Ryan: Mood swings, you're distracted, paranoid --
Greenlee: Fits of temper.
Ryan: It says right here -- it says that these are all possible signs of early pregnancy.
Greenlee: A baby. You think it could have happened so soon?
Ryan: Well, it only takes once.
Greenlee: Well, it it's real -- I mean, if I really am pregnant -- are you ok with that?
Ryan: Are you?
Maria: Finally. I didn't think you were ever going to get out of bed today.
Zach: Hi. You're in a good mood.
Maria: Yeah. It is gorgeous outside today. Oh, my God, I can't believe it. The air, flowers, and perfect.
Zach: Absolutely perfect.
Maria: You know what? The only thing we really need is coffee. Good Lord, lots of coffee, please.
Zach: How about some fresh-squeezed orange juice?
Maria: Ok. That'll do. Freshly squeezed from those manly hands?
Maria: Lucky orange, lucky me.
Zach: Cheers. Hmm. Another day in paradise.
Maria: It's over. What are you -- what happened? What are you talking about?
Edmund: You know. Get your things and get out.
Maria: You can't pack up my stuff and throw me out of here and not even give me an explanation, Edmund.
Edmund: You lied to me, Maria -- again. You lied to protect Slater. His true name is Alexander Cambias, Jr. but you already knew that, didn't you?
Krystal: A confession?
David: Which states Paul Cramer switched those babies without Babe's knowledge or Kelly Buchanans.
Krystal: And what do you plan to do with this literary masterpiece?
David: Cramer's going to sign it, and then we're home free.
Krystal: Not quite. You force Paul to sign this, you might just be sending your daughter away for life.
Jamie: There you go, Mrs. Anderson -- one fake ID.
Jamie: What are you doing?
Babe: Oh, I'm writing a letter. It's to Bianca. It explains everything about Bess. You know, I've waited a really long time to tell her, tell her everything, and writing it down -- it doesn't make it any easier than telling her in person. But I'm just happy that she'll know everything once we leave town, and she'll have Bess back. That's all that really matters. So, Kate Anderson, huh? You think me being named after your great-grandma's really going to bring us luck?
Jamie: Well, I never met her, but I can't think of anyone else up there I'd rather have looking out for us.
Babe: We're really going to do this, aren't we? Oh. We're going to go get my Ace and Bianca's going to have Bess?
Jamie: That's the plan.
Babe: Well, then, what are we waiting for? Kick it into gear and let's go get my baby.
Greenlee: Of course I'm ok with it. I'm better than ok. I mean, that's what we wanted -- a baby, our baby. A crazy little type A just like us.
Ryan: Hey, it's ok to be nervous.
Greenlee: How about freaked out? I mean, we are going to be responsible for this little itty-bitty creature, from its first breath, its first step, its first everything.
Ryan: It's amazing, right?
Greenlee: I can't be a mother. I mean, I don't know how. I was raised by nannies. My mother was a disaster. Oh, I don't cook. I don't do baby talk. I don't -- I never learned nursery rhymes. I don't know Miss Bo Peep from Miss Muffet. I love to sleep in. I'm hideously, horribly selfish.
Ryan: You're adorable, you're loving, you're kind, and you do anything that you set your mind to, Greenlee. You made Fusion out of nothing, you take on Enchantment, and you're helping me run a multinational company.
Greenlee: Yeah, well, business I can hack, but a baby?
Ryan: Look, look, look, look.
Ryan: I know it kind of happened fast --
Greenlee: No, if it's happened.
Ryan: Is this what you want? Greenlee, is your heart really into this pregnancy thing?
Greenlee: Well, how about yours? How do you really, truly, really feel? Do you want this as much as you thought you did?
Babe: So I need my baby and Bianca needs Bess, so the sooner we do this, the better.
Jamie: Especially with the J.R. factor.
Babe: So then what are we waiting for?
Jamie: We can't just barge into Ace's nursery and grab a bottle and him and go. We have to be careful. You know, our best shot is election night. Win or lose, Kevin Buchanans going to be busy the whole time.
Babe: Right, so that takes care of Kevin. What about the nanny?
Jamie: We'll get some sleeping pills, make sure she takes a really long nap.
Babe: Right. Good night, nanny. But that still doesn't take care of Paul.
Jamie: If Paul tries to blame you for the baby switch, he's only going to incriminate himself.
