Angie: Natalia is your daughter?
Babe: So, will you marry me?
J.R.: I would be honored to be your husband.
Babe: Congratulate me, Mama. J.R. and I are getting married.
Annie: Oh, my God. Emma! Emma, baby, it's Mommy. Can you hear me? Oh, my God. Emma! If you can hear Mommy, answer me, ok? Emma!
Greenlee: You've got to hang on, Kendall. You've got to wait for Zach. And don't even think of doing anything crazy like going towards the light. If you even see a glimmer, you turn around and come back. Do you hear me? Come back to me, to Zach, to your boys. To the people who love you.
Zach: Nose, fingers, toes, everything accounted for.
Bianca: Oh, my God. She's perfect, isn't she? You're so beautiful. What a world to be born into.
Jesse: I'm sorry I lied, Angela. I should have told you.
Angie: Is Natalia allergic to anything? Is she on any medications?
Jesse: She's allergic to penicillin. She had a sinus operation when she was little.
Angie: Anything else?
Jesse: No. I'm so sorry.
Angie: I have to operate on your daughter.
Jesse: Angela --
Krystal: Of course, you're getting married. And the wedding's going to be beautiful.
Babe: We're getting married here, Mama. I love J.R. so much that I don't want to waste another second.
J.R.: Neither do I.
Tad: Well, I think it's a fine idea.
Krystal: I just -- I just want you to be happy.
Tad: I'm coming back.
Babe: I didn't even get to ask her to be my matron of honor.
J.R.: I'll take care of it, ok? I'll grab my best man while I'm at it. I'll be right back.
Tad: Here --
Krystal: I'm ok, I'm ok. I'm all right, I'm all right.
Tad: You've got to breathe.
Krystal: I'm all right.
J.R.: Krystal, there's something -- you can't fall apart every time you look at her.
Krystal: My daughter is dying.
J.R.: Yeah, but she doesn't know that. And she can't know that. You have been by her side, right or wrong, good and bad, since she took her first breath. Can you do this for her now?
Krystal: I can't. I can't. I cannot slap on a smile and act like everything's fine while she pledges "'Till death do us part."
J.R.: Babe wants a wedding. She's going to get a wedding. And everybody's going to be happy. We'll do this together, Krystal. We'll pack all the years of love that we have for Babe into this wedding and the years that we don't have, and we'll celebrate and we'll love her, and then we'll cry later. Can't you do it?
J.R.: Babe and I have a wedding to plan.
Tad: Oh, baby, what can I do?
Krystal: Tell me how I watch my child die.
Annie: I thought you didn't believe me.
Ryan: Right now this is the only lead that we have. Now, which tunnel access do you think this guy's been using?
Annie: There's a panel behind this. She must be so afraid, Ryan. She's scared of the dark.
Ryan: We're going to find her. We're going to find her, ok?
Annie: Why would somebody do this? Why would somebody take our child?
Bianca: Still no signal?
Bianca: Kendall's ok, Zach. She has to be.
Greenlee: Kendall's one of the strongest people I know. She'll make it.
Jake: Not without surgery, she won't.
Greenlee: Joe and Frankie said it could kill her.
Jake: Waiting could kill her.
Greenlee: I won't do it. I won't make that choice for Kendall, Zach, the boys.
Jake: Well, if not you, then who?
Greenlee: Jake, I just need some time.
Jake: She doesn't have time.
Greenlee: Ok, what if I say yes, go ahead and do it, and she doesn't make it, and she dies on the table? How do I explain that to Zach, to Erica?
Jake: Well, there are risks either way.
Greenlee: If I choose wrong, Kendall dies. Zach will never forgive me. I'll never forgive myself. "
Zach: You ok?
Bianca: Two things I know about my sister. She's strong, she hates surprises. So you decide when the time is right to tell her that you're the baby's biological father. And until then, it's our secret. Oh, my God, a helicopter.
Zach: Hey, over here.
Jesse: Anything I can do?
