Singer: Can you see the moonbeam and the colors of the lights? They're like flowers blooming in motion watching them fade the last fireworks of the night

Sean: What do you think of this song?

Colby: It works.

Sean: Works for what?

Singer: I begin to wake

Colby: It's truth time.

Singer: To relive this memory when the answer is clear and beyond belief there's a gift of love that awaits the final day tonight

[While the music plays, Ava runs into Jonathan at the boathouse]

Singers: Tonight under the moonlight with the one you love under the big sky for the one you love tonight

Josh: Hannah? I just came by to check on you.

Zach: Hannah's gone. She left Pine Valley.

Josh: Zach, Hannah was in no condition to go anywhere when I left her here.

Zach: Trust me, she's fine.

Singer: In the far distance as the dream nears the end

Kendall: You know, you don't have to be alone out here.

Singer: Holding on to what they can't keep

Annie: I should be on the roof instead? Trying to yank Greenlee from my husband?

Singer: So gather up your voice

Kendall: Greenlee is out of control.

Singers: Tonight

Kendall: Someone has to deal with her. Ryan's the only one who can.

Man: Excuse me, Mrs. Slater?

Kendall: Yes?

Man: This fell from the roof.

Kendall: Oh. Thank you.

Singer: And we'll feel this way for today

Kendall: I know who this belongs to.

Singer: And for all time

Greenlee: You got to give me some credit. I know how to get attention. My secret? Be as bad as you can possibly be.

Singer: Under the big sky

Greenlee: I was so bad downstairs, I was good.

Singers: Under the moonlight

Ryan: You were something.

Singer: With the one you love

Greenlee: You got to love me for it.

Ava: Don't even look at me like that.

Jonathan: Wait, wait, wait. Please -- don't go.

Ava: You know, I'm not Lily.

Jonathan: I know that.

Ava: Right, that's why you said "please" and you didn't spit in my face like usual?

Jonathan: I have something I need to say to you.

Ava: Then spill.

Jonathan: I've been a real jerk.

Ava: Yeah, that's one word that I would use.

Jonathan: I care about your sister.

Ava: I know.

Jonathan: It's -- it's very hard to stop caring about someone.

Ava: What if they don't care back?

Jonathan: That makes it harder sometimes.

Ava: Sucks to be you.

Jonathan: I care about your sister. Ok? And that's why I was tough on you. And sometimes, maybe -- maybe I was too tough.

Ava: I can handle myself. I can sure as hell handle you.

Jonathan: You're making this a lot harder than it needs to be.

Ava: Well, look who's talking!

Jonathan: You want to hear this?

Ava: Yeah, fine, please, "please," Jon, tell me everything. What is this dump hole anyway?

Jonathan: This is not a dump.

Ava: Whatever you say.

Jonathan: Lily loves this place.

Ava: Yeah, that's why you're here -- in the middle of the night by yourself. Because of Lily.

Sean: What is this, a slumber party? What, are we going to paint each other's nails next?

Colby: Keep it up, buddy, and see what colors yours are when you wake up.

Sean: Oh, yeah?

Colby: No, no, no!

Sean: Bring it, huh? Bring it.

Colby: No, I'll get you! I don't think so. Ha. Girls win.

Sean: Ah!

Colby: Whoo!

Sean: Ok, you win.

Colby: What do I win?

Sean: Let's play your stupid game.

Colby: Yes! Ok. Ooh! Ok. Here are the rules. We each take turns telling the truth about something private.

Sean: Yeah, yeah, yeah. And if you don't believe me, you can challenge me. I've taken girls to chick flicks before.

Colby: And if you get caught lying, then you have to sacrifice a piece of clothing.

Sean: Hey, if you want me naked, just ask.

Colby: Hmm! No problem if you tell the truth.

Sean: Ok, ok. I'm ready. Hit me.

Colby: Ok. Uh -- boxers or briefs?

Sean: Neither.

Colby: Liar. I've seen them.

Sean: Oh, God, you got me.

Colby: Take it off.

Sean: Ok.

Colby: Come on.

Sean: All right. Hey, is it true girls have underwear they only wear on the weekends?

Colby: You bet. My turn!

Sean: Hey, that wasn't my real question.

Colby: Too bad.

[Music plays as Sean and Colby slowly strip off their clothes]

Singer: Don't change a thing this isn't a fling I'm yours forever

Colby: That is so totally a lie!

Sean: Oh, yeah? I had no idea the sprinklers would go off.

