Amanda: Is it true? I get you all to myself tonight?
Jake: Yes. It is, but I have very high expectations, I'm warning you.
Amanda: Oh, well --
Jake: What's up, sport?
Amanda: That will not be a problem.
Jake: Ok. Good.
Amanda: I'm gonna miss our boy, though.
Jake: Yes, but you have fun. He loves going over to Kathy and Jenny's. You're gonna have a good time.
Amanda: All right. So I'll drop him off and then pick up takeout for dinner.
Jake: I love that. Sounds like a plan, and I'll see you tomorrow, ok? Bye. There you go. Go to Mama.
Amanda: All right. Ooh, let's see something. Want to see Mommy's phone? Ok. [Gasps] Look at that. Perfect timing. You are gonna have a little brother or sister very soon, and we are all gonna be one big, amazingly happy family.
Cara: Perfection. I mean, amazing, right? Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, but not soggy, never, never soggy.
Tad: Cara --
Cara: Now, how did they get the color? Because this looks like a golden brown with a hint of reddish. I'm thinking maybe it's the Cajun spice --
Tad: Shut up. Shut up. Stop. Just be quiet. Shut up. It's a fried tuber vegetable. Big -- who gives a rat's --
Cara: Anger? Stress?
Tad: No, no, no. I just -- sweetest, I'm sorry.
Tad: Do the words "stir crazy" mean anything to you? I know I'm going on a limb here, but since you lost your job at the hospital, seems like you got a little too much time on your hands.
Cara: Because I'm analyzing a fantastic potato?
Tad: No. Because you alphabetized the spice rack in the kitchen, which is why -- and don't be angry, ok -- I was gonna wait to tell you at home, but I sort of got you a job offer at the free clinic.
Tad: Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah. You can start tomorrow if you want. I mean, they're psyched. I told them you were available. They were all over it. I mean, I know it's not as exciting as banging around the E.R., but you'd be doing what you're best at. While you're doing it, hopefully, you wouldn't be analyzing French fries.
Cara: Thank you. You really are the world's best hubby. Thanks.
Opal: I didn't say anything.
Marissa: Oh! Thank you.
Bianca: Ha ha!
Marissa: All right. Say it. You hate that I'm moving back in here, but it's only a temporary move, and I told J.R. I made it clear to him that it was on my terms.
Bianca: Oh, and we both know how good he is at respecting boundaries, and you're moving into his house for reasons I don't completely understand.
Marissa: Well, I couldn't stay at Krystal's and Tad's anymore. It's complicated.
Bianca: Isn't that the name of a movie about two exes who get back together?
Marissa: Oh, no, no, no. That is not happening. How did this get in here?
Bianca: Sadly, they're hard to avoid.
Marissa: I know you were hoping that these headlines would get your mom fired up about coming back here. I'm sorry it didn't work.
Bianca: Actually, it did, sort of. Looks like my mom did come back to Pine Valley. She just didn't contact any of us -- not me or Kendall, not even Uncle Jack.
Erica's voice: I may have spent time with him up on that mountain, but every moment, I was thinking of you. I was missing you. I was loving you. I still love you.
Ricky: Ah, I've been waiting for this for so long, Kendall.
Kendall: I'm sorry, Ricky. I'm just not ready yet.
Ricky: I care about you, Kendall, more than I've ever cared for anyone. Let me show you how I feel.
Kendall: Oh, God, no, Ricky. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I can't. I can't do this.
Griffin: Kendall, are you all right? Kendall? Kendall?
Cara: What's up?
Jake: I have an update for you on Mackenzie Winslow. She's scheduled for a bone marrow transplant, and she's going into ISO tomorrow.
Cara: Oh, that's fantastic about the treatment, but she's got to be scared out of her mind.
Jake: Well, I talked to her. She's a very brave little girl.
Cara: Did she ask about me? Jake?
Jake: Only about 100 times.
Cara: Well, she probably thinks I forgot about her, right?
