All My Children Transcript Wednesday 3/29/06

Simone: Girlfriends. We should market to girlfriends. Yeah, because they're the ones that get you through the horrible stuff -- you know, like convincing you to go back to work.
Kendall: And eat cheesy poofs.
Danielle: And who love you and support you.
Kendall: Yes, and just want you to be ok.
Simone: Oh. We could shrink-wrap the packaging in pairs -- you know, one to keep --
Kendall: And one to give away.
Danielle: Yes, and add "totally ironic but not really" BFF jelly bracelets.
Kendall: On the packaging, outside packaging.
Simone: Oh, yes, that's good.
Babe: And you could make them in 10 different colors, and then that way, every girl would want to collect them all. The product would be flying off the shelves.
Kendall: Huh. Wow, that's -- that's really super, Babe. But Simone and I agree that your thoughts, opinions, and votes mean poo. We also agree you will give up, quit, or sell us your shares. And that, Babe, will be truly super.
Zach: What happened? You missed your flight?
Dixie: Oh, no, I was there on time, ready to leave, and then I couldn't.
Zach: I thought the plan was you were going to leave Pine Valley before anyone else finds out that you were alive.
Dixie: Yes, it was. Too late.
Dixie: The one person who would use information about me against me, against my family. David Hayward knows I'm alive.
David: Where's that useless sack you call a son-in-law?
Krystal: There is only one sack here, and I would drop-kick it fast and hard if I didn't have new shoes on. Oh, wait a minute, I'm rich -- I can buy more.
David: Why don't you save it for someone who actually finds you amusing -- in the laugh-with-you, not at-you kind of way? Where's J.R.?
J.R.: Right behind you.
David: We need to talk.
J.R.: About what a waste of a father you are? Babe gave you a chance, you screwed her over. Get out.
David: Not until I tell you about your mother.
Jack: Never seen my pajamas --
Jack: Hey, you.
Erica: I just may go into shock. Is this really the elusive Montgomery family I see?
Jack: Yes, it is, but don't you worry, because I've got the call button right here in case somebody faints from shock.
Lily: Well, I feel ok. Are you all lightheaded?
Reggie: No, no, it's their version of humor. They're just glad that we're all in the same room.
Erica: "Glad" doesn't even begin to cover it. I tell you what -- it's like some enormous storm has just swept over us, and no one was blown away.
Ryan: Sorry. So, any idea at all when he'll check out?
Julia: Should be soon. I can't wait to kick that freak, Dr. Madden, out myself after what he did to me.
Ryan: Any access to his patient files?
Julia: No. No regulations broken yet, but I'm working on it.
Ryan: Well, just stay cool. We'll do -- we'll do this.
Julia: That jerk told me I can't have children. I'd still be crying at the boathouse if it wasn't for you and that second opinion.
Ryan: Wait -- what does gangrene look like? Yes, Madden is a slime, but what he did to you has got to be one on a very long list.
Julia: I'm in. Let's see how Dr. God Complex tortured other patients.
Babe: Hello? I'm still here.
Danielle: She's still here.
Kendall: I'm still repulsed. Moving on --
Babe: Kendall, I know that we have an ugly past, and it's totally my fault, and I'm going to spend the rest of my life regretting it. But Greenlee did give me her shares, and you can't buy me out, and you can't scare me off. So why don't we just try to make this work?
Danielle: She's tough.
Kendall: Yes, impressive stick-to-itiveness.
Simone: Oh, I feel a latte and a group hug coming on.
Danielle: That was sarcasm.
Kendall: No, that was "get out of my face before I go off on you."
Babe: I get it. You guys are friends, you stick together. But we all know this is between me and Kendall. You're still mad at me about what I did to Bianca and Miranda.
Kendall: I'm not mad, Babe. I just think you're complete scum, and having you in my office makes me want to hurl.
Babe: But we have a lot more in common than just Bianca.
Kendall: Am I repulsive in every way?
Simone: Uh -- not so much.
