[Knock on door]
Aidan: Open it, Kendall.
Kendall: Go to hell, Aidan!
Aidan: Don't make me kick this door in.
Kendall: Well, if you so much as breathe heavily on my door, I will call the cops. Do you understand me? What -- Aidan, you kicked my door in! What the hell are you doing?
Aidan: Want to call the police? Go on, call them. Take them maybe six minutes to get here and I'll be done with what I need to say in five.
Brooke: Well, I'm sorry that your sign is missing, Mister --
Benny: Benny, and it isn't missing, it was stolen, swiped by the couple joy-riding in your car.
Brooke: Well, no one was joy-riding in my car, and I'm sure if my son had taken your cow, or your sign, I would know about it.
Benny: Because he'd come home and say, "Hey, Ma, can we mount this fine heifer on the side of the carport?"
Brooke: Did you say there was another person involved in this?
Benny: Yeah -- your son's girlfriend.
Brooke: Well, my son doesn't have a girlfriend.
Benny: Whatever. You swear your son was home night before last?
Brooke: I don't really recall.
Benny: Just call him in so's that I can get a look at him. I'd recognize him.
Brooke: I cant.
Benny: I'm getting the cops in on this.
J.R.: Well, she can't do that because James is over at PVU right now, but the girl that was in the car -- can you describe her?
Benny: Blonde, a real pretty little dish, and built like a brick -- built.
Adam: J.R. isnt home.
Jamie: Well, if he was, you wouldn't be trying to stiff-arm Babe.
Adam: Son --
Jamie: I am not your son.
Adam: This transaction is between Babe and me.
Babe: It's ok, Jamie. I've things under control.
Jamie: I'm not leaving you alone with him. Is there any reason why you don't want a witness while you're trying to buy her off?
Babe: There's only one thing wrong with this check.
Adam: And what's that?
Babe: See, I use the new math, and according to my calculations, it's two zeros short.
Tad: It's impossible. We just parked the gurney. How could he do this this fast?
Edmund: I don't know. Maybe some employee wanted some extra holiday cash.
Tad: So they're willing to sell a man's life?
Edmund: When the Calatravases get ahold of this man, everybody in this building's in danger.
Tad: No kidding.
Edmund: Where you going?
Tad: To plug a leak, I hope. Do you mind?
Edmund: Yeah, go for it. Hey --
Edmund: Hey, hi.
Maria: What? More bad news?
Edmund: Yeah. "The Exposer" just ran a picture of Carlos and Juan Pablo. When the Calatravases get ahold of this --
Maria: What? You're kidding me.
Edmund: Yeah. It's right there in black and white. Listen, under the circumstances, I think it would be better if we turn the treatment over to somebody else.
Maria: Well, I can't do that.
Edmund: Why, honey? It's dangerous.
Maria: Carlos is my patient. I can't just abandon him.
Juan Pablo: Hello, Greenlee. How are you doing?
Greenlee: Hi. Does the hospital have a foreign exchange program, or do I know you?
Juan Pablo: I beg your pardon?
Greenlee: Whoever you are, you don't have to beg me for anything.
Juan Pablo: You don't know me? It's me, Juan Pablo.
Greenlee: Oh. You must be post-1999.
Juan Pablo: I'm sorry.
Greenlee: Well, it's nice to know I have you to look forward to.
Ryan: It's a little glitch in her recovery. Her memory's coming back in chunks. Right now she's somewhere in 1999.
Juan Pablo: Ah. Well, I am glad you are recovering. I will leave now until you're ready to see me. Goodbye.
Greenlee: No! No! Don't go. I remember you.
Kendall: I'm not in the mood for chat, Aidan. Just fix the door and go.
Aidan: Not until you hear me out.
Kendall: You know what? Damaging my condo got my attention, but it didn't score you any points.
Aidan: What does the subject of Ryan Lavery threaten you so much?
Kendall: I am so sick of you and this need you have to hear about how I still have feelings for Ryan.
Aidan: Well, if you are, damn right I want to hear about it.
Kendall: No, I don't! I'm not! Well, what is your problem? Why can't you just accept that?
Aidan: Because it doesn't ring true, Kendall.
