Greg's voice: Hey! Can you hear me? Are you listening? Oh. There's the water. I'm going to drown! Do you want to kill me? You want to kill me, you take me out and do it face to face. The child should have been raised by people who'd parent him properly. Kendall was relieved when I offered her the option of adoption. She wanted me to take the baby. A mother should love a child from the moment it's conceived. If she doesn't, she's not worthy of motherhood. She has no right to the child at all.

[Knock on door]

Kendall: Hi.

Erica: Hi, sweetheart. I come bearing gifts.

Kendall: Oh. Thank you. Yeah, I'm sorry if it takes me a while to write a thank-you note.

Erica: What is it, sweetheart? What's wrong?

Kendall: Nothing. Nothing -- nothing is wrong. I have a beautiful baby boy. What could be wrong?

[Phone rings]

Kendall: Oh. Did you get them? Does it sound like I need a long-distance plan?

Erica: Sweetheart, maybe -- maybe your nanny could take a turn with the baby, and you could go get a massage at the spa?

Kendall: Mother, did you -- do you actually have something to say?

Erica: Is everything all right? I mean, Spike is fine, right?

Kendall: Yeah. I mean, look at him. He's fine, yes.

[Spike sneezes]

Erica: Oh, bless you. Oh.

Erica: Big sneezes. Well, then what is it? It must be Zach. Ok, what has he done this time?

Greg's voice: Is that you, Slater? The strong, silent type. Sick, twisted mind with the morals of a jackal. You play the knight when it suits your purpose. You married Kendall. What is this with Dixie -- redemption?

[Greg chuckles]

Greg's voice: Reunite the mother with the child, and it'll take away some of your own guilt about your own dead son. You're pathetic.

Singer: And everything I see

Zach: Mr. Hayward, why don't you join me for a drink.

Singer: Well, it's all too old, too fast to bear the cost to try to get back

David: To what do I owe this honor?

Zach: Get him anything he wants.

David: Whatever I can drink the fastest, thank you.

Zach: This is my property. I understand you've been asking questions about me, playing PI.

David: You have a problem with that?

Zach: If you want to ask me something, ask me.

David: All right. Did you stuff Greg Madden in a box and leave him there to die?

Greg's voice: I saved my son. I gave Josh the love and guidance every child deserves. Oh, God, Josh. I want Josh to know I love him.

J.R.: Where is she?

Josh: You know, you better be careful, J.R. Your testosterone's getting all over the linoleum, and you don't have much to begin with.

J.R.: I want answers, I want them now. Where are they, Babe and my son?

[Babe listens to a CD of Greg’s last moments.]

Greg's voice: Let me out! Let me out. Let me out. I -- can't -- can't breathe.

Ryan: Babe. What are you doing here?

Babe: I -- I'm here to see Erin. It's -- it's some Fusion business.

Ryan: Really? Fusion business at the Miranda Center.

Babe: Can you just leave me alone, Ryan? I don't need 20 questions from you.

Ryan: Ok. I just came to drop off some grant applications Erin wanted me to sign.

Babe: Great. Then I can wait in peace.

Ryan: Mm-hmm. You all right?

Babe: Don't act like you're concerned for me.

Ryan: Look, I know what's going on with Fusion. I know that you and Erin aren't exactly working closely these days.

Babe: And why do you care? You don't care what happens to me. You hate me for getting J.R. off.

Ryan: What is it, Babe? What did J.R. do now?

Singer: Well I've been talking to a friend who tells me

David: I seem to recall you asking me questions about Madden’s heart condition.

Zach: You do?

David: Yeah. And it seemed peculiar to me at the time. Why would you care whether Greg Madden lived or died? And why would you seek my expert opinion as to whether or not he can survive for long?

Zach: Your expert opinion's pretty worthless right now, huh?

David: Yeah, I guess you're right about that. I don't know, but there was something about that conversation I just can't seem to shake, especially now that I know that somebody had him buried underground in a pine box while we were having that conversation.

Zach: That's interesting.

