Annie: Boys, I am getting lonely up here, and I am so tired of being lonely. I am so tired of being good. So who's coming up to dance with me right now?
Annie: Freddie! Come on, because you know I can't do this by myself.
J.R.: Annie. Annie!
Man: Get up there.
Annie: Oh. Ha ha! Hello. Did you come to see the show?
J.R.: Come down from there.
Annie: Uh-uh. Why would I do that? I'm having so much fun with my boys!
J.R.: Show's over.
Annie: No, the show is not over. The hell it is.
Jesse: All I'm saying is I think you're overdoing it a bit with work. You're pregnant, babe.
Angie: I'm fine. I took a nice long nap, I had a wonderful dinner, and now I needed to come back.
Jesse: Can't whatever it is wait until tomorrow?
Angie: No, it can't. I have a date with Sven.
Natalia: This is not a date --
Natalia: Just two colleagues having dinner.
Brot: Well, whatever it is, I'm glad you invited me, because I really needed a break.
Natalia: Yeah. Is the station still swamped with reporters?
Brot: It's crazy. It's like they live there ever since Greenlee's trial and Scott Chandler's arrest.
Natalia: Oh. I'm glad you got the hell out of there.
Brot: Me, too.
Natalia: Oop. There they are.
Natalia: Frankie and Randi. I thought it would be fun to make this a foursome.
Brot: Couldn't be alone with me, huh?
Natalia: Golly! That is one serious dress, Miss Thang.
Randi: Thank you.
Frankie: And what about me?
Natalia: Hey, Frankie.
Brot: If you want attention, you have to wear the dress, man.
Frankie: Is that right?
Brot: That's right.
Natalia: Is it new?
Randi: Yeah. It's part of my prep work for Fusion's new marketing campaign.
Natalia: Oh, yeah? What you selling?
Randi: Love and marriage. You two interested?
Asher: Don't you ever take time off work, man?
Damon: Someone called in sick. Nowhere near as exciting as court, though, man. It was intense in there today.
Damon: You should stop by, man. It's nothing like you see on TV. It's awesome.
Asher: Yeah, I'm not a big fan of courtrooms or lawyers. Hey, do you know --
Damon: I've been calling you all day.
Colby: Hi. I'm sorry. I turned off all my phones. I was at the beach house studying, and I didn't want my crazy family to bother me.
Asher: Hey. Bad news about your cousin.
Colby: I'm sorry. What are you talking about?
Asher: You don't know?
Colby: J.R. finally got what we wanted.
Annie: Whoo-whoo! Wait! Wait! Party's not over! Oh! You're still here.
J.R.: I'm not going anywhere.
Freddie: You still feel like dancing?
Annie: Oh, I will be dancing for the rest of the night. [Laughs]
Freddie: What's so funny?
Annie: The name of this bar is called "ConFusion," which is so funny, because I'm like the queen of confusion. Like, if you knew what was going on in my life right now -- you don't even know. Where I am in my life is like a total mystery to me, so it's like confusion. Like, I -- that's me -- I'm confused at ConFusion.
Freddie: I think you're pretty damn hot.
Annie: Oh, yeah?! Thank you! You know what? You're right. I am probably the hottest girl you ever met. Yes. Cheers. You know who could attest to that, is this guy right there. He knows how hot I am. Isn't that true?
J.R.: Why don't you come down from there? We'll talk about it.
Annie: Why do you even care? Oh, I know why you care. Because you don't want the news finding out that the felon -- Scott Chandler's wife was wasted at a bar. I don't care! Don't. Stay away --
J.R.: I'm not gonna let you do this!
Annie: Why do you care?! It's none of your business what I do! No!
J.R.: You need to get control of yourself, Annie.
Annie: I had control! I had control when I was Mrs. Scott Chandler! I had everything I could ever want, and now it's gone! I've lost everything, because I couldn't keep control when I was with you!
Natalia: So what's the product?
