[As Erin stretches in the park, the sound of rustling leaves makes her pause and look around. When she tries to resume her run, however, she trips and falls.]

Erin: Oh -- ugh!

Erica: Ok. I want everything you've got on that lying SOB.

Tad: Well, looks like I'm not the only one that got the short end of the wishbone.

Erica: He won't get away with this, Tad. He will not tear my family apart.

Tad: I know what you mean. So, just who stuffed your Thanksgiving bird?

Erica: The man who dropped the ticking test tube right in the middle of my family -- Dr. Greg Madden!

Singer: Too many cups of coffee you won't hear it anymore won't you let the diesel drag you down won't you let the diesel

Greg: You told me you would keep your mouth shut.

Josh: Good to see you, too, Pop. Why don't you take a seat. Join me.

Greg: Why did you tell Greenlee Lavery that Kendall was carrying her own child? And don't try to tell me that you didn't. Why? Have you any idea what you've done? Have you any idea the damage you've caused that family?

Henri: Mr. Montgomery, on behalf of management, we request that your family finds another venue for your holiday festivities next year.

Jack: Gee, I -- I can't imagine why.

Zach: What are you going to do about Kendall?

Jack: Well, Slater, what happens with my family is really none of your business, now, is it?

Zach: You're mistaken. Everything to do with Kendall is very much my business.

Kendall: Greenlee, please let me talk to you.

Greenlee: Get out.

Ryan: You heard her, Kendall. You don't need to be here.

Kendall: You can't leave.

Greenlee: Watch me.

Kendall: No, please don't go.

Ryan: I said leave.

Kendall: No, you have to listen to me.

Greenlee: I don't have to do anything.

Kendall: I did this for you.

Ryan: I got it, Kendall, ok? This is between us.

Greenlee: No, it's not.

Kendall: Greenlee, listen to me. Listen -- I love you. Please, please let me help you understand. Please don't leave me.

Zach: Until the day of the divorce, I'm still her husband. So what are you going to do?

Jack: Well, I don't have a lot of options, now, do I? I can't very well erase the lie that Kendall told me, now, can I? What do you expect me to do?

Zach: I expect you to realize what an amazing woman your stepdaughter really is. But you and Erica -- you're so busy meddling in the girls' lives, I think you missed who they are to each other.

Jack: I understand very well what their relationship is, and the solid ground on which it's based.

Zach: Yeah, but you don't know why Kendall did what she did. She did this for her friend, for her sister. Maybe you don't know either one of these women very well. And you know why? Because you and Lavery, Erica -- all you want to do is blame somebody, point the finger, and try to find the deep, dark motive behind what Kendall did and make yourselves feel better.

Jack: Gee, you know, I was just thinking maybe you don't know your wife very well, because when it comes to Ryan Lavery, she has deep, dark feelings, believe me.

Zach: Well, of course, she does. And after all, it's your Kendall, right? Obsessive and selfish. Maybe she did all this just to get back at Greenlee, to get back at Greenlee for all the things that she did to her. What do you think?

Jack: Tell you what --

Zach: You know what? No, no, no, hang on one second. You and me -- we're not that different, and not just because we both hate Ryan Lavery, but because we both have a little bit of a problem forgiving people for what they've done to us. But maybe Kendall is different. Maybe Kendall is better than both of us.

Jack: Kendall was there to support Greenlee like a good friend should be. But that's where it should've stopped.

Zach: And I was there when Kendall decided to carry this child. And I fought her, believe me.

Jack: Well, obviously, you don't have a whole lot of influence on your wife.

Zach: Yeah, and Greenlee gave her a way out more than once. But Kendall decided to go through with it.

Jack: Sure she did, because she wanted to have Lavery's baby herself.

Zach: She wanted to give Greenlee the one thing that she wanted more than anything in the world.

Jack: My daughter had no idea what she wanted, because she was too busy grieving for her supposedly dead husband and the child she lost.

Zach: Sure, and who was there to help her? Hmm? Not you, not me, not anyone else in this selfish town. But Kendall -- she couldn't bear the thought of her friend, of her sister, bearing this pain, the pain of losing the last piece of her husband. That's why she did this. Made sense to me. You're a smart man. Come on, just get past your preconceived notions of what family is and what friendship is, and you'd see it, too. You, all of you guys -- you should be helping Kendall right now. Give her some comfort and appreciation for the sacrifice that she's made. But, no, here you are -- here you are, and your narrow-minded family. And all you can do is tear her down, take away the last piece of dignity she has left. And why is that?

