Babe: Oh, my God. You're here. How cool is this? Oh, please, come in, Miss Kane. Tell me the paparazzi followed you.
Erica: I just want to see my daughter. Sweetheart. Oh, sweetheart, let me look at you. You are hurt.
Bianca: No, no, I'm fine, Mom. Really, I'm ok.
Erica: How can you say that? You were in an explosion. You left the hospital without even being examined. Honey, you could have some internal injuries.
Bianca: Please, Mom, calm down.
Erica: No, I'm not going to calm down. You almost hung up on me. Something is not right here, Bianca. Talk to me, baby, please.
Babe: It's ok, Bianca. You can tell your mom the secret. She should know what's going on.
Krystal: Well, that was some pit stop, huh?
Man: Look, I got to -- I got to double nickel it to make San Jose. You going to be ok here?
Krystal: Oh, yeah, don't worry about me, sugar. My baby doll's going to be calling me. She never forgets her mama during the holidays.
Man: Well, same here. Merry Christmas, darling.
[Krystal and man chuckle when he hands her an old artificial plant.]
Man: Yeah. Look, I'll give you a call when I come back from my New Year's run. Bye-bye.
[Krystal throws the plant away.]
Krystal: Bye. Keep on truckin', you cheapskate.
Tad: Excuse me, Miss. I -- look, I hope you don't mind me asking. There is something so familiar about your eyes. I -- I couldn't help but notice you across the way. You're famous, aren't you? I mean, you're one of those made-for-TV movie actresses?
Krystal: And if I am, who does that make you?
Tad: Uh, your biggest fan.
Juan Pablo: I want you to put me on the cover of "Tempo." Let the world know I'm ready to talk.
Aidan: About your connection to the Calatravases?
Juan Pablo: Yes.
Edmund: You want them to come after you again? Carlos is gone, but you still have a hell of a lot to lose.
Kendall: Oh, God, Ryan. Is this for real?
Ryan: It sure feels like it.
Kendall: It feels terrifying.
Ryan: Something is definitely happening here, Kendall, and we would be stupid not to go with it. Are you with me?
Tad: What'd you say your name was?
Krystal: Well, I didn't, but it's Krystal -- with a K.
Tad: No, that's not it. Anyway, I'm -- I'm Tad, Thaddeus with a T. Nice to meet you.
Krystal: Nice to meet you.
Krystal: Well, now that you mention it, Thaddeus with a T, you do kind of look familiar.
Tad: Oh, I get that a lot. Are you ok? You look like you're freezing to death.
Krystal: Oh, yeah, yeah, I am. You want to -- you want to come in?
Tad: If you don't mind --
Krystal: No, come on in.
Krystal: I don't mind. Let me just tidy up a little bit.
Tad: Cleaning day.
Tad: Always wondered how those beds got so damn lumpy.
Krystal: Oh, just a second. Whoo! There you go. So, have a seat.
Tad: Thanks, thanks.
Krystal: You know, this kind of thing has happened to me before, you know. I meet somebody, and 10 seconds into it, there's this instant connection, you know?
Tad: That's too bad. Here I thought I was special.
Krystal: Oh, no, honey, you are special. You and me -- we are definitely connected.
Tad: More than you realize.
Tad: I said when -- when did you realize?
Krystal: Oh, right off the bat.
Krystal: Yeah, I'm kind of one of these old souls, you know.
Tad: No, "old" is definitely not something I would use to describe you.
Krystal: Damn straight. You know, the thing is, is I think I just had so much fun the first time around, I just -- I just kept coming back for more, you know?
Krystal: And judging by the way you're loining at me, it's quite possible that we crossed more than paths in a previous life.
Tad: No, I was thinking it was something a little more recent.
Krystal: Yeah, well, surely I would remember that.
Tad: You don't understand. I had my own television show for a while, and I used to interview people for a living -- you know, celebrities -- and I thought that's maybe where I knew you from.
Krystal: That's it. That is it. That's how I know you.
Krystal: You were the host of "The Cutting Edge." I loved that show!
Tad: That's right.
Krystal: Oh, honey, you were the original cutie-patootie.
Tad: Oh, I don't want to brag.
Krystal: Oh, I sent you a fan letter. I stuck my picture in it, I sprayed it with a little perfume. You never did write me back. You must've been pretty busy with all those pretty Hollywood girls, huh?