Randi: Ok. It's this home marketing campaign that's centered around Fusion's new perfume. It's called "I Do."
Frankie: Now, is there something in the bottle that caps the nerves in guys' legs and makes them drop down to one knee?
Natalia: Frankie. Uh-uh!
Randi: Please pay them no attention. They're boys.
Frankie: "I will."
Randi: Anyway, it's for brides, brides-to-be, and -- I don't know -- any woman who's basically in love. So what do you think?
Brot: I like it.
Natalia: Sure, you do.
Brot: No. Seriously, I do. I mean, we know it takes a long time for guys to work up the nerve to pop that question. Now you just give them the perfume.
Natalia: It takes a little more than that, homey.
Brot: Ok. Then you bring a ring, and you say from the bottom of your heart, "Will you marry me?"
Randi: What do you think?
Natalia: To be honest, I think it puts a lot of pressure on a woman, you know, with the whole marriage thing.
Natalia: Yeah. I think Fusion should launch a companion perfume for women not interested in getting married. They should call it "I Don't."
Brot: Wow. Wow. Real romantic, aren't you?
Jesse: You know, I would demand to meet this Sven if I didn't think you were joking.
Angie: Oh, I wasn't joking. Sven is a lean, mean machine. Now, Jesse, I want you to meet Sven. Surprised?
Jesse: Actually, I'm relieved. Now I don't have to pop a cap in Sven's Swedish ass.
Angie: His real name is sphygmomanometer, but it's much easier to say "Sven," obviously.
Jesse: You ain't never lied about that. So what does Sven do?
Angie: Why don't I show you? Take off your jacket. Now, this machine allows a blind person to record blood pressure readings.
Angie: Yeah. And since I can't read the numbers on the gauge, Sven here chimes in.
Automated voice: Your systolic pressure is 142. Your diastolic pressure is 92.
Jesse: Well, thank you, Sven.
Angie: Don't thank him yet. Your blood pressure's elevated.
Jesse: It's not.
Angie: Sven doesn't lie. And it's no wonder, with Greenlee's trial and Scott Chandler's arrest.
Jesse: Oh, come on. I'm fine.
Angie: My date says you're not.
Jesse: Your date has a big mouth with no Swedish accent.
Angie: All right. You know what, Jesse? This is serious. Now, stress kills, and that is not just a slogan. It's a fact. Now, you need to get that blood pressure down.
Jesse: You need to stop worrying about me, start thinking about yourself. You're the one who's pregnant. You're the one that has got an amnio scheduled in a few days.
Angie: I know.
Jesse: And you're not nervous about it, right?
Angie: No. I told you I just need you. The baby and I will be fine.
Jesse: And so will the baby daddy.
Angie: Oh, God. You are one stubborn man, Jesse Hubbard.
Jesse: Yes, I am, Angela Hubbard.
Bianca: Oh. Excuse me.
Jesse: What's up?
Angie: Bianca? Hey. What's up?
Bianca: I'm here to see a patient who's been in and out of the Miranda Center. I was hoping you could talk to her.
Jesse: Tomorrow would be good.
Angie: Tonight would be even better. I promise I won't be too long.
Jesse: All right. Then I promise I'll relax. I'll grab a couple of beers for me and Sven. Good to see you.
Angie: All right. Now, where is this patient?
Bianca: She is right around the corner here.
Angie: Ok. Mind if I take your arm?
Angie: So tell me about her.
Bianca: She came to the Miranda Center -- look out! Are you ok?
Betty: Oh, I'm so sorry!
Angie: Yeah, I think so.
Betty: I didn't realize you were -- I had to get out. I'm sorry.
Angie: Everything's ok.
Betty: No, it isn't. I don't think it'll ever be ok.
Angie: No, I -- I thought that, too. Believe me, it can be.
Asher: Scott stole technology from Cortlandt Electronics and got busted.
Colby: No. No, no, Scott wouldn't do something like that. He's a really good guy.