Babe: You don't understand. As soon as Paul finds out that Ace is missing, he's going to be all helpful and innocent, and he's going to say something like he's seen me around Ace, which I totally have been around Ace, and --
Jamie: Just -- hey. I'll take care of Paul before he does any more damage.
Babe: How can you do that?
Jamie: Trust me. When I'm done with Paul Cramer, he'll never bother you again.
Krystal: Then Babe confronted Paul and that's when things got ugly real quick.
David: Unbelievable. Well, at least it wasn't a total waste. Cramer couldn't keep his mouth shut. Now we know what his plans are.
Krystal: It doesn't mean we can stop him.
David: Look, if Cramer goes through with his threats, J.R.'s not going to need some doctored DVD. Any judge -- and I mean even those not on the Chandler payroll -- is going to throw the book at Babe. Unfortunately for Cramer, 20 years to life in the state pen isn't exactly what I have in mind for my daughter.
Krystal: You don't seem so worried.
David: Because she's not going to be a threat much longer.
Krystal: Pretty sure of yourself.
David: I'm handling it.
Krystal: Well, that's one down, one to go. Jamie.
David: What does Jamie have to do with anything?
Krystal: Babe told him everything about Bess and Ace.
David: She did what? What, I thought we agreed that we weren't --
Krystal: Just hold your horses now. He promised Babe that he wasn't going to say a word.
David: Oh, great! Why doesn't that make me feel any better?
Krystal: He swore that he was on her side no matter what.
David: What is it with these damn Martins? Why can't they just stay out of my -- all right, this has to be taken care of now.
Krystal: Not looking for a secret potion, are you?
David: No. Drugs aren't necessary. Martin will keep his mouth shut if he knows what's good for him. And this problem with Cramer will be solved tonight.
Maria: You trying to kill me or is this your idea of a good time?
Zach: I thought you wanted to finish before the weather changes.
Maria: Yeah, it's just that this is boring and it's beautiful outside. It is such a gorgeous day, and I just kind of feel like maybe we should do something a little more stimulating.
Zach: I think watching you sweat is stimulating.
Maria: Oh, really?
Zach: Mm-hmm. But hard work does have its rewards.
Maria: Oh. All right. I guess it's character building, right?
Zach: Can you not go against the grain?
Maria: Can you move over?
Zach: I was thinking more along the lines of a hot shower -- you know, candles and steam, that kind of stuff.
Maria: Hmm. That sounds good.
Zach: Oh, yeah?
Maria: Ow, ow, ow --
Zach: Uh-oh. A splinter.
Maria: No. That's a hunk of timber in there.
Zach: Ok, let's see.
Maria: Ow. Ow, ow, ow, ow --
Zach: Stop whining. Don't look at me.
Maria: Ok. Ooh. Did you get it?
Zach: There you go.
Maria: You did! My hero.
Maria: You just -- that's very cute. You just pulled the thing out of my paw, so that means I need to save your life, right? Isn't that how the story is?
Zach: You already have.
Maria: No, I -- I didn't know, Edmund. When we were in the desert, Zach never told me he was a Cambias.
Edmund: Well, I believe that. When did you find out?
Maria: I found out the night of the -- of the murder game.
Edmund: The night after you told me, you swore to me that it was over with you and Zach, the night after you chose me, us, our future.
Maria: Look, Edmund, I swear to you it is. It's over with me and Zach.
Edmund: You knew. You knew. Whenever I would ask about Zach and you would tell me -- you would beg me to back off, you would accuse me of obsessing about him, about keeping Slater in our lives. You knew.
Maria: Yeah, I protected him, yes, but that doesn't mean that I was sleeping with him.
Edmund: Erica saw you and Zach at the cemetery --
Maria: Oh, my God. You -- that -- that woman lives to make trouble, I swear.
Edmund: Did she lie? Tell me she was lying. Tell me she didn't see the two of you alone in each other's arms. I remember. You were in -- you were in my arms when you got that phone call, and you said you had to hurry up because it was an emergency. It was Slater?
Maria: Yeah, it was -- he was the emergency.
Edmund: Thank you. Thank you for finally having the decency to be honest. All this time I thought it was over with you and Slater, it was all behind, because that's what you said. That's what you told me, and I believed you, and I accepted that because -- because I have accepted a lot, Maria, but not this.
Maria: But I swear to you, that really was a completely innocent hug --
Maria: That Erica saw.