Kendall: Well, who the hell are you to judge me?
Aidan: I'm just a guy that loves you, that's all, and you said you loved me and meant it.
Kendall: Well, then, why are you still obsessing on all of this?
Aidan: Oh, you got some tidying up to do?
Kendall: You know what? Tidy this!
Aidan: No, with you and Ryan and the past!
Kendall: Listen, Aidan, if you don't ruin this relationship before it gets anywhere, then just be honest with me. Don't hide behind some bull about feelings that I'm supposedly harboring for Ryan. They don't exist. I've got no feelings for Ryan except anger, and as for me being attracted to him? That's ridiculous. It's stupid. It's insane. I swear to you, Aidan, I swear to you, I am completely over Ryan Lavery.
Juan Pablo: You remember me?
Greenlee: Yes. I could never forget you. We played polo. Wait, that doesn't make sense. I don't play polo, but you -- you play polo, don't you?
Juan Pablo: Yes.
Greenlee: And do you know Ryan?
Juan Pablo: Well enough.
Greenlee: We had an affair.
Juan Pablo: Is that what you remember?
Greenlee: I haven't forgotten how to translate macho.
Juan Pablo: Greenlee, you and I have had some misunderstandings. When you are well enough, we'll clear them up.
Greenlee: I'll look forward to that, Juan Pab-- Pablo.
Juan Pablo: Pablo, Pablo. Good afternoon.
Greenlee: Oh. Where were we?
Ryan: Somewhere in 1999?
Greenlee: Hmm, yes. We were like this --
Brooke: Well, that doesn't sound like any of my son's friends, so -- do you have a card, Benny?
Benny: Here, here, with a picture of my Betsy.
Brooke: Yes, well, ok, I will ask my son if he knows anything about your sign, and then I will give you a call.
J.R.: What's your price tag?
Benny: You talking to me?
J.R.: Mm-hmm. You want your cow back. I don't think that's possible, but how much to replace it? Just give me a reasonable total.
Benny: Well, like a told you, 500 ought to do it.
Brooke: $500 for a plastic cow?
J.R.: 200, 300, 400, 500. There you are.
Benny: That's what I like to see, a young man that does what's right.
J.R.: And this settles the matter about the cow being swiped. You happy?
Benny: Grinning ear to ear. An "udder" pleasure doing business with you folks. You get it?
Brooke: We got it.
Benny: Happy Trails, you all. And, son, you stop by for a Bennys Burger Blast special anytime, on the house.
Brooke: Mm-hmm. Well, I'm not so sure I approve of that.
J.R.: Paying him off? At least we don't get any more trouble from him anymore.
Brooke: Listen, if Jamie had anything to do with his sign, obviously, he will pay you back.
J.R.: The old guy screwed up the license plate number. Jamie hasn't turned into a cow klepto since I've been gone, has he?
Brooke: Gee, not that I know of.
J.R.: All right, then don't sweat it. Benny's happy, I got a Burger Blast special waiting for me, I'll track down Jamie, and if he is the great cow caper, I'll find him.
Opal: Oh, well, if it isn't Pine valley's newest bridegroom. How you doing? Hey, Brooke.
Opal: Boy, that was some dinner you threw last night.
J.R.: Well, you got to thank Dad for the entertainment.
Opal: Yeah, and some entertainment it was, huh? I think your daddy's just jealous that his handsome, young son found himself such a beauty of a bride. I'm telling you, that Babe is a real keeper. I don't know how you managed to fish that four-leaf clover out of all the poison ivy.
J.R.: Just lucky.
Opal: Just lucky, I guess so. Well, I'm real happy for you, honey.
J.R.: Thank you. I've got to run. I'm sorry. Bye.
Opal: Okey-doke. I'll see you.
Brooke: Ok, we'll see you.
Opal: Does he seem a little subdued to you today? Well, he is a newlywed, and that can wear a body out, as I so gently recall.
Brooke: Well, I just saw a new side of J.R.
Opal: Well, who hasn't? I mean, if shipping out can build that kind of character, I am going to reserve me a berth for Petey, and when he is 18, it's anchors aweigh.
