Bianca: J.R. is completely beyond belief. I was just over at the Chandlers', and you will not believe what he said to me. He told me that you and Jamie are planning on running off together. I mean, the guy thinks that he can get away with saying anything, no matter how crazy, and he'll be believed, especially if it's something low about you. Well, I told him that he was dead wrong. I was right, wasn't I?

Babe: Not this time, no.

Bianca: Babe -- you and Jamie are running off without Bess? Are you crazy?

Babe: I don't expect you to understand --

Bianca: Is that the answer? Does this explain what the heck is going on here?

David: Babe is under the impression that there's no way that you would tell Tad about the Miranda-and-Ace switch.

Jamie: Well, I gave Babe my word.

David: You really care about her, huh?

Jamie: Not that it's any of your business, but, yeah, I do.

David: Then stay away from her. Leave her alone.

Jamie: Who -- you don't call the shots for Babe.

David: And you do? Wrong, kid. I am her father, and I know what you're up to.

Krystal: What? What the --

Tad: And that would be you.

Krystal: Come on, not the -- not the fisherman and the mermaid again.

Tad: Oh, yes, my little tuna de amour. For the next hour or so, I want you to consider yourself trapped in a net of lies.

Krystal: Get this thing off of me!

Tad: No, no, no, no. Not till you come across a little thing called the truth.

Jonathan: I told you, Giselle, not now.

Maggie: Aw. Come on, Najinsky.

Jonathan: [French accent] I did not know it was you. [Normal voice] What are you doing?

Maggie: Whoa, whoa, what a minute. Who is this Giselle, some prima ballerina? Should I be jealous?

Jonathan: Hmm, yeah, I think you should, especially if you have a thing for late-model industrial vacuum cleaners, because she's got a cherry-red one.

Maggie: Oh.

Jonathan: Yeah.

Maggie: Well, cleaning -- that I cannot compete with.

Jonathan: But don't worry because I'll pay her to make the bed, but you're the only one who gets to mess it up.

Ethan: I don't want to see you.

Ryan: Well, I came to offer you a deal.

Kendall: Ryan? Ok. Um -- Greenlee?

Greenlee? Greenlee? Greenlee -- Greenlee, what happened to you? What happened to you, Greenlee?

Kendall: Greenlee? Greenlee, are you ok? Come on, stop trying to scare me here, ok? Come on, Greenlee, snap out of it.

Greenlee: What? Stop that. I'm fine. What are you doing? Who let you in? You broke into my apartment.

Kendall: Ok, all right, how much have you had to drink?

Greenlee: Get out.

Kendall: The door was wide open, so that's --

Greenlee: I was sleeping and you sneaked in!

Kendall: Since when do you sleep with the door and your eyes wide open? I only walked in because I thought something was wrong.

Greenlee: Well, nothing is, so go.

Kendall: No --

Greenlee: Ok, you're giving me a headache. Go.

Kendall: I -- I need to see Ryan.

Greenlee: He's out.

Kendall: Well, I need to get in touch with him. It's about Ethan.

Greenlee: I'm not interested in what you have to say about Ethan. He nearly killed Ryan.

Kendall: No, Greenlee, I honestly -- I honestly don't think Ethan did it.

Greenlee: I don't care what you think.

Kendall: Well, you should. Because if I'm right, Ryan could still be in a lot of danger.

Ryan: I'm willing to tell the judge and the DA to go easy on you.

Ethan: That's very big of you. Only why are you coming here to tell me that? If you want to do it, why don't you just run along and do it?

Ryan: Yeah. Well, Greenlees been a little stressed out lately.

Ethan: Really? I'm pretty sympathetic to that right now.

Ryan: And I would like to spare her a long, drawn-out trial.

Ethan: Really? So if I plead guilty, will it spare her a trip to the masseuse? I hate to break it to you, Lavery, but I didn't try to shoot you. Whoever did that -- set me up -- still out there.

Jamie: Babe and I are close and that's the truth.

David: Oh, yeah, of course. You just want to help her, right?

Jamie: I already am.

David: Not if you're still planning on running away with her. Let her stay here where she belongs.

Jamie: Yeah, where Babe goes is up to her.

David: If you run off with Babe, the chances of her getting her son back are slim to none.

Jamie: Well, you're entitled to your opinion.

David: So what are you going to do, huh? What, ride to her rescue? You'd be wrecking her life.

Jamie: No, that's J.R.s claim to fame, and he's not the only one that gets credit. You and Krystal did plenty of damage on your own.