Edmund: Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
Maria: Edmund, I -- I meant what I said. I want this marriage to work.
Edmund: Oh, yeah, and you think because you didn't sleep with him, that makes everything ok, right? No, you lied to me, Maria, over and over again, and you chose him.
Maria: No, I didn't.
Edmund: You chose to protect him!
Maria: No, I didn't.
Edmund: You chose to keep his secret! Do you understand? It's the same thing! You might as well have slept with him! Either way, it doesn't matter. We're through.
Maria: I know that you're angry. I understand that you're angry. You have every right to be. I should have been totally honest with you. You're right. I should have been honest with you from the very beginning.
Edmund: Look, it's not just me or us or our family. It's Bianca and Kendall and Ryan and everybody else in this town that deserved to know that there was another Cambias in town.
Maria: See, I knew that if I told you or anybody, if I told anybody, nobody else was going to understand. This whole town would blow if they knew he was a Cambias. They would have been on a mission to destroy Zach, so I knew I had to try to convince him to get out of town before anybody else was going to get hurt, and I did, and he is. He's finally -- he's leaving.
Edmund: So that hug at the cemetery, that was goodbye?
Maria: Yes. Edmund -- you and I have been through so much pain and grief, and I -- I didn't think that telling you all this -- I thought it would put too much more of a strain on our marriage, so I kept it a secret, I kept it to myself, and I felt like I did it for us, and I -- you have to believe me, please, Edmund.
Edmund: You saw him today, didn't you?
Ryan: If you are pregnant, I will be right there through all -- through all your freaky cravings, through Lamaze, through diaper -- through everything.
Greenlee: I know. Well, that's the kind of guy you are, but it's one thing to dream about it, it's another thing if the little stick turns blue, so please be honest with me, ok? I can take it. Are you hoping for a positive or a negative on the pregnancy test?
Jonathan: What? You -- you can't be pregnant.
Krystal: What you got there? Poisoned dart? Book of spells?
David: No. Just some papers I need for the clinic.
Krystal: Oh, yeah?
David: Yeah. And I'm late for a meeting.
Krystal: Sure, you are.
David: What are you doing?
Krystal: I knew you were hiding something.
David: Be careful, will you, please? Just give it back.
Krystal: You're going to kill Paul? Is that the meeting that you're late for?
David: Krystal, give it to me. I am not a murderer, but you know just how unstable Paul Cramer is. And once he faces the facts, once he accepts the truth that he shredded not only his sister's life, but Babe's as well and so many others, it'll be too overwhelming for him. Paul Cramer won't be able to live with himself, and he could take his own life. And once his body's found, this will tell the whole story.
Krystal: Now, this is going too far. There's got to be another way, David.
David: You know damn well that Cramer's going to do everything within his power to keep Ace away from Babe. And I'll be damned if I'm going to let that baby be torn from her arms once again and raised by J.R. and Adam Chandler? Forget it. Trust me -- if Cramer happens to disappear, I'm not going to cry at his funeral. Don't try to stop me.
Krystal: David. Take care of yourself.
David: It's nice to know you care.
Ryan: Where'd that come from?
Greenlee: It's a shock, but it's not so horrible, is it?
Jonathan: No, of course not. It's great. Really, it's great. I'm just -- I didn't know how serious you guys were. I mean -- no, come on. I knew you were serious. I just didn't expect it to be so fast. A baby? You got the whole Enchantment-Fusion thing, and, you? You've got Cambias Industries back now that we know Ramseys a fake.
Ryan: Yeah, multitasking, my brother, multitasking.
Jonathan: Right, and no one does it better than you, and you, but I just -- hey, don't listen to me. Don't pay me any attention. That's all shock speaking. Listen, this is a time for celebration, ok? I'm going to grab you a beer, and I'm going to get you a big glass of milk for all that Vitamin D and calcium.
Greenlee: Yeah, well, I'm not thirsty.
Jonathan: Yeah, but you got to think for two now, remember.
Greenlee: Well, thank you, but neither of us is thirsty.
[Door opens and closes]
Greenlee: Was that weird, or am I just having another crazy symptom?
Ryan: Humor my brother.
Greenlee: Ok, but I don't know if I can take that for another nine months.
Ryan: There's more going on here.
Jonathan: Listen, you guys, I was a total jerk, and it's just the shock, ok? Here you go. You guys have things to be thinking about. You guys have -- names? I mean, schools?