David: Yeah, I'd say. Interesting how you needed a cardiologist's opinion on his survivability down there. Buried alive, wow. I got to hand it to you, Slater, that's pretty twisted.

Zach: Speaking of twisted, how's it going with Dixie? Any success?

David: Oh, this is where you deflect by defending the fair Dixie, right?

Zach: Started by your latest attempt to seduce her. You had that phony lead going up to Scarsdale. And she told me it left a pretty bad taste in her mouth.

David: Actually, I'm helping her.

Zach: You are? Good luck.

David: I intend to be the one man in Dixie’s life that doesn't fail her.

Zach: A little late for that, isn't it?

David: Rest assured, I will find Kate.

Zach: You're a stupid man, Hayward -- clever, but very stupid. And I think that's the kind of man who killed Madden. It's a great plan, horrible execution.

Aidan: That's funny, I was thinking the very same thing. When I heard about Madden’s death, I saw "David Hayward" written all over it.

Josh: Why don't you take it easy. I haven't seen your wife or your kid.

J.R.: Where is she?

Josh: You know, maybe someone needs to take a time-out, count to 10.

J.R.: When I got to the house tonight, I was told Babe and my son left.

Josh: Well, maybe she has a life. I'm not her keeper.

J.R.: She was upset about something, Josh.

Josh: Marriage to you?

J.R.: You know, you've been trying everything to get her out of my life and into your bed, pretending to be all concerned for her happiness. Well, so far, she hasn't believed a word of your crap.

Josh: And she's really buying yours, huh?

J.R.: So what did you do? Did you finally come up with a lie that she believes?

Josh: Maybe she realized the truth about you, J.R. Maybe she finally saw you for the cold-blooded murderer you really are.

Babe: Just leave us alone, Ryan. We're here to see your sister, not you.

Ryan: Well, I don't know if she's going to be back tonight. I mean, it's getting kind of late.

Babe: Ok, then I'll wait.

Ryan: Do you want me to call her?

Babe: No, I don't want to get anyone else --

Ryan: Just -- what has got you so freaked out?

Babe: Just go home to your son, Ryan. I'll take care of mine.

Ryan: I can -- I can put it together, Babe. I mean, you're here waiting for Erin with your little boy -- hey -- at the Miranda Center, the Miranda Center for Women and Children.

Babe: I'm here about the bar opening.

Ryan: Come on, Babe. I know what fear looks like. Did J.R. hurt you?

Babe: Oh you would like that, wouldn't you, proof that J.R. really is the big, bad wolf?

Ryan: I don't need proof for that. I'm actually asking, because I'm worried about you.

Babe: Don't be. And don't go putting words in my mouth. J.R. hasn't ever laid a hand on me.

Ryan: Well, then what are you really doing here?

Babe: That's a good question. Come on, peanut, let's go. It was stupid of me to come here in the first place.

Ryan: Not if you need help.

Babe: I'm sure Erin would love to help someone like me. And she's probably great at helping women who are in trouble, but I'm not one of those women.

Ryan: And you're sure about that?

Babe: I need to take care of my own problems.

Di: The place looks great.

Erin: Uh-huh. Right? It's a miracle, but I think we're going to actually be ready for the opening.

Di: Knock on wood.

Erin: I'll knock on whatever you got, sister.

Di: Del's really excited about bartending here.

Erin: Good.

Di: You got any more job openings?

Erin: What happened to the casino?

Di: Well, Zach Slater is not exactly my biggest fan right now. Plus, I could use a change of scenery.

Erin: Oh. Well, I really do wish I could help you, but I'm very sorry. We're fully staffed.

Di: No problem. Keep me in mind, though, will you?

Erin: Of course.

Di: I ran into Aidan.

Erin: Mm-hmm, here we go.

Di: And he told me you broke up.

Erin: Well, he told you right.

Di: I'm really sorry.

Erin: You know, all good things must come to an end, right?

Di: What happened? You told me you thought he was the one.

Erin: I guess I thought wrong.

Aidan: There's nothing that David Hayward won't do to impress a woman.

David: All right, I aim to please. You want some pointers?

