Bobby: What's all this?
Erica: A job application.
Bobby: Ok, put that down.
Bobby: Better yet, we're tearing this thing up.
Erica: Oh, Roberto, you may be in charge here, but you don't tell me what to do. Nobody does.
Erica's voice: Please leave a message and I'll get back to you.
Lena: You trying to reach me?
Bianca: Oh -- I finally decided to call my mother. But I got her voicemail.
Lena: You didn't leave a message?
Bianca: Honestly, I don't know what to say. I mean, if she won't return Uncle Jacks calls or Myrtle's --
Lena: Hey, you're different.
Bianca: I'm the reason she's not here.
Lena: Bianca, that's crazy. Erica left because -- I don't know -- because she had to. She didn't know what else to do. But her timing was awful. Right now, you need to be surrounded by all the people who love you.
Bianca: Well, I have lots of people. I mean, just look at the flowers and all the presents. It's -- it's unbelievable.
Lena: You still didn't get mine, though. If you can't accept it yet, I'll understand, but I want you to know that it's here for you, that I'm here for you, always.
Bianca: Oh, Lena. Lena.
Ryan: What the hell is this?
Kendall: You just read it. It's self-explanatory.
Ryan: I would like to hear it directly from you.
Kendall: Fine. I'll only say it once. You guys need to hear this.
Greenlee: Ryan, what's going on?
Ryan: We're about to find out.
Kendall: As chair of Cambias Industries, Ryan has laid out his executive vision -- you and I working together as co-CEOs of a Fusion/Enchantment merger.
Greenlee: Wow. Really?
Simone: That's progressive.
Greenlee: Yeah, but --
Kendall: Only it can't happen -- legally speaking, I mean. Bianca added a clause and Ryan agreed to it when he signed the transfer of ownership papers.
Ryan: Buried in the fine print on page 47.
Simone: I forgot to read the fine print once. It was not pretty.
Greenlee: What kind of clause?
Kendall: One that says Greenlee cannot work for Cambias Industries or anything associated with it. That includes Fusion.
Simone: Bianca did that?
Kendall: Yeah. It's right here in the papers. Check it out. Ok, there we go. "Greenlee du Pres cannot be an officer, a subcontractor," or even sharpen pencils. So, Greenlee, get your little belongings, sticky pads and such, and leave. Get out. You're history.
Ryan: Don't move, Greenlee. You're not going anywhere.
Greenlee: You can't do this. I'm an owner. I have shares.
Kendall: Not enough to mean anything.
Ryan: You made Bianca put that clause in there, Kendall.
Kendall: Yeah, you're damn right I did -- not that it took much convincing. She wasn't too happy when you almost sent her sister to death row.
Greenlee: We were supposed to be working this out, Kendall. You at least agreed to try.
Kendall: Yeah, you're not too smart, are you, not too bright. After everything you did to me and my family and everybody that I care about? You're the reason this all went wrong.
Ryan: Ok, that's enough.
Greenlee: No, let her finish. Give me your best shot, Kendall.
Kendall: Oh, the list is mind-boggling. Because of you, I almost went to prison. Because of you, Bianca's pregnancy was exposed. Because of you, Erica fell apart! She felt totally betrayed by me, Bianca, and Jack, but that betrayal began with you.
Greenlee: You know, I don't know how to convince you, I am truly, truly sorry for what I did to you in court. I've said it a thousand times. I am truly, really sorry!
Kendall: No, you truly, really don't know when to stop, do you? After all your apologies, you managed to take us down yet again.
Greenlee: You're being totally paranoid.
Kendall: No, my sister had a break from reality, Greenlee! She's under a psychiatrist's care right now, all because you thought it was a good idea to take her to the place where her baby died. You let her believe her baby was still alive!
Greenlee: That's a lie! I never told Bianca that her child was alive.
Kendall: And now Bianca took someone else's baby. Wow, way to repent for your sins, Greenlee.
Greenlee: I tried to protect Bianca. She was going to that place whether I went with her or not! I tried to call you, Kendall. I left you a message saying that your sister needed you, but you never showed up!