Brooke: Yeah, I just realized why J.R. and Adam lock horns so much -- because J.R. is much more like Adam than either one of them realizes.
Adam: Two zeroes. You do know what you're asking?
Babe: If it's to the left of the decimal point -- 10 million. Oh, what, you don't think I'm worth it?
Adam: You're not kidding.
Jamie: So you really don't love J.R.?
Adam: Ah, the voice of youth. Watch, my son, and learn. Babe, I'm been having some business difficulties. Are you willing to negotiate?
Babe: It depends on the offer, but just remember with inflation and all, one measly million won't take me very far.
Adam: Well, I think this is quite generous.
Babe: More than generous. Thanks, Pops.
Adam: No more "Pops." I want you upstairs and packed before J.R. gets back.
Babe: What do I got worth packing?
Adam: Well, you have a point there. It's been nice knowing you, Babe.
Babe: You are so Blake Carrington.
Adam: Blake -- oh, the television show again?
Babe: I mean, you're just like him. This is something he would do. Now guess what I get to do?
Adam: Well, travel wherever you want, buy whatever you want.
Babe: I'm not traveling anywhere -- not without my husband, at least. Babe one, Pops zip.
Tad: Hey, Mary, you need a little reading material?
Juan Pablo: Here!
Tad: Then again, you don't have to read that because you leaked it.
Mary: I'm sorry.
Tad: No, not yet, but you will be.
Mary: Oh, Carlos.
Juan Pablo: We know you did this.
Mary: Yes, I did, and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.
Tad: Oh, see, that's where you're wrong. You know what the great thing about taking a dive off the solarium is? You're only five floors above the ER!
Babe: You were laughing before. What's the matter? Don't you get it? Oh, or do you not like it because the joke's on you? Come on, guys, don't just stand there looking like I slugged you with a bag of ice. I get it. You're not used to me. All those fancy schools couldn't prepare you for my TV training.
Adam: That was a very reckless move, Ms. --
Babe: Oh, that would be Mrs. Chandler, and how's it reckless? I mean, I've got what I want -- J.R. I may not be like the girls that you know, but that doesn't mean that I don't love J.R.; and just because you don't get it doesn't meant that I'm not an ok person. I am, and I love your son with all my heart.
Adam: That remains to be seen.
Babe: J.R. didnt want to come back to Pine Valley. I'm the one that made him.
Adam: So this is sort of a goodwill mission? Is that it?
Babe: You're his family. Fortunes, they come and go, but family -- you got it forever. I mean, he needs you -- all of you. I mean, just like you need us.
Adam: We need you?
Babe: I married J.R., so now I'm part of the family, for better or worse.
Adam: For richer, but not poorer.
Babe: You can be as mean and as snide as you want, but I'm not leaving. Oh, you don't like it? Talk to J.R. He's the only one that can make me go.
Adam: I assure you, he couldn't afford it.
Babe: You don't have enough money to make me leave my husband. But if J.R. says we're history, I'm gone.
J.R.: What the hell's going on here? And, Jamie, why are you involved?
Mary: Your melodramatic threats don't frighten me. Put me down.
Tad: You'd probably land on somebody. As much as I'd love to exterminate you right now, you've already hurt enough innocent people.
Mary: Goodbye. Would you --
[Translation: Where do you think youre going? You endangered the life of my brother to satisfy your jealousy. You are trash. You are not worthy of sharing this world with my brother nor with anybody! You are going to pay, Mary. I swear that you are going to pay.]
Tad: I don't exactly habla, but I swear your life isn't worth a plugged nickel.
Mary: He can't hurt me.
Tad: Oh, yes, he can. He can afford to have you hurt. He can afford to make you disappear. As a matter of fact, if you were a man, you'd already be in a body bag.
Juan Pablo: That's right.
Mary: This isn't some backward country. This is the United States of America.
Tad: Oh, yeah, where decent folk play by the rules, just like you?
Juan Pablo: The people who are after my brother will kill everyone in this hospital to get to him.
Mary: Then I suggest you have him moved.
Tad: No, no --
Mary: You wouldn't dare. You wouldn't dare. Oh!
Simone: No, but I sure would.
