Singer: Look at us so surprised, count the blessings realized, and the cross you bear won't
Taylor: We shouldn't be here.
Erica: Kendall, sweetheart, you are making a very serious accusation.
Kendall: And I intend to handle it seriously before Fusion implodes.
Adam: Hmm, looks like she has your flair for the grand drama.
Kendall: I also have my mother's flair for not being messed with. You messed with my new perfume, now you mess with me.
Erica: Kendall, are you absolutely sure that your fragrance is making people sick?
Kendall: Cases are popping up everywhere linking my company's perfume to nausea, fever, rashes, disorientation.
Adam: And you really think that I am responsible for all this?
Adam: Well, that's preposterous. Get off my property before I call security.
Erica: Adam, wait a minute. Let's hear what Kendall has to say.
Annie: You would really help me get Emma back?
Zach: You're a mother.
Annie: What about Kendall?
Zach: What about her?
Annie: I mean, she barely lets me in the door to say hello to Emma. She's not going to be ok with --
Zach: This has nothing to do with her. It's between you and Ryan.
Annie: And now you.
Zach: Now me. I want to help you.
Annie: I don't know what to say. I mean, how? What are you going to do?
Zach: I'm not going to do anything. It's about what you're going to do.
Ryan's voice: You ok? Nice.
Ryan: Hey, do you want me to, um -- I can --
Greenlee: No, no, it's not like I own the boathouse or anything.
Ryan: I, um, I can't believe you're here.
Greenlee: I can. This is where I was talking about. You, me --
Ryan: Push, pull.
Greenlee: And somehow we always end up -- Wow. Look at that moon.
Ryan: Yeah, I know.
Both: Did you see it last night?
Ryan: I, um, I couldn't take my eyes off it.
Greenlee: Neither could I.
Reporter: Can you comment on the situation?
Second Reporter: Are Kendall and Greenlee here?
Third Reporter: Can we speak with them?
Amanda: No, no, and no.
Reporter: Why not? What -- what are you hiding?
Second Reporter: Aren't you the face of Bella?
Amanda: That's me.
Reporter: So can you tell us what's happening?
Second Reporter: Why are people getting sick?
Amanda: I -- I am not at liberty to discuss the fragrance or the rumors surrounding it at this time. Now if you'll excuse me.
Reporter: Why, because the rumors are true?
Second Reporter: Are you saying that Bella's not the cause of these reported illnesses?
Amanda: I'm saying that we will be issuing a statement soon. Now you all need to leave.
Reporter: Well, you have to give us something.
Second Reporter: We're going to run the story one way or another.
Third Reporter: Recalls have bankrupted businesses bigger than Fusion. What time will they be back? Just a brief statement. There are so many reported illnesses.
Amanda: I should have kept my mouth shut.
Randi: Stop. You handled it fine.
Amanda: I totally lied. Women are turning into walking bug bites, and it's all Fusion's fault. Oh, it's all my fault.
Amanda: What's that?
Randi: Oh, I signed for it earlier. I don't know -- something for Kendall to give to Emma.
Pete: Impressive brush strokes.
Amanda: Hmm, it's pretty. It's reminds me of Greenlee -- how she was going on about the moon the other day. God, I wish she was here. Kendall and Greenlee are the only ones who can save us right now.
Kendall: So how's it going to work, Adam? Tank our newest fragrance, cripple us with lawsuits, an then swoop in and buy us out?
Adam: What the devil would I want with a rinky-dink lipstick factory?
Kendall: Our profit margin is through the roof, and you know it.
Erica: Honey, I have been spending a lot of time with Adam lately, and I have seen no evidence of any such behavior.
Kendall: You think I'm making this up?
Erica: I think you're out of line.
Kendall: Uh, I -- he's the one out of line.
Adam: Hmm, are you sure you're not suffering the effects of your noxious perfume? Oh, how about a chair? Uh, a glass of water for the lady --
Kendall: No, no, don't talk to me like I'm an idiot, Adam. I know you did it. And there is no way in hell I will let you get away with this.