Kendall: You should have called a doctor, security, or someone else who could have helped her! You could have, but you didn't, and we all know why -- because you wanted to play hero. You wanted to score points with Ryan and be the hero.
Ryan: You've gone too far, Kendall.
Kendall: No, no, Ryan, I haven't even started.
Ryan: Really? What's next, global warming? Is that Greenlee's fault, too?
Kendall: No, she hurt me and she hurt my family, Ryan! Even you couldn't stop her. So in the end, it was up to me.
Ryan: I won't let you do this.
Kendall: No, she's your weakness, Ryan. I'm so sick of it. I'm so sick of it! It's always about Greenlee -- what Greenlee wants, what Greenlee needs, no matter who or what she destroys. Well, I can't let her destroy Fusion, and I can't -- I sure as hell can't let her anywhere near my mother's company!
Greenlee: We were giving each other another chance.
Kendall: No. Not a chance in hell, Greenlee. It's over. You can't fight this, you can't fight me.
Greenlee: Who the hell do you think you are?
Ryan: Greenlee, Greenlee, I will handle this. I will handle this.
Simone: Oh, Kendall.
Kendall: So, Ryan, just what exactly are you going to handle? Greenlee or me?
Maggie: Are you trying to get rid of me?
Jamie: Where'd you get that?
Maggie: From you, about five minutes ago.
Jamie: Have you been hanging out at the oxygen bar again?
Maggie: You asked me if I wanted to move back in with Bianca. It doesn't take much to figure out you don't want to live with me anymore.
Jamie: You jump to some pretty weird conclusions.
Maggie: Look, if you don't want to live with me, just say so.
Jamie: I don't want out.
Maggie: Well, then why did you ask me if want to move?
Maggie: What about her? Jamie, you're not saying what you really mean.
Jamie: Yeah, there seems to be a lot of that going around. What do you think I mean?
Bianca: I wasn't expecting this.
Lena: Bianca, I know the ground has shifted from under you right now, but the one true thing that you can always count on is the way I feel about you. And don't put this on right now if you don't feel ready. Bianca, I love you so much. And I want this to be our new beginning.
Bianca: Lena, you are my rock. I can't imagine my life without you.
Lena: Oh, I'm sorry. That's my phone. I left it on vibrate. Oh. Oh, it's my mother. I should call her back. Look, I know you're waiting for Jackson to call you. I'll use the pay phone.
Bianca: Wait, Lena. Thank you so much for this. And tell your mother that I give her my best.
Bobby: I'm apologizing and begging for your forgiveness.
Erica: You're forgiven. Now, what's your poison?
Bobby: Let's -- let's try this again. Desiree, you may have played with the big boys in Paris, New York, and Timbuktu, but according to Vegas, you just fell off the turnip truck.
Erica: Well, that sounds painful.
Bobby: This is your new beginning? Hostess in a casino?
Erica: Well, it's just temporary until I can figure out what it is I really want to do.
Bobby: There have got to be easier ways to waste a week or two. I mean, do you want to be underpaid and overpinched?
Erica: Pinched? I can't even imagined anyone would want to do that.
Bobby: Well, there are plenty of gentlemen in this town who think that a few hundred dollars and a smile gets them the night of their lives.
Erica: A few hundred?
Bobby: You forget that this is a town where $2 gets you prime rib, and, you, my sweet Desiree, would just be another piece of meat.
Erica: Well, Roberto, you just shock me to my core. I have led such a sheltered life until now.
Bobby: You're not about to make this easy, are you?
Erica: Roberto, I worked 100-hour weeks to make Enchantment what it is. My stamina, quite frankly, is superhuman. And as for being hit on, I'm afraid that you're the naive one here.
Bobby: You forget one major thing.
Erica: I'll smell like smoke at the end of the night?
Bobby: You're supposed to be undercover. The wig, the new look?
Erica: Well, I mean, I am. I have been. It's been perfect up until now. I mean, nobody recognizes me. I don't even recognize myself.
