[Siren blaring]

Angie: Changed your mind about what?

Natalia: Helping me. You know that guy I've been seeing?

Angie: The one who keeps you waiting in the hall for hours?

Natalia: Yeah, well, turns out he hasn't been working late. He got arrested in some big misunderstanding.

Angie: Oh, so you're hoping that Jesse can make the charges go away.

Natalia: Well, he is the chief of police.

Jesse: That doesn't give me the authority to pick and choose who stays in jail, Natalia. All right, all right, all right. Right now, I've got to make sure we all stay alive. J.R., come here. All right, that should help.

J.R.: Yeah, for now. A few tables and chairs aren't going to stop this place from being flattened if a tornado touches down. Without any cellar, what do you think our chances are?

[Siren stops]

Jesse: A lot better than they were a minute ago.

[Cell phone ringing]

Aidan: Come on. Greenlee, answer your damn phone.

Ryan: Are you ok?

Greenlee: What the hell was that?

Ryan: Next time, we listen to the sirens, ok? That was a bloody tornado, Greenlee.

Greenlee: Yeah, but I don't -- One minute it was quiet, the next thing it was like a freight train.

Ryan: Uh-huh.

Greenlee: If you hadn't pulled me into that ditch --

Ryan: If I hadn't pulled you into that ditch, you wouldn't be standing here right now.

Greenlee: Thank you.

Ryan: You can thank me after I warm you up. You're freezing. Look, perfect. Ok, we'll just fire this thing up. We'll be ok. There's got to be some matches around here some place, right? There's got to be.

[Loud booming]

Ryan: Greenlee!

[The cement wall falls on top of Greenlee]

Ryan: Greenlee! Greenlee? Oh, my God.

[Doorbell continuously ringing]

Kendall: Sorry, guys. Wasn't Daddy, but I guess we're just going to have to wait for that special dessert. I am sure he will be home soon.

TV Reporter: A tornado warning has been issued for Pine Valley and surrounding counties until midnight tonight. Now, several funnel clouds have been seen up in the sky, one actually touching down just moments ago north of the city. Now, no injuries have been reported as yet, however this could change as the storm cell makes it's way toward more heavily populated areas.

Radio Announcer in Zach's car: Those in the path of the storm are advised to seek shelter in a basement or interior room under sturdy or cushioned protection of some kind, such as heavy tables or mattresses. Stay inside and off the road until the storm passes. Once again, driving is not recommended as conditions could change without --

[Phone ringing]

Zach: Hello?

Kendall: Zach, forget the s'mores, ok? You need to turn around and come back home now. A tornado has touched down and it's all over the news.

Zach: I heard the radio, yes. I'm on my way back. I'll be there in a few minutes.

Kendall: Please, please be careful.

Zach: It's actually not bad out here now that the wind has died down.

[Deafening roar as the tornado picks up Zach's car and leaves him bloody and unconscious]

Kendall: Zach? Zach? Zach? Zach, say something. Zach?

Jesse: What's the latest from the Weather Service?

Officer: [On radio] Tornados are touching down all over the place. One up in the mountains, another just hit down by the marina.

Jesse: Any injuries?

Officer: We haven't been able to get close enough to check. The roads are a mess. Trees and power lines are down all over town.

Jesse: Well, you make sure everybody is off the streets, all right? I want everybody to take cover now. Nobody goes back out on the search until this is done. Over.

Krystal: Any word from the hospital? I've been trying to reach Tad to see how Opal's doing, and his phone just keeps going to voicemail. Same thing when I call Ruth about Jenny.

Jesse: Yeah, well, the storm obviously has taken out their service. The hospital hasn't been hit, but a lot of other places have.

J.R.: What about River Road? Any tornados touching down where my dad lives?

Jesse: Not yet, but the sirens are still going off all over the place. We seem to be the only ones in the clear for now.

Erica: You've been at that for about 20 minutes. It hasn't budged an inch.

Adam: Well, what do you expect me to do? Sit here and wait silently to be rescued? As far as our families are concerned, we're out of town, remember?

Erica: Step aside.

Adam: What?

Erica: You heard me. Move.

Adam: You think you can do better?

Erica: Watch and learn.

Annie: Excuse me. Have you seen a little girl? She has blonde hair and blue eyes, and she's six-years-old.

