Brad: Will you stop popping me into places with, like, zero warning? It's freaking me out. Ghosts have feelings, too, you know? Isn't she pretty? Oh, baby, I miss you so much. And you always smell so good. That's the "I want to turn you on" perfume. Why are you wearing that? Danishes. I would love to scarf down -- two cups. Why do you have two cups? Who are you expecting for breakfast? There's not some -- it's not some guy, is it? You're not jumping back in the pool, are you? I mean, it's too soon. We just had a baby. I'm still in spirit, Katie!

[Doorbell rings]

Brad: Do not answer that. Do not ans -- no!

Margo: Hello.

Katie: What are you doing here?

Margo: Oh, I just came by to see the baby on my way to work.

Katie: Jacob's asleep.

Margo: Oh, okay, good. Then I'll check the new alarm system. Did you test it the way I told you?

Katie: Yes, mom. It's working just fine. I memorized the code and everything, not that I need it.

Both: Of course you need it.

Margo: Ralph Manzo's trial is set to begin. And who knows if he's planned any intimidation tactics? I want you to be safe.

Brad: That goes double for me.

Margo: So, how's the baby and everything?

Katie: Well, fine. It's just that I'm -- I'm kind of busy. Do you mind? I'm sorry. I don't mean to --

Margo: Oh, stop trying to get rid of me.

Brad: Yeah. Why is that? Ask her who's coming for breakfast.

Thomas: Katie?

Katie: Thomas, hi. It's so nice to meet you in person.

Brad: Do not tell me she met this guy online.

Katie: I'm a little nervous. Sorry, it's been a while.

Brad: Not long enough! Grass isn't even growing on my grave yet. Who is this guy?

Margo: I'm Margo Hughes. Katie's sister. And you are?

Thomas: Thomas Jones. Pleasure to meet you.

Brad: And why are you here?

Katie: Thomas is a well-respected psychic.

Brad: A psychic? Oh, Katie, oh, God, that's genius! I finally get to talk to you again.

Luke: Is there any news about Noah? How is he?

Nurse: He's stable. We're moving him out of the ICU.

Luke: Are you serious? Oh, that is great. That is so great. Did you hear that? Did you hear that? Can -- can -- is there anywhere I can go and see him?

Nurse: I've got his room assignment, if you want to come with me.

Luke: I can -- I can sit with him?

Nurse: Mm-hmm.

Luke: That's great. Thank you. Damian, Damian, will you call Mom and tell her the good news?

Damian: Nothing would please me more.

Mover: What about the suitcases?

Lily: Let's take those upstairs to the master bedroom.

[Cell phone rings]

Lily: Excuse me. Damian. How's Noah?

Damian: Well, they're moving him out of ICU and into a regular room.

Lily: That's good. That's wonderful. That means he's out of critical condition?

Mover: Excuse me, Ma'am.

Lily: Oh, I'm sorry. The master bedroom is upstairs. Will you put the suitcases by the closet? Sorry about that.

Damian: I take it the mover's there with my things.

Lily: Yes. I will have you unpacked by the time you get home. How's Luke?

Damian: I'm so proud of him, Lily. Our son is even stronger than I knew.

Lily: How are you doing?

Damian: Well, I was exhausted. But hearing your voice has given me a burst of energy.

Lily: Good. You'll need it when we bring Noah home.

Damian: I can't wait to be there with you, making a home together.

Lily: Give Luke a hug for me. And you two should get some rest as soon as Noah's settled.

Damian: Well, I don't know if I can talk Luke into leaving Noah even for a minute, but I'll try. And I'll see you soon.

Damian: Hello, Meg.

Meg: I didn't mean to eavesdrop.

Damian: No harm done.

Meg: There will be if you keep putting this off. Before you start playing house with Lily, you need to tell her the truth.

Lily: Thank you.

Holden: Does this mean what I think it means?

Lily: Did you hear that Noah has been moved out of ICU?

Holden: Damian is moving in?

Lily: Look, I know how you feel about him, but you've got --

Holden: Right, right, right, but you're doing it anyway? Everything that I -- you know what? Do me a favor. Keep these boxes when you're done.

Lily: Why?

Holden: Because if Damian's moving in, I'm moving the kids out.

Noah: Luke?

