Greenlee: You want me to come with you?
Ryan: You already got your bag packed. Liza got some pretty good hits in, didn't she?
Greenlee: Well, we gave her some great material.
Ryan: Yeah, we did. Look, it's not looking good. It really isn't. If the jury comes back with a guilty verdict, and you going to prison -- I mean, I can't let that happen, ok? That's why you gotta let me take you someplace safe until I find Pearson, get him to admit that David killed himself to frame me.
Greenlee: You want me to go into hiding?
Ryan: Yes. That's exactly what I want you to do.
Asher: You talking up family? Who the hell were you kidding?
Erica: Asher, this is not the time or place. John, stop the camera, please.
Asher: When would be a good time? When would be the perfect time to admit that you're a killer?
Caleb: You should still be in the hospital.
Asher: You and my mom were in that mine together. Only one person came out. You dumped me off and then went into hiding. Is that what an innocent man would do?
Erica: Asher, your mother's death was an accident.
Asher: Is that what he told you? He got rid of her, just like he got rid of me. Ignored me since the day that I was born, because I reminded him of what he did. But I'm here now, Dad. Smile. This is our big reunion.
Erica: Asher, you and your dad -- you should have this reunion, but you should have it privately.
J.R.: No. I think right now is a great time. In fact, I think we'd all like to hear, isn't that right? Caleb?
Kendall: No comment. Thank you.
Zach: Bianca and the girls are teaching Spike and Ian how to feed peppermint to a horse.
Kendall: That's nice. Beats getting a call from reporters about how I'll run Fusion with my partner behind bars.
Zach: Jury's still out.
Kendall: Yeah, and the press has already convicted her.
Zach: Now Ryan knows it's a setup, so he's not gonna stop till Greenlee's cleared.
Kendall: Yeah, but what if Ryan can't get to the witness in time or what if he doesn't talk?
Zach: Why don't you let Ryan fix it?
Kendall: You're right. You're right.
Greenlee: What if the jury comes back with a guilty verdict while I'm holed up somewhere?
Ryan: Well, then at least you're not gonna be in prison.
Greenlee: Then I'd be an escaped felon.
Ryan: Only until I prove that you're innocent. Then they're gonna have to drop the charges.
Greenlee: Until then? Fugitive.
Ryan: Hey, if you're not up for this --
Greenlee: I'm holding a bag, aren't I?
Ryan: So then what's the problem?
Greenlee: The problem is, I'm not very good at hiding.
Ryan: Don't worry. I'll find you a good spot.
Greenlee: No, forget it. If this Pearson guy is my last chance for freedom, then we're fighting him together.
Caleb: Stay out of this.
J.R.: No. You come slamming --
Erica: John -- stop the camera now.
[J.R. continues talking]
Erica: Is this the kind of career you want? You want to be branded with a reputation in tabloid garbage, or do you want a career as a respected journalist with a national audience? I can do that for you. I can. You just have to be smart enough to make the right choice.
John: Let's go. We're out of here.
J.R.: You're not giving up a story this big.
Cameraman: This is great stuff.
John: Let's go.
J.R.: That's fine. The news crew might be gone, but your secret's out. And your plan to humiliate me, my family, my company -- but it all just blew up in your face.
Asher: J.R., go ahead. I've got this.
J.R.: No, I'd rather stay.
Asher: No, please. I've been waiting a long time for this.
Caleb: You realize he's just gonna manipulate you.
Asher: Better than being ignored for a lifetime. But -- you don't get to ignore me anymore.
Greenlee: Do you even know me? Like I would really let you stash me away?
Ryan: We don't even know this guy, right? We don't know him at all. We don't know how dangerous he is.
Greenlee: Well, then it's a good thing I'll be covering your back.
Ryan: Hold on. I am not putting you at risk, ok?
Greenlee: I'm on my way to being a convicted murderer. I can handle a little risk. In fact, why don't you stay here, and I'll go.
Ryan: That's insane.
Greenlee: Why, because you're the man?
Ryan: Because David is after me.
Greenlee: Only because of me, which makes us even in some weird cosmic math sort of way. Which means we're in this together whether you like it or not.
Ryan: Cosmic math, huh?
Greenlee: When do we leave?
Kendall: Thanksgiving is right around the corner. And last year, I was on the run.
Zach: Well, that's all in the past now, isn't it?