Kendall: Ok, there you go -- nothing in common at all.
Babe: Yeah, actually, we do. I -- I just married your best friend, and -- and I'm a mom, and you're about to be one.
Kendall: Do you plan to steal my kid and tell me he's dead?
Babe: Bianca and I have moved on. Why can't you, Kendall?
Kendall: Because I'm evil. Take the hint and be afraid.
Babe: Well, Bianca said that I shouldn't sell my shares if I didn't want to. I don't want to, so here we are.
Kendall: You talked to my sister? My God, you've got some serious brass.
Simone: Yeah, well, we've already established that. You and the hair.
Babe: Simone, I'm really sorry for your loss. I -- I only saw you and Ethan together a few times, but you guys looked really happy, very much in love.
Danielle: You want me to shut her up?
Simone: No -- no, it's ok, she's right. We were happy, and we were in love.
Babe: We all know you've always been the peacemaker here. I'd like to learn that from you, along with a lot of other things.
Kendall: If you want to learn something, why don't you take online Cosmetology classes? Don't waste our time.
Babe: You know, Kendall, you can either like it or not, but either way, I am going to come to work every day, I am going to make deals, sign contracts, study the research, test-drive new products. If we do this together, it can be incredible. If we do it apart, it's still going to be great, but it's just going to be harder than it has to be. I want to contribute to Fusion, I want to keep it as fresh and young and as exciting as possible -- just like all of you want.
Kendall: "Fresh and young"? You want to turn this into a daycare center?
Babe: Yes, I do.
J.R.: Go ahead, Hayward. One more word about my mother -- do it.
David: Ease up, Junior. You're going to want to hear this.
J.R.: I want to feed you to Palmer's Dobermans, but what I will do is remind you of what a dirtbag you are. You know, it was like gargling glass to do it, but I said, "Hey, Hayward is Babe's father. I'll try not to hate his guts."
David: Let me talk to you alone. You will thank me for this. I promise.
Krystal: Oh, you have never kept a promise in your miserable life. Babe asked you to walk her down the aisle, and what do you do?
J.R.: Jerk her around -- again.
David: Babe knows I love her. But that's not why I'm here.
Krystal: Oh, you selfish SOB. Even now you admit she doesn't rate your to-do list.
J.R.: Babe wanted me to forgive you for all that old stuff -- done. But you and me now? Why don't you get the hell off my property.
David: I know something about Dixie you don't.
Dixie: J.R. will be torn to pieces if David has his way. How do I fix this?
Zach: I don't know. But if you stay here, you'll make things worse.
Dixie: How could things possibly be worse than David telling J.R. that I'm alive?
Zach: But if you're not here, he can't prove anything. And then Dixie stays dead.
Dixie: I don't think it's that simple.
Zach: It can be if you want it to be. I erased all the footage from you in the hospital. I can get you ID, cash, a plane, I can get you out of here.
Dixie: I just have the feeling that if -- if I leave it alone, David would just -- would love to torture J.R. Do I go? I mean, who knows what's going to happen? Did I do this? Did I turn David into what he is now?
Zach: No -- yeah, I'm sure you did. Because before you left, he was more like Gandhi, right?
Dixie: No, David was always a bit of a jerk, but he saved my life once, and he loved me, and he would've done anything for me. And now he is -- he's willing to hurt my child in order to get what he wants. I just can't let him do that.
Zach: Don't call him.
Dixie: I'm sorry, I -- I have to do what any mother would do -- whatever it takes.
Erica: No, hospital lighting is just brutal.
Jack: You look gorgeous, as always, and you know it. You also look very happy. I'm only presuming that that's because your big, strapping husband is coming home from the hospital.
Erica: Well, yeah.
Jack: There's also a little relief on that face, and I have my suspicions as to why that is, too.
Reggie: Well, we have more than suspicion. Well, we have solid proof.
Erica: I -- I don't know what you two are talking about.
Lily: A lot of people are talking about it.
Jack: That's right. We're talking about the buzz over your Martha Stewart piece, sweetheart.