Aidan: Why can't we just talk about him, then? Every time the subject of Ryan comes up, you get so worked up.
Kendall: Yeah, well, anyone who's trying to take what's mine gets me worked up. Aidan, Ryan publicly announced that he's after everything I got from Michael. Wouldn't that raise your blood pressure a few points?
Aidan: Maybe, but not like this.
Kendall: Yeah, well, stealing everything I inherited, it wasn't enough for Ryan. He won't be happy until he has me charged with Michaels murder.
Aidan: Ryan's not trying to put you in prison. He's trying to keep you out.
Kendall: No, Aidan, grabbing Fusion, Enchantment, and Chandler Enterprises hinges on Michaels time of death. Don't you get that?
Aidan: Then stopped pressing the police for Michaels time of death. He's even given them a couple of pieces of evidence against someone else to save you.
Kendall: Well, even if that's true, I still --
Aidan: It is true.
Kendall: Well, I still hate Ryan, ok? He's smug and he thinks he knows everything, and does that sound familiar? Hmm? Sound familiar? Huh? I also hate being told how I feel about people, how I feel about my mother, and how I feel about Ryan. If you keep doing that, Aidan, you're just going to screw up. You're already screwing up.
Aidan: Why? Because I see through you? It's in your eyes, Kendall, every time you look at him. You're not free, and I won't go down this road again.
Kendall: What road? Aidan, what are you talking about?
Aidan: Loving a woman that's still stuck in the past and won't face it.
Kendall: Maureen, a.k.a. Maria. This isn't about my baggage. It's about yours.
Aidan: You're a hider, Kendall. You're a coverer. You take all your hurt and pain and you shove it down deep, out of sight. You hate Ryan? Oh, you hate your mother? How many times have I heard that? "I hate her." But you were willing to go to prison for Erica.
Kendall: What do you want?
Aidan: To love you. I just don't want to wake up in four weeks' time to know that you've gone off with Ryan.
Greenlee: Why? Polo man's gone.
Ryan: Well, you might still hate me in the morning.
Greenlee: Oh, come on, Ryan. Live for the moment. I am.
Greenlee: Loser. Fake.
Greenlee: You lying, good for nothing actor.
Ryan: Hey, hey, Greenlee, take it easy, all right? Calm down.
Greenlee: You came on to me. You kissed me. You took advantage of me when you're engaged to Kendall.
Ryan: Relax, relax, you're going to hurt yourself. Just take it easy!
Greenlee: How could you do this to me? How could you betray Kendall?
Ryan: I didn't! We're not engaged, not in 2003. Now, if you're somewhere in 2002, that's a different story, but in 2003, Kendall hates my guts.
Greenlee: So do I.
Ryan: No, actually, you don't.
Greenlee: I loathe and despise you.
Ryan: No, no, no, no, not now, not today.
Greenlee: You've been playing the part of concerned friend, just waiting for the chance -- you would have made love to me right here in this hospital bed.
Ryan: I would not have gone that far, Greenlee, I don't think.
Greenlee: You creep.
Ryan: You practically begged me to come into bed with you! Did you think I enjoyed kissing you? Well, yes, I did. You have really nice, soft lips, very sensual. But the point is, is I was here, I was trying to help you.
Greenlee: Oh, you would see it that way. You think you're Gods gift to women, so you think that if a woman like me doesn't just faint at the sight you, you can just trick us into the sack.
Ryan: I don't need to trick the women that I sleep with to get them into the sack, all right? Not only do I not want you, Greenlee, I don't even remotely like you.
Greenlee: But I do love somebody. I can feel it. Who could it be?
Jack: Hey, hey, hey. You really are back with us. Well, all right. Do you know how worried we've all been?
Jack: Yeah, I -- I'm sorry I couldn't be here. I had to go to the courthouse real quick, but -- sweetheart, look at you. You look fantastic.
Greenlee: I feel good -- better now that you're here.
Jack: Yeah? Good. I was talking to the doctors. They say you will be getting your memory back in pieces, but --
Greenlee: All of it?
Jack: Yeah, I mean except maybe a few hours just before the accident. But that's -- that's really great news, isn't it?
Greenlee: You -- you're my father.