Jake: No. She doesn't think that. She thinks that you don't work here anymore.
Cara: Because I was helping my brother escape a ridiculous murder charge.
Jake: Well, I neglected to tell her that part. Listen. That little girl Mackenzie knows that you're thinking about her, and I told her that you'd call her, ok?
Cara: No. You know what? I need to see her.
Jake: Cara --
Cara: I'm on my way.
Jake: Hello? Hel --
Tad: Hi. Thought you fell in.
Cara: No. I was just on the phone with Jake, actually. You know the little girl with leukemia, Mackenzie Winslow? Well, apparently, she's going into isolation in preparation for her bone marrow transplant.
Opal: Oh, my Lord.
Cara: No. It's actually a really good thing. She's gonna get the treatment that she needs, but I got to go. I'm gonna go see her.
Tad: Now wait. Excuse us for one more second. No. No. You can't do this, ok? You could get busted for trespassing.
Cara: I'm gonna be careful.
Tad: Cara, you're being watched. Immigration is just waiting for the chance to bust you on something, throw you back into Mexico where people are waiting to kill you.
Cara: Just stop for one second, ok? Let me just tell you, I've been exactly where that little girl has been, ok -- alone, scared, with these horrible thoughts going on inside of your brain. I just want to be with her, ok? I want to hold her hand. I want to look her in the eyes, and I want to tell her everything is gonna be ok. Bye. Bye.
Marissa: Hey, baby, what are you doing here? Hey, party can't be over already.
Babysitter: Her mother asked A.J. to leave, said he got into a fight.
Marissa: Is that true? What happened?
Babysitter: He won't say.
Bianca: Well, why did you leave? I thought you were staying over.
Miranda: I didn't want to.
Ricky: I thought you wanted this.
Kendall: I do. I do, but you promised to take it slow.
Ricky: We will. We will. Just relax, ok?
Ricky: What was that?
Kendall: I don't know. I don't know. It was kind of loud, though. Maybe somebody was hurt. You should go check.
Ricky: Oh. What happened?
Janitor: Eh, a couple of kids horsing around. I'll notify the front desk.
Ricky: Ok. Thank you. All good. So where were we?
Griffin: Nice work.
Ricky: What are you doing?
Kendall: I should probably go.
Ricky: But I thought you wanted to be with me.
Kendall: Of course, I do.
Ricky: Ok. So what's the problem?
Kendall: Well, actually, I'm a little surprised. I mean, you're a minister.
Ricky: Is that what's making you uncomfortable?
Kendall: Well, what if someone from your church saw us coming in here? Ricky, as much as we want this, I think that we should go out. I think we should just go out, go see a movie or something. You know what? I can even go check the times right now.
Ricky: No, no, no, no. Kendall, Kendall, I just want to be alone with you.
Kendall: Yeah, but being alone with me goes against your beliefs, and I would never forgive myself if I made you compromise your faith.
Ricky: We care about each other, ok? I don't think that God is gonna judge us for expressing that. What's the matter?
Kendall: It's just these feelings. They've just taken me by surprise.
Ricky: In a good way?
Kendall: Yeah. Yeah. In the best way, but sometimes, you know, you can get swept up and lose control and then end up doing something that you regret.
Ricky: I could never regret being with you.
Kendall: Um -- from the first time I met you, you have shown me nothing but respect. You never pushed me into doing anything I didn't want to do or believed in, and that's one of the reasons why I trust you more than anyone in this world. So I need you to trust me now. It's just not the right time. You'll see. You will see. It will be worth the wait. Can you wait for me?
Ricky: Yes. I will wait for you, because when we're finally together, it'll be so incredible, we'll never want to be apart again.
Kendall: Thank you for understanding.
Ricky: So I guess this is good night.
Kendall: Yeah. Good night.
Ricky: Good night.
Griffin: Look at me. Look at me. You ok? Let's get out of here. Come on.