Colby: Yeah, and all the girls were in white T-shirts?

Sean: Ah, a total surprise to me, too -- promise.

Colby: No, that's a lie. Come on, that shirt is gone.

Sean: Oh, God.

Colby: Take it off, let's go. Let's go, mister, right now.

Sean: Ugh. All right, this is my last sacrifice. From now on, only the truth.

Colby: Before this night is over, you are telling me every secret you have.

Josh: Is Hannah coming back?

Zach: No.

Josh: Well, where did she go?

Zach: I don't know.

Josh: Did she say where to send her last check?

Zach: Why are you so interested?

Josh: Because we worked together, Zach. We got close.

Zach: You didn't get close, Josh. An office distraction -- just business.

Josh: Come on, Zach. Zach, we were in her office together, searching her computer for clues.

Zach: We found nothing.

Josh: You agreed she was playing the both of us. You wanted to find out why you were the last person to see her before she took off.

Zach: Yeah, I was.

Josh: So what was she really after?

Kendall: This is Greenlee's. Ryan gave it to her way back when. Something about a circus.

Annie: Pretty.

Kendall: She must have tossed it from the roof.

Annie: Well, let's hope she's not planning on tossing anything else.

Kendall: I am so sorry about everything that's happened since Greenlee's come back.

Annie: Don't be sorry. It's not your fault.

Kendall: No, it is my fault. I'm the one who -- who's right smack in the middle of this whole mess with Ryan and Greenlee. I mean, we wouldn't be here if it weren't for me.

Annie: You tried to give her a child. That was a wonderful thing to do.

Kendall: Wonderful for me. For Greenlee, not so much. How are you? Are you holding up?

Annie: I'm the newlywed. So why is it that I am starting to feel like the other woman?

Greenlee: Not paying for a second show, huh?

Ryan: No, I think one was enough, thank you.

Greenlee: Guess I'll take my act on the road. You'd like that.

Ryan: It's not about you leaving or staying, Greenlee.

Greenlee: But with me out of the way, you've got room for your new wife with your new family.

Ryan: I can't give you what you want.

Greenlee: Don't you get it? The more people want me gone, the more I'm going to put down my roots and grow the biggest drama I can.

Ryan: Why don't you let me help you find another way?

Greenlee: Yeah, I don't want your help. You, Annie, Kendall -- everyone downstairs. You guys can stare. You can make all the comments you want. If you push, I'm pushing back. Bigger, stronger, harder.

Ryan: Well, you wouldn't be Greenlee if you didn't.

Greenlee: When I was a little girl, I remember hearing my mom on the phone. All I could hear was "if I didn't have Greenlee" this, and "my life is ruined" that. You know what I did? I took the last trinket Roger ever gave her, and I flushed it down the toilet.

Ryan: Well, you already had my attention.

Greenlee: I'm just saying -- I may not have come into this world loved. But I am going to my grave worshipped. "Greenlee Smythe du Pres Lavery, force of nature."

Ryan: That you are.

Greenlee: And in here -- this is my force-of-nature heart. You know better than anyone what it's like when I give it away.

Ryan: Anyone would be lucky to have it.

Greenlee: You had it. You still do.

Ryan: I found this in my pocket after I got home from the island.

Greenlee: I wanted you to have it.

Ryan: I have to give it back.

Kendall: Greenlee is this little force of nature. She makes every woman around her -- at work, play, whatever -- feel like the other woman.

Annie: Are you trying to make me feel better? Because it's not working.

Kendall: Sorry. Sorry. I'm just telling you that I've been there before, so I know how you feel.

Annie: And what did you do?

Kendall: Ok, let's see- I -- I locked her in a room, tossed her in a pool -- you name it.

Annie: Anything a little less drastic?

Kendall: Drastic's what I do. Greenlee takes competition to the nth degree. I mean, she sucks you right in. Even if you don't want to play the game, she's so freaking good at it that you just --

Annie: Somehow, you end up playing.

Kendall: Yes, exactly. Giving up is not in Greenlee's vocabulary. When she left town -- when she found out about the baby -- that was the first time I ever saw Greenlee back down. I begged her. Ryan begged her. And for once, she couldn't fight.

Annie: Well, she didn't give up forever. She's back, and she is grabbing at everything she had before.