Tad: Martini?

Krystal: If I weren't in this net --

Tad: Ah, but you are, Blanche, you are. And this might help loosen you up.

Krystal: You know what you can do with that cocktail shaker?

Tad: Easy. Ok. No more Mr. Nice Guy. Do you know what I love most about this?

Krystal: Discovering your dark, kinky side?

Tad: No. The fact that you can't weasel your way out of that net or this house until I say so. You can't lie, you can't tap-dance, you can't sidestep. You're right where I want you to be. So, down to business. Lovely. Jamie and Babe are doing this wild, romantic, in-love thing, which in and of itself isn't surprising. But what they tried to sell me read like the back of a book jacket, and I would bet cash money you're on the inside track. So now the relevant question is, what are my son and your daughter trying to hide from me?

Bianca: Why are you and Jamie leaving town?

Babe: I just want to put everything behind me.

Bianca: Including Bess? You can't be serious. Babe, I know that you would never voluntarily leave Bess with J.R.

Babe: She'll have someone to look out for her --

Bianca: Who?

Babe: Someone I can completely trust.

Bianca: Krystal? Babe, you -- you don't think that J.R.s going to pay off every cop and judge around in order to keep Krystal far, far away from Bess?

Babe: It's going to be ok.

Bianca: How can you say that? Babe, you can't let J.R. raise Bess. Ok, you can't abandon her right now. You have to fight for her.

Babe: I am fighting!

Bianca: How? Bess deserves better than this and you know it.

Babe: And she'll get it. Please, you just have to trust me on this one. J.R. is going to get what he deserves, and Bess is going to end up where she belongs.

Bianca: Why are you being so mysterious? It's like you committed murder or something.

Babe: Not murder. It's more like a hit-and-run.

Jonathan: Our holiday packaging can't be great. It can't just be great. This is the Enchantment signature fragrance. It has to be -- it has to be sensual, it has to be sophisticated. It has to be playful. It's got --

Maggie: Complete with cute ornament.

Jonathan: Yeah. And which one would you pick?

Maggie: Um -- this one.

Jonathan: That one?

Maggie: Yeah.

Jonathan: That was my favorite, too.

Maggie: Ah.

Jonathan: Yeah.

Maggie: Ok, great. Good, work's done. Playtime.

Jonathan: No, no, I have to take care of everything here.

Maggie: Hello? Do you know what time it is? You're the only one here slaving away, Mr. Overachiever.

Jonathan: I -- I have to prove myself here. I've got this --

Maggie: The owner is your brother.

Jonathan: I padded my résumé to get here. I lied to Ryan. I flunked out of college, Maggie.

Maggie: Does Ryan know?

Jonathan: He does now.

Maggie: Well, you're still here. Doesn't that prove something?

Jonathan: Yeah, yeah, that I have one magnificent brother.

Maggie: Yeah, and you are great, too. Come on, cut yourself a break. Ryan obviously did.

Jonathan: It's not the only dumb move I've made since I've been here. Bianca's shirt, the one that she was wearing when she had Miranda -- I did not want her to blame you for that. I did not want that to happen. I burned the shirt. I --

Maggie: Yeah, I covered for you.

Jonathan: Your heart's too big for your own good. I tried to tell her that -- not to blame you. I tried to explain it wasn't your fault, but she --

Maggie: I know. You know what? Thank you, but it -- it really doesn't matter anymore.

Jonathan: Meaning what? What happened? Are you and Bianca really over?

Bianca: Babe?

Babe: Bianca, I didn't -- I didn't mow anyone down with my car.

Bianca: Well, are you planning to? Why are you acting so guilty?

Babe: Because -- because it's like I did something so -- so terrible and I had the chance to confess and take my punishment, and I didnt. I -- I just chickened out.

Bianca: Well, everybody does stuff like that.

Babe: No, not like this they don't. I was a coward. Bianca, I was so taken by J.R., so wrapped up in love, I -- I blew it. I didn't do the right thing.

Maggie: You know, I can only do what I think is right. Bianca and I were never a big thing -- I mean, not even a small thing.

Jonathan: But are you over?

Maggie: Would you please stop it? We were never more than friends, and now our friendship has kind of tanked.

Jonathan: I'm sorry. I -- I'm sorry.

Maggie: Well, hey, it's good for you. Look, I've been, you know, struggling with this Chem assignment, and I kind of hit the wall.

Jonathan: Yeah, well, I don't think I'm going to be of much help for you there.