Jesse: Yeah, I can do that. Oh, Tad, I really messed up.
Tad: Oh, it was your fault a tornado tore Pine Valley to pieces?
Jesse: No, Natalia.
Tad: The girl at the bar? What about her?
Jesse: She was hurt really bad. Angela's operating.
Tad: Yeah, well, she's in the best hands possible.
Jesse: I should have told her. I should have -- I should have --
Tad: God, I'm missing something.
Jesse: I convinced myself I could make this work, I could pull something out of a hat without hurting too many people too much. And it just came back and bit me in the ass.
Tad: You're involved with Natalia?
Jesse: Natalia's my daughter, Tad.
J.R.: You know, on our 50th, we'll be talking about this wedding. Not the first one, not the two at the house, but the one right here at the hospital. The day the tornado swept us off our feet just like you always swept me off mine.
J.R.: What? Is it too much?
Babe: Never. Mama? Mama, come in.
Krystal: I hope I'm not interrupting the big wedding plans.
Babe: No, J.R. was just on the hunt for a minister.
J.R.: Yeah, and I better get to that. Look, you two have fun.
Krystal: Well, can you believe that we are planning two weddings in one day? I think I'm going to go downstairs and get some flowers and pretty this place up a little bit, huh? Would you like some music? Oh, something classier than The Comeback jukebox, I promise. I'll work on that.
Babe: All I need are the people that I love.
Krystal: Well, you got that in buckets. You know, this time around, you deserve a honeymoon. I don't think you and J.R. have had a real one yet. You can take your time, go back to that place in the South of France that you loved so much.
Babe: Mama, Mama.
Krystal: Or some place totally different. Some place you've never been before, huh?
Babe: I'm not going on a honeymoon.
Krystal: Well, no, not tonight, but, you know, in a little while.
Babe: Mama, it's ok. I know.
Pete: Mom, what are you doing here? You should be in bed.
Opal: Oh, I gave that up. Lots of people need it much more than me. Babe, uh, I heard that she's here. Is she ok?
Colby: No one's telling me much of anything.
Opal: That's a bad sign. I knew it. I just knew it.
J.R.: Colby, can I see him?
Colby: Yeah. How's Babe?
J.R.: She's with Krystal.
Colby: Look, I know you're angry, but have you heard from Dad yet?
Opal: Or Erica?
J.R.: I don't know where he is. Don't care. He can take care of himself.
Colby: We have to look for him.
J.R.: I can't. I'm getting married tonight.
Colby: Why now?
J.R.: Because if Dad hadn't tricked Babe and me into coming back here, we'd already be married and she --
Colby: Is there anything I can do to help?
J.R.: Yeah, if you see Dad, tell him to stay the hell out of my way.
Colby: Wow, a wedding. If I just knew where my dad was.
Opal: Oh, I'm sure he'll be fine.
Colby: He's not answering his cell, he's just vanished.
Opal: Adam Chandler will be dancing the cockroach conga on the day after Armageddon.
Pete: Mom --
Opal: No offense. All right, all right, you two go and look for Adam and for Erica. Leave the little guy here with me. But be careful.
Pete: You're the best, Mom.
Opal: There you go.
Colby: Thank you so much.
Opal: Of course. Now, just find him, would you?
Annie: Emma, sweetheart, can you hear us?
Ryan: Oh, you've got to be kidding me.
Annie: Oh, God.
Ryan: Is there another way out of here?
Annie: No, I don't think there's -- oh, my God, Ryan! This is Emma's. She was wearing this at the theater. She's here, Ryan. Our daughter's in here.
Tad: Your daughter? That young woman is your daughter?
Jesse: Yeah, yeah.
Tad: You never said anything about a child.
Jesse: No, I didn't, Tad, to anybody -- Angela, Frankie, you. How is she?
Tad: Um, I'm going to find a quiet place for Kathy. I'll talk to you later.
Angie: The surgery went very well. She'll be ok.
Jesse: Thank you.