Bobby: That's because you don't have a shrine to Erica Kane set up in your bedroom. I guarantee you that some google-eyed tourist from east hoo-ha is going to see right past that wig and straight into Erica Kanes face.
Erica: No, they can't. No, I won't let that happen. Damn it, Roberto, I am not going to give in, I am not going to give up, and I sure as hell am not going to go home.
Maggie: Look, I'm sorry I got all defensive, but me moving out for Bianca? Come on, what's that about?
Jamie: I did the math. Bianca's getting out of the hospital soon, right?
Maggie: Yeah, like, any minute.
Jamie: Well, it's going to be tough for her. I mean, she thought she was coming home with a baby, and now -- you know, I just figured you'd want to be there.
Maggie: No, sure. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have freaked out like that.
Jamie: You're just obviously stressed about everything Bianca went through.
Maggie: Well, I messed up pretty badly. Come on, I promised her that I was going to be there for her for anything, and where was I when she freaked out? She was with Babe in the middle of the woods when it should have been me. And what about when she lost the baby? It was Greenlee who took her back to the river, not me. And then what about when she went back to the hospital and she took the baby? Where was I? I was nowhere.
Jamie: Hey, come on, it's not all on you. There's a lot of people that should have helped.
Maggie: Jamie, I'm her best friend, ok? I cut out -- because things got too weird, too fast, too scary, and I backed off on her.
Jamie: Hey, come on, what -- what scared you?
Maggie: I don't know, I -- I don't know. I mean, come on, everything that's happened to her is so crazy. I don't know what I'm saying. I don't even know what I'm thinking anymore.
Jamie: Hey, all I asked was if you want to move back in with her.
Maggie: Well, I can still be her friend without living with her. Come on, we know that she has Kendall and Jackson all over her, and she knows that if she needs anything that I'll be there. Plus, we know that she has Lena.
Lena: Mama, I'm sorry, there's just no way I can leave Bianca right now. I just think there must be a better way to do this. I don't know. I'll think of something. Please, just don't -- I'll call you back later, ok, I promise. Bye. Ready to go?
Bianca: Yeah, I'm ready. I just need to sign some papers.
Lena: Ok. What are we waiting for?
Bianca: For you to tell me what that phone call was about.
Lena: Bianca, I don't want you to worry.
Bianca: I heard. It sounded like -- like mother troubles, and it sounded like you were pretty upset.
Lena: It's fine. Everything is fine now, really.
Bianca: Lena, I don't think so.
Lena: Honestly. Anyway, I don't want to talk about it. You have enough to worry about right now.
Bianca: Is this how this is going to work? You get to help me and support me and love me, and I get to be kept in the dark? I don't think so.
Lena: I just -- I just think it's too much for you right now.
Bianca: Well, let me decide that. Lena, if this is going to work, it has to work both ways. Please, tell me what's going on. Let me help you.
Kendall: Greenlee didn't leave me a choice. I did this for the good of the company. Everyone will benefit from this. You'll see.
Simone: Oh, I can't believe that Kendall is doing this to you.
Greenlee: Ugh! Believe it. She's queen payback! She lives to destroy me!
Simone: No, you know what? Let's open up a nice bottle of wine. We'll sit, we'll relax. We'll talk about all of this.
Greenlee: Bianca had to know what she was signing. My God.
Simone: Not the computer! Ok, look, I get -- I get that you're really angry about Kendall, ok, but let's not make it worse.
Greenlee: Worse? It can't get worse. Look at me, Simone.
Simone: Yeah, ok, well, I have seen you lose your temper, and you know what? You ripped off Kendall's clothes in court!
Greenlee: She drives me to do it. She's relentless!
Simone: Yeah, well, you know what? You never learn, ok? Look at yourself. You lose your temper and it never amounts to anything good!
Greenlee: We all know that what I did to Kendall was awful. I practically went on my knees to beg forgiveness. I have been so nice -- and not phony nice. I really wanted to make it up to her. You ought to pay attention, Simone.
