Craig: You're arresting me?
Margo: For the kidnapping of your daughter, Lucy Montgomery.
Craig: You're not serious.
Margo: Do you see me smiling, Craig? You are under arrest.
Craig: And when did this alleged kidnapping take place?
Lucy: You know when. Before I went to school.
Dusty: What's the matter? No magician to help you disappear?
Craig: Oh, please. Come on, you know it's obvious that he's put her up to this.
Tom: Margo, are you sure?
Craig: Yeah, there's no case, no evidence.
Lucy: I'm the case, Daddy. This time, I tell everyone what I've known for years, that I wasn't brave enough to tell before. This time, I testify against you.
Craig: Because of Dusty?
Lucy: Because of Johnny. You haven't learned a thing. You hurt me, and then you come back and you want to hurt Johnny!
Craig: Lucy, I don't want to hurt you. I just want to be a good father to Johnny.
Lucy: You don't know how to be a good father!
Margo: You have the right to remain silent --
Craig: Oh, come on, Margo, isn't it obvious that he's using her to get a hold of a child that's not really his?
Margo: Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
Craig: You know it's true. Yeah, and I have a right to an attorney.
Dusty: Let the lady finish.
Craig: Tom, why don't you ask your wife if this is such a good idea. Huh? Think about it, Margo. Think about it. It could be very interesting for all of us.
Casey: Well, look who finally made it.
Gwen: I'm sorry. The lines were really, really, really long.
Will: We were voting.
Gwen: Hey, did you?
Both: No, you didn’t.
Will: This is so exciting.
Casey: Dude, I know. Gwen's finally going to get her big break.
Adam: Hey, you're here.
Casey: Hey, we were just deciding how we were going to spend our first million.
Gwen: He was.
Adam: You've been doing that since you were born. Okay, Gwen, let's take a look at your material. You have sheet music?
Gwen: Yeah. I brought some stuff that I wrote a couple of years ago. This -- yeah. This one is one of my favorites.
Adam: All right. Gwen, is this really the best you've got?
Lily: So, my car battery dies a few blocks from here, and, of course, my cell phone is not charged. So I thought I'd stop by and see if you were home. And you're home. Hello.
Carly: Well, I'm glad you did.
Lily: You okay?
Carly: Yeah. Why?
Lily: You seem a little upset.
Carly: Jack was just here.
Lily: Did you have a fight?
Carly: No, no, it was the opposite, really. We had one of those "we knew it was coming" talks. Or I knew it was coming, anyway.
Lily: You knew what was coming?
Carly: The nail in the coffin. You know, when you finally say, out loud, that a relationship is over.
Lily: Because of Simon?
Carly: You know, a little while ago, I wouldn't have been able to answer that. When I was talking to Jack, I finally saw it. Simon and I are more alike than I ever imagined. And, I think, in a lot of ways, he's more right for me than Jack could ever be.
Margo: Do you understand your rights as I have stated them?
Craig: I could say them in my sleep.
Dusty: This is a joke to you?
Craig: It breaks my heart to see my child manipulated by you.
Dusty: It was your child's call.
Craig: Oh, yeah, sure. You had nothing to do with it. It's just a coincidence that she happens to step forward now, right on the heels of the court acknowledging my rights as Johnny's father.
Lucy: I don't want Johnny to end up like Bryant -- driving down some country road too fast because he never had the chance to be his own man.
Margo: All right, I've got a squad car outside. Let's go. Let's go.
Craig: No, no, Margo. Please wait! Wait --
Tom: Craig, don't say anything.
Craig: I hurt Bryant. I know that. And I have to live with that in a way that you can't imagine. I'm not a perfect father, but the love that I have for my children -- all three of you -- is perfect. Don't let Dusty destroy our family.
Lucy: You destroyed our family!
Craig: You want Johnny to be raised by a -- by a mobster? Or did you forget about the illegal gambling? Or the boxing scandal that almost got your friend killed. Is that who you want raising Johnny?
Dusty: Don't defend me to this punk.
Craig: I know you think this is for the best, but, Lucy, I know you. Ever since you were born, you've had a good and gentle heart. But this will haunt you. You'll lay your head down at night and you'll regret this for the rest of your life.
Margo: Let's go. Go, go.
Will: Okay, forget it. We don't need this.
Casey: Whoa, Will, slow down.
Adam: It's not personal.
Will: She's showing you something that she slaved over, and you're dumping on it. How is that not personal?