Asher: Well, sometimes good guys can fool you.
Colby: Right. Right. I totally forgot. You work for J.R.
Asher: What does that have to do with anything?
Colby: I know J.R. set this up. He's wanted to get rid of Scott for months.
Asher: Look, for the record, I had nothing to do with this.
Colby: I have to go. I have to go find Scott, and I have to go talk to him.
Damon: I'll give you a ride.
Colby: No, it's ok. You can't leave Krystal hanging. I'm gonna get there on my own.
Damon: You're not driving. Getting behind the wheel all stressed out -- last time I tried that, I ended up in the hospital.
Asher: I'll drive you.
Colby: No, thank you.
Asher: Damon's right. I mean, when you're like this, you shouldn't get on the road. I promise to keep my mouth shut.
Colby: Fine. All right. But we're leaving right now.
Asher: Let's roll.
Damon: Thanks, bro.
Asher: Yeah, man.
Damon: Call me when you find out what happens.
J.R.: I'm not leaving here without you.
Annie: Yeah? Then you'll be waiting a long time. Freddie, will you get me another drink, please?
Freddie: Whatever you want.
Annie: Aah! No -- leave me alone!
J.R.: You're out of here.
Freddie: Hey! The lady said to leave her alone.
J.R.: Come on. Let's go.
Angie: Betty, why were you running?
Betty: Because I shouldn't be here. I'm fine.
Angie: You don't seem fine to me.
Bianca: Her face is all cut and bruised. The doctor said she was brought in here unconscious.
Angie: Who did this to you?
Betty: It was an accident.
Angie: Did somebody hit you?
Betty: I have to go!
Angie: No, no. Please, just stay a little while and talk to us.
Betty: I've talked to enough doctors.
Bianca: You haven't talked to Angie.
Betty: I can't.
Angie: Listen, I know that you are afraid, and I don't have to be able to see to feel that kind of fear.
Betty: I keep trying.
Angie: I'm sure you do. But, please, I need you to tell us who hurt you, who you're afraid of.
Betty: He doesn't mean to.
Angie: Your boyfriend? Husband?
Betty: My husband. He just loses control, and then he promises that --
Angie: It'll never happen again. But you know that it will unless you get help. And that is what we're here for, to make sure that he never hurts you again.
Betty: But you don't understand.
Angie: Yes, I do understand. And I need you to listen to me. You are safe now. Betty, do you hear me? You're safe.
Natalia: "I do." It's nice.
Randi: Nice enough for you to change your mind on the whole marriage thing?
Frankie: See, I remember when we got married, and it was the best day of my life.
Randi: Aww. Mine, too.
Frankie: Yeah, see, but you didn't have that big, splashy wedding we're talking about now, with the flowers, the fancy dress, church -- the whole nine.
Randi: True, but I don't think I could've handled it at the time, babe. I mean, there was so much already changing in my life. I didn't want that spotlight.
Brot: And what about now?
Randi: Now I say bring it on.
Frankie: Hmm. See what a white dress can do for you?
Randi: Seriously, I get to be the bride for everybody in this campaign.
Frankie: I'm not sure if I like the sound of that.
Randi: What I mean is that I get to have all the fun without any of pressure, none of the stress. It's every woman's dream, and I get to live it. Well, not every woman's dream.
Photographer: Oh, that is it! Oh, big smile. Yeah. Again and -- ohh. Beautiful! Yes. Your fiancÚ is one lucky man.
Natalia: I'm the lucky one. God, he is so smart. He's funny. He's sweet. He's on the force, too.
Photographer: Well, let's get him over here!
Natalia: Hey, groom? Groom, come here! Take a picture with your bride-to-be.
Natalia: Huh? What?
Brot: Where'd you just go?
Natalia: I was just thinking about work. Um, you know, I don't really think this is for me. I can't really just commit to one perfume.
Colby: Hi. Excuse me? Um, I heard about Scott, but I -- I know that it's not true.