Erica: It is much more than buzz. You are well. Oh, I'm sorry.
Jack: That's ok.
Erica: You used to be well. You're well. And you're free. And it's only going to cost me two children to get you released from here.
Reggie: Wait, wait, wait. They take credit cards, and they take insurance. I don't think they're going to take kids. That's illegal. I'm just doing it before Lily does, ok?
Lily: No, I knew Erica was joking. I could tell by her smile.
Erica: Am joking, Lily. I am. Because your father is coming home.
Erica: And because we're together. We're together as a family.
Lily: I know your joking smile, but your expression is different now. You're smiling, but your eyes aren't right for happy.
Jack: Our daughter here is very perceptive. You can't fool that one.
Erica: Well, you know, Lily, when something has been really frightening, and -- and overwhelming -- I mean, it's not about being giddy and cheery. It's -- it's that you know the people you love are -- are well and healthy and happy and together. Oh, a long time from now, you're going to have children of your own --
Erica: And you're going to know just how precious these moments are.
Lily: I like that idea.
Erica: Ok, well, now I have got to go sign some papers.
Erica: I have a husband to get released.
Jack: Yes, get me out of here. See you, sweetheart.
Erica's voice: Greg Madden will not take any more children from the Kane women.
Erica's voice: Greg, it's Erica.
Greg's voice: Erica? What can I do for you?
Erica: Greg, do you think that you could come over to my place? Well, who would have thought that all of our differences could be settled over a cup of tea?
Greg: Sometimes life turns out just the way it's supposed to.
Erica: To lasting peace.
Greg: Yes. Lasting peace.
Josh: Dad, was is it?
Greg: I -- there's something wrong.
Erica's voice: So you've suffered your first symptoms.
Erica: How soon to the next attack?
Greg: Well, thank you. This is quite the treat.
Jack: Watch and learn, children. There's a woman that never lets anything come between her and her family.
Ryan: Complaints? Malpractice charges? Anything -- settlements? Anything that Tad couldn't find when he was looking into Madden?
Julia: No. Wait.
Ryan: What? What do you see?
Julia: A note in one of his patient's files. "Dr. Madden gave me the greatest gift of my life, my beautiful son."
Ryan: Well, check single moms and see if he gave them -- any of them -- the greatest gift. Other than Greenlee, of course.
Julia: Well, and Patrice and Sybil and Rose -- damn it. He's helped lots of single moms deliver here. And me he tanks. What -- why am I so special?
Ryan: So you have absolutely no idea at all when he'll be checked out? None?
Josh: Ahem -- tell me I don't see what I'm damn sure I see, Nurse Julia.
Julia: Are you having trouble with your eyesight, Dr. Josh?
Josh: It's "Dr. Madden."
Julia: Oh. I thought since I was Nurse Julia, that made you Dr. Josh.
Josh: Whatever. You just let your friend here look at confidential patient records on the hospital computer.
Julia: Well, that is a radical assumption. Particularly cocky for somebody who's gotten very little right today.
Josh: Excuse me?
Julia: Yeah. I'm talking about your interesting bedside manner. Do you remember? You got in that patient's face, and you asked her to be more specific about her symptoms. Partial numbness of her lower extremities, if I recall. She was too scared to tell you, but she sure was happy to tell Nurse Julia.
Josh: You know, you got cute down pat. That'll come in real handy when you're slinging drinks at some bar because of this.
Ryan: Whoa, whoa. Hold on, hold on. You never told me that you could lose your job over this.
Josh: Then you admit it? Breach of confidentiality, Nurse Julia.
Ryan: Well, wait. Julia let me check my e-mail. Here, you see? I got a really big deal at Cambias going down. I got to, like, check into it now and again. And as far as patient files -- I don't know what you're talking about.
Julia: Could it be you were wrong?
Josh: Using hospital property for reasons other than work -- that's reason alone to write you up.
Julia: It might be. But is it reason enough to make another enemy? I'll let you ponder that while I get back to work.