Luke: I'm right here. Did they explain about the bandages?

Noah: Um, yeah. Surgery. Something about my eyes.

Luke: Yeah, they want to protect you from the light. Yeah, we don't want to undo any of that cutting-edge brain surgery.

Noah: Pun intended?

Luke: Always. Noah, I am so sorry.

Noah: Save the apology till I can see. Making up will be a lot more fun.

Luke: Yeah. You got that right.

[Door opens]

Luke: Oh, here's the doctor. He's getting -- he's getting impatient, dr. Logan.

Dr. Logan: Perhaps you should step outside, Luke.

Noah: Does he have to?

Luke: No, no. I'm -- I'm staying. Yeah. Yeah.

Noah: I guess I shouldn't have been setting off explosives while I was having a knock-down, drag-out fight with my boyfriend.

Luke: Yeah, yeah. We probably shouldn't do that again. Now, come on, let me see those baby blues. I've missed them. What -- what's wrong?

Noah: I can't see. I can't see anything!

Luke: Noah. Noah, baby, just chill. Chill, chill, chill. What are you talking about? When you can't see light, you can't see colors?

Noah: There's nothing. Nothing!

Dr. Logan: Look at me, Noah.

Noah: What is it? What's wrong with me? Luke? Somebody tell me something.

Luke: Well, he just got out of surgery, doctor. I mean, this -- this does happen, right?

Dr. Logan: The condition may well be temporary.

Luke: See? See? It's -- it's just like I said. You know, maybe just give it some time, and it'll clear up on its own.

Dr. Logan: It's too early to tell. You rest a while. I'll be right back.

Luke: When the doctor comes back, you're gonna see that he has this huge jelly stain on his tie. I can't believe the nurses didn't --

Noah: Luke, come on. We both know he's lying.

Luke: What are you talking about?

Noah: It's not what he said, it's what he didn't say.

Luke: Noah, you just had a major head injury. You've been through surgery. You spent a day in the ICU. Anybody's eyes would give out on them. Just -- just give it a couple hours, maybe a day --

Noah: I want to be by myself.

Meg: Why do you keep dragging your feet on this? The cop from Kentucky can show up on Lily's doorstep any second.

Damian: Has he called you again?

Meg: He showed up with no warning. And no matter what I said, he never looked like he bought it. Take my word, Damian -- he's gonna come back. And when he tells Lily what you knew -- you're risking everything. They could deport you.

Damian: Don't worry. I can take care of myself.

Meg: My brother is gonna be furious if he finds out that I've been lying to him. And my mother --

Damian: I can't undo what's been done, Meg.

Meg: But you can stop it today. You need to tell Lily the truth.

Damian: I can't. Not yet.

Meg: Why not?

Damian: Because of Noah. And Luke. Lily and I need to function as a husband and wife, as a family, so that we can adopt Noah and give him the proper care. In a week or so, I can --

Meg: A week? A week? A week, Damian? You want to move into Lily's bedroom and then casually mention that you withheld proof that her husband didn't die in the crash? Damian, she'll never forgive you.

Damian: I'll have to take my chances on that. Right now, I need to put Noah and Luke first.

Meg: Of course you do. And if Lily really loves you, the two of you will survive this.

Damian: Well, thank you for understanding.

Meg: I do understand. That's why I think I should be the one to break the news to her.

Damian: No.

Meg: Look, don't worry. I will explain that you believed that Holden was dead and that you were trying to spare her from false hope.

Damian: You stay away from my wife, Meg. I'll handle this.

Meg: When? You know, I don't want to let you down, Damian, but I've stalled Officer Grady long enough. The man is like a dog with a bone. You need to tell Lily the truth before something awful happens.

Damian: I need to be with my son.

Lily: If you think you can threaten to take the kids just to keep Damian from --

Holden: Lily, you're not hearing me. Your life is your business. How it affects my kids is mine.

Lily: Our kids. And the question of custody is still up in the air.

Holden: It was, until you decided to move Damian into this house.

Lily: I thought that you wanted the kids to have a normal life.

Holden: I do.

Lily: Well, that's what I am trying to do, Holden. It's normal for husbands and wives to live together. And Damian is my husband.

Holden: Yeah, I know. I was at your wedding, remember?