Kendall: Please, Greenlee. I'm your sister, remember?

Greenlee: I'm going back to my old philosophy -- family's worthless.

Ryan: Get out, Kendall. You're not helping.

Kendall: No, Greenlee, I did this for you. I did this, because I love you.

Greenlee: You love me? You hear that?

Kendall: It's true.

Greenlee: Listen to her, Ryan. Doesn't she sound like she actually means that? She sounds just as sincere as you, in fact. God, you both are so good. I have to keep reminding myself of who you were when you came to this town. I mean, you could never take the con out of the man, and you -- you once hated me more than anyone in the world. Can you just lock me in another tower or toss me in a pool? It would've been so much easier. At least with your enemy you know where you stand.

Kendall: No, no, it's not like that anymore, and you know it. Please, please, just listen to me. We'll sit down, and you can hear me out.

Ryan: Shut up, Kendall. You're making it worse.

Greenlee: Worse than what? Faking your own death? Bringing the guy who tried to kill me back to town? I can't keep up with what's worse anymore.

Kendall: Ok, I -- listen, I know it'll take some time to understand, but then you'll see --

Greenlee: Don't you come near me, and don't you touch me, either! Both of you -- I am done listening. You should've let me die in that fire, because between the two of you, you've killed me.

Greg: Why did you do this to Greenlee and Kendall? Greenlee couldn't find this information on her own. You were the only one who had the facts. You were the one who told her. Why, Josh? Why would you do this to other -- why would you destroy people's lives?

Josh: Will you step off your soapbox for one second, Dad? You're the hypocrite here. Always Mr. Straight and Narrow, telling me to live by the book. Don't stand there and lecture me about morals and ethics. The only book you live by is the one you wrote in some laboratory. Parents are petri dishes, relationships are research, and babies are all your call. I just have one question -- why did you do it, huh? You didn't need another patient. Why Kendall? Who appointed you judge of -- of life and death, mover of heaven and earth?

Greg: I help women have children, and you know why.

Josh: Yeah, yeah. Mom.

Greg: Josh, please don't talk about your mother in that tone of voice. Your mother loved you. You were her angel here on this earth.

Josh: Yeah, how could I forget?

Greg: The happiest moment of your mother's life is when she brought you into this world.

Josh: Dad, this is way beyond helping women conceive. You played Almighty God to Greenlee.

Greg: My job was to give that woman a child. I had consent forms, a psych evaluation. I kept my promise.

Josh: You promised her her own kid, not her friend's.

Greg: Kendall is carrying that baby for Greenlee.

Josh: You know, I hate to admit it, but Erica has a point. Who are you to decide who gets a kid and who doesn't?

Erica: Regardless, it's Dr. Greg Madden who's to blame for this. He took advantage of Kendall. She has very complicated feelings. He knew that, he pushed her into this, and once she was sucked in, she couldn't get out.

Tad: Well, I'm sorry. It's like I said -- anything I found out about him is already in his CV. He graduated top of his class, he's held a number of Ob-Gyn positions at several prestigious hospitals up and down the coast -- Virginia, New York, Massachusetts. The guy came out of the gate summa cum laude and ended up being one of the top fertility specialists in the country with a string of clinics.

Erica: Could I know him from -- from charity events? I mean, could we have served on a board together?

Tad: It's possible. I mean, he does do a lot of pro bono work, but he's mostly known for his research. He's been a pioneer in the field since the 1970s, started in his third year in med school.

Erica: Well, what about malpractice? What about some unhappy patients?

Tad: Clean as a whistle, sterile as surgery.

Erica: Well, find something. Find out how Greg Madden is connected to me.

Jack: You know, you're not exactly an expert on family.

Zach: Man, you're right about that. And I'm right about this -- Kendall did what she did out of love. She was willing to sacrifice her heart and her body for your daughter.

Jack: Why didn't she ask her, huh? Why didn't she tell her? At least after the deed was done, tell her something?

Zach: Because all she wanted to do was take Greenlee's pain away, that's it. That's her deep, dark motive. Yeah, I wouldn't blame you for not understanding that, because there isn't a single adult in your family that has ever done anything out of pure love. There's always been some selfish reason. Hey, all you have to do is look at your own wife for proof of that.

Erica: There is something about Greg Madden. There's a feeling I just can't shake that there's some weird connection to my past.

Tad: With all due respect, do you really think this whole thing is some way to get at you?