Kendall: Yeah. This year, I want to celebrate you and me and Spike and Ian and all of us being home again. I want as many people as the house will hold. You gave me a big turkey. You gave me a very large turkey. And I'm gonna have dressing and stuffing and -- what's the difference between that? Is there a difference? I don't know if there is one. Then we're gonna have the kids' table and the adult table. It's gonna be fun. And we're gonna have pies. We're gonna have pumpkin and pecan and mincemeat and -- what is mincemeat? Does anybody ever eat that?
Zach: I have, but it ends up with the fruitcake, usually.
Kendall: Don't even get me started on Christmas. I want the biggest tree we can find.
Zach: Of course, you do.
Kendall: I do.
[Cell phone rings]
Kendall: Hello? Actually, no. It's not a good time. Ok. I'll be right there.
Zach: Who was that?
Kendall: Ryan. Sounded serious.
J.R.: Did you see the look on Caleb's face? It doesn't matter if you did. I think I saw the cameraman zooming in for a close-up.
Annie: I saw his face, and if I were you, I would be really, really careful.
J.R.: But there's no need to. He's going down.
[Cell phone rings]
Annie: I need to take this. Hello.
Caleb: If I had known you were my son --
Asher: You would have what? Wrapped your arms around me? Cried like a baby? Told me how much you loved me, thought of me?
Caleb: I don't know.
Caleb: It's confusing.
Asher: I'm not confused at all.
Caleb: After all this time, why didn't you just come to me and tell me? I mean, you come at me from every direction. You break in my house. You hit me over the head. Why didn't you just come to me and tell me who you were?
Asher: We are nothing to each other. You made sure of that.
Caleb: So, what? You were just gonna sit on this secret?
Asher: I was waiting.
Caleb: For what?
Asher: This. The look on your face. That's what I was waiting for. For you to feel how I felt my entire life.
Zach: What did Ryan want?
Kendall: He needed to see me at the penthouse. Something about Spike. It's probably just Thanksgiving logistics.
Zach: Mm-hmm. I think Mr. Lavery has more on his mind right now than turkey.
Kendall: Yeah, maybe he does, but thanksgiving is around the corner, and plans need to be made. I promise you, this will be the best Thanksgiving ever.
Zach: I'm counting on it.
Kendall: I'm gonna take care of this, and then I'll see you later.
Kendall: Give me a kiss.
Ryan: I'm gonna take care of this, and then I'll be right -- wait. Where are you going?
Greenlee: I'm gonna go see my father. I'm not just gonna vanish on him.
Ryan: Ok, will you be careful, please? The last thing we need is for him to figure out that you're about to take off.
Greenlee: I'm not gonna give anything away, but we don't know how long this will take to play out. We have to find a guy who doesn't want to be found, then we have to convince him to admit things he doesn't want to admit, and do it in person or on tape. Not exactly 1, 2, 3, click our heels, we're back in Pine Valley.
Ryan: Ok. All right. Well, we'll get this done, I promise you we will.
Greenlee: I love your confidence, but just in case, I need to see my father. I need to kiss him, hug him, and tell him I love him and memorize that smile of his, because I don't know if I'll ever see it again.
Erica: I'm offering you full access to my life -- interviews, of course, but I mean cameras in my office, cameras in my home.
John: If I don't air this footage.
Erica: Yes. And I'm sure you realize I'm also planning a wedding. So this will be the coup of the century.
John: Exclusive coverage?
Erica: Exclusive. So are we agreed?
John: You're a hard woman to say no to.
Erica: So I've been told. Thank you. Ok, then. So, call me, and we will set up a time for the first interview.
John: I will.
Erica: Thank you.
Jack: For what did you just barter away our private life?
Erica: For Caleb.
Jack: For Caleb?
Erica: Yes. Oh, Jack. You know that there's a new young man in town. His name is Asher Pike. Anyhow, it turns out that he's Caleb's son, a son that Caleb's gave away at birth.
Erica: I know, it sounds like a movie. But in any case, Asher confronted Caleb right in front of that reporter and a cameraman.
Jack: I see. So to bury it, you're giving full access to your life.
Jack: Which is also my life.
Erica: Well, I had no choice.
Jack: Obviously, neither do I. So let me see if I got this right. You've traded away my privacy to keep Caleb's dirty laundry from being broadcast.
Erica: Jack, the last thing Caleb needs right now is to have the media dealing with his personal drama.