Jesse: Well, I'm afraid it is.
Colby: No, no, no. I'm sorry. There must be some sort of mistake that you made?
Jesse: No mistake. Scott confessed.
Colby: Well, can I at least see him or talk to him?
Jesse: No, you can't.
Asher: Hey, man, the guy's her cousin. Shouldn't she be allowed to visit him?
Jesse: You're Asher, right?
Asher: I'm Colby's friend, and I think this is ridiculous.
Jesse: Well, Mr. "I think this is ridiculous," the reason Colby can't see her cousin is because he's already been transferred to state prison. I'm sorry, Colby.
Asher: Hey, I'm --
Colby: Why does this keep on happening? Why is my family a mess all the time?
Asher: I'm sorry.
Colby: I just want my family back.
Asher: I know you do. Hey, I know.
Annie: Get off of me!
J.R.: I'm sorry.
Annie: What, do you think you're a big, strong tough guy now?
Annie: This doesn't change anything.
J.R.: This was stupid. You could've been hurt.
Annie: So what?
J.R.: Will you just stop it? Damn it, do you have any idea what could've happened to you out there?
Annie: I don't care.
J.R.: You may not care, but Emma does, and I care. I care about you, Annie. Come on.
Betty: I know you guys want to help, but I can't stay here.
Angie: You're afraid that your husband will find out that you were brought to the hospital?
Betty: He'll get in trouble again.
Angie: And blame you?
Betty: He always does.
Bianca: But you did come to the Miranda Center for help.
Betty: A couple of months ago, but they said there was no room -- some money scandal or something.
Bianca: Another one of David Hayward's great gifts to the community.
Angie: What can we do about this?
Bianca: I already put in a call. There is a room all ready for you.
Angie: Then it's settled. Once you've healed, you can --
Betty: No. He'll find me, and this time he'll kill me.
Frankie: So is there gonna be a groom at this wedding campaign?
Randi: Of course, there's gonna be a groom. How sad would it be if there was just a bride alone on her big day?
Frankie: Man better watch himself, not get too carried away.
Randi: Baby, I would not worry about Seth. He's engaged to a good friend of mine. Love is definitely in the air.
Natalia: All right. Ok. Hello?
Brot: Oh. What?
Natalia: Are we boring you?
Brot: Oh. No. No. Um, you know what, guys? I'm sorry. I got to get back to the station.
Natalia: Right now?
Brot: Yeah. I'll see you guys later.
Frankie: What was that about?
Natalia: I have no idea.
Damon: Colby, it's me. I just want to know what's happening at the police station. Call me.
Asher: Maybe we should just get out of here. Colby?
Colby: Huh. My dad raised me to believe that the Chandlers were invincible, that we were special. Ohh. We are special, all right. This station should have a jail cell named after us. We've all been here.
Asher: Come on. You've never been in jail.
Colby: Stole cars to get back home.
Asher: Wow. Such a real desperado.
Colby: This isn't funny.
Asher: No, it isn't funny. I'm sorry.
Colby: Scott was supposed to bring us back together, Uncle Stuart's son. You see, my uncle was the sweetest, kindest, most generous person in the entire world, and when he died, our family went from screwed up to disaster. And I really thought Scott could fix things, but he got dragged down with the rest of us. Turns out he's just another Chandler. Huh. I'm beginning to think the name's a curse.
Asher: Come on. Stop it.
Asher: Listen. You're not cursed. You were born into a mess. That's all. We've all got problems. Your job is to just be strong. I know you can do it. I've seen you do it.
Colby: I'm sorry, but where did that come from?
Asher: I'm just pretty good at giving advice. I just don't too often listen to myself.
Colby: Well, thank you. And you're right. I got to go.
Asher: Where to?
Colby: Well, I'm gonna go fix the mess that I was born into.
Annie: Why did you bring me here?
J.R.: Would you just calm down?
