Noah: Okay, so the first thing we're gonna shoot is coverage, so just make sure that where I positioned you, you're not getting the lights or booms in the shot, okay? And you are gonna move around when the actors cross, so just be careful of the wires.
P.A.: I'll make sure they're taped down.
Mason: Off to an impressive start, Mr. Mayer.
Noah: You think?
Mason: Absolutely. You're even running on time.
Noah: I just wish Luke was here. I mean, it's great that his mom was able to comp us the room, but I was kind of counting on him to be here for moral support before we actually started shooting.
Mason: What am I, chopped liver? You're doing great. You know it.
Noah: Well, now, I'm just overflowing with confidence.
Mason: Don't let yourself get riled up. And for what it's worth, I think you're better off without Luke here, all right?
Holden: I wanted to wait until after Brad's funeral to bring this up, but I've arranged for a hearing today.
Lily: What kind of hearing?
Holden: Well, I have to get my death certificate legally nullified, for one thing.
Luke: That's all? I mean not that it's not important, but you need us there?
Holden: No, no, no. There are some other things that I'd like to settle at the same time, like the issue of our marriage.
Lily: What do you mean?
Holden: It means that you can't continue to be married to me and Damian at the same time. Something has to give.
Lily: Wait. Wait a minute. Why does it sound like you're planning on ending our marriage today? Holden, answer me. Is -- is that what's really going on here?
Patty: Yeah, it looks like your gunshot wound is healing nicely. I'm gonna rub a little vitamin E cream on you. It will break up the scar tissue a little bit.
Damian: Sounds good. Thanks. [Sighs] Oh, yeah. Yeah, I can feel it working already. Ooh, I think this is getting a little too -- Meg!
Meg: Hi, Damian.
Damian: What the hell do you think you're doing here?
Carly: What is Parker talking about? What were you supposed to tell me? What?
Craig: We -- we, uh -- we had a -- a little disagreement.
Carly: About what?
Craig: Whether we should tell you about Brad's death while you were still at the clinic.
Carly: Oh. You didn't think I could handle it, huh?
Craig: Can you blame us?
Carly: No, I suppose not.
Craig: Then, uh -- and then we realized that you -- you had a right to know. And that's when Rosanna called to tell you.
Parker: But you didn't tell her everything, did you?
Carly: There's more? Well, what is it? Come on, guys. All I need is the truth. Well, somebody say something. You know there's nothing that you can't tell me.
Craig: I think, uh -- I think Parker is talking about Jack.
Carly: What about Jack?
Craig: Well, we weren't sure how much to tell you about Jack's -- involvement in Brad's death.
Carly: Well, I -- I would have found out sooner or later.
Craig: Yes, yeah. Which is when Rosanna realized that the best thing to do is to tell you while you were at the clinic. That way, you would have been surrounded by the right people to help you deal with it.
Carly: And you did. And like I said, it was just the push I needed to come home.
Rosanna: And we're so glad that you did. We missed you so much.
Carly: And I've missed you, all of you. And I know with your love and support, there is nothing I can't handle. Okay, enough with that heavy stuff, huh?
Carly: You -- I want to hear all about what you've been going through and everything that's been happening.
Parker: There's not that much to tell.
Carly: I don't believe a word of that. Come on. Talk to me.
Parker: Mom, we'll catch up later. I think I'm gonna head upstairs. I know you guys have a lot to talk about.
Carly: Is everything okay with him?
Craig: You know, he was -- he was very fond of Brad.
Carly: Yes. No, of course. I don't expect him to forget that he's been to a funeral today. It just -- I didn't expect him to be so guarded with me.
Rosanna: Oh, don't -- please don't worry about it. I mean, he's thrilled that you're back. He missed you so much.
Carly: Yeah. It's just he seems very on-edge, you know? Are you sure there's nothing else going on?
Lily: I should have seen this coming when you didn't show up at the cabin.
Holden: It really has nothing to do with that.
Lily: Right. I'm just curious, why didn't you show up?
Luke: Maybe I should go.
Lily: Was it because you knew I was there, waiting for you like some kind of fool? Or was it because you were just too preoccupied with your little girlfriend, Maeve, to be bothered?