Tad: No, no, I -- I would remember that. Actually, no, we don't -- we didn't film the show, tape the show in Los Angeles. We did it in my hometown, a little place called Pine Valley?
Krystal: Pine Valley?
Krystal: Get out of town! That's where my baby doll's from!
Tad: Your what?
Krystal: My little girl Babe! Oh, honey, you've probably seen her. She is quite the looker. Well, she looks just like her mama, really, but let me tell you, she is doing so good. She met this rich boy. They got married. They're living in a mansion. They got a butler and everything.
Tad: You're proud of her?
Krystal: Oh, yes! Man, I am just bursting with pride.
Tad: Well, great. By all means, if you got the time and you don't mind, why don't you tell me a little more about your baby doll.
Krystal: Well, all right.
Erica: What's going on here?
Babe: You know how when you meet someone and there's that -- that instant connection, kind of like you knew them in a past life or something?
Erica: What's that got to do with anything?
Babe: Well, that's how I felt about me and Bianca. We were just talking one day, and it just hit me that she was one of those people and -- and I just knew in that moment that Bianca could help me change everything that wasn't going right in my life.
Erica: That's really nice. But that still doesn't explain what you're doing here. Why did you leave the hospital without saying a word to anyone?
Babe: I asked Bianca to give us some privacy, some time alone so we could just work things out and -- and with Stuart and Marian being gone, this was the perfect place.
Erica: I remember you now. You're J.R.s wife. You're Babe. I -- I met you at BJs.
Babe: Yes. That was one of the top 10 moments of my life. So, you won't tell anyone that you found us here? Because I kind of didn't want anyone knowing until I was completely transformed.
Erica: By Bianca? I see. Well, then, I guess I know what's going on here.
Babe: Well, cool. So -- so keep it on the down low, then? Because J.R. doesnt even know, and so far, Bianca and I have only, we just --
Erica: No, no, I don't need to hear the details. Bianca, sweetheart, you know that I really want you to have someone special in your life, but Babe is a married woman. And your problems with Lena will be nothing compared to what you'll face if Adam finds out that you're involved with his son's wife.
Bianca: Mom, stop. You have it all wrong.
Babe: Wait, wait. What did I miss here?
Bianca: Babe, I'm -- I'm gay.
Babe: So what?
Bianca: So my mother thinks that you and I are together.
Babe: "Together," as in --
Babe: Oh, my
Kendall: I need you to understand something about the claim that I made. It's not about the money. It has never been about money.
Ryan: This is about Bianca. I know. It's -- everything that you have done has been to protect Bianca.
Kendall: Yeah, and it's not going to stop now. I can't stop now, Ryan. I -- she's -- no matter what happens with you or with anybody, she comes first. I can't let Bianca down. I cant.
Ryan: Hey, hey, hey, I'm with you. I'm with you all the way, all right? You don't have to do this alone.
Kendall: I'm not alone. I have Bianca.
Ryan: You have me, too.
Kendall: Well, with everything that's happened, I've found a way to deal on my own. Nothing has thrown me -- not people's reaction to the marriage and my baby, and being arrested, and the trial, and Erica --
Ryan: Because you know -- you know what you want.
Kendall: Well, take a good look at me now, Ryan, because this is me at a total loss.
Ryan: Over what?
Kendall: You. The way you're looking at me right now, the way you make me feel when you -- when you promise to stand by me and to be there for me -- I don't know what to do with that.
Ryan: Believe in it.
Kendall: How? Ryan: I'll show you. Come with me.
Aidan: You know, risking your life won't bring your brother back.
Juan Pablo: Aidan, these men are cowards. I want them to pay.
Edmund: I understand. But what are they going to do when you go public with your story?
Juan Pablo: I bring dishonor to their name. They will strike back.
Edmund: That's right. And this time, Miguel and Andreas -- they're not going to send some underlings. They'll want to handle this themselves.
Juan Pablo: That is exactly what I want.
Aidan: You can't take them on alone, Pablo.
Juan Pablo: I've already contacted the Federales. When Andreas and Miguel show up, they will be arrested.
Edmund: You think that'll be it?
Juan Pablo: Yes.
Aidan: No, it won't, because the chances are you won't live long enough to make the complaint.
Juan Pablo: So be it.