Greenlee: Jonathan --
Jonathan: There's --
Greenlee: Jonathan, we don't even know if I'm pregnant yet. I haven't even taken the test.
Jonathan: Right. Right. Best of luck. That's what I'm saying, ok? Come on. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, really. Ok. Bye, you guys.
Greenlee: I prefer my calcium in ice cream. He's acting weirder than me now. You think he's pregnant?
Ryan: No. I know where that's coming from. All that BS about workload. That's not what it's about. It's about our childhood. You thought your parents were a bad example. Believe me, my father takes the prize. I mean, I don't know. Maybe -- maybe given my history, maybe I'm the last guy that should bring a baby into this world.
Zach: All finished.
Maria: Oh. My God, the color's gorgeous. That's beautiful. We did an amazing job.
Maria: Yeah, we -- right? See, right there? Sanded, that's me -- best sanding ever.
Zach: Uh-huh, yeah.
Maria: And you know what? It's really hard to supervise a job like this.
Zach: Right, well --
Zach: Now work's over.
Maria: Yeah? Well, wait a minute! Where are you taking me? What are you doing? Put me down!
Zach: I've got plans for you.
Maria: I'm not painting this house. Are you kidding me? What are you doing?
Maria: Yes, you're right. I saw Zach today. And we said goodbye, because he's leaving. That's it. He's leaving for good.
Edmund: So are you.
Maria: Wait a minute, you --
Edmund: I told --
Maria: You can't throw me out, Edmund. Come on.
Edmund: You will leave quietly, please.
Maria: Zach asked me as a friend to help him. So I did. I helped him as a friend. I didn't do this on the -- maybe that was wrong, ok, but I didn't do this on purpose to hurt you. Don't do this, Edmund. Please don't throw me out. Don't throw all this away.
Edmund: I -- I didn't. You did. Every time you looked at me straight in the eye and you told me it was over with you and Slater.
Maria: It is over. It's been over.
Edmund: Every time you chose, you had to choose, you chose him! Now I choose, Maria.
Maria: Edmund, please -- come on. We have a life together, children and everything.
Edmund: From now on I'll be raising Sam and Maddie.
Edmund: Yeah, well, it's not like, you know, we didn't do it before. We got along fine for five years. We can do it again.
Maria: I'm not leaving my children.
Edmund: It's not like you haven't done it before.
Babe: Thank you.
Jamie: Well, you're welcome, Mrs. Anderson. You always got chilled easily. You even got a cold on our honeymoon. Remember?
Babe: Right. It's kind of funny considering that we met on the beach, Mr. Anderson.
Jamie: Yeah, what a night that was.
Babe: So, I guess we have our first meeting-on-the-beach story, a first impression. You're pretty good at this.
Jamie: Well, you make it easy. There she was, in the middle of all those people, this beautiful, golden girl with a smile that lit up the beach. And when she looked at me, it was like something inside of her reached out to something inside of me.
David: You got a minute?
Paul: Not for you. God.
David: We can do this quick and easy or the hard way. Either way, I win, you lose. It's just a matter of how you want to go.
Jamie: We're in this all the way, Babe. I won't let you down. But if we're going to pull this off, Mr. Anderson has some things he has to take care of. You going to be ok?
Paul: I've got nothing to say to you.
David: The hell you don't.
Paul: You know what, man? You are crazy like everyone says -- agh!
David: And you are the slime who stole my grandson. But you're going to make everything right, aren't you?
Paul: What do you want me to do, huh, snap my fingers? Ow!
David: You're going to sign a confession --
Paul: No --
David: Admitting to everything you've done, and Babe gets her son back.
Paul: No, no, uh-uh. I'm not --
David: That's easy enough for you to understand, isn't it?
Paul: No, uh-uh. I'm not signing any confession.
David: You want to bet?
Greenlee: If you're hoping that the test is negative because you don't feel ready for a kid, I get that. But if you're afraid that you're going to turn into the second coming of monster stepdad, forget it.
Ryan: Well, it's kind of been slammed into my memory.
Greenlee: Memories don't make you into the man who raised you. You're nothing like him. You've been Bianca's rock. You've kept your word to Alexander Cambias, a man that you barely even knew. Who did Erica turn to when she needed help? You. And your brother -- you've given him a job, support. You make me feel loved every day. You make me feel safe. You make me believe that I can do anything. A child, our child, would be really lucky to have you for a daddy.