Man: No.

Annie: Are you sure? Her name is Emma, and she was wearing a raincoat, and she was wearing this scarf.

Man: Sorry, we need to lock up.

Annie: Anything?

Corrina: No, I checked everywhere, the bathroom, I even went back to our seats.

Annie: How could you let this happen?

Corrina: I'm so sorry.

Annie: Oh, my God. Where could she be?

Corrina: I don't know.

Annie: Ok. Ok, this isn't helping. Go back to the penthouse. It's only a few blocks away, and if you hear anything call my cell phone, do you understand?

Corrina: What about Mr. Lavery?

Annie: I -- I can't think about Ryan right now. I have to find my daughter.

Ryan: Ok, ok. All right. Ok, don't move, ok? Wow. Just -- just stay here. I've got to find something to stop the bleeding, ok?

Greenlee: Ok.

Ryan: I'm going to find something right here. I need the matches.

Greenlee: Probably hiding in a corner somewhere laughing while you stumble around in the dark, and I bleed out.

Ryan: That's not funny, Greenlee. That's not funny.

Greenlee: One near death experience and you lose your sense of humor?

Ryan: No, but two would probably do it. Here, here. Ok. All right, ok. We'll just take a piece of this, all right?

Greenlee: God, have I really become that girl?

Ryan: Let's just use the whole thing.

Greenlee: The one who always finds herself in distress?

Ryan: Don't worry about that. Don't worry about that because I will always be there, ok?

Operator: The number you have dialed is not in service. Please check the number and try again.

[Redials phone]

Operator: Please check the number and try again.

Kendall: It's ok, guys. It's all right. Daddy's coming home. Yeah. Yeah, Daddy's going to be home real soon, ok? He'll be home any minute. Any minute.

[Zach wakes up in his vehicle but can't get out because a live wire is lying across it]

Angie: You know, I feel so sorry for that girl. Alone in the storm and wearing a hole in the floor worrying about a man who obviously doesn't give a damn about her.

Jesse: Hold on, wait a minute. How do you know he doesn't give a damn about her? I mean, for all we know, being away from her could be killing him, too.

Angie: Well, he should've thought of that before he broke the law.

Officer: [On radio] Central to Hubbard.

Jesse: Go for Hubbard.

Officer: Sir, we're getting reports of two more funnel clouds spotted in the area.

Jesse: All right, hold, Central, you're breaking up. Hold on.

J.R.: Hey, who wants to select a song from the jukebox? We can't have a party without music.

Babe: That's right.

Kathy: What kind of party?

J.R.: Well, any kind of party you want.

Kathy: How about a wedding?

Krystal: That's a great idea. I do, a wedding. That way I can see my little girl get married after all. Why don't you help me back here, ok?

Babe: All right, guys, go ahead.

Krystal: All right, go get ready.

J.R.: I know you had your heart set on San Diego.

Babe: I'd marry you anywhere.

Adam: The idea is to open the lock. You know, open?

Erica: Yeah, I've almost got it. Aw, damn. Now look what you made me do.

Adam: Me?

Erica: Well, how was I supposed to focus with all that talking?

Adam: Well, am I supposed to stay in here and do nothing? Say nothing? Be silent while we're waiting for a rescuer that's never going to come?

Erica: Well, eventually, someone's going to figure out that we're missing.

Adam: Yeah, well I -- I doubt that the tunnels will be at the top of their list.

Erica: Well, who knows? Maybe the person who locked us in is going to come back and let us out.

Adam: Oh, a stalker with a conscience. That's a very interesting concept.

Erica: It's called positive thinking.

Adam: Yeah, it sounds more like denial to me. What if Annie were telling the truth? What if she was being watched by somebody who wanted to get hold of Emma?

Erica: Emma doesn't even live here anymore. Neither does Annie and besides, all these clippings, these are about Babe. I mean, I think that the stalker was after Babe, not Annie.

Adam: Babe doesn't live here anymore either. She and J.R. are living in California now, remember?

Erica: Yeah, well, they're back now and maybe, if you had been honest enough with your feelings in the first place and told J.R. how you really feel, I mean, maybe they would've come back on their own.

Adam: You know, for somebody who wanted to be quiet, you sure are chatty.

Erica: Well, I am trying to take my mind off how famished I am.

