Greenlee: No. No. Ok, no, no, no, no -- wait for the paramedics. Something else may be broken, too.
Aidan: Yeah, well, you know damn well there is, Greenlee. You broke it.
Adam: Once I found the additive to spike the perfume, not enough to hurt anyone permanently, of course, but enough to serve my purposes, then it was just a question of tainting a few batches of Bella.
Erica: But you used it on your own daughter.
Adam: No, no, that was a mistake. No, my -- my plan --
Erica: I know what your plan was, to just sit back and let the people get sick. Wait for the lawsuits to start flying, and then you would step in. You would take charge, and you would eventually crush my daughter's company.
Adam: No, cripple -- cripple is more like it. Just before they went down, I was going to offer -- I intended to offer them a way out. To, uh -- all the lawsuits dropped in exchange for control of Fusion.
Erica: I intend to use my every last breath I have in here to let you know exactly what kind of a blood-sucking weasel you really are.
Adam: Joy, oh, joy.
Erica: But first, I want the truth, Adam, the truth. Why? Why would you want to take over Fusion?
Angie: Wait, I've got a pulse. I've got a pulse. She's still alive. We need to get her to a hospital. She still has a chance. Come on, let's go.
J.R.: I'm going, too. Jesse, can you take Little A?
Angie: Hurry up. Come on.
Frankie: Nothing. All right, hit her again. Clear!
Frankie: Ok, let's get her to I.C.U. until surgery. Call a Neuro. She's going to need an I.C.P. monitor.
Frankie: Hey, were you with the crew who brought in Kendall Slater? She was the woman who was trapped at the beach house. We got to find her husband or a relative, something.
Officer: No, no, pal, sorry. Look, if they're out at the beach, a power line tower fell down out there. Until we get a chopper in the air, I'm afraid everyone out there is on their own.
Zach: How you doing?
Bianca: I'm ok. It's still 10 to 12 minutes between contractions, and it's been four since the last one. So as long as they stay spread out like that, we got time. Things didn't get scary with Miranda until --
Zach: You all right?
Bianca: Yeah. It's just -- it was just like this with Miranda. The storm, the thunder, trapped.
Zach: You're not trapped. You're here with me. And I'll get you to a hospital.
Bianca: Hmm. It was a dark and stormy night -- isn't that how the dog in the "Peanut's" comics used to start his corny novels?
Zach: I don't know.
Bianca: Yeah. Oh, come on. I loved that guy. He was the best. No matter how bored or unhappy he was, he could just daydream and be whatever, whoever he wanted. I always wanted to be just like him. I should get Miranda some of those -- oh, ah! Whew. Oh, God. Six minutes -- whew, that's not good.
Frankie: Colby, Kendall's in really bad shape. Have you seen her husband or mother?
Colby: Uh, Erica's with my dad. They were heading out of town on the jet. I don't know about Zach. The phones are out all over.
Frankie: Yeah, landlines and cell towers can't reach anyone.
Pete: I'm working on that.
Frankie: Listen, if you hear anything from Kendall's relatives, you have them get down here, please.
Colby: Uh, what about Babe or my brother -- have you heard about them?
Frankie: No, no.
Pete: Do you know which room my mom's in?
Frankie: No -- sorry, guys. I haven't even heard about my own parents yet. Look, just keep your heads up and hang in there.
Colby: What are you doing?
Pete: Changing the frequencies on my phone to an Emergency Services channel, the one used by the F.A.A., to be exact. By the time I'm done, I should be able to contact the Pine Valley Control Tower, find out about your dad's plane.
[Bianca breathes heavily]
Bianca: This little bundle of joy is coming a lot sooner than expected.
Zach: Yeah, how -- how much sooner than expected?
Bianca: Seven weeks.
Zach: That's nothing. It means the lungs are formed. I know a lot about premature kids and stuff, so just relax.
Bianca: Are you angry with me?
Zach: For what?
Bianca: For not telling you that I was pregnant, so that you could tell Kendall that you're the baby's biological father.
Zach: I could never be angry with you. And let's not worry about Kendall right now. It's going to be fine.
Joe: How is she?
Frankie: Not good. Ruth ok?
Joe: Yeah, she's asleep. Thank God our place was spared. What a mess out there. How about your family -- any word from them and Randi?