Annie: Why are we in your bedroom? Ohh. I see. I get it now. You weren't trying to save me. You wanted to bring me home so you could have me all to yourself.
J.R.: Take off your clothes.
Annie: You can go to hell.
J.R.: Ok. But you're still gonna have to take off your clothes.
J.R.: Annie --
Annie: You know what? You may want me, but I sure as hell don't want you.
J.R.: That's fine. Don't blame me when your dress gets ruined.
Annie: Oh, oh, you are sick! You are a sick person if you think I'm gonna get in the shower with you.
J.R.: Come on.
Annie: No! In your dreams, buddy!
J.R.: Let's go.
Annie: I'm not showering with you! Get off -- ooh! [Shrieks]
J.R.: Stay in there till you sober up.
Annie: It's freezing! Oh, my God, this is freezing! Ohh!
Natalia: Hey, why'd you walk out like that?
Brot: Because I had to get back here.
Natalia: No, you didn't. You're off duty till tomorrow.
Brot: Ok. I came back to study for the detective's exam.
Natalia: You're taking the detective's exams? Why would --
Brot: Why does it matter? I'm taking it, ok? So I don't have time to waste on hanging out.
Natalia: Having dinner with me is -- and Randi and Frankie is a waste of time?
Brot: Natalia, what do you want?
Natalia: The truth.
Brot: Here's the truth. I'm tired of this game that we're playing. We go out, and is it a date? No, it's not. And just when I think that it might be something else, you always pull back.
Natalia: I'm not the one who ran out of the restaurant, Brot.
Brot: No, you weren't, but you were the one who was crashing --
Natalia: Lower your voice.
Brot: Why? Because they might think we're together?
Natalia: You really want one of us to get transferred, huh?
Brot: Why would they report us, Natalia? They have no reason to think that we're actually together. All we do is fight and get on each other's nerves. Exactly. I have to study so I can pass this test, because I'm gonna be the best damn detective this department has ever had.
Angie: The Miranda Center is designed for people in your situation. All right? It's secure. You'll be protected.
Betty: I don't know.
Angie: I know that it's hard to trust people that you just met, but sometimes you need to. We've all had setbacks. We're all challenged in this life. But if you give up, if you lose faith, then with it goes all hope that things will ever get better. Sweetheart, give me your hand. I know you're hurt, and you're scared. And I also know what it feels like to be helpless because I felt that when I lost my sight. I had moments when I could not handle it and wanted to quit. It was too hard.
Betty: But you probably had a family or friends. I don't have anybody.
Angie: Oh, darling, you have me, and you have Bianca. And if you reach out and let people help you, you'll be surprised how many friends that you have. But you have to take that first step, Betty. Now, can you do that? Can you? Hmm?
Angie: Good. Very good. Very good. It is time for you to start living again.
Angie: Ok? Don't cry.
Colby: Why didn't you tell me about Scott?
J.R.: I left you messages, but you've been taking a break from the family drama.
Colby: Your messages never mentioned anything about federal crime or prison.
J.R.: I tried to control the situation, but it got out of hand.
Colby: Don't lie to me, J.R. I know you did this. You did this, because you wanted to get rid of Scott, so you could have Annie all to yourself.
J.R.: I am not responsible for this.
J.R.: At the expense of the company? No! We are in big trouble right now. Just stop fighting me, Colby, please, because we're it. You, me, and A.J. -- we are the last Chandlers standing.
[Music plays as Asher reads a news article about a fatal mine accident]
Singer: Winds are knocking down the door in this broken town you could wait around and see, but I won't promise anything. Where do we belong? Belong, do you know? Where do we belong?
Annie: [Breathing heavily] Oh, come on, Annie. Pull your life together. You have to for Emma. Ohh.
Colby: Don't you get it? There is no family standing, because you started this war with Scott.
J.R.: No. Dad started it when he pitted us against each other.
Colby: Oh, my gosh, there's always somebody else to blame but yourself. Let me ask you something, J.R. Did dad ask you to sleep with Scott's wife?