Tad: Ok. So I guess I'll take lookout.
Jake: You cannot come down to this hospital every time I tell you about a patient, ok?
Cara: Mackenzie is not just any patient, Jake.
Jake: It doesn't matter. The Winslow parents -- I know you're close to the girl, but they don't want you anywhere near their daughter.
Cara: Well, then forget them.
Jake: No. I can't forget them because the last time you treated them, they wanted to sue the hospital. I can't have that.
Cara: Ok. Just stop for a second. I get it. They're probably lovely people, but you know what? The truth is, they don't know the first thing about living with cancer, Jake. I do, ok? Look at me. I was just giving my opinion.
Jake: I understand that, and then you lost your job.
Cara: Well, we don't really need to worry about that anymore, do we? So could you just go, please, before somebody sees us together?
Jake: You don't need to worry about me.
Cara: I always worry about you. Now, could you just get out of here, so we're both not unemployed? You get it? Go. I'm good. I'm good. I got it. I'm good.
Jake: Do not stay long.
Cara: I won't. Understood. Thank you for keeping your promise, by the way.
Jake: All right. You know what? Let's go see the girl now. Come on. Now.
Woman on P.A.: Extension 198 for Dr. Battaglia.
Jake: Mackenzie, we have a visitor for you.
Mackenzie: Cara, I know you'd come.
Cara: How are you feeling?
Cara: Ok. You know what? You don't need to feel scared because from here on out, everything is gonna get so much better.
Amanda: I just dropped Trevor off at Krystal's. I just came to pick up some food. You have no idea how much we appreciate you guys giving a nice night to ourselves. Jake has been so crazy with work, and he hasn't even had a second to relax.
Opal: Well, why don't you? While you're waiting for your food, just sit down here yourself and you relax, all right? Why don't you have one of these fruity concoctions?
Amanda: Oh, no. I can't.
Opal: Oh, sure. Come on. They're delicious.
Amanda: No. I'm sure they are, but Jake and I are trying to have another baby, so I'm not drinking right now.
Opal: Oh, that's wonderful. Congratulations. Well, let me order you an herbal tea because, I'll tell you, I got a little news that I think is gonna make you jump for joy.
Amanda: News about what?
Tad: I understand how badly she wants to see that little girl in there, but do you really think it's a good idea for you to be encouraging her?
Jake: Oh, I'm not encouraging anything. Please. I think we both know Cara by now. If she makes a decision about something, that's what she does.
Tad: Hey, no. Listen. I know. Yeah, but the only reason she got something in her head, ok -- honestly, honestly -- is because you called her.
Jake: Tad, there is a little girl in there that's getting into isolation for cancer treatment, ok, and I -- just listen to me. I asked her what she wanted. "What do you want? You want a book? You want a video game? What do you want? I'll get you whatever you want." You know what she said? "I want Cara." That's it.
Tad: I understand that. No. It's not like I don't have a heart, but this has to be it, the last time, because this is nuts. She can't be here.
Jake: Do you want to give her hell for putting a little girl before herself?
Tad: You know what I'd really like? What I would really like is if she could invest in some new patients, ok, so she wouldn't obsess about things like this. Look. I think I should tell you, I got her a job at the free clinic.
Jake: That's great.
Tad: You really think so?
Jake: Yes. I think it's great. Why wouldn't I?
Tad: Because she won't be able to jump every time you call her.
Jake: What's that supposed to mean?
Tad: It means you've got to let her sever ties with this place, ok? Please just let it happen. You keep pulling her back in. It's not fair. It's not safe, and it's not right. Look. If it's over, then you got to accept it.
Jake: What are you talking about the job, or are we talking about something else here?
Tad: Ok. I'll lay it on the line. We're talking about something else. We're talking about the fact that you are married to one woman, and you can't let the other go.
Marissa: A.J., I need you to talk to me. Did you get into a fight at Amber's party?
Marissa: Why? A.J., please.