Angie: She's strong.
Jesse: Angela, wait.
Angie: I have patients who need me.
Jesse: I need you.
Angie: Jesse, in this moment, I don't know what to say to you.
Jesse: I'm sorry.
Angie: You said that.
Jesse: I didn't know how to tell you about Natalia.
Angie: Are there more children?
Jesse: No, just Natalia.
Angie: Her mother?
Jesse: Her mother is the one that nursed me back from my breakdown. She's a doctor.
Angie: At least you're consistent.
Jesse: Angela, I'm --
Angie: Jesse, not here. This isn't the time or the place.
Jesse: I need to -- I need to fix this. I need -- I need us to be ok.
J.R.: You know, I finally figured it all out. And the woman who got me there is dying. What am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to do this?
Tad: If memory serves, kiss her, tell her you love her, tell her everything. And hold her as tightly and as long as you can.
J.R.: I might never let go.
Tad: We've got to get you hitched. What do you need?
J.R.: Um, a preacher, a priest, rabbi, justice of the peace -- a miracle.
Tad: Well, kiddo, I'm sorry. I think I've run my quota.
J.R.: What am I going to do without her?
Krystal: You need rest. You need to save your strength for this wedding that we're putting on.
Babe: No, I don't want to close my eyes. I don't want to miss anything.
Krystal: Well, I'll wake you up in plenty of time.
Babe: I'm dying, Mama.
Krystal: No, you're not. No, you're not. No, you're young and you are strong. Those crack doctors, you -- you're going to be just fine.
Babe: You haven't lied to me since I was eight. You told me the Brussels sprouts tasted like chocolate.
Krystal: You were nine. And I gave you chocolate ice cream when you finished them.
Babe: Chocolate ice cream isn't going to fix this.
Krystal: There has to be a way.
Babe: It's all right, Mama.
Krystal: No, no, no, it's not. It's not all right. It's not all right. All your life, I kissed your scrapes and your bruises and I made them all right. That's what mamas do. Now I have to sit by and watch --
Babe: Help me plan my wedding. Help me plan my wedding. Help me make it perfect for J.R.
Krystal: I'll turn this place upside down if it's what you want.
Babe: I don't want him to know that I know I'm going to die. He's given me so much, and this is the gift I want to give to him. I want every last second to be about us, about our love and Little Adam and our family.
Krystal: All right. I won't tell him.
Babe: Mama, please, Little Adam needs you. Please just promise me that you'll watch over him, that you'll look out for him.
Krystal: I promise.
Babe: And I want one more thing.
Babe: I want my son. I want to hold my son.
Zach: I need help. I need a doctor.
Nurse: Sir, you'll have to sign in here.
Zach: I don't have time to sign in. I've got a mother and a newborn. A little help over here. Stay, I'm going to get some help. You'll be all right.
Greenlee: Bianca? What are you doing here?
Zach: She's right here. Excuse me.
Greenlee: Where have you been? I've been leaving messages for you.
Frankie: Bianca, how are you?
Bianca: I'm ok.
Greenlee: Wait, who is this baby?
Zach: She gave birth right after the twister.
Frankie: Hey, hey, let's get her down to the Maternity ward and get her checked out. Congratulations, ok?
Zach: How's Kendall? Where is she? Where's Kendall?
Bianca: Wait, wait, wait, I need to hear about my sister.
Zach: No, it's ok. Go get some help, and I'll find you later. Where is she? Where are the boys?
Greenlee: Spike and Ian are fine. They're in the basement. It's the safest place. But Kendall --
Zach: Kendall what?
Greenlee: She's, uh -- Jake said --
Zach: Jake said what?
Greenlee: It's not good, Zach.
Colby: Dad, are you here? Can you hear me? He's here, Pete. He has to be. In the tunnel.
J.R.: Oh, there you go.
Little Adam: Hi.
