Adam: Ah. Yeah. Oh!
Tad: You'd better be careful. That shoulder's getting even worse. You about ready to tell me the real story behind it yet?
Adam: What are you doing in my house?
Tad: Answer the question.
Adam: You had your answer. It's an old injury acting up.
Tad: Oh, no, it isn't. There is no way you've had that shoulder for the last hundred years since Pigeon Hollow. Whatever that is is recent.
Adam: You don't know what you're talking about.
Tad: I'll bet cash money I can name the exact date. It's the same night that Michael Cambias ceased torturing the good people of this town.
[Knock on door]
David: Bianca? It's me, David.
Bianca: Come in, David.
David: I'm sorry I'm late. I know that this place doesn't hold any great memories for you.
Bianca: It's going to be better this time.
David: Yes, it is because today you're going to get to see your baby. Ow.
Bianca: Oh, my God, what happened to your lip?
David: Oh, I just ran into a well-deserved punch, but it was worth it.
Erica: You can't just go around punching people.
Reggie: Hayward isn't people. He's trying to move in on you when you break with Jack.
Erica: Look, it was Jackís choice to take a break from me.
Reggie: Erica, don't try to play me. I know women like to play men off each other, but that's the last thing you're supposed to be doing right now. He needs you.
Erica: He needs me?
Reggie: Yes, and you would know that if you'd focus your attention where you're supposed to. Come on, Jackís ready to get back together. All you have to do is one teeny, little thing.
Erica: And that is?
Reggie: Suck it up, go in there, and be friends with Greenlee.
Jack: So you're ok about Juan Pablo?
Greenlee: Could we not talk about him? Really, there's nothing left to say. Can't I just be your daughter and ask you about you?
Jack: Ok, although mostly it's been about you since the accident.
Greenlee: Well, before the accident, then. How are things going with Erica?
Erica: My relationship with Greenlee is very complicated.
Reggie: Complicated? When rich people say "complicated," that means, "I hate your guts."
Erica: That's true. That's true. I can't stand Greenlee.
Reggie: Well, me, either, but you can do it. I mean, you made peace with Kendall, right? Well, at least for a little while.
Erica: You make it sound so easy.
Reggie: Well, what's so hard? I mean, you're acting like you've never had to make nice with somebody you can't stand once or twice in your life.
Erica: Yeah, once or twice.
Reggie: Well, just go in there, wrap her around your little finger, and I promise you, Erica, I promise you you'll be doing the same thing with Jack. Look, he's ready to get back together. He's just looking for a reason to forgive and forget.
Erica: But, Reggie, Greenlee brings out the worst in me.
Reggie: Well, let me do all the talking. You don't have to say anything.
Erica: Ok. Ok, Reggie, I'll do it, but I'm only doing it for you.
Jack: Hey, man.
Reggie: Hey. Oh, you think I'm the surprise?
Erica: Hello, Greenlee.
Greenlee: Oh, my God, am I dying?
Erica: Well, I certainly hope not. I'm very glad to see you looking so well.
Greenlee: You are?
Reggie: Of course she is. I mean, she made the trip all the way over here just to see how you're doing.
Greenlee: Thank you, but why?
Reggie: Because she gives a damn. Don't you, Erica?
Erica: Whatever's important to Jack is important to me.
Greenlee: Well, you're going to think this is weird, but I heard your voice when I was out of it.
Erica: It's not weird. I was here.
Greenlee: Here in this room?
Erica: Yes, I took the opportunity while you were unconscious to tell you exactly what I think of you.
Bianca: Who punched you?
David: Oh. Look, you know the people in this town like to punch me every once in a while.
Bianca: Was it Uncle Jack?
David: No, no, not this time, but he did get his punch in recently at the park.
Bianca: I don't know, David, your lip looked fine when I saw you this afternoon at B.J.ís with Mom.
David: Is that what you really want to talk about? Your mom and me?
Bianca: How can it not be on my mind?
David: Bianca, no matter how much time I spend with your mother, I will never tell her anything about this baby.
Bianca: And you told me that you wouldn't, and I believe you.
David: Good. Then what is it?
Bianca: But not that long ago, you were very happy with Anna, and my mother was getting ready to marry Uncle Jack. And for you and Mom to be together all of a sudden so quickly, it's -- it's the last thing that I expected.