Jack: Yes. Yeah, baby. I sure am.
Kendall: There's no reason to think that I'd run off with Ryan, Aidan.
Aidan: There's no reason to think that you wont. Kendall, I happen to think that we're a really good fit. I think we're great together, I really do. But you got a lot of things to figure out.
Kendall: All right, then why stop now? Why don't you tell me what you want me to do? You tell me. How about I sleep with Ryan first and then choose?
Aidan: If that's what it takes, go for it.
Kendall: You are so full of it. It would serve you right even if I did sleep with him.
Aidan: Yeah, maybe you're right. Why don't you call me when you get it solved. Oh, yeah, you might want to get a locksmith to look at that door.
Tad: That's my girl.
Mary: Get away from me! Get -- get away from me, you crazy bitch! I will call security --
Simone: Oh -- oh --
Mary: Don't touch me! Get away from me!
Tad: Well, that was worth the price of admission.
Simone: If there is any karmic justice --
Tad: She'll get hers. Sooner rather than later. It's coming.
Maria: You're going to be fine, Carlos. We're going to take good care of you. I'm sorry I was so snarky with you before.
Edmund: Well, I'm just thinking about you, you know, and the kids, and myself.
Maria: Oh, I know. Remember? I was the one who was opposed to this whole situation to begin with. But do you remember what you said to me?
Edmund: Not really.
Maria: You liar.
Edmund: What did I say?
Maria: You said that Carlos' situation was much like Julias. And when somebody's in trouble, what happens if everybody runs for cover?
Edmund: Well, that's not going to happen here because we're going to make sure that Carlos is well taken care of.
Maria: But what if that was Julia in there and what if because of some slip-up her identity was revealed again, and she would be a target again? And what would I hope that her doctor would do?
Edmund: That's the argument I used on you. That's not fair. That's not fair.
Maria: Yes, it is.
Edmund: Listen, how did I get so lucky to marry a smart, compassionate woman?
Maria: Poor you.
Edmund: Ok, listen to me. You take care of him in there, all right? Keep up the good fight. We'll -- we'll protect him from out here.
Opal: Hey, are you still fixating on Babe and J.R.?
Brooke: Oh, I'm not fixating.
Opal: Well, I hope not, because they're going to be all right, you know. Opposites do attract. I mean, look at me and Palmer, or you and Adam for that matter.
Brooke: Oh, and how did those unions end?
Opal: Well, yeah, but they sure sizzled for a while.
Brooke: Oh, no, I was just concerned the way J.R. sort of arranged this dinner last night, you know, and then all of a sudden, he shows up and springs his new wife on everybody at the dinner. You know, I think it's J.R.s way of telling Adam to -- well, go to hell would be the nice version.
Opal: Yeah, well, of course, but I don't think that, you know, J.R. choosing this sort of public payback as a way of announcing it means that he -- that that's the reason that he married her.
Brooke: Well, let's hope.
Opal: Oh, no. I mean, come on. Babe is great. She's full of fire and she's gorgeous, and best of all, she can hold her own with Adam.
Opal: Oh, I have no doubt. She's got smarts and determination, and she'll have Adam hornswoggled and hogtied before she -- ha. What is this?
Opal: How'd this end up in the trash? Look at that beautiful little thing.
Brooke: What is that?
Opal: It's a little, cute little moocow on a chain. It must have fallen in by mistake. Is it yours?
Brooke: No, it's not mine. I'll have to ask Jamie about it.
J.R.: I've been looking for you over at the Student Union.
Jamie: Well, I've been here for quite a while.
J.R.: Oh, that's funny. You said you were going straight to the campus.
Jamie: Well, I was on my way, but I realized I had to swing by here and grab my PDA. I left it here last night.
Adam: If you'll excuse me.
Babe: There's no excuse for you.
J.R.: Does somebody want to fill me in on what I missed?
Babe: We're having a difference of opinion. See, your dad here -- he thinks that I should leave.
Adam: No --
Babe: I think it's your call. You want to settle it?
J.R.: Dad, Dad, Dad. You didn't try the payoff routine again? This hasn't worked in forever -- I mean, not with Laurie.
Babe: You know, you could get some new strategies from movies and TV.