Adam: You asked me to produce the demo because you want the benefit of my experience. Now, you have to be prepared to hear the truth. Now, Gwen's got a killer voice, but to make it, she needs her own sound. A different sound. I want to hear something new or something I haven't heard in a long time that makes me want to hear it again.
Casey: I get that.
Adam: Yeah. Look, Gwen, I don't know everything. But I do know if we pull this off, we all get what we want. Now can we hear the lady sing?
Casey: All right, Gwen. You heard Mr. Hollywood.
Adam: Just whatever you have right there.
Gwen: Okay. It's kinda weird.
Adam: I know, just -- Wait, wait, stop -- lower the key. Give it more of a bluesy sound.
Will: She didn't even finish the verse.
Adam: I want another key. Go ahead. Better. I like it. Have you had any formal training?
Adam: Okay. Well, I know a coach in Chicago. I think it might be a good idea if you work with her a little bit.
Will: Gwen doesn't need a coach.
Adam: She does if she wants to be part of something bigger than a few sets at Crash.
Casey: I'll get that.
Adam: No, let me get that.
Casey: Hey, don't worry about it.
Will: Yeah, he's just throwing his weight around.
Casey: Look, I've got some of your old stuff in my room. I'll go get it and you'll be fine.
Will: All right. We'll be right back.
Gwen: All right.
Adam: Hey. What a pleasant surprise.
Jade: Yeah, I'm glad I caught you before you left for L.A. I brought you something to remember me by.
Jade: Mm-hmm, pictures of us in our costumes.
Adam: These are the ones you took with your cell phone.
Adam: Wow, this is great.
Jade: Check you out.
Adam: But I could've saved you the trip.
Jade: Oh, I could've mailed them, but I don't have your address, or --
Adam: Jade, listen --
Gwen: Wow! Wow, I do not get it, Jade. It just seems like every time I turn around, there you are.
Carly: There you go.
Lily: Oh, I shouldn’t.
Carly: Yes, you should.
Lily: No, I shouldn’t.
Carly: Come on! When was the last time that you let loose a little bit, huh?
Lily: Oh, yeah, that's true. You're 100% right. So -- are you sure about Simon?
Carly: Is anybody ever really sure about Simon? But a lot's happened. And all of it's been pretty wild. And I would be lying if I said that I didn't enjoy the ride. He is -- sexy.
Lily: Yes. I remember that.
Carly: Yeah. And even when my heart is in my throat and I'm a little terrified because he's taking too many risks, I get -- turned on. Yeah, it sounds great coming from a mother of three, I'm sure.
Lily: Oh, mothers get turned on once in a while, too, Dear.
Carly: Yeah. I'm sure I sound like I'm going through my second adolescence. If you want me to shut up, just tell me. I'll shut up.
Lily: I just got out of a coma. Let me live vicariously, just for the moment. Go on.
Carly: I missed you.
Lily: And I missed everything. But I understand what you say about Simon. He can be very, very exciting. But there is another side.
Carly: A dark side?
Lily: The dark side. Yeah. That's one way to describe it.
Carly: You know, I think that I'm more drawn to that part of him than I realized.
Lily: What are you saying? Are you in love with him?
Carly: No. I don't know.
Carly: What I know is that when I visualize my future, I'm starting to see him in it.
Lily: Have you told him that?
Carly: I'm working on it. The bottom line is we both need to let go of the past and see where we want to go from there.
Lily: So that's what this little talk with Jack was about today? Letting go of the past?
Carly: Yeah. And I know that Simon wants to do the same thing. We're ready. We are ready to move on, Lily. Together.
Katie: How could we let this happen, Simon? What have we done?
[Katie and Simon made love]
Jade: I had no idea you were even here --
Gwen: Wait -- save it, all right? Did you follow us here?
Jade: Why would I follow you guys anywhere? For more abuse?
Will: What is she doing here?
Casey: I don't know. But she's not staying.
Adam: Hey, hey -- I'm staying here. You know, Jade came to see me. She had no idea you guys were going to be here.
Casey: Oh, really? And you believe that?
Jade: Adam, it's all right.
Adam: No, no, Jade, don't go. We're not doing this again.
Will: Well, then, we'll go.
Adam: You know the way.
Jade: Adam, it's okay. I just wanted you to see the pictures before you left for L.A.
Adam: Jade, Jade, wait --
Casey: Man, this is not a good sign.
Adam: Jade, I wanted to say that I'm not going to L.A. yet. I'm working on a deal here.