David: Well, it's the last thing that I would expect, as well. But your mother and I have had things happen in our lives recently that kind of pulled the rug out from under us.
Bianca: And one of the things that happened was that I was raped.
David: Well, it does stand to reason that that would bring us closer together. Bianca, I don't want you to worry, all right? Whatever happens between your mom and me is meant to be.
Bianca: I'm not so sure about that. I'm sorry, David, but honestly, I think that my mother belongs with Uncle Jack.
David: All right, well, maybe she'll come to her senses and shut the door in my face.
Bianca: Well, I don't want you to be unhappy, David. I don't want you to be hurt. I love you very much.
David: That means the world to me, Bianca. It really does, and I want you to know that I would never do anything to hurt your mother. In fact, Iím going to do everything I can to make sure you and your mother are not hurt in any way.
Boyd: I don't know where you got your information, but I don't remember disappearing.
Aidan: So you remember where you were the night Cambias vanished?
Boyd: Well, when was that exactly, Aidan? Enlighten me. How many days after Kendall eloped with Michael are you saying he disappeared?
Aidan: Well, I'm referring to the night of the hearing. That was the last time that anyone saw Cambias alive.
Boyd: Yeah, well, not according to Kendall.
Aidan: Anyone reliable, Boyd.
Boyd: Right. Well, the hearing was a long time ago, so Iím assuming I was here at Enchantment or I went home. I'm sorry, but my life isn't exciting enough to own a datebook.
Aidan: What happened? I thought we were on the same side.
Boyd: Yeah, what side is that?
Aidan: The night before Erica and Jackís wedding, when we teamed up to put Cambias in the Dumpster.
Boyd: Yeah, we did, all right, and Iíd do it again in a heartbeat. So what's your point?
Aidan: That you're willing to go the distance for someone you care about, and we both care about Kendall.
Boyd: Really? I thought you just said she was unreliable.
Aidan: Look, I'm sure Kendall has great reasons for coming up with that marriage story, but if she carries on the way she carries on, she's going to get us --
Boyd: Look, I'm taking Kendall at her word, ok? That's how I show I care for her. Don't you get it? She doesn't want you digging around in this.
Aidan: So you and Kendall have spoken about this?
Kendall: Why don't you ask me to my face?
Aidan: I already did, remember?
Kendall: I cannot believe, Aidan, you still haven't dropped this yet.
Aidan: Well, how can I when more incrimination information keeps falling into my lap?
Kendall: Really? Tell me about it.
Aidan: Ok, well, those two witnesses I found in Vegas that confirmed your wedding with Michael? The police went to question them, yet they dropped off the face of the earth.
Kendall: Hmm, wonder how that could've happened.
Aidan: I have a few ideas.
Kendall: Yeah, so do I. It was Ryan. He's the only one who has anything to gain by making them disappear. If he can disprove my wedding, then he inherits the Cambias fortune.
Aidan: Yeah, Ryanís got the best motive. But Lavery never left town, and he wouldn't have a clue of who the witnesses were, anyway.
Kendall: But I do? Is that what you're getting at? What are you accusing me of, being stupid? Why in Godís name would I get rid of the only people who could back up my story?
Aidan: Right, why?
Kendall: Besides, I didn't leave town, either.
Aidan: No, but somebody here did. Did we win big in Vegas, Boyd?
Adam: The notion that I murdered Michael Cambias is absurd.
Tad: No, it's not. He stole your company.
Adam: Well, I've dispatched corporate raiders before without resorting to murder. Turning them into living nonentities is far more gratifying.
Tad: Oh, come on, Adam. You can tell me. You sure Palmer didn't con you into one last big hurrah so you two could strap on your cap guns, your little white hats, ride to the rescue of both Bianca and Erica?
Adam: It all sounds very dramatic, but, as you know, I was thousands of miles away the night Cambias disappeared.
Adam: Oh, my God.
Stuart: It's a gift for Babe! I hope she likes it.
Tad: Member of the family? Stuart, answer a question for me, would you? Was Adam with you the entire time you were fishing in Canada?
Stuart: Oh, sure.
Tad: There's no doubt in your mind?