Frankie: No, no, no one. I've been here all day and too busy to check on them.
Joe: Yeah. Ok, here's the thing. We do not have a neurosurgeon. He lives out on Beach Road. There's no egress from there right now.
Frankie: You think she can wait?
Joe: She's going to have to.
Pete: Yeah -- yes, sir, yeah, I understand this is a government frequency. I'll get off immediately. Yes, sir, I appreciate the information. The airport took a direct hit. Your dad's jet was one of the ones destroyed. They're bringing the survivors here.
Adam: I wanted to teach my son a lesson that taking the high road usually ends at a dead-end cliff. And I wanted to turn him against Babe a little.
Erica: And where did that get you, Adam? J.R. took your little life lesson, shoved it in your face, moved out of town. Look at you now. You wish you didn't do it. You're worried to death about what's happening to him out there. You would never have admitted this if you thought we were getting out of here. You think we're going to die down here, don't you?
Adam: Yes. I'm afraid we are.
Angie: Alert O.R. 4 to stand by with a vascular team. Type and cross her for eight units and tell them to have some O-negative ready to hang as soon as she gets there. The second is blunt trauma to the abdomen. Get a D.P.L. to check for bleeding. Now the B.P. is stable, so I'm betting it's negative. Hurry up, let's go. Listen, I'm going in. I'm going to prep for Babe's surgery.
J.R.: Angie --
Angie: We're going to do everything we can, I promise you.
Jesse: Sweetie, they're going to take really good care of you here, ok? And I'll be right here waiting for you. All right?
Annie: Her name is Emma Lavery, and she was kidnapped right before the tornado hit.
Officer: I'm sorry, ma'am. I just haven't heard of anything.
Annie: No, but you don't understand. You have to help me find her. She's been kidnapped.
Jesse: I'll handle this. All right, Annie, I made some phone calls. The entire force has got Emma's description. But until that, we can do nothing else but wait. All right?
Annie: But right now -- if this was up to you -- if this was your children, you would do something right now --
Jesse: Right now, there's nothing we can do but wait! All right? Ok.
Colby: Oh, God, J.R., you're ok. What is it? Who?
J.R.: It's Babe.
Tad: She's in bad shape.
Colby: J.R., I'm so sorry. Have you heard anything from Dad? His -- his plane was destroyed before it took off. I don't know if he was on it or not.
J.R.: Who gives a damn about him? If it wasn't for Dad, Babe and I would be in San Diego right now. No, to hell with him.
Paramedic: All right, let's get you on the ambulance.
Greenlee: I'm going with him. I'm his wife.
Paramedic: I'm sorry. There have been half a dozen twisters out there tonight, and we've got over a hundred injuries to attend to. We're picking up another patient on the way.
Aidan: Don't worry about me.
Greenlee: Ok, I'll see you there. Wait, wait, wait, your jacket.
Greenlee: Here, here. A hundred injuries? I wonder who else has been hurt.
Ryan: I have to make sure Spike and Emma are ok. Let's just -- let's just go find out if one of our cars is still in one piece, ok? Wait, Greenlee -- we have to tell him. You know that.
Zach: Still waiting for that ambulance. We could use a fetal monitor.
[Bianca breathes heavily]
Bianca: Ah, it's ok. The baby's fine. It just wants to come out and meet the guy who helped create him or her.
Zach: I think he or she wants to come out and meet his or her mom -- mommies. I just gave some chromosomes. That's all I did.
Bianca: Ah. Ah. I'm so sorry. I should have told you sooner. But no one else needs to know that you're the baby's father. Just you, me, and Kendall.
Zach: That's probably a good idea. It is nice to see you. It'd be better under different circumstances, but --
Bianca: Kendall's probably awake and driving the ambulance back to come get us right now.
Zach: Tell me about Reese. How's she doing?
Bianca: Great. She's so amazing. She's been so supportive during the pregnancy. I -- I had some tough days, but she was the sweetest, most wonderful person. I really love her, Zach. She's the real thing.
Zach: Yeah, I could see that. You guys really clicked.
Bianca: We had a pretty great weekend there in Marseilles. You're a pretty funny guy when you loosen up a little bit.
Zach: Yeah, the drink helped. You know, it --
Bianca: Oh, really? That's all it took? Just had to get you liquored up a little, and that's why you agreed to be our donor.
