Katie: Is Brad here or not?
Brad: She looks mad. Maybe you shouldn't tell her.
Henry: He's here.
Henry: He's right beside you.
Henry: He hears you. Go ahead.
Katie: I want you to know that I love you.
Brad: That I knew.
Katie: And I want you to do something for me.
Brad: Whatever you want.
Katie: I want you to go, to move on or cross over.
Brad: What? No. You don't mean that.
Katie: I want to move on with my life, and I can't do that with you here.
Brad: Yes, you can.
Katie: I want to get on with my life, and I can't do that with a ghost, so please just go and leave me alone!
Katie: Brad did that.
Henry: He wants you to stay.
Simon: It's good to see you again, Pam. That's a lovely necklace.
Pam: I wore it for you. You're known to be a connoisseur of diamonds.
Simon: You've done your research, I see.
Pam: And who's that?
Simon: Oh, this is Jacob. He's my wing man. I find he comes in handy when seeking favors from beautiful women.
Pam: And precisely what favor are you seeking?
Simon: Well, I was hoping there might be opportunities within your company. I do have a background in real estate.
Pam: Well, we could talk about that, but what about your responsibilities?
Simon: Oh, Jacob. He's not mine. Although -- I'm gonna cut to the chase, Pam. I want to stay here, therefore I need a job. Can you help me?
Pam: Buy me another drink.
Holden: I don't think you're gonna find anything, Molly. I think you're just wasting your time.
Molly: I promised Meg I would look, so even if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, I still have to give it a shot.
Holden: Don't you start your job at WOAK soon? I think you should be focusing on that.
Molly: I will, but I --
Holden: Molly, you're not gonna find anything, okay? As much as I wish it wasn't true, my sister is sick, and there is nothing in that computer that's gonna help her.
Meg: I know the hearing is scheduled for this afternoon. By the time I check out of here, Eliza will be asleep, and I'm gonna miss her birthday, and I would have missed everything, so why can't I just see my little girl on her birthday? Why won't you let me do that?
Nurse: I can't say.
Meg: Do they think I'm dangerous, that I would hurt her? Because I wouldn't do that. I would never do that. What are you writing in there? I just asked a question. Is that not allowed? Why can't I see my little girl? I just want to see my little girl! I want to see my girl!
Paul: Happy birthday, Eliza.
Emily: There's the birthday girl! Happy birthday, Eliza!
Paul: She keeps asking for her mom. I think I'm gonna bring her by to see Meg.
Emily: Oh. Would the hospital okay that?
Paul: No. They think it would be the most detrimental thing at this point.
Emily: Well, then, why argue with the expert?
Paul: Because there's nothing worse for a woman than being kept from her child. You of all people should know that.
Damian: This has got to stop. I mean, why can't you just let go of this fantasy? Don't you threaten my wife!
Lily: Is that Meg?
Damian: That's enough. Don't call here again.
Lily: What did she say?
Damian: More of the same. If she can't have me, then she'll destroy the both of us.
Lily: When are they letting her out of the hospital?
Damian: I believe today or tomorrow. She was only being held there for observation.
Lily: But she's still threatening us. I mean, how do we stop this?
Damian: Well, her family could help.
Lily: You want me to talk to Holden?
Damian: I want you to be safe, Cara. Meg's violent. Releasing her today would be a big mistake.
Lily: I'll never convince Holden of that. I could barely get him to agree to send her to Deerbrook in the first place.
Damian: What do you think is going to happen if they release Meg today?
Lily: She'll try to hurt us again.
Damian: Yeah. And what if one of the kids gets caught in the crossfire?
Lily: Don't even say that, Damian!
Damian: She's got to be stopped, Lily, and you're the only one who can make Holden see that.
Meg: Why can't I talk to my doctor? If he's the one who won't let me see my little girl, why can't he tell me why?
[Knock on door]
Paul: Hi. Sorry to interrupt. Hi. My name is Paul, and I have a visitor's pass. Yeah. Here it is. Meg and I, we have a child together, Eliza. You may have heard it's her birthday, so I dropped by some birthday cake and some digital photos and, of course --
Meg: No, I don't want digital photos! I want an explanation!
Paul: Well, you know, this will just have to do. If you'd like, I left a slice of cake at the desk there for you. It's chocolate.
Meg: Why are you talking about cake? Listen to me, I need to see Eliza.