Greg: I'm fine, I'm fine. I'm a little lightheaded. It's nothing.
Josh: Pop, what's up?
Hazel: Found him unconscious in his office. Gave him an aspirin, checked his pulse. Low, too low.
Greg: Oh, don't be so dramatic. I'm absolutely fine. I'll be --
Josh: It's happening again.
Greg: I could have you fired, you know.
Josh: You do that.
Julia: Well, cube two is almost ready.
Josh: Tell me exactly what happened, Pop. What the hell is going on with you?
Zach: Taking on Hayward’s not the answer.
Dixie: You think I want to deal with David?
Zach: Stick with the plan. Leave Pine Valley. I know he surprised you, but I'll take care of him. He's not going to cause any more damage. Just walk away.
David: This is between J.R. and me.
Krystal: It never gets old being the biggest weasel on the block, does it?
J.R.: David's free to say what he wants. I'm free to make him spit teeth for the next week.
David: More like you're going to swallow your tongue once you hear me out. And by the way, you're welcome. Because once I tell you what I know --
David: You may forget to thank me. Damn it. Dr. Hayward.
Dixie: David, it's me.
David: What incredible timing. I'm standing here right now with J.R. Chandler and his mother-in-law.
Josh: I need a 12-lead EKG, full cardiac panel, and an echo cardiogram. Julia, prep the IV and give him a sublingual nitro.
Julia: Got it.
Josh: Did he take anything? Is he on any meds?
Greg: I -- don't be so ridiculous. I'm sitting right here. I can answer my own questions. No, I did not take anything. Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to --
Julia: Cube two is clear.
Josh: Get him in there.
Greg: Get me Hayward.
Josh: I'm the doctor on duty. Deal with it.
Greg: Joshua, I don't want you to see me like this.
Josh: I can handle it. Julia, nasal ox, three liters per minute. I'm going to page Hayward, and get me that blood work, STAT.
Josh: It's Madden. Yeah, page Hayward to the ER, STAT.
Julia: Don't you worry, Dr. Madden. I'm going to take better care of you than you did of me.
David: As I said, this isn't really a good time. I'm standing here with my son-in-law, and we're about to go over some extremely important information.
J.R.: You are such a lying sack. Five bucks says he arranged for this call to cut in at the right time.
Dixie: David, please don't do this. To me or J.R.
J.R.: Give me the phone.
David: You think I'm faking this call?
Krystal: Oh, come on, J.R.’s right. You dangle this -- this top-secret, only-you-know info about Dixie, but then whoops -- "I can't tell you because the phone is ringing."
David: Can you believe this? They think I'm faking this call. They think I'm on a dead line. Care to speak up? Prove to them I'm not lying? Could you hold on for a minute? I have another call coming in. Could be the ER.
Dixie: He's there now, with J.R.
Zach: All right. Hang up the phone, let's get on the plane, come on.
Dixie: No, Zach, I can't just -- just leave. Just walk away and let David do whatever he wants.
Zach: I told you, I will handle Hayward.
David: Duty calls. Lives to save. I guess this family chat is going to have to wait, as will our conversation.
J.R.: What did I tell you? It was totally bogus.
Krystal: Could you be a bigger jackass?
J.R.: Nobody falls for your garbage. Get -- get out of here.
David: We will have our talk, J.R., unless things change drastically. And as for your issue -- why don't you meet me at PVH right away? Otherwise, your condition could become contagious. Spread faster than you can ever imagine.
Zach: Where are you going?
Dixie: To David.
Zach: What, at the hospital? You want to get caught?
Dixie: I'll stop him outside.
Zach: And then what are you going to do, reason with him?
Dixie: I don't know what I'm going to do. I will just do whatever it takes.
Zach: You said yourself, he's not who you remember. Maybe whatever it takes is more than you can afford.
Dixie: Look, Zach, this is my son. It's my mess. It's my problem. I have to take care of it. But thank you, for everything.
Babe: This way, I can pop in and see Little Adam whenever I have a free minute.