Adam: I can handle my own affairs quite nicely, thank you.
J.R.: You think so? What's the problem? Not using enough bait? Oh! No, that doesn't seem to be the problem. Wow! After losing Chandler Enterprises, would this have cleared?
Adam: That's a moot point.
J.R.: Because you failed.
Adam: No! No, actually, I've succeeded, quite brilliantly, I think. Babe passed my test with flying colors.
Adam: Welcome to the family. I cannot tell you how relieved I am. You've restored my faith in human nature.
J.R.: Hmm. Nice save, Dad.
Adam: It's refreshing to meet a young woman so devoted and so down to earth.
Babe: Are you writing another check?
Adam: Why, yes, the -- the check I intended to give you in the first place.
Babe: Well, not too shabby. It's made out to both of us.
Adam: It's a humble wedding gift.
J.R.: Thanks. I'll tuck it away just in case Chandler Enterprises needs another infusion of cash after I take over the company.
Adam: J.R., that check is yours to spend or invest any way you please. Now I really must go. Have a lovely day.
Jamie: He's incredible.
Babe: And you grew up with him?
J.R.: My mom balanced him like a checkbook.
Jamie: Well, I got to book. I got to get to Seņor Horowitz's Spanish class.
J.R.: No, you hold up a second. I want to ask you two something.
Jamie: But I'm going to miss class.
J.R.: You can catch up. This won't take long.
Babe: What is it?
J.R.: You just chill here a sec. I'll be right back.
Babe: Well, where are you going?
J.R.: You'll find out.
Jamie: What's he doing?
Babe: Stay tuned.
Babe: It means we'll find out when he gets back.
Jamie: Do you think he knows anything or --
Babe: Not unless you tipped him off.
Jamie: I didnt. I --
Babe: Me, neither. So we're cool.
Jack: Well, tell me, in this dream of yours, what exactly was hell like?
Greenlee: Well, the reason it's so hot there is because everyone smokes. I mean, who knew?
Jack: And this is -- this is something that Roger told you?
Greenlee: Hmm, between puffs.
Jack: Well, I got to tell you, kiddo, that was -- that was some dream.
Greenlee: The man I thought was my father for all those years comes back from hell to ream me out for being a total loser. I call that a nightmare.
Jack: A loser? Greenlee, just in case you haven't remembered this yet, you're a very successful businesswoman, and you also happen to be one of the smartest young ladies I've ever had the pleasure to know, ok?
Greenlee: Not so smart about men, as Roger pointed out.
Jack: Well, in my opinion, I'd say you've done pretty well in that arena. And you've got scores and scores of friends.
Jack: And scores, lots, whole bunches -- yes, you bet. And you've probably lived more than 12 girls your age.
Greenlee: Is that a good thing?
Jack: Yeah. I think it is. And I'll tell you something else -- Roger was without a clue about you when he was alive, and I can't believe that death brought him any enlightenment whatsoever.
Greenlee: Still, some of what he said made sense.
Jack: Maybe so. But I'll tell you this -- when Ryan called me and I heard that you'd been injured, my heart just about stopped. I mean, here we are, we've just found each other for the first time, and I was about to lose you. I'm so relieved. I'm so, so happy that you're still with us.
Greenlee: When you -- when I looked up and I saw you, I knew you were my father, my real father. And I felt more me than I have since I woke up.
Juan Pablo: This security company is reliable?
Tad: I'd stake my life on it. I have several times.
Juan Pablo: They can provide guards.
Tad: Around-the-clock security. Nobody's going to get to your brother with these guys on duty, I promise you.
Juan Pablo: Well, I guess that's all we can do for now.
Simone: Mary Smythe better hope I never run into her in a dark alley.
Juan Pablo: I will look in on Carlos and I'll meet you back here.
Tad: Ok. So, aren't we having fun yet.
Simone: Well, that depends. Being dragged across 40 miles of bad road fun?
Tad: It's been a hell of a 24 hours.
Simone: Would I be rejuvenating or exhausting?
Tad: Maybe a little of both. What do you got in mind?