Maggie: Oh, my God. Oh, my God, Bianca! Bianca, are you here? Bianca, where are you? Oh, my God.
Lena: Oh, my God. Where is she?
Maggie: I don't know.
Lena: I just heard about the explosion on the radio.
Maggie: I know. That's how I heard, too. I called the hospital. I mean, she was on the list, but that's all they could tell me. She was never admitted.
Maggie: I mean, when I left, she smelled something weird. God, it must've been the gas.
Lena: Well, you didn't check it out? You just left her here?
Maggie: Well, she's always so overly sensitive.
Lena: Maggie, you are here to protect her! You're supposed to be looking out for her! Isn't that the whole reason why you moved in with her?
Maggie: I'm not her bodyguard, Lena! It wasn't my fault!
Lena: I should have been here. I would've been here if it wasn't for you!
Maggie: Listen, I am not keeping you from Bianca.
Lena: You don't want me anywhere near her -- admit it. You've done everything possible to keep us apart.
Maggie: No, it wasn't me, Lena. It was Bianca. She held you back because she wanted to protect you.
Bianca: Mom, you're totally off base.
Babe: Oh, I mean, people around here have assumed a lot of things about me, but me with another girl? Now, that -- that's a first.
Erica: Well, what is going on here, then?
Bianca: Well, I think, Babe, you should explain.
Babe: I -- I asked Bianca for some advice on -- on how to dress and how to act and to do my makeup and just, you know, to be more sophisticated so I could fit in better with the Chandlers. J.R. loves me just the way I am, but his dad is a whole nother story.
Erica: Adam can be kind of a snob. But, sweetheart, I am sure that Babes makeover can wait until after you've been examined by a doctor.
Bianca: Mom, I don't need to go to the hospital again.
Erica: Bianca, why are you fighting me on this?
Babe: Miss Kane, I -- I just think it is so sweet how involved you are in your daughter's life. I mean, you read about all these celebrities, and they just get so wrapped up in themselves that they almost forget that they have kids.
Erica: Well, Bianca is my life, and she has been since the day she was born.
Babe: That is so sweet. I mean, if I could just be the tiniest bit like you, I would just be so happy.
Erica: Oh, Babe, you can be anything you want to be.
Babe: Well, see, and that's exactly why I asked Bianca for help. I mean, who better? She grew up with the ultimate goddess, watching her every move up close and personal.
Erica: Oh, I think that Bianca can give you great advice herself.
Babe: The thing is, is it's kind of an impossible dream. I mean, you're one of a kind and nobody can even compare with you --
Babe: Especially me, so -- thanks, Bianca, but I should probably just forget it.
Erica: Babe, wait. I could give you some tips, if you want. I mean, why don't we start with your hair.
Kendall: Where are we? What is this place?
Ryan: Hold on, hold on.
Kendall: Yeah, well, you know I'm not very good with patience.
Ryan: Well, you're going to have to be. I waited for you to get changed. So, what do you think?
Kendall: Ryan, this is -- this place is amazing. The view is spectacular. Whose is this?
Ryan: I just bought it. And I'm really glad you like it because it'll probably end up being yours soon. Heads up. Doorman's name is Lenny.
Kendall: You bought this place for me?
Ryan: Well, I bought it with Cambias dough, and since you're the big winner of everything Cambias -- hey, what's wrong?
Kendall: That's really how you see me, isn't it? As the competition?
Ryan: I see you as an astonishingly beautiful woman.
Kendall: Yeah, who just might end up your landlord.
Ryan: Oh, oh, knock it off.
Kendall: I am so stupid, I am so stupid. The money, the companies, this penthouse -- you're not going to give any of it up, are you? And the sad thing is, Ryan, I don't even want it. You would've been enough. You would've been enough for me. When you handed me this and didn't ask any questions, I thought you were trying to tell me something.
Ryan: I was! And I thought you understood.
Kendall: What was it -- "Ha, ha, gotcha"?
Ryan: No. How many times do I have to tell you and why don't you believe me? I'm on your side.
Kendall: Yeah, for how long? Until you do -- when -- and when are you going to do what you do best and turn on me? Until I'm convicted of murder? When they're leading me out of the courtroom in shackles? You know what? I don't want your keys and I don't want your stupid place --
Ryan: Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, listen --
Kendall: No, I'm out of here.
