathing]

Dusty: Is it over?

Janet: Uh-huh. There were two strong ones in a row. How far apart were they?

Dusty: Five minutes.

Janet: Okay. Okay, that's good. At least they're not getting any closer, right?

Dusty: Well, they might soon. We got to get you to the hospital.

Janet: How?

Dusty: I'm gonna get the car.

Janet: No, you can't drive, Dusty. You can't drive. You're in no condition, and neither am I.

Dusty: I'm all right. Stay here, stay here. It's muddy out there after the rain, and I don't want you slipping on anything. You stay here. I'll be right back with the car, okay?

Janet: Be careful.

Dusty: [Groans] Don't do this to me.

[Tires screeching]

Dusty: Damn it!

Craig: May I have your attention, please?

Margo: Oh, I knew he was gonna do something stupid.

Tom: Why don't you just go arrest him now? Save us all some time.

Craig: I'd like to propose a toast.

(Mixed chatter)

Rosanna: Actually, Craig, I think we've had enough toasts for now.

Margo: Yeah, yeah. I think it's time for Carly and Jack to have their first dance together as a married couple.

Tom: Yeah, so start the music.

Craig: Just hold off on that, just for a bit.

Jack: I should have gotten rid of him earlier.

Carly: You -- you had your chance. You lost it.

Jack: No, no, no. No, I didn’t.

Craig: Jack, hold on. You might like this.

Jack: I doubt it.

Craig: Well, just give me a chance anyway. Carly, what do you think?

Carly: Oh, Craig, don't make me regret this.

Craig: I can tell by all your reactions that you think I'm gonna make this toast all about me, that I'll infuriate and humiliate Jack and Carly.

Tom: And you're saying we're wrong?

Craig: I submit, Counselor, that if Carly and Jack can turn over a new leaf, so can I. Here are three words I thought I would never say -- you belong together. You do. I doubted it. But I'm sure of it now. I wish you every happiness.

Rosanna: Wow. I didn't expect that. [Laughs]

Craig: Neither did I.

Rosanna: What made you suddenly decide to take the high road?

Craig: All kinds of reasons.

Rosanna: Why don't you name one?

Craig: Rosanna.

Rosanna: Excuse me?

Craig: I want you to like me again, even if it's just a little. How am I doing?

Rosanna: Well, let's just say you've moved up from being detestable to -- barely tolerable.

Craig: It's a start.

Carly: What do you know? That was actually a pleasant toast.

Jack: Yeah. For someone who crashed our wedding, that was only mildly inappropriate. When am I gonna dance with my wife? Ah. What do you know? It's a perfect fit.

[Rhythmic breathing]

Janet: Dusty!

Dusty: Car's stuck in the mud. Maybe I can find some boards or something.

Janet: It's too late. The baby's coming.

Dusty: How close are the contractions?

Janet: I don't know. I've been too busy screaming in agony to count.

Dusty: Okay. Try to calm down.

Janet: I can't! The baby's coming, and my body wants to push. It just wants to push.

Dusty: No. Tell your body to cool it. Maybe I can help you. Try to relax.

Janet: Yeah, okay. Good luck with that.

Faith: Dad, why don't you go ask Mom to dance?

Holden: Is that because you want me to dance with her or because you want me to dance with her so you can sneak some champagne?

Faith: Why would you say something like that?

Holden: Hands off the champagne. You hear that? You want to dance?

Lily: That would be nice. Faith, why don't you go find Parker?

Faith: Why?

Holden: Because sometimes a guy likes to be asked to dance.

Faith: It was a beautiful wedding.

Liberty: Yeah, it was.

Faith: So, what are you guys talking about?

Parker: Nothing important.

Faith: Are you talking about me? Are you guys still upset about me telling Liberty's mom about her getting into F.I.T.?

Parker: Faith, we weren't talking about you.

Faith: Well, what's the big secret then? Everyone seems to know except me.

Parker: You'll find out everything later.

Craig: I meant what I said, Gabriel. I really am going to turn over a new leaf.

Gabriel: That's good. That's great, actually.

Craig: I'm glad you think so. Maybe we can revisit that idea of us going into business together.

Gabriel: That's not gonna work for me.

Craig: Why? What's holding you back?

Gabriel: I'm going home.

Craig: Home?

Gabriel: Back to Montega. Sierra offered to set me up with a contract out there.

Craig: Sierra --

Gabriel: Could be a good gig for me.

Craig: Sierra has no right to do that. She can't do that!

Gabriel: Yeah, well, I can do whatever I want.

Craig: Yes, you can, but don't you see what she's doing?

Rosanna: Craig, Craig, what's the matter with you? Why are you yelling at this nice boy?

Craig: This "Nice boy" happens to be my son.