Holden: What difference does it make?
Lily: None, apparently. You can see whoever you want.
Holden: Yeah, and so can you. The hearing is a way to make it official. We'll cut our ties, and then you can legally remain married to Damian.
Lily: So everybody gets what they want. Fine. I'll see you in court.
Luke: Dad, how can you let her leave like this? You see how unhappy she is.
Holden: I have done all I can.
Luke: Mom! Mom, wait.
Lily: Why? Your father's made it very clear that he wants to cut all ties with me.
Luke: Well, you didn't really try to change his mind. You need to tell him how you feel.
Lily: Luke, I have tried.
Luke: Well, then, try again! Stop pushing his buttons. Just be honest with your feelings.
Lily: He won't listen to me.
Luke: Well, maybe he will, if I can get him to be honest with you, too. I know how much this marriage means to both of you. You can't just throw it away.
Damian: You're following me?
Meg: I'm sorry. Do you think I'm stalking you?
Damian: Well, if what happened just now is any indication --
Meg: Okay, you know what? Stop. I was walking by here and looked in, and I saw you with Patty, and I thought you would be more comfortable being treated by a friend.
Damian: Oh. So you and I are friends now?
Meg: Yeah, I thought we were.
Damian: You crossed a line here, Meg, and you know it.
Meg: Fine. I'm sorry. If you'd like, I'll call Patty back.
Damian: What were you thinking you'd accomplish here, anyway?
Meg: Nothing! I didn't come in here with an agenda. Why don't you believe me?
Damian: Meg, you cannot manipulate me into loving you. It doesn't work that way.
Meg: Really? Because you manipulated Lily into loving you, didn't you, the minute Holden was out of the picture?
Noah: This is my set, all right?
Noah: Which means that my boyfriend is allowed here anytime that he wants, all right?
Mason: I didn't say that he's not.
Noah: Because Luke has been in on this from the very beginning, even after I told him that we weren't gonna use his script. So I don't want to hear that he doesn't belong here.
Mason: Okay, first of all, I didn't say that he doesn't belong here. If that's how it came across, then I apologize.
Noah: How did you mean it, then?
Mason: All I meant, and this is coming from experience, is that sometimes having your boyfriend on set will split your focus and make you even more nervous, okay?
Noah: I don't think that's possible.
Mason: So why would you want to make it any worse on yourself now? This is your first movie, all right? The first and only priority you got to have when you're here is what's happening when the camera is rolling. But you got a great script. You cast the actors well. You're well-prepared. So relax. Have a good time. Go with the flow. Relax.
Noah: It's just a little daunting. I mean, we are gonna be here all night.
Mason: Yes, we are. And I'm gonna be here to help you through it, okay?
P.A.: Noah, the actors are here.
Noah: Oh, great. You guys are right on time.
Holden: How is she?
Luke: Well, she's pretty thrown. I don't think she expected her marriage to be over today.
Holden: Why not? It's what she wants.
Luke: Dad, if that's why she wanted, why would she hope that you come to the cabin? You guys have got to stop assuming things.
Holden: I'm not assuming anything, okay?
Luke: Oh, wait, so Mom's right? Mom's right? There was something going on between you and this Maeve woman?
Holden: No, there was nothing going on. In fact, Maeve has left town. I -- I probably won't even see her again.
Luke: Well, then, why didn't you tell Mom that?
Holden: Because it wouldn't have mattered.
Luke: How do you know that?
Holden: Because I do. I went up to the cabin, Luke. I was there.
Holden: I went up there. I wanted to talk to your mother to see if there was anything left, figure out where we go from here.
Luke: Well, then, why is Mom acting like you never showed up?
Holden: Because when I got there, Damian was with her. It was very clear to me that there was nothing left to talk about.
Luke: So you just left?
Holden: Your mom made her choice.
Luke: But, Dad, if she knew that you showed up --
Holden: No, no. Its better that she doesn't know, all right?
Holden: Because if she thinks I was unfaithful, it will be easier for her to move on.
Luke: Dad, Dad, is this really what you want? Do you really want to end your marriage?
Holden: Your mother and I cannot have a real marriage as long as Damian is in the picture. I've had enough, Luke. That's it. It ends today. One way or another, it ends.