A.J.: I pushed this kid, but he deserved it. That's it. I'm not saying anything else.
Bianca: Ok. Well, did you see what happened? Sweetie, it's ok. You can tell me. Did one of the kids do something to you?
Bianca: Ok. Well, then what is it?
Miranda: Nothing. Everything is fine.
Marissa: All right. Look. I know that things have been a little bit confusing with me and your dad recently. Is that what this is about? You know you can talk to me about anything. It doesn't matter what you did.
Miranda: A.J. didn't do anything. It was all my fault.
Jake: So I'm still hanging on to Cara, huh?
Jake: Let me just tell you something. You couldn't be more wrong. I love my wife.
Tad: I know you do. I'm not saying you don't love Amanda, but come on.
Jake: Buts. But, but, but, but. But nothing.
Tad: The last time you called her to come down and see Mackenzie, I followed her, ok? So what do I see? I turn the corner, and there you are in the hallway in each other's arms.
Jake: Oh, my God, she was thanking me. She was thanking me for helping out with Mackenzie.
Tad: What if somebody saw her thanking you, like Immigration, ok?
Jake: There is no Immigration. I mean, there is, but he doesn't --
Tad: You don't know that, Jake. They're following her, ok? I have seen it, either them or the cops. Anybody could've seen it. What about Amanda?
Jake: What about Amanda? We're fine. We are fine.
Tad: Oh, yeah. Well, it's news to me, because from where I sit, it looks like your wife is sick to death of talking herself down from your past with Cara.
Jake: You need to chill out.
Tad: What you need to do is stop. I don't know how many times I got to say it. You got to stop. You have to let Cara move on, away from this hospital, away from you.
Jake: I said I wanted to do family get-togethers.
Tad: No, no, no. Wait. Don't do that, ok? Don't make me laugh. It's not funny, ok? Pine Valley has to buy that this marriage is legit. If they don't, if Cara gets arrested for any reason, like for being here when she's not supposed to be, she gets deported. She gets deported, she gets killed.
Jake: Let me ask you something. Why are we talking about this, exactly, about me being hung up on Cara? And if I was -- I mean, I'm not -- but if I was, what's it to you? Why is it bothering you?
Tad: It bothers me, because she's my wife.
Jake: Your fake wife.
Cara: So you see, you got this, and I can tell you from personal experience, this is no big deal, ok, and when they say that whole thing about "isolation," you know what I call it? I call it special alone time, because when this whole thing is over, you are gonna be surrounded by people -- Mom and Dad, of course, and friends and relatives -- and you're gonna be like, "Man! I just want to be by myself."
Mackenzie: To watch TV.
Cara: Yeah, and to watch movies and to play video games and to read books, you know? Look, Mackenzie. I just want you to know that if you ever feel nervous, just stop and remember, this is happening for a good reason, so that you get better just like I did, ok?
Cara: We're in this together. I am with you all of the way. You hear me? All right. Now I want to hear you say it. "I got this."
Mackenzie: I got this.
Cara: Good, and you do got this. You really do.
Tad: I'm gonna get back to the house.
Jake: See you later.
Tad: You're my brother, and I love you more than anything, but, Joseph, you can't have it both ways, because sooner rather than later, something is gonna give.
Opal: Let's just say that the lady doctor knows how to put a smile on my boy's face. I have seen some sparks, which ought to make you pretty happy.
Amanda: Oh, I'm not threatened by her. Ok. Maybe I was when she first got to town.
Opal: But now Jake has put that part of his life behind him. It's all about the future.
Amanda: Did he say that?
Opal: Well, no. He doesn't have to. You're trying for another baby. He must be just as excited as you are.
Amanda: Of course. Jake loves his family more than anything, and now there'll just be more to love.
Griffin: You ok?
Kendall: Don't, don't.
Griffin: It's ok. It's me.
Kendall: Sorry. Sorry. I just can't believe what I just did.