Ryan: You're very good at this.
Greenlee: It's a no-brainer. You'll be great.
Ryan: And you will be a fantastic mamacita.
Greenlee: Not without help. Mary Smythe is a good example of motherhood if I plan to eat my young. Otherwise, I need help.
Ryan: Like a mommy mentor?
Greenlee: Exactly. But who?
Ryan: Well, what about Erica? She might be a stepmom soon.
Greenlee: Yeah, true, but we'd probably kill each other. It's got to be someone else. Maria.
Greenlee: She's a great mom with a great career, great marriage. The woman does it all, and she never misses a beat.
Maria: Oh, my God. I didn't leave my children on purpose, Edmund. You know that. I came back, I didn't even know who I was. I didn't make a choice.
Edmund: Well, you chose now, and you chose Zach.
Maria: No, no, no, no. I made a mistake. That doesn't mean that Maddie and Sam have got to pay for it.
Edmund: Ahem. Well, they won't. I'll make sure of that. I'll keep them safe.
Maria: Safe from who? From me?
Edmund: From a mother they can't count on.
Maria: Oh, my God. My children can count on me.
Edmund: When? When you're not sneaking off to be with Zach? When you're not lying to me, to them?
Maria: Edmund, why are you doing this?
Edmund: To our friends?
Maria: Why are you doing this? After everything that we've been through? When I first came back, you were so desperate to have me remember, you drugged me. Do you remember that?
Maria: We got past that, we got past Brooke, we got past Aidan, we got past all of it. Then you were shot and you totally shut me out for months, you made me feel like you didn't love me at all anymore, and we survived all of that, Edmund. And we did better than survive that. We got closer. Our love grew deeper and stronger.
Edmund: Yeah. Well, that's unless Zach needs you again.
Maria: You know, it has never -- it's never been easy for us, not even in the very beginning. Do you remember when you proposed to me? I was sick as sick could be from that Chinese take-out, and I could barely hold my head up and keep my food down long enough to say yes to you. You remember?
Maria: Oh, I was going to make you dinner tonight.
Zach: I didn't want to wear you out. I know supervising takes a lot out of you, but go on. Sit down and eat, unless you want to help me fix the roof or --
Maria: No. No, no. Food is good. Food's very good.
Maria: Yeah. And I need to keep up my strength, obviously.
Maria: Man, I didn't even realize how hungry I was.
Zach: There you go. What? No MSG, I promise. I asked the guys.
Maria: Oh, no. I mean, it's -- just having a thought.
Zach: Yeah? Good or bad?
Maria: I don't know. Both --
Zach: Well, of course, the kung pao chicken's going to take care of any bad thought you might have. Come on.
Maria: You know what? I -- I'm -- I'm sorry, love. I just -- I think I'm not as hungry as I thought I was. Ok?
Edmund: I remember every moment of that night. You never looked more beautiful.
Maria: See, that's what I'm talking about -- that I was gross. I was green with food poisoning, and that's -- but you didn't walk away then. Don't do it now, please, Edmund. You're angry, yes, and I get that, I understand that, and I feel like maybe we just need some time and it'll eventually pass, because I love you and I love you as much as I know you still love me.
Babe: Mama, what's wrong?
Krystal: Nothing. Nothing at all, Babe. So, you shopping at the big and tall stores these days?
Babe: Yeah. I was with Jamie.
Krystal: You two weren't planning anything, are you? You promised me that you wouldn't.
Babe: Everything's going to work out. It has to, and with Jamie on our side, I know that it will.
Krystal: You got David on the first string, too. And Tad. Looks like we got our very own dream team.
Babe: What? What's so funny?
Krystal: Well, ever since you were a baby, it was always you and me against the world. Any time we got a hand from anybody, it was usually to hurt us and not help us, and now look at us. I mean, you called it. Got a bunch of heroes just like when it looked we didn't have any in sight.
Babe: But you're my hero, Mama. Whenever and wherever I needed protecting, you were always there for me, and there's no way that I could have made it this far without you. No matter what I stirred up or stepped in, you were always there to help me.
Krystal: Oh. Babe. I think this one time you would have been better off without my help.
David: Don't move.
Paul: Not like I have a choice, huh?
David: Take this pen. Take it!
Jamie: What the hell are you doing?