Lily: Come on. Why don't you just be honest with me, Holden? This isn't about protecting the kids from Damian's evil influences. This is about getting back at me for marrying Damian.

Holden: No, it's not. I have nothing against you. I like you. It's Damian I can't stand. Look at what he did to Noah.

Lily: He wasn't the one that set off that explosive.

Holden: Going to the dean and telling him that Noah and his adviser had something going on, all too supposedly help Luke?

Lily: That so-called adviser was coming on to Noah.

Holden: Noah had it handled until Damian butted in.

Lily: Damian was trying to help.

Holden: And adopting him, paying his bills -- it doesn't change the fact that Damian is the one to blame for all of it.

Lily: It was an accident. He wasn't even there.

Holden: Yeah, well, the next time something like that happens, my kids -- they're not gonna be caught in the cross fire. That's why I'm moving them out.

Lily: If you insist on bringing lawyers into this, I will fight you dollar for dollar. Who do you think's gonna win, Holden?

Holden: You sound more and more like Damian every day.

Lily: I don't want to say what you sound like.

Holden: Just have my kids at the farm before dinner, or you will hear from my lawyer.

Katie: We're gonna have a sťance.

Margo: Uh-huh.

Brad: Whatever works.

Katie: So, do we need to move around furniture or anything?

Margo: Katie, can I -- can I have a minute?

Katie: Thomas, I'll be right back.

Margo: Katie, how do you know this guy?

Katie: He was highly recommended.

Margo: By?

Katie: By another psychic, a woman that Brad and I interviewed once on "Oakdale Now."

Brad: Margo, he came highly recommended and everything. Will you just please, please, please let him stay and see me?

Margo: And what if -- even if he is the real deal, what if he doesn't come through for you, Katie? I don't want to see you disappointed again.

Katie: Well, I have to try. I can't stop thinking about Henry talking about seeing Brad's ghost.

Margo: Henry is so playing you.

Brad: Believe me, he's not.

Margo: He's trying to establish an insanity defense in case he's charged in the kidnapping case.

Katie: Well, I don't even care. I don't even -- this isn't about Henry. I don't trust him anymore. That's why I got the restraining order.

Brad: Restraining order?

Katie: But I've been having these weird sensations myself. What if Brad is trying to contact me? I have to find out. I miss him so much.

Thomas: I'm getting a powerful vibration.

Katie: Where?

Brad: Right here.

Thomas: Here.

Brad: There?

Katie: I don't see anything.

Brad: Neither do I.

Thomas: That's what the sťance is for. Only it won't work if there are any doubters in the room.

Katie: I hate to ask this --

Margo: No, no, no, it's okay. I got to get to the station, anyway. Good luck with that.

Katie: Thank you.

Margo: Be careful.

Brad: I got her back.

Thomas: Shall we begin? Before we start, it's -- it's best to settle accounts so our minds aren't on material concerns.

Brad: That's kind of slimy, asking for money in advance.

Katie: Yeah, yeah. Of course. Anything for Brad.

Noah: Who's there?

Luke: It's me.

Noah: I thought I told you to leave me alone.

Luke: Well, since when have I ever done what you've told me? Are you thirsty? Here. It's a -- it's a plastic cup of water, and it has a straw. It's right in front of you. Well, what's the point of dehydrating yourself?

Noah: Am I gonna be able to do anything without my eyes? I can't drive, I can't study, I can't work at Java. The worst part is, I'll never be able to see my film.

Luke: Well, nobody will be able to see it until you finish it. And you'll do that right when you get out of here.

Noah: Yeah, I'll be the first blind director. They'll love me at Sundance.

Luke: Noah --

Noah: Why couldn't you just leave it alone? The thing with Mason -- why did you have to tell your father?

Luke: Don't blame Damian. Blame me. I was stupid and jealous. And I should have trusted that you would get Mason to back off. But please, Noah, let me make it up to you.

Noah: Yeah, you can start right now. Get out of here. That'd be good. That'd be a big help.

[Cell phone rings]

Lily: How did you know I needed to hear a friendly voice?

Damian: Why's that?

Lily: Holden came by, and he started in on me -- Damian? Are you all right? Has something happened?

Damian: Um, Noah's awake, but when they took the bandages off, he couldn't see.