Paul: Yeah, well, this will, you know, just have to do.
Nurse: Try to stay calm.
Paul: She'll stay calm. She will. Promise, don't we, Meg? Thanks. Knock yourself out.
Meg: My beautiful little girl! Hi, Sweetheart! Oh, oh! Happy birthday! Oh!
Holden: Lily, what are you doing here?
Lily: I need to talk to you about Meg.
Molly: What about Meg?
Lily: She called the house and spoke with Damian. She's still angry, Holden, and hostile.
Molly: Wait, she called you?
Holden: I didn't think Meg was allowed to make phone calls.
Lily: Well, apparently she got a hold of a phone, and if she's able to do that under supervision, imagine what she'll do when she's out of there.
Molly: What did she say to Damian? Maybe he misunderstood her.
Lily: My husband doesn't misunderstand threats. Meg already tried to kill him once. I don't want to give her the chance to do it again.
Holden: Lily, I understand your concern.
Lily: What are you gonna do about it, Holden?
Holden: I will talk to Meg's doctor before the hearing this afternoon.
Holden: Yeah, a judge is going to decide whether or not Meg can come home or whether or not she should stay at Deerbrook.
Lily: Well, will you talk to the judge and explain what she's done and tell him to keep her there longer?
Holden: Look, I'm sorry about what Meg did. I'll be sure to talk to the doctor. We'll take it from there.
Lily: You know what? I'll talk to the judge myself. Damian and I will see you at the hearing.
Paul: Hey. We don't have a lot of time before the hearing, so we need to go over some damage control, all right?
Meg: Why? They've already made up their mind about me.
Paul: No. You can't give up hope. You can't. Trust me. I've been in this situation. You want to leave here with the marbles that you came with, you got to follow the game plan.
Meg: Okay. So, what do you mean?
Paul: Well, don't argue with them, even if you know that you're right.
Meg: Okay. Like the way I just did.
Paul: Yeah, like the way you just did. Smile and agree with them and hide your anger and act sane, even though inside you feel like you're going nuts.
Meg: Anything else?
Paul: Well, don't take the meds. You're a nurse. You know what they do. What?
Meg: Damian always told me that you were such a controlling person, and here I am locked up because of him, because I trusted him.
Paul: You want to get back at Damian, you get out of here and you come home and you forget you even met him.
Meg: I want that so much.
Paul: Well, then do it, for her sake.
Pam: You are very charming.
Simon: Oh, you just seem to bring out the best in me, Pam. What can I say?
Pam: Tell me, what would happen if I wanted to follow through on this flirtation we're having? I thought so.
Simon: It doesn't mean we can't make sweet money together.
Pam: I agreed on having drinks out of curiosity, Simon. I never had any intention of going in to business with you.
Simon: And why is that?
Pam: The last building you developed collapsed.
Simon: Oh, these things happen.
Pam: You've been associated with the mob.
Simon: Desperate times.
Pam: And then there was that little incident involving the theft of a priceless necklace from a foreign prince.
Simon: A cat burglar's got to do what he's got to do. What are you saying, Pam, that you disapprove of me?
Pam: I have no problem with your past, but the man sitting in front of me, the declawed cat burglar, the supermanny in search of hearth, home, and --
Pam: You're all about playing it safe now, Simon, and doing business with the new you doesn't interest me at all.
Katie: When he shut that door, it was so him. It's like I could almost see him standing right in front of me with that goofy grin.
Brad: Did you hear that? She wants me.
Henry: Whatever you decide, its okay. Brad just needs to know, what do you want him to do?
Katie: Well, if the real flesh and blood Brad walked through that door, I would grab him and never let him go, but a ghost -- I can't touch that. I can't love it. I don't want that.
Henry: You got your answer.
Brad: I need to talk to her, okay. Can you help me? Can you help me?
Henry: He wants to say goodbye, and I'll tell you what he says.
Katie: All right.
Brad: I love you.
Henry: He loves you.
Brad: And since you love me, too, will you just give me this one chance to say what I have been waiting to say, and then, if you want, I will leave you alone forever.
Henry: He's pleading his case to convince you to let him stick around and keep butting in to your life.
Katie: Just let me hear what he has to say.
Henry: Okay. After this, if she still wants you to go?
Brad: I'm gone, forever.
Henry: If you hear him out, he'll go if you want.