Ryan: Listen, listen --
Kendall: Ryan --
Ryan: Listen to me. You're stuck someplace in the past or some scary place in the future. Just come back to this moment, right now, please --
Kendall: Ryan, this moment --
Ryan: With me.
Kendall: This moment is not real.
Ryan: Well, it could be. It could be.
Kendall: I want to leave, please.
Ryan: It could be. All right? This place is new. It's brand-new, and it's empty, and there's nothing here. There's nobody here except for you and me and -- and the tree, all right? But there's -- there's no luggage, there's no tricks. Just forget about Erica. Forget about everything. Forget about the trial. Just stay here with me right now.
Kendall: Ryan, what you're asking me to do -- I don't think --
Ryan: Is to trust it, Kendall. Trust it. Trust me.
Kendall: Ok. Ok, I can do this. I can do this. It's just you and me and the tree.
Ryan: That's my girl.
Kendall: Wait a minute. Why do you have a tree?
Ryan: Oh, right. My real estate agent gave it to me as a gift.
Kendall: What, did they -- they run out of fruitcakes or something?
Ryan: I mean, I don't know. I was going to throw it away. I wasn't really in the mood to celebrate the holidays.
Kendall: Yeah, me, either. It was looking like a blue, blue Christmas.
Ryan: Hmm. And now?
Kendall: Well, now I -- I could go for a chorus of "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus."
Ryan: Oh. I like that.
Ryan: First thing we got to do is we got the let the big man know what you want for Christmas.
Kendall: Oh, ok. Where's the big -- the big man?
Ryan: Right here.
Kendall: Where's the big man?
Anan: [As Santa Claus] Ho, ho, ho, ho!
Kendall: Of course, you're the big man, yeah.
Ryan: Merry Christmas!
[Normal voice] That's my best Santa Claus.
Kendall: That's great.
Ryan: Have you been a good girl this year?
Kendall: Well, when I have been naughty, it's been for all the right reasons.
Ryan: Oh. And what would you like Santa to bring you for Christmas?
Kendall: Hmm. I would like a doll, a pony --
Kendall: A hula-hoop, and an acquittal.
Lena: If Bianca feels she needs to protect me, you put the idea in her head.
Maggie: Please. Bianca can make up her own mind about people, Lena.
Lena: Yes, but she'll listen to you, and you know that.
Maggie: Because I'm the only one who's never hurt her before? I wonder why.
Lena: You call this protecting her?
Maggie: Tell me, Lena, where was all this concern for Bianca when Michael sent you to seduce her? Yeah, that's what I thought.
Lena: Listen, Maggie, I love Bianca, ok?
Maggie: Really? Is it love or just a way to find absolution, Lena?
Lena: That's disgusting.
Maggie: No, what's disgusting is what Michael did to Bianca when he raped her.
Lena: How dare you. I was devastated by what happened to Bianca.
Maggie: And how did you show it? I mean, did you give her the time that she needed or the space that she asked for to recover? No. Instead, you told her that you tried to kill Michael Cambias because you felt responsible. I mean, do you even know what that did to her?
Lena: I was trying to give her some kind of justice.
Maggie: Well, you failed. On the upside, you did make her feel really sorry for you, which is why she stayed away -- because she didn't want to burden you with more guilt.
Maggie: Tell me, Lena, do you love her? I mean, do you truly love her?
Maggie: Then just stop chasing her and stop telling her how badly you feel. Instead, give her a chance to feel what she needs to feel. Give her a chance at a new life even if you're not in it the way you want to be. I mean, she's going to get stronger. She'll heal at her own pace, I promise. But not for you and not for anybody else except for her child, so she can be the mother that her child deserves.
Babe: So, what do you think that I should do with my hair?
Erica: Well, maybe we could try another shade of blonde -- you know, maybe something that's not quite as bright.
Babe: We could do that. But one of the first things that J.R. noticed about me was my hair, so what else? And don't spare the feelings. I can take it.
Erica: Well, you are just so outgoing and so flirtatious, and that's charming, but --
Erica: I mean, maybe there is a -- a way that you could present yourself just that could show yourself off to a better advantage.
Bianca: Yeah. What Mom means is maybe there's a way you could be more subtle.
Babe: Like not so obvious?
Babe: Miss Kane, you have no idea how much this means to me.
