Greenlee: Oh -- ha-ha! Wow, wow. Finally home.
Greenlee: And I'm with friends.
Kendall: You are with family.
Greenlee: And you're free.
Kendall: We're free. We're all free.
Hannah: Well, you're back. How was Zurich?
Josh: It was a total success. Great news about Kendall, too, isn't it?
Hannah: Yeah -- fabulous.
Josh: Yeah, Erica told me. Thank God it's over. Zach's back, Kendall's free. They can finally live their lives.
Hannah: Hmm. Well, I couldn't be happier.
Kendall: We are all going to have the best lives -- all of us.
Greenlee: It's all over, isn't it?
Kendall: Yeah, except for the few thousands of hours that I'm going to have doing community service, which I am actually quite excited about. I'm -- I'm just fine with it.
Greenlee: You know what? You're going to be a star. Hmm.
Kendall: Let's hope.
Zach: Hmm. Was that Annie? She's going to come celebrate with us, right?
Ryan: No, actually. I tried her on her cell, she wasn't picking up, so I tried her at the office and apparently, she and Babe are off to a meeting or something, so --
Richie: What is she doing here?
Babe: Nice welcome.
Richie: I mean, you can't stand to be alone with me for a few minutes, even now?
Babe: Hey, don't be mad at Annie. I was with her when the doctor called, I invited myself. I'm sorry, maybe I should just --
Richie: No, you shouldn't be here. Well, the truth is you shouldn't be here. I don't want you here, Babe.
Kendall: Ah, this sure beats hanging with a chain gang.
Zach: You're lucky you didn't end up in prison.
Aidan: I mean, what kind of crazy woman confesses everything to the chief of police and then again in court?
Zach: With no backup plan?
Ryan: A stubborn one.
Zach: And a difficult one.
Greenlee: But brave.
Kendall: Ok -- you know what? I will take "stubborn" and "difficult," but "brave"? No.
Aidan: What you did, Kendall, took a lot of guts.
Kendall: Yeah, well, you didn't see my guts spilling all over the courthouse. You know, if the judge hadn't accepted the plea and if you hadn't come in and --
Greenlee: And saved your butt --
Kendall: Yes, you did save my butt. And we love you for it.
[Wine cork pops]
Ryan: Oh! Easy.
Kendall: Ok, ok, fine! Ok, now it's a party!
Greenlee: Hey, Aidan, where is the Stout?
Kendall: Ok, you know what? None -- none for me. As much as I would love bubbles, I'm going to forego.
Greenlee: Yeah, me, too -- antibiotics.
Aidan: All right, well, how's beers for everyone?
Zach: That sounds great.
Ryan: That does sound good.
Greenlee: Kendall, do you want some water or juice or --
Kendall: [British accent] Fizzy water, please.
Greenlee: [British accent] All right.
Kendall: Yes, with an umbrella. [Normal voice] No -- and, actually, no, no, no. I'll get it, I'll get it. Stay, I'll get it.
Greenlee: [Normal voice] No, no, no, no, no, no. I'm so sick of sitting in beds and --
Ryan: And bomb shelters.
Greenlee: Yes, and bomb shelters and hospitals and hospital food and survival crackers.
Zach: Hear, hear.
Ryan: You know what we need? We need a little bit of pizza.
Aidan: Order three.
Ryan: I will.
Zach: And order man pizza, not the stuff you eat with pineapples and grass on it.
Ryan: Excuse me? There's going to be, like, 45 different kinds of meat on this pizza, all right?
Kendall: Ah -- hey, do you think Spike and Ian will be as carnivorous as their dads?
Kendall: Yeah? Oh, thank you.
Zach: Thank you -- ah.
Aidan: Don't mention it.
Ryan: I'll take one.
Aidan: There you go.
Kendall: Ryan, where's Annie?
Ryan: Uh, she's coming.
Kendall: Ok. You know what? This is so much better than hanging out with big, hairy Bertha.