Carly: You know, I just can't shake this feeling that there's something Parker's not telling me.
Craig: I'm sure he's just worried about Jack, and -- and he doesn't want to dump that on you right now.
Rosanna: I don't think it's just that.
Carly: What else is it?
Craig: Well, you know, Liberty's been going through a lot lately.
Carly: Oh, God, no. Please don't tell me they're back together again.
Rosanna: No, no, no, no, no, no. Parker and Liberty are just friends.
Craig: And he's been helping her through a pretty rough patch.
Rosanna: He is a remarkable young man, and you should be very, very proud of him.
Carly: I am. Thank you. And thank you for looking out for him while I was gone.
Rosanna: Carly, you don't have to thank me for taking care of your family.
Carly: Of course I do. You promised me you would take care of my kids, and you did, and I will always be grateful to you for that -- always. Okay, I'm gonna get myself a cup of coffee. You want any?
Craig: No, I'm good.
Rosanna: No. No thank you.
Rosanna: Craig, we have to tell her -- everything, all of it, about the affair, everything -- now! Right now.
Craig: Are you sure this is the best time to tell her about us?
Rosanna: Yes! Parker almost told her about us himself. The longer we wait, the bigger the lie becomes.
Craig: It's not a conversation you can just ease into.
Rosanna: Well, we have to find a way.
Craig: You're right. Okay, all right. Let's go face the music.
Rosanna: Oh, Sweetie, if you're looking for the bottle, uh, that you hid in the back, uh, I -- I got rid of it, if that's what you're worried about?
Carly: You did?
Rosanna: Yeah. I did. I -- I threw all the bottles out -- everything. It's all gone.
Carly: Thank you. It just came flooding back to me just now, how good I got at hiding and how easy it became for me to justify to myself what I was doing.
Craig: Are you sure you're all right?
Carly: I -- I am. I just -- I need to get myself to a meeting, I think.
Craig: Right now?
Carly: Yeah. I think right now would be good. I'm gonna call Memorial and get their schedule there. Excuse me.
Noah: Mason, we can cheat that, though, right?
Mason: Absolutely. Do it all the time. It will make the room look bigger on camera.
Noah: Hey, guys, give me a minute, and then we'll get started, okay? Hey.
Luke: I hope I'm not interrupting.
Noah: No. I wanted you here.
Luke: I can see that. How's it going?
Noah: It's going good. It's going good. Everything okay?
Luke: Uh, yeah. Just my dramatic family.
Noah: I'm sorry.
Luke: Oh, no, it's okay. So, um -- it's going well?
Noah: Yeah. No, it -- it's going great. We just blocked the first scene, so I haven't wasted any tape just yet.
Luke: Oh, and you're not going to. You're gonna be amazing. I know it.
Noah: Now I remember why I wanted you here.
Luke: Oh, come on. I wouldn't miss this for the world.
Mason: All right. Can't keep the actors waiting.
Meg: I just don't want to see you get hurt, Damian. I know how hard it is to hold onto someone who's never gotten over their first love.
Damian: Meg, you have to stop trying to compare our situation with what I'm going through with Lily, all right? It's not the same thing.
Meg: Why? Because I never meant that much to you?
Damian: [Groans] Why do you keep trying to push this?
Meg: Because you already admitted that you've never gotten over Lily, the same way that she's never gotten over Holden.
Damian: Meg, Lily and I share a child together. We were married once. We had a life together -- a good life.
Meg: It just didn't last as long as what she's had with Holden, though, did it?
Damian: Look, I am not going to debate this with you. What Lily and I have is more than just a passing fling, all right? We are connected in a way that you and I and she and Holden never were.
[Cell phone ringing]
Damian: Excuse me.
Meg: By all means.
Damian: Cara. What? There was a hearing today? Why weren't we informed? He did? I see. Are you all right? No. No, go. Uh, I'm on my way.
Meg: What is this about a hearing? Well, you know I'm gonna find out about it.
Damian: Apparently, Holden is going before a judge to have his death certificate invalidated.
Meg: And you want to be there for that?
Damian: He also plans to petition the judge about his marriage to Lily.