Bianca: Well, you know, Mom is the best when it comes to stuff like this.
Babe: Yeah, no kidding.
Erica: No, I'm sure that Bianca has given you great advice herself and will give you great advice. You can learn a lot from her.
Babe: Well, then, in that case, my next question goes to you, Bianca. Are you ready?
Bianca: Yeah. Bring it on.
Babe: What kind of tips would you give a pregnant girl?
Erica: Well, now, Babe, why would you ever ask Bianca a question like that?
Babe: Well, what do you think, Bianca? Should we let your moms in on the other big secret?
Greenlee: We're alone now. What are you going to do -- tell me this is something that you have to do and I should just be a good little girl and sit in the corner?
Juan Pablo: You know why I have to do this.
Greenlee: Um -- no. I don't.
Juan Pablo: Carlos did not have to die.
Greenlee: And I understand better than anyone the pain that you're in because of your brother. But lashing out is not going to make you feel better. Pablo, nothing you do can bring Carlos back.
Juan Pablo: The Calatravases won't stop until someone stands up to them.
Greenlee: Why does it have to be you?
Juan Pablo: Because if I don't, more people will die!
Greenlee: Yeah, including you. Pablo, please, please, I am begging you, don't do this. Let it go.
Juan Pablo: All my life, I have looked the other way. I cannot do that again.
Juan Pablo: I'm so sorry --
Greenlee: I don't want you to be sorry. I want you to let this go.
Juan Pablo: No matter what happens to me, you will survive. You're strong and --
Greenlee: I don't want to be strong! I don't want to be left behind to pick up the pieces. I deserve to love more than a memory of someone.
Juan Pablo: Yes, you do.
Greenlee: You know, I want someone to hold on to. I want to feel safe in his arms.
Juan Pablo: As long as the Calatravases are out there, no one is safe.
Greenlee: Fine. Do it. Save the world. Wear your cape. Ride your white horse. But if you don't come back to me, I'll never forgive you.
Juan Pablo: Greenlee --
Greenlee: No, dont. Don't, don't!
Juan Pablo: No me rechazes. [Do not reject me.] We have so little time left. I want to remember what this feels like, to feel your body next to mine. I love you.
Greenlee: I love you, too.
Lena: You don't think much of me, Maggie. It's all right. I haven't been thinking much of myself lately. That's why I've been seeing a therapist since my attempt --
Maggie: What attempt? What are you talking about?
Lena: Nothing. Don't worry about it.
Maggie: Well, if it's something that could affect her, then I want to know.
Lena: Bianca won't know. She doesn't know, ok?
Maggie: Lena, you are not leaving until you tell me what happened.
Lena: When Bianca was -- when I found out that Bianca was having an abortion, I couldn't handle it. I did something stupid, something I regret.
Maggie: Oh, great. More regrets. That's just perfect.
Lena: I was being selfish, yes. I felt partly to blame for -- for the pain that she was in. I didn't handle it very well.
Maggie: Well, what did you do?
Lena: I took some of the poison that I put in Michaels allergy pills.
Maggie: How could you possibly do that to her?
Lena: I thought at the time I was doing it for her. I -- I don't expect you to understand.
Maggie: Well, I dont. God, and the last thing that she needs to hear is that you tried to kill yourself because you couldn't stand to see her in all that pain.
Lena: Maggie, I'm not proud of what I did, but I'm getting help and it'll never happen again. Bianca will never have to worry about me. I want her to -- to heal. I want her to find happiness again so she can give her child the wonderful life they both deserve.
Bianca: Babe, I -- I don't know what secret you're talking about.
Babe: Hey, it's ok. We can tell your mom. She'll be cool about it. J.R. and I are having a baby.
Erica: You're pregnant? Oh!
Babe: I mean, I can barely even believe it myself. But, J.R., he's just so excited about the baby. He's going to make such a good dad.
Bianca: And you're excited, too.
Babe: Oh, it's like all my dreams are coming true. I mean, babies are great. They're just -- their little baby feet and then the little baby smell. I mean -- and I've always been really good about taking care of people. But there's just one thing. Well, the pregnancy thing -- it didn't go over too well with Pops. That's what I call Adam.
Erica: I can just imagine what he calls you.
Babe: Yeah, I don't let it bother me. I mean, it's crazy enough being preggers. The last thing I need to worry about is what other people think of me.
