David: Looking for this?
Madison: What are you doing here?
David: Oh, I thought I'd stop by, see if you changed your mind about helping me with Ryan.
Madison: "Helping you"? Is that what you're calling it?
David: So what do you say?
Madison: The same thing I said yesterday -- this is crazy. You don't need me to help you get Ryan away from Greenlee. He is not the threat to your marriage.
David: But I am?
Madison: Well, you're far too paranoid. Questioning what you have with Greenlee -- don't you ever ask yourself why that is?
Ryan: Ahem. Hey.
Ryan: So did you talk to Jesse?
Greenlee: Yes. I told him that I overreacted, that I don't believe Kendall tried to kill me with her car. Are you satisfied?
Ryan: Yes. Thank you.
Greenlee: Rio, here we come.
Ryan: Hey, look, you don't have to come down with me if you don't want to. If it's causing a problem, I can go down, and I can fix this all by myself.
Greenlee: It's not a vacation, it's business. Besides, I can handle a little discomfort if it means I win this competition. Are you packed?
Ryan: No, not yet.
Greenlee: Revised itinerary: We're gonna go with your idea and take the Cambias jet. The sooner we get this deal undone the sooner I get home to my husband.
Ryan: Speaking of which, how is he taking the news?
Greenlee: What? What, this? He's fine with it.
Greenlee: Why wouldn't he be? So are you gonna meet me at the airport?
Greenlee: Don't be late.
Tad: What was that about?
Ryan: Greenlee and I are going to Rio.
Tad: Right. Because a guy like Hayward would never be smart enough to look for you two lovebirds in the most romantic place in the world.
Angie: Hey. What brings you here? Uh-oh. What's up?
Jesse: I just got a call about a vandalism arrest. Perpetrator was brought in, needed a few stitches.
Angie: No, don't tell me. Vandalism? Really? I'd like an answer, Damon.
Damon: I thought I had the right to remain silent.
Angie: After everyone has gone out of their way for you, this is what you pull?
Damon: What are you doing?
Angie: Calling Tad.
Damon: I don't need him.
Angie: Well, you sure as hell need someone.
Colby: Damon? I came as soon as you called.
J.R. and Marissa: 1, 2, 3 -- whoo!
A.J.: Can I go on the swings?
J.R.: Yeah. Do you need a push?
A.J.: I can do it.
J.R.: Ok. Today he rocks the swings by himself, tomorrow he gets his driver's license. Hey.
J.R.: It's a beautiful day. We're with our son. You're, like, a million miles away.
Marissa: I know, I know. I just can't get it out of my head.
Marissa: Annie told me what you've been doing -- contacting realtors about buying a house? J.R., moving out of the mansion is a big decision. Why would you discuss it with Annie when you should be discussing it with me?
Annie: Have you talked to J.R.?
Scott: Not today. Why?
Annie: He's moving out.
Annie: Yeah -- taking A.J. and Marissa and buying his own place.
Scott: You wouldn't leave, so he's going instead, right?
Annie: Yeah. Can you believe that?
Scott: Yeah. Yeah. The sad part is you can't.
A.J.: Dad, look how high I am!
J.R.: Nice job, buddy! Heh! I'm sorry. I was arguing with Annie. It just sort of came out. Why she felt the need to tell you --
Marissa: Well, I'm glad someone did.
J.R.: I wanted it to be a surprise. You know, find the right house, cover your eyes, do the whole "ta-da" thing?
Marissa: You were gonna buy a house without consulting me?
J.R.: No. I was gonna do all the legwork and get a few for you to look at, and you choose your favorite.
Marissa: I don't even understand why we're moving in the first place. A.J. loves being at the mansion. He considers it home. I mean, we're all settled there. You were the one who wanted to move there in the first place.
J.R.: I know. But a lot of that had to do with my father. And now that he's gone, I just don't see the point.
Marissa: The point was to be with family. So your dad is gone. There's still Scott and Colby.
J.R.: And Annie.
Marissa: Oh. So this is about her?
J.R.: In a way, yeah. Look, that house is gonna be ground zero for the biggest war between Annie and my father, and I don't want to expose you guys to that. Hell, I don't want to expose myself to that.
A.J.: Will you come fly with me, Dad?
J.R.: Yeah! I'll be right there! Look. You just got to trust me on this. Ok?
Annie: It's ridiculous! This house is like a monument in this town. What? As if all of you moving out would make it any less the Chandler Mansion?
Scott: There wouldn't be any Chandlers in it.