Aidan: Unfortunately, it's usually someone else's woman, isn't it?

Zach: You've done this before.

Aidan: Oh, we all remember what you did to Maria, don't we?

David: All right, wait a minute. How is me hiding Maria any different from what this guy did hiding Dixie?

Zach: Dixie knew she was hiding. Maria had no idea.

Aidan: And neither did my aunt, Anna. You always lied to her, didn't you, David? And you were married to her.

Zach: Well, he likes his secrets.

David: Please. This town thrives on its secrets.

Aidan: Well, no one died back then, though, did they? This one get ugly? Is that what happened?

David: Why don't you go find Tad and play in your sandbox.

Aidan: Surely you can't be that evil to want Madden to die like that.

David: You know, I got a better idea. Why don't you two get together and publish a book on these fairy tales, huh? You can call yourselves The Brothers Dim.

[David chuckles]

Zach: I'd be very careful pointing the finger. No one looks more guilty than you.

David: Me, guilty? I think you should take a closer look at yourself, my friend.

Zach: If I see you here again pestering my employees, you will see how quickly a fairy tale turns into a nightmare.

David: You can leave now, Devane.

Aidan: Oh, I wish I could.

David: What the hell do you want?

Aidan: I want to know what Greg Madden told you right before he died.

Kendall: Why is it when there's something wrong, it's always Zach’s fault?

Erica: I guess because traditionally that's been the case.

Kendall: No, that's in your opinion only.

Erica: Look, sweetheart, my daughter is upset. Naturally, I'm concerned.

Kendall: Well, Mother, would you stop it, please? If you've come here to trash my husband, you can turn around and go home.

Erica: I came to do no such thing.

Kendall: Zach has been my rock, not to say that you haven't been.

Erica: Look, I didn't come to talk about Zach. Really, I didn’t. I came to just say how happy I am that you're home.

Kendall: Me, too.

Erica: And I just want to be very sure that this precious little one is properly spoiled, so will you please open this?

Kendall: Ok. Thank you. Huh. Let's see what this is. Pretty.

Erica: Yeah.

[Kendall holds up a framed photo of herself and Ryan holding their baby.]

Kendall: Hmm. Oh, look at that. You never stop pushing, do you?

Erica: Pushing? Well, what do you mean? I thought that you would be so happy to have a picture of your new family. Honey, how are you really? Are you handling all things baby? I mean, I know it can be overwhelming.

Kendall: I'm fine. I mean, Rachael is the perfect nanny.

Erica: And you, are you holding up? Are you really ok? Because I worry about all this activity. You just were in a coma.

Kendall: Ok, I know. Mother, I'm really fine, I am. You find yourself wanting to be perfect for them.

Erica: That doesn't go away.

Kendall: I want my son to grow up with nothing but love and honesty. There's going to be no secrets between this mother and her child.

Erica: Well, of course not. What secrets could you possibly have?

Kendall: What secrets are you keeping from me, Mother?

Erica: I don't know what you're talking about.

Kendall: Yes, you do, about Greg Madden. What do you know that you're not telling me?

Erica: Greg Madden is dead, and all those ugly memories, they can stay dead with him.

Kendall: Not if he did something that lives on, not if it's something that affects me and my family for the rest of our lives. Bianca knew.

Erica: Excuse me?

Kendall: At the hospital, Bianca knew you were keeping some kind of a secret.

Erica: Well, my hatred for Greg Madden was no secret.

Kendall: No, that's not it. He did something. He did something big.

Erica: Look, I completely overreacted to that man. I'm sure that's all it was, and I just let my better judgment get away from me.

Kendall: What did he do, Mother?

Erica: Well, what he almost did to you is plenty, is enough. Come on, let's not talk about Greg Madden anymore.

Kendall: Well, it's kind of hard to do that when I see him everywhere I look.

Erica: Well, why don't we just concentrate on looking towards the future and this beautiful little baby of yours. I mean, look at him. Oh, look at him. Look at his eyes.

Kendall: Who do you see when you look at him? Do you see his father's face?