Kendall: Does this look like Disneyland? It's an office, Babe. Get a clue.
Babe: Come on. Seriously, check this place out. You guys have already created an amazing setup. It's totally woman friendly. Why not take it one step further and make it kid friendly, as well? What is the point of working your rear off if you can't reap the benefits?
Kendall: You show up, annoy me, and leave. How is that you working?
Babe: You know, Kendall, you talk tough, but I just don't buy it. You try to tell me that you're going to leave your peanut at home when you could bring him here and sneak off for hugs and kisses?
Kendall: You want to play mommy? Do it at home. Fusion is a business. I will not let you ruin it with your "I can have it all" superwoman garbage.
Babe: It's not just for me, Kendall. It's for you, too, and a lot of other women here.
Kendall: Is this where we're supposed to say, "You go, girl"?
Simone: You know, Ethan and I -- we talked about kids. Not a lot. You know, just late at night. Picking out names. Planning birthday parties. I think he really would have loved the idea.
Danielle: They would have been the luckiest kids in the world.
Kendall: Nice job, Babe.
Simone: He wanted them to have my eyes. I wanted -- wanted them to have his eyes. But my hair -- you know. His hair was always so floppy. Especially in the morning when he got up. What is she doing here?
Babe: I asked her to come. I want Amanda to work at Fusion.
[Erica sneaks into Greg's office and steals a used coffee cup then jumps when someone enters.]
Babe: Simone, I know what you must see when you look at Amanda.
Simone: You have no idea.
Babe: It's probably a lot like what Kendall sees when she looks at me.
Kendall: Miranda's alive, no thanks to you. Ethan is not.
Simone: Ethan was young and strong and loved me in a way no one else has. And now he's dead because of her.
Amanda: I tried to stop her, but I was too late.
Babe: Ethan is not dead because of Amanda. It's because of Janet, and Janet hurt a lot of people, and Amanda is one of them.
Simone: Oh, so you want me to pity that -- you are out of your mind. It's that or you are that bitch that Kendall thinks you are.
Babe: I made Janet a promise.
Simone: Oh --
Babe: I said that I would look after Amanda.
Danielle: Makes her sound like a Chihuahua.
Kendall: Give me five minutes. I'll look after her for you.
Simone: You made a promise to a lunatic killer?
Babe: Look, I know that it may not make sense, but Amanda also lost somebody that she loved. She'll work directly for me -- my assistant. You'll never even have to deal with her.
Kendall: Look around here, Babe. There's no corner offices or private wings. This is where we work, here, together.
Simone: You want to be part of us? And then you bring her here? Are you out of your mind?
Kendall: That's -- that's very smart, Babe. Make sure that Simone has to look at Amanda's face every day. Remind her what she's lost and who she has to thank for it.
Babe: Are you responsible for every single thing that your mother's done? Amanda is her own person. She deserves a break.
Amanda: Never mind, Babe, I get it.
Simone: Oh, you get it
Simone: You killed my fiancé!
Amanda: Let go!
Simone: You and your mother!
Simone: You get that? You killed her every single time you lied for her --
Amanda: Let go.
Simone: Every time that you covered for her. You killed him every time you didn't tell anyone that she was loose --
Amanda: Simone, let go!
Simone: And crazy and out for blood! You killed him! He is dead because of you! Do you get that?
Kendall: Come on!
Simone: Do you get it?
Kendall: Listen, she's not worth it. Listen to me, ok? Amanda is nothing. She's nothing, ok? She doesn't exist.
Simone: Yeah? Then why is Ethan dead?
Babe: I'm so sorry. I -- I thought I could talk to them, and you did not need to hear all that.
Amanda: It's no big deal. It's nothing I don't hear in my head every day.
Babe: Let's just go.
Amanda: God, I --
Babe: Your wrist --
Amanda: It's fine.
Kendall: Just go. Go, go, ok? Go to the hospital, go to hell, go anywhere. Just get the hell away from us now, both of you. Who's your surprise guest tomorrow, Osama?
