Angie: What is it?
Jesse: What Cassandra said about me being there for Frankie and not for her.
Angie: She didn't mean it.
Jesse: She was right.
Angie: That's not true.
Jesse: Yeah, it is.
Erica: Men are going to fall at your feet if they haven't already.
Carmen: Fall for me?
Erica: Of course, Carmen. You're smart, you're funny, you're beautiful. Any man would be lucky to have you in his life.
Carmen: I don't know.
Erica: You don't know? Carmen, you've been through so much. Really, it's time that you -- you just get yourself out there.
Carmen: You think so?
Carmen: I had dinner with Jack.
Erica: Well, I mean, Jack is a lovely man, but having dinner with your attorney doesn't mean the same thing as having a social life.
Carmen: Do you still love him?
[Knock on door]
Erica: Jack --
Jack: Hi. Hi.
Aidan: Hello, beautiful wife.
Greenlee: You're not on your way home yet, are you?
Aidan: That's not exactly what a new husband wants to hear.
Greenlee: I have a surprise for you. Don't come home for at least another half an hour.
Aidan: I'll follow orders.
Greenlee: Love you.
Aidan: I love you, too. Bye.
Tad: Aww, you are so whipped.
Aidan: I'm getting a surprise.
Zach: All right. Hey, plans I didn't know about? Come on in.
Ryan: Oh, yeah, we thought we'd grab Spike, take him to the park. There's a summer fair going on.
Annie: Emma's already over there with Corrina.
Kendall: Oh, I'm sorry. Spike's not here.
Ryan: My son with a social calendar.
Kendall: Yeah, Rachael took him to music camp. He's got one more week of it.
Annie: Music camp?
Kendall: Yeah, you know, do-re-mi?
Annie: A heads-up would have been nice.
Ryan: I totally forgot about music camp.
Annie: You knew?
Ryan: Yes -- yeah, Kendall and I talked about it -- what -- like a month ago or something?
Annie: So why didn't you tell me?
Ryan: Um, I guess because I was busy.
Annie: Well, you could have said something to me about it.
Kendall: Well, I didn't know I had to check with you about my son's social calendar.
Annie: How stupid do you think I am? You did this to keep Spike away from me.
Kendall: Spike is at camp learning, having fun. No conspiracy.
Annie: See, I told you. I'm always on the outside. Out of the loop, in the dark.
Zach: No one's keeping you out of the loop.
Ryan: Look, I guess the camp thing just slipped my mind, that's all.
Richie: Hmm, like finding the key with Kendall slipped his mind. What else isn't he telling you?
Annie: Why can't you just tell me the truth?
Kendall: I've told you how you're acting, and you don't like it.
Zach: Ok, it'd be a great time to make me a sandwich.
Kendall: I'm going to make -- I'm not going to be nice to her.
Ryan: You know what? Emma and Corrina are waiting for us --
Annie: No, you know what? Now would be a nice time for you to support me instead of doing this. You undermine me every chance that you get. My marriage, at Fusion, and now with Spike.
Kendall: Ok, I didn't realize my son's musical education was a way to mess with you.
Ryan: Annie, come on, let's get out of here.
Annie: No, no, no, I love Spike.
Zach: No one doubts the love you have for that boy.
Annie: Then why are you doing this? I stood by your side when your best friend kidnapped him. When we found out that Spike was deaf, we dealt with it as a family. I know his favorite toys, his favorite bedtime stories.
Kendall: That's all true. That's great. Ok, we're done here? See you guys later.
Annie: Do not dismiss me.
Kendall: Annie, you have your husband, you have a baby on the way, you have your child. Go home, be happy, play together. Please, leave us alone. Forever would be good.
Annie: You bitch --
Greenlee: You're moving?
Jake: You're cooking?
Greenlee: It's melted cheese.
Jake: Oh, because it smells like socks. And I'm missing socks. Maybe that's just a funny little coincidence. Let's see. Mmm, that needs more kirschwasser.
Greenlee: You know there's no rush -- you moving out.
Jake: I appreciate you saying that, but three people fighting over the remote control kind of, uh -- it's kind of a newlywed mood killer, you know?
Greenlee: Do you have a place to go?
Jake: Oh, I'm going to be fine.
Greenlee: Can you open this?
Jake: Maybe you do need me around.
Jack: All right, this is the last of the paperwork for your release. If you'll just sign at the tabs there, there, and there.