Zach: No, not at all. I could see how much you loved each other and how much you loved Miranda and how she wanted a sibling for her.
[Bianca moans and pants through a contraction]
Bianca: You know what? I don't think this baby's going to wait.
Adam: By the time they find us, we'll be a couple of mummies. Oh, whoa.
Erica: Don't you dare roll over and die on me, Adam Chandler. Erica Kane does not quit, especially now.
Erica: Now that I have heard the truth from your scaly lips, I intend to claw my way out of here just to make sure that you spend the rest of your sorry, miserable life behind bars for what you did. So just -- just move, move!
Adam: Yes, yes. All right, all right, all right. All right, just move -- move over. Give me some room, ok? Yeah.
Erica: Come on.
Kathy: Can we say another prayer?
Tad: I think that's a great idea. Dear God, watch over our friend Babe.
Nurse: Let's get you up to X-ray.
Aidan: Just one second. I'm -- I'm looking for someone. There he is. Hey, Tad, how are you?
Tad: I'm all right. Babe's in surgery. You going to be ok?
Aidan: Yeah, it's just an arm, broken. It will heal.
Tad: How's Greenlee?
Aidan: You can ask her yourself.
Frankie: Hey, Greenlee, do you have any idea where Zach and Erica are?
Greenlee: No, why? What happened?
Frankie: Well, it's Kendall. She's been hurt. We need to get ahold of a relative for consent.
Ryan: Consent for what?
Frankie: She may need brain surgery.
Greenlee: Oh, my God. Where is she?
Frankie: I.C.U. Wait, Greenlee, wait. She can't go in there.
Ryan: Try and stop her. What about Spike and Ian?
Frankie: They're fine. They came in with Kendall. They're downstairs in the Child Services sound asleep.
Frankie: Oh, thank God. Oh.
Randi: You're ok.
Frankie: You made it.
Frankie: My parents, are they --
Randi: They're -- they're amazing, and they're safe. Your mom was trying to work on Babe, and then --
Frankie: Hey, hey, I want to hear everything, and I want to hold you for, like, 10 hours straight, but I got to get back to work.
Randi: No, go -- save people. That's what you -- that's what you do.
Annie: Ryan, please tell me Emma's with you.
Ryan: No. I thought she was with Corrina.
Annie: No. Somebody's kidnapped her.
Ryan: Whoa, whoa, whoa -- what are you talking about?
Annie: Somebody took her. Corrina lost her, and now she's gone.
Ryan: Ok, all right, just calm down. I'm -- I'm sure she's someplace safe, ok?
Annie: You don't believe me. Nobody believes me. Our daughter has been kidnapped, and nobody will listen.
Ryan: Maybe it's because of all the insane lies you've been telling, all right, Annie?
Annie: No, Ryan, this is the truth. Someone has our little girl.
J.R.: I'm so angry right now. I'm just -- why? Why did this have to happen? Everything was going to be in such a good place. Krystal, I mean, why?
Krystal: She wouldn't want you to react like this.
J.R.: No, she would, uh -- she'd tell me to stop being such a hot head. Stop being such a jerk. I have to keep my head clear because --
J.R.: Oh, there's hope. No matter how bad things get. I just love her so much. Oh, God, please just let her live.
Krystal: Mamas are supposed to be the ones who teach their children. But Babe -- she turned out to be my greatest teacher. She taught me patience and faith and determination, to never give up. I can't give up now. We -- we cannot give up now.
Joe: Get Respiratory here. I need a hyperventilator in order to bring the swelling down. Time is not on her side.
Nurse: Still no word on any relatives?
Joe: None, none. Thank you. Greenlee, are you all right?
Greenlee: I'm fine. How's Kendall?
Joe: Well, she's stable for now, but there's swelling of the brain.
Greenlee: Where's Zach?
Joe: E.M.T. told me they had to leave him at the beach house. He's trapped there for now with a pregnant woman.
Greenlee: Pregnant woman?
Zach: Where the hell is that cop?
[Bianca breathes heavily]
Bianca: So, you, uh, know anything about, you know, birthing babies?
Zach: Yeah, no, I know enough. You -- don't worry about it. You just relax and keep breathing.