Babe: You know, I knew girls like you in high school. They were wrong about me, too.
Kendall: You'll be ok.
J.R.: I feel it, you know. That laser-beam look. I have my paper. I'm working very hard to forget that that guy you bred with was here. Would you like to give it a shot?
Krystal: You went after David real hard.
J.: You, too. He deserved it. That and a well-placed bullet. But I promised Babe that I wouldn't do that.
Krystal: What was all that for? Babe or you?
J.R.: I don't want anybody to hurt my wife.
Krystal: And when you say you don't want anyone to hurt her, does that "anyone" include you?
J.R.: What do you want me to say, Krystal?
Krystal: Babe is working without a net. You've got her heart in your hands all the way, and that look on her face -- she's -- she's 100 different kinds of happy.
J.R.: Well, don't you feel the same way with my father?
Krystal: Oh, come on, do I look young, delicate, and dewy-fresh, J.R.?
J.R.: Yes, you do, honored mother-in-law.
Krystal: No, don't -- don't shine me on, J.R., ok? Adam and I have been around the block. This blows up in my face, I'll eat my weight in barbecue chips and do what I always do.
J.R.: Yeah? Get even?
Krystal: Yeah. Dead fish sewn into the hems of the drapes. He'll never figure out why the house stinks so bad.
J.R.: I'll remember that.
Krystal: Yeah, and that's just for starters. But Babe's not like me. You hurt her again -- and I mean, really hurt her, like I know you can, no way she'll recover.
J.R.: Babe Chandler, please.
Danielle: I'm sorry, Babe's not here right now. May I take a message?
Simone: Give me that. Babe is at the hospital. And if she has any nerve to come back here, she will land in the hospital again.
Krystal: J.R., what's wrong?
Ryan: You want to tell me what's going on here?
Erica: Turn around, Ryan, and walk away. You never saw me here.
Ryan: Oh? There's just one little problem with that -- I did see you. And, you know, because I care about you and Kendall and the baby, I can't really un-see anything unless -- unless I know why.
Erica: Excuse me, I have somewhere else I need to be.
Ryan: When you told me that you didn't want Madden anywhere near Kendall, what did I say?
Erica: Ryan, we both know what you said. There is no need to have this conversation, certainly not here.
Ryan: I don't want Madden to treat Kendall. I don't want him to treat anybody, but -- I mean, you have a cup in your purse that I'm assuming he took a sip out of, and I don't know why. What, are you looking for his DNA or something?
Erica: A lipstick, a cell phone, and a wallet -- that's what I have in my purse.
Ryan: Look, Erica, I -- I know -- I know that Dr. Madden terminated a pregnancy for you a long time ago. I know that. And here he is, he's treating your daughter, and he's insinuating himself into your town, into your world, into your life. But there's got to be a little bit more. I mean, you can trust me. You can. Just try to tell me what's going on between you and the good doctor.
Zach: Let's think about this for a second. If you walk in there, everyone's going to know that you're alive. Is that what you want?
Dixie: I'm just going to have to take that chance.
Dixie: Because I don't have a choice.
Jack: Thanks, sweetheart.
Reggie: You know, there's a new vibe between you two.
Reggie: Yeah, something's different between you and Dad. I can't put my finger on it, but it's -- it's a little less tense, more cool.
Jack: You know what? I think Reggie here wants you to tell him all about our new agreement.
Lily: Dad promised to not make my life miserable anymore.
Reggie: Wait -- wait, your life? What about my life, huh? What about making my life miserable? How about that?
Jack: Actually -- just -- for the record, I never meant to make Lily's life miserable, I was just -- it was a byproduct of my behavior.
Lily: Yes, Dad sometimes looks at me like a little kid, which I don't understand, because I'm much taller and older than a little kid. But he now promises to treat me as the young woman that I am.
Jack: The beautiful, wonderful, intelligent, kind young woman that you are.