Annie: Oh. Well, there would be if you decided to stay.
Scott: Do not pit me against J.R., Annie. I would never do that to you.
Annie: I know. I'm sorry. I'm just wondering. I mean, if J.R. does decide to move out, would you move, too?
Scott: I -- that's between me and my cousin.
Annie: A hint?
Scott: Look, will you just stay out of this? God, I could use a drink.
Annie: So make one.
Scott: Who restocked the bar?
Annie: Hmm. I did. You're welcome.
David: Oh, hey!
Greenlee: "Hey" yourself.
David: Pleasant surprise. Heh heh heh. You ok?
Greenlee: Perfect. Why?
David: I don't know. You look a little run down.
Greenlee: Wow! Such a way with words.
David: Ok, beautiful but run down. Is that better?
Greenlee: A little. I just didn't get much sleep last night, that's all.
David: Yeah, you did seem to get up early this morning.
Greenlee: Hmm. Places to go, people to see.
David: Mm-hmm. Well, anything to do with this?
Greenlee: Actually, um, I got you something.
David: Why? It's not my birthday.
David: Wow. Nice packaging. Greenlee, this is incredible. [Holding up a beautiful gold watch]
Greenlee: You like it?
David: Do I like it? No. I love it. You didn't have to do this.
Greenlee: I wanted to. You deserve to know how much I appreciate you.
David: Thank you.
Ryan: I am not trying to make this trip romantic or anything like that. It's purely business, Tad.
Tad: In Rio? Like, Rio de Janeiro?
Ryan: Yes, in Rio. I made a business deal for Fusion.
Tad: No coconut oil or --
Ryan: Listen to me, please. I made a deal when Greenlee was, you know, gone or whatever. Anyway, it's obviously boxed her into a corner a little bit, and I got to go down there and fix it. That's all.
Tad: Sounds good.
Ryan: You ok?
Tad: No, actually. I'm having some more issues with Damon --
Tad: Namely that he's my son.
Ryan: What? He's your son, the kid that you've been looking after?
Tad: Who's been causing all the trouble -- mine.
Ryan: What -- how long have you known that? This whole time?
Tad: No. I found out a couple months ago. He just did, and he's not taking it very well, so he's disappeared again, and I don't know where.
Ryan: Well, then what are you doing here? Go find him. Go look for him.
Tad: I don't know where to look.
Ryan: So how did this all go down? I mean, how did Damon find out that he's your kid?
Colby: Are you really ok?
Damon: I'm fine. It's a few stitches.
Colby: Well, what happened?
Damon: Ask them.
Jesse: Someone hurled a rock through the plate-glass window of Vine Street Liquors. Owner lives upstairs, heard the crash, called it in. Hutchens was a few seconds from the crime. As soon as he shows up, this one decides to dash: Dashing Damon.
Colby: Ok, but no one actually saw Damon do anything?
Jesse: The owner did. He's on his way here. He should be here in a few minutes to make an ID.
Colby: Can I have a minute alone? Please?
Jesse: Watch this door, ok? Baby, I'm so sorry about this.
Angie: What are you talking about? There's no need for you to apologize.
Colby: Damon, you need to call Tad.
Damon: No way.
Colby: But he is your dad, Damon.
Damon: Oh, finally she admits it.
Colby: I'm so sorry. I am.
Damon: You know, when Liza dropped that bomb, that was rough, but then I thought, well, at least I can talk to you.
Colby: Right. Right, and I didn't say a thing. I'm sorry.
Damon: You should've told me the truth, Colby.
Colby: I'm sorry, Damon. But Tad told me he was gonna tell you, and I thought he deserved to do it. You get that, right? You get that?
Damon: I guess.
Colby: Well, you know, my mom sure as hell didn't, but, Damon, please. I hate that you had to find out like this. It really blows. It does. But Tad is a good guy, Damon. You need to let him help you. Because if you don't, you could go to jail, Damon. Think about it. Think. Ok. I'll be right back. [Sighs]
Colby: Mom, I need your help. Damon's in trouble, and I know you couldn't care less, but I need you to be his lawyer. Please, Mom, for me?
Liza: Yeah, well, I don't think that's a very good idea.
Colby: Mom, we're at the hospital. Please, Mom, please?
Liza: You're at the hospital?
Colby: No, we're fine, ok? Just get here.
Tad: Hey. You got a minute?
Liza: You know what? You can chew me out later.
Tad: No. Now works for me.
Liza: Well, that was Colby, and apparently Damon has messed up again. Coming with me?