Bianca: Oh, what are you doing?
Zach: I'm going to boil some water just in case.
Zach: Well, the storm's not over yet, but, uh, it never touches down in the same place twice, right?
Bianca: I'll take your word for it.
Zach: Hey. Look at me. It's going to be all right. Everything's going to be fine. Ok? Ok.
Bianca: Oh, God.
Zach: What happened?
Bianca: My, uh, water just broke.
Zach: Have I told you lately how much I adore you?
Bianca: You know, romancing the lesbian while she's in labor isn't going to help anything.
Zach: That's a good point. You were there for some of the toughest times in my life. And I'm just happy I can be there for you.
Bianca: You better get ready.
[Bianca breathes heavily]
Annie: We checked the whole movie theater, the entire parking lot, and then I sent Corrina to the penthouse, because it was a few blocks away.
Ryan: Ok, why are you so set on the fact that somebody took her?
Annie: Because Corrina never called me. Because I was attacked at the Chandlers'. Because -- because somebody has been stalking me in those tunnels. Somebody wants to hurt me, Ryan. And now they're trying to hurt her. You have to do something about this.
Ryan: All right, just calm down, Annie. Just calm down, please. Corrina? Where is she? Where is Emma?
Corrina: I don't know. I looked for her at the penthouse, at the park, and then the world just exploded. And I woke up, and everything was torn apart. I'm so sorry.
Colby: Oh, my God. That's one of Dad's pilots. Was he on the plane? Adam Chandler? Was my dad there?
Pilot: No, he never showed up. We were waiting for him when the twister hit the airport.
Erica: Don't stop, you fool. You stop, you die. You can rest in the back of the police car on your way to jail. You sneaky bastard. You would rather die down here than be outed as the manipulating reptile you are.
Adam: Yeah, get over yourself, lady. And stop comparing me to the lower species. We're not going to get out of here unless there's some miracle from on-high up there. And then, you don't have any proof, you can't prove anything that you've heard me say to you. You're delusional. I'm delusional. It's your delusional word against mine.
Erica: Yeah, well -- well, maybe you're right. Maybe I ought to take justice into my own hands.
Erica: Did you see that? The flame. Adam, it just got bigger. It got bigger. That means that there must be more oxygen here. Yeah. I -- I feel something. I feel a draft. Yes. There's a gap here. I can't see anything, though.
Adam: I'll get the candle.
Erica: I can't see, I can't -- can't feel anything. Ah! Something grabbed me!
Adam: Erica, take it easy. Take it easy.
[Debris falls on top of Adam and puts out the candle]
J.R.: When we were just in San Diego, we took a trip to the beach. And we were letting Little A run back and forth in the tide. And we both said to each other that we'd never seen a more beautiful sunset. And Babe looked at me and said she'd never been happier. Then Little A came running up, and he had found a seashell. And he wanted to give it to his mom, because he thought it was so pretty, just like she was. And she told him that it was a magic shell. And you should've seen his eyes widen. I mean, he was so excited. And she said that she would hang on to it forever, because it would protect her. And he was just so proud of that.
Tad: Sorry to interrupt. This little man wanted to see his daddy.
J.R.: Hey, hey buddy.
Little Adam: Hi.
J.R.: How are you holding up?
Little Adam: Good.
Little Adam: Is Mama ok?
J.R.: The doctors are working really hard on her right now, to make sure.
Little Adam: Ok.
J.R.: Hey, what do you got there?
Little Adam: It's my magic seashell. My mama gave it back to me when the wall fell down.
J.R.: That's right, to protect you.
Little Adam: I want to give it back to protect her.
Tad: Hey, you know what? I think it's time you and I go downstairs and check out the candy machine. Come on. Come on.
Angie: Babe's in Recovery. You can wait for her up in I.C.U.
Angie: She lost a lot of blood. And we have done everything we can. Now what I need the two of you to do is prepare yourselves for the worst. She's not going to make it. I'm so sorry.
Corrina: I looked everywhere I could, I swear.
Ryan: Ok, just calm down. Calm down.
Annie: Oh, my God. I know where she is.
Greenlee: What are you going to do? Call Security on me? Have me hauled out of here?
Joe: I just don't want you upsetting Kendall, that's all.
Greenlee: I won't upset her.