Greenlee: Ok, try a bomb shelter with a skeleton and a snake, and yes, Zach, this time I do mean you.
Zach: She has a wicked sense of humor, that one.
Greenlee: Oh, wait, wait, wait. There's this one with a priest and a pirate --
Ryan: No, no, we know this one.
Zach: It's very funny, isn't it?
Kendall: Ah -- la la la
Greenlee: Come on! Where's the party spirit?
Ryan: Party spirit -- he's right here, and he's very hungry.
Kendall: Ok, then, why don't you eat up there, piggy, ok? And, oh, Ryan, don't forget that we have a little date with Spike -- building snowmen this weekend?
Ryan: I'm not going to forget that. I'm going to bring Emma to help me with the design. A snowman is very complicated.
Kendall: Ok. Wait a minute -- you know what? Let's all get together. Why don't you all come over, and we could beat the hell out of each other with snowballs? And have some of my homemade chili?
Aidan: Sounds like a great idea.
Kendall: All right, then, it's a date -- unless -- are you cool with that, Greenlee?
Greenlee: Oh, my gosh, of course. Wouldn't miss it.
Josh: When I left, I wasn't sure what I was going to find when I came back.
Hannah: Oh. Happy ending. It's what we all wanted -- Zach/Kendall, the love couple.
Josh: Yeah, I just had visions of Ian and Spike only knowing their mother in an orange jump suit, holidays spent with a glass partition between them. And Zach's relationship with Kendall reduced to visiting hours once a week -- would've killed him.
Hannah: Yeah -- lucky we don't have to worry about that.
Josh: "Lucky"? It's a total miracle -- Jack making it happen. Oh, and Greenlee stepping up -- love to see the smile on Zach's face now.
Hannah: Yeah, after all the things Zach's done to protect her -- you know, the lengths he's gone to --
Josh: Yeah. Tell me about it.
Hannah: But this time, Kendall offering everything? And Zach couldn't do anything.
Josh: Well, he could've pulled an Aidan -- thrown her over his shoulder and dragged her out of there.
Hannah: But he didn't. And -- and it worked out anyway, for both of them. It's amazing.
Josh: Worked out for all of us. All right, enough of these warm fuzzies. Let's get back to business, shall we? Is there anything I missed, anything you need to get me up to speed on?
Hannah: Um -- I took care of the Chandler portfolio.
Josh: What do you mean, you took care of it?
Hannah: I sold it.
Josh: What? Why?
Hannah: It's all part of the business plan.
Josh: Hey -- now? Does Zach even know this? He hasn't even been back to the office yet, Hannah.
Hannah: Josh, it's my job. I did what needed to be done -- like always.
Zach: That's delicious.
Zach: Pretzel isn't bad, either.
Kendall: Yeah, and there's more where that came from.
Zach: Oh, yeah? Hope so.
Kendall: Yeah -- want some?
Ryan: Oh, wow. How about getting a room?
Kendall: How about having another beer?
Ryan: I think I might.
Aidan: Yeah. I wanted to, too.
Greenlee: No, no, no. 10 more minutes, I don't want to share my feet with beer.
Aidan: Hey, I can multitask.
Greenlee: Oh, you can?
Kendall: Oh, hey, hey.
Greenlee: I remember.
Kendall: You guys, like Ryan said, can you just break it up, please?
Aidan: We've got a lot of catching up to do.
Zach: We all do.
Kendall: Yeah, we do.
Kendall: You know what? This is perfect. It really is. I wish Spike and Ian were here.
Ryan: Yeah. Emma would get a kick out of it, too, but actually, according to Rachael, they're probably getting wild on the chocolate milk right about now.
Greenlee: Hey! Tiger, down.
Greenlee: The tiger -- put it down.
Ryan: She for real?
Aidan: Yeah. You better put it down, Ryan. Otherwise, there's going to be trouble.