Kendall: Even when we fought our way back to friendship, Greenlee still -- she kept the competition going strong. I would go to the bar. I would order a cosmo, she wanted a double. I worked to -- to bring Fusion over to Europe, and of course, she made it global. She's always the first one to take on a bet or a dare. Actually, once on this odd challenge, she sang karaoke.

Annie: What did she sing?

Kendall: She's having my baby. It was horrendous. She was horrible. But it was amazing, too.

Annie: You really loved her.

Kendall: When it was good, it was awesome. When it was bad, it was just plain ugly.

Annie: Is it over? Is your friendship all past tense?

Kendall: Do you ever really stop loving your best friend? I mean, yeah, right now, I want to strangle her, and I want to kick her out of town, but I still care about her.

Annie: Those are hard feelings to ignore.

Kendall: The only feelings that matter to Greenlee right now are Ryan's.

Ryan: That ring isn't part of my life anymore.

Greenlee: It doesn't have a safety net any longer.

Ryan: Greenlee, you didn't have to do that.

Greenlee: Oh, yes, I did. I threw the butterfly over a couple of minutes before you came up.

Ryan: The pin that I gave you?

Greenlee: Mm-hmm. Remember? When you were going to make all my fantasies come true.

Ryan: I -- I tried, Greenlee.

Greenlee: No stylist on earth would put that pin and ring together, but I made it work. Dynamite Kiddo and the green butterfly -- they'll land somewhere together, because they were meant to be together.

Ryan: They were together. And it was great when they were together. But it is over now.

Greenlee: "Move on," "it's over," "stop living in the past" -- you can say it a million times. It doesn't make it any more true.

Ryan: I'm just trying to help you get your life back, Greenlee, that's all.

Greenlee: I don't want that life.

Ryan: The life you left is -- is gone. You do have to move on.

Greenlee: Bull! Don't use that patronizing phrase, Ryan. You and I -- we are beyond moving on. We don't just pack up our things and move on. I tried. I couldn't. You couldn't.

Ryan: I have -- I have a life now --

Greenlee: You died! You took your motorcycle, and you drove it off a cliff and died! But you came back for me. And we found our way. We can find our way again.

Ryan: No, no, no, no. It's too late, Greenlee. Things are different.

Greenlee: It's not too late. Even if people are against us, we can win. My God. You don't know?

Ryan: Know what?

Greenlee: About Zach. About the power grid. He caused the blackout, purposely. If it wasn't for Zach, we would have our baby. It's true. He -- he admitted it to my face.

Ryan: Greenlee, I know what Zach did.

Greenlee: You know? Well, how could you -- how long have you --

Ryan: I've known -- I've known for a long time. I've known for a long time. We've all been trying to deal with it.

Greenlee: You know what? It doesn't matter. It doesn't. Because you already told me that you were a wreck when I left. That you didn't know how to feel. That if I was here, that we would have been -- what you and I have -- it's so much bigger than what Zach could do. What anyone could do. That's why we're standing right here.

Ryan: Greenlee -- Greenlee, I know you think that we can make this work.

Greenlee: I didn't come back to make your life harder. I didn't blow up your wedding to be difficult. I did it, Ryan, because you and I -- we can't move on, beyond what Zach --

Ryan: Greenlee -- Greenlee --

Greenlee: Or anyone ever --

Ryan: I have -- I have moved on. I have. Annie and I got married after you left the island. We're husband and wife now. We're husband and wife legally. It's done, Greenlee. It's done.

Colby: Um -- what's the biggest law you've ever broken?

Sean: Are we counting the ones I broke with you?

Colby: No, not those.

[Sean laughs]

Sean: Well, those were the best ones.

Colby: No, stop playing around. It's time to get serious.

Sean: Oh, we haven't been so far?

Colby: "I want your naked body"?

Sean: I already explained Ava's text.

Colby: We're telling the truth now, Sean. Truth, or you lose your pants. Has Ava ever seen your naked body?

Sean: Yes, she has.

Ava: So are you just going to sulk all night? Because you're way more fun when you're raging, actually. These are my favorite shoes!

Jonathan: Hey, hey, hey -- here, I got them. I got them. Here you go.

Ava: Thanks. So, did you and Lily come here a lot?

Jonathan: It's quiet. There's only the sound of the boats going by. Lily liked that.

Ava: What did you do when you came here?

Jonathan: We talked. We made a lot of plans. She loves -- she loves to make plans.

Ava: Well, I can't imagine coming to a place like this with a guy, like on a date, and him just wanting to talk.