Marissa: So what do you say? Should we go wash some of that sandbox off you?
J.R.: Do you need any help?
Marissa: No. I've got it.
J.R.: You don't stop, do you?
Annie: Excuse me?
J.R.: Going behind my back to my wife, telling her about my plan to move out?
Annie: It's not my fault the two of you have communication problems.
J.R.: No, you are my problem. What did you think you were gonna do, hmm? You gonna get in her ear, convince her to stay? You're gonna be in this house alone, so you better get used to it.
Scott: About you ditching the place?
J.R.: Well, news travels fast around this place, doesn't it?
Scott: Yep. J.R., this house has been in the family for decades.
J.R.: So we build a new one, one that lasts generations. You will come with us?
Scott: Ahh. I don't know what I'm gonna do.
J.R.: You're not gonna stay here. With Annie? No. Now that my father's gone, I'm in charge, and no one, including yourself, is gonna have anything to do with her.
Annie: Uh, the two of you might want to take a look at this.
Scott: That -- you opened that?
Annie: It was from Adam, so I just assumed it was for me.
Scott: It wasn't.
J.R.: Give me that.
Annie: Ok. But you're not gonna like it.
Jesse: Store owner's on his way down, said he got a pretty good look at this guy.
Jesse: Any idea what could've provoked Damon?
Tad: I got more than an idea. He just found out he's my kid.
Jesse: "Found out"? So you didn't tell him, Tad?
Tad: No. I didn't get the chance. Needless to say, he was pretty shaken up about it.
Jesse: Well, that's pretty understandable, but that doesn't excuse what he did.
Tad: I need to talk to him, ok?
Colby: What is Tad doing here?
Liza: Honey, he was with me when you called.
Colby: No, Mom, Damon -- he doesn't want to see him.
Liza: Well, I personally don't care what Damon wants right now, and I wish that you wouldn't either.
Damon: I don't want you here.
Ryan: You know, I'm feeling a little bit sad.
Emma: How come?
Ryan: Well, because I got to go away for a couple of days. But next time I go I'm definitely gonna take you with me.
Emma: Can we go to Disney World?
Ryan: Ha ha! You, me, and Mickey Mouse -- that sounds awesome.
Emma: Yay! Will you be lonely on your trip?
Ryan: Um, no.
Emma: Is someone going with you?
Ryan: Yeah. Actually, Greenlee's coming with me.
Emma: Like a honeymoon?
Ryan: Heh heh heh! No, not like a honeymoon. Um, yeah. You know how I go to work every day? Well, this is the same thing, except instead of taking my car, I'm taking a plane.
Emma: Do you get to sit next to Greenlee? Cool.
David: I still can't believe you got me this.
Greenlee: Oh, it's really not a big deal.
David: I wish I got something for you.
Greenlee: That's ridiculous.
David: I tell you what, why don't we go on a vacation?
Greenlee: You want to go away?
David: Yeah. Why not? It's not like we had a honeymoon, right?
Greenlee: Ok. Yeah, sure, we can plan something.
David: Oh, no. To hell with planning. Let's just go today. Listen, we'll pick someplace, I'll contact my travel agent. What? Is today not good?
Greenlee: No. I'm already going away tonight to Rio.
David: Oh. Wow. Huh. How romantic.
Greenlee: No, no, it's nothing like that. It's for business -- so I can wipe Fusion's floor with Erica's miniscule butt.
David: And you have to go to Brazil to do that?
Greenlee: In order to move forward with Fusion Natural, I have to undo a deal that was made in my absence. Or I'd have to design all-new packaging, and there's no time for that, so I figured my best shot was to fix it in person.
David: Ok. Fine. Then why don't I just go with you? We'll mix business with pleasure. Is that your itinerary over here?
Greenlee: David, wait.
David: Let's see. Two seats? Oh. You already had this planned, didn't you? I'm sorry if I ruined the surprise, honey. Ok, let's see. What time do we leave? You're going on vacation with Ryan?
Annie: Can Adam really do this? Just snap his fingers and put Scott in charge of the company?
Scott: Give it a rest, Annie. Ok?
Annie: Oh, I can't. I mean, this is amazing. This is fascinating. I mean, J.R., Adam's son, his namesake -- he can't even order paper clips without running it by you first. I mean, isn't that true? Isn't that the way it goes if one person owns 51% of the vote? Oh, my gosh, that's amazing! How does that feel, J.R., to have your own father kicking you to the curb?
J.R.: I don't know, Annie. You have so many prints on your ass, why don't you tell me?