Erica: Listen, why don't we talk about your makeup?
Bianca: What do you mean, crazy?
Babe: Well, like when my hormones kick in, I am, like, all over the place.
Erica: You know something? Your eyeliner could be just about a shade lighter.
Bianca: It must be really tough trying to hold all that in.
Babe: Well, actually, it's not that bad because it gives me an excuse just to let loose, especially on those days when I just want to jump out of my own skin. Can you tell that I'm showing? I mean, J.R. -- he totally noticed. And now I feel so self-conscious, no matter what I wear. I walk in the room, and I feel like everyone's, "Hey, pregnant girl coming through." Oh, and then the morning sickness -- oh, it so does not stop at noon. That is such a myth. And when I puke in the linen napkin, it so doesn't go over well at that big, old country club. But what I'm going to be really excited for is to be able to feel the baby. How crazy is that going to be? When I just reach down and I feel the little peanut in there shaking his or her tail feathers? I don't know. That's just when it's really going to feel like it's real, when I can just reach down right here and -- and feel it.
Erica: That's enough. Be quiet.
Bianca: Mom, I'm fine.
Erica: Sweetheart, don't be upset, ok, honey, because you did the right thing.
Bianca: I -- I know I did. I don't want to get into this right now.
Erica: Ok. I understand. Hey, why don't we just go? I don't mean back to the hospital. I mean back to my place, ok? And -- and you can just take a nice, long, hot bath, sweetheart. And we'll have a nice, quiet dinner together, just the two of us, ok? How does that sound?
Bianca: You know what? Babe and I have plans.
Erica: Well, I'm sure that Babe will understand. I mean, after the day you've had --
Babe: Well, I could definitely use the company. I mean, I promise if Bianca stays, I'll take excellent care of her. Please?? Don't leave me alone with big, old, bad Adam. He can't torture me if there's a witness around. Well, Bianca offered, and she's just so kind, like you. Maybe I'm just -- I'm taking advantage.
Bianca: Oh, no, Babe, I want to stay.
Erica: All right. Bianca makes her own decisions. That's for sure. So -- I love you. You have fun.
Bianca: I love you.
Bianca: Thanks, Mom.
Erica: Oh, listen, I'm going to stop off at Jacksons and check on Reggie, ok? And, Babe, I hope I was of some help to you.
Babe: Are you kidding me? You've changed my life, not to mention my hair color.
Erica: Oh, listen, I'd hold off on that right now because the chemicals are not good for the baby. And just remember one thing -- you shouldn't have to change yourself to please anyone. So, congratulations to you again. And please tell J.R. how happy I am for both of you.
Erica: Bye, sweetheart.
Bianca: Thank God. I thought that she wasn't going to leave until I went back to the hospital again. Thank you. You know what? Babe, the way you handled her was amazing.
Babe: You can thank my mom for that. She gave me her people skills. I mean, my mama -- she could charm the pants off just about anyone, if you know what I mean.
Bianca: She sounds awesome.
Babe: Yeah, she is. But, oh, that gift -- that sure goes south when she gets mad. And you'll know when she fixes you with one of her looks. It's over. It's like you're looking into the eye of a storm.
Krystal: If you're trying to find something out about my baby doll, you'd best fess up to me right now.
Tad: Ok. You got me. I'm here about Babe.
Krystal: Well, like I said, she just got married. So, hurt as it must, you got to respect that.
Tad: I do. Her husband is my stepson.
Krystal: He is not.
Krystal: Get out of town! You are kidding me.
Krystal: Well, that makes you --
Krystal: Yeah. Well, practically, yeah.
Krystal: Why didn't you just come right out and say so to begin with?
Tad: Because, Krystal, the fact is that Babe hasn't come right out and said much of anything to the rest of us.
Tad: Including her last name. The real last name, anyway. That's why I'm here. I thought I'd get the 411.
Krystal: Oh, I can help you with that. Our last name's Carey. You want me to spell it out for you?
Tad: No, I -- I managed to find out that little piece of information on my own.
Krystal: So, you're really worried about Babe.
Tad: Yeah. As far as I'm concerned, she could be a really pretty, very petite Lizzie Borden. I'm serious, Krystal. I love my stepson very much. I don't want to see him get hurt. I know you can understand that.