Ryan: Annie, hey. Hey. I hope I didn't startle you.

Annie: You didn’t.

Ryan: Oh. You just make a habit of hiding behind doors?

Annie: Oh, I wasn't hiding. I thought you might be Erin.

Ryan: Ah. No, just me. Stuck with me. I think she's still at, you know, ConFusion.

Annie: What a name for a bar.

Ryan: Yeah. Yeah, look, I'm just going to grab a couple of things and then I'm going to be out of here, ok, out of your hair. All right? You settling in ok?

Annie: It's been great. Thanks.

Ryan: Erin's a good roommate, huh?

Annie: Yeah.

Ryan: You must -- you guys must have some stories.

Annie: Something like that.

Ryan: That's it? That's all you're giving me? No dirt for the big brother, nothing?

Annie: Aw. Nothing I can share in mixed company. Hey, this one's great. It really helped me with my daughter.

Ryan: Oh, really? Thanks. Thanks, I'll remember that. Thank you. So where were you living before?

Annie: Oh, I've kind of been living a little bit of everywhere lately.

Ryan: Oh, yeah? Divorced?

Annie: Uh-huh.

Ryan: Ah. So it's got to be nice, right, living with, you know -- or staying at least with a friend for a while?

Annie: Erin's been awesome.

Ryan: Really? And where'd you guys say you met? You met at college. You had classes together or something, right?

Annie: Yeah, we had a few.

Ryan: Nice. You in marketing, too?

Annie: I'm kind of in between things right now.

Ryan: Oh, you are? So you're thinking of maybe trying something new or --

Annie: Why are you asking me so many questions?

Erin: Sometimes relationships just don't work out.

Di: Erin, come on. I mean, you haven't had enough relationships to be so cliché about them.

Erin: Ouch!

Di: Was it because Aidan was your first?

Erin: You know what? That probably didn't help. Yeah. I think I just woke up one day, and I realized that I wasn't me when I was around him.

Di: And that means?

Erin: It means that my life was taking a new direction, and Aidan, he wasn't part of that new road.

Di: Are you saying he wasn't supporting you?

Erin: Maybe he didn't even really know me. Maybe I didn't really even know me.

Di: I'm really sorry. I thought you guys were totally meant to be together, that you had something that other people didn’t.

Erin: Yeah, but, I mean, how many times have you thought that about your own relationships?

Di: Good point.

Erin: Actually, you know what? People are going to find out sooner or later. My real reason just walked in.

[Di is surprised when Erin walks up to a guy carrying boxes and kisses him passionately.]

Aidan: Greg Madden’s death has all the markings of a David Hayward special, wouldn't you say?

David: I take offense to that. The plan failed.

Aidan: Why? Is that because there was an unexpected earthquake that killed him too soon?

David: Because someone was stupid enough to let his body be found.

Aidan: You know, it really doesn't matter to me who did it, David. All I care about is what he might've said, because I think that coffin was built to persuade, not to kill.

David: Another opportunity lost, right?

Aidan: But if Madden did reveal where Kate is to whoever had him underground, then that little girl would be home right now.

David: I might buy that. And you're telling me this because?

Aidan: Because I know how important it is for you to find Dixie’s daughter.

David: Yeah, no kidding. And I don't need the help of Pine Valley’s crack detective team to do it.

Aidan: Really? That's nice. You know, it's possible that Madden didn't reveal where Kate is. But I am quite sure that he left some kind of clue, one that the killer may not have picked up on right away or doesn't even remember.

David: All right. I'm sorry, but -- now, this may not be the case, but if someone wanted information from Madden, don't you think they'd remember it?

Aidan: Well, yeah, absolutely. I mean, if everything went to plan, but it didn't, while the killer is out there now searching for some kind of alibi or a scapegoat. Am I making myself clear?

David: If I had been so insane to go through all the trouble of burying Madden, do you honestly believe that I would share any information I got with you or with Tad?

Aidan: And what about Dixie? Did you share it with her?

David: The man you should be pressuring for information just walked out that door, and I'm going to follow him. Oh, and by the way, I am going to find Kate all by my lonesome. I don't have to bury anyone to do it.