Erica: I know he has a grudge against me, and maybe against my family, and maybe it's why he did this to Kendall.

Tad: Just for the sake of argument, what if it's the other way around? I mean, what happens if Greg Madden went along with it, because it's what Kendall wanted? I mean, he does own the clinic where, you know, the first deposit was made.

Erica: And isn't that interesting?

Tad: Erica, come on, what's your point? You're saying that he bought the clinic on the off chance that your daughter would want to carry her best friend's baby to term? I'm not saying the guy didn't step out of line, I'm just saying I don't think it has anything to do with you.

Erica: Then prove me wrong. Please, Tad, find out everything you can about this man, so I can just chalk it up to just some strange, sick coincidence, and I can get this man out of our lives.

Tad: Erica, I'm working on it, ok? I swear to you, as soon as we find out anything, I'll call you.

Erica: Well, you have to make it fast before anything else happens.

Tad: Well, I don't know what more I can tell you.

Erica: Tell me that I can kill this man and get away with it. Because I swear to you, I can't stop thinking about the fall-out from this. Kendall may never recover from this, Tad.

Kendall: Please, Greenlee, think about how far -- how far we've come together. I have become a better person, because of my friendship with you. We've changed, both of us, and it's because of you and how much you mean to me. I couldn't just let you curl up and die when Ryan left. You wanted to, but I held you instead. And when I lost my faith in love, I found that faith again in you. I could've just let you die in that fire if I was really, truly such an awful person. If I was the person that I used to be, wouldn't I have just saved myself? Yes, I did things wrong with the baby. But I wouldn't be me if I didn't screw it up somewhere.

Greenlee: You think I wouldn't accept this if I could? It's too much. I've been knocked down too hard. I can't get up.

Kendall: Do you -- do you remember the night -- the night of the black-out, when everything went wrong? I found you on the rooftop, and you were so lost. You said sometimes you just wanted to close your eyes and give in. You asked for my help. Yes, I know, I know, I should've called you from the clinic. I should have asked you, but all I could think about was how broken you were. All I could think about was how you wanted this baby so badly. All I could think about was you! I mean, could you really take another loss after losing Ryan and losing the baby? Could you take another loss?

Ryan: This is mine? Our --

Kendall: Yours. Yours and Greenlee's son. That little one was created by someone that you love and someone who loves you. I never thought of him as mine, ever. And for probably the first time in my life, this was not about me. From the moment I carried this child inside of me, Greenlee, I did it for you. He was yours, your baby, and he still is. And you can hate me. You can hate me all you want, but don't walk out on your son. Don't walk out on a future with Ryan. You both need this little boy more than you know, because he is your future now.

Aidan: Why are you out here alone at this time of night anyway? It's not a safe place to be for a woman, you know.

Erin: For your information, Jonathan is back at the motel room asleep.

Aidan: Did I ask you where your brother was?

Erin: That's all you care about -- finding something on him that you can use, getting your revenge.

Aidan: You know, I'm not the only one interested in your brother, you know. Are you sure there's not another dozen people following you through this park?

Erin: You might have convinced my brother of your so-called sincerity with that little card game, but I don't buy it for a second.

Aidan: Wow. You know, with a suspicious mind like yours, you should be the PI.

Erin: You're just out to get him, punish him. So listen up, Mr. Devane. You've already seen me take you out once. And if you so much as think of coming near me or my brother, I won't be so gentle the next time.

Ryan: Tell me what you want, Greenlee. You want her to go, she'll go. If you want her to stay and talk, then she'll stay and talk. Just let me know, and I will make it happen.

Greenlee: I want to trust you. I want to look at you and still love you. I want to know that I can believe in the two of you. You're the two people who have meant more to me than anyone in my life. I want to go back to when I had a future.

Kendall: You still have a future.

Greenlee: No, I don't! You stole it. Futures should be built on hope. I've given up hope, I've given up trust, I've lost all faith in you -- in anyone, in myself. It's gone, and there's nothing that either one of you can do to bring it back. Look at me. Look at me, damn it! I am broken. You've broken me! There are so many pieces all around me I don't know where to start. I have to fix myself, and I can't stand to look at you or be anywhere near you, and I have to get away from you and you and this apartment and hospitals and babies. I have to get out of here. I have to get away from both of you.

Ryan: Greenlee, no, I'll go.

Greenlee: Didn't you hear me? I have to go alone.

Ryan: I can help you.

Greenlee: Get your hands off of me. You told me you'd give me my choices back and go along with whatever I wanted. Well, this is my choice. Let go of me.