Adam: I have one of these. Just one.

Erica: Well, if you were polite, you'd give the apple to me.

Adam: Mm, you want a bite?

Pete: No. No, it's definitely a tornado siren, which, when you think about it, should really be called a funnel cloud siren, because the warning doesn't even start until funnel clouds, not tornados, are seen in the area.

Colby: Just tell me what the hell we're supposed to do.

Pete: Go downstairs and hide under -- under a mattress or something sturdy in the basement.

Colby: So, why are we still standing here?

Pete: Have you ever seen a funnel cloud in person? Come on, just for a minute.

Colby: I thought the whole point of going down to the basement was to get away from windows. I'm not going to look out one with a tornado coming.

Pete: Funnel cloud, funnel cloud.

Colby: Whatever. I want to be downstairs before it hits.

Pete: You don't even have to worry until you hear something that sounds like a train.

[Deafening roar]

Colby: You mean like that?

Pete: Run!

[The door hits Pete in the head and knocks him out]

Colby: Pete.

Greenlee: Any luck?

Ryan: Not with the matches, but I got a blanket here for you to keep you warm, ok? I want you to put your legs down like that. How's the arm?

Greenlee: Still there.

Ryan: Let me take a look at it, ok? Let me see how I did here with this bandage. Ok. What?

Greenlee: Tornados could be hitting all over town, and all we could think about was, God was doing this because of us, because of the connection we have. How arrogant is that?

Ryan: It is arrogant, not to mention self absorbed. God, I hope everybody was as lucky as we were. I've still got no signal. I've got nothing.

Greenlee: Sorry.

Ryan: I'm sure they're both ok, right? I mean, Spike was with Kendall, and Corrina had taken Emma to the movies, so I'm sure they're ok. I would never forgive myself if something happened to them, never.

Annie: Are you all right? Are you all right?

Zach: Stand back.

Annie: Oh, my God. Zach! What happened? What happened?

Zach: Stay back!

Annie: [Screams as she gets electrocuted and falls down]

Kendall: Ok. It's ok. It's just -- just the wind. Let's -- let's finish reading our story, ok? Ok.

[Doorbell ringing]

Kendall: Not again. All right, listen. Spikey, can you stay here and hang out with your brother, and I'm going to go and find out what's going on with that doorbell, ok? I'll be right back. Watch over your brother. Watch over your brother, ok? Ok, good boy.

[Kendall opens the front door]

Kendall: Oh, my God. What are you doing here?

Krystal: Oh, kids? Kids, now stay close.

Babe: Oh, I'll go get them.

Jesse: What's going on?

Randi: Babe and J.R. are going to get married.

Jesse: Now? While the storm of the century is raging outside?

Angie: Well, sweetheart, that's the point. The kids are starting to panic, so can you help?

Jesse: Good point. Since I can't seem to help anybody else, might as well.

Randi: Good, because we need a minister.

Jesse: How else can I help? Come on.

Krystal: Oh, come on, Jesse. Please?

Jesse: Oh, all right, all right. Might as well give it a shot for the kiddies, huh?

Kathy: You stand here.

Jesse: Oh, I stand here. Not on your toe, ok.

Krystal: Oh, oh, Randi, could you hit E7 on the jukebox, honey?

[Soft love song playing]

Krystal: Give those flowers to Babe, ok?

Babe: These are beautiful, thank you. Are you ready? All right, go get in place.

J.R.: You know what? I think we're going to let Mommy hang on to the ring this time. We'll make sure it gets down there.

Babe: Yes, that is a great idea. The last thing I want to be doing on my wedding day is the Heimlich.

J.R.: Yeah.

Babe: Can I have a kiss? My beautiful boy.

J.R.: So, is it everything you imagined?

Babe: Almost. I know this sounds absolutely crazy, but even after everything David did, a part of me still wishes that my father could walk me down the aisle, you know? I'm actually sorry that yours couldn't be here with us either.

J.R.: Yeah, me, too, but I think we'll manage without them.

Erica: What's that noise?

Adam: The -- it's the wind blowing through. These tunnels have always been drafty.

Erica: That's no draft. What's going on up there?

Colby: Pete, wake up. We have to get out of here.

Pete: What happened?

Colby: Remember that funnel cloud? It just hit my yard.