Jade: With Gwen.
Adam: I don't care what they think. I make my own decisions. Okay? Look, I'm kind of tied up right now, but I'd love to maybe call or do something.
Adam: I mean, if that's cool with you.
Adam: Great. I have to get back, but I'll call you soon.
Jade: Do you have my number?
Adam: Yeah. And thank you for the pictures.
Jade: No problem. Bye.
[Jade hides behind a tree to watch them and so she can listen to what their saying]
Casey: Gwen, please don't let this get in your way.
Will: Yeah, if you want to do this another time --
Gwen: No. No, I'm fine.
Adam: Are we okay to continue?
Will: I think that's Gwen's call.
Adam: Do you guys mind if Gwen and I went outside and talk?
Casey: Actually, Adam, I do mind. Why don't you talk right here?
Gwen: No, let's go outside.
Adam: Yeah, we'll just be a minute. Get a pizza or something? I'm hungry.
Casey: I am not your houseboy!
Gwen: So what do you want to talk about?
Adam: Your biggest fans are in there. Gwen, I don't know you well, but my read is that you can take a hit.
Gwen: Excuse me?
Adam: The problem is, those two treat you like you're made of glass. And you're a tough girl. Act like it. Do your own talking.
Gwen: I do my own talking --
Adam: No, no, no, you don’t. And that's not the artist I want to work with. I'm not interested in stroking your ego.
Carly: I love Jack. You know that. I will always love Jack. But he's just not the right man for me anymore.
Lily: Did you say that to him? In those words?
Carly: Pretty much.
Lily: Oh, Boy --
Carly: It was awful. Especially because he came here to tell me that he wants me back. That he wants to try again.
Lily: Jack said that?
Carly: He said he was wrong to walk out and that he has regretted it every day since.
Carly: Not that long ago, I would have just run into his arms and thanked God for another chance.
Lily: But now?
Carly: But now, I realize that the things that Jack and I love most about each other, they're the reasons that we can't be together. And after he left, I called Simon.
Lily: And what'd you say?
Carly: I told him that my feelings run a little deeper than I admitted, and I wanted to see where they led us.
Lily: Hmm. And what did he say?
Carly: Well, nothing.
Carly: I left a message. And he hasn't gotten back to me. I'm sure that something came up.
Lily: Wait, wait, wait -- like what? That's a pretty important message.
Carly: Yeah, I know, I know. Well, I'm sure there's a perfectly good reason that he hasn't gotten back to me yet.
Simon: Are you all right?
Katie: I'm fine.
Simon: Katie --
Katie: Don't say my name. Don't say another word. Just, please, get dressed and leave.
Simon: I can't leave with things like this.
Katie: Well, if you stay, they're gonna get worse. Which I can't even imagine could be possible.
Simon: Just --
Katie: Please, don't make me ask you again, Simon.
Simon: I didn't come here for this to happen.
Katie: Why did you come here? To hurt me? To ruin my life? Because that's what's happened.
Simon: No. Absolutely not. I don't want anymore pain. I don't want anymore hurt. I came to try to make some kind of peace with the past.
Katie: Ever since you walked onto that cruise, this is what you've wanted. You wanted to take me away from Mike.
Simon: Nobody can take someone from someone --
Katie: You pushed and pushed, and you finally got what you wanted. I hope it was worth it.
Simon: Why did you keep all that stuff of ours, huh? Why all those memories?
Katie: I wish I hadn't.
Simon: Because you can't forget any more than I can.
Katie: Simon -- you were my first love. But I don't want to love you anymore. I have a husband, a wonderful husband who loves me, and I love him, too. I wanted to be with him forever and -- God --
Simon: This doesn't have to change that, okay?
Katie: I broke my marriage vows. I am a cheat and a liar. I'm disgusting --
Simon: Stop. Don't say those things about yourself, all right? You were my first love, too. There is a very special bond between us, something that no one else will be able to share. Doesn't tonight prove that to you?
Craig: Since I don't need my one phone call, would you let Tom know that I would like a bail hearing ASAP?
Margo: Tell him yourself. I'm not on your payroll.
[Tom comes around the corner and stops when he sees Margo]
Craig: These charges won't stick, Margo.
Margo: Well, Lucy tells me that you had her kidnapped, I believe Lucy.
Craig: Don't you need a little thing called evidence?
Margo: Why don't you let me worry about the evidence?
Craig: Lucy is only doing this to impress Dusty. How do you know that he didn't push her into this as some sort of desperate effort to get a hold of my son?