Simone: I don't know, just a little diversion. I mean, Greenlees going to be ok, and because of you, Carlos is safe, so I was thinking --
Tad: Wait a minute. My day isn't bad enough? Now you're going to torture me? I still got to make all security arrangements, you know, and then there's Jamie.
Simone: What? He's sick?
Tad: No, he's healthy and young and male and determined to take after me.
Tad: And then there's J.R. and his new bride and Adam -- I mean, the whole thing is a mess.
Simone: Ok. So some other time then? Soon?
Tad: Some other time real soon.
Ryan's voice: This is for you. Chris gave it to my mom. It was supposed to mean something special, something -- something sacred between them, only it never could, so -- so I don't know. I want to give it a second chance, like we have. Whew. So officially, Kendall Hart, will you marry me? Give me a yes.
Kendall: Yes. Yes, yes, please.
Ryan: Ok, this is the part where you're supposed to give me your hand, so I can try to put the ring on, you know? It fits perfectly.
Ryan: Hey. What happened to your door?
Kendall: Um -- oh, oh, nothing. It was just a -- a stupid accident.
Kendall: Listen, can you come in for a few minutes?
Ryan: Any particular reason?
Kendall: Just come in, ok? We can't talk out here in the courtyard.
Ryan: Yeah, ok.
Greenlee: Have I met Lily?
Jack: No, honey, you've seen her, but you don't actually know each other, no.
Greenlee: Well, as soon as she gets a break in school, I want her to come to Pine Valley.
Jack: All right. I will certainly see what I can do. Anything else I can do for you?
Greenlee: Cappuccinos -- I love them. I can't make it through my day without a double. Could you get one for me, Daddy? Please.
Jack: I'll talk to your doctors. If they say it's ok, then --
Greenlee: Ok, ok, and 2%, no whole milk, and no cinnamon.
Jack: Ok, 2%, no whole milk --
Jack: And you'd like some cinnamon, and you just take it easy till I get back, ok?
Jack: Oh, sorry.
Greenlee: That's ok. It's ok.
Jack: I'm sorry. Oh.
Greenlee: Ok. Hmm. Roger -- what does he know about all the other men in my life?
Greenlee: Oh, my God.
Jamie: This doesn't feel right.
Babe: How can you tell? I mean, how often does this happen? Do you have a previous experience?
Jamie: No. Do you?
Babe: No, not in the particular situation, but I have seen plenty of things on TV, and I think that --
Jamie: Can we just stick to reality here?
Babe: Fine. I'm not throwing a funeral until there's a corpse. Want a piece? It's real, you know. I mean, mine was plastic, but I bet Winifred refills the bowl every day, and whatever is left, she gives to the poor.
J.R.: Well, I'm not one to look a gift cow in the face, but you want to tell me how you ripped this off and Babe ended up with it if you guys hadn't met each other until dinner last night?
Adam: Well, scrape it off your plate! This takes priority. Because she married my son -- that's why. San Diego, I think. Well, that's probably where they were married. You only have to go back three weeks. That's when they met. Yeah -- Babe. No, that's all I've got -- Babe. She's -- she's pretty, blonde, brown eyes, petite, about 5'2".
Jack: Okey-doke. Well, the doctors say a little caffeine won't -- Greenlee? Greenlee?
Juan Pablo: Tad?
Greenlee: I remembered! Juan Pablo, I remember.
Ryan: Another accident?
Kendall: No, I was just -- well, it -- it needed repotting anyway.
Ryan: Oh. So what did you want to talk to me about? I don't know much about plants.
Kendall: Right. I -- I wanted to -- I want --
Ryan: Ok. That said a lot about what you want. Now, are you sure you want this with me?
Kendall: Good question. Kiss me again.
Ryan: Hey, hey, hey, you kiss me.
Kendall: Now, just shut up and kiss me. Oh. Oh, God. Oh, God, he was right. He was right. I feel it. I do, I do. I really feel it.
Ryan: Yeah, so do I, but is that good? I mean, I'm not going to get slugged, or I'm not going to get hit with a chair?
>> On the next "All My Children" --
David: Well, since the cops are watching, I think we should give them something to radio in about.
Greenlee: I love you.
Kendall: I know exactly what I'm doing -- what I'm doing.