J.R.: Is this even real?
Scott: What do you mean?
J.R.: Who's to say Psycho here didn't draw this up herself?
Annie: Oh, as much as I love to watch you squirm, I actually had nothing to do with this. Want to see my favorite part? "I trust my actions for this do not require an explanation." Couldn't you just hear Adam saying that?
J.R.: Will you shut up and just let me think?
J.R.: This is insane -- you on top at Chandler. No way.
Scott: Who do you think kept the place afloat while you were sick?
J.R.: Maybe for a couple months, but forever? You'll run this company and this family straight into the ground.
Scott: Just because you're ticked at Adam, don't take it out on me.
Marissa: What did I miss?
Annie: Oh, a lot.
J.R.: My father handed Chandler over to Scott. He's running the family business.
Annie: Maybe we should throw a party.
Marissa: But that doesn't make any sense.
J.R.: No kidding.
Marissa: Adam left you because he thought that you and Scott were messing around. Why are you the one being punished?
Tad: You know I can't help you if you don't tell me what happened, right?
Damon: For the millionth time, I don't want your help.
Tad: Yeah, well, there's a chief of police right outside that says different.
Damon: You haven't even asked if I did it or not.
Tad: Fine. If you tell me you didn't, I'll believe you. Damon, what is it with you? Ok, you're angry. I get it. You're not who you thought you were, and it sucks. But the idea of going to prison, because you just don't like the idea of being my son is ridiculous! Sooner or later, we got to start dealing with each other. Personally, I'm voting for sooner.
Colby: You are the reason why he found out his father really isn't his father, Mom.
Liza: Honey, I did that boy a favor.
Colby: No. No, no, it wasn't your place.
Tad: Have you guys seen Jesse?
Colby: Yeah. He's over there. Tad? How is he?
Tad: He'll be better once we fix this mess. Jesse? I'm gonna need another favor.
Jesse: Tad, I'm sorry, but I'm not gonna be able to help you out with this one.
Angie: Sweetie, look, I hate this as much as you do, but Jesse's right. If Damon is guilty, I don't see a way out for him. Not this time.
Tad: Well, so what's next?
Jesse: Well, Hodges is on his way down to make an ID, and if he tags your boy, there's nothing I can do.
Angie: Listen, I have a couple of things I need to take care of, but I'll be back to see how things shake out. Ok? He'll be ok, Tad.
Alan: I was told I can find Chief Hubbard here? I'm Alan Hodge.
Greenlee: I wasn't hiding anything from you.
David: That's interesting because I didn't hear you volunteer the information.
Greenlee: You didn't give me a chance.
David: Oh. Huh. Ok. Fine. All right, here's your chance. Explain to me why you're heading off to Rio with your ex-husband who clearly still wants you.
Greenlee: First of all, don't make it sound like some steamy getaway.
David: Oh, crazy me. It's only Rio.
Greenlee: I told you this is solely about Fusion.
David: Yes. But what you haven't told me is why Ryan has to be there with you.
Greenlee: He's the one that signed the non-compete agreement in the first place. He knows these guys, how they negotiate. And since Ryan was the one who tied my hands, shouldn't he be the one to untie them?
David: Oh, thanks. You know, now I have bondage images running through my head.
Greenlee: Oh, my God. Seriously?
David: Ok, so Ryan messed up. Let him go. Why do you have to be there with him?
Greenlee: I can't leave this up to chance. David, if I don't get the rights back to my new packaging design, I won't be able to compete with Erica in time, and I'll have to kiss Fusion good-bye. You know how much that company means to me.
David: Whose idea?
David: Whose idea was it to take this trip together? Did you go to Ryan, or did the Neanderthal come up with this all on his own?
Greenlee: Does it matter?
David: You know something? You're absolutely right. It doesn't matter. Because either way, I look like a complete idiot, and this just makes it worse.
Greenlee: I bought that because I care about you.
David: Oh, please. You bought this to ease your guilty conscience.
Greenlee: You're completely overreacting.
David: Really? To which part? My wife heading off to Rio with her ex or the fact that she didn't tell me about it?
Greenlee: Both. Because this has nothing to do with Ryan.
David: How can you say that with a straight face?
Greenlee: This is about beating Erica, about getting my company back. Ryan is just a means to an end.
David: If that were true, then why didn't you say that the moment I saw the itinerary?
Greenlee: Because I knew this is how you'd react.
David: Oh, really? You mean like any normal human being? You, Ryan on an airplane, in a hotel? I'm sorry. That's just wrong.