Margo: Because Dusty is a decent man. He would never do anything like -- oh, say, run his wife off the road to cover his lies.
Craig: Low blow.
Margo: I can go lower, Craig. The only reason you're attacking this man is because he is trying to raise Johnny the way that Jennifer wanted.
Craig: Johnny is my son.
Margo: Let the court decide that. Oh, no, they don't give special consideration to men who are in jail on a kidnapping rap, do they?
Craig: You can't keep me here. Lucy's credibility is compromised.
Margo: Really? I've solved cases on a single strand of hair. With microbes so small that not even you can destroy that evidence, Craig. So I will take Lucy's word for what happened, when it happened, where it happened and why it happened. And piece by piece, I will put together a case. And when I have enough evidence to prove that Lucy was tortured in the cruelest possible way by her own father -- then again, you know, it could have happened to any one of us, really. It could have been Katie, it could have been me, it could have been either one of my sons -- anyone unfortunate enough to be called family by you. Because you don't care who you hurt.
Craig: I love my family --
Margo: You don't care who you destroy in the process.
Craig: I love my family --
Margo: You do not --
Craig: I love my children --
Margo: You do not care, you only want. You take Johnny away from Dusty because you want to. Not because it's right for Johnny. A real man who knows how to love, would let him go.
Craig: Would you let one of your children go?
Margo: Yes. If I hurt them the way that you've hurt Lucy, and the way that you hurt Bryant, I'd let them go.
Craig: Okay. Now who's lying, Margo?
Margo: Okay, Craig. Once -- just once on the way over here, at any point, did you think about Lucy? How she's hurting, how her heart is breaking? How difficult it's going to be for her to go out and face her friends and her coworkers after she airs the evil scheme that you concocted against her? 'Cause it's ugly. Oh, and the press. The press loves a good, ugly horror story. Well, she's gonna deliver it to them, right into their greedy little hands. You, Craig, have forced your little girl into an awful choice. That alone ought to tack ten years onto your sentence.
Dusty: I know what tonight cost you. And I won't forget it. And Johnny boy won't forget it.
Lucy: I don't want him to ever know.
Dusty: Why not?
Lucy: Because then he'd know the full extent of what my father is.
Dusty: Well, he's gonna know that your father is his biological dad. And he's gonna know that I had to keep them apart, and he'll know why.
Lucy: I guess there's no way around it.
Dusty: No, he's going to know the truth, like he deserves. I guarantee he won't give Craig one day of his life.
Lucy: I hope you're right.
Dusty: Believe me. Johnny boy's got guts, like his mom. Like his big sister. She's a hero.
Lucy: I don't feel very heroic. Right now, I just feel sad. I should go, let you -- get out of here.
Dusty: No, I'm not gonna let you drive home alone.
Lucy: I'm okay.
Dusty: No, not tonight. Tonight, I'm not letting you out of my sight.
Coming up on "As the World Turns" --
Simon: We did that, Katie. That wasn't just a solo act there. We made love.
Lily: Maybe you should track him down. You can tell him how you feel in person.
Craig: Betrayal is like death, Emily. It happens in threes. Then again, so does revenge.
Gwen: Thanks for the compliment.
Adam: No, Gwen, wait. Tough makes it in this business. Tough gets you through bad reviews, through slumps in record sales. So don't get me wrong, I like tough. So bring it on.
Gwen: You know what? I'm sorry, I have had more hard times in my life than you have had in all of your pampered days, big brother. So don't talk to me about being tough.
Adam: Now, that's what I'm talking about.
Gwen: No, no, you don't know me, all right? And if you did, you'd know that I could take you and ten more just like you. Five minutes with my mother gave me enough backbone to stare down a hurricane.
Adam: Then two overprotective brothers should be cake.
Gwen: Oh, so you have a problem with them?
Adam: Well, when it gets in the way of the music and doing things right, yeah, I have a big problem. You don't like me. That's cool.
Gwen: It's about the music, remember?
Casey: Well, they're both still standing.
Will: Gwen, are you okay?
Gwen: Yeah. Yeah, I'm fine.
Will: If you want to pull out, just say the word.
Gwen: No. No, I want to stay. We've got work to do. From the top, let's go.
Carly: Oh, I can't remember the last time I did this.
Lily: I can't either. Literally. So, what's the next step with Simon? Are you gonna call him again?
Carly: No, I think I should wait.
Lily: Oh, waiting. That's your "A" game.