Erica: Well, I am all too pleased to, uh, sign away my days in prison. Of course, some good things did come out of it, didn't they? Doesn't Carmen look lovely?
Jack: Definitely does. Definitely, uh, kind of cool, kind of hip.
Carmen: Uh, it was all Erica. She did me up.
Erica: Oh, come on. You were beautiful when you walked in here. I've been trying to tell Carmen that she really needs to get out, she needs to socialize, she needs to enjoy herself.
Jack: Isn't that funny -- I've been trying to tell her the very same thing.
Carmen: You know, I should probably go. Mr. C's going to be all over that ice cream if I don't lock that freezer.
Erica: But you're off Adam's clock.
Jack: You know, Greenlee was very impressed by you.
Carmen: Oh, wow, she's amazing. That energy and that smile. Oh, you must love her.
Erica: Oh, well, I have always said that Greenlee is just one of a kind. When did you see her?
Jack: We ran in to them at dinner -- both Greenlee and Aidan. Did you know they got married?
Erica: What? When?
Jack: Crazy kids ran off to Vegas and came back married. Young, wild, and free, right?
Jack: There's something else you were right about. ConFusion makes the best margaritas I've ever tasted.
Erica: It sounds like a party.
Jack: No, just a really, really good time. Listen, Erica, thanks for signing these. And, uh, bye.
Erica: So, that, um -- that dinner with Jack -- that must have been some dinner.
Jesse: I should have been less cop, more of a father -- stepfather, anyway. Made more of an effort to get to know her instead of -- blowing it. Man, I blew it.
Angie: Listen, um, let me talk to her, ok?
Jesse: Hey, give it a shot. I doubt if it's going to work or do any good.
[Knock on door]
Cassandra: Come in.
Angie: What are you doing?
Cassandra: I told you I was leaving.
Angie: You can't.
Cassandra: What is it? Is Chief Hubbard going to arrest me?
Angie: Cassandra, please.
Cassandra: My father needs me.
Angie: Jacob said that he'll be fine.
Cassandra: I'm going back to Paris.
Angie: You are enrolled at PVU.
Cassandra: They have schools in France.
Angie: Cassandra, Jesse said that there could still be charges.
Cassandra: Well, even better. Get the problem child out of the way.
Angie: Sweetheart, look, I know that you are upset. You're angry, but we can work though this.
Cassandra: I don't want to work through it. You don't -- you don't get to run. You stay. We fix it, all of it. We are a family, honey.
Cassandra: You're a family. You and Frankie and Jesse. Not me.
Angie: You're every bit a part of this family. You are my daughter and Jesse's. You're Frankie's sister. You are a part of this family. Running away doesn't change that.
Cassandra: I'm not running away. I'm going home -- my home. With my dad, my family.
Angie: Cassandra, the four of us together -- I never thought it could come true, but now we have that chance.
Cassandra: I get it. I get it, Mom. Jesse's back from the dead, the love story continues, cue the kids -- instant family.
Angie: Is it really so horrible with us?
Cassandra: I love you, Mom. And I know how much this means to you. I -- I wish that I could give you what you want, I wish I could be the daughter who shows up and loves Jesse's chili and laughs at his jokes and calls him "Daddy two", but I'm not her.
Angie: You are the daughter that I want. I want you here with us. Sweet girl, we have lost so much time together. I don't want to miss any more. I want to watch you grow. I want to see the beautiful woman you will become. Please -- please, say we can work this out.
Cassandra: I'm sorry, Mom. I can't change how I feel.
Greenlee: Hey, hey, hey, you're not in a hurry. Help me cut some of this bread into cubes, you know?
Jake: Sure, sure. Why not? Cubes.
Greenlee: This is me.
Greenlee: Mmm, hot -- wine?
Jake: I'll have a glass of wine with you. Just one glass, ok?
Greenlee: That's good.
Jake: All right, I'll make a toast.
Greenlee: All right, you make the toast.
Jake: Uh, to you and Aidan -- to wedded bliss.
Greenlee: And to you and -- better taste in art.
Greenlee: So, come on, where are you moving to?
Jake: Uh, tonight I'm just going to be in a hotel.
Jake: Then, if I can't get back into Africa, I don't know -- South America? [Sighs] Pine Valley doesn't really need me. I just want to go someplace that I make a difference, you know? I'm trying to work it out.
Greenlee: You're running.
Jake: Running? No, I'm not.