Stuart: No. Well, where could he go? We were out in the middle of no place.
Tad: Do you remember how he injured his shoulder?
Adam: Will you leave Stuart alone? Stuart, that painting --
Stuart: I'd like to talk to Tad, if you don't mind. Ok, he injured his shoulder when he went into town. He went in looking for some parts to fix the outboard motor.
Tad: So on one occasion, you didn't actually see Adam for at least several hours.
Stuart: Yeah, yeah. I mean, no, we didn't see -- yes. Why?
Adam: My shoulder got hurt on that trip into town. I tried to fix the outboard motor and pulled an old injury. It's as simple as that.
Stuart: What old injury?
Adam: It happened a long time ago, Stuart.
Tad: Oh, that's right, that's right, you weren't around when your brother and Palmer tried to explain this one. Apparently, it happened during a big brawl back in Pigeon Hollow during a pig bake or some other kind of bizarre annual ritual, and it was so bad that Palmer was going to take your brother to the hospital.
Stuart: It must have been really bad because the closest hospital was over 200 miles away.
Tad: Yeah, and you didn't exactly have a private jet on standby back then, did you?
Stuart: No, no.
Adam: Well, I didn't go to the hospital, obviously, and that's why the shoulder acts up now and again.
Stuart: I don't remember any of this.
Adam: You can't remember everything that happened in our childhood.
Stuart: Sure I do, and if you'd been hurt that bad, then, well, I'd have to do your chores for a long time, and I didn't.
Tad: Well, Stuart, I don't get it. I mean, I'm so confused. Who's not telling the truth?
Boyd: Look, are you going anywhere with this, Aidan? Because I got a lot of work to do and I have time for your little conspiracy theories.
Aidan: So was it just a coincidence that you happened to be in Vegas at the same time as these witnesses disappeared?
Boyd: Enough questions, ok? What are you trying to prove, anyway?
Aidan: That you've been lying!
Boyd: Yeah, well, it's not working. Look, you want to relive your Special Ops days, you find another target!
Kendall: Ok, ok. All right, listen, listen, Boyd, Boyd, listen, just let me -- just let me talk to Aidan, ok?
Boyd: What, alone?
Kendall: Look, this is not going to take long. I just -- then Iíll leave, too, all right? Please.
Kendall: What the hell are you trying to prove?
Aidan: I'm just trying to get to the truth.
Kendall: How, by accusing Boyd of Michaelís murder?
Aidan: The more suspects there are, Kendall, the harder it's going to be for the police to arrest the person that did it, whoever it is.
Kendall: Well, maybe you're right, but it'll only complicate the lives of a lot of innocent people.
Aidan: There are a dozen people out there with valid motives for killing Michael Cambias. Lena and Maggie both admitted to me this afternoon that they hated Cambias enough to kill him, and Bianca said almost the same thing.
Kendall: Wait a minute, hold on -- Bianca? No, Aidan, no, you can't drag her into this.
Aidan: Look, Bianca knows that whoever did kill Michael probably did it for her. She doesn't want to see the guy punished.
Kendall: No, I don't care. How can you dredge this up for Bianca? Do you have any idea what she's going through?
Aidan: She's more resilient than you imagine.
Kendall: If she's hanging on, it's because of the support system she has -- Maggie and Myrtle, David and Erica --
Aidan: And you.
Kendall: Yeah. We're doing the best we can to make sure that she stays as far away from this as possible, and what do you do? You throw it in her face.
Aidan: You don't think that facing this could help her heal?
Kendall: You don't understand.
Aidan: Well, then make me understand, Kendall.
Kendall: Bianca's -- Biancaís dealing with more than the rape. Michael got her pregnant.
Aidan: What? Bianca's pregnant?
Kendall: Not anymore.
David: How you doing?
Bianca: I'm excited.
[Knock on door]
Bianca: David, I don't want -- I don't want anyone to see me.
David: We're having a procedure in here.
Maggie: Hi, David. Hi, Mary Frances.
Bianca: Oh. Yeah.
Maggie: Hi. Sorry about the suspense.
Maggie: I wasn't sure if it was you guys in here.
Bianca: How did you know about Mary Frances?