Carly: Well -- but calling him again now would seem a little --
Lily: All right, then, maybe you should track him down.
Carly: I think that's even more desperate, isn't it?
Lily: Well, you can tell him how you feel in person. See how it plays out.
Carly: What about your dead battery?
Lily: Oh, my dead battery. I'm rich. My dead battery is someone else's problem. You know -- I don't have to tell you this. Money can solve the little problems, but it doesn't solve the big ones.
Carly: I think I'd like to learn that firsthand.
Lily: Okay. Well, then, go put down the ice cream, and go find Simon and tell him he's the one. Or, if during this incredible feast, you've had second thoughts.
Katie: The only thing that tonight proves is that you still don't care about anyone but yourself.
Simon: Oh, that is so not true.
Katie: It is true, or you wouldn't have --
Simon: I wouldn't -- I wouldn't have -- we did that, Katie. That wasn't just a solo act there. We made love.
Katie: Oh, we did something, but it had nothing to do with love.
Simon: Whatever works for you, Katie.
Katie: You know, I'm making this sound like it's your fault, and that's not true. I am as much to blame as you are, 'cause I made a stupid mistake. I was careless, thinking about things that I shouldn't have.
Simon: No, you were caught up in some very intense memories, okay? It's human. We're human. I did it, too.
Katie: Yeah, but you're not married. You didn't just throw your entire life away for nothing! Get out of here, please! Just don't come back, for any reason. Can you understand that? Just -- just go!
Simon: Katie, just --
Katie: I don't want to talk about it, please. Just get out of my life, Simon, and stay out this time.
Tom: Hey, it's okay. Its okay, it's okay.
Margo: I can't believe after all these years, he still gets to me.
Craig: Margo, I'm sorry.
Tom: Enough, Craig.
Craig: Tom, we have a lot to do tonight. I'm gonna need your full attention.
Tom: No, Craig, I'm getting my wife out of here.
Craig: No, we need to set bail, and we need to discuss a defense strategy --
Tom: No, no. You need a new lawyer. I have a conflict of interest.
Craig: So you're quitting?
Tom: I should have never started.
Craig: You don't mean that.
Tom: I mean it, Craig. You're not going to divide my family. It's not going to be Margo on one side and me on the other. So if this is between my wife and your money, it's my wife.
Craig: We have a contract.
Tom: So sue me!
Craig: Tom, don't you walk out on me. Tom!
Emily: Just when you though the night couldn't get any worse.
Craig: Betrayal is like death, Emily. It happens in threes. But then again, so does revenge.
Lucy: Are you sure?
Dusty: Are you? It's been a long night.
Lucy: Tonight, I feel like I can finally breathe. Thank you.
Dusty: For what?
Lucy: For helping me face what my father did to me.
Dusty: I've been very selfish. I just want my boy.
Lucy: Yeah, with Johnny's future on the line, it forced me to do something I should have done a long time ago. The kidnapping, keeping that secret was so hard. I mean, maybe -- maybe now I can move on.
Dusty: The charges are going to give you a lot of press.
Lucy: I know, I know, but its okay. I doesn't matter. Because even now, when my father came back, I thought he would be different. I almost gave him another chance.
Dusty: That makes sense. Giving people other chances are not always so bad. My wife took a chance on me, to raise a son.
Lucy: You think about her all the time, don't you?
Dusty: Sometimes I think she's right behind me. Then I turn around --
Lucy: And she's not there.
Dusty: Nope, she's not. You didn't do all this just to prove something to me, did you?
Lucy: Tonight was about me, Dusty. I had to prove to myself that I could see my father for who he really is and not who I want him to be.
Dusty: That takes courage.
Lucy: They say courage is what happens when you run out of options.
Dusty: You had options. And you put yourself on the line for me. I'll always be grateful to you.
Craig: Well, I suppose I should thank you for coming?
Emily: Yeah, I suppose you should.
Craig: I don't know how high they're going to set the bail.
Emily: High. But I'm sure you have more than enough to cover it in one of your offshore accounts.
Craig: Well, I'd prefer to hear that from an attorney.
Emily: I'll get you a copy of the yellow pages.
Craig: You know about Tom?
Emily: Yeah, well, I caught the tail end of his farewell address.
Craig: Lawyers are a dime a dozen. He's small time change.
Emily: This isn't Tom's fault, or Margo’s or Lucy’s. It's yours, Craig. Now, I'm gonna say what I have to say, and you can fire me if you want. But you pushed the wrong guy into a very tight corner tonight.