Ryan: If this is what you want --

Greenlee: It is.

Kendall: Oh, God. Oh, God, Ryan, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.

Ryan: Don't you get it? Leave us alone.

Aidan: I was just making sure that a woman didn't get hurt walking through the park. I was being a nice guy. Next time, I'll think twice.

Erin: Well, I've gone all these years without some jerk to protect me, so I'm not about to start now.

Aidan: Well, I'm happy to leave you alone. You know, there's all sorts of rocks you can turn over looking for conspiracy theories against you, you know.

Erin: Wait. You're right, ok?

Aidan: I'm sorry, I didn't hear that. I'm -- I'm what?

Erin: I probably overreacted. You just -- you startled me.

Aidan: Do you usually bite people's heads off and ask questions later?

Erin: Only people who are out to hurt my brother.

Aidan: And you're so sure that that's me, huh?

Erin: Well, you haven't exactly won us over.

Aidan: I told you the other day when I came around to see Jonathan that I'm keeping an open mind.

Erin: My brother was all I had for so many years, and I'm just -- I'm not going to let you go after him, especially now.

Aidan: Yeah, I get it. You alone stand between Jonathan and the world.

Erin: Jonathan is what I lived for. And after the first breakdown I tried to take care of him for a little bit, and obviously not very well, so I owe him this.

Aidan: Why devote your whole, entire life to him?

Erin: He's my brother. I love him. What else would I do?

Greg: I am helping these women.

Josh: You know, you've officially fallen off that very high pedestal that you put yourself on. You lied to the very woman who was supposed to have that baby.

Greg: If it weren't for you, Greenlee would have a beautiful child in a matter of months. Everyone would've been happy.

Josh: Says the man with the higher power, looking down on the mere mortals.

Greg: You're not just going after those women. You're attacking me, Josh.

Josh: And you always talk about your job being so noble. How many times have you reminded me of that special day Mom gave birth to me? Huh? Is that why you do what you do? Is that why you did this to Kendall?

Greg: This pregnancy has nothing to do with you or your mother.

Josh: No? You're not trying to re-create that sacred day that Mom gave birth to me and saved her life? Because if you are, Dad -- if you are -- stop it! All right? I am so tired of being reminded of the miracle that I am.

Greg: Right now I seem to forget that myself.

Josh: I don't want to be the reason why you do all this!

Greg: Look, you still haven't told me the reason why you did what you did.

Josh: Maybe it serves me, all right? You're not the only one keeping an eye on Erica, remember? This will keep her off her pins for a while.

Greg: You wouldn't do this just to get at Erica. I've raised you better than that.

Josh: Maybe this will also make you take a long, hard look at how you conduct yourself as a human being.

Erica: Madden has taken two very capable women and pitted them against each other. This man has potentially destroyed any hope of my family ever finding happiness. We may never recover from what he did to Kendall and Greenlee. He has manipulated Kendall to such a point that I actually fear for her physical and her mental health. He took Greenlee's already devastated heart, and he stomped on it. And he's caused a horrendous rift between Jack and me. The man has got to be stopped, and he's got to be punished.

Tad: We have a lot in common. I swear to you, if Greg Madden has done anything he needs to be punished for, I'll find out about it.

Jack: You don't know a thing about my wife or our daughters. And you -- the only reason you even got involved with Kendall was to get her name on your casino licenses to keep the money just rolling in.

Zach: Come on. Kendall knew exactly what she was getting into, just as she did when she was helping Greenlee. Why can't you see that?

Jack: Why don't you save your breath. I'm not going to rise to your bait.

Zach: Just can't admit that I'm right. Kendall is better than all of us. You should be taking better care of her, because Greenlee's not the only one that needs you right now.

Jack: Oh, let me ask you a question. If you were so concerned about Kendall, why didn't you step up for her?

Zach: Because I'm not her family. We're getting a divorce, you know that.

Jack: Yeah, not a moment too soon.

Zach: I sat there and watched you, all you guys. I didn't jump in, because it only would've made things worse.

Jack: Gee, I can't imagine things being any worse.

Zach: She didn't want me to defend her. She wanted one of you to do it. How did you miss that? She was standing there open and exposed, praying that someone -- anyone, just a member of her family, as long as it was someone that she loved -- would step up and stand by her side. Give her honest, unconditional support, the same kind of honest, unconditional support that she's been giving Greenlee ever since Ryan took off. How did you miss that? How did you and everybody else miss that? You were just sitting there. Nobody even flinched. All about Greenlee -- poor, sad, abused, devastated Greenlee, the same Greenlee who would take and take from Kendall until Kendall had nothing left to give but life itself. And she did, Jackson! She did! How did you miss that? Hey, good news --Greenlee's going to be just fine taking care of herself.