Ryan: Wow -- tough crowd.
Greenlee: Speaking of tough crowds, where's our other key member? What's up with Annie? What's taking her so long?
Ryan: I don't know. I left a message for her on her cell and at work. I hope she gets here soon because honestly, Annie could use a little celebrating.
Annie: Why are you going off on Babe?
Babe: It's ok, Annie.
Annie: No, it isn't.
Richie: I really am sorry.
Babe: It's ok, really. It's all right.
Richie: No, it isn't. You've always been great to me. You know how I feel about you. I just don't want you to see me like this.
Babe: Hey, maybe you should sit down.
Richie: I don't want to sit down. I'm going to be off my feet soon enough anyway, right? I'm sorry.
Babe: Hey, I guess I'll just go.
Richie: No, I -- I don't want you to remember me like this.
Richie: See, this is why it was great when we were at your house. You know, it was -- it wasn't very long but it was long enough for it to be normal. Oh, it was as normal as I can be, right? You made a fire for me, and you -- you made me feel like I was being cared for. And it was real, Babe.
[Richie pounds on desk]
Richie: And it wasn't this.
Man: [As Dr. Westlake] Your brother's condition is deteriorating rapidly.
Annie: That was you? You called me?
Man: "That was you, you called me?"
Annie: You were the doctor?
Man: "You were the doctor?"
Babe: Oh, my God, you set this all up?
Annie: You had him call me, tell me that he was a doctor, and tell me that you were dying? Oh, my God, I -- I should've known. This is so you!
Man: "This is so you." "This is so you, this is so you!"
Richie: Ok, we need an orderly in here!
Orderly: It's ok, Leon. It's ok. It's all right, Leon. Come on.
Leon: It's all right. It's all right.
Orderly: Let's go have some quiet time.
Leon: "It's all right. It's all right, it's all right!"
Richie: You shouldn't have come here.
Hannah: Well, here are the Chandler offerings. Um -- the transportation division, construction, durable goods, IT, bio-med development. Oh, and the sale documents -- take a look at them.
Hannah: Yeah -- no contingencies. It's all nice and clean.
Josh: Five different companies?
Hannah: Yeah. Funds have already been transferred.
Josh: Five separate sales and the transactions are complete, all without Zach's ok?
Hannah: Zach trusted me to handle this, and I -- I took care of it.
Josh: I never even heard of these companies.
Hannah: Well, they're probably DBAs.
Josh: All of them?
Hannah: Adam Chandler has a hell of a reputation, and he is not going to be happy when he finds out that Zach succeeded in breaking up his company and selling it off piece by piece. Zach might have gotten the better of him, but Adam has teeth and nobody wants to be on the receiving end. Is there a problem?
Josh: It's just a -- a divestiture this size, and you didn't even check with Zach.
Hannah: Zach doesn't give a damn about the Chandler portfolio. Grabbing Chandler Enterprises was his way of screwing Adam over, and he did and he had fun, and I even made sure he got a profit out of it.
Josh: Well, everything looks like it's in order.
Hannah: It is. I did just what you've been doing -- getting Zach back to his family, hmm, in my own way. We're all on the same team, right? One big, happy family?
Zach: Well, it wasn't all snakes and bad food and bad jokes. We found love letters.
Kendall: Love letters? That's -- that's romantic.
Greenlee: I thought so, and it helped to read them.
Kendall: You know, writing helps, too.
Zach: Writing what? Were you writing love letters to somebody?
Kendall: I was not writing love letters. No, I -- I'm just talking about, you know, writing stuff to -- to help you get through things.
Zach: Oh, yeah? When'd you learn how to write? What's going on? What are you doing?
Kendall: I was writing. I was just -- I was just scribbling some things.
Ryan: Really? Do we have a budding author on our hands?
Kendall: No, actually, just a -- just a freaked-out woman who was missing her husband.