Maggie: Well, I guess I'm just looking for a distraction, and, well, back in the old days, Bianca and I -- you know, we would catch a snack during a break or something.

Jonathan: You want a snack?

Maggie: Well, don't you? Come on, take off. Let's go.

Jonathan: I will. I will go with you, but that first snack -- if I go with you for just a snack, it makes me feel so cheap.

Maggie: All evening?

Jonathan: All evening.

Maggie: Jonathan, Chemistry, Chemistry, Jonathan --

Jonathan: I know, I know, but here's a concept. How about this -- Chemistry and Jonathan?

Maggie: Hmm.

Bianca: Why don't you just tell me what you really meant.

Babe: I want to.

Bianca: Really? Well, you -- you and Jamie were planning on leaving town. So when were you planning on letting me in on your secret?

Babe: When the time is right.

Bianca: Babe, you were going to tell me something that night at the casino, and you didnt. And that wasn't the only time. So why don't you just let me in on your secret, ok? Our friendship means so much to me. Please tell me.

Bianca: What did I do to you?

Babe: You? Nothing. Bianca, you haven't done anything.

Bianca: Well, then, why won't you trust me?

Babe: I do. I trust you with my life.

Bianca: Babe, you're like my own sister.

Babe: Listen, it's -- it's not you. It's me.

Bianca: Well, what about you? What -- what are you trying to do?

Babe: Protect my baby. I have to protect my baby.

Bianca: By leaving her with J.R.?

Babe: Look, tomorrow it's -- it's going to make sense, maybe even sooner. There's going to be no more secrets and no more lies. It's all going to make sense, and everything's going to be just fine.

Bianca: Oh, my God. Oh, my God, I -- I get it, Babe! I know what you're going to do.

Babe: How could you?

Bianca: Because it's the only thing that makes sense. Kidnapping.

David: No one is more devoted to Babe than Krystal, and no one is a better mother than she is.

Jamie: Well, she had a lot to make up for, like an absent father.

David: If I had known that I had a daughter --

Jamie: Well, you didnt. And swooping out of nowhere to run Babes life now is -- well, it's a little too much, too late. You're both messing her up.

David: You don't know what the hell you're talking about.

Jamie: Oh, I know that Krystal rigged the baby's DNA test and you helped cover it up. Now, if you had both been honest in the first place, we wouldn't be in this mess.

David: Oh, boy. You really are a chip off the old man's self-righteous block. We were protecting our daughter.

Jamie: Well, too bad you weren't thinking. How come Babe was the only one suspicious of Paul Cramer? Why didn't you guys check that jerk out?

David: Speaking of Paul Cramer, did you catch up with him the other night after you screwed everything up and let him get away from me?

Jamie: What if I did?

David: Don't drag down Babe with you. Leave her alone.

Maggie: Sorry. Did we interrupt something?

David: No. I got to go. Hey.

Maggie: Hi.

David: Jamie's going off half-cocked. Stop him before it's too late.

Maggie: Jonathan, can we have a minute?

Jonathan: Sure, yeah. Is it ok if I use your room? I'm going to make some --

Maggie: Yes.

Jonathan: Oh. Ok.

Maggie: Thank you.

Jamie: What? Cousin Davey send you on the case?

Maggie: What did you do to him?

Jamie: Oh, nothing. He's just going on and on about Babe and I leaving town.

Maggie: Well, I would, too, if I thought it was -- it's true, isn't it?

Jamie: You know what? Go ahead. Ream me out, too.

Krystal: I am going to get you for this.

Tad: Oh, I don't think so, on account of from where I'm sitting, it looks like you're the one that's been got.

Krystal: You know, I was having a bad hair day already. Now it's never going to recover.

Tad: Oh, I disagree. You look fantastic. But I tell you what -- you give me something, I'll give you something.

Krystal: Honey, you let me out of this net and I will give you something.

Tad: That's not what I'm talking about

Krystal: Oh, come on, Tad. Stop playing.

Tad: I'm not playing. I'm dead serious. You give me the simple, unvarnished truth and I might, just might let you out of this thing.

Krystal: You might?

Tad: If I buy what you're selling.

Krystal: You don't trust me at all, do you?