Jack: Yeah, well, what about what I need, huh? I've got a daughter on trial for murder. I'm scrambling to protect her, and you invite the whole world in to watch? What the hell are you thinking?
Annie: That was Ryan. He needs to see me. I'm sorry to leave you in the middle of this mess.
J.R.: No, I've got it covered.
Annie: You see a little too happy about this.
J.R.: I couldn't have scripted it better myself. Grizzly Adams being eviscerated by his own son? If it backs him off us, all the better.
Annie: Keep me posted.
Asher: So I'm nothing but trash to you then? Hmm?
Caleb: I don't even know you.
Caleb: I thought I was doing what was best for you.
Asher: What, by dumping me off?
Caleb: There were reasons.
Asher: You couldn't even be bothered. So that's it?
Caleb: I don't know what to say.
Asher: Fine. Say nothing, but I know that you killed my mother. I'm not letting you get away with that.
Caleb: You don't know all the facts.
Erica: Jack, look, I'm very sorry to put you in this position, but I had to act quickly. There was no time to check with you.
Jack: Well, that's awfully convenient.
Erica: Jack, if I hadn't made that deal with that reporter just now, Asher's attack on Caleb would be all over the media.
Erica: Yes. Asher has accused Caleb of murder.
Jack: Is this that "stairs" incident? What, did Caleb push this kid down the stairs?
Erica: No, no. Asher thinks that Caleb killed Asher's mother.
Jack: Caleb killed Asher's mother?
Erica: No, of course he didn't kill Asher's mother. She actually died in a horrible accident right after she gave birth to their baby boy. And Caleb gave Asher up for adoption. And now after all these years, Asher has found Caleb, and he's very angry. Well, I mean, of course, he's angry --
Jack: I see. So he confronted him in front of the media.
Erica: Yes, he did. And, Jack, look, Caleb and I are so close to the SEC ruling in our favor. Something like this could completely change their minds.
Jack: No, Eric the SEC is going to rule on Cortlandt Electronics based on the merits of the case, not Caleb's hotheaded kid going off in public.
Erica: That's the way it should play out, but the board of the SEC is just made up of flesh-and-blood men and women. If they saw that footage, that might make them never be able to see Caleb in the same way. Before they examine the facts, they may just decide they don't like Caleb. And that could delay our petition. It could even cancel our petition, which would -- we would never, ever get Cortlandt back from Chandler's. Jack, I promise to keep you out of this as much as possible.
Jack: It's ironic, isn't it? Caleb finds a son, and I stand to lose a daughter.
Erica: Any word from the jury?
Jack: No. They're still out.
Erica: Greenlee will be acquitted. And Caleb and I will get Cortlandt back from Chandler's, and then we can focus on us.
Jack: Oh, that's something to look forward to, I guess.
Erica: I'd love to start making it up to you right now.
Jack: Yeah, that's a lovely thought. Lousy timing. Greenlee's on her way over to have a meeting right now.
Erica: All right, then. I'll give you some privacy.
Jack: Are you sure you want to be associated with this guy?
Erica: Ill see you later.
Asher: What don't I know? I know that I've never met my mother. I know that my first day on this earth was her last. No answer? Just not the right one? I know what you did. I heard the stories. I read the articles. She went to that mine to find you. What other reason would she have been there?
Asher: You just wanted to get rid of her. You've gotten away with it your entire life. You son of a bitch. You killed her. You killed her!
J.R.: Whoa, hey, hey!
Caleb: Leave him alone! Get your hands off of him!
J.R.: No, no, no. I'm getting him out of here, so you can't do any more damage. Come on, let's go.
Asher: You didn't even deny it.
Annie: Oh, I didn't realize it was a party.
Ryan: So I have a favor to ask. I'm going out of town for a while. I'm not too sure how long. I just need to make sure that Emma and Spike are going to be all right.
Jack: Listen, if you're looking for an update on the jury --
Greenlee: That's not why I called.
Jack: What's wrong?
Greenlee: I've given you such a hard time during this trial. I -- I've doubted your strategy. I wasn't exactly cooperative.
Jack: That's all true, but --
Greenlee: But you're my father. And I was wrong. I was ungrateful.
Jack: I appreciate you saying that, but you've been under tremendous stress facing serious charges.
Greenlee: And you came home to defend me. You believed in me. You haven't slept in weeks.
Jack: I'll sleep when you're free.