J.R.: What's going on?
Babe: Kendall, what are you doing here?
Kendall: Uh, you want to tell them, or should I?
Adam: Oh, no, no, no, be my guest.
Kendall: Ok, uh, Babe, it wasn't production problems. Daddy dearest here was the one who sabotaged Bella.
J.R.: What? How?
Kendall: Well, according to Angie Hubbard, it was some kind of synthetic agent.
Erica: And does Angie have proof that it was Adam?
Adam: No, of course not.
Babe: Is it true, Adam?
J.R.: Is this what you've been up to all this time?
Adam: Let's talk about what you've been up to, J.R., Babe. Funny you should point your finger at me when you were the ones with the master plan.
Kendall: What the hell is he talking about?
Erica: Go ahead, Adam. Tell Kendall what you know.
Adam: Babe was going to use Bella to go straight to the top, and from there, snatch Fusion right out from under you.
Zach: I can't get Emma back for you. Only you can do that.
Zach: By showing at the custody hearing that you're a sane, rational woman.
Annie: I am a sane, rational woman.
Zach: Yeah? Not according to Ryan, Kendall, Adam, and whoever else is going to be a witness in this case.
Annie: What about you? You never answered me before. You think I've lost it, too?
Zach: You're not up against me.
Annie: I need to know, Zach. Do you think I'm crazy?
Zach: Do you think I would help you if I thought you were crazy?
Annie: Ok, so I don't know -- what am I supposed to do? I mean, nobody believes a word I say, except for you.
Zach: All right, then make them believe. That's where my guy comes in.
Annie: Your guy?
Zach: Mm-hmm. Psychiatrist -- he's a good one. Will you go see him?
Annie: Uh, Ryan asked me to go see a therapist once. I almost went.
Zach: But you didn't. Why not?
Annie: Honestly, I was scared of what I might say, of what the therapist might think. I haven't exactly been perfect lately, Zach. I've -- I've said some lies. I've been a little manipulative.
Zach: That's not a reason to take your daughter away.
Annie: Says you.
Zach: Says me and my psychiatrist. So what do you think? I mean, he, uh, he owes me one.
Annie: What -- you did him a favor?
Zach: Mm-hmm. He likes to gamble, went in a little deep, and, uh, I made it go away.
Annie: You paid off his debt?
Zach: And he said if I ever needed anything, just ask him. So I'm asking, if that's ok with you.
Annie: I don't know. I mean, it seems -- it seems a little ridiculous having some shrink vouch for my sanity. I mean, I'm not a lunatic. Social Services -- they -- they have to believe that.
Zach: No, they don't. And if they think you're unstable, you might lose Emma for good.
[Aidan listens through the listening device he planted in Greenlee's new earrings]
Ryan's voice: I came here last night, too. I just -- I don't know, somehow the moon just looks a little bigger whenever I'm here.
Greenlee's voice: Pretty big from my place, too. It's a perfect way to end my bath.
Ryan: You always did love those bubble baths. Was your signature singing involved by any chance?
Greenlee: There may or may not have been some humming.
Greenlee: Couldn't get over the moon, though, you know, with the haze all around it. It's mysterious, romantic.
Ryan: And like, an old friend's pat on the back.
Greenlee: Exactly. God knows we could both use some of that.
Ryan: You ok?
Greenlee: Yeah, Fusion's just having some problems right now. But it's nothing compared to what you're going through.
Ryan: Still, you love that company, Greenlee.
Greenlee: I'll survive. I just had to get out of there and be with my moon.
Ryan: I thought it was my moon.
Greenlee: Boathouse? Public property.
Greenlee: These white glowy things -- all mine.
Ryan: It feels different. Doesn't it?
Greenlee: What does?
Ryan: I don't know. The air or -- feels like something's coming or something's about to change.
Greenlee: Well, everything is about to change. I mean, you know you have the hearing coming up, Emma. Are you nervous?
Ryan: Not really. No, I have no question in my mind after everything that's happened that she should be with me. We belong together, the two of us. I don't really know how else to explain it.