[Ceiling creaking and breaking]

Erica: Oh!

Aidan: Greenlee? Greenlee? Greenlee? Greenlee? Greenlee? Oh, God, Greenlee, no. Greenlee? Greenlee?

Greenlee: What are you going to light that fire or does the girl with one good arm have to do it herself?

Ryan: Have a little faith, please. Have a little faith. Here we go. See? It's catching. That's what I'm talking about. Wow, you'd be lost without me.

Greenlee: Mm. You have no idea.

Ryan: What?

Greenlee: Nothing.

Ryan: Do you remember the last storm that we got caught in?

Greenlee: My bike broke down and there you were. Seems to be a theme.

Ryan: We got soaked. The skies open up, we got totally drenched and then we stayed in that dumpy motel. You remember that place?

Greenlee: From cockroaches to cramped storage rooms. Wow, you really know how to show a girl a good time.

Ryan: I try, I try.

Greenlee: It's nice to see you smile again.

Ryan: It's been a while since I've had a reason to.

[Ryan and Greenlee kiss]

[Annie coughs]

Zach: I told you to get back.

Annie: You need help

Zach: It's too dangerous. Where's your cell phone?

Annie: It's in my car.

Zach: Go call 911. Tell them to turn the power off.

Annie: Ok.

Annie: I'm not getting a signal.

Zach: The storm must've knocked out the cell phone towers.

Annie: Ok. I need to find a cop. Emma's missing.

Zach: Go find her.

Annie: Ok. I'm going to go get help, ok? For you and for Emma.

Zach: All right, all right.

Annie: Ok.

Zach: Ok, ok.

[When a fire starts outside Zach's car, he manages to jump out of it]

Aidan: Greenlee!

Greenlee: Hold me. Hold me.

Jesse: Dearly beloved -- that's how it starts, right?

Krystal: Come on now. You should know this cold.

Jesse: Yeah, ok.

Krystal: It wasn't that long ago you were standing up there in front of your friends and family saying these vows.

Jesse: All right, all right. I got it.

Angie: How quickly we forget.

Jesse: Yeah, yeah, I got it. All right, all right. We are gathered here on one hell of a night and one heck of a night to join Babe and J.R. in holy matrimony. Well, it'd be a little holier if the actual minister was here instead of me. Be that as it may, Babe, do you take J.R. to be your lawfully wedded husband?

[Sirens blaring]

[Someone screams as the lights go out]

Colby: Can you move?

Pete: Why would I want to? Ow!

Colby: You're one lame faker.

Pete: Ow, that hurt, you know?

Colby: You'll live. But we might not have, if we hadn't been in this house.

Pete: Yeah. I hope my mom's ok and everyone else. Why'd you come back for me?

Colby: What was I supposed to do, leave you here to die?

Pete: A couple of months ago you might have.

Colby: Yeah, well, a couple of months ago I didn't know you that well.

Pete: And now?

Colby: I guess you're growing on me.

Pete: All right.

Colby: Like a plague. I swear, sometimes you're worse than my dad.

Pete: Hmm, I'll take that as a compliment.

Colby: You would.

Adam: It's this door.

Erica: So, it was a tornado.

Adam: Yeah, you left out one important word from that sentence.

Erica: The lock. It -- it's open?

Adam: Yeah. Yeah. We don't wait for a rescue to come along. We can just walk right out here and rejoin whatever's left of society. After you, Madame.

Erica: Ok. Well, it's so nice to know you haven't lost all your manners, Adam.

Adam: Yeah.

Babe: Hey, come to Mommy real quick. Listen, I know that you're scared, but you don't have to be, ok?

Little Adam: Ok.

Babe: Do you remember this?

Little Adam: Yeah.

Babe: This is our magic seashell. And if you hold onto it, it'll protect you, ok? Hold onto it real tight. Can I have a hug?

Little Adam: Yeah.

Jesse: Power's out on the whole street. The transformer must've blown.

J.R.: Yeah? Then what's that?

Jesse: That's a car that has no business being out here tonight!

Annie: Jesse, thank God. I need your help. You have to send an ambulance and a fire truck to County Line Road, and you have to send all your cops to check the airports and --

Jesse: Annie, Annie, number one, I told you to take your ass home. Two, calm down. What happened?