Reggie: And what's your part of the deal, huh? Treat Dad like the old, lonely, miserable man that he is?
Jack: Would you like a head start?
Lily: I won't tell Dad anything that might upset him.
Reggie: Now, isn't it time to get you sprung?
Jack: Yes, it is.
Reggie: Yes, it is.
Reggie: Hmm. Come on, don't hurt yourself. All right, now.
Jack: Stop it right now.
Erica: I've told you everything I can.
Ryan: Hmm -- only everything that you want to.
Erica: And that'll have to do.
Ryan: Erica, come on, it's me. It's me. It's the guy who went to Las Vegas and carried you out of the hospital room. I mean, you have me working in the dark here, and that's exactly how people get hurt.
Erica: Look, either we can continue to stand here and be discovered, or --
Erica: Or you can trust me.
Ryan: Let you have your way.
Erica: Oh, I wish some of my husbands had had your insight. Look, I've really got to go.
David: Why wasn't he sent to X-ray earlier? Never mind.
Dixie: Oh, my God.
Dixie: He's here.
Zach: Of course he's here. It's what you want. You want to talk to David. He's here, yes.
Dixie: His patient -- Greg Madden is here.
Kendall: I will burn the place down before I let Babe or Amanda back in here.
Danielle: I'm not sure amping the anger helps. Here, breathe into this.
Kendall: You want me to kill them? I mean, I could do that. I've never done it before, but I could certainly try.
Danielle: That's much better.
Simone: You might be kidding, but I'm not.
[Elevator door opens]
Kendall: Oh, if this is her, I swear to you, I will break her in two.
Ryan: Whoa. What happened?
Kendall: Babe Chandler and Amanda Dillon.
Danielle: Nothing but ugly at beauty central.
Ryan: Ok, is there anything that I can do?
Kendall: You can turn the world upside down and shake it until things make sense. Better yet, rewrite history for all of us.
Ryan: Is she going to be ok?
Kendall: Sure. For someone who just lost her fiancé, she'll be just fine.
Ryan: And how about you? How did it go with Madden? Did he back off when you told him he couldn't treat you anymore?
Greg: I'd like to see the results of my EKG and cardiac panel.
David: I'm sure someone will give them to you, in time.
Greg: You can pawn that idiocy off on another patient. I won't accept it.
Josh: He won't give up till you tell him.
Greg: I had an episode. It was my second. I'm a physician. I'm entitled to see the results of my tests. If you won't give them to me, I'll order them for myself.
David: You're an Ob-Gyn.
Greg: I can still read the results and issue an accurate diagnosis.
David: Not a chance. You're special, doctor. I've read the results, seen the levels. Just doesn't all hang together. I've never seen a case like this. What piece am I missing here?
Erica: So, now that things are taken care of, we'll be better -- better than ever. Stronger, safer.
Lily: Safe from what?
Erica: Well, now, that's the beauty of it, Lily. Because now, we have nothing to worry about. Nothing can touch us.
Amanda: Forget liking me and actually wanting me around. People are never going to not hate me. This is stupid. I should just go.
Babe: No, it could be a break.
Amanda: Your mother kills a girl's fiancé, a broken wrist is getting off easy.
Julia: There are a couple patients ahead of you, but a doctor should be with you soon.
Babe: Thank you.
Amanda: I can't stand it.
Babe: The pain?
Babe: I said that I'd help you, and I will. I'll help you find a job
Amanda: Great attitude, but people suck more than you know. Prepare to be royally disappointed.
Zach: Come here. What's going on? You're pale.
Dixie: I don't understand. Madden --
Zach: How do you know him?
[Zach and Dixie hide behind a door as J.R. enters.]
J.R.: Excuse me, do you know where a Babe Chandler is?
>> On the next "All My Children" --
David (to Dixie): Stop running and give us another shot.
Dixie (to David): Keep this up, you will never see me again.
David (to Dixie): Then I'll have no choice. I'll have to tell J.R.
J.R. (to David): What don't I know about my mother? What are you dying to tell me?