Colby: No. I guess he wouldn't have, because Annie used to be his wife, and that would be history repeating itself.
J.R.: I can't take it back.
Colby: I know you can't. But you can stay far away from Annie, and you can stay far away from her bed.
J.R.: It's gonna take a lot more than that to fix this family. I need to know you're with me. We have to pull together now. Otherwise, this family is done.
Colby: You always do this.
Colby: Just when I think you're a complete rat, you say something nice and sweet.
J.R.: You're my sister. I love you.
Colby: And I love you, too. It's just sometimes I really don't like you.
J.R.: Fair enough.
Colby: It's just really hard.
J.R.: Being a Chandler?
J.R.: It's not an easy name to live up to.
Colby: You'd think we'd have it figured out by now. Huh.
J.R.: Maybe when we stop fighting who we are. Because this house, this family, the company -- that is our legacy. It's in our blood, and we have to accept that. We have to accept who we are and what we have to fight for. You and me together, kid.
[Annie walks in wearing a robe]
Colby: I thought she moved out.
J.R.: There's an explanation --
Colby: The explanation is I was right again. You two make me sick.
J.R.: Colby. Colby?
Asher: Colby wasn't able to see Scott. The Feds already shipped him off.
Damon: How'd she take it?
Asher: Not great. But I calmed her down and took her home.
Damon: I better get over there.
Asher: Hold up. She told me to tell you not to worry. She'll call you later.
Damon: She told you to tell me?
Asher: What's the matter with that?
Damon: Nothing. She's going through a lot of stuff right now, and I want to be there for her like she was there for me.
Asher: I wouldn't worry too much about Colby. That girl can hold her own with anybody.
Angie: So Bianca and I finally convinced Betty to fight for herself.
Jesse: I'm not surprised. My wife can be very convincing.
Angie: Well, you know, it wasn't that easy. I'm starting to find new things every day about how to cope with this.
Jesse: Yeah. You are learning, and you're still helping people.
Angie: Yes, I am.
Jesse: Yes, you are.
Angie: And I was so scared that losing my sight might limit my ability to do that, but I'm just finding different ways to help. And you know what? It feels wonderful.
Jesse: That's my girl. What's wrong? Baby, what's wrong?
Angie: No, I think I felt something. I felt our baby move.
Randi: I'm thinking about changing things up a little bit with my hair.
Frankie: Finally going out for the faux hawk?
Randi: I'm serious, babe. I want to stay current. In this business, one day you're in, and then next day you're out.
Frankie: Don't let the pressure get to you.
Randi: Look, please don't take this the wrong way, babe. You know that I love you, and I love spending all my time with you. It's just that --
Frankie: But it's not enough.
Randi: I never said that.
Frankie: Look, I understand that modeling is important to you. I do. But you are beautiful just the way you are.
Randi: Don't look at this as if it's something bad. Life is great. I'm great. I feel great. Frankie, looking back, I was living on the streets selling myself, being physically abused. That's the hell that I came from.
Frankie: But you're not in that place anymore.
Randi: No, I'm not, thanks to you. Thanks to you, I'm a new woman in a new life. I'm finally proud of myself, and I'm so proud of everything that I'm accomplishing. It's about getting a second chance. It's about where I came from and now where I can go. I need to push this to see how far I can get, and I hope that you understand that.
Frankie: Looks like I got an ambitious wife on my hands.
Randi: Can you handle it?
Frankie: Yeah, I can handle it.
Frankie: It's the hospital. I should take this, but you are beautiful. You got that?
Randi: Yes, sir.
Asher: What happened?
Colby: I don't get it. Is it me? Like, am I the crazy one?
Asher: Definitely not.
Colby: It's not just Scott, though. It's J.R. How many times can one family implode?
Asher: What did J.R. do?