Griffin: You're shaking. Why don't you sit down, huh?
Kendall: No. I'm ok. It's ok. I'm all right. Thank you. Thank you for finding me, for smashing whatever you did to distract him. Wish I could've smashed it over his head.
Griffin: I'm just glad you got out of that room. Why didn't you take Jackson with you?
Kendall: I don't know. I don't know. You were right. This was more than I could handle on my own, way more.
Griffin: What did he do to you?
Kendall: He kissed me, uh -- and he -- I told him. I told him that I wanted him to back off, and I told him to slow down.
Griffin: But he didn't listen.
Kendall: No. His hands were all over me. I just wanted to punch him. I wanted to punch him, and I wanted to just run out of the room, but I couldn't. I couldn't. I had to stick to the plan.
Griffin: The plan is not the most important thing here.
Kendall: Yes. Yes, it is. It is. I have to get justice for Zach. I can't let Ricky get away with this.
Griffin: Did he hurt you?
Kendall: No. He just -- no. He -- he led me to the bed, and he said he -- he said he had waited so long. I didn't know what he was gonna do. I thought he was --
Griffin: Shh shh shh.
Kendall: I don't know. He just kept insisting. He just kept insisting, and he just wouldn't stop.
Griffin: It's all right. It's all right. It's all right. You're safe here, ok?
Kendall: So aren't you gonna yell at me?
Griffin: After what you've been through?
Kendall: I feel like such an idiot. I was so stupid. God, what was I thinking? I mean, the guy is a murderer. He's a murderer, and, yeah, no big deal. I could just take it on myself. Putting myself in that situation, I should've known better, especially after what happened to my sister, my mom.
Griffin: Listen. You're trying to put your husband's murderer behind bars, ok? It took everything in me not to break down that door and crack Ricky's skull, but I couldn't do that because of what you're trying to do for Zach. It's a very brave thing.
Kendall: Then why couldn't I get to him before he got to me?
Griffin: Because he attacked you, ok? It's not your fault.
Kendall: Oh, I just messed up.
Griffin: It's a minor setback. Hey, look at me. You're gonna regroup, refocus, ok? I believe in you. You're this close. I know you're gonna get there.
Kendall: I will. I will do it for Zach. I'll do it for you. Um, well, as horrible as tonight was, there is a little bit of good news, something good to come out of it.
Griffin: Yeah. You admitted I was right.
Griffin: Ok. What's this good news?
Kendall: Well, I wanted to get Ricky out of the room, so I sent him to get some champagne, and when he was gone, I got into his computer. It took me a while, but I finally figured out his password, and, of course, when I did that, that's when Ricky came back.
Griffin: Right, but you got in. We can access his files.
Griffin: All right. Well, since you're never going back there again, you better tell me his password.
Kendall: I'll give you one guess.
Jack's voice: Someone took those clothes out of the closet. You want to know what I think? I think Erica came back here, got what she needed, and left again.
[Knocks on door]
Jack: Come in.
Ricky: Jackson. Jack: Hey, Reverend.
Ricky: Everything ok?
Jack: Yeah. It's fine. What's up?
Ricky: I have a favor to ask you, a big one.
Miranda: The kids at the party were teasing me.
Bianca: About what?
Miranda: Our family. They saw some stuff on the Internet. Amber was being really mean, and this other kid started saying stuff.
A.J.: So that's when I pushed him, and he finally shut up.
Marissa: A.J., you know that that's no way to handle a situation like that. I'm glad you stuck up for Miranda, though.
Miranda: Don't be mad at A.J. It's all my fault.
Bianca: Hey, hey, none of this was your fault. You didn't do anything wrong, ok? Now can you tell me what Amber said?
Miranda: She called you a lezzie. I knew you'd be upset.
Bianca: Um, I am upset, but I'm not upset at you, ok? Let's go home and talk about this.
Miranda: I don't want to talk about it.