Rosanna: Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize when we met before.

Gabriel: I would have explained it, but it's a long and complicated story.

Craig: Which we can talk about another time. Gabriel, please. Montega is not your home. Your home is here, with me.

Gabriel: In your dreams.

Tom: Well, I didn't think Craig could make it through the whole wedding without causing a scene.

Parker: So Gabriel's going back to Montega?

Liberty: I told you he had his own plans.

Parker: Well, that's -- that's good. Good, I guess.

Liberty: Yeah, I think it is good. So, what about you?

Parker: Really? You -- you're gonna keep on me about this?

Liberty: Parker, you've got to tell your parents about your plans.

Carly: What plans?

Jack: Parker's been hinting about something all day. What is it?

Margo: Parker, why don't you just tell your folks that you've decided to become a cop?

Jack: You want to join the force?

Parker: Yeah.

Carly: I think we need more information than that, Parker.

Parker: Well --

Margo: Well, Parker has been talking to me about it for weeks.

Carly: Is that so?

Margo: Mm-hmm. But he can't get into the academy without his parents' approval, so it's time to let you two in on it.

Jack: You've been encouraging him to do this? It's dangerous, Margo.

[Carly laughs]

Jack: He's just a kid!

Carly: Oh, Jack. How old were you when you decided to go into law enforcement?

Jack: That is not the same thing.

Carly: Jack, it's exactly the same thing. Aren't you proud of him, even a little?

Jack: You -- you're his mother. You want -- you're okay with this?

Carly: It scares the hell out of me, the idea of having two men that I love out there every day, risking their lives. But if it's what Parker wants -- is it? Is it what you want?

Parker: Yeah.

Will: He's really committed to this. I mean, it's not like he doesn't know what the job's all about, right? He grew up with our dad and you, Jack. You should hear him talk about it.

Jack: Wait. So, so everybody else knew about this except for Carly and myself?

Faith: I didn't know.

Parker: Well, does anybody want to know what I think?

Faith: I do.

Jack: What -- why do you want to do this?

Parker: Remember when I -- I once asked you why you were a cop, what you told me?

Jack: [Groans] Words -- words I'm gonna regret.

Parker: You said that the world can be a scary place, and you feel better going to sleep at night knowing that you might have done something to make it a little bit better. And I want that for myself.

Margo: It sounds like he's serious. That's why I wrote him a recommendation.

Jack: [Sighs] Margo -- Parker, I just -- no offense to anybody. I just wanted so much more for you. I -- I wanted you to go to M.I.T., Harvard.

Parker: But I wouldn't have been happy, because that's not what I want. I want to stay right here. And may -- maybe if things work out, I'll end up just like you.

Jack: That's a sneaky way to win an argument.

Carly: I am so proud of you.

Jack: Me too.

Carly: [Laughs] Okay. Well -- all right, well, I hate to break this up. But if we are gonna have any kind of a honeymoon, we have to go.

Jack: Oh, I'm with you. I'm with you, wife. Come on.

Gwen: You didn't tell me.

Will: Yeah. I was practicing the concept of, like, patient/therapist confidentiality.

Gwen: Mm.

Will: He didn't want to tell anybody, so you have to forgive me.

Gwen: Yeah, I'll think about it --

Will: Okay.

Gwen: -- If you dance with me. Okay.

Lily: Why don't you go ask Molly to dance?

Holden: Why?

Lily: Well, it seems appropriate. She's the maid of honor. You're the best man.

Holden: And you'd be okay with that?

Lily: [Scoffs] Holden, we're divorced. I don't have a right to say no to it.

Holden: Yeah, but would you be okay with it?

Lily: Why are you asking me?

Holden: Why don't you think about it? I'll go ask Molly to dance. Hi. You want to dance? I'm glad you came back for the wedding.

Molly: So am I. I really needed to see you.

Holden: Why's that?

Molly: So I could start loving you the way I did before.

Holden: Like a friend?

Molly: We were so much more than that. You were my first love. You're the father of our beautiful daughter.

Holden: What am I now?

Molly: Someone else's guy.

Holden: No. Not quite.

Molly: Well, then, stop dragging your feet. You deserve to be happy, Holden. And Lily makes you happy.

Holden: Yeah, and -- and miserable.

Molly: Well, that's love for you, isn't it?

Rosanna: Think thinking about the one that got away?

Craig: What, Carly? No, I meant what I said.

Rosanna: Actually, I was talking about your son.

Craig: Gabriel. Gabriel keeps pushing me away no matter what I do, and now he's moving back to Montega, and I may never see him again.

Rosanna: Well, I admit I don't know very much about the situation with you and your son. But would you mind if I gave a suggestion?