Greenlee: I just need you to know how much I love you and how thankful I am. I'll never forget what you've done for me.
Zach: Oh, what's better than this? Ice cream. All the major food groups. We got chocolate. We got nuts. We got sugar, chocolate. Go ahead. It's good for you. Do you want to try some of that?
Zach: Yes, you do. Yes, you do. Can I help you with something?
Liza: I was just enjoying this family picture. Only thing missing is Mommy.
Zach: Well, she's got an errand to run.
Liza: Thanksgiving-related? It is right around the corner. You guys got big plans?
Zach: Yeah, we're thinking turkey. Want some of this?
Liza: Yeah, family, friends.
Ian: No nuts. And ice cream.
Zach: You want to say something, say it.
[Ian talking indistinctly]
Liza: You know that the jury is gonna come back with a guilty verdict. And when they do that, Greenlee is looking at a lot of time in P-R-I-S-O-N.
Zach: Well, the jury's not B-A-C-K yet, so --
Liza: The last time, Kendall went outside the lines to try and help Greenlee. I hope that this time she just lets justice take its course.
Liza: Ha ha.
Zach: Let me ask you something.
Zach: Don't ever do that.
Zach: Don't come to me when I'm with my boys. Don't threaten me. It's a bad idea.
Liza: I was concerned.
Zach: Don't concerned. My wife's committed to her family. Me, the kids, everybody.
Zach: All right, here we go.
Erica: What's going on with your son?
Caleb: Did the reporters give you a hard time.
Erica: That's all taken care of. No one will ever see that footage.
Caleb: Thank you.
Erica: You were a little busy with a very angry young man.
Erica: How is your son now?
Erica: Caleb, whatever happened, I hope you were able to explain to him that you had nothing to do with his mother's death. You were in no way responsible for that explosion. Caleb, you had to say something.
Caleb: I tried. The kid thinks I'm a killer.
Erica: Well, then set him straight.
Caleb: He's not wrong.
J.R.: I'll make sure Caleb gets nowhere near you. I have to admit, you put on one hell of a show today.
Asher: I meant every word that I said.
J.R.: I know you did. Caleb did, too. The look on his face. He didn't know what to say or do. When you accused him of murder in front of the cameras, in front of Erica, you gutted him.
Asher: He didn't admit to anything.
J.R.: Did you expect him to? You didn't get a confession, but you got a major hit. At least the world now knows the truth about what Caleb Cortlandt is, kind of man that abandons his son, kills his own kid's mother.
J.R.: This is just the start, though. We got the guy up against the ropes. We get ahold of that footage, we splash it everywhere, we go viral with it, that son of a bitch will be begging us to go back to West Virginia.
Colby: Why don't you leave him the hell alone?
Annie: Of course, Emma and Spike will be fine, but why all this drama about going out of town?
Kendall: Something tells me it is not about Cambias business.
Annie: Will somebody tell me what the hell's going on here?
Ryan: All right. One of our witnesses kind of backfired. It was a setup.
Annie: Oh, this is about Greenlee.
Ryan: She's innocent. She didn't do it, and neither did I. I didn't kill David, either. This guy, this witness is at the center of all this, and he is our only link to the truth. I gotta find him.
Annie: Where is he?
Ryan: Oh, I'm working on that.
Annie: What if you don't find him?
Ryan: That's not an option. I'm gonna find him, and I might get a confession in a couple days before the jury comes in or it might take a little bit longer. If it does, the press might get a little curious about this, especially if the verdict comes back guilty.
Annie: Wow. Can you imagine? Greenlee gets taken away in handcuffs, then you come back with this guy's confession. That would be huge.
Ryan: My main concern right now is the kids and that Emma and Spike are protected.
Annie: Yeah. I know how tough the press can be.
Ryan: Look, whatever happens, I need you guys to promise me that every day you will give them a kiss, and you will tell Emma and Spike how much I love them.
Jack: Ok, enough with the apologies. We have fought hard. We'll see what happens. Whatever the outcome, we'll deal with it.
Greenlee: Why did I let Ryan kiss me in that courthouse?
Jack: I don't know. I wish you could tell me. It was not bright.
Greenlee: I must be the worst client you've ever had.
Jack: You're talking like this is over, but it's not. Greenlee, even if that jury comes back with a guilty verdict, I'm going to file an appeal. Ryan is out there moving heaven and earth to find this witness. It's all gonna be ok, I promise you that, so stop talking like this is good-bye.