Meg: What does that mean? What is a judge gonna do?
Damian: According to Lily, end it.
Holden: During the time that I was presumed dead, my wife -- she ended up marrying another man.
Lily: Holden's death was so sudden. It was an extremely painful and confusing time for me, your honor.
Holden: You certainly had help dealing with that pain, didn't you?
Lily: That is not fair.
Holden: It's the truth.
Lily: Your honor, none of this would have happened if I had known my husband was alive.
Holden: No, maybe not right away.
Lily: How can you say that?
Holden: Because, Lily, I know you. There's no way you would have married Damian if you didn't have feelings for him.
Lily: What about the feelings I still have for you?
Holden: Well, they weren't gonna win out in the end, were they?
Lily: That is not true. I never would have left you.
Holden: Your honor, we both know that it's impossible for her to be married to -- two men at the same time. So what we would like is to have one of the marriages annulled.
Judge: It seems the question is which marriage?
Carly: And that's the next A.A. meeting scheduled? Okay. All right. Thank you.
Craig: All set?
Carly: Yeah. Yes. I'm all set.
Craig: Oh. Well, what's that -- that for?
Carly: Mm! I just want you to know how much it means to me that you're still here. I couldn't have done this without you.
Craig: Oh, you did all of that on your own. I really had nothing to do with it.
Carly: Is there something going on here?
Craig: What do you mean?
Carly: Well, the way you -- you just -- you just pulled away from me just now.
Craig: I didn't pull away.
Carly: Yes, you did. I certainly didn't feel a kiss on my lips.
Craig: Okay. To be honest, I just don't want you to feel like I'm pressuring you. I mean, you just walked in the door. So if -- if you need some time --
Carly: Time for what?
Craig: To think about your feelings again.
Carly: I just spent months examining my feelings. Did you not hear the things that I said just a few minutes ago, or --
Craig: Yeah, I did. I did, everything you said about me and your commitment to us. I can't tell you what it was like to hear that.
Carly: Well, I meant every single word. So come on. Aren't you at least a little happy to see me?
[Rosanna clears throat]
Carly: No, don't be. Don't be silly. You live here, too.
Carly: Craig and I were just talking.
Rosanna: No, no. Please don't explain.
Carly: I guess we were getting a little carried away.
Craig: It sure caught me off-guard, I can tell you. But I -- I think the moment's passed now.
Rosanna: Well, that's for the best, don't you think?
Carly: What do you mean?
Rosanna: Oh, Carly, we have so many things that we need to talk about. Let's sit down.
Carly: It sounds important.
Rosanna: It -- it is.
Carly: And I think I know what it is.
Rosanna: Carly --
Carly: You're -- you're worried about me. And that's totally understandable, because I'm not gonna lie to you. The impulse to drink is -- is still there sometimes.
Craig: But you -- you know how to cope with it now.
Carly: Yeah. More or less. That's why it was so important that I -- I find out the schedule for the meetings at Memorial. And, in fact, there's -- there's one starting there in -- in 15 minutes. And it's an open meeting for family, friends.
Craig: You want us to come?
Carly: Yeah. This is something that -- that I want to share with you.
Rosanna: Well, actually, you know, I think it would be best if you -- if you just go, because I have so many things that I haven't prepared around here. I wasn't expecting you to come home so soon. I've got all my clothes in your room.
Carly: Come on. No, we can -- we can do that later. Please, please. It would really mean a lot to me if you were there.
Lily: Which marriage do I want to annul?
Damian: Lily, wait.
Lily: Damian, what are you doing here?
Damian: I told you I wanted to be here.
Lily: Yeah, but I didn't plan on you interrupting.
Damian: That wasn't my intention. Look, I just -- I just need to talk to you before you do anything in here. Please. Your honor, I'm sorry. I'm Damian Grimaldi. I'm Lily's husband. May we have a moment?
Lily: What is so important?
Damian: You are.
Lily: Damian --
Damian: Just hear me out, all right? I want you to know that whatever decision you make in there today, I will respect it, and -- and I will support you, no matter what.
Lily: Thank you.
Damian: There's something else.
Lily: What is it?
Damian: If you decide to annul not only your marriage to Holden but to me, as well, I -- well, I won't fight you.