Singer: Please take care

Erin: Di, this is Jamal. He's working here, and he's going to law school at PVU.

Jamal: Hey. Torts by day, martinis by night.

Di: Sounds good to me. I -- how long have you guys been seeing each other?

Jamal: Um --

Erin: You know, it just -- only just started.

Jamal: Right. I just got back into town and Erin’s kind of been the welcoming committee.

Di: Nothing wrong with that.

Erin: Uh -- you know, I just didn't know how to explain it to people, especially Aidan.

Di: Oh, yeah. I totally understand. Stuff happens.

Erin: Yeah, it does.

Di: Ok, well, I have to get myself to work. Good luck, you two.

Erin: Thank you.

Jamal: Thanks.

Erin: Bye.

Jamal: Bye.

Erin: I'm so, so sorry. She just kept asking all these questions. I had to do something.

Jamal: It's ok, it's all good. Anything for the cause.

Ryan: I just haven't been a part of Erin’s life for a long time, so I was trying, you know, to get a feel for the stuff that I missed, that's all.

Annie: Well, I can't fault you for that.

Ryan: Wait a minute. Annie? From ski trip, senior year, the same Annie, the one -- you know, you guys were snowed in for three --

Annie: Yeah --

Ryan: Three days.

Annie: Yeah, that was me. That was me.

Ryan: Ah.

Annie: Never did learn to ski. It was a crazy trip.

Ryan: It must've been crazy, because it never happened. I just made it up. You never went to school together, did you? So who are you really, Annie?

Krystal: Babe. Honey, where did you run off to like a bat out of hell?

Babe: I had to get out of here.

Krystal: What's going on, baby doll?

Babe: I'm not sure yet. I just -- I needed to clear my head. I needed to do some thinking.

Krystal: Honey, are you ok? You're really worrying me.

Babe: Can you do me a favor?

Krystal: Anything.

Babe: Can you take Little A for a little while and don't let him out of your sight, not for anything? Do you understand?

Krystal: Of course, but why do we need to do that?

Babe: I may need to get out of here tonight and take Little A with me.

Krystal: Oh, God. Did J.R. really do it?

J.R.: What did you do with my wife?

Josh: Oh, you're right, J.R. I've been after Babe for ages. Now I've got her exactly right where I want her, hidden safely away. You know, she's waiting for me right now in breathless anticipation. And I do mean breathless.

J.R.: Shut your face.

Josh: She's totally whipped. All I got to do is snap my fingers. She falls into my bed, the kitchen table, the countertop!

J.R.: You know, if you think that you're getting to me, you're wrong.

Josh: Oh, I think I'm very, very right. And now Babe’s not the only one that's calling me "Daddy." Your son is, too. You really want to hit me right now, don't you? Go ahead. It's just you and me right here. Try it. I dare you.

Erica: I think that he looks like both you and Ryan. Yes, I do.

Kendall: Are you sure? Are you sure he doesn't look like one of us more than the other?

Erica: Honey, why are you being like this? You should just be enjoying your beautiful son.

Kendall: You know, we're both avoiding the truth, Mother, the truth that you've been holding on to for months.

Erica: Kendall, where is this coming from?

Kendall: I couldn't figure it out at first, what it was that made you hate Greg so much, and neither could Bianca.

Erica: Well, he pressured you into giving up your baby.

Kendall: No, no. It goes way beyond that and his past sick obsession with you. But now I understand why it's been killing you.

Erica: Kendall, what are you talking about?

Kendall: I know, Mother. I know the secret.

Erica: That's just crazy talk.

Kendall: Don't worry, Mother. Yes, it was a shock. Yes, I freaked out at first. But that doesn't mean that I can't accept him. It doesn't mean he's not just as much a part of this family. And I will love him just as much. And there's no reason why you can't love him, either. I mean, he's -- he's got Kane blood in him, too.

Zach: Ahem. Ladies, gentleman.

Kendall: Hi.

Zach: Erica, how you doing? How are you? I'll take it from here?