Greenlee: Yeah, you are. I'm an expert. Found out Jack was my dad -- ran. Found out Kendall used her egg, not mine -- ran. Thought I wanted Spike -- ran -- disaster. Found out about Aidan and Kendall -- ran -- in my head, anyway. And then I stopped, and I turned around and I -- faced what scared me. And I fought it, and I thought what I wanted. And here I am.
Jake: Melting cheese.
Greenlee: Don't do it, Jake. Whatever it is, don't let it chase you away from the people who love you. Ooh, I dropped my bread in there.
Jake: Oh, you know what that means. That means you got to kiss the person to your left -- yeah.
Jake: That's the old -- that's the way it goes. An old fable -- old Chinese proverb. Right.
Greenlee: I know a great apartment that's available.
Jake: Don't start. I'll think about it. Where is it?
Greenlee: I'll call them.
Greenlee: Thank you. Thank you for helping me.
Jake: My pleasure. Oh, tell Aidan that the answer is yes, I will go to the gym with him tomorrow.
Greenlee: Ok, I will. And, Jake? You're wrong. Pine Valley does need you. Now go. Get out of here. Come on. Oh, and wait, take this with you.
Jake: Wow, I -- can I just store that here for awhile?
Jake: Now? Come on, boys, get in the car. Come on, buddy. [Whistles] That's a good boy. Let's load them up, girlfriend. Ok. Can I store that one? The answer's no.
Carmen: Jack invited me to dinner to discuss my case.
Erica: Are you sure that's why he asked you?
Carmen: Claro. I think. But then Greenlee and her new husband and Zach and Kendall showed up. And they were celebrating. They were so happy. And then there were margaritas and music.
Erica: Oh, so -- uh, not much legal work got discussed? Careful, it's hot.
Carmen: Thanks. You should have seen Jack when he saw how happy his daughter was. It almost made me leak.
Erica: Yeah, but Jack loves his daughter very much.
Carmen: She's so lucky to have a father with a heart that big.
Erica: She sure is. Jack's a really good father. And a really good man.
Carmen: The best. Like you -- the best. That's why you and Jack belong together -- if that's what you want.
Erica: What do you want, Carmen?
Carmen: Me? I have everything I want. A great friend, a good job, a nice place to live, freedom.
Erica: Yeah, well, Carmen, everybody needs romance.
Carmen: I got my telenovelas.
Erica: Carmen, I saw you glowed when Jack walked in the room.
Carmen: It must be the makeup.
Erica: No, Carmen, I know a glow when I see it. And from the sparkle I saw in your eyes, I'd say that you're interested in Jack romantically. Are you?
Jesse: I'm going to try the D.A. again, see if I can -- I don't know, get you cleared for taking off, if that's what you want.
Cassandra: Cool, thanks.
Jesse: Cassandra, I'm sorry.
Cassandra: Well, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I didn't -- I shouldn't have gone off on you like that. I didn't -- I don't know what's getting into me. I just -- I don't hate you. I don't. And your chili's not terrible.
Jesse: That's good. I wish it was good enough to keep you here. I really do.
Cassandra: I'd like to see Dré.
Angie: Maybe that's not such a good idea.
Jesse: No, it's ok. Go. I'll make the calls. Go.
Jesse: She's a good kid.
Angie: Yeah, who's moving thousands of miles away. And it's all my fault.
Greenlee: You're early. Did you forget your key? Oh!
Jack: Yeah, well, remind me not to come by unannounced anymore, ok?
Greenlee: Come in.
Jack: Yeah, sure I'm not interrupting anything?
Greenlee: No, not if you have a present for me. I assume that's a present for me.
Jack: I do, and it is. And your husband, as well.
Greenlee: Oh, we'll open it when he gets home.
Jack: Is that restraint I hear? That's new. You're cooking -- that's new, too. Hey, you -- you look really happy.
Greenlee: You know, you kind of look happy yourself.
Greenlee: Is it Carmen?
Carmen: After everything you've done for me -- helped me, believed in me, supported me. I mean, what kind of a skank ho would I be to steal your man? Oh, not that I could steal your man. I mean, I don't want to. Jack's yours. I -- if you want him. Do you? I should just shut up now.
Erica: No, it's ok. Jack's not mine.
Carmen: So you don't want to get back together with him? Is it really, truly over? Are you over him?
Erica: Completely. It's just --
Erica: I wonder if Jack is completely over me.
Jack: No, I am. I'm done with Erica.
Greenlee: You've said that before.