Brad: Remember how when we first met, we hated each other?
Henry: Remember how when you first met, you hated each other?
Brad: Well, I stopped hating you pretty quick.
Henry: He stopped hating you pretty quick.
Brad: It was after I found out how smart and funny and sweet you are, not to mention incredibly beautiful, but what aced it for me was that you, you believed in me. You believed that I could be a TV star, that I could be a husband and a father, and I'm asking you to believe in me now, to believe in me again, to believe in our vows and the hope that Jacob gave us. Please, let me stay.
Katie: But I can't touch you. I can't even see you.
Brad: You saw me that day on Thanksgiving.
Katie: Oh, when I saw your reflection in the window.
Brad: Yeah, yeah! For that one moment, you believed that you made that happen. We can have that again. We can. If you believe, if you want it enough, we can be together again.
Henry: No. I'm not saying that last part. I'm not gonna lie to her, okay?
Brad: You don't know what's possible.
Henry: No, and neither do you, and you shouldn't set her up for something that will never happen.
Katie: No. What is he saying? Henry, what is it? Please, I need to know.
Henry: He wants you to stop crying.
Katie: I can't!
Brad: I need to talk to her again.
Henry: We're gonna try this again, okay?
Brad: There is a reason why you can't say goodbye.
Henry: There's a reason why you can't say goodbye.
Brad: It's the same reason why I can't. It's that we don't want to. We wanted to spend the rest of our lives together, to raise lots of kids together, to grow old and crotchety together. If I stay, I don't know what kind of life that we could have together, but I know that I would love you more than ever and that I would be by your side to watch our son grow up. You know, I think he can see me, and I just -- I don't know how long, if he'll always be able to do that, but I want him to know who I am.
Katie: I'm not trying to keep you away from Jacob. I want him to know everything there is to know about you, but where does that leave me? I don't know when you're there or when you're not. I mean, you could be standing right in front of me just like you are now and saying all the right things and I wouldn't even know it 'cause you're not you! You're just vapor! I don't know what to do!
Henry: What do you want me to tell her?
Brad: I just wish I could touch her. I wish I could hold her and make love to her.
Henry: He wishes he could touch you and hold you and --
Katie: You don't have to say it. I want that, too.
Simon: So, what are you telling me, Pam? Are you telling me I've lost my edge?
Pam: Edgy guys don't push baby carriages.
Simon: Well, perhaps you're right. All right, then, well, since I can't work with you, then I look forward to competing against you.
Pam: Who's gonna hire you? You've lost whatever cache you once had in this town.
Simon: Well, that is a distinct possibility. Oh, but trust me, my claws, they're just as sharp as ever.
Pam: You stole my necklace.
Simon: Uh, no. I returned your necklace.
Simon: Well, I took it to show you I could, and I gave it back because I want a life that's worth more than diamonds. Have a great day.
Henry: Katie. Katie, listen to me. Listen to me, me, not Brad, okay? You are alive, and Brad isn't. He's a ghost, Sweetie. Why am I the only one who thinks this is a problem?
Katie: Where is Brad exactly, right now?
Henry: He's over there.
Katie: You made that door slam. I want to feel you. Can you touch my hand? Can I feel you?
Henry: He can rest his hand on things, and moving stuff, it takes a lot of effort.
Katie: I don't care. I want to try. Please. [Gasps] I love you! I love you, Bradley, and I need you so bad. Please try to find a way to come to me, okay?
Lily: What's all this?
Damian: All this? I thought you might be needing something sweet after talking to Holden. How'd it go?
Lily: You were right. She's due to be evaluated to see when they're gonna release her.
Damian: When's the evaluation?
Lily: This afternoon.
Damian: So soon?
Lily: Yeah. I think we should go, don't you?
Damian: Yeah, of course, I just -- I'm so exhausted. I'm still not up to speed after the poisoning.
Lily: I'm sorry. I didn't even think. You don't need to come with me to the hearing. I can go alone.
Damian: No, no, no, no. I don't want you to do that. Maybe if I lay down for a while I'll feel better.
Lily: Yes, you should rest.
Damian: You know, I'd definitely rest better if you'd lie down with me.
Lily: The idea is for you to get some sleep, Damian.
Damian: We can both sleep.
Lily: I'm not tired.
Damian: No? Please?
Lily: All right. I'll keep you company while you rest.