Simone: Yeah, trust me, I'm all heads-up here.
Greenlee: You know, with some people, it's never enough. You can try and you can try, but they wait for the first opportunity to pull the rug right out from underneath you! Talk about a lesson learned. Never turn your back on Kendall.
Simone: Ok, you know what? You need to take a deep breath right now, all right? We will figure out how to fix this.
Greenlee: There is no fixing, Simone! She got me good, and she used me, she used my company! How inspired is that? Do you remember, Simone, back when we first got Fusion right off the ground? We were so good together.
Simone: Yeah, yeah. Ideas were popping. Everything seemed possible.
Greenlee: Yeah, you and Mia know that. I know that. But Kendall? She only remembers what she wants to. She has no right to take this company from me.
Simone: Ryan said that he would handle it.
Greenlee: Bet me. He can't. No matter what Ryan says or what he does, there is no way he is going to talk Kendall into giving me another chance.
Ryan: That was quite a fast one you pulled.
Kendall: I did what I had to do.
Ryan: Hey, Kendall? Just let me hold you. .
Erica: Roberto, there must be a way for me to earn a paycheck and keep my mind occupied.
Bobby: Oh, yeah, Vegas is known for its think tanks.
Erica: Be helpful, please? My cash is going to run out and, as we discussed, plastic is too easy to trace.
Bobby: I still don't understand why you need to get a job. I'm comping you the room and the food.
Erica: I told you I won't be dependent on you.
Bobby: Ok, well, then just open up your change purse. I'm sure that you've got 10 or 20 grand in there.
Erica: Oh, and just blow it on bonbons and lounging in my Jacuzzi?
Bobby: There's plenty of women who would kill for that.
Erica: Well, this woman knows how to run an empire, ok? I have been working my entire life.
Bobby: Then maybe you're due a vacation.
Erica: No, I'm just not built that way. Look, I may change my hair, I may change my clothes, but I'm not going to change my ambition.
Bobby: You're all about the gig, aren't you?
Erica: Well, aren't you?
Bobby: Huh, with my track record? If -- if it were my thing, I'd be miserable the entire time. Ok, so we got to keep you undercover, so behind the scenes is the way to go.
Erica: You mean there's really no chance for me, then, to become a dealer?
Bobby: No, that is way too up close and personal. I mean, and besides, there is a background check.
Erica: Oh, a background check. That's a shame. I really wanted to do that.
Bobby: Well, ok, how about accounting? I mean, you run a major corporation.
Erica: Roberto, look at me. I hire accountants. Do I look like the kind of girl who paid attention in math class?
Bobby: You got an A and you didn't even show up.
Erica: Yes, I got an A, but of course I showed up. You can't get an A in math class unless you show up to smile at the teacher. On the other hand, if you want to give me a staff and let me run this place, I bet I could triple your profits in no time.
Bobby: Desiree, you are a trip and a half. Let me be the millionth person to tell you, you are pretty damn special.
Man: You! Too special to waste her time chatting you! Mon dieu, it's you! It really is you!
Lena: My mother -- she's got liver cancer.
Bianca: Oh, Lena, I'm so sorry.
Lena: That's why I have to go to Chicago. I couldn't tell you, not then. And anyway, we had to see how she'd react to the radiation and everything.
Bianca: And -- and what did they say? What did the doctors say?
Lena: Well, they're trying to be optimistic, you know, but --
Bianca: Well, if they caught it in time, then she --
Lena: Listen, my mother is convinced that she's dying, and I can't tell her otherwise. She wants to go home.
Lena: To Poland.
Bianca: Well, I guess we shouldn't be surprised. She never really wanted to leave, did she?
Lena: No. Things are different there now. It's perfectly safe for her to go back.
Bianca: Well, then she should.
Lena: She wants me to take her.
Bianca: Well, of course she does. She needs you.
Lena: Bianca, I can bring her to Pine Valley. It's fine. We'll get her the best care in the world. It's bound to be better than over there.
Bianca: Yes, but is that what's best for her?