Lily: Oh, no.

Damian: Luke is devastated, and so am I. Lily, this is my fault.

Lily: I'm on my way.

Holden: Is Mama around?

Meg: Well, actually, she took Eliza out to gather decorations for Thanksgiving. She loves pinecones, especially the ones that are almost as big as she is.

Holden: Faith used to have a bunch of those. She used to put them in her drawer when she was little. Maybe she can share them with Eliza when we're all living together.

Meg: The kids are moving in here? I thought you and Lily were gonna share custody.

Holden: My share just got bigger.

Meg: When did this happen?

Holden: Damian is moving in with Lily, and I'm taking the kids.

Meg: Holden --

Holden: Meg, listen, listen. You're my sister. I love you very much. I know you have feelings for this guy. I'm not gonna try and talk you out of them, so don't try and talk me out of this. I'm not letting Damian raise my kids.

Meg: Okay, look, look, look. No matter what you and I feel about Damian, we have one thing in common -- we don't want him and Lily together. And they won't be. Trust me, you don't have to force the issue.

Holden: Why not?

Meg: Things change.

Holden: You sound like you know something. And you need to tell me what it is.

Brad: We've got a problem.

Henry: Oh, God! Yes, yes, yes, we have a problem. Do you see this restraining order? This is all because no one can see you but me. I need you to fix this.

Bartender: Okay, that's your limit.

Brad: Rip that up. Katie needs you.

Henry: She needs me. She needs me so much that if I walk past her house on the other side of the street, then she can have me arrested.

Brad: She called a psychic. At first, I thought it was a great idea because the guy would be able to hear me, you know, be able to see me and all that. But he's a phony. He's taking Katie for a ride. So, you have to come with me and stop him.

Henry: Brad, she won't listen to me. If anyone's gonna save her, it has to be you.

Brad: How am I supposed to do that, Henry?

Henry: You're a ghost. Just creep the con man out. And, look, while you're at it, I could use some help with Ralph, okay? Can you scare him to death so I don't have to testify?

Thomas: Brad is trying to speak to me.

Brad: I want you to leave my wife alone.

Thomas: Yes, I hear you. Yes, I'll tell her.

Katie: What did he say?

Thomas: He says he wants you to move on with your life. Find someone new. Be happy.

Brad: No, no, that's not -- no, I didn't say that. That's not what I want! Yes, of course, I want you to be happy, but not with someone new! I want you to open your eyes and see me!

Thomas: What is that, Brad?

Katie: What did he say now?

Thomas: He wants you to know there's no pain in the afterlife. Just a peace that passes all understanding.

Brad: You want understanding, bud? I understand a bunko artist when I see it. I want you to get out of that chair. I want you to get out now.

Thomas: I think Brad believes that I can help you accept his passing over. But sometimes it takes more than one session.

Katie: That's okay. As many as it takes.

Brad: Don't listen to him. Get out!

[Breathing heavily]

Katie: Aah!

Brad: I did it! Uh-huh! That's what I'm talkin' about! What do you think of me now, sucker?

Katie: Thomas? Did you do that?

Brad: Excuse me. That would be me, Katie.

Thomas: I did it. I made contact.

Katie: I don't understand. Isn't that what you always do?

Thomas: Uh, yeah. Uh, yeah, of course. But, um -- uh -- uh -- t -- the spirit had an emotion that I -- I wasn't expecting.

Katie: Yeah, that chair flew out from under you. Why would Brad be angry?

Brad: Because he's a ghost-bustin' fake, that's why.

Katie: I thought you said he was at peace.

Thomas: Well, there -- there's an explanation. But if you're not an expert in metaphysics, it's -- it's -- it's complicated.

Katie: Okay, well, I have time. Here, sit down. We can talk about this.

Thomas: I'm not going anywhere near that chair!

Katie: Okay, fine. In the next session, we'll sit on the couch.

Thomas: No, I'm sorry, Mrs. Snyder. There -- there won't be a next session.

Katie: What? I don't -- I don't understand. You said that's what Brad wanted.

Thomas: No, there's bad vibrations here. And I'm -- this house is unclean. And I need to see my chiropractor!