Damian: You've been under so much pressure lately, and maybe this is the only way to stop it.
Lily: I can't believe you're saying this.
Damian: But if that's what you decide to do, well, then, I'd like to see it as a chance.
Lily: For what?
Damian: For us, for a fresh start together. Because then we'll be together because it's something that we both want.
Lily: I don't know what to say.
Damian: You don't have to say anything. I just want you to know how I feel. I haven't lost faith in us, Lily. I never will.
Carly: I've been sober for 114 days, and a half. [Laughs] Thanks. I know it doesn't seem like a very long time in the grand scheme of things, but to me it's everything. It's my whole life, really -- my whole new life. I just want to take a second to acknowledge somebody who has stood by me through probably the lowest moments of my entire life. This man was crazy enough even then to tell me that he loved me, to tell me that he wanted to see me happy. You'd think that kind of devotion would be enough to get me to stop drinking, but the truth is, I -- I used it to drink. The truth is, I -- I used you to protect myself, to protect my secret so I could keep on drinking. 'Cause I knew that you loved me unconditionally, that you wouldn't listen to anybody if they tried to tell you that there was something wrong with me. Instead of feeling blessed that I had you, I -- I took advantage of your kindness. I took advantage of your love. And I'm really sorry for that.
Noah: And -- action!
Mary: So you're just gonna leave?
Rob: I'm tired of you trying to control my every move.
Mary: I was trying to look out for you.
Rob: What do you know about my life? You've had everything handed to you since you were little.
Mary: So I come from money. What's wrong with using it to try to make us happy?
Rob: Because you treat me like I'm supposed to love you. I'm your boyfriend, not your possession.
Noah: Cut. You guys are doing great. You're doing great. Um -- just when you're talking to her, don't be so harsh. You're angry, yeah, but you still love her. You're only leaving because she doesn't get that you need to make it on your own. Okay?
Noah: Great. Okay, take it from the top. It's going great, right?
Luke: Yeah, yeah, totally.
Lily: I'm sorry for the delay, your honor. This isn't an easy decision to make. No matter what, I'm gonna hurt someone I care about very much.
Judge: Would you like a day to think it over?
Lily: Please, if you wouldn't mind.
Judge: Not at all. We'll reconvene tomorrow afternoon.
Damian: The judge is right, Lily. This is a big decision. You don't want to rush into it.
Holden: He's right. It's not the same as, uh -- getting married.
Lily: Holden --
Damian: I'm gonna take off, let you two talk. You know where I stand.
Lily: Holden -- Holden, look at me. Are you sure you want to go through with this?
Carly: This beautiful woman right here is my sister. And for a long time, she was lost to us, and we missed out on so much time together. But then, suddenly, by some miracle, there she was, back in my life again. Only this time, I was the one who was lost. I was so worried about my next drink that I couldn't appreciate it. I couldn't appreciate you. That's gonna change now. I've been absent from both of our lives for too long. Rosanna, I know that I left you to pick up all the pieces when I left for rehab, and that was so, so unfair. But I'm gonna make it up to you. I swear to you I am, starting right now. I am gonna be the sister that you deserve and not the one who is a liar and a cheat and a drunk. [Voice breaking] I want you to be proud of me. I want you to trust me and respect me the way I do you.
Rosanna: I'm sorry. I can't listen to any of this. I'm sorry.
Carly: Rosanna -- hey, what's going on?
Rosanna: I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to make a scene in there.
Carly: Oh, no. It's not a scene. They're used to it, believe me. I -- I think I'm the one who should be apologizing to you.
Rosanna: To me? Why?
Carly: Obviously, I embarrassed you.
Rosanna: No, you didn't. Really, you didn't.
Carly: I just -- I want you to know how grateful I am to you, to both of you, for -- for everything you've done for me.
Rosanna: Really, Carly, you don't have to keep thanking us.
Carly: I do. It's -- it's something that I learned while I was away, that you have to be honest about your feelings, about everything, really.
Rosanna: I know.
Carly: I know you do. You've been that way your whole life. Um, I'm just catching up.
Rosanna: Well, you're doing beautifully, and I'm very proud of you and everything that you've accomplished.