Craig: I know what you're going to say -- that I need to show him more love and affection.

Rosanna: No. Let him go.

Craig: What?

Rosanna: The thing that always gets you into trouble is the way that you hold on to things with this death grip -- people and money and power. It's really annoying. Why do you do that?

Craig: Because many of the people I love have left. And once they're gone, they don't come back.

Rosanna: Yes, because you chase them, the way you chased me that night in the car.

Craig: Please. Don't start that again.

Rosanna: No, listen. You -- you chase. People run. Why don't you just try letting go, just this once? You might be surprised.

Faith: A cop? Seriously?

Parker: Seriously.

Faith: I guess that's kind of impressive. Just don't arrest me, okay?

Parker: Well, then, don't do anything bad.

Faith: That's my best thing.

Sage: Come on. They're leaving.

Parker: Yeah.

Carly: Thank you so much for being here. And we'll have to plan to get together again very soon this time, okay?

Jack: Thanks for coming, everybody.

Sage: Here, Mom.

Carly: Oh, thank you.

Sage: Are you happy?

Carly: I'm happier than I've ever been in my life. And your dad and I meant what we said.

Jack: Yes. It's for real this time. Nothing's gonna separate this family ever again. You ready?

Carly: Yeah.

Sage: Wait. You forgot to throw your bouquet.

Carly: Oh. Of course. Okay.

[Jack laughs]

Carly: You're next.

Rosanna: Bite your tongue.

[Carly laughs]

Rosanna: Yay! Whoo!

Jack: Oh!

[Cheers and applause]

Molly: Love you!

Carly: Bye!

All: Bye!

Janet: What are you doing in there?

Dusty: Boiling water? That's what you do when you deliver a baby.

Janet: Can you boil me an epidural while you're at it, please?

Dusty: Maybe the baby would sit still if you stopped moving around.

Janet: The baby is gonna do what he wants, and I'm gonna do what I need to do to keep from pulling out my hair! Do you get me?

Dusty: Yes, Ma'am.

Janet: Oh. I'm sorry.

Dusty: That's okay.

Janet: I'm sorry.

Dusty: It's all right.

Janet: Look at us. Look at us. You can't even walk, and I'm -- oh!

Dusty: Let me rub your back. How does that feel?

Janet: That feels better. That feels better. But I want to push. My body wants to push.

Dusty: No, no, no, no, no, no. Don't push. Breathe.

[Janet screaming]

Dusty” All right, all right, scream. Whatever it takes. Whatever takes your mind off the baby and the pain. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. You're gonna be all right.

Janet: Okay.

Carly: Oh, Jack, would you stop worrying about that car?

Jack: It looks like Dusty's, and it's stuck in the mud.

Carly: Do you see Dusty anywhere?

Jack: No. I see you.

Carly: Mm-hmm.

Jack: And I love you.

Carly: And I love you.

[Janet screaming]

Jack: What the --

[Rhythmic breathing]

Jack: What the hell is going on?

Carly: Janet, are -- are you -- are you in -- labor?

Janet: No, Carly. I'm learning the tango. Yes, I'm in labor!

Jack: The baby's coming? Why didn't you take her to the hospital?

Dusty: I tried, and my car's stuck. There's no phone service.

Janet: And I think he fell off the ladder again and broke his ribs.

Dusty: I'm fine. Would you please, please help Janet?

Tom: Well, Casey loved visiting you guys down in Carbondale? He still hadn't stopped talking about the pizza you had?

Will: And I thought he was moving down there just to go to law school. Who knew it was the pizza?

Gwen: I guess Casey didn't tell them that part yet.

Will: You guys didn't know that Casey and Alison were moving?

Margo: They're -- they're moving to Carbondale? When?

Gwen: I'm sure he meant to tell you guys.

Will: He probably just didn't get a chance. There's a lot going on, right?

Gwen: We'd better go, actually. We've got to drive Molly to the airport.

Will: Right. Sorry. See you guys.

Tom: Yeah.

Gwen: Remember that patient/therapist confidentiality thing? You got to work on that.

Will: Yeah.

Margo: Casey can't just -- just move away, just like that. I mean, what about law school? What -- what if he's not accepted to the bar because of his record?

Tom: We're gonna have to let him deal with that.

Margo: Why are you being calm? You can't be calm about this.

Tom: Well, I don't think we have a choice. Just have to do what like you said with Jack and Carly. If your kid wants to do something, you got to -- got to let him do it. Just help him along the way.

Margo: But I don't want him to go.

Tom: I don't think you can stop him, Honey.

Molly: Thanks for letting me change here. It's a lot more convenient than heading over to Carly’s.

Holden: No problem.

Lily: It's a long flight to California. You need to be comfortable.