David: Damn it, Jamie! What the hell do you think you're doing?
Maria: Did you hear that?
Maria: I just thought I heard something.
Zach: Uh -- no.
Maria: What was that?
Maria: Oh, my God. It's a bat. It's a bat. It's a bat.
Zach: Oh, yeah.
Maria: You see it right there?
Maria: Oh, my God, it's in the house.
Zach: Well --
Maria: You got to get it out.
Zach: What do you want to me to do?
Maria: I don't know, I don't know. Get it out.
Maria: Oh, wait. Now it moved over there. It moved over there.
Zach: Well, I see it.
Maria: What are you going to do, sand it to death?
Maria: Oh, be careful, be careful, be careful, be careful.
Maria: It's right there. It's right there, it's right there.
Zach: It's the only bat here.
Maria: I know. Don't let it -- don't let it bite you. Oh, my God, oh, my God, oh, my God, oh, my God.
Maria: You got it, you got it.
Zach: Well -- someone wants to say hi. Come here.
Maria: No! No, no, no, no! No. No, let it bite somebody else, suck somebody else's blood.
Zach: Say hi.
Maria: No, no! Leave me alone.
Maria: Edmund, I -- I've got no good excuse. I've got no excuse. I -- I can't take it back, and I can't undo it. All I can do is ask for your forgiveness.
Edmund: I asked you to get out, and I meant it. And leave your key.
Maria: Edmund --
Edmund: I mean it.
Maria: Come on, please.
Edmund: Don't make me ask you again.
Maria: Good, good, because I'm not leaving. I'm not going to -- I'm not going to leave. I'm not going to leave you or our children or this marriage, and if you -- if you don't want me to sleep in your bed, that's fine. I'll sleep in the guestroom. But I'm not going. I'm going to stay right here and I'm going to fight for this marriage whether you like it or not.
Ryan: You know what? I've never been a big fan of tests, but this one I hope we pass with flying colors.
Ryan: What about you? You know, now that the initial shock has worn off, you still want to see that -- that little plus sign?
Greenlee: You know, I'm scared out of my mind, but, yes, I do. I never thought life could be any better with you, and now baby makes three.
Ryan: Hmm. We could have twins.
Greenlee: Stop it. One at a time.
Ryan: And what else?
Greenlee: Well, I'm hoping for a positive for another reason.
Greenlee: If I'm not pregnant, what's wrong with me?
Babe: Hey, everything that you did, you did it to protect me, just like you always have done.
Krystal: I think I got a little bit carried away this time.
Babe: But everything you did you did because you love me. I want to be just like you. I'm going to put my baby first, and every day he's going to know that he's so darned loved and that I would do anything and then some for him. I just hope that I'm half as good of a mama as you are.
Krystal: Would you stop it? You're making me cry. You know I don't cry.
Babe: Because you were always afraid it would scare me. Go ahead and cry, Mama. You don't have to protect me anymore.
David: Why are you here?
Jamie: Looks like the same reason you are -- you want Paul off of Babe's case for good.
David: Well, look, just let it go, all right? I'm taking care of Cramer.
Jamie: There is no way I'm leaving this up to you, Hayward.
Ryan: Tomorrow we're going to go to the hospital and we're going to figure out whether we have a little bouncing boy Lavery or a crazy little girl that I am going to be crazy about. Tomorrow, we're going to have all our questions answered, I promise. Hey, do you feel ok now?
Greenlee: I feel great.
Ryan: Good, because I'd like to revisit you running around the house naked.
Greenlee: Oh, I don't do that for just anyone.
Ryan: You sure about that?
Greenlee: Yeah. I only have one person on that dance card. That's my husband --
Greenlee: Future father of my child.
Zach: What is it?
Maria: You just keep saving me -- and not just the bat and the splinter and the, you know -- but from being lost and from being alone and -- with you, I'm never going to be lost again. And wherever you are is home now.
Zach: God, I love you. How'd I ever live without you?
Maria: I don't know.
Edmund: You want to stay, you stay. But all the time in the world's not going to change one thing -- you and I are over for good.
>> On the next "All My Children" --
Adam: Don't let anyone on the premises who's not on this approved list.
Guard: Yes, sir.
Adam: There can be no exceptions.
Ryan: Take your own DNA test. Let's just see if Slater's been lying about you not being his kid.
Greenlee: Could you do me a favor? Tell me I'm pregnant.