Greenlee: You don't have to explain it to me.
Ryan: I should go.
Greenlee: Me, too.
Ryan: Ahem. Hey, um, thanks.
Greenlee: For what?
Ryan: For sharing your moon with me.
Jake: Are you tired?
Jake: It's just that every time that you open up, you close right back down. I'm tired just watching. I'm exhausted.
Taylor: Do you know what exhausts me? Having the same conversation over and over again. Why can't you just let this go?
Jake: I don't know. I just can't.
Taylor: Because you like the soft, vulnerable side of me?
Jake: No. Because I think you're special.
Taylor: It's not real, Jake.
Jake: What does that mean?
Taylor: It's not me. That's not who I am, not anymore. It's just I get -- I get sucked in by you, and I forget who I really am.
Jake: So, letting your guard down, you think that's going to make you disappear or something?
Taylor: I do disappear. That's the point. That woman you think you see, the one who cries and feels things, that's my ghost. Taylor died a year ago because when Brot died, she went with him.
Singer: I walked down to the shore I'll recover from this I've recovered from so much more from the moment
Tad: Did I miss something?
Krystal: Well, the two of them were dancing. Uh, it was real sweet. And then all of a sudden, Taylor just goes off on him and the two of them go at it, and you saw the rest.
Tad: Huh. No shortage of drama.
Kendall: You didn't honestly think you'd get away with it, stealing Fusion from Greenlee and me?
Babe: Of course not.
J.R.: My father just said that to throw the heat off of him.
Adam: Yes, because, uh, Kendall has me sweating bullets.
Erica: It certainly wouldn't be the first time that Babe stole from our family.
Babe: Uh, Kendall -- Kendall, think about it. Fusion is a hugely successful company, and it's all because of you.
J.R.: Yeah, seriously. It would take a hell of a lot more than Bella to bring you to your knees.
Kendall: Well, apparently not.
Adam: Oh, my God -- Colby.
Erica: What about Colby?
Adam: During that ridiculous launch party, she was sprayed with some of the toxic perfume.
Babe: Yeah, and I'm the one that spritzed her.
Adam: Yeah, she got terribly ill, and then everybody thought she was drunk, but, um --
J.R.: Oh, my God.
Adam: Well, aren't you satisfied? Good grief. I think it goes without saying that I'm not going to harm, let alone poison, my own daughter.
Kendall: You've done much worse, Adam.
J.R.: Yeah, she's got a point.
Adam: What -- why must I get blamed for everything? I suppose I'm -- I'm responsible for the energy crisis, too. It's your problem, missy. You chose amateurs to pick up the reins when you should have done it yourself. It's your bed. You lie in it.
Kendall: I will find out who did this.
Adam: Really? I am all aquiver with anticipation.
Kendall: I'm done here.
Erica: Kendall, Kendall --
Kendall: Thank you so much for having my back, Mother.
Erica: Oh, no, you don't get to pin this on me.
Kendall: He's threatening to take over my company, and he's probably going to succeed. Is that computing to you at all?
Erica: I understand that you're upset. But it was a very careless move coming in here like this.
Kendall: So I should have just let him get away with this?
Erica: You should have stuck to our plan. You should let me get to the bottom of whatever depths Adam has sunk to. But instead, you come barging in here flinging accusations.
Kendall: Mother, he did it. I know he did. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. You believe him over me.
Erica: One thing Adam is certainly right about, and that's that you have dropped the reins at -- at Fusion lately, and that is why you're in this mess.
Kendall: What, this is my fault now? Ok, you know what? I don't care anymore. It doesn't matter. You want to go ahead and side with Adam, side with him. It doesn't matter. I don't care.
Erica: I am not on his side. I'm on the side of truth, and if anyone can get to the bottom of it, it's me.
Bartender: There you go.
Jake: I really shouldn't.
Tad: Yeah, stop whining. Come here.
Jake: I want you to know. I am going to get claustrophobia.
Tad: So, wow.