Jonathan: That's all I want to do right now, with you. I don't want to hear any screaming. No one yelling. I just want to talk.

Ava: I know what you're doing, and you can go to hell.

Josh: "Sure, Josh, I'll have another." Zach, come on. You're killing me. What did you get from Hannah?

Zach: Nothing.

Josh: You wouldn't still be here. Did she tell you she broke into your condo?

Zach: Yeah, she did.

Josh: Did she tell you I found her walking out of your bedroom?

Zach: It doesn't matter, Josh.

Josh: You don't think that's a little weird?

Zach: She was distraught.

Josh: She told me she was all messed up all over your son, Ethan. That's why I came to get you.

Hannah's voice: Two lives destroyed! But you got to live yours! So you owe me! You owe me this child!

Kendall: Want another drink?

Annie: I am not the other woman. I am Ryan's wife.

Kendall: To you, maybe.

Annie: No, he divorced Greenlee, and we got married for real, before we left the island.

Kendall: Good. Good for you. Don't let her take what's yours.

Annie: I mean, so what if she's mean-spirited? I don't care if she's competitive. So am I.

Kendall: All right, now that's what I'm talking about.

Annie: Everything I have right now -- where I am at in my life -- I made that happen. Me. You know, I -- I -- I'm not like Greenlee. I didn't have the little silver spoon thing.

Kendall: Ok, well, Greenlee didn't exactly --

Annie: No, I came from nothing. I pulled myself up by my cheap ankle socks, and I made my own way. No -- no fancy private schools, no trips to Europe, not even close.

Kendall: Was it really that rough for you growing up?

Annie: You don't need to know.

Greenlee: You married her?

Ryan: Annie and I are husband and wife legally. Yes.

Greenlee: This is my big moment where I show you my best tricks, pull out all the stops. Out-do myself. Go for what I want.

Ryan: It's not going to make any difference.

Greenlee: I stopped your wedding. Arrested you for bigamy.

Ryan: Just -- just don't do anything, Greenlee, because it won't work.

Greenlee: You're right. You want to know why I got nothing. Nada. Zip. I'm done. I lost. I am the loser.

Ryan: I didn't mean to hurt you.

Greenlee: Oh, déjà vu. "Didn't mean to hurt you, Greenlee. I'm so sorry, Greenlee." Been there, done that too many times than I can count. I'm on my way to a world's record.

Ryan: Greenlee, you deserve to be happy.

Greenlee: I deserve a trophy. A prize. World's biggest loser.

Ryan: Stop, stop, stop --

Greenlee: Don't, don't, don't. Ok? Don't be that guy. Don't be nice, don't be kind. Don't tell me that I'll be happy someday. Don't tell me I'll find someone. Don't be that wonderful man I married.

Ryan: You can't change what happened, Greenlee.

Greenlee: But I tried. And I lost everything. No friends. No husband. No baby. I got nothing.

Greenlee: But I -- I'm never going to stop loving you. Never.

[Greenlee cries]

Ryan: Ok, ok, ok.

[Greenlee sobs]

Ryan: I'm so sorry. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. How did we get here, huh?

[Greenlee and Ryan kiss]

Annie: All that matters is I am with Ryan, and we are married, and we have a child together.

Kendall: Ryan loves you. He wants to be with you, not Greenlee.

Annie: We will have a full life, and I am not just going to wait around while she finishes up with my husband.

Kendall: No, you shouldn't have to.

Annie: Ryan's done with Greenlee and if she's a smart woman, she will get a clue tonight.

Kendall: She may have underestimated you.

Annie: That'll be her problem.

Kendall: Well, is there anything that I can do?

Annie: No. You've done enough. I am going to go home, and Ryan is going to come home to me. Thanks for the drink, Kendall.

Kendall: Anytime.

Annie: See you at work tomorrow.

Kendall: Yes.

Annie: Bye.

Greenlee: You still love me.

Ryan: Stop, stop. Greenlee? Because you're not going to like what you're going to hear.

Greenlee: Ryan, that was not a kiss goodbye.

Ryan: I kissed you because you were hurting, ok?

Greenlee: If I'm hurting, then you be with me.

Ryan: No, just -- just I can't, ok? I -- I can't.

Josh: All right, boss man. No more questions. Drink yourself silly. You know, maybe Hannah and I weren't close, but I was concerned about her when I left here. I still am.

Jonathan: I am not trying to do anything. I was being nice! Do you -- do you need some help there?