Greenlee: What if we got that witness back before the jury comes in? It would be worth it. I'd be free.
Jack: What's this "we" stuff? You're not gonna do something stupid, are you?
[Cell phone rings]
Jack: Look, I need to know what's going on here.
Greenlee: No, you need to answer your phone.
Jack: Greenlee, forget about --
Greenlee: It could be important. Besides, we're done. I just wanted you to know how I felt. I love you.
Jack: And I love you, too, but we're not done. Just hang on a second. Jack Montgomery. Yes, that's right. Your hearing is tomorrow morning. Chris, do yourself a favor and be there. All right, I'll see you then. Look, will you --
Liza: Something wrong?
Jack: Hello, Liza.
Liza: You and Greenlee -- you guys seemed pretty intense.
Jack: The jury's deciding my daughter's future. I can't imagine why we'd be intense.
Liza: Jack, you looked really surprised that she had to leave so suddenly.
Jack: Are you spying on us, Liza?
Liza: No. I just happened to have been here. And from where I was standing, she left in a real hurry.
Jack: Ah! Maybe she had to be someplace.
Liza: Yeah, that's what worries me.
Zach: Now, your mom -- she's an amazing woman, but she likes to dance on the other side of the moon sometimes, you know what I mean? But she always comes back. So, what do you say in a few weeks, when it's time, we'll show her where the kitchen is and the three of us, four of us will make a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner for all our friends. I'm finishing your ice cream. Don't care what you say. Ha ha!
Ryan: Thank you for helping me with this. I'm gonna be home as soon as I can.
Annie: Sure you don't wanna come give Emma a kiss good-bye?
Ryan: I would love to come, but I can't. I gotta get going. Please, just give her a kiss for me, ok?
Annie: I will. Be careful, Ryan.
Ryan: Thanks. Just give Spike a kiss for me, too, ok?
Kendall: Yeah. Ok. Now you can tell me what's really going on.
Ryan: Kendall, I gotta get going.
Kendall: You said you wanted to protect the kids from the media, but why would the press care whether you're going out of town, or you're staying in town or you're going to go to another planet? Why would they care?
Ryan: Because I'm linked to David's murder, that's why.
Kendall: Yes, you're linked, but you're not charged. It's not like you've been arrested.
Ryan: I'm just trying to cover all the bases. I'm trying to get you prepared, ok?
Kendall: Yes, I understand that. But, Ryan, they're not gonna know if you're gone. Unless, of course, you're not going alone.
[Greenlee walks in]
J.R.: You should have seen the look on Caleb's face when Asher called him a killer. The cameras were rolling. It was brilliant! And this is just the beginning.
Colby: Of more trouble.
J.R.: We're gonna win, Colby. Asher blew it wide open.
Colby: That's really wonderful, J.R., but do you realize you're the only one doing the little victory dance, because Asher here, he can't walk.
Asher: I'm fine.
Colby: What are you even doing here anyways? You should be at the hospital. Why did you bring him here?
Asher: I left the hospital myself.
Colby: I don't care. You can't walk, and you shouldn't even be confronting Caleb right now.
J.R.: It was brilliant.
Colby: Yeah, for the company and for the business. But for the people involved --
J.R.: Asher did what needed to be done. He put Caleb on notice that he can't screw around with people's lives to get what he wants.
Colby: But what about you? Are you screwing around with Asher's life to get what you want?
J.R.: I have to get to the office. Take care of my man.
Asher: I don't need to be taken care of.
Colby: So [Clears throat] He was really excited about the whole thing, huh? What about you? It hurt, didn't it?
Erica: You did not murder Sonia. She ignored the barricade. She ran straight for the mine. You said that you didn't even know she was there until it was too late.
Caleb: Erica, she wrote me dozens of letters. She wanted to come back. She wanted to start over again, but I didn't know that 'cause I only read the first one.
Erica: That doesn't make you a murderer.
Caleb: Yeah, but -- it was my pride that got in the way. It kept me from forgiving her right up until she died.
Erica: Look, I can't tell you how to feel, but I do know how destructive it is to hold all those emotions in. I've been there. Talk to your son. Tell him what you just told me.
Caleb: I've tried. He won't listen.
Erica: You need to try again, for yourself as much as for Asher. And no matter how he responds, at least he'll know the truth.