Maggie: Well, I got a look at the patient list, and I saw that you used Frankieís name as your alias.
Bianca: I'm glad you made it.
Maggie: Did I miss anything yet?
David: No, no, not at all. We're just about to begin. Now, don't expect high-definition television here, but it's still pretty amazing. It's going to be cold, all right?
Bianca: Ok. Ooh.
David: All right. Here we go.
David: There it is.
Maggie: It's unbelievable. I mean, it looks like a real person already.
Maggie: I mean, a person from the planet Zorch, but --
Bianca: Oh, my God. Wait, is that a heartbeat?
David: Yes, it is. A very strong and healthy one.
Maggie: But she's so big. Where is Bianca fitting her?
David: Well, this is one of those perfect examples of an object appearing much larger than they really are.
Bianca: My God.
David: At 15 weeks, the baby is the size of a fist, and that's not including the arms and legs.
Maggie: Really? Wow, that's amazing.
Bianca: That's good.
David: It's all right, Bianca. You'll be able to keep this hidden for a while, especially since you'll be wearing winter clothes soon.
Bianca: Wait, David, Maggie keeps calling it a she. When are we going to know if it's a boy or a girl?
David: Not for another three weeks or so.
Maggie: Well, I know one thing already. The way she's mugging for the camera, she's going to take after your mother.
Greenlee: You came and talked to me while I was lying here? That really was beyond the call of duty.
Erica: Well, don't compliment me too much. You don't know what I said.
Greenlee: So tell me.
Erica: I told you you were the bane of my existence.
Erica: And I told you that any resemblance between you and a cosmetics executive was purely coincidental, and I said that comparing yourself to me was like comparing a three-legged alley cat to a sleek leopard. And I said that when you woke up, I would surely crush you before you'd try to crush me.
Greenlee: Maybe that is why I woke up. I never could resist a good fight.
Erica: Yeah. Well, that's something Iíll have to live with, but don't worry, I'm up for a few more rounds.
Greenlee: I hope so, because I'm back.
Reggie: I think Erica has to go now?
Jack: Yeah, I'm sure she does, and I'll walk her out. I'll walk you out. I'll walk her out. Shall we?
Reggie: Mm-hmm, good idea.
Erica: Bye, Greenlee. Boy, I hope you can lose that hospital gown soon.
Greenlee: Me, too.
Jack: You -- you really tried to bring her back to us, didn't you?
Erica: Mm-hmm, I did, I goaded her. I tried to shame her to do battle with me.
Jack: Oh, you are some piece of work. That's exactly what she needed to hear!
Erica: Well, are you really so shocked that I cared? And not just about Greenlee. Greenlee is going to make a full recovery, isn't she?
Jack: Yes. Yes, thank God.
Erica: Then why are you acting like this? Why are you acting so stressed?
Jack: It's the murder investigation.
Erica: Well, Jack, I think that you're taking a lot on your shoulders. I mean, maybe you just need to let go of some of this.
Jack: Well, you're certainly not the only person that believes that. I have every reason to believe that Derek is withholding evidence from me.
Erica: What? Why?
Jack: Officer OíNeal found me in the evidence room.
Erica: So what?
Jack: You're right. So what? I don't want you to have to worry about this.
Erica: Well, I mean, it's like it just never ends, does it? Michael Cambias is still torturing us from beyond the grave. So what happened in the evidence room? Tell me.
Jack: I'm still the D.A. around here and I decide who gets prosecuted. And if they think they're going to take me off this case without a fight, well, they are wrong.
Erica: And the evidence room?
Jack: It was nothing. I was just trying to protect the people I care about.
Greenlee: This could never work.
Reggie: "This" what?
Greenlee: This family thing, this Jackís-wayward-children thing. We have nothing in common.
Reggie: Yeah, true. Except for Jack. We both care about him.
Greenlee: True. There is that.
Reggie: Yeah, and even though you're high, high, high-maintenance, for Jack, and Jack only, Iíll give you a try.
Greenlee: Ok. Me, too.
Aidan: Bianca's pregnant because of the rape and she had an abortion?
Kendall: Yes. Now you know why dragging Bianca into this murder investigation is totally and completely inappropriate.
Aidan: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Kendall: And it won't help her move on.