Greenlee: Do you really have that little faith in me? Name one time since we've been back -- since I found out that Ryan can't be trusted -- that I've expressed any desire to get back with him. Have I sat around mourning him, pining away? No. I've been with you. I married you. I stood by you. I supported you. Don't actions speak louder than words?
David: Hmm. Yeah. Actions. You mean like jumping on the next flight to Rio, right?
Greenlee: You know what? You had a great idea before. Why don't you come with me? That way, you can see that there's nothing to worry about.
David: Yeah, you know, that was a great idea pre-Ryan. But now I just look like the jerk who doesn't trust his wife. And if I stay, I'm practically handing you over to Ryan. Rock, meet hard place.
Greenlee: You're not handing me to anyone. We've been over this, remember? After your trial, Ryan basically ripped me a new one. He's not interested in me anymore. I don't know what to do. We've been over this.
David: Yeah, yeah. I thought we were over this, too. Huh. You know, when you and I first got together, you looked in my eyes, you told me that you were through with Ryan. I so wanted to believe that.
Greenlee: Because I was telling you the truth. I said it then, and I'll say it now. I want to be with you. You know what? If I don't pack, I'm never gonna be ready in time.
David: It's all right. Go.
[David opens the front door and finds Ryan]
Jesse: So is this the one that broke your window, Mr. Hodge?
Alan: No. The kid I saw had light hair, heavier set.
Jesse: Are you sure? You're absolutely sure?
Alan: This isn't your guy.
Jesse: Were there any other witnesses?
Ofc. Hutchens: Mr. Hodge was the only one.
Jesse: And you're positive you saw him at the scene?
Ofc. Hutchens: Running from it, yes.
Jesse: Why'd you run, Damon?
Tad: Well, hey, maybe he panicked. Look, even a false accusation at this point would get his probation revoked.
Jesse: Thank you, again, Mr. Hodge.
Damon: I don't get it. He was looking right at me when I chucked that rock.
Tad: Maybe he needs glasses. Who cares? Why can't you just be happy you caught a break? I'm gonna go talk to Jesse, see when I can get you out of here.
Colby: Good news, isn't it, Mom?
Liza: I'm thrilled. Can't you tell?
Colby: Wait, Damon, where are you going?
Damon: I've been sitting here all morning. I need to walk around for a second. [Sees Tad pay Alan]
Tad: Ok. That should cover the window -- and anything else.
Marissa: This doesn't seem strange to anyone else? Why would Adam give Scott controlling shares of the company if he thinks that Scott slept with Annie?
Annie: I've got a theory.
J.R.: Save it.
Marissa: No. I would like to hear it, actually.
Annie: Well -- I think this is part of Adam's old, you know, "carrot and stick" routine. He wants to challenge J.R., make him fight his way back to the top.
Marissa: Is that what you think?
J.R.: I don't know. I stopped trying to figure out my father's motives a long time ago.
Marissa: But, J.R., you can't be ok with this.
J.R.: I'm not. But what am I going to do? Huh. Congratulations, Scott. What's your first order of business?
Scott: Well, I'm not moving out, if that's what you're asking.
Annie and J.R.: You're not?
Scott: No. No. This house has always been one base of operations for C.E., and that is how it is going to stay. You, however, are welcome to leave, if that's what you and Marissa still want. Excuse me.
Marissa: Is there anything that I can do?
J.R.: Yeah. You can check on A.J., make sure he didn't hear any of that.
Annie: Hell, no. You're blaming me?
J.R.: You must think this is some big victory for you, right? Well, reality check, Annie? I can still leave.
Annie: So go! Stop whining about it and go, then. But me and Scott, and maybe even Colby, are staying put. You heard your cousin: This is gonna be Chandler Central. It's too bad you're gonna be missing out on all the fun.
J.R.: How do you always do that?
Annie: You have to be more specific.
J.R.: Every time I think I got you right where I want you --
Annie: What? Squashed underneath your fist?
J.R.: Yeah -- you manage to pop back up. You must have some fairy godmother out there.
Annie: Either that or maybe I made a deal with the devil. Either way, J.R., I'm a winner.
J.R.: I'll tell you what you are.
Annie: What? What am I to you?
J.R.: You're infuriating. You're frustrating. It's like this force that just doesn't stop.
Annie: I just know what I want, and I always get what I want. We're similar in that way.
J.R.: No, we are nothing alike. [Almost kisses Annie]
J.R.: Why does this always happen?
J.R.: This! Us! No matter how angry I get, I still want -- [Sighs]
Annie: So? What do we do about it?