Craig: You mean Donovan?
Emily: Dusty had aces and you were bluffing. He got your own kid to turn against you. So unless going to jail is some part of a secret strategy you're not sharing with me, I'd say its lights out on your comeback trail.
[Answering machine beeps]
Carly: Simon, it's me, Carly. I almost never admit that I'm wrong, but it didn't take long after you left for me to realize that I lied to Jack before. Whatever it is between us, it isn't just business. I should care about you, but I do, and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it, except see this through. Whatever it is. So what I'm trying to say is that telling Jack our relationship is strictly business -- that was a knee jerk reaction. It wasn't fair, and it isn't true. I hate leaving this on voice mail. But you are important to me, Simon. Very important. And I'm going to tell Jack that. Bye.
Adam: That was -- beautiful.
Adam: It should definitely go on the album.
Gwen: Great. Great. Is it okay if we pick this up tomorrow? I've got to cram for a sociology test.
Adam: Wait, wait, you're leaving?
Gwen: Well, I don't want to. It's just that the class is at 8:00 A.M.
Will: Is that a problem?
Adam: No, I -- let's just set a time for tomorrow.
Casey: Just say it.
Adam: No, school's first. I get it. Gwen's got to study. That's cool.
Casey: Don't lie.
Adam: What? I just thought we would have a longer session tonight, that's all.
Gwen: If you've got a problem, you need to tell me about it.
Adam: Not my problem, Gwen, yours. You keep saying you want to make things happen with your music. How bad do you want it? Look, it's the dean's list or billboard's list. You can't have both. I need more, Gwen.
Gwen: What does that mean?
Adam: It means no more early curfews, no more stopping when we finally get the sound we're looking for. I need commitment. If we stay up all night, we stay up all night. I can't sit around and wait for you to get your diploma.
Gwen: I want this, Adam.
Adam: Yeah, you keep saying that.
Will: Look, she's not going to beg you until you believe her. You either do or you don’t. So let's get out of here.
Adam: Okay, fine.
Casey: Oh, could you lighten up?
Adam: I lit a fire under her.
Casey: No, you clubbed her over the head.
Adam: I put everything I've been working for in L.A. on hold for Gwen.
Casey: And it'll pay off.
Adam: Case, I'm not being a tough guy. This is how it is.
Casey: We get that, Adam. We all get it.
Adam: Okay, playing hard ball makes it happen. Gwen needs to put her time and her talent where it counts. I won't back down on that.
Will: I'm sorry he's being such a jerk.
Gwen: Don't be. I don't have to like the guy, I just got to work with him.
Will: Well, are you sure? 'Cause we could find someone else.
Gwen: No. No, we stick with Adam. And he's right. The guy knows the music business.
Will: But you love school.
Gwen: But I love music more. And he's the best shot that I've got. Nobody else is going to listen to an unknown like me.
Will: All right, but I'm not gonna let him push you around like that.
Gwen: I can handle Adam. No matter how rough it gets, we stick it out, okay?
Craig: I sign your paychecks, you realize that?
Emily: Uh, yeah.
Craig: And so you just feel like you can just waltz in here and call it as you see it?
Emily: I'm working on my truthiness.
Craig: Well, I hate to put a little damper on your truthiness, but tonight came as a shock, not a defeat.
Emily: Oh, please, don't you dare try to spin this.
Craig: I'm not spinning anything. Tonight is going to work in my favor, not against me. And you, my dear, are going to have a front row seat.
Carly: Well, so either that was the longest shower in human history or you've had a very busy night.
Simon: Pardon me?
Carly: I tried to reach you. I left you one of those messages that you hate to leave, but you think you have to because it's that important to you. Well, it was that important to me.
Simon: Yeah, I got your message not long ago. Actually, I was about to call you back.
Carly: Oh, but you thought you'd take a shower first. Well, that's nice. That makes me feel very special Simon.
Simon: Carly --
Carly: Simon -- I told you that I want you. And so, before I make an even bigger fool of myself, maybe you could tell me what you've been up to tonight.
Mike: Angel -- what's wrong? Hey, why are you crying?
On the next "As the World Turns" --
Katie: Mike, I'm so sorry.
Carly: You're keeping something from me. Simon, I really hope that you don't make me drag it out of you, but I will if I have to.
Dusty: I want you with me. I want us together.
Lucy: Okay, yeah.
Emily: What is that?
Craig: This is a means to an end, for both of us.