Tad: Sounds like your friend Taylor hasn't exactly dealt with the loss of her fiancÚ.
Jake: Every time she opens up, she heads right out the door.
Tad: You tell her about Carolyn?
Jake: Why would I do that?
Tad: Well, it is common ground -- hey -- it's a loss. It's not the same kind of loss, but it's a loss none the same.
Jake: She's not who she pretends to be, this one.
Tad: And how do you know she's pretending? Come to think of it, you've got a pretty marked interest in this particular soldier. Why is that?
Jake: I don't know. Maybe it's because I'm a doctor. I'm trying to help her.
Tad: Or a man.
Tad: What do you mean, "Hmm"? You don't exactly talk about her like she's just another patient. Does, um, does she have family? I mean, parents?
Jake: Who, Taylor?
Tad: No, Britney.
Jake: Yeah, she's got parents, you know, unless she was --
Tad: Ok, you know what I'm talking about.
Jake: She's got two brothers, I think.
Tad: Are they close?
Jake: Uh, I -- it's a military family. I don't -- that's all I -- that's all I got.
Tad: Ok, well, they must be very proud of her.
Jake: Actually, from what I gathered, they don't approve.
Tad: Oh. And she's waiting for redeployment. It's kind of interesting, you know, that she would choose to do it in Pine Valley. Where did you say she was from again?
Jake: Uh, Army bases all up -- what's with the inquisition?
Tad: It's not an inquisition. So snippy.
Jake: Uh, it's you. It's not me. It's Amanda.
Tad: Ah, there you go.
Jake: I got go.
Tad: There's a woman who knows how to ask for help.
Jake: Why do you think I enjoy hanging out with her?
Tad: I don't know. Maybe it's the doctor in you.
Jake: Maybe it's the man in me. Hmm. You're buying my beer.
Amanda: Fusion is officially closed for the night. We'll be issuing a statement in the morning.
Amanda: Uh, you came back, thank God.
Pete: [As voicemail] The offices at Fusion are closed for the day. Please call back in the morning. Beep. [Normal voice] They've been ringing off the hook.
Pete: What's your plan now?
Greenlee: I'm thinking a preemptive strike. My dad's out of town, but I'll talk to our other lawyers, see if they can address the lawsuits before they happen. Have you heard from Kendall?
Amanda: Not since she blew out of here.
Greenlee: Oh. I wonder how it went with the Chandlers.
Amanda: Chandlers? Why would she go over there?
Greenlee: She thinks that Adam is behind the whole Bella breakout.
Amanda: That son -- you really think Adam is behind all this?
Greenlee: I don't know. But if he is, he better watch his manhood. Kendall is going to go after him Bobbitt-style.
Kendall: Are you kidding me with the amount of press out there? ConFusion is hosting a full-on media event.
Amanda: Uh, it's official. I am never leaving this place again. Ugh, whose stupid idea was this anyway?
Kendall: I'm pretty sure it was yours.
Amanda: Don't remind me.
Greenlee: So, what happened? Did you get anything out of Adam?
Kendall: No. He's using Colby getting sick at our launch as an excuse.
Greenlee: Why, did she spray Bella on herself?
Kendall: No, Babe did, and then Colby started acting all freaky. Adam claims he would never put his own daughter in danger. And the really annoying thing is he's got a point.
J.R.: How could you throw her under the bus like that?
Adam: Oh, relax. Kendall bought that asinine story of yours.
Babe: And that excuses what you did?
Adam: What is it that convinced Kendall that I was after Fusion? You've been driving your own bus, lady.
J.R.: I knew you were full of it. Didn't I tell you? You never thought for a second that Babe was capable of running that company.
Adam: And that surprises you? No offense, no offense. I'm sure you will be a wonderful little diligent worker bee, but we all know you'll never be queen.
J.R.: Kendall was right. You poisoned that perfume.
Babe: For God's sake, Adam, you watched while Colby got sick, and you did nothing to stop it.
Adam: That is -- that is totally untrue.