Joe: Well, the answer's no.
Jake: Dad. Let her. It's like a war zone out there. Let her see her friend.
Joe: All right. Ok, but only because I'm so relieved to see you safe and sound, ok?
Jake: It's all right.
Joe: Come on, show him these things.
Jake: Ok, so what are we looking at?
Frankie: We're looking at a hot boil of mess, is what we're looking at. Significant head trauma. Depressed skull fracture, fragments here and here. Intracranial bleeding. But she is starting to stabilize. We're trying to get ahold of her husband or mother, somebody, but for now, they're M.I.A.
Joe: Yeah, we've been talking about waiting a little longer, getting her as stable as possible before surgery. Our neurosurgeon is trapped and can't get here yet. So, we have to wait.
Jake: I disagree, Dad. I disagree. If we don't get in there and evacuate the clot, stop the bleeding, we could be looking at a brain stem herniation.
Greenlee: Zach is on his way. Spike and Ian are safe and sound. All that's missing from this picture is your smiling face.
Greenlee: You are going to make it through this. You hear me? You've got too much to fight for. Besides, I'm a wreck. I really need you now. More than ever.
Jesse: Ok, I'm really sorry, guys. We're already spread too thin. Now, Erica and Adam, if they're missing, we will find them, I promise you. But right now, I can't spare anybody. Ok?
Pete: I'll find your father. I promise.
Bianca: No, no --
Zach: You got to keep pushing.
Bianca: I can't --
Zach: Push more!
Bianca: I can't anymore.
Zach: Keep pushing.
Bianca: Ok, ok --
Zach: I can see the head. There it is. I can see the shoulders. And the cord is there, too.
Bianca: No, no. Ok, ok, ok. Reese and I learned about this. You got to push the baby's head back.
Zach: I got to what?
Bianca: Push it, push it back. You have to take pressure off the cord.
Bianca: Ok. All right, is the cord wrapped around the baby's neck?
Zach: I think it is.
Bianca: You got to get it off. You got to use your fingers, lift it off --
Zach: All right. I'm trying.
Bianca: Hurry. Hurry, Zach. Hurry, please!
Zach: I'm doing it.
Annie: Wait. I bet he's taken Emma to the tunnels under the Chandler Mansion. That is where he's been hiding out, I know it.
Ryan: It's a long shot, Annie. I'm just going to call the cops, ok?
Annie: To hell with the cops, Ryan. They don't believe me any more than you do. You know what? I'm going to go find our daughter myself.
Krystal: Can you hear me? I'm right here, and so is J.R.
Babe: I love you, Mama.
Krystal: I love you, too. So much.
Babe: Can I talk to J.R. for a minute?
Krystal: I'll be right outside.
J.R.: You're going to be all right.
Babe: Marry me. Tonight. I want to be your wife.
Joe: Oh, I agree with Frankie. It's too risky.
Jake: The risk, Dad, is not going in there and relieving the pressure.
Joe: We don't have a neurosurgeon.
Jake: I'll do it. I've done it in the field, I can do it.
Frankie: Jake, this is not a field emergency. We need consent. Someone to make the choice --
Jake: We don't want to see Kendall end up as a vegetable, do we? The longer we wait, the more we risk brain damage.
Jake: Greenlee, you're family.
Frankie: Wait, you --
Jake: You could give consent.
Frankie: You're related to Kendall?
Greenlee: Uh, my father was married to her mother.
Jake: That would work.
Greenlee: You want me to make a decision that could kill Kendall?
Angie: Natalia's vitals are steady, but there was bruising around the kidney. Her C.T. scan indicates a possible grade-four or -five injury.
Jesse: What does that mean?
Angie: Well, we're going to have to open her up and check for possible kidney and vascular injury.
Jesse: So, what are you waiting for?
Angie: Well, we have to get these consent forms signed. We haven't been able to locate any of her relatives.
Jesse: I'll sign it. She's my daughter.
[Bianca breathes rapidly]
Zach: All right, the cord is free. Push. Push! Come on. I can see the head. And the shoulders, keep pushing. Keep pushing! There it is, there it is. There it is, it's coming. There. Ah, hi. Look at that. It's a beautiful little girl. It's a little girl. Hi. Hi. How are you doing?
[The baby cries as Ryan holds her up]