Lena: Listen, I have told her that I am not leaving you. I need to be with you while you recover. I need you to know that I'll never leave your side.
Bianca: Lena, listen to me. I love you, no matter where you are. I love you more than -- more than I ever thought possible.
Kendall: I don't understand this, Ryan.
Ryan: First, let me say that everything is going to work out.
Kendall: But you're not angry?
Ryan: Well, that would be redundant. You've got enough anger for this whole town.
Kendall: Well, I have every reason to be.
Ryan: I know. I understand. I -- I get it. You can't feel the kind of pain that you feel without being angry. You love your sister. You wanted to protect her. You wanted her to have some peace.
Kendall: Yeah, well, there's nothing wrong with that.
Ryan: No, of course there isn't. Bianca was hurt over and over and over, and you couldn't stop it. You're angry because you couldn't stop Michael Cambias. You couldn't stop her from realizing that she killed him. You're furious because -- because Erica couldn't accept that Bianca wanted to keep her baby. And I know -- I know what that means for you and Erica. Kendall, you're living -- you're living in a world of hurt.
Kendall: Bianca's baby died, Ryan. She's gone.
Ryan: I know. And it's ugly. And it's so unfair. But the fact that you're not a puddle on the ground is a testimony to your strength.
Kendall: Yeah, well, I think I'm running out of strength.
Ryan: I know, I know, baby. I know, so you can have some of mine. Ok? I want to help you to the other side of this. I want to help you because I love you. Let me in, Kendall. Let me love you. Let me -- let me help you.
Bobby: Rudy, chill with the kissing. This isn't Greta. This is my friend Desiree.
Rudy: A gorgeous, glamorous rose by any other name would still deserve to be kissed. Mademoiselle, I am Rudy, and you are the answer to my prayers.
Erica: Oh, that's very nice of you, but --
Rudy: Genius, my boy! I am a genius! Can I pick them or what?
Bobby: She's not a dancer.
Rudy: Shush! While I worship you in all ways, I must say you are totally wrong. What a creature. The eyes of Cleopatra, the smile of Julia Roberts. And the body? Fair warning -- I may kiss you again. Charisma, presence, that little thing that puts the fannies in the seats! She has it! I need it! Don't make me beg!
Bobby: You can't just say she's a dancer. What next? She's a scuba diver?
Rudy: This is a game to you? Lillian is preggers, Shirley's in rehab, and Lorna ran off with that short little gangster from Trenton. Napoleon complex. What a jerk.
Bobby: This is Las Vegas. I mean, they got dancers hanging off the sign posts.
Rudy: I don't need them! I need you! Give me your resume! Do you have experience in show business?
Erica: Well, Rudy, I have been entertaining people since I could tie my shoes. You want to see?
Rudy: I knew it! You will join my little terpsichorean troupe, yes?
Simone: Look, Ryan said he would straighten her head out.
Greenlee: Yeah, I just wish he twist it off her scrawny little neck! But he won't!
Simone: You know what? You need to trust him.
Greenlee: I do trust him, you trust him, but Kendall is the only one who doesn't. Can you smell the irony? He's all about her, and she's all about me stealing him away from her -- as if he loves her, God help him.
Simone: Ok, well, he didn't seem like he was so in love with her right now, ok? When she went for your throat, it looked like his forehead was going to explode.
Greenlee: Yeah, well, believe me, he's over it. She so has him where she wants him. Kendall has Ryan. Kendall has Fusion and Enchantment. And just in case that wasn't enough, Kendall has payback. She gets to see me walk away with zero.
[Elevator door opens]
Greenlee: What the hell am I supposed to do now?
Mary: I say you strike back.
Kendall: That's all I've ever wanted, Ryan -- to feel you put your arms around me, to feel safe.
Ryan: You are safe.
Kendall: I love you. I love you so much. I never stopped. You know that?
Ryan: I believe you.
Kendall: You're my heart.