Krystal: You've got nothing to worry about, Tad. And she's not hiding anything up her skirt -- certainly not an ax. Your stepson's got himself a good one. And Babes going to make him really happy.
Tad: I hope so.
Krystal: Let me tell you, she is the sweetest, most genuine person I know, and I'm not just saying that because I'm her mama.
Tad: You miss her, don't you?
Krystal: Yeah. Yeah, I do. So much, it makes my heart ache. Especially now with the holidays coming up and all. She's my best girl, you know? It's kind of -- kind of sad not having her around.
Tad: Yeah, holidays are a bear. We could do something about that, you know?
Krystal: Is that an offer to take my mind off my troubles?
Tad: No. It's an offer to take you back to Pine Valley with me. Thought maybe you'd like to spend the holidays with your baby doll.
Kendall: Oh, God, it is so cold! Brrr, I'm freezing!
Ryan: You're the one who wanted to go get the pine cones.
Kendall: Hey, zip it over there. I had to get enough for the tree.
Ryan: Well, do we have enough? Because I am not going back out there.
Kendall: Listen, you going to hassle me, or you going to get the fire going?
Ryan: No, wait. I just have one question.
Kendall: Yes, you look adorable in that hat.
Kendall: Can we move on, please?
Ryan: What is your fascination with pine cones?
Kendall: Pine Cone -- pine cones? Ryan, Pine Cone is where we were when we first met.
Ryan: I had no idea you were that romantic.
Kendall: Yeah, well, it's our first Christmas together, and I wanted it to be special.
Ryan: It's just a good thing we never met at a quarry. We'd be stringing rocks around the tree.
Kendall: I'll string you around the tree. Now, go over there and start the fire, please.
Ryan: It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
Kendall: Sure is, Santa.
Maggie: Hi, I'm Maggie. Is Bianca here?
Babe: Yeah. Oh, and just so you know, we're just friends.
Maggie: Ok. Hi.
Maggie: Oh, God.
Bianca: How's the apartment?
Maggie: The apartment's a mess. I mean, Portia and all three eyes survived --
Maggie: Unfortunately. How are you? I mean, what happened? Did anyone else get hurt?
Lena: Hi. I hope you don't mind. I was with Maggie when you called her.
Bianca: I don't mind at all. I'm glad you're here.
Singer: Have yourself a merry little Christmas, let your heart be light, from now on our troubles --
Erica: So, I know that your court appointment is for tomorrow afternoon and I know that Jack is not here, so I just wanted to stop by to make sure that you are on time and that you have something suitable to wear.
Reggie: Yeah, no worries. I know better than to mess up in front of a judge. But it was nice of you to come by and check up on me.
Erica: You're family, Reggie. Where else would I be?
Reggie: Yeah, I know, but I wish you and Jack would, you know, get back together. No chances for a wedding invitation inside my stocking?
Erica: Oh, Reggie, it's just not that simple.
Reggie: I mean, what's so hard? You love him and he loves you. What's so difficult?
Erica: We're working on it, ok?
Reggie: Well, work harder.
Reggie: Good night.
Erica: Good night. Ok.
[Erica dons Jacks jacket and sits on his sofa.]
Singer: Happy golden days of yore, faithful friends who are dear to us, gather near to us once more; through the years, we all will be together, if the fates allow; hang a shining star upon the highest bow
Juan Pablo: You need to go now.
Greenlee: Not yet.
Juan Pablo: Greenlee, I love you, and I won't put you in danger.
Greenlee: When will I see you again?
Juan Pablo: I will be in touch. I promise. You won't lose me.
Singers: Here we are as in olden days, happy golden days of yore
Singer: Faithful friends who are dear to us gather near to us once more; through the years we all will be together, if the fates allow; hang a shining star upon the highest bow
[Kendall gasps in her sleep.]
Michael: Guilty. Merry Christmas.
[Kendall awakens with a start.]
Ryan: Hey. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey -- you ok?
Kendall: Just hold me.
Ryan: Yeah. Come on. I got you.
>> On the next "All My Children" --
Tad: You're running around issuing heartbreak warnings about me?
Kendall: This is the strategy you come up with? Are you trying to get me convicted?
Erica: Well, you can't just hand Kendall an empire -- an empire that includes Enchantment.
Ryan: I can, and I want you to let it happen.