Annie: Emma was kidnapped from the movie theaters. One second she was there and the next second she was gone. You have to help me find her.

Jesse: What does that have to do with County Line Road? There's no movie theater on that street.

Annie: I was driving around looking for Emma and I found a car flipped on its side, and it was Zach. He's hurt. You have to send somebody to go help him.

J.R.: Wait a minute. Slater's trapped in his car?

Annie: Yes, and now a power line fell, and I tried to help --

Jesse: All right, all right, calm down. I will put an APB out for Emma and I'll send help for Zach as soon as I can. Right now we need to get inside. You shouldn't be out here in this weather.

[Wind stops blowing]

J.R.: That's strange. The wind just stopped.

Jesse: Looks like it might've passed us by.

J.R.: The sirens are still on.

[Deafening roar]

Jesse: Go, go, go! Now go! Get down now!

Babe: J.R., Help me! J.R! I can't hold on. J.R.!

J.R.: Hold on!

[Babe screams]

Natalia: Help me!

[Randi screams]

Jesse: Hold on!

Babe: Help me! Where's Little Adam? Help! I can't hold on.

Natalia: Help me! Help me!

J.R.: Just hang on. Babe!

[Deafening roar]

Zach: Kendall? Kendall? Boys? Boys? Hey, come here. Are you ok? You all right? Come on. All right, ok, we're ok. Everyone's ok. Where's your mom? Spike, where is your mom?

Krystal: Oh, Kathy. Kathy? Oh, oh, we must've had one special angel looking after us. Come on. Come on. Careful. You all right? Ok, be careful. Come on. Come on. Babe? Babe?

Angie: Jesse?

Krystal: Babe? Babe, Little A? They were right here. They were right here. They can't be gone. Not my babies, no.

Kathy: J.R.

Krystal: Was she under there with you?

J.R.: What? I don't know.

Angie: Jesse?

J.R.: I don't know. You stay put, ok?

Kathy: Mm-hmm.

Jesse: Are you ok?

Angie: Yeah.

Jesse: Oh, God.

J.R.: Babe? Babe? Oh, my God. I need some help over here.

Krystal: It's ok, it's ok, Babe. I got you, I got you.

Jesse: Angela, we need you.

Babe: J.R.? J.R.?

J.R.: I'm right here, baby. I'm right here. You're going to be all right, ok? You're going to be just fine.

Angie: Natalia, can you hear me?

Jesse: Natalia?

Babe: Where's Little Adam?

J.R.: I -- I don't -- I don't know.

Babe: He was lying under me when the tornado hit.

Angie: Her pulse is strong.

Jesse: Good.

Angie: Listen, I'll be back.

Babe: Can you see him?

J.R.: Yeah. Yeah, he's right here.

Babe: Little A, don't you worry, baby. Daddy's going to get you out, ok? Little A? What -- what's wrong? Why isn't he answering me?

J.R: He's wedged underneath here. I can't get to him until I --

Babe: Little A?

J.R.: Until I can get this beam off.

Babe: Do something, do something.

J.R: I'm trying. I can't get this beam off of you.

Erica: Shouldn't you be digging?

Adam: What? Wasting oxygen? That's not going to do anything more than put me in my grave a little faster.

Erica: You really think that we could die down here?

J.R.: On three. One, two --

Angie: No, no.

J.R.: It's crushing her.

Angie: That's the only thing keeping her from bleeding out is the pressure from that beam. You move it, she'll die. Listen, we need to wait until I can get her stabilized.

Babe: How long?

Angie: I need some way to clamp the artery and then we go from there.

Jesse: What if the boy can't wait that long?

Krystal: He doesn't look like he's breathing.

Babe: Save my son, please!

J.R.: Babe.

Babe: No, don't worry about me. You have to do something to save our son.

Man: Sir, you all right?

Aidan: Yeah, I think so. What happened?

Man: Tornado. Getting reports of funnel clouds touching down all over the area, taking out everything along the way. You're lucky to be standing here. Is anybody else with you? Sir? Was anybody in there when the tornado hit?

Zach: All right, I'm going to put you right here where you're safe, ok? Don't be scared. I'll be right back. I'm going to look for your mom. I'm going to go find your mom. Kendall? Kendall? I'm coming. Bianca?