Bianca: Lena, we -- we love each other. We love our mothers. Right now your mother's life is in the balance, and she's turned to the two things in this world that she loves the most -- you and her home. Do you know how lucky you are? My mother and I -- well, you know. She can't be here. She had to go away and deal with her pain alone. But your mother needs you to help her with hers.
Lena: Oh, I hate to leave you.
Bianca: I'm not alone. I have -- I have Kendall and Reggie and Uncle Jack and Myrtle and lots of people who love me, and they're going to look after me.
Lena: I'm all that my mother has.
Bianca: Well, then she should have you. And you should have this time with her. If you don't do this, Lena, you're going to regret it for the rest of your life.
Lena: Well, what about us? What about our future?
Jamie: Are we ok?
Jamie: Come on, Mags, we nearly had to take it in the parking lot because I thought you might want to change living arrangements.
Maggie: It's over.
Jamie: What part? You and me? Sharing a place? Lunch hour?
Maggie: No, no, the fight. I overreacted. I'm sorry. I would love to stay where I am, if you're willing to have me.
Jamie: Sure, I'd love to have you. Ok, I didn't mean it like that.
Maggie: No, that's too bad. You want to skip class this afternoon?
Jamie: I don't have class this afternoon. I don't have any plans at all.
Maggie: Well, that's perfect. Well, then I -- I'm going to bring a CD over to Bianca, and then I'll meet you at our apartment and we can hang out, listen to music, and remember all the great reasons why I'm such a wonderful roommate.
Jamie: Sounds like a plan.
Maggie: Listen to this one first, title cut.
Jamie: Coldplay. It'll be a rush.
Maggie: I promise.
Bianca: This is our future. This ring is the promise that we're making each other.
Lena: Hey. When I come back, I want to slip this on your finger and make it official.
Bianca: I love that.
Lena: And we'll talk every day.
Bianca: Every day.
Lena: And if you need me, all you have to do is say so.
Bianca: I'll be fine. I'll be here, getting my life back and waiting for you. I promise, Lena -- we're going to have a future together.
Kendall: Please, please make it real, Ryan -- everything that you promised.
Ryan: I will.
Kendall: I want a life with you. I want a future. I want happiness.
Ryan: Everything I promised. But, Kendall, I can't do it alone. I need you to do your part.
Kendall: I love you.
Ryan: And that's where we're going to start. But the next step is understanding. I mean, you get it now. Don't you? You're throwing all of your anger on to Greenlee. You must know she's not to blame for everything. Bianca's rape wasn't Greenlee's fault. Your mother, her issues with you and with Bianca -- Greenlee's not to blame for that or, God knows, for Bianca losing her child. Now, Greenlee's hurt you in the past. I know that. I know that, but I honestly believe that she's sorry for that. And that's not even the point. That's not even the point. All that matters now is she can't hurt us again. She is not a threat to you or to us. She cannot get in our way because I won't let her.
Kendall: What are you asking me to do, Ryan?
Ryan: I want you to let go of it, all of it. I want you to let go of the pain, the anger, the bitterness. It poisons you, and then it poisons the people around you that love you, Kendall. I'm asking you to let go of all of that so that we can move forward.
Kendall: Yes. I would love that. Ryan, I love you so much. You -- you're my future. I would -- I would marry you tonight if you want to.
Ryan: Let's do it.
Kendall: Ok, but you have to understand, I'll move on, but not with Greenlee.
Bobby: Terpsichorean? Like Baryshnikov is backstage. Rudy, you have girls in sequins slamming out three shows a night.
Rudy: Four times on the weekend.
Bobby: Ok, fun is over. Let's go find Greta.
Erica: No, don't you dare. Rudy, I'll do it. I'll dance for you.
Rudy: Say it again! I'm afraid it was a dream.
Erica: I'll dance for you. And if you think I can't deliver, then you'll just toss me out on my sequins.
Rudy: Oh, a performer to your very soul! It was kismet -- you, me, here today.
Bobby: He'll run you into the ground, prop you back up, and run you all over again.