Jack: Yeah, I know I have. I know. But this time, I think I actually mean it. Mmm, this could use a little more kirschwasser.
Greenlee: Really? You're truly, really, completely, finally over?
Jack: Yes, I mean -- listen to me. I love the woman, you know? But I've twisted myself into knots for her, because of her, over her, and it's just, you know, it's -- and then I spend a little time with Carmen and there's, like, no agenda, no demands -- no paparazzi.
Greenlee: No Samuel Woods.
Jack: This is a plus, as well. But the truth is, it's just, you know -- I mean, Carmen is a marvelous person.
Greenlee: So I was right. You are crushing on Carmen.
Zach: Sit down. So you're upset.
Annie: Why won't she just leave me alone?
Zach: Sit down. Talk to me. What's going on?
Richie: Tell him what you want, Annie. Come on, open up to him. It's a no-brainer. Get it? No brains.
Zach: Annie, hey.
Annie: You come home every night, and it's just the two of you and your little boys. You have safety and love and a family. That's what I want, Zach.
Zach: What's stopping you?
Annie: On the plane, you saw the way he was looking at Greenlee.
Zach: Greenlee's married to Aidan. They're happy. Let it go.
Annie: When we close our door at night, there are three of us. And I don't know what to do.
Richie: Oh, come on, you know what to do.
Kendall: Annie is hiding something. No, I take that back. She's hiding a lot of things. And that key could be the answer.
Ryan: The key was to a diary.
Kendall: What, she couldn't blog like everyone else?
Ryan: She used a diary to get through a tough time, Kendall, all right? When I lost my memory, ok? It's simple. There's no mystery. There's no drama -- nothing.
Kendall: Ok, well, did she show this little diary to you?
Ryan: No, she burned it.
Kendall: Of course, she did. No evidence -- of course. Ok, Ryan, I get that you want to be there for Annie. You want to do the right thing. You want to be there for your family. But have you ever thought maybe it would be better to just get out? Don't wait until it's too late.
Zach: Ryan is committed to you and your family.
Annie: I want to believe that.
Zach: You should believe it. He wanted to renew his vows. That's a good sign.
Annie: Yeah, but we didn't renew our vows because of Greenlee.
Zach: Well, you still can.
Richie: Oh, sure, yeah. Unless Kendall or Greenlee gets to him first. And Kendall's in there working on him right now. Do you think that's ever going to stop, huh?
Zach: Hey, all of the bad is behind you now. Enjoy your family and let it go.
Annie: Don't you think I want to? Some people won't let it go. They just keep pushing and pushing and pushing.
Richie: Hmm, somebody's starting to smell like roadkill to me.
Ryan: Just because Annie's got some problems right now doesn't mean I'm going to walk away from her, ok?
Kendall: Ok. Well, what about Spike? I mean, Ryan, she hates me. What if she takes it out on our son?
Ryan: She's not going to take it out on our son, Kendall.
Kendall: Why? Why? Just because she -- she knows his favorite bedtime stories?
Ryan: I won't let anything happen to my son.
Kendall: No, no, I'm sorry, that's not good enough.
Ryan: What do you want me to say? There's no easy answer to this.
Kendall: Yes, there is. Commit her.
Ryan: I am not -- commit her?
Ryan: No, Kendall. I owe it to her to try everything I can to get her through this, ok? And I -- I need some help from you. I need for you to work with me a little bit.
Kendall: Ok, I'll work with you. But we work it my way.
Ryan: And what is that, exactly?
Kendall: Annie is never to be left alone with Spike.
Ryan: She's not going to do anything to Spike. She's not going to hurt him.
Kendall: No, no, I'm not taking any chances, ok? That's my deal.
Zach: Trust what you have in Ryan, your family, and your trust in me. We'll get through this.
Annie: And what about your wife?
Zach: I'll talk to her.
Richie: The only way through to that bitch is right between the eyes.
Angie: You didn't chase Cass away -- I did. And I'm lucky that you and Frankie haven't run out the door.
Jesse: What the hell are you talking about? You see me packing my bags over this?
Angie: Jesse, you know, when I found out that you were alive and that I was being given the chance to live the life that I thought was over, it was like, if I can have that, I can have it all. Cass, Frankie, everyone together under one roof. And if the impossible could happen, why not reach for the sky? But I forgot that the sky has a way of falling.
Jesse: Our sky is fine. Cassandra's going to be fine, we are going to be fine.