Tad: Should I? Let's review -- first, I fall head over heels in love with you, propose marriage, and you turn me down for no good reason. Second, I walk into a coffee shop in Llanview of all places and find you having a tête-à-tête with some mysterious blonde over God knows what. Then you shove me to the side in favor of Hayward, and the two of you run off and have a second DNA test to find out who Bess' real father is and then start whooping and hollering for joy when you find out that it's J.R. And the thing that kills me -- the pièce de résistance is the fact that not too long ago my son -- my own son stood in this room and lied to my face, and you know what's going on. And what the hell -- I'm the one that got rid of the DVD. I'm the one that -- that defanged Adam and J.R., and nobody seems to care.

Krystal: I care, Tad. I'm grateful.

Tad: Sweetheart, this isn't about gratitude or being appreciated. It's about you and me. It's about the fact that our children are up to their eyebrows in something that's dangerous, something bad, really bad, something that could destroy somebody's life, and we're both scared to death by it. The only problem is I don't know what the hell is going on. I'm the one in the dark. So I'm begging you from the bottom of my heart, once again, let me in. Please. We're on the same side. We always have been.

Krystal: I know.

Tad: Ok, so, beautiful, what's the problem? You and I are great -- we're fantastic together.

Krystal: Don't you think I know that, Tad? I want to spend the rest of my life with you!

Tad: Ok. Well, the only person standing in your way is you.

Ethan: See, I'd worry about my own future if I was you. You have any idea who actually pulled the trigger? Made a few enemies over the years, something like that?

Ryan: Are you even considering the Kendall factor?

Ethan: You're really something, you know that? Did you ever really love her? Now you'd implicate her? You already hurt her and you betrayed her. Isn't that enough?

Kendall: Ethan did not try to kill Ryan. It's just -- it's not who he is.

Greenlee: I haven't had enough caffeine today, that's all.

Kendall: You know, there's something really honorable about Ethan. I can feel it.

Greenlee: Somehow, I don't think that's all you've been feeling.

Kendall: Excuse me?

Greenlee: You're like Pine Valleys welcome wagon to the British Isles. "Pip, pip cheerio" is all it takes. Aidan, Ethan --

Kendall: No, I came here because I'm concerned for Ryan. Now, somebody framed Ethan, which means that Ryans still in a lot of danger.

Greenlee: And you should know. You're the biggest threat to him, and to us.

Kendall: No, no, I'm not after Ryan. I don't want to cause any more trouble for you. Actually, just the opposite.

Greenlee: Oh. Well, then just leave us alone. You know where the door is.

Kendall: Fine, I'm going to leave Ryan a note.

Greenlee: Fine, whatever.

[Intrigued by lights from the adjoining building, Greenlee stands on her balcony to get a better view.]

Kendall: Just tell him that I'll -- Greenlee? Greenlee, Greenlee, Greenlee -- no, no. Greenlee, no, no. What, have you lost your mind? Ok, should we go to the hospital?

Greenlee: Go wherever you want.

Kendall: No, Greenlee. This is not your first weirdness moment here, ok? Have you seen a doctor?

Greenlee: I don't need a doctor.

Kendall: I walk in here and I find a zombie, then I turn my back for one second and you go for the gold in balcony diving. When did your death wish kick in?

Greenlee: I'm sure you wish that was true.

Kendall: No, no, I would not. Hold on, wait a minute, Greenlee. What am I missing here? Ok, weren't you suggesting just a few weeks ago that we bury the hatchet?

Greenlee: Maybe I thought that we could get along, but that was before you decided to put the make on the guy who shot Ryan.

Ryan: I'm not saying that Kendall was the shooter. But whoever did it framed her first. They let her set up as the possible suspect for days. And what if she had panicked? What if she had run off with the gun that night?

Ethan: Everybody would still think she was guilty.

Ryan: Could've shot me any time. But they didnt. They waited. They waited until Kendall pointed the gun at me and the exact moment she pulled the trigger. So, maybe it wasn't you. But whoever it was, I will see him rot in hell.

Bianca: You don't have to confirm it. It's ok. I don't want to know. I'm happy you're taking Bess. I knew that you wouldn't just desert her.

Babe: Tomorrow Bess is going to be where she belongs.

Bianca: You're going to get your baby back. Oh. But I'm not going to be able to see you every day or call you for really dumb reasons. And I'm not going to be able to see Bess grow up.

Babe: Oh, yes, you will. That will happen. Oh, Bianca, you are going to be there for her first steps, and holding her hand on the first day of school. You're going to coach her through her first date and -- and be taking pictures at her high school graduation. And on her wedding day, you'll be there crying. When she has her first baby, you are going to be there every single step of the way, front and center. I swear this to you, Bianca, on my own life.