Rudy: You're just jealous because you move like a wounded zebra. Rehearsal in one hour, workout clothes. Use the artists' entrance. Desiree --
Rudy: A name to be immortalized in lights! Your birth certificate reads Agatha Shlichter or some dead fish name, no?
Erica: Well, you said yourself, a rose by any other name. I mean, it doesn't matter. Anyway, it'll be our little secret.
Rudy: And we'll have many more! Adieu.
Bobby: Goodbye, Rudy.
Erica: He's a charmer.
Bobby: Are you insane? This is your way of staying undercover?
Erica: No. This is my way of making the best of my situation.
Bobby: There are going to be about 3,000 people screaming out "Erica Kane" the second you step out on that stage.
Erica: Uh-uh. Why in the world would Erica Kane ever wear a headdress and stand in the second row of a chorus line?
Bobby: They won't care why. They'll just care that it's you.
Erica: They'll never catch on that it's me.
Bobby: Are you willing to take that risk?
Erica: Of course I am. This is my chance. I'll have somewhere to go, I'll have something to do. I won't have to stay in that hotel suite till the voices in my head just make me scream.
Bobby: There's got to be an easier way.
Erica: Well, you know what? I can't think anymore because it hurts too much, ok? Just be happy for me, Roberto. I mean, this is it. This is my whole new life.
Bianca: Well, Uncle Jack is on his way. He's going to drive me back to his place.
Lena: Good. I'll help you get settled in.
Bianca: Lena, you need to call your mother and tell her that she's going back home to Poland. You have a lot of arrangements to make.
Lena: Thank you. Come here. Oh. Oh, I'm going to miss you every minute.
Bianca: You'd better. Come back to me when you can. I'll be here.
Lena: I am.
Maggie: Hey, hey, hey. Was -- was that Lena down the hall?
Maggie: Where is she off to?
Bianca: She's going to Poland. It's -- it's ok. Her mother is sick and she asked Lena to take her home.
Bianca: Yeah. But it's all right. It's just for a few months.
Bianca: I miss her already.
Maggie: Hey. Look on the bright side -- you still got me.
Bianca: Thank you.
Greenlee: What are you doing here, Mother? You have some sort of crisis radar, like a bat in a cave?
Mary: It's called maternal instincts, yes, and I do have some. It's a good thing, judging from the looks of you.
Simone: Ok, well, you know what, ma'am? We were just in the middle of something, so right now is not a good time.
Mary: Well, hi, Samantha. I didn't see you there.
Mary: Right. Well, why don't you give us a little privacy?
Simone: Subtle. I will be right in the back when you need me.
Mary: You know, darling, things aren't really as bad as they seem. You haven't lost everything. You still have me.
Greenlee: You are no longer required to have instincts about me and my life, maternal or otherwise. I have set you free.
Mary: Yes, you cut the cord and your life has turned upside down, right? Darling, work with me here. Let me help you figure out how to get back what belongs to you, beginning with Ryan.
Ryan: Greenlee is not a problem.
Kendall: No, maybe she's not your problem, but she's my entire problem.
Ryan: She's changed.
Kendall: No, Ryan, no, she's acting. She's playing us. She's trying to find another way to stick it to me. I can't trust her, Ryan, and neither should you.
Ryan: She deserves a position in the company that she helped create, Kendall.
Kendall: I don't give a damn what she deserves, Ryan. Everything she touches turns to poison, and I've promised myself I would not let her touch me again. Now, if you and I are going to ever have a chance at this, then she has to be out of your life, too.
Ryan: What exactly does that mean?
Kendall: You never see her or talk to her or have anything to do with her ever again.
Ryan: Kendall, do you have any idea what you're asking?
Kendall: If Greenlee is in your life, then she's in mine, too. And I can't have that. I won't have it. I don't have a choice, but you do. So choose. It's Greenlee or me.
>> On the next "All My Children" --
Anita: It's Edmund. She's in there telling him that he's never going to walk again.
Mary: You can make Ryan happy.
Greenlee: I could give him bliss.
Mary: So do it.
Ryan: I'm asking you to take my hand, take a leap with me today.