J.R.: No, you're right. You did try to stop it, for a second. Then you backed up because -- do you know what you're plan revealed? Yeah, who cares if your daughter gets hurt?
J.R.: Oh, that's easy. Right, Dad? You wanted to prove that Junior here was no match for the original.
Adam: Oh, if Freud could only hear you now.
J.R.: Congratulations, Dad, really. I didn't think it was possible, but you just sunk to a whole new low.
Erica: Something you, J.R., know nothing about.
Adam: I thought you left.
Erica: The door you heard slam was Kendall. I do apologize for her emotional outburst.
J.R.: You're siding with my father?
Erica: I'm siding with the truth. And now if you don't mind, I would like a word with Adam -- alone.
Greenlee: Hey, seriously, what are we going to do about this? If Adam's not the one that --
Kendall: He is.
Greenlee: But you just said that --
Kendall: I said he had a point. I didn't say that I believed him. Let Pete believe what he wants.
Greenlee: So, what now?
Kendall: Well, my mother is still on it, I've got her.
Greenlee: Oh, well, in that case --
Kendall: What do you want me to do?
Greenlee: Erica? That's our big solution? She's been zero help so far.
Kendall: We don't have another choice, ok?
Kendall: What's going on with you? You look weird -- distracted.
Greenlee: I don't know why -- maybe because our company is going up in flames.
Kendall: No, it's more than that.
Ryan: Well, you know Emma is feeling better when she asks to have a tea party before she goes to sleep.
Zach: You want something a little stronger?
Ryan: Yeah, I do. That'd be great.
Zach: So are you ready for the hearing?
Ryan: Well, I don't know if anybody's ever really ready for that kind of stuff, but I can't wait to have my daughter back, yeah.
Zach: You seem very confident.
Ryan: I am confident. After all the stuff that Annie's pulled -- you know, all the stuff that she's done -- you've seen it.
Zach: Yeah, I have.
Ryan: All I got to do is basically make a list, and I'm sure the judge is just going to hand Emma right over. What? You don't think this is an open-and-shut case.
Zach: Doesn't matter what I think.
Annie: Hey, can we talk?
Adam: I hope you don't believe I'll believe this charade.
Adam: Yes. You would never take my side against your own daughter.
Erica: You're right, I wouldn't.
Adam: Well, then why make such a show belittling Kendall in front of J.R.?
Erica: Because he was giving you a hard time. I thought you could use the distraction. Was I wrong?
Adam: No, you weren't wrong.
Erica: I meant what I said. I meant when I apologized for Kendall. She is in way over her head at Fusion. You were right.
Adam: Yes. J.R. has spent most of his life that way.
Adam: Children, yes. Well, here's -- here's to doing it ourselves and, um, in spite of them, we'll always get it right.
Erica: You tainted that perfume, didn't you, Adam?
Adam: No. I did not, no. I did not. Please -- I hope you believe me.
Erica: Of course, I do.
Adam: Good. Even though Kendall is positive I'm guilty?
Erica: Well, as you said, our children don't always get it right.
Adam: You are fascinating, but I guess you know that.
Erica: Doesn't hurt to be reminded.
Adam: Well, as much as I would love to continue this evening, I do have some business to take care of.
Erica: Oh, I see. Well, then get to it.
Adam: Yeah. But just a minute. Um, we didn't properly toast.
Erica: Another time.
Adam: Oh. Well, just as -- just so it's soon.
Greenlee: So much for the preemptive strike.
Pete: What did the lawyers say?
Greenlee: Until a lawsuit's officially filed, there's nothing we can do.
Amanda: We have to hang around and wait for the complainants to complain?
Randi: Oh, this blows.
Greenlee: Well put, Randi.
Amanda: So, what do we do now?
Kendall: Well, I am going home.
Amanda: Well, I take it that means the rest of us aren't.
Kendall: Listen -- I would stay, I really would, but Zach has got the three kids. We're taking care of Emma. Rachael has the night off, and I can't leave him with three kids. So, that being said, no one gets in here -- no one. Understood? I don't care what we have to do. We can barricade the stairs, lock the elevators. I want to keep the press out at all costs.