Brad: Buh-bye! I came through. You saw it. I made physical contact, just like if I was living and breathing. Come on, baby. Come on. Look at me. You can see me now, can't you? Okay, okay, maybe -- okay, maybe you can't see me, but you can see what I can do. You saw that I moved that chair. Watch. I'm gonna do it again. Damn it! Why are you doing this? Why do you give me the power and then take it away?

Henry: Margo, Katie does not need a restraining order. She needs every friend she can get right now. Would you please find a way to invalidate this?

Margo: No.

Henry: What part of paranormal phenomenology don't you understand?

Margo: The dead-people part.

Henry: It's not people. It's Brad.

Margo: Oh, Henry, just give it up. This whole crazy act's not gonna work. You're still gonna have to testify against Manzo or face charges yourself.

Henry: I don't care what happens to me. I just want my best friend back. Please, would you please talk to Katie?

Margo: Oh, I don't know, Henry. She's really mad at you. I don't think she's gonna let you back into her life.

Henry: Really? I'm not so sure about that. I don't think she would have hired that psychic if she wasn't at least giving me the benefit of the doubt.

[Telephone rings]

Margo: Hughes.

Henry: I'll see you in court.

Margo: Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. What? You want to see Henry?

Henry: Is that Katie?

Margo: Yes, yes. Well, he's right here. I'll tell him.

Henry: I knew she wanted to see me. I'm going over there right now.

Margo: No, it wasn't Katie. It was the district attorney's office.

Henry: Wait, wait. What are they doing? Are they arresting me? What did I do?

Margo: No, no, no. They want to give you some witness instructions before you testify. So, the ADA's. I on his way over, and they want you to wait here.

Henry: Okay. Interrogation room?

Margo: Uh-huh. Henry? How did you know about Katie and the psychic?

Henry: I told you, Margo, I have a source on the other side.

Holden: Meg, you need to stop lying to yourself.

Meg: I'm not!

Holden: Lily and Damian are married.

Meg: For now, but --

Holden: They're moving in together. They're adopting Noah!

Meg: Damian -- he's just trying to help Luke through this crisis. Once that's over --

Holden: You think he's gonna come back to you? Is that what he told you? I'm not gonna let him get away with this.

Meg: Holden, you can't say anything to Damian. Okay, this is gonna work out. We just have to be patient.

Holden: Look, I just want to get my kids out of that house. I need to talk to Mama. I need to get things set up here. And you need to stay away from Damian. If there's one thing you can count on, whatever promises he made to you, he will break them.

Noah: Who's that? Who just came in?

Lily: Its Luke and Damian. We have a proposition for you. We want you to be part of our family.

Noah: What are you talking about?

Lily: We want to adopt you, Noah.

Noah: I think I'm a little old for that.

Lily: Well, not according to our lawyers.

Noah: Why would I want that? I support myself. I'm paying my way through school. At least I was.

Luke: Noah, you have no insurance. And if you're not working, how -- how are you gonna be able to afford groceries or rent?

Noah: I'll figure it out.

Lily: We can help you with all of that. We want to. We love you, Noah.

Damian: I've already begun the adoption process. All we need is your okay.

Noah: Oh, is that all you need? Well, you can forget about it.

Luke: Noah, could you just --

Noah: I don't want to hear it! Okay, I don't want any part of you, Damian. Not just because of what you did to me, because of what you're doing to Luke. You're turning him into someone like you. So, you can just take your family and go.

Luke: Noah, please hear us out.

Noah: Get out, or I will throw you out!

Lily: Its okay, Noah. We're leaving.

Noah: There's still somebody here. I want you out. I will throw you out. I'm not helpless! Please, I don't want your help or anyone's.

Luke: Tough. Because I'm not leaving.

Damian: How do I fix this, Lily? I mean, no one's saying it, but Noah may never see again. And it's because of me.

Lily: You were trying to help. You never intended to hurt anyone.

Damian: And that matters to you? My intentions?

Lily: What are you asking me?

Damian: If I have done something horrible but my intentions were good, would you forgive me? I mean, the intentions -- is that all that matters?

Lily: It matters.

Ms. Forsythe: Mrs. Snyder, did Noah sign off on the adoption?

Lily: Ms. Forsythe. Have you met my husband, Damian Grimaldi?

Damian: How do you do?