Aidan: Yeah, you're right. She needs to put all of this behind her.
Kendall: God, yes. So please, Aidan, please, don't breathe her name in connection to the murder. That's the last thing she needs.
Aidan: I won't go near her with any questions.
Kendall: Any chance you could drop the questions altogether?
Aidan: This last thing with Bianca has hit hard with you, huh? Brought up a lot of personal stuff?
Kendall: Well, it's nothing new. Bianca's the one who really needs our support right now. She had a really hard decision to make, and -- and I told her to do it, to go ahead and terminate her pregnancy if that's what she wanted. And that's what she did.
Aidan: Kendall --
Kendall: Look, just -- just promise me that you'll leave Boyd alone, ok? I got to go.
Boyd: I swear, if Kendall gets blamed for Michaelís death because of something you did, you're going to answer to me.
Aidan: Yeah, same goes for you, mate.
Stuart: Did I say something wrong, Adam?
Adam: No, no, Stuart.
Stuart: Are you in -- are you in trouble again?
Adam: Nothing I can't handle.
Stuart: I wasn't helpful, was I?
Adam: There is one thing you can do for me.
Stuart: Sure. What?
Adam: You can get that thing out of my sight.
Stuart: Oh, yes. Ok, I'll take it to Babe. Oh! I forgot -- about that time that -- that Adam got stung by a whole swarm of bees. I forgot all about that. I -- so you see, I don't remember everything.
Tad: See you later, Stuart. You weasel. You were on that jet and you know it. You were on Palmer Cortlandtís jet. You snuck away from your brother so you could do God-only-knows-what to Michael Cambias. Admit it.
Adam: I keep telling you that is absurd!
Tad: And in the process, you hurt your shoulder.
Adam: No, you've got it all wrong.
Tad: No, I just don't have it quite right yet, but I will.
Adam: Why do you give a damn? Why can't you just for a minute forget that we hate each other and work together on this?
Tad: And you think covering up the Cambias murder's a worthy project?
Adam: No, I'm talking about J.R., getting him out of this mess. He's come home with a -- with a gold digger who thinks barnyard animals are works of art!
Tad: Leave Babe alone. I am thinking about J.R. I don't care about Michael Cambias. I don't care if you did kill him. I am, however, rather bothered by the fact that my beloved stepson might have to watch his father get carted away to prison for the rest of his life.
David: Well, that's something I would certainly love to see.
Maggie: Wow. I have to stop saying "Wow."
Bianca: No, why?
Maggie: You're right. Wow. You know what, let's put the baby's first sonogram in the book that I got.
Bianca: Oh, good idea.
Maggie: The baby book.
Bianca: Oh, man. The best part about today was seeing this beautiful, perfect, innocent life on the screen, Maggie. It proved to me once and for all that this baby is not connected to Michael Cambias. She's all good.
Maggie: I knew that before.
Bianca: How did you know that?
Maggie: Just from looking at you. I don't know, at some point, something just changed. I guess you just fell in love with your baby and it made you happy. I mean, your face, it -- it just --
Bianca: What, glows?
Maggie: Yes. It glows. It does.
Bianca: It glows?
Maggie: Yes, it does. You know, I'm surprised that no one else has seen it.
Bianca: Well, I'm glad that no one else has seen it.
Maggie: Oh. Oh, God!
Maggie: Oh, I am late for my study group.
Bianca: Oh, well, it's ok. You can be late once.
Maggie: No, I'm always late. You know, they call me "The Late Miss Stone." They actually think they came up with the stupid joke. It's so not funny. There is nothing more unhumorous --
Bianca: Maggie --
Maggie: Sleep-deprived --
Bianca: Stop yakking and get out of here!
Maggie: Oh, right. All right, bye.
Maggie: Bye, Portia!
[Knock on door]
Bianca: Ugh. What did you forget?
Kendall: Oh, Bianca, I'm so glad you're here. Can I come in?
Bianca: Um -- I'm -- I'm really kind of busy right now, Kendall. Can we do this some other time, maybe tomorrow or something?
Kendall: I don't blame you if you're angry, ok, believe me, but I had nothing to do with it. I did not put him up to it, I promise.
Bianca: Whoa, what are you talking about?