Carly: Thank you.
Rosanna: And nothing will ever change the way I feel about you.
Carly: Rosanna --
[Cell phone beeps]
Carly: Just a second. Oh! Sage. She -- she's on her way home. I've got to go. Do you -- do you mind if I go?
Rosanna: Oh, no, no, go. Your little girl misses you so much.
Carly: Okay. You want to come?
Craig: Oh, uh, actually, I need to drop off Johnny at the babysitter. But I'll -- I'll call you later.
Rosanna: And I've got some errands I've got to run, so --
Carly: I don't want to chase you away from the house.
Rosanna: No, you're not. No, you need time to -- to reconnect with Sage. You should go and -- and be with your daughter.
Rosanna: Go on!
Rosanna: Go. [Sighs]
Lily: Our marriage still means something to me. I'm willing to fight for it.
Holden: Are you sure about that? What we have is far from perfect.
Lily: Stop putting your defenses up. This isn't just my decision to make. This is our marriage we're talking about.
Holden: You don't think I know that?
Lily: Well, then, talk to me, damn it! What is it that you want? Is it this -- to yell and fight and -- and save what we have? Or -- or do you just want to cut your losses and move on with Maeve?
Holden: This isn't about Maeve.
Lily: Then what is it about? What is keeping us apart? Have you just fallen out of love with me?
Holden: No. I never stopped loving you or wanting to be with you.
Lily: This is all about Damian?
Holden: Yes. You want me back? Then you promise me that you'll never see Damian again.
Holden: You want to know what it will take to save our marriage, that's it.
Lily: You want me to just cut Damian out of my life completely?
Holden: I do. I'm tired of sharing my wife with him.
Lily: You're not.
Holden: All right. If you can't see that, then fine.
Lily: No, don't! Don't shut down on me.
Holden: If you want to hold on to our marriage, then you need to forget about Damian. I want your life, I want your heart, and I want it to belong to me and only me. Those are the vows that we made. And if you can't keep them, then there's nothing left to save.
Grady: Hello, Ma'am. Uh, I'm --
Meg: Yes, I know who you are. You're the officer that investigated Holden's accident in Kentucky.
Grady: Yes, I'm Officer Grady.
Meg: What are you doing here? I thought you disappeared.
Grady: Not exactly. I was attacked and locked up by the same man that held your brother hostage.
Meg: Oh, my God. Are you okay?
Grady: It was touch and go there for a while, but I'm recovering. That's why I couldn't make it up here before now.
Meg: Well, please, come in.
Grady: How is your brother doing?
Meg: He's good. We all had a hard time accepting his death, so to get him back like this --
Grady: I'm glad things have worked out for your family. That's actually why I'm here.
Meg: What do you mean?
Grady: When your brother turned up alive, Detective Snyder called down to ream us out about messing up the records.
Meg: [Scoffs] Well, I think you could understand why he would feel that way.
Grady: But the thing is, we didn't make a mistake, and I can prove it. I want Detective Snyder to know that.
Meg: Well, he's not here right now. His brother passed away, and he needed some time for himself.
Grady: I didn't know him. I'm sorry to hear that.
Meg: Well, thank you. You know, if you have any message, I could just make sure that he gets it.
Grady: I'd rather tell him in person.
Meg: Officer Grady, if you have any information about my brother's accident after everything my family has been through, I would like to hear it.
Sage: I'm so glad you're home, Mom.
Carly: Well, thanks. It's good to be here. And you know how happy I was to come home and see how everybody is getting along around here.
Sage: Well, Parker and I still fight. But not as much, I promise.
Carly: That's good. But really, I was talking about Aunt Rosanna and Craig. They -- they seem much better now.
Sage: Well, it wasn't that way before.
Carly: It wasn't?
Sage: No. But I think they like each other now.
Carly: Well, that's good. I like it when people like each other. And I want to make sure it stays that way.
Rosanna: Look, I know it was stupid of me to come here.
Craig: No. I'm glad you did.
Rosanna: Are you?
Craig: What kind of a question is that?
Rosanna: Well, I think it's a pretty reasonable one, considering the last time I saw you, you were kissing Carly.