Lily: This is Noah's social worker. I don't know if you've heard. Noah suddenly lost his sight. We're praying that it's just temporary.

Damian: He seems determined to get by on his own.

Lily: We know that he can't manage, but the more we push him -- would you please talk to him and convince him that we just have his best interests at heart?

Ms. Forsythe: I'll do what I can.

Lily: I'm gonna go talk to Noah's doctors and see how soon he can be released. Do you want to come with me?

Damian: No, Cara. I'll stay here just in case Luke needs anything.

Lily: Look, I don't want you to be so hard on yourself. Everything's gonna work out.

Damian: I thought you left.

Meg: You didn't do it, did you? You didn't tell Lily the truth.

Damian: I'll tell her when I need to tell her, but not today.

Meg: Then I'll do it.

Damian: Don't you threaten me, Meg.

Meg: Don't you get it? I don't want to lose you. And if they deport you because of this, I'll never see you again.

Damian: You've been a good friend to me.

Meg: I want you to be safe.

Damian: The past few days have been very stressful, worrying about Noah and Luke. Can I call you later?

Meg: You haven't had any sleep, have you? You must be exhausted. Poor baby. I wish I could take care of you.

Damian: You know, you can. Come on, Meg.

Noah: I'm not gonna allow myself be adopted just to soothe someone's guilty conscience.

Luke: It's not guilt. It's practical. You can't live by yourself while you're recuperating.

Noah: I'm not talking to you.

Ms. Forsythe: Luke's right, you'll need help at home.

Noah: I could hire someone.

Luke: How? I mean, you don't even have health insurance.

Noah: There must be an assistant program or something. I'll figure it out.

Luke: And how are you gonna do that, Noah? Are you gonna go online? Are you gonna check a book out of the library?

Noah: I don't need your help, Luke.

Ms. Forsythe: Noah, how you proceed is up to you, but choosing to suffer unnecessarily is neither brave nor admirable.

Luke: Please let me help you.

Noah: You don't get it. It's like if I go along with this, I'm saying that I'm okay with what Damian did, with what you did. And I'm not.

Luke: Well, then, don't forgive me. Don't forgive him. Call it something else. Say you're being selfish. You're just gonna take what you need and walk away. Call it whatever you want, Noah, but please let us help you.

Holden: Excuse me. I understand that Noah Mayer has been moved to a regular room now?

Nurse: Yes, Sir, he's in 410.

Holden: Thank you.

[Cell phone rings]

Holden: Hello? Yeah, I'm sorry about that. I saw that you called, but -- is that right? Are you serious? Um, yeah, I can -- I can get there. I'll, uh, I'll leave right away. Bye.

Lily: If you're on your way to see Luke, you'll be happy to know that Damian isn't there.

Holden: Uh, Lily --

Lily: What is it?

Holden: Something has come up, and I need to leave town.

Lily: Is it serious?

Holden: It's personal.

Lily: Right. None of my business.

Holden: But I'm very worried about Luke. Noah -- he can't see. How are they dealing with everything?

Lily: Not well, but don't worry. Damian and I will take care of them.

Holden: I have to put off picking up the kids tonight, but nothing has changed. Once I get back, I will be moving them in.

Lily: Have a nice trip.

Henry: Hey, hey! Watch the suit! Brad?

Brad: You felt that, too? We made contact! We made contact!

Henry: I know. Shh! I know. I've got the coffee on shoes to prove it. When did you become so solid?

Brad: I guess this morning. I guess it just wasn't a fluke with Katie.

Henry: What happened?

Brad: Oh, that scheming psychic -- he really ticked me off, so I kicked him right out of his chair.

Henry: You did? Did Katie see you? Does she believe in you now?

Brad: Well, not quite. We tried again when we were alone, but it just -- that time, it didn't work.

Henry: Well, then, Brad, go back and try it again.

Brad: Maybe it'll work if you come with me. The more believers in the room, the better.

Henry: Brad, I can't do that right now. I've got to -- I've got to testify against Ralph Manzo. I mean, the D.A. just gave me a lot of instructions and a pep talk.

Brad: Are you feeling really good about that?

Henry: I'm feeling like the next time you see me, I'm gonna be even deader than you are.

Brad: You think Ralph is really gonna try to knock you off? Maybe I should stick around.