Kendall: Hmm. Yeah. All right, enough about me, enough about that. Um -- tell me what the letters were about.
Greenlee: Oh, um -- old lovers, apparently married to other people but still longing for one another.
Zach: I made her stop reading them.
Aidan: Yeah, what kind of -- what bloke wants to hear that kind of stuff when he's stuck in a hole, eh?
Greenlee: It was love and lust and sex.
Greenlee: Great stuff!
Ryan: Yeah, well, I could settle for another beer.
Aidan: I'm right there with you.
Kendall: No, no, come --
Zach: Where's your bathroom?
Ryan: Hey --
Ryan: I have not seen Greenlee this happy in a very long time.
Aidan: Well, I think beating death can do that to you.
Ryan: Well, there's that, but you're the one who put a smile on her face, man. It was you.
Aidan: Well, that goes both ways, really.
Ryan: You knew she wasn't guilty. You were the only one all this time.
Aidan: Well, you could've turned us both in when you saw me breaking Greenlee out of that courtroom, and you didn't. Thank you.
Ryan: Well, I guess, you know, there's a part of me that will always care about her. You're not so bad yourself. But seriously, man, you two -- the start you've had? I mean, come on.
Aidan: I know -- it's been crazy, it really has.
Ryan: Do you think you'll be able to get back to just a regular "What movie do you want to go see tonight?"
Aidan: Don't know, but I am sure as hell going to try. Here, let me get this for you.
Ryan: Aren't we all -- yeah.
Aidan: So how's it going with you and Annie? Richie still causing trouble?
Ryan: You know, not so much now that he's locked in a Psych ward.
Aidan: You did that? I'm impressed.
Ryan: Thanks, man.
Aidan: So when's life going to get back to normal for you, huh?
Ryan: Hopefully, as soon as Annie gets here.
Annie: Babe, this is between Richie and me. This whole sickening play wasn't staged for you.
Babe: Annie, really, it's all right.
Richie: No. None of this is all right. Me having to get some crazy guy to call you pretending to be a doctor so you'd come visit me isn't all right. And then, you show up? You're the greatest thing that's ever happened to me. Hey. Maybe if we had met before or under different circumstances or if I wasn't -- I never expected to meet anyone like you. And Lord knows I don't deserve any amount of time that you spent with me at all, but --
Babe: Hey, Richie, don't. Please don't. If you're trying to play me --
Richie: Oh, my God, no -- that's the last thing I want -- the last thing I want. But, Babe, please don't come here again. Do not come back to this place to see me like this. Do you hear me? Do you promise me that you're not going to come back here?
Babe: Richie, I --
Annie: So? It's just us. Is this real or just another game?
Richie: With Babe, it's real.
Annie: And with me? More lies. I'm out of here.
Richie: Wait. Yeah, I tricked you into coming here. But as for this illness -- do you know how much I wish this was a lie?
Annie: I don't get you. First, you have a prison buddy stage a robbery at The Comeback to look like a hero, and then you have a patient pretend to be a doctor to get me down here? I mean, can't you be straight about anything -- even dying?
Richie: Oh, come on. You know if I'd have called you, you wouldn't have come. And the staff on this floor -- to get them to pick up a phone, I got to do something really crazy.
Annie: What, like try to hang yourself?
Richie: Good times, huh?
Annie: So, level with me. You really don't have that long?
Richie: I don't have time for games anymore -- not that it hasn't been fun.
Ryan: Annie, I'm getting worried about you. Stop whatever you're doing and get over here to Greenlee's, ok, because it's not a real party until you get here. I love you.
Greenlee: So, Aidan and I were thinking we might do the whole Machu Picchu thing -- you know, the Inca trail -- but maybe by way of Costa Rica.
Aidan: Not until you're 100% better, baby, all right?
Greenlee: Ok, fine, after I get stronger, but then, Costa Rica, here we come. What? What's wrong? Why are you looking at me like that?