Babe: You know you're the most incredible little man in the whole wide world? Yeah. And you're going to grow up to be just as amazing as your daddy. You're a special, special boy. Are you tired? Sleepy? No? Do you want me to sing you a song that Daddy's mom used to sing to him? You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. You make me happy when skies are gray. You'll never know, dear, how much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away
Angie: Critical care can remain here until ICU beds are available. What -- what are you, deaf? Get people where they need to be!
Frankie: Are you ok?
Frankie: When's the last time you had something to eat, something to drink, or sat down?
Angie: Look, our patients need us.
Frankie: Not in pieces, they don't. Have a seat, just for one minute. I've seen this -- Iraq. You're going 90 miles an hour, and everything is hitting you, flying at you. You're in control, you're on top of it, you're in charge, and then it stops. And it hits you. It's ok to feel it, to acknowledge it.
Angie: My incredible son. I love you.
Frankie: I love you. So much damage, so many people hurt. I thank God that our family made it through this.
Zach: I'm here. I'm sorry I'm late, but I'm here. Tell me.
Jake: She has sustained a complex skull fracture. So her brain has been lacerated by bone fragments.
Zach: Tell me how we fix it.
Jake: Well, she hasn't responded to any of my neurological --
Zach: Not what I'm asking you. Tell me how we fix this. Sorry. What do we do, pull the plug on her? Let her die? Get me a real doctor.
Jake: Hey, you want to argue about this? You want to argue about it, or you want me to try to save her life?
Zach: Tell me about the operation.
Jake: I go in and I remove the, uh -- the bone fragments, eliminate blood drainage, and hopefully stop any future hemorrhaging.
Zach: Ok. Best case?
Jake: Full recovery.
Jake: Infection, brain damage, possible death.
Zach: What if we wait?
Jake: Brain damage and possible death.
Zach: Go ahead.
Jake: There's another complication, another hurdle, if you will. Apparently, she had previous head trauma, and I didn't know it.
Zach: Well, get your best neurosurgeon on it.
Jake: That's Dr. Murray. He's not going to be able to make it because of the storm, so you're looking at him.
Jake: I have trained for this.
Zach: No, you have not trained for this. You're not a brain surgeon.
Jake: I have done this many times in the field before, and I have done this -- I have done this under a lot worse circumstances.
Zach: Doesn't mean you get to operate on my wife.
Jake: Look, do you want to argue about this, or can I get in there and alleviate the pressure on your wife's brain?
Zach: Go ahead. Jake. Full recovery.
Kendall: Oh, my God. What are you doing here? Get in.
Kendall: You're pregnant. Oh, my God. Oh, my God, you're pregnant. Wow.
Bianca: Kendall, Zach is safe. He's -- he's going to be home any minute now, I bet.
Kendall: Ok. Well, then, uh, why don't you distract me from this whole mess and tell me who the daddy is? Ok, honey, stay right here. You stay right here. I'll be right back. Stay right here with your brother. Oh, my God.
Kendall: Oh, my God. Get the boys, get the boys. Come on, go under the table. Under the table. We're going under the table, ok? Ok, come on. Come on. Under the table. Ok, ok, look, you're going to go under the table and you're going to be good and you're going to be safe. Ok, Mama loves you. Mama loves you, ok? Get under the table now.
Bianca: Ok. Wait, wait, Kendall, come back. Where are you --
Kendall: No, Binks, you are not safe. The baby.
Bianca: You have to come back.
Kendall: The baby!
Bianca: Kendall! Kendall! Kendall! Kendall, please wake up.
Annie: What if Emma's caught in this slide? What if --
Pete: All right, let's go.
Colby: What are you doing here?
Annie: Someone took Emma. This is hers, and we found it here.
Colby: Oh, my God, that stalker guy -- he was real.
Ryan: You guys should not be down here. These walls are not safe. Can you see that?
Colby: My dad and Erica -- we don't know where they are. I thought maybe they came down here to wait out the twisters. This -- this is bad, you guys.
Pete: Not if we all work together.