Damian: Good. Then it's settled. We'll have tea and then me, some sleep. Oh, I forgot the napkins.
Lily: I'll get them. There you are.
Damian: Thank you.
Damian: To us. Mmm.
Holden: What are you doing here?
Paul: I just saw Meg.
Holden: Is she okay?
Paul: I need to talk to you, but it's past Eliza's bedtime. She needs a little nap.
Holden: We can put her down upstairs.
Molly: Oh, come on, guys, and wake her when Paul has to leave? Let me take her home for you.
Paul: You sure?
Molly: I've been staying here for a while, so Eliza and I are old buddies.
Paul: You can drop the little birthday girl off with Emily. She should be home.
Molly: I will.
Holden: So, what is it that you want?
Paul: Holden, you got to get Meg out of Deerbrook, and if the doctors want to keep her there, you need to fight them, and if a judge rules against you, you need to appeal, but she can't stay there.
Holden: I really think that that's the place she needs to be right now.
Paul: No. She stays there and she's just gonna get worse. She's not gonna get better. I know.
Holden: No, you don't know. You don't have any idea what she's been through. You don't know how upset she's been.
Paul: Well, I think she's had some problems with Damian. I think he provoked her.
Holden: I thought that, too, but --
Paul: Come on. You know your sister. She doesn't need to be around a bunch of guys in white lab coats. She should be around people who love and care about her.
Holden: Look, Paul, I'm really scared for her right now. I've never seen her like this before.
Paul: Well, then, bring her home, okay, because if you leave her there, all they're gonna do is tell her that she's crazy, and if they tell her that enough times, she's gonna start to believe it, and then you really will lose her for good. So, if you don't want that to happen, then bring her home.
Damian: You -- you didn't finish your tea.
Lily: Will you stop worrying about me? You need to rest.
Damian: Aren't you sleepy?
Lily: Nope. Come on. Close your eyes. Do it.
Damian: You promised you'd lie down with me.
Lily: All right.
Damian: Talk to me.
Lily: I'm just so upset over what happened to Meg. You know, we used to be so close, almost like real sisters.
Damian: I know.
Lily: I just wish this wasn't happening to her. That she could be well. That she could be happy.
Damian: She will be. It might take a while, but -- Lily? I think you and I need to be happy first.
Damian: As promised.
Orderly: I like the way you do business. For this, I'll turn off the whole damn hospital.
Damian: Now just make sure I'm never on camera and erase my name from the visitor's log. Hello, Meg.
Meg: Damian, what are you doing here? What do you want?
Damian: I just couldn't stay away. Aren't you glad to see me?
Meg: Why would I be? You're the reason I'm locked up in here!
Damian: I would never do that. I love you.
Meg: Really? I thought you loved Lily.
Damian: No, it's always been you, Meg. How can you not know that?
Meg: What about what you told the police and my brother and mama? They all think that I lose my mind! That's the reason why I'm here!
Damian: Meg, you think I betrayed you? Why would I do that? How could I, after everything we've shared?
Meg: I don't know. You meant everything to me, and the way you treated me --
Damian: Meg, listen to me. There were things I had to say and do that I didn't mean, but I'm here now, and I will never hurt you again.
Molly: What you want?
Emily: Excu-- Molly? Hi. What are you doing? What are you doing in my house with --?
Molly: Honey, relax. I brought Eliza home. Paul came over to talk to Holden, and so I offered to bring her home 'cause she seemed sleepy.
Emily: Wait a minute. Back up. He was talking to Holden about what? Are we talking about Meg?
Molly: Well, actually, I don't know. I split before they actually got talking.
Emily: Well, what do you know?
Molly: Okay. I know that there's a possibility that Meg could be in Deerbrook for a long time.
Emily: Well, I knew she was having problems, but she really went after Lily with a piece of glass?
Molly: Oh, yeah.
Emily: And she poisoned their wedding cake?
Molly: That one I'm not so sure of.
Emily: So, she could be there for a very long time.
Molly: Yeah. Well, there's a hearing today, and if the judge decides that she's not fit, you could end up taking care of Eliza full time. Yeah.
Emily: That's -- that's okay. Yeah, you're like my family, aren't you?
Molly: Yeah? You sure you don't mind sharing her with her daddy?
Emily: Oh, God. Of course not.
Molly: Wow. You've changed.