Bianca: Now, don't you worry about it, Babe. I'm not going to tell anybody, ok? This is going to be our secret -- yours, mine, and Jamies, and nobody is going to know where you guys are.

Babe: Nobody can keep you away from Bess.

Bianca: Or you.

Babe: God, it's so crazy that things can seem so bad and then -- and then in a split second, it's like a miracle. You're due a miracle, Bianca. It's going to happen.

Tad: Krystal, as hard as this thing is to tell me -- and I know it is -- if you do tell me, we'll both be better off for it. Honey, I love you. That means sharing the bad and the good. I promise I won't let you down.

Krystal: That's not what I'm afraid of.

Tad: Ok, so what's the problem? I mean, for Gods sake, Babe trusts Jamie.

Krystal: Yeah, but he's got a big heart and a forgiving nature.

Tad: Well, la-de-dah. When you're that young and naive, it's easy to be forgiving.

Krystal: I know, but that changes with age, doesn't it, Tad?

Tad: Maybe, for some people.

Krystal: What about you? Are you so different from Jamie?

Tad: Life may have made me a little cynical, but I like to think I'm basically an understanding guy.

Krystal: Have you ever done something really stupid?

Tad: What do you think?

Krystal: Have you ever done something hurtful, really hurtful and almost unforgivable?

Tad: Yeah. I cheated on Dixie. I failed her in all kinds of ways. I couldn't keep David away from her. Whether I was too stupid or too slow or I didn't try hard enough, I couldn't protect her from him.

Krystal: Maybe you couldn't no matter what you did.

Tad: Maybe. But I don't intend to make the same mistake with you, which means you have to confide in me. And if you do, I give you my word -- for better or worse, for richer, for poorer, you won't regret it.

[Door slams]

David: If you don't let Krystal go right now --

Tad: What are you going to do, you going to shoot me down like a dog? Who the hell are you, Black Bart?

Krystal: David, put the gun down.

Tad: I mean, honestly, Hayward, if you came at me with a syringe, I might sweat a little bit, but a cap gun?

David: Shut up and do as I said!

Tad: Or what? What are you going to do, tangle her up worse than she already is? Why don't you put that thing away. If you're as half as bad a shot as you are a detective, you'll probably end up shooting her.

Krystal: Oh, this is crazy. Come on.

David: How many times have I told you to stay away from Krystal, to leave her alone?

Krystal: I'm all right, David!

David: I'm sick and tired of everyone messing with my family.

Tad: She's not your family.

David: She's the mother of my daughter!

Tad: So what? So what? You think that gives you ownership? She can think and speak for herself!

Krystal: Yeah, you're right. Tad, I can think or myself, and I think you need to let me go --

David: I'm not kidding around with you, Tad! Let her go!

Krystal: Stop it! Tad, come on now. Let me out of this. Please. Now, I don't agree with Davids methods, but I do agree that family comes first, and I need to be thinking about Babe right now, so just let me out of here. Come on.

Tad: You sure you don't want to shoot her free?

Tad: I got it, I got it, I got it, I got it. There you go. Come on. Listen to me -- I can't help you if I don't know what's going on, and if you don't tell me --

Krystal: I can't.

Tad: Yes, you can. You can trust me, sweetheart.

David: Krystal, let's go.

Tad: Don't do this, honey. Please.

Krystal: I'm sorry.

Jamie: Babe and I are leaving.

Maggie: Why? Why suddenly now? Jamie, one day Babe is all over you, and the next she's madly in love with J.R., and then you again. You can't throw away your family and your education and your entire life because Babe wants a ride somewhere.

Jamie: You know what? It's more than a ride.

Maggie: She is going to make a huge show of leaving with you as a flip-off to J.R.

Jamie: Maggie, you're wrong.

Maggie: Prove it. You prove it to me. You guys want to shack up -- move in here, take my place. I'll find somewhere else to live. Just don't leave Pine Valley. Please don't leave Pine Valley.

Jamie: Leaving town was my idea, not hers. Want to do me a favor?

Maggie: Anything.

Jamie: Remember that Babe never meant to hurt anyone.

Maggie: Jamie, what's going on?

Jamie: It's just things got out of hand, and the best course of action is to move away.

Maggie: Well, I don't accept that.

Jamie: I'm sorry. You don't have a choice. I'm going to miss you.

Maggie: Oh, come on, please don't go. Don't go.

Jamie: I have to.

Babe: Here, stop crying.

Bianca: I just love happy endings.

Babe: I know. Me, too.