Molly: Well -- you really should come visit Abigail and me. You know that?

Holden: I will do that.

Molly: You were very generous today. Thanks.

Lily: So were you. Don't be a stranger.

Molly: It almost sounded like you meant that.

Lily: I did.

Molly: Good luck, you two.

[Lily sighs]

Will: Faith is sitting over there by herself.

Parker: Yeah. So?

Will: So I see the way you looked at her. It's cute.

Gwen: And have you seen the way she looks at you?

Parker: Well, I hope you guys have a great ride home.

Will: All right. Come here.

Parker: See you.

Faith: Hi.

Parker: Hi. So, I should have trusted you with my secret. But, well, I didn’t.

Faith: You were right not to. I blab all the time.

Parker: Most of the time.

Faith: I'll try harder to keep my mouth shut. But sometimes there are reasons to speak up.

Parker: Yeah. And -- and this time, it -- it worked out well. Because you talked to Janet about Liberty getting into F.I.T., Liberty is going.

Faith: Really? I'm so happy -- for Liberty.

Parker: For Liberty. Of course.

Faith: So, when does she leave?

Parker: Wow. You are something else?

Faith: That's not what I meant.

Parker: Later today.

Faith: I guess you're gonna miss her.

Parker: She'll be back for visits.

Faith: Yeah. So, are we friends again or what?

Parker: Yeah. And by the way, Friend, you look hot in that dress.

Craig: Gabriel.

Gabriel: Yeah?

Craig: I wanted to say something to you. I'm really happy you have a good opportunity in Montega.

Gabriel: Didn't sound like it before.

Craig: Before I was thinking about me. Now I'm thinking about you.

Gabriel: All right.

Craig: And if you're smart, you'll get to know your sister Lucy down there. She's a terrific person, and she's a great sister. She and Bryant were really close, and I hope that you and she will become close in time.

Gabriel: Thanks. I mean we, Lucy and me -- we've been starting to text. I think we're gonna hang out.

Craig: Good. Any other plans?

Gabriel: Just try to make some cash.

Craig: What is it?

Gabriel: I was thinking about starting up my own contracting business someday. You probably think that's stupid though. I'll mess it up or something.

Craig: I don't know you well, Gabriel, but I know you're a hard worker. You're gonna be successful, no matter what you put your mind to. I'm certain of that, Son.

Gabriel: Thanks -- Dad.

Rosanna: Nice work.

Craig: You give good advice.

Rosanna: Oh, from time to time.

Craig: You know, not that Gabriel would ever give me the time of day, but I am gonna miss him. It's gonna be pretty lonely around this place.

Rosanna: Oh, maybe not. I'm thinking about sticking around for a while.

Craig: You are?

Rosanna: Mm.

Craig: What for?

Rosanna: Well, the automotive industry isn't what it used to be, and the euro is tanking, so it's nice to be around my family.

Craig: And friends.

Rosanna: We are not starting up again, Craig. Are we clear on that?

Craig: Sure. Shee! Wouldn't hurt to have a drink.

Rosanna: I'll think about it.

Liberty: Where are you, Mom? I'm leaving soon. I want to say good-bye. [Sighs]

[Janet screams]

Jack: Okay, Janet, let's get you to the car, okay?

Carly: Jack, can you not see she is clearly in the middle of a contraction here?

Jack: Well, right after the contraction, we're going to the hospital, Honey.

Janet: It's too late.

Carly: What? Well, get on the bed for God's sake!

Jack: Let's lie her down, see how far along she is. Dusty, come one. She's my ex-wife. She's having my child.

Carly: Dusty, it's all right. Would you let Jack help you? He knows what he's doing.

Janet: Oh.

Jack: Carly, are you okay?

Carly: Yeah. It's just -- it's making me a little queasy, you know? But I'm -- I'm fine.

Jack: Really?

Carly: Yeah, yeah. Help -- help Janet, okay?

Jack: Okay. All right. Everybody listen up. This is exactly what we're gonna do, okay? Listen to me.

Dusty: Where's your car, Jack? Let's try for the hospital.

Janet: It hurts! No! We can't have this baby in a car! I don't want to have my baby in a car!

Jack: You won't have to, Janet. You won't have to if you do exactly as I say.

Janet: Well, not everybody's gonna do exactly as you say. [Screams]

On the next "As the World Turns" --

Carly: Go say hello to your son.

John: Perhaps you are the father of the child and not Jack. Well, I took the liberty to go ahead and run a DNA test.

Dusty: Oh, yeah, I'm sorry.

Lily: You'll stay?

Holden: For as long as you need me.

Lucinda: That's what I wanted to see -- the two of you together. You're beautiful!

Jack: What did the doctor say?

Carly: Maybe you ought to sit down.