Kendall: No, you're -- you're just -- you're happy. We all are.
Greenlee: Well -- knock on wood.
Kendall: Yeah. You know, actually, we could've been this happy a long time ago if I hadn't have screwed up.
Greenlee: No, Kendall, stop.
Greenlee: Don't go there, ok? No going to the sad places --
Kendall: But I'm the one who caused all of this, Greenlee.
Greenlee: But you have so many other things to think about -- good things, great things, future things. Your boys, your husband, our company.
Kendall: You're right.
Greenlee: Yes, of course, I am. Now --
Aidan: Excuse me, yeah.
Greenlee: I -- I have this idea for Fusion, this whole survival thing. What if we had a contest, you know? What would be the only thing you would bring to a desert island? A cosmetic like mascara or -- or lip-gloss or -- we could have a contest, you know, make it Fusion's next big blast. Why do you keep looking at me like that?
Kendall: I'm sorry, I'm sorry!
Greenlee: There's no tearing up.
Kendall: No, no, I'm not even tearing up. I'm just -- I'm -- this is -- this is like old times. This is exactly the way that we used to be, except --
Greenlee: Well, maybe sometimes you got to go through some sort of hell to realize what you had all along.
Kendall: I love you.
Greenlee: Well, if you love me so much, give me some of that pizza.
Kendall: I don't love you that much. This is mine. I'll give you your own piece.
Greenlee: Without any pepperoni.
Zach: How about them Dolphins?
Aidan: Greenlee doesn't talk about what happened down there in the bomb shelter.
Zach: And I don't blame her.
Aidan: Well, if anything did happen, anything traumatic, I want to hear about it so I can help her.
Zach: You did help her. All she talked about was you. I got her drunk just to shut her up.
Aidan: And that actually worked?
Zach: No. No, it got worse -- she started talking about you and her and your time on the beach. You saved her. Woman loves you.
Aidan: And I don't want to do anything to screw that up.
Zach: Ball's in your court.
Hannah: Hey, why don't you go, celebrate?
Josh: In a little while. I just talked to Kendall. I just want to give her and Zach some time together.
Hannah: Yeah, they deserve that. First, we all thought Zach was dead.
Josh: Well, he would come back from the dark side of the moon for Kendall.
Hannah: Yeah, and then she gets off without having to serve a prison sentence.
Josh: Well, he managed to get Jack to defend her. It probably had something to do with Greenlee coming forward, too.
Hannah: Amazing -- the way he's always there for her, fierce, totally committed.
Josh: Same for his family.
Hannah: I wonder what it would be like to have someone like that in your life. You know, if Zach were the man he were now when we first met, if things could've been different between us.
Josh: You're still hung up on him, aren't you?
Hannah: What? No. No. Oh, come on -- snap out of it, Josh. I mean, everything is so right in the world. Let's enjoy it.
Josh: Right. What about your world? How's your boyfriend, Tad? Did you guys ring in the New Year together?
Hannah: No, um -- I think he did that with his wife.
Hannah: You didn't hear? Tad and Krystal got married.
Josh: Whew -- wow.
Hannah: They have a child together. I think that's what their getting married was all about.
Josh: You know what? How about I buy you a drink? You can vent, I'll even let you have my olive.
Hannah: Oh. No, that's very sweet of you. But I do, um -- I have someplace I need to be.
Josh: Are you sure, because if you want to talk, I mean, I'm always here.
Hannah: Josh? Thank you. Everything's going to be all right.
Annie: Maybe -- maybe you should stay seated.
Richie: No. I want to do this. I've got to do this.
Annie: Do what?
Richie: You're my sister, Annie. You're my blood. We come from the same place.
Annie: That never meant much to you before.
Richie: I want to confess -- everything, things I've done, bad things, Annie. You were right about me, and I'm sorry for that.