Bianca: Miranda --
Miranda: No, no. Don't make me.
Bianca: Ok. Ok. All right. We will talk about this when you're ready.
Miranda: Can I play a video game with A.J. before we leave?
Bianca: Sure. Yeah. Hey, I love you, and I am very proud of you.
Miranda: I'm proud of you, too, Mommy.
Bianca: Go. Children. 7-year-old children were taunting my daughter, because I'm gay.
Mr. Winslow: I just came from my daughter's room. That woman Dr. Castillo was in there.
Jake: Yes. She just wanted to see Mackenzie before her transplant.
Mr. Winslow: Why, try to talk her out of it, get her to go mountain climbing instead?
Jake: No, no, no, no.
Mr. Winslow: My wife and I filed a formal complaint against that nut case. Who let her in there?
Jake: Ok. "Nut case." That's a strong word. I did.
Mr. Winslow: Maybe we should file a complaint against you.
Jake: Well, hold on a second. Dr. Castillo is not treating Mackenzie. She doesn't even work here. She just wanted to give your daughter a few words of encouragement.
Mr. Winslow: Without permission. I'm taking this up with the board.
Jake: Mr. Winslow, if you feel like you have to do that --
Cara: Hello, Mr. Winslow.
Mr. Winslow: Oh. Heard you got canned. He let you back in to see Mackenzie.
Cara: Oh, no, no. Jake had nothing to do with this. This was actually my idea to see Mackenzie.
Jake: No, it wasn't. Mackenzie actually wanted to see Dr. Castillo. She kept asking for her.
Mr. Winslow: Right.
Mr. Winslow: You'll be hearing from my lawyer.
Cara: No. Wait. What? No. Wait. No. He had nothing to do with this. No. He didn't even know I was here. I'm not gonna let you take the blame for this, Jake.
Mr. Winslow: What is this? You two an item or something?
Jake: You know, Mr. Winslow, maybe you should stop talking now.
Mr. Winslow: Maybe you should make me.
Jake: Oh, that's very mature. I wonder why your daughter wanted to see Cara and not you.
[Mr. Winslow punches Jake unconscious]
Cara: Oh, my God! Jake? Jake?
Bianca: Just thinking about Miranda having to hear that word --
Marissa: I know, but they're out of there now, and they're never going back.
Bianca: But maybe it's not just Amber and that kid. You know what kids are like. They get these things from somewhere. I want to know everything that they said to her.
Marissa: Miranda wasn't ready to talk. It's good that you gave her space.
Bianca: Miranda and Gaby deserve a normal life. They don't deserve to be taunted at birthday parties. I'm the one who's supposed to be protecting them.
Marissa: But you are. You are strong for them every day, and they see that, and it makes them strong. They couldn't ask for a better mom.
Frankie: What happened?
Cara: Come here. What happened is, someone has got an anger-management problem.
Mr. Winslow: You did this. Now, stay away from my daughter.
Frankie: Why don't you go see her? We'll take care of Dr. Martin. All right. You need to get out of here. Anybody sees us, all three of us are toast.
Cara: Ok. Let me just make sure that he's ok first.
Frankie: I got it.
Cara: I want to help you, Frankie.
Frankie: Fine. Call Amanda.
Opal: Hmm, somebody looks happy.
Tad: Oh, you should've seen it, not that I agree with her going, mind you, but Cara snuck in to see that little girl that's got leukemia. It was really something. Most people would've sent a card or a teddy bear, jigsaw puzzle, box of chocolates maybe, just that, but she puts it out there. Warms your cockles. When she cares about somebody, she really cares.
Amanda: Same as you. You guys are a perfect match.
Tad: What the hell was that? Ma?
Opal: What was what?
Amanda: Opal just told me that you and Cara are getting closer, and I could not be happier for you guys.
Tad: Is it too much to ask that you could keep your opinions to yourself just once, please?
[Cell phone rings]
Tad: Honestly. Where are you?