J.R.: We have to settle this now, away from this house, away from everyone that's in it.
Damon: Well, thanks for stopping by, but I guess I won't need your help after all.
Liza: You really are a slippery little kid, aren't you? Smash that window, and you get away with it. I don't know how you did it, but I'm telling you now, one of these days you are not gonna be so lucky. And I don't know why you want to stay around for that.
Tad: Ok, I just talked to Jesse. You're free to go.
Tad: Before you do, we got a couple things to talk about.
Damon: Like how you paid that guy off to say it wasn't me?
Damon: Busted. Come on, man, I saw you give him the cash.
Tad: Ok. Fine. I admit it. I bribed him. But you know what? I would do it again if I could just keep you out of prison.
Damon: You know, last time I got in trouble, you said that's exactly where I should be headed.
Tad: You're absolutely right. I did say that. The only difference is this time the mistake was mine. I should've told you earlier. I should've given you the truth before anybody else had the chance to. So whatever happened tonight was my mistake, not yours. I'm sorry. Damon, I know we could work this thing out if you would just give me half a chance. Come on. What do you say we go home?
Damon: Just don't call it that. I don't live there anymore.
Scott: Hey. You going somewhere?
J.R.: Out. And if you see Marissa --
Scott: No, I'm not covering for you.
J.R.: Please, Scott. I've got to take care of something.
Scott: Something you can't tell your wife?
Scott: What are you doing, J.R.?
J.R.: I won't be gone long. And if Marissa asks, just make something up.
Ryan: No. I'm good, thank you.
David: Hmm. So I'm assumed you're all packed and ready to go? I hear Rio's gorgeous this time of year.
Ryan: I was supposed to meet Greenlee at the airport, but, well --
David: So you decided to pick her up instead. How chivalrous.
Ryan: Actually, no. I saw there was some nasty weather, so I thought maybe we could leave a little bit early if she was ready.
David: Right. So you were thinking ahead. Well, that's you all over, isn't it, Ryan?
Ryan: And that's you all over: Not saying what you actually mean. So I take it you're not quite as on board with this as Greenlee said you were.
David: Oh, no. No, I am so on board with this. In fact, I was gonna throw you guys a bon voyage party. But since you're leaving early --
Ryan: It's just business, David.
David: Hmm. You are so transparent, you know that?
Ryan: Really? Well, I guess you can see what I'm doing here. I mean, I learned this move from you. Let me see if I get it right: Get Greenlee as far away from her friends and her loved ones as possible so I can brainwash her into loving me. That's about right, isn't it? Did I get the steps wrong? Because if I did, let me know.
David: Have a safe trip.
Greenlee: I thought we were meeting at the airport.
Ryan: We were. But I saw some nasty weather coming, and I thought maybe we'd leave a little bit early, if you're ready.
Greenlee: Where's David?
Ryan: He left.
Greenlee: Without saying good-bye?
Ryan: I think he needs some time to digest all this. Hey, I really can go alone and see what I can work out with these guys.
Greenlee: No, no. This is my only shot at beating Erica.
Ryan: Look, this may come as a shock to you, but I really do know what I'm doing. So if you need to stay here with David --
Greenlee: No, that's not an option. He's just gonna have to deal.
David: I have to get back to you. Oh, no, no, no, no. No, no, I have time. Is there an update? Excellent. Thanks for the call.
Tad: What are you gonna do, sleep on a park bench?
Damon: I'll figure something out.
Liza: Ok, I think we better give them some time alone.
Damon: No, we don't need some time alone. We're done.
Tad: No, we're not!
Colby: A park bench isn't your only option. You can stay with me, if you want.
Tad: Whoa. Hang on. That's not necessary.
Liza: I'm sorry?
Colby: It's not like we don't have the room.
Colby: No, I'm sorry, Mom. Guess what, it's not your call. Damon, I can't promise a drama-free environment, but it's, you know, somewhere to stay, if you want.
Damon: I'm in. Thanks.
Marissa: Where's J.R.?
Scott: He went out.
Scott: He didn't say. Ahem. You ok?
Marissa: No, I'm not. Really, this whole Adam thing just still doesn't make sense to me. I mean, he's obviously angry with J.R. -- cutting him out of Chandler like that and --
Marissa: I don't know. I'm just feeling weird, like I can't get a straight answer from anyone. Scott, you've always been honest with me. Please, tell me what's going on.
[Knock on door]
Annie: Did anyone see you?
J.R.: No. No one knows I'm here.