Annie: Richie, do you know how much I would've given to have a real brother that I could love and trust, who would love me back? But now --
Richie: I want to make things right for you, Annie, for Ryan. I promise you I do. I know I hurt you, and I wish I could take it back, but I can't. Now all I can do is say that I'm sorry, and that I ask you to be my sister Annie.
Annie: And you know how much I would love that, too, but --
Richie: I don't blame you for not trusting me. But I promise you I don't -- I -- I want to make things right, ok? I want to fix things for you.
Annie: "Fix things"? Like what?
Richie: You know what I regret the most? What I did to you and Dad. I really blew up that relationship between you two. I told him all sorts of lies and I turned him against you.
Richie: Because you were the good one. You were so perfect, and I had to change that. I had to. I had to make you the bad guy.
Annie: And you were good at it.
Annie: So convincing. So what about now, Richie?
Richie: Now? Now I couldn't convince you that night comes after day. But I think I might have something that can help you.
Annie: And what would that be?
Richie: A letter, my confession. All of it -- it's all in here. When Dad reads this, when he understands -- you and Dad will be a family again. This is your way back to the family I took from you.
Zach: Hey. You want us out of here?
Greenlee: No, never.
Zach: You sure?
Ryan: Hey. Now, I know Joe Martin told you guys not to overdo it. I know he did.
Greenlee: Hi, I'm the definition of "overdo."
Zach: So I noticed.
Ryan: You know what? We should just get out of here.
Zach: Yeah, come on, let's go.
Ryan: I think we should --
Greenlee: If you take one step towards that door, I am going to start whining, and this man especially knows how annoying that can be.
Zach: Yeah. But you're always whining, so do something else. Tell him a joke. Have you heard her tell a joke?
Ryan: I have. It's very painful, I know. She says the punch lines first.
Greenlee: No, you love my jokes. You laughed -- eventually.
Zach: That was a mercy laugh. This is different.
Greenlee: Yeah -- no, really? You didn't think they were funny?
Zach: Well, you had me in stitches. She had me in stitches.
Ryan: Oh, my -- you've been spending too much time with her. Look what's happened to your sense of humor.
Zach: No, it's good.
Ryan: Oh, it's --
Ryan: Look at you two, huh? I like this, what's happened -- you two have been trapped so long.
Greenlee: It's like we became that thing -- friends.
Zach: Yeah, who'd have thought?
Ryan: It's true.
Aidan: You know, I'm glad about the plea agreement and the community service.
Kendall: Yeah, me, too. You have no idea. I owe Greenlee for everything. I mean, everything that happened at the courthouse.
Aidan: Yeah, yeah, I know. I know what you mean.
Kendall: Yeah, well, you know, I may not be in the mood to drink, but I am definitely in the mood to pig out, so I'm just going to help myself.
Aidan: Go ahead.
Aidan: What do we have here?
Josh: This is weird. What did you do here, Hannah?
Aidan: Go ahead.
Kendall: Um, no, no, no. You -- I'm not really hungry, anyway. Not hungry. Aidan, it is going to be ok with us, right?
Aidan: Yeah. I mean, it already is.
Kendall: Yeah. If we had lost them, I --
Aidan: But we didn't. We didn't, and we're going to show them how much we love them every day.
Ryan: Hey. You ok?
Kendall: Hey. Yeah, yeah, I am, I am. Actually, for the first time, everything really is perfectly wonderfully ok.
[Wearing only her skivvies in her room, Hannah picks up a huge rifle and looks through the scope]
Annie: Do I dare believe this?
Richie: It's real, but I want a favor.
Richie: Don't read it now.
Annie: Why not?
Richie: It's not so pretty, my life, and I've already been humbled to my knees in front of Babe. I don't think I can take another round.
Annie: The way you look at her -- I've never seen you look at anybody like that before. It's as if that Richie is the real Richie -- somebody capable of love and compassion, the Richie who existed before everything went so wrong.
Richie: Whatever could've happened between me and Babe is over, just like after this, you and I will be over, too.