Ava: I'm fine. Look, I'm a big girl and I can take you getting up in my face all the time, but I am not going to take what you're pulling now.

Jonathan: What am I pulling right now?

Ava: You're trying to make nice with me because that's what Lily wants.

Jonathan: This is not about Lily, ok?

Ava: Yes, it is! You want her and I am not going to let you use me to get another chance at my sister.

Sean: Look, I was taking a shower, like, weeks ago, and Ava came into the bathroom.

Colby: Ever hear of locking the door?

Sean: I thought I did.

Colby: Yeah, I guess not.

Sean: Well, I couldn't hear her over the running water. She just burst in -- "oops."

Colby: And?

Sean: And she got a peek of the goods -- end of story.

Colby: That's it?

Sean: Well, I've been locking the bathroom door ever since.

[Sean chuckles]

Sean: Look, I refuse to sacrifice my pants because that was the truth.

Colby: Fine. Your turn. Ask me what I want right this minute.

Sean: What do you want right this minute?

Colby: Follow me. Hmm. This is what I want. This is my favorite place.

Sean: Nice view.

Colby: I like to sit here at night. I seriously can sit here for hours, just thinking about life, choices -- everything.

Sean: Oh, look -- see the Big Dipper? That one -- see the handle?

Colby: Uh, no -- you mean that one?

Sean: Close enough.

Colby: My favorite's Cassiopeia.

Sean: "The beautiful queen."

Colby: You do know something.

Sean: Yada, yada, Medusa, yada, yada Andromeda. It's Mythology -- someone got sacrificed.

Colby: Close enough. You know, I like to sit here and think how small I am compared to this awesome universe.

Sean: And its awesome possibilities.

Colby: Where'd you learn Astronomy?

Sean: I do the same thing -- I have for years. And when I was a kid, my dad got me one of those star chart things.

Colby: Oh, yeah!

Sean: And I used it so much, I wore a hole in the cardboard.

Colby: Oh.

Sean: When I was 12, I got a telescope.

Colby: You know, I never really wanted one of those. It just -- I don't know, it makes everything seem too technical. I like the idea of it's sort of magical. And then you can dream about all the possibilities.

Jonathan: I am not using you to get another chance with Lily. Ava? Hey, we -- we are done.

Ava: You sure thought you had a chance at the wedding.

Jonathan: Because I thought that you were Lily. You -- you were doing everything that -- that Lily did when I did have a chance -- before I lost her.

Ava: I'm sorry -- for going off on you.

Jonathan: It's ok.

Ava: You really loved her, huh?

Jonathan: More than anything.

Ava: Must have been something.

Jonathan: It was.

Kendall: Zach, where are you? I have been trying to get in touch with you all day.

Zach: Right here.

Kendall: Oh. Oh.

Zach: See?

Kendall: Yeah, bye. Honey, you missed it. You missed it. Greenlee lost it, she went completely crazy, and now she's on the roof right now with -- mm-hmm.

Zach: Mm-hmm.

[Zach and Kendall kiss]

Ryan: Hey, you.

Annie: Hey.

Sean: Truth?

[Music plays as Sean kisses Colby]

[Music ends after Jonathan kisses Ava and she walks away]

Kendall: Well, hello to you, too.

Zach: Hmm.

Kendall: Where did that come from?

Zach: I missed you.

Kendall: Apparently.

Zach: I love you -- you know that.

Kendall: Yeah? Ok, I like this, all this late-night business stuff? If this is the way you're going to be when you have late-night business, I like it. Yeah.

Zach: Let's go home.

Kendall: Yeah, but, wait -- hold on. What was all of this urgent stuff?

Zach: Hannah -- you know she resigned, and now she's gone.

Kendall: Oh. Sorry. I know she was great for the company.

Zach: It's ok. I'm glad she did.

Ryan: When I found Greenlee, she was really -- she was really upset and I --

Annie: I don't need to know what happened. You, Ryan. And I know you love me, and I knew you'd come back to me. That's all I needed to know.

Ryan: I love you, too.

Greenlee: He may be married to her, but he loves me. I'll have everything Annie has, and we'll be married again.

>> On the next "All My Children" --

Josh (to Zach): What happened with Hannah? Everything's amiss. The only thing that made her happy was a new baby, and I think she wanted you to be the father. Did you do it?

Greenlee (to Kendall and Di): Fusion's in serious trouble. We need to rally.

Ryan (to Annie): I kissed Greenlee.