Amanda: I don't know what you're worried about. We have Pete here to protect Fusion. Right, Pete?
Pete: Um, right, yeah. I mean, Fusion's safe with me.
Randi: Well, don't forget this. It got delivered for you earlier today.
Kendall: How do you know?
Greenlee: Hmm, just a guess. For Emma?
Greenlee: It's perfect.
Kendall: Thanks. Ok. Uh, call me if you guys need anything.
Amanda: Is everything all right? You seem kind of out of it.
Greenlee: I'm fine. I'm going to take a quick break, though, and get some air.
Amanda: You want some pepper spray to fend off the reporters?
Greenlee: And get slapped with a couple more lawsuits?
Amanda: Hmm. Good point.
Jake: Ms. Smythe.
Jake: How are you?
Jake: Do I want to know what's going on in there?
Greenlee: You definitely don't.
Jake: Right. You all right?
Amanda: Far from it. Thank you for coming.
Jake: It's ok. I got your text.
Amanda: You mean my panicked shriek-out? You must think I'm a total head case.
Jake: Honey, if this place is important to you, it's -- you know, now important to me.
Amanda: I -- I hope I didn't take you away from anything.
Jake: No, no, on the contrary. It's nice to be needed once in a while. Oh. Oh.
Krystal: So, did you find what you were looking for?
Krystal: Yes, you.
Tad: What are you talking about? I was having a perfectly innocent conversation with my younger brother.
Krystal: Innocent, my behind.
Tad: There is nothing remotely innocent about your behind.
Krystal: True. Admit it, Tad, though. You were pumping your brother for information about his Army friend.
Tad: Eavesdrop much?
Krystal: I wasn't eavesdropping. I didn't hear a thing. In fact, I just could tell by the look on your face. Your eyes do this kind of thing when you go in P.I. mode.
Tad: That's not fair. My eyebrows grow this way.
Krystal: Tad, you're on a case, aren't you?
Tad: Yes. Fine, I admit it. Somebody hired me to investigate Jake's new Army buddy, Taylor Thompson.
J.R.: What the hell is he doing in there?
Babe: I don't know. Did you hear the doorbell before?
J.R.: Yeah. Did you see who it was?
Babe: I was up with Little Adam. Who could be visiting your father at this time of night?
J.R.: Well, just one guess -- no one good.
Babe: Do you think he really spiked Bella?
J.R.: I want to say no, but honestly, this has Adam Chandler written all over it.
Babe: I'm sorry, J.R.
J.R.: You're sorry? My father's out to decimate your entire career.
Babe: I know, but I know that a part of you had hoped that he was really changing. You know, with all this "we're one big happy family" story.
J.R.: Yeah, but the other part of me knew better.
Adam: Thank you. Thank you for coming so quickly. I have information I want everyone to hear. All right?
J.R.: I can't believe that he'd let Colby get sick like that. I mean, no wonder he told everyone that she was drunk. He knew.
Babe: I know, and she's going to flip when she finds this out, and I don't blame her.
J.R.: Yeah. I would never do anything like that to Little Adam. Please tell me that you know that.
Babe: Of course, I do. I'm marrying you, remember?
J.R.: But it doesn't weird you out that I came from that?
Babe: It used to, believe me, but not anymore. You're a wonderful man, J.R. You're a far better man than Adam could ever dream of being, and don't forget that.
Annie: I was hoping to say good night to Emma -- tuck her in.
Ryan: That's why I came by, too. She's already out.
Annie: Is her fever down?
Ryan: Actually, I don't even think she remembers being sick, so --
Annie: Good. Thank God. So, are you all ready for the custody hearing? I bet you have all your witnesses lined up ready to testify. You're probably turning people away at this point.
Ryan: Look, I really wish things were different, Annie. All right? But I don't have a choice.
Annie: You always have a choice, Ryan.
Ryan: Not when Emma's welfare is at stake, ok? She deserves to be happy and safe.