Emily: Yeah, well, you know what? Being with the right guy can do that to you.
Molly: And here I thought it was just an urban legend. Silly me.
Holden: The thought of Meg trying to physically hurt someone -- if I hadn't seen that cut on Lily's back, I would have never have thought that Meg was capable of doing something like that.
Paul: You have to ask yourself why that happened, and why now?
Holden: She's obviously had some sort of psychotic break.
Paul: Or somebody pushed her. Holden, you can't leave her at Deerbrook. It'll kill her.
Holden: I'll see how Meg does at the hearing, but I really think that we should just leave it to the experts to decide what happens with her.
Paul: Well, you have more faith in the experts than I do. I think you're making a big mistake.
Simon: Hey, there. I have a surprise for you.
Katie: What is that? Oh, where did you find that?
Simon: At, like, the 12th store we visited. Jacob and I wanted to make you smile.
Katie: I love it.
Simon: Merry Christmas.
Katie: Merry Christmas.
Simon: There we go.
Katie: Hey, Buddy.
Simon: And while I was out, I got a few really great leads on some possible jobs.
Katie: Oh, great. Did you talk to that real-estate agent?
Simon: Eh, that one didn't quite pan out. It seems my reputation in that area is quite tarnished, but there are other options.
Katie: Well, maybe you need to expand your horizons, you know, like look outside of Oakdale.
Simon: This is where I want to be. I really think I can make a go of it here this time, you know. Regular job, no thievery. Not even minor shoplifting.
Katie: I'm sorry, Simon. You have to move out.
Simon: What brought this on?
Katie: Something happened today, and I want to be alone with my husband. I'm sorry I just blurted it out like that.
Simon: It's all right.
Katie: No, it's not. You've been incredibly good to Jacob and me.
Simon: All right. So, what do you think is gonna happen with Brad?
Katie: I don't know exactly. I mean, he's a ghost, but he can make things move sometimes. Oh, and today, when he touched my hand, I felt this tingle. I felt him, Simon.
Simon: Wow. So, the rest of your life is gonna be filled with flying objects and the occasional electric shock.
Katie: Are you making fun of me?
Simon: No, no. Katie, I am so glad you had a happy marriage, and I am really sorry that it ended the way it did, but it's over. Brad's dead.
Katie: Not entirely.
Simon: And you know what? If he's here right now, I think he's a jerk for what he's doing to you right now. He has no right to make you live the rest of your life tied to a corpse. It's like you might as well be in the grave with him.
Katie: Stop it! For as many times as you walked out on me, you have no right to judge Brad. He loves me so much. He's not even letting death keep him away from me.
Simon: Oh, good for him. And you know what? Who wins in this situation, Katie? He does. And who suffers? You do.
Katie: You're just mad because he got in your way, 'cause you thought you could just walk back into my life and I would fall magically in love with you, like I was never even married to Brad!
Simon: Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. I came back here for one reason, and that was to help you.
Katie: Oh, okay.
Simon: What okay? It's the truth. I never wanted or expected anything more from you. I never wanted or expected anything more from you at first, but these past few days, it just seems possible. I've been thinking that, you know, you and I could be good for each other again.
Katie: But it's not possible, Simon. I'm married.
Simon: Yeah. Yeah.
Meg: Don't do this to me!
Damian: I know you miss me Meg. Are you thinking about the hours we spent together in bed? The promises we made there? I meant everything I said, every single word, Meg.
Meg: What about Lily?
Damian: Forget about her. It's you, Meg. It's always been you.
Meg: You're doing it to me again! You're doing it to me again! Help! Help! Nurse, nurse, nurse!
Nurse: What's going on in here? What's going on?
Meg: Where were you? Why'd you let that man in here?
Nurse: What man?
Meg: Damian! Damian. Damian.
Molly: I think you were right not to listen to Paul. I mean, if the doctors say that Meg has to stay at Deerbrook, you have to listen to them.
Holden: I'm really glad that you're here. It's nice to have someone to talk to about all this.
Holden: What do you think?
Molly: Well, I'm starting to think that maybe you're getting sick of having me around.
Holden: Why would you think that?
Molly: Because when I was working on this stuff for Meg, you pretty much told me to butt out, so I thought maybe you were just dropping hints for me to leave.
Holden: Well, that's only because you were working so hard for Meg, and I didn't want you to think that I was taking advantage of you. I didn't want you to, you know, get fed up and, you know, move out.