Caleb: Giving him away, I thought, was the best thing that I could do for him. All this time I imagined him happy and successful. And instead, he thought that I killed his mother and abandoned him.
Erica: You have to tell him the truth.
Caleb: There's some things about his mother that he's better off not knowing.
Annie: The building's still standing. I half expected Asher would still be taking Caleb apart by now.
J.R.: Yeah. Fathers and sons.
Annie: I have to admit, I almost felt sorry for Caleb.
J.R.: There's a lot of hate out there. Don't waste your pity on Cortlandt. He deserves it.
Annie: Seeing Asher and Caleb like that, didn't it remind you of Adam?
J.R.: A little. I was actually thinking about A.J. I never want that kind of relationship with my son. The competition, the anger, the misunderstandings.
Annie: Then you won't have it.
J.R.: What if it's in the Chandler DNA? This whole custody case with Marissa doesn't help. I don't want my son coming to me saying, "Daddy, why didn't you fight harder? Why did you let me go so easily?"
Annie: But you are fighting for him.
J.R.: That only counts if you win, and I will. A.J. will know just how much I want him, that he'll never have a doubt that he's the most important thing in my life. Then and only then, we'll have the kind of relationship that my father -- what? What is it? Hey, tell me.
Annie: I'm part of what is keeping you from having everything that you want. Even if we're not involved, I'm something that they will all use against you.
J.R.: I don't give a damn what they think or say or do. I'll win it all. A.J. will be with me and as far as we're concerned, we have to know -- we have to trust that it won't always be like this.
Erica: Maybe you should trust Asher with the real story.
Caleb: And hurt him again?
Erica: Or maybe you just might set him free. If you don't tell him, he'll spend the rest of his life thinking the absolute worst of a man who was only trying to do his best for him. He'll continue to suffer, and so will you.
Caleb: I abandoned the kid.
Erica: You were in shock. My goodness, the woman you loved had just died in your arms.
Caleb: When Uncle Pete turned him over to the family, I told him that I would be back and that I would be a father to my son, but I didn't. I never looked back.
Erica: I think you might have stayed on that mountain, but you never stopped looking back.
Caleb: Kid was better off without me. He still is.
Erica: Because he doesn't know you, because he doesn't know the man you've become.
Colby: Did you know it's been medically proven when you keep it all inside, it wrecks the whole healing process, knees in particular?
Colby: Well, it's possible.
Asher: You know, I've had this plan in my head for years. Rehearsed it over and over a million times -- What I would do, what I would say. One day, Caleb would just look up and see the son that he just threw away -- be in his face, complete control, just grinding him into the dust. And -- didn't really go as planned.
Colby: It sounds like you still have a chance to slam him.
Asher: Yeah, I got a chance. I thought it would be different, you know, better. I just feel -- the same.
[Colby hugs and kisses Asher]
Liza: Listen, I want all available personnel to keep a close eye on Greenlee Hayward in case she thinks it's a good idea to skip bail.
Jack: Come on, Greenlee. Where are you?
Liza: Call it a hunch.
Greenlee: What are you doing here?
Kendall: Well, that's a very interesting question. I'd love to know the answer to that.
Greenlee: I just came to see Ryan off.
Kendall: Oh, come on! Please, you know what, I know you inside-out and upside-down, all right? You're not here for a bon voyage party. Now talk.
Ryan: Look, I gotta get going.
Kendall: Ok. Well, if you're in such a hurry, then why don't you say bye to each other? Come on.
Ryan: Kendall --
Kendall: See? You know what? I told you. I knew it. The two of you are leaving together.
Greenlee: Yes, fine, ok? We're doing this together. Are you happy now?
Kendall: No. I'm not happy at all, Greenlee. I've done this before. I've been on the run, running from the cops. It's hell.
Greenlee: It beats being in prison.
Kendall: You have another choice. There are other options.
Ryan: We've had that conversation.
Greenlee: I have to prove that I'm innocent. You of all people must know how much that means.
[Cell phone rings]
Greenlee: Dad? Hi, what's up?
Jack: Liza just saw us talking at ConFusion, and she has it in her mind that you are about to, shall we say, violate the terms of your bail.
Greenlee: She said that?
Jack: Greenlee, listen to me. I want you to promise me that you will not prove her right.
Greenlee: Ok. I love you, Dad. Great. Liza's already suspicious.
Ryan: Well, we gotta get to the airport.
Greenlee: She probably already has us on a watch list, flagged our license plates.