Cara: Tad, hi. Listen. I'm still at the hospital, and I'm trying to get ahold of Amanda. I tried their place, but she didn't answer, and I don't have her cell phone.
Tad: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Easy. She's right here. What happened?
Cara: Ok. It's not serious, ok? I don't want you to panic or anything. It's just that you know the father of the patient that I came to see? Well, he and Jake, they kind of just got into it just a little bit.
Tad: What do you mean, kind of?
Cara: The guy, well, he hit Jake, and then Jake kind of -- well, he blacked out, ok?
Tad: Is he all right?
Cara: He's gonna be fine, ok? He's gonna be just fine. Frankie is with him now, but I think that you and Amanda need to get down here.
Tad: Yeah. Fine. We're on our way.
Jack: What's the favor?
Ricky: Well, I came down to the dock looking for a boat to rent. See, Kendall has been really stressed out, and I thought she might feel better if I got her away from things for a little while.
Jack: It usually works for me.
Ricky: So I was walking around looking for the right boat, and then I saw this one, and I remembered that Kendall said that it meant a lot to her.
Jack: Yeah, her and Zach. I'm not sure this is the best place for you to bring her.
Ricky: Well, we've actually spent a lot of time together on this boat, also. Actually, we had some of our best talks right here in this room, so I think this might be a good healing place for her now.
Jack: Well, it's pretty clear that Erica and I won't be hauling up the anchor anytime soon, so sure. Be my guest. Enjoy.
Ricky: We will.
Griffin: We need to get back on this computer.
Kendall: Well, whatever it takes, I'll do.
Griffin: Well, you're not going back there alone.
Kendall: Well, how else are we supposed to get the proof that we need?
Griffin: We'll get someone to distract him, keep Ricky away from his room, ok? Then you and I will go over there together. One of us will stand watch while the other one looks for evidence, right?
Kendall: Oh --
Griffin: Really? Is my plan that exciting?
Kendall: I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm just -- no. It's great. I'm actually feeling a little better. I'm just tired. The whole thing was very emotional.
Griffin: Take a nap. Usually works for me. Take as long as you need.
Kendall: Yeah. You know what? Maybe I will. 20 minutes, and I'll be good. You wake me?
Griffin: Sure thing.
Kendall: Ok. I need this.
Griffin: Yeah. I know. You ok?
Kendall: Thousand showers wouldn't make me feel clean.
Griffin: I think Zach would understand why you're doing what you're doing. I think he'd be proud of you, so be proud of yourself. Not many women would go this far to honor the man they love. You have a beautiful heart.
Kendall: You ought to know. You're the reason it's still ticking.
Jake: My head hurts.
Frankie: It's a mild concussion.
Cara: Just keep your eyes closed, ok? Get some rest. You're in excellent hands.
Frankie: All right. You know he's ok. Now get out of here before I toss you in a cart of dirty laundry and haul you out of here myself.
Cara: Ok. I'm going. I'm going. Ok. All right. Feel better, Jake.
Bianca: My own daughter being bullied. I almost cried when they told us what happened.
Marissa: But you didn't. You held it together, and when Miranda is ready to talk, you're gonna hold it together then, too.
Bianca: Eh, wish I was as confident as you are about that.
Marissa: Hey, there is not a doubt in my mind.
Amanda: Is Jake all right?
Cara: Oh, yeah. Just a mild concussion, so he's sleeping it off.
Amanda: Well, thanks for taking care of him.

Amanda: Hey, it's me. Gonna be ok.
Tad: You sure he's all right?
Cara: Yeah. Yeah.
Tad: Ok. Well, come on. We should probably get you out of here.
Jack: Well, I'll tell you, Reverend, this boat has seen a lot of good times, so here's to you and Kendall making some of your own.
Ricky: Amen to that. Thank you, Jackson.
Jack: Yeah. Good luck.
Ricky: All right.
Ricky: We're gonna make each other very happy.