Molly: You're too much. Really?
Holden: Really. So are you gonna stay?
Molly: Until you kick me out or I get sick of you. Whichever comes first.
Holden: Good. All right. I got to head over to the hearing. I'll see you later?
Molly: Count on it.
Damian: Hey, Cara. You awake?
Lily: Yeah. Are you okay?
Damian: Yeah. I slept like a log.
Lily: Oh, man. We better get going if we're gonna get to the hearing on time.
Damian: All right.
Lily: Damian, what if they let Meg out?
Damian: We'll deal with it, together.
Simon: You sure about this?
Katie: I'm sure that Brad loves me and that I love him, so I guess we'll figure out all the ghost stuff as we go.
Katie: Simon. So, are you still planning on giving up your life of crime?
Simon: Well, you know what they say about a leopard and his spots.
Katie: You're a better man than you think you are.
Simon: Take care of the little guy. Just take care of yourself.
Katie: We won't be alone. Brad will be watching us.
Simon: Yeah. Well, if you ever want the company of the living -- call me.
Katie: Brad? Can you hear me? You can, can't you? Just give me a sign or something. Never mind. It's okay. I know you're here, and that's all I need. We are gonna be so happy together. I know it.
Henry: She is trying to do the right thing here, okay? She's trying to give you time with your son to make up for the fact that you died trying to protect her.
Brad: That is not her fault.
Henry: It doesn't matter, Brad! She still feels guilty and lonely, and you took advantage of that!
Brad: Oh, well, who cares what you think, okay? Katie understands exactly where I'm coming from, and she wants to be with me. But if we ever need to have a deep conversation, you can swing by the house and help us communicate, right?
Henry: No. No. I'm not gonna do that. I'm not gonna help you steal Katie's life.
Brad: Fine. Who needs you? I will find another way to be with my wife.
Simon: Okay. This can't be happening.
Katie: It's snowing. It's actually snowing. My miracle. It's all coming true.
Simon: Snow and lambs in the church, just like your dream when you were a little girl.
Paul: How's Eliza?
Emily: She's fine. She's sleeping. Molly brought her back. I'm not doing too great, though.
Paul: Something going on at the paper?
Emily: No. No. I've been waiting for the fertility clinic to call me back. You know, I was gonna try to pull some strings to get us in before the holidays.
Paul: Hasn't happened yet?
Emily: No, not yet.
Paul: Oh, well. Can you watch Eliza this afternoon or should I get a sitter?
Emily: No. I'll watch her. Where are you going?
Paul: Meg's competency hearing.
Emily: Why do you need to be there?
Paul: Because I seem to be the only person in the whole world who knows that she doesn't belong there.
Emily: If Meg is dangerously unbalanced, then maybe she needs some observation, and I know how much you care about her, and I know how much you hate psych wards, but maybe this is the one time doctors are right. Maybe she's exactly where she needs to be.
Meg: I'm not making this up in my head! He was right here! Will you stop writing in that damn chart and just listen to me? He was right here!
Nurse: You checked the tapes, right, didn't you? He was right here, wasn't he?
Orderly: I checked the tapes for the last half hour. No one's been in or out of this room. No one's been in here but her.
Meg: That's -- that's not true. That's not true. Check the tapes again. He was here. He was here!
Nurse: Meg, I'm going to have to sedate you.
Meg: No, no, no! No, please don't! He was here! He was here!
Holden: What are you doing to her?
Meg: He was here! He was here!
Damian: Looks like we're early.
Lily: I'm sorry I rushed you. I guess I was a little anxious.
Damian: It's going to be all right, Cara.
Lily: Damian, what if they let Meg out?
Damian: They won't.
Lily: But she broke in to our house. She could try that again or she could tamper with our cars or who knows what? I just don't want her anywhere near our family when she's like this.
Damian: Lily, listen to me. I'm sure once the judge hears everything, they'll keep Meg locked up for a long time.
Lily: Judges have made bad decisions before.
Damian: That's not gonna happen today. I'm sure that after today Meg will no longer be a problem. We're all going to be safe from her for a long time.

Meg: You can't do that! Please! Please, you can't do that! Please!
Mick: Something wrong?
Alison: I had a dream about you last night.
Barbara: That's the same scar that James had after Paul shot him. How is that possible?