Angie: No, no, not like this. I've tried to control every single thing -- what you do, who Frankie sees, what Cass wants. I forced my idea of what our family should be on all of you, and soon, there won't be any family left.
Cassandra: Well, no alarms, no flashing lights, no -- no net dropping from the ceiling. Guess we're not America's most wanted yet.
Dré: I was thinking --
Cassandra: Go ahead.
Dré: No, no, go.
Cassandra: Um, I'm -- I'm leaving. To be with my dad.
Dré: Like, to Paris? Why?
Cassandra: It just -- it's not working here. I'm not -- I'm not Hubbard enough for Pine Valley.
Dré: You mean we're not working.
Cassandra: No. We -- I mean, we are the only thing that makes sense in my life. I -- I mean, I wish we could, I don't know, run away, and just have no parents, no cops, no hassle.
Dré: Then let's do it. You and me -- let's disappear.
Tad: Accept the fact that you're one of us now. You have to say goodbye to things like French fries for dinner, sleeping in, the third beer. Say hello to an entire list of "honey-do."
Aidan: You're kidding me, right?
Tad: Kinda sorta. You know the "for better or worse" part?
Tad: They mean it. The day will come when you're wondering what the hell you did wrong. And you would be anywhere else in the world but in the same room with the person that you vowed to spend your life with.
Aidan: I'm still waiting for the good part, Tad.
Tad: It's there. Like, um, speaking but not saying anything. The entire conversation's in a glance. Just look at each other and know that it's all good.
Aidan: You happy?
Tad: Oh, yeah. I wouldn't change a thing. May the honeymoon never end.
Greenlee: And Aidan's going to, uh, build us a house on the hill. A stream, apples.
Jack: My. You know, it seems like you've really shed the past, and you're moving on. It's nice.
Greenlee: I highly recommend it.
Jack: Well, you know what? Maybe I'll have to do a little moving on of my own.
Greenlee: To Carmen?
Jack: Stop with the Carmen thing. Let's just --
Greenlee: You'd have to actually move on. You'd have to actually go on a date, and she would have to know that it's a date.
Jack: If you start bawking like a chicken again --
Greenlee: The woman thought that you invited her out to a business meeting.
Jack: I did. Greenlee, that's exactly what it was. And all of sudden, you guys showed up, and it was kind of a party, and I was enjoying myself and really enjoying her company. So, I -- I asked her out on a real date.
Jack: Yeah. Dinner and movie kind of thing. The classic. I thought that would be -- what?
Greenlee: I'm so proud of you. When's the big night?
Jack: Well, I don't know, actually, because she, uh, she just kind of took off.
Greenlee: Like what, left?
Jack: Yeah, like left. Didn't even so much as give me a look back, actually, so...
Greenlee: Oh, Dad, you really have to get your groove back.
Carmen: It was pretty crazy of me to think it was possible for Jack to be even interested in me.
Erica: No, it's not -- you're not crazy. Jack's a very charming man. Very easy to look into his eyes and melt.
Carmen: He does that with all the women?
Erica: No. No, I'm not saying that.
Carmen: I don't understand.
Erica: I care about you and Jack. I want you both to be happy.
Carmen: We were pretty happy the other night.
Erica: Well, I'm glad. Look, dinner is one thing, but Jack is actually on the rebound from me. And you, look at you. You're on the rebound from that relationship you had with that horrible Mando -- Lando, Mando. Mando?
Carmen: Yeah. Oh, I am so over that pendejo.
Erica: Well, still, I mean, the thing is, you just shouldn't go rushing into a relationship with anybody. I mean, especially, even a man like Jack, who's so wonderful and so smart, and strong, and generous, and romantic. I mean, now that I think about it, all the dinners he would arrange al fresco, and all those twinkling lights all around. And how he whisked me off to those country weekends, and yachts, and our time in Paris. Jack's really amazing.
Carmen: I know.
Erica: Well, I don't really mean to say that it was all twinkling lights and romance, because it wasn't. I mean, Jack is also very, very rigid. Jack is always right. Even when he's wrong, he's right. And stubborn? When Jack wants something, boy, Jack doesn't rest until Jack gets what he wants. You know, Jack is impossible.
Carmen: Square with me, Erica. You don't want me to date Jack, do you?
Angie: I just want the best for this family.
Jesse: Hey, you know what I want? I want you to take your hands off the steering wheel, I want you to let me drive. Just fall back. I got your back, baby. It's going to be ok, no matter where Cassandra lives. You hear me?
Angie: In Paris.