Ryan: Greenlee, Greenlee, please, please, stop. Just stop and please just listen to me, please. Just -- just give me a little bit of time. I'll come with you, ok, and we'll leave all of this -- all of this behind, just you and me, like it used to be. Please, we'll leave all of the pain behind, and we'll just start over, just the way that we wanted. Please don't do this. Please, don't do this. I can't let you go -- please, not like this. Don't. We can go and we can leave this mess. We can just hit the open road and find each other again. I want you in my life. I just -- I love you so much.

Greenlee: It's over. There's nothing left.

Ryan: How can you say that? How can you say that? I felt it. And I know you felt it, too. I made you laugh. Do you remember? Do you remember how much we used to laugh? We -- we can dance again. We can do this.

Greenlee: Months ago, I would've believed anything. But then you died, my baby died, you came back, you hid everything -- Jonathan -- and now Kendall? I -- we don't have a future, Ryan, not anymore.

Ryan: I refuse to believe that.

Greenlee: Don't do this to me. It has to be this way, damn it. You made a promise -- if I wanted a divorce, you'd give me a divorce, if I wanted you out of my life, you'd stay out of it, and I'm telling you now this is my decision. If you try and follow me or find me, you'll only be making things worse. Don't you understand? I can't take the pain anymore. I just can't do it. Are you going to make good on your promise to me or not?

Greenlee: Good-bye, Ryan.

Zach: What about the baby that Kendall is carrying? How is your family going to accept them with open arms?

Jack: We'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Zach: Maybe you should start crossing that bridge right now. After all, it's a Lavery. You going to hold him and love him like you did Miranda, or are you going to turn your back on him, because of who his father is and how he was conceived?

Jack: Why don't you go to hell, Slater.

Greg: You helped Greenlee find out the truth just to get back at me? Oh, Josh, have I been that bad of a father?

Josh: Not get back at you, more enlighten you.

Greg: What, and have Erica Kane up against the ropes? Is that enough of a perk to destroy the lives of two young women who had nothing but the best of intentions?

Josh: I'm a truth-teller, Dad, nothing more. And that was one huge lie you were dumping on that baby. Every kid deserves to know who his real mother and father are.

Greg: Parents are not only created by biology.

Josh: Rationalize all you want, Dad, but this blew up because of you. You had the chance to stop this by saying no, but you didn't. Blame yourself.

Singer: And I'm already gone

Kendall: We couldn't stop her.

Ryan: I almost had her back. Why did you come here?

Kendall: I had to. I had -- I had to try to make Greenlee understand why I did it.

Ryan: Did you think? It didn't occur to you that you'd done enough already? That this wasn't between you and Greenlee, this was between me and Greenlee -- us, not you?

Kendall: It became us the minute you died, and I was the only one that she had left.

Ryan: You know, you say that you love her and that you understand her.

Kendall: I do, I swear.

Ryan: And still you did this. Didn't you realize how she would feel? How could you do this? How? Please tell me.

Jack: I thought I might find you here.

Erica: You know me too well. I just couldn't stand another round of arguments.

Jack: Yeah, well, that's the last thing I want, believe me. I don't know what to do. Things are just spinning out of control. But the one thing I need to know is that I can count on you, on us, on our marriage.

Erica: I've been thinking about our wedding day. So much to look forward to.

Jack: Yeah. Now it's all seemed to have gone right off the rails, and I don't know how to get us back on track. Erica, the last thing I want to do is start pointing the finger or blame. I don't want to start attacking.

Erica: Well, if you're looking for a target for your anger, take a shot at the good Dr. Greg Madden. Don't blame Kendall.

Kendall: I did this for her. I did this for Greenlee, because I thought it was for her own good.

Ryan: I'm sorry, what did you say? How could you possibly think keeping a secret like this could be for her own good?