Bianca: Oh, my God, you need money. All right, I don't have that much cash on me --

Babe: No, I dont.

Bianca: But I can go to the bank and get some more -- yes, you do. Babe, you're starting a new life someplace. That's going to be expensive.

Babe: Jamie took care of it. He got some cash. And there's no way I'm going to take your money. You've given me enough as it is. I never had a sister. Shoot, I've never even had a good girlfriend. You've always been so awesome to me, such an amazing person, so accepting. You were great to me right off the bat. You didn't even care if I was dressing on the cheap or if I could only order off a diner menu.

Bianca: Who cares about the stupid things that anybody can learn? You were sweet and kind and generous, and you accepted me, too. It's a big deal. A lot of people dont.

Babe: Well, they're idiots and it's their loss.

Bianca: I love you.

Babe: I love you, too. I never meant to hurt you. I never meant to cause you a second of pain.

Bianca: You didn't, Babe. You're not even capable of it.

Babe: I better -- better get packing. I'm not very good with this whole "goodbye" stuff.

Bianca: It's not "goodbye." It's not "goodbye." It's -- it's "call me when you're safe and then I can come visit."

Babe: Right.

Bianca: Come here. You take care of yourself and you be safe.

Babe: You be happy -- really happy, ok?

Bianca: Ok, ok. Shh.

Babe: Ok, go.

Bianca: I'm going.

Babe: Go. I'm going to miss you so much. God. But you'll have Miranda. You'll have each other.

Greenlee: You got the wrong idea on the balcony. I've just been distracted all day.

Kendall: Yeah, distracted people walk into furniture. They don't do concrete swan dives.

Greenlee: Good night, Kendall.

Kendall: Well, I hope you feel better soon.

Greenlee: Dr. Maria Grey, please. Um -- no. No message.

Ryan: Hey.

Greenlee: Hey. Hey.

Ryan: Hi. Hi. Nice to see you, too.

Greenlee: I missed you, I missed you, I missed you so much.

Ryan: Hmm. Hey, you know what I was thinking? I was thinking that maybe we made the wrong call at the hospital. Maybe we should've got you checked out. You know, I'm due for a checkup.

Greenlee: Well, I'm already ahead of you. I saw Maria and she gave me a physical and a blood test.

Ryan: What did she find out?

Greenlee: Nothing, so far. Everything seems to be ok, physically.

Ryan: Well, that's great news.

Greenlee: Yeah, and I am feeling better -- another good sign -- and I'm just thinking that it was all the stress of it and everything, and now you're fine and you're safe and Ethans all locked up and nothing could go wrong.

Ryan: Yeah. Now we can both take it easy, you know? No worries.

Kendall: Brought you a present.

Ethan: Nail file?

Kendall: No. Crackers and --

Ethan: Wow.

Kendall: Fish eggs.

Ethan: You are wonderful.

Kendall: Well, don't get too excited. I do expect you to share.

Ethan: I never eat caviar alone.

Maggie: Well, this is fun. Huh?

Jonathan: Did I complain?

Maggie: That was a real downer. Bye-bye Bianca, bye, Jamie. He's such a great guy.

Jonathan: You've still got me.

Maggie: Thank you. Thank you for not walking out of that door.

Jonathan: No chance.

[Knock on door]

Maggie: No, wait. No, dont. It could be Jamies mom or dad, and, please, the night really can't get much worse, can it?

Krystal: Babe? Babe, honey?

David: Damn it. She left.

Krystal: Yeah, you didn't chain her to the wall?

David: No, that's more Tads style.

Krystal: Yeah, well, you could've fooled me, coming into Tads place waving a gun around?

David: Oh, yeah? Admit it -- it's a good thing I showed up when I did. You were about to spill.

Krystal: We're not discussing Tad, ok? You said you talked to Babe. What's going on with her and Jamie? Did she say?

David: Not the whole truth.

Krystal: Oh, Tad is so right. There is something up with those two, but what?

David: I practically begged Jamie not to take her away.

Krystal: She wouldn't leave her child, David. She wouldn't, not now when she is this close to getting him back.

David: I know, it doesn't make any sense. I know she wouldn't do that, but -- what if she -- oh, my God. Come on.

Babe: My goodness, I cannot believe we're doing this.

Jamie: We don't have to. You know, we can still back out.

Babe: No. Absolutely not. I want to settle this. My letters -- they're all set to be delivered tonight, and -- and Bianca will have Miranda.

Jamie: And tonight you'll be holding your son.