Ryan: Ok -- well, fine, let's dig. Everybody dig, all right? Emma. Emma.
Tad: Honey, how's Babe?
Krystal: She's in there with J.R. and Little A. The sight of them together -- I swear, if I stayed in there another second --
Tad: I understand. Mama, what the hell are you doing out of bed?
Opal: I heard Babe is here. Is she ok?
Krystal: Is she ok? She's dying, that's how she is.
Opal: Oh, no.
Krystal: You and your damn cards and your predictions and your voodoo --
Krystal: You couldn't see this far? Huh?
Tad: Baby, it's not Mama's fault.
Krystal: You couldn't help, you couldn't stop this from happening? My little girl is lying in there with her arms wrapped around a little boy she will never see grow up. She is counting her life in hours.
Opal: I'm so sorry.
Krystal: Don't, don't, don't -- don't you throw words at me.
Opal: I know what it is to lose a daughter, Krystal.
Angie: This is why I'm losing it.
Frankie: The surgery went well. She's stable. She should be coming out of anesthesia pretty soon. She's on her way to a full recovery. What's the problem?
Angie: It's this.
Frankie: The consent form? Dad signed it?
Angie: Those 20 years that your father was gone -- Natalia is your sister.
Greenlee: She's beautiful.
Bianca: Thank you.
Greenlee: A baby? You're full of surprises. Kendall never said anything about you coming.
Bianca: I didn't tell her.
Greenlee: She hates surprises.
Bianca: I know.
Greenlee: Unless it's you. Where's Miranda?
Bianca: She's at -- at home, in Paris, with Reese, my partner.
Greenlee: Sounds serious.
Bianca: It is. Hi.
Nurse: Hello. Your daughter is as healthy as her mother.
Bianca: Really? She's ok?
Nurse: Oh, yes. Her heart rate is normal. Her breathing is slightly elevated, but it's still in the normal range. Her weight is good, and I guarantee you she's going to have a big appetite.
Bianca: Thank you.
Nurse: You're welcome.
Greenlee: Your children certainly know how to make an entrance. Very Kane. So, who's the father?
Ryan: Hey, we're going to find her, ok? We're not going to stop digging until we find Emma.
Annie: Promise me we'll find her. Promise me we'll find her together.
Ryan: Together, ok? I promise. Ok.
Krystal: I loved brushing your hair when you were a little girl.
Babe: 100 strokes every night. I loved it more.
Krystal: Oh, I, um -- I got this in the gift shop. I thought we could tuck it behind your ear.
Babe: Wait, Mom. I want to smell it. It's beautiful, isn't it?
Krystal: It's a dusty old weed compared to you. Perfect.
J.R.: You look just beautiful.
Krystal: I'll let you two work on your vows. I love you, baby doll.
Babe: I love you, too, Mama.
Jake: I've lifted the bone flap. And there's our first fragment. Let's go get that.
Frankie: Natalia is my sister? How is this possible? And why didn't Dad tell us?
Bianca: Kendall will be fine.
Greenlee: Of course, she will.
Zach: I know.
Greenlee: Hey, it's going to be a long wait. Why don't I get some food and a little caffeine? And some milk for you?
Bianca: There's no way Kendall will ever leave you or her boys. You have to believe that. She's going to be ok. We all will.
Zach: Let's get away from the glass.
Bianca: No, no.
Zach: It's ok.
Zach: You all right?
Bianca: Yeah. No -- where -- where are you going? Zach, it's not safe.
Krystal: Wait, wait, I have to get to Babe.
Tad: No, no, J.R. is with her. We got to get the kids --
Jesse: Everybody, get down! Get down under anything you can!
Krystal: Down, down.
Tad: It's going to be all right. Stay down.
J.R.: It'll be all right.
Babe: I know.
Zach: Greenlee, get down!
Jake: Hold on, Kendall.
Angie: Frankie, move away from the window!
Jake: Whoa, whoa! Look out, look out, look out. You ok? Are you ok?