Annie: It's all such a waste, Richie -- all the time we could've spent as a real family. I mean, do you really mean it?
Richie: I mean it. You know, I always thought hell was some fictitious place they made up to scare us into being good. But now that I know I'm not going to make it, I -- I don't --
Annie: You're afraid?
Richie: Yeah, of what comes next. And you know the real kicker of it? Doesn't matter what I do now. I've already got my ticket to wherever it is I'm going. I just don't want to go anywhere without Dad knowing all of it, everything.
Ryan: Hey, what kind of community service do you think you'll get?
Kendall: I don't know. Probably picking up trash off the side of the road.
Greenlee: Are you kidding me? That is for amateurs. They're going to give you something better, like fashion police.
Zach: Oh, I love a woman in uniform.
Greenlee: Yeah, and you'll totally rock fashion week and use all the couture for evidence.
Kendall: Of what?
Greenlee: Criminally good behavior.
Aidan: Listen, what can't Kendall live without?
Zach: Oh -- bubble bath.
Greenlee: Four-inch heels.
Kendall: Thanks a lot. No. Are we done? Are we done? Is this -- are we done?
Ryan: No, come on. Community service is very serious business.
Aidan: Yeah, it is, absolutely.
Kendall: Thank you.
Greenlee: Meter maid.
[Up on a snowy rooftop, Hannah zeroes in on Kendall through her rifle's scope]
Richie: Go on, take it.
[When Annie reaches for the envelope, Richie scratches her on the wrist]
Annie: Ow! I'm bleeding! Why did you do that?
Richie: Take it.
Annie: God, I'm leaving. Richie! Oh!
Richie: No, Annie, you can't. Please, don't.
Annie: Richie, answer me. Why did you scratch me? Why are you acting like this?
Richie: I didn't mean to. I'm sorry, ok, for everything. I'm dying, Annie, and I don't want to. You remember when we were kids, and I was scared, you'd hold my hand? Well, it always made me feel better. And I'm scared now. I don't want to die, not like this, not alone. Please, Annie.
[Suspenseful music plays as Hannah aims at Kendall who suddenly moves]
Hannah: Damn it!
Greenlee: It's shocking that they don't deliver pizza to bomb shelters.
Ryan: Annie, where are you? Get the heck over here. Hi.
Babe: Hey, I know where Annie is.
Babe: She's with Richie. He's dying.
Richie: Come on, please, Annie, please -- I don't have much longer. I can feel it. Just please --
Annie: Why did you wait until now, Richie? Why -- why did it take you dying to reach out to me?
Richie: I don't know. Just please take my hand. Take my hand. It'll all be over with soon. Just take my hand.
Annie: Your eyes -- that look -- I've seen it before. What -- what do you really want from me, Richie?
Richie: I told you, I told you what I want.
Annie: No, you lie. You always lie.
Annie: What are you doing?
Richie: I'm saying goodbye --
Annie: Ah, Richie!
Richie: That's what I'm doing.
Doctor: Mr. Novak?
Doctor: Have some information that I believe might be of interest to you.
Richie: It's going to have to wait, ok, doc, because me and my sis, we have some unfinished business.
Annie: Oh, no. No, that's ok. Actually, I was just leaving.
Richie: No, Annie, just please stay here.
Annie: Goodbye, Richie.
Doctor: Actually, I think you might want to hear this, too.
Richie: What do you want?
Doctor: It's good news, Richie, all right? Look, it seems like you might live to a ripe old age, after all.
[Ryan looks out the window and spots the rifle aimed at Kendall's forehead]
Kendall: Now --
Kendall: Wait a minute. I'm hungry.
Greenlee: You? Hi.
[A muffled gunshot explodes as Ryan throws himself in front of Kendall]
Greenlee: Ryan -- oh!
[Ryan groans as he goes down holding his bleeding head]
Kendall: Let's go --
Zach: Stay down.