Annie: I agree. I agree. Question for you, though. What do I deserve, Ryan, or does that not matter at all anymore? Ahem. I'm sorry.
Ryan: I know you love Emma, ok? I -- I have never, ever doubted that, not for one second. And I really hope that you get the help that you need so that sometime in the very near future that we can work out a -- a joint custody arrangement.
Annie: You -- you really think this is a done deal, don't you?
Ryan: Yeah, I guess I do.
Annie: Huh. Well, I guess we'll just have to see what the judge says about that, then, won't we?
Zach: This should be good.
Kendall: She's not supposed to be here.
Zach: Kendall, take it easy.
Annie: Oh, but Ryan has an all-access pass?
Ryan: Is that Stuart's painting?
Kendall: Yeah, it's beautiful. I love it. I think she's going to -- she's going to love it.
Ryan: Yeah -- yeah. I'm sorry you had to schlep it over here. It was supposed to be delivered.
Kendall: No, that's ok. I guess he just got confused and sent it to Fusion.
Annie: Is that for Emma?
Kendall: I know a perfect place to hang it. Want me to help you?
Ryan: Yeah, that'd be great.
Ryan: Come on.
Annie: So, not only am I a total whack job, but apparently I'm invisible, too. It's always like that with the two of them. It's maddening. How do you stand it?
Zach: Why did you come back here?
Annie: I've been thinking about your offer.
Annie: And I'll do whatever it takes to keep my daughter with me -- so, yeah, I'll go see your psychiatrist.
Randi: Isn't that Babe's father-in-law?
Amanda: The one and only. He's complete and total swine.
Pete: Do you have a problem with Adam, too?
Jake: Try finding somebody in town that doesn't.
Adam: My name is Adam Chandler, and I want to be the first in a long line, I hope, of people who will file lawsuits against the company Fusion, the makers of the fragrance Bella.
Babe: Oh, my God.
Adam: Due to the company's ignorance and corporate mismanagement, my own daughter suffered tremendously, an illness with pain, physical and emotional duress. I want to invite all of you who have suffered similarly to join in this fight.
[Amanda turns TV off]
[Amanda yells as she flings a bottle of Bella against a wall]
Jake: Hey, it's -- it's ok.
Amanda: No, it's not ok. I put everything that I had into that perfume, Jake. Don't you get that? I lost everything.
Krystal: I, uh -- I thought you were out of the P.I. business.
Tad: I was out of the P.I. business.
Krystal: Until --
Tad: Until I got a very cryptic e-mail from somebody who wanted me to look into Taylor -- you know, find out who she is, what she's about, when she's going to go back to Iraq.
Krystal: Well, who's this e-mail from?
Tad: I don't know.
Tad: That's what's so interesting. Whoever it is has gone to a lot of trouble to remain anonymous. So, what do you think?
Krystal: I think you ought to hit the reply button and say, "No, thank you."
Tad: Oh, come on, honey. It's a paying job.
Krystal: We don't need the money.
Tad: Oh, God, no. Who needs money when we've got all of this? It's already been deposited.
Krystal: Oh, ok. So you've already made your decision.
Tad: Kind of, sort of.
Krystal: I -- I don't know, Tad. I mean, this girl is kind of involved with your brother.
Tad: Exactly. It's all the more reason to find out what the hell she's about.
Krystal: Still, I think you ought to tell Jake what's going on.
Tad: Before I have any idea?
Tad: Are you out of your mind?
Tad: No, no. There's no way -- at least till I found out who contacted me and why they're so interested in the lovely Ms. Thompson.
Krystal: Well, why could that be? I mean, do you have any idea?
Tad: Yeah. I've got a hunch. I think it's got something to do with her family.
Woman: Hello? Hello? Is anyone there?
Zach: All right. Here you go. Dr. Price. Name, address, phone number. Make sure you mention my name.
Annie: Thank you.
Zach: Something else?
Annie: No. It's just -- do you think you could go with me?
Zach: Sure, I'll be there.
Kendall: It's amazing. Looks just like the moon outside.
Ryan: I know.