Kendall: Aidan, talking to you and trying to turn you into a suspect in Michaelís murder.
Bianca: Oh, God, I completely forgot.
Kendall: You forgot?
Bianca: Ye-- yeah, it's been a very long day, ok? Listen -- uh -- I have no problem. I'm not mad at you, I'm not mad at Aidan, ok?
Kendall: Well, then why won't you allow me in your new apartment?
Bianca: All right. Because it's a mess, ok? I just -- you know, Kendall, I wanted you to -- I just wanted you to see it when it was more set up.
Kendall: Well, it looks perfectly fine to me. It's really cute.
Bianca: Well, thanks. Here, have a seat, please.
Kendall: Um -- Bianca, please -- please don't be angry with me, ok?
Bianca: Are you still talking about Aidan? I'm not mad.
Kendall: Yeah, he's got some sort of a savior complex. He's doing all this to rescue me.
Bianca: I can completely understand that, ok, because I'm the last person on earth who wants to see Michaelís killer punished.
Kendall: Bianca, I don't want you to waste another minute of your life worrying about that, ok? It's got nothing to do with you.
Bianca: Didn't we have a deal that we were not going to blame ourselves for what happened with Michael anymore? And here we are, doing it all over again?
Kendall: I just -- I just don't want to make things worse for you.
Bianca: Do you remember what our penalty was for breaking our pact?
Kendall: Yes. You said we'd kick each other's butt.
Bianca: So who goes first?
Kendall: I'm sorry, it's just I really, really want -- more than anything, I want for you to be able to get back what Michael took from you.
Bianca: Aidan said exactly the same thing. He said that if I could do that, it would give hope to the people in my life who care about me.
Kendall: Aidan said that?
Kendall: That was sweet.
Bianca: Yeah, it was really sweet.
Bianca: Anyway, I would give you a grand tour of the place, but you're looking at it.
Kendall: Well, next time Iíll bring you a housewarming something.
Bianca: Thank you.
Kendall: I mean, if that's ok, but I'll call first.
Bianca: It is more than ok, anytime.
Kendall: So, let's see. What do you need? I mean, it looks like you're pretty much set.
Bianca: Yeah, I mean, especially since Iím not planning on staying very long.
Kendall: You're not?
Bianca: Um -- no, I'm -- Iím thinking about spending a little time away from Pine Valley. I was actually looking into volunteer programs. David is helping me choose one.
Kendall: Oh. Well, I -- I was kind looking forward to spending some time with you.
Bianca: Well, we can still do that -- when I get back.
Kendall: Well, I'll miss you, but you're doing the right thing. You are. You really should get away from Pine Valley, now.
Tad: Well, I know why Iím here. Why is he?
David: Adam knows why Iím here, don't you, Adam?
Adam: Yeah, of course, of course. Would you like to fill Tad in?
David: Shall I? You really don't mind?
Adam: Well, he's going to find out eventually.
David: Fine. I'm here to pick up a check. Adam promised a mutual friend that he was going to make a rather sizable donation to the clinic.
Adam: Yes, and I have my checkbook right here waiting for you.
Tad: I shudder to think about the friend you two have in common. Satan, you know, maybe, but other than that, God knows.
Adam: There you are.
David: Oh, Adam. You're always so generous.
Adam: Yes. David, Iíd like for you to stay around for a while. I just want you to explain to me exactly what this money is being spent on.
Adam: And, Tad, you're welcome to stay. Obviously, you don't have anything better to do.
Tad: Oh, God forbid. I don't think I could stomach that much in one afternoon.
Adam: Well, then goodbye.
Tad: Play nicely, kids, ok? Try not to hurt anybody or screw up any innocent lives while you're at it.
David: Adios, Tad. Wow!
David: Oh, come on, Adam, have a heart. The clinic really does need donations.
Adam: Erica ran right straight to you, didn't she? That's why you're here.
David: So you think you saw her the evening of Cambias' disappearance?
Adam: I know I saw her.
David: And what exactly do you think you saw her doing?
Adam: I know what Ericaís motives are and I know what mine are. What the hell do you want out of this, Hayward?
Erica: Being able to talk like this, just for a few moments, I -- I feel so much better. And you do, too. I can tell.