Kendall: This all started, because you broke her heart to save her! You stayed away for months to save her. You come back from the dead to save her! You have no right to judge me after what you did to her! Maybe if she didn't need saving, maybe if she just needed love -- that's what I did for her, that's what I gave her! How does someone -- how does someone who loves someone leave them the way that you left her? You didn't -- you did not hold her when she cried. You didn't. And you didn't -- you didn't make her eat food to keep up her strength. You didn't do any of that! You didn't try to show her that life could be worth living again. You didn't -- you didn't remind her to smile. You didn't! Why? Why? Because you were not here! You weren't here. Ryan, everything, everything you took away from her I tried to give back to her. Including a baby. A baby, Ryan, for her! Everything, everything I did I did, because I love her. And if you can't understand that, then you can rot in hell!

Erin: After Ryan and Braden left home, it was just me and Jonathan, and it -- it was hard for him. I got dolls, and he got bruises. I'm the only one of us who my father didn't torture daily. And we were very young, but I was all Jonathan had, so I've looked after him ever since.

Aidan: But what about yourself in all of this?

Erin: Well, Jonathan's my life. I'm happy to do it.

Aidan: Yeah, but nothing but Jonathan? You know, you can't do this forever.

Erin: Oh, well, in case you haven't noticed, it's kind of a full-time commitment. I mean, how could there be anything else?

Aidan: Yeah, but you must have some plans of your own, you know, especially if Jonathan -- you know, if Jonathan gets better.

Erin: I mean, he's my brother. If -- if this isn't what we're meant to do, taking care of each other, then doesn't say much about life, does it?

Aidan: Yeah, but you've just got to ask yourself, is he worth doing all of this for?

Erin: Then you don't get it. I -- I genuinely love him. We've been through so much together. I'll never leave him. Can't you understand that?

Aidan: You know, my advice still stands. You should really do your running in the daytime.

Erin: Well, I do. I run three times a day.

Aidan: Wow, three times? What, you training for a marathon or the Olympics or something?

Erin: I have to run that much. If I don't, I go crazy.

Aidan: You running away from anything in particular?

Erin: No. No, I just like it. You know, just some time alone with your thoughts. It's very freeing. Do you run?

Aidan: I've been known to, yeah. Usually along the beach.

Erin: And how do you feel when you're done?

Aidan: I feel great.

Erin: Life, you know, is crazy and fast and sometimes it's just nice to take some time out, just listen to music or talk to yourself or just be quiet, just listen to the sound of your feet hitting the ground.

Aidan: You know, you sound like one of those infomercials. You know, with a sales pitch like that, you make me want to go out and buy a pair of trainers.

Erin: I can run an eight-minute mile.

Aidan: Really?

Erin: Mm-hmm. You?

Aidan: I don't know, I never timed it.

Erin: Yeah, sure you haven't.

Aidan: But I'll race you if you'd like.

Erin: Oh, can you keep up?

Aidan: I'll try. I'm not in my runners, but I'll try.

Erin: All right. Let's go.

Josh: You've been nagging me and preaching to me my whole life, and I had to take it, because you're the miracle man who makes babies appear.

Greg: I stand by everything that I have done.

Josh: Yeah, well, welcome to the rest of the world, Dad, because your secrets out. But not all of them, right? You're still holding on to something that has to do with Erica. Well, sit tight. I'm going to unlock the combination to that one, too. I love a challenge.

Erica: Greg Madden is out to damage me as much as he possibly can.

Jack: But he couldn't have done anything without Kendall. I'm trying desperately to understand how she could've gone so far.

Erica: Well, we're going to have to sort all that out. There are very difficult times ahead for her, and for all of us.

Jack: I know one thing for sure. We are not going to let this come between us. I want to figure this out. I want to figure this out as your husband.

Erica: I am so glad to hear you say that.

[Greenlee cries as she drives alone. Ryan returns to his empty home, then weeps in the bedroom. Kendall stumbles into her condo where Zach comforts her.

Singer: Best friends are hard to find true love is rarer still. In you they're both combined if it's God's will. Who am I to break it? And loving you is crazy and life just never ceases to amaze me. I never wanna be without your love. You give me hope and inspiration. In finding you I've found salvation. I never wanna be without your love gifted from angels above. No one is perfect yet, but I know you and I are so right it frightens me. Each night I say a prayer and it will be. Life is what we make it. You rule my heart. I never know how you seduce me and fill my head with poetry and music. I never wanna be without your love. You fuel my imagination. In finding you I've found salvation. I never wanna be without your love.

>> On the next "All My Children" --

J.R. (to Babe): I'm not letting you drive back to the Pine Cone. You're going to stay here again tonight.

Jamie (to Amanda): You can't go around hurting people, thinking you can get away with it.

Amanda (to Jamie): I am not crazy!

Zach (to Kendall): I've fallen in love with you.