Colby: Annie -- well, actually, no. He's about to do her. But first, he gives me this Chandler family values speech, tells me we have to stand together. It's us against the world, and then guess who slinks back in -- Annie. Why does this keep on happening? It's not just a guy thing. It's something more than that, because if Scott was stealing business secrets from a dead man, then --
Asher: You'd be surprised what people are capable of.
Colby: You don't understand. My cousin is a really, really good guy. He wouldn't do something like that. My Uncle Stuart -- he even made him this hat that said, "One of the good guys."
Asher: That's a little weird.
Colby: Well, in a sweet way, definitely not a fashion statement made. But I just don't understand why Scott would commit a crime like that. Maybe he really changed when his dad died. I mean, losing your father -- that must make your world crazy, right?
Asher: Hey, don't ask me.
Colby: But your dad died. You were younger, but how did that --
Asher: This isn't about me, though.
Colby: Asher, just please help me understand why Scott would keep something so huge a secret.
Asher: It happens all the time. Harsh stuff goes down. People don't slap it on a T-shirt or a hat.
Colby: But if he had told me, maybe I could've helped him.
Asher: Do you really not get why he wouldn't tell you? Some things you just can't let out. It hurts too much.
Colby: But he did hold it in, and now his life is ruined!
Asher: Hey, hey, hey. Hey. Hey, hey. You're gonna be ok. You are.
[Damon sees Asher comforting Colby]
J.R.: Why didn't you stay upstairs until I came and got you?
Annie: I -- what happened at the bar --
J.R.: Nothing happened. I'm writing that bartender and those yahoos a check to keep their mouths shut.
Annie: I don't want Emma finding out. Thank God she's at a sleepover.
J.R.: Yeah. No one will know.
Annie: Um, ahem, I'll get dressed and leave.
J.R.: No, you won't.
Jesse: Hey in there. It's your daddy. Time to wake up, go to work. Come on, now. I don't --
Angie: No, keep your hand there.
Jesse: What did it feel like?
Jesse: Oh, and I missed it.
Angie: They'll come back.
Jesse: So were the flutters, like, girlie flutters or manly flutters? Or baby --
Angie: You can't really tell that.
Jesse: I can tell the baby had dimples from the sonogram.
Angie: I already told you. You can't see dimples on a sonogram!
Jesse: I think I saw something else, too.
Angie: Whatever you think you saw --
Jesse: I think I saw a teeny, tiny little stethoscope in there.
Angie: Oh, really?
Angie: What if it was teeny, tiny handcuffs for the next little chief of police in here?
Jesse: What? Don't be ridiculous. Do you hear that in there, little baby? Mama thinks you got handcuffs in the belly. Hello? Hello, little Dr. Hubbard?
Angie: Hello, Little Chief.
Colby: I'm through with all of them. I can't do this anymore.
Damon: What happened?
Colby: Scott's in jail, and Annie is now back in J.R.'s bed. And I'm supposed to be, like, the cheerleader of the family keeping everything together, but I can't do it. I can't. I just can't do this anymore.
Asher: Hey, just don't forget you didn't screw up, they did. But I bet you're the only one getting all twisted up about it.
Damon: What do you know about her family, man?
Asher: I know that you can't fix other people, family or otherwise. Just remember, you need to --
Colby: Stay strong and be better than them?
Asher: So you were listening? Good.
Damon: I got my shift covered. Want to get out of here?
Colby: Yeah, please. Let's go.
Annie: Why won't you just leave me alone?
J.R.: I drove you here. Your car's still at ConFusion. You're not sober enough to drive.
Annie: I'll take a cab.
J.R.: Then where will you go?
Annie: I will figure something out.
J.R.: Oh, yeah? This time of night, half drunk? You can stay.
J.R.: I have a ton of guest rooms here. Just for tonight.
Annie: It's too close.
J.R.: The gatehouse, then.
Annie: I have told you time and time again I don't need you taking care of me.
J.R.: Actually, tonight you do. I'll walk you over. What?
Annie: Nothing. Thank you.