Craig: No, no. She was kissing me.
Rosanna: Oh, give me a break! You don't get to slide by on a technicality, Craig. It didn't look like you were in any pain.
Craig: That's not being fair.
Rosanna: Really? 'Cause from where I stand, it looks like you're coming up with every reason possible not to tell Carly about us.
Craig: No, I want to tell her.
Rosanna: And, but, so?
Craig: I'm worried about her. I mean, don't you think this could be too much, too soon?
Rosanna: I don't know.
Craig: This could send her right back to the bottle.
Rosanna: Well, you sure? You sure that's the only reason that you're hesitating?
Craig: What other reason could there be?
Rosanna: Maybe your feelings for me have changed. Maybe you don't love me anymore.
Mary: Please, don't go! Please!
Noah: Cut. That's a buy. You guys, that was awesome.
Mason: They were awesome. You were awesome. You were awesome. You were awesome. You nailed that take.
Noah: Come on. You think?
Mason: Oh, the student has become the master. Mwah!
Noah: Okay, so, uh, we're gonna reset for close-ups. Hey, uh, where's Luke?
P.A.: Your boyfriend left.
Noah: He did? Why?
P.A.: I don't know, but he seemed upset about something.
Damian: Son, I'm glad to see you. Listen, tomorrow, there's a meeting for Grimaldi shipping. Can you cover for me?
Damian: Great. What's wrong?
Luke: Noah started filming today. I was just on set, and the script is -- I don't know. It's suddenly very personal.
Damian: How so?
Luke: Well, probably because his adviser rewrote the entire thing.
Damian: This adviser -- he has an agenda?
Luke: Yeah. He already admitted that he's attracted to Noah, and now he's using this film to undermine our relationship.
Damian: All right, son, don't let him get away with that.
Luke: Well, what -- what am I supposed to do?
Damian: Listen, one thing I learned with your mother is that you don't get what you want by being complacent, all right? You got to fight for what you want. And then there's a good chance you'll get it.
Grady: Just tell Detective Snyder we didn't use inconclusive dental records to I.D. your brother's body.
Meg: You didn't?
Grady: Of course not. We did DNA tests ourselves to prove that the body in that truck wasn't Holden Snyder.
Meg: What? W -- why didn't you tell anybody about this?
Grady: We did.
Grady: Damian Grimaldi.
Meg: Damian? You're telling me that all along, he's known that Holden was really alive?
Grady: Looks that way.
Lily: I can't cut Damian out of my life completely.
Holden: Why not?
Lily: He's Luke's father.
Holden: Oh, really? What does that make me?
Lily: You know that's not what I meant. What you want -- it's not fair to Damian, or to Luke.
Holden: I don't care about what's fair to Damian.
Lily: Holden, I love you. You've admitted you love me. Doesn't that count for anything?
Holden: Right now, those are just words.
Lily: I have lived my life without you. It doesn't work. I can't do it. Let me ask you something.
Lily: Knowing how I feel about you, about Damian, all of it, are you still willing to walk away from me, from our children, from the home that we've built, our life? I'm right here! Look at me! Are you still willing to give all that up?
Holden: I'll see you back here tomorrow.
Carly: Why would Rosanna need something like this?
Craig: You -- you think I don't love you anymore?
Rosanna: I don't know. I don't know what to think.
Craig: But you believe that my feelings for you could just disappear like -- like that?
Rosanna: Well, your feelings for Carly did.
Craig: That was different.
Rosanna: Really? I don't know, Craig. If you -- if this is about the chase for you --
Craig: No, it's not.
Rosanna: -- And you just told me that you love me so you can get what you want, and as soon as Carly comes back, you'd dump me --
Rosanna: I have heard that one before. Just -- I got to go.
Craig: No. You're not going anywhere. That's not what this is about. I love you and no one else.
On the next "As the World Turns" --
Holden: My marriage is over. It's time to put an end to this.
Damian: I'm busy.
Meg: Too busy to talk about a certain DNA test that got lost in the shuffle in Kentucky?
Lily: Damian, it's me. Are you there?
Rosanna: I just didn't want you to have to handle this alone, okay? [Gasps]
Carly: Handle what? Handle me?