Jesse: I'm going to try the D.A. again, all right? Make sure it's somehow cool for Cassandra to leave the country.
Angie: Thank you.
Jesse: It's going to be ok. Hey, we made progress already. She likes my chili. Things can only get better, huh?
Cassandra: Hello? Charges? Trial?
Dré: Bars? Jumpsuits? Bad chow? Look, the food is better in Paris, and so is the company.
Cassandra: Dré, be serious.
Dré: I've never been more serious.
Cassandra: Ok. So -- so what? We -- we take off. Then what? The first place they'll look for you is with me.
Dré: Then I'll lay low.
Cassandra: And be a fugitive? No, Dré. On the run? Jesse lived that kind of life. I don't want that for you.
Dré: Cass, if I'm with you, then I can deal.
Cassandra: It could ruin your life.
Dré: And prison won't?
Cassandra: Look, I -- I hate to think about what my life is going to be like without you. But you can't come with me. I won't let you do it.
Carmen: What are you saying?
Erica: Look, the truth is that Jack and I have been here many times, and it's always the same. We break up, and Jack tries to make me jealous.
Carmen: And he's using me to do this.
Erica: The last time, the last time we split up, he made sure that I found him in bed with his brother's widow. I mean, very aptly named widow. The black widow, Barbara. And then, a long time ago, it was Brooke English, who always went after my leftovers. And then, of course, there was the flirtation with poor Julia.
Carmen: And now it's me.
Erica: Well, he does know how close we are.
Carmen: He would really do this?
Erica: Look, I'm sure that he genuinely cares about you. I -- I just want you to be aware.
Carmen: Well, I'm glad you told me, because there's no way I'm going to date a guy like that.
Jack: Ok, so I'm going to call Carmen, and I'm going to ask her out for a date. But you think maybe, um, movies and dinner is too much? Maybe just, like, drinks, maybe?
Greenlee: The woman's obviously into you.
Greenlee: Just call her. See what happens.
Greenlee: But don't hang up until you get a date.
Jack: All right.
Greenlee: And I want all the details. Well, maybe not all of them.
Jack: Yeah. No, maybe not.
Greenlee: Who knows? Maybe both of us will get it right this time. True, uncomplicated love.
Jack: Wouldn't that be nice?
Jack: Something's burning.
Greenlee: Oh, the fondue. Bye. Bye.
Ryan: So, uh, I guess we'll just check in with you guys about doing a little Spike time.
Annie: That is, if you still don't have a problem with it.
Kendall: Uh, no, no. No problem. Um, actually, today is Spike's last day of music camp. So tomorrow would be great. You know what? Let's make it an overnighter. I -- I know he misses everybody, and he has so much fun with Emma.
Ryan: Great, great. Annie?
Kendall: So then, we're agreed?
Kendall: Good. Great, ok. Well, enjoy the park.
Ryan: Ok, great. Thanks.
Kendall: And kiss Emma.
Ryan: Ok. See you.
Erica: Look, I didn't mean to wave you off. I would like you and Jack to spend some time together.
Carmen: But if the man's using me to get to you, uh-uh.
Erica: Well, you know, he has a broken heart. I mean -- so he needs to get out there and laugh and enjoy himself and be with somebody who makes him feel good. And you make him feel good.
Carmen: You think?
Erica: I know. I saw it, I saw it. He likes you.
Carmen: So you don't mind us dating?
Erica: I'd be thrilled for both of you.
Carmen: Superstar, you are the best. The best.
Annie: I hate Kendall's little fake smile. What is she up to?
Ryan: I, uh -- I don't know. Maybe she's just trying to make things work with this family.
Annie: No, she's up to something. She always is. First she doesn't want me anywhere near Spike, and now she's talking about these sleepovers? These overnights? Kendall is never this friendly for no reason. What did -- what did you guys talk about?
Ryan: Enough already.
Annie: What, did she talk about how crazy I am? How you should probably stay away from me? See, Ryan, this is why I want to leave this town and get away from these people.
Ryan: Come on, Annie, you said you want to spend time with Spike. We're spending time with Spike. Can you just leave it the hell alone, please?
Greenlee: I ran out of wine and cheese, but want some bread?
Dré: Look, I want this. You. More. I don't care if it is here, Paris, the moon. I can't lose you, Cass.
Cassandra: You're sure?
Angie: I'm supposed to be a smart woman, right? How could I think that I could glue and paste this family together and magically make it all work after all this time?