Jack: Yes, I do. Too bad it has to end.
Erica: Why? Why does it have to end?
Jack: Why? Well, do you suppose maybe David Hayward? I mean, how do you think it makes me feel knowing that you've been kissing this guy all over town, Erica?
Erica: Jack, there's no need for you to be jealous.
Jack: No? Because you seem to be happy with him but you can't be happy with me?
Erica: Well, why can't you just trust me enough to know that I know what Iím doing?
Jack: Because you don't.
Erica: You know, I don't need you to tell me that what Iím doing is wrong. I need you to love me.
Jack: Yeah, love you blindly.
Jack: That's what you want me to do, right?
Erica: Yes. What's wrong with that?
Jack: Derek, whatever it is you want, it's going to have to wait, all right?
Derek: It can't. We have a few questions in the Cambias murder and we need a few answers. Hiding from blemishes?
Aidan: Come on, Kendall, open up.
Palmer: Oh, Jennings.
Jennings: Mr. Cortlandt, I wasn't expecting you.
Palmer: Yes, I wanted to talk to you, Jennings.
Jennings: I understand, Mr. Cortlandt. Let me apologize again. I just have no idea how those flight logs from August went missing.
Palmer: Oh, well --
Jennings: But as I told you on the phone, I'll get to the bottom of it.
Palmer: Yes, well, never mind about that. It's not what I wanted to talk to you about. I'm here really to give you a raise. Do you have a minute for me?
Jennings: Sure, as much as you need.
Tad: Yep. I bet that's blood. Whose blood did you draw, you old buzzard?
Adam: What did you have to do with Michael Cambias' murder?
David: I am trying to help Erica, but she already told you that, and you say you're doing the same?
Adam: Yes, Iím very fond of Erica, despite our tortured history.
David: Same here.
Adam: Yes, but I know you. Hayward, there's something in this for you. There has to be.
David: Adam, why don't you just stop playing games and tell me what you think you saw her doing?
Adam: I'm not going to tell you a damn thing, but I don't think you're protecting Erica at all. I think you're trying to protect your own miserable hide.
David: Well, isn't that funny, because that's exactly what I thought about you.
Adam: Well, then we'll just have to hope that Erica puts her faith in the right man.
Erica: Derek, you are just wasting time and resources if you're here to question me. All right, let's just see what my lawyer has to say about this.
Derek: Erica, the questions we have about the new evidence doesn't point to you.
Erica: Well, surely Jack is not a suspect.
Justin: No, it's not Jack, either.
Jack: Who is it then, Derek?
Derek: Look, maybe this new evidence won't pan out, but it's an avenue we have to explore.
Jack: What are you talking about?
Reggie: Ah, Jack. Greenlee wants a milkshake, so Iím about to go get one, man.
Justin: Can you -- your name's Reggie, right?
Justin: We need you to stick around for a minute.
Jack: Wait, wait, wait. Wait, Reggie, you come right here. What's this about?
Derek: Reggie's the one we need to talk to.
Kendall: And you don't have to say that you'll miss me, too.
Bianca: I will miss you. I'll miss you a lot. I'm being a horrible hostess. I'm sorry. Can I get you something? Something to drink? Do you want some coffee?
Kendall: Yeah, I mean, whatever you're going to have, that's cool.
Bianca: Oh, no, I can't have -- um -- it's so late. I'll make decaf, ok?
Kendall: Decaf. Good.
Kendall: Sounds good. So, how is school?
Bianca: Oh, it's pretty good. I'm actually -- I'm taking it pretty easy this year, only two courses.
Kendall: Two courses and you have all these books?
Bianca: Yeah, well, one of them is world history, so there's a lot of reading.
Kendall: Hmm, that sounds fun.
Bianca: Fun for me.
Kendall: Hmm. Let's see what you got here. Oh, my goodness. Hmm.
Kendall: Bianca. What is this?
On the next "All My Children" --
Palmer: This idiot wants to send us both up the river!
Adam: Well, he can't do that if we kill him.
Greenlee: You want to kill me, so you get out of here.
Erica: I am trying to make you comfortable.
Maria: He's seizing! Come on, move, people!
Kendall: You didn't terminate the pregnancy, did you?