Kendall: Oh.

Zach: You go.

Kendall: Are you sure?

Zach: You have an appointment. I'm sorry I'm late.

Kendall: That's ok. Are you ok with Spike?

Zach: I got it. If I get hungry, I'll have Erica make me a sandwich.

Kendall: I'd like to see that. Mom, I have to go. So we'll talk later.

Zach: Bye.

Kendall: Bye.

Erica: You did it. You told her.

Zach: It's much worse than that.

Aidan: Hey, Di, how you doing? Did you speak to Erin?

Di: Yeah. I actually just saw her at ConFusion.

Aidan: And did she tell you what's going on and why she broke it off?

Di: Yeah. I met him, in fact.

Jamal: So, I found out a little more.

Erin: So can we move her now?

Jamal: No. T's putting a full-court press on finding her. And Aidan Devane’s not the only one on the case.

Erin: So she's still not safe?

Jamal: No, not yet. She's safest where she is.

Annie: I'll pack my things, get my daughter, and leave.

Ryan: Hold on, hold on. I didn't say you had to do that.

Annie: I shouldn't be here.

Ryan: Erin invited you to stay, so I'm cool with that.

Annie: Apparently not.

Ryan: I'm -- I'm just looking out for my kid sister, that's all.

Annie: And I'm in the way.

Ryan: I'm trying to figure out why you both made up that whole story --

Annie: I'll be out of here in a few minutes.

Ryan: Wait, wait. If you're in some kind of trouble -- are you in trouble?

Annie: Look, I've said too much already.

Ryan: And you've got Erin in some kind of trouble.

Krystal: Babe, are you in trouble?

Babe: I can't tell you, not yet.

Krystal: You can tell your mother anything.

Babe: J.R. may have done it, and I may be the reason that he was able to.

Krystal: Don't you ever blame yourself for anything that J.R. Chandler does.

Babe: I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.

Krystal: Well, we'll just figure it out together.

Babe: No, I need to do this on my own this time, ok? I need you to just keep Little A safe and have him ready to leave.

Krystal: Honey, if you go, I am leaving with you.

Babe: No way, Mama.

Krystal: You are my family.

Babe: Yeah, but you have it so good here. And you and Adam, you're happy.

Krystal: Listen, I don't want you to ever think that you are not my first priority.

Babe: I can't ask you to give up your life here.

Krystal: Honey, I couldn't live in this musty old house with the man that drove you away.

Babe: I'm not going to do anything until I talk to J.R. I just -- stay close.

J.R.: If you did anything to my wife, I'll kill you.

Josh: Scary threat.

J.R.: You don't know what happened to Babe, do you?

Josh: Well, if she left you, she didn't leave for me. She just came to her senses. Chandler was just leaving, then you and I can talk.

J.R.: What are you doing, cozying up to him?

Kendall: What am I doing letting you breathe the same air as me? Get out, J.R. Go away. Get out.

J.R.: You know, if there's anybody that should know better, it's you, Kendall.

Kendall: Shut up! Shut up, J.R., ok? You are the one who almost killed my baby -- you. Now get out. Get out!

J.R.: Sorry.

Kendall: Did you get them? Do you have the DNA results?

Erin: Ryan? Hey, what's up? What's the matter?

Ryan: Can we talk?

Erin: I just really would like to take a shower. Annie and I have got some stuff to do.

Ryan: And that's what I'm worried about.

Erin: Seriously, Ryan, could we please do this later?

Ryan: No, actually, we can't. All right, look, I want to -- there's something going on here, and I need to know. I need to have some answers, please.

Erin: I have no idea what you're talking about.

Ryan: Ok, Annie’s up there right now. She's packing. She's getting her daughter. She's getting ready to leave.

Erin: Is she ok?

Ryan: She's not who either one of you told me she was. So it's time to tell me the truth, Erin. Who is Annie, really?

[J.R. sighs]

J.R.: Thank God you're back.

[J.R. tries to hug Babe but she gives him the cold shoulder.]

J.R.: What is it? What happened? Why did you leave?