Henry: Really, Brad? Do you think you can keep me safe from a bunch of hit men?

Brad: Probably not.

Henry: Probably not. So, you know what? Go back over there and try ghost Brad with Katie again. Try to convince her that you're real. That way, maybe you can convince her to forgive me.

Brad: I'll try, I'll try. And take it from somebody who's been there. When the bullets start flying, duck.

Henry: Okay.

Margo: Is that psychic guy gone?

Katie: Yes.

Margo: Good. Katie, did you tell Henry that you were hiring a psychic? Because somehow he knew.

Katie: He did? Well, I didn't tell him.

Margo: Hmm. How did the sťance go?

Katie: Well, Thomas Jones was sitting right in this chair, and it flew out from under him.

Margo: Seriously?

Katie: I think that's what happened, but that's impossible, right?

Margo: You know, Katie, I think maybe you should pay attention to your own feelings.

Katie: That's weird. I thought you would tell me to forget the whole thing.

Margo: Yeah, normally I would, but today -- today I've been thinking a lot about your dad.

Katie: My dad? Why?

Margo: When your dad died, I went through a really rough time. I mean, my God, I was responsible for his death. I mean, even though he was ready to die, he had a living will, and he'd asked me to do it, I just was riddled with second thoughts and shame. And then, one day -- one day, I felt him. I felt Casey. I mean, I felt something, his spirit. And he told me that I shouldn't feel guilty for doing what he'd asked me to do. And it was him, Katie. It was real.

Katie: You never told me that before.

Margo: Well, you never told me that chairs could fly through the air, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Katie: Then maybe it was Brad who made it happen.

Lily: You don't have to decide anything yet. You can wait until you're ready to go home.

Noah: Come on, let's face it. I don't have a home.

Luke: Yes, you do. It may not be perfect, but show me a home that is. And it's yours if you want it.

Noah: I don't like it, but it looks like you and Damian just adopted yourself a new kid.

Lily: Lucky us. Now get some rest.

Luke: I'll be outside if you need anything.

Noah: Yeah, whether I want you there or not.

Luke: No? Well, I can't help it. I want to be where you are.

Lily: Where's Damian?

Luke: I don't know. He probably went home to get some sleep. He's been here nonstop since this started.

Lily: Well, I should call him.

Luke: Do him a favor. Let him rest.

Meg: Take your jacket off. Let me rub the knots out of your shoulders.

Damian: Meg, that's not what I need. But there are other ways you can help me.

Meg: How?

Damian: Get on the phone to Officer Grady and tell him the family has decided not to pursue the question of who knew Holden was alive after the car crash.

Meg: I tried. He wouldn't take my word for it. He's on a mission, Damian. He sees himself as a victim because he botched up the case, then got blamed for it. So, sooner or later, he's gonna contact Lily, and when she finds out that you've been lying to her --

Damian: All right! All right, look. After we settle things with Noah and bring him home to live with us, then I'll tell Lily everything. That's a promise.

Meg: So, once Noah is okay, Lily will know the truth?

Damian: You have my word.

Meg: She's gonna be angry at you.

Damian: Yes.

Meg: Well, I just want you to know, no matter what Lily says or does, even if she turns her back on you, I never will.

Damian: I appreciate that.

Meg: Show me. Show me how much you appreciate that.

Henry: I -- I can't afford your normal fee, but I'm a worthy cause. And it would be great having someone on my side when I take on Ralph Manzo and his crew. Yes, the Ralph Manzo. Loan shark, extortionist, kidnapper, murderer. Hello? Hello? Okay, got to man up, Henry. You're on your own. Well, did David need a lawyer when he took on Goliath? No. Did Rocky need one when he took on Apollo Creed? Hell, no! Lawyer? I don't need no stinking lawyer.

Katie: Okay, Brad. I want to believe. I have to believe because I can't do this on my own. Show me that I'm not alone. Please, if our love is stronger than anything, even death, come through for me. Come through.

On the next "As the World Turns" --

Henry: Ooh.

Molly: Holden?

Holden: Hey, Molly. It's been a long time.

Jack: I don't need your opinion, Carly. Okay? I don't need you here at all.

Carly: Well, you need someone. So, it looks like you're stuck with me.