Babe: I still might leave.

J.R.: Why, Babe?

Babe: Because of this. You're going to explain it to me, or I'm gone.

Zach: I didn't say anything to Kendall about Josh.

Erica: Then why is she spouting off about secrets and family?

Zach: I gave you my word, and I'm keeping it.

Erica: Then why is she talking about welcoming a new member into our family, because he shares our blood?

Zach: It's not what you think.

Erica: Well, then you tell me what to think. Because all I hear my daughter saying is that she knows. And if it's not about Josh, then I need to know what it is.

Zach: You sure about that?

Erica: Yes, I'm sure about that.

Zach: If I tell you, you're going to have to be strong. I don't want you falling apart in front of my wife.

Erica: You stop playing games with me, and you tell me what it is.

Zach: All right, I will tell you. I'll tell you what Greg Madden really did.

Josh: The lab results should be here any minute. You ok?

Kendall: Hmm, not until I know for sure who my baby's father really is.

Josh: Relax, Kendall. It's Lavery’s kid. My father didn't do what you're afraid he did. I promise you.

Kendall: Thanks. Whatever happens, my baby is still my baby.

Lab tech: The results you requested, Dr. Madden.

Di: I'm so sorry, Aidan.

Aidan: Hey, it's fine. Hmm.

Di: Erin was acting really strange about it. She was pretty evasive about it. This guy just walks in, and she makes no attempt to hide it whatsoever.

Aidan: Well, at least now I know. You know? I wish she'd have told me to my face, but what can you do? You know, I feel like a drink. In fact, I feel like 10 drinks.

Di: That sounds like a great idea. I've actually got a little bit of time.

Aidan: Oh, really?

Di: Yeah. And you're not alone in what you're going through. I know the view pretty well.

Aidan: That's good. Why don't you let me buy you a drink? That way, we can toast in honor to the recently dumped.

Erin: Is Annie really ok?

Ryan: She's fine, Erin. She's fine. But you know -- you know what she isn't? She isn't your friend from school.

Erin: What did she tell you, Ryan?

Ryan: Come on, Erin, what is this? What's going on here? Who is she?

Annie: Look, I'm sorry if I caused a problem here. My daughter's getting her stuff together, then we're gone.

Erin: No, don't, please. It's fine.

Annie: No, it's so not fine.

Erin: Ryan is -- he can help us, ok? You can trust him, I swear.

Ryan: Yeah, you're right. I can help. I really can, and I will help, if I was told what is going on.

Erin: Annie's on the run. I'm hiding her, and I'm going to keep on hiding her.

Zach: What happened to you may have happened to Kendall, as well.

Erica: I don't understand.

Zach: Dr. Madden had a sick obsession with fathering children. We found something else on the island when we discovered proof of what he did to you. We found files and documents indicating that he himself was the sole donor to hundreds of women that he inseminated.

Erica: Oh, God.

[J.R. listens to the recording made of Greg.]

Greg's voice: God, Josh. I want Josh to know I love him. If you ever hear this, son, I performed a miracle to save you.

Josh: There's enough genetic markers linking me to your baby. You and I aren't related, so the only way that's possible is if my father is also the father of your son.

Greg's voice: Erica came to see me when she was married to Jeff Martin. She wanted to terminate her pregnancy. I did, but I saved the embryo.

Erica: Oh, God, no.

Greg's voice: And I was able to give my wife the child she always wanted -- you, Josh. And I got to have a piece of Erica in my son.

Erica: Oh, God, Zach. It can't be.

Josh: I'm sorry, Kendall.

Greg's voice: You thought of everything except this, didn't you? One heart pill would virtually guarantee my survival. Young Chandler, you were a fool to overlook this.

>> On the next "All My Children" --

Josh (to Julia): Now's your shot. Go on, bury him. Throw him in the hole where he belongs.

J.R. (to Babe): Somebody wants you to leave me. Somebody wants me locked up.

Zach (to Erica): You tell Kendall everything now, this minute. Let's go.

Kendall (to Spike): I'm so sorry.
