Mary: How did you get this?
Erica: Don't worry about how I got it, Mary. You need to worry about what I知 going to do with it.
Greenlee: Just exactly what is your history with Mrs. Lacey?
Carlos: There's nothing to tell. Nothing interesting.
Anna: I don't want to blame you for Leora's death, and you shouldn't blame Tad or Joe or anyone.
Greenlee: Hello? Someone going to tell me what's going on here?
Erica: Mary? Greenlee is your daughter. Do you think she'd be interested in our conversation, or do you think it would be better to keep it between ourselves?
Greenlee: Greenlee can speak for herself, and she's most definitely interested.
Mary: Yes, you're absolutely right. This does affect you. And I知 sorry that I didn't tell you sooner.
Jack: So what do you think? You think this will knock Ms. Kane's sock off? Huh? What do you think?
Reggie: Yeah, you got the bling-bling little phat rocks going on, you know. You straight.
Jack: Okey-dokey. Sure took your sweet time getting them back here to me, though.
Reggie: What, you thought I was going to go pawn them off on the street or something?
Jack: No, no, no, I知 nothing but grateful, believe me.
Reggie: Ok. Well, look, I got to jet, so --
Jack: Whoa, whoa, what's your big hurry? You just got here.
Reggie: Well, I know, but I got to go set up the crib -- you know, make sure, you know, everything is all right for the, you know --
Jack: Well, that's very considerate of you. Thank you. Are you ok? Looks like maybe there's something else on your mind.
Reggie: Oh, no. I知 good. No, I知 all right. Thank you.
Jack: Yeah, just hang on a second. You know, if I didn't know better, it looked like you were about to say goodbye to me. That's not what's going on here, is it?
Mia: Is this even? No, this is not even.
Mia: Hi. Hey, Jamie.
Jamie: May I help you?
Mia: Yeah. Thank you.
Jamie: Ok. You look like you could use some -- some help there.
Mia: Yeah, yeah. Well, I certainly could use a break. I知 melting. I知 dying here.
Jamie: Yeah, it sure is hot.
Mia: Yeah. Well, look at you. You must take after your Uncle Jake. He was a Mr. Fix-it, too.
Jamie: Well, it's -- it's too bad he couldn't fix what happened with you.
Jamie: So, is there anything else you'd like me to do?
Mia: Is it just the heat, or are you hitting on me?
Jamie: What do you think?
Mia: Well, I don't know. I知 not sure. I mean, is that smile a yes or a no?
Simone: It's a big back-the-hell-off no.
Tad: Ah --
Tad: What the hell is this?
David: Looks like you got yourself in quite a bind there, Tad.
Reggie: I just wanted to let you know that you did a lot for me, and I知 -- I知 grateful. Thank you.
Jack: Well, you've done a lot for me, too. But now you seem anxious to get out of here. What do you got, a young lady waiting, perhaps? Hmm?
Reggie: Well, you know, I知 just trying to keep with old Jack's pace, you know.
Jack: Oh, well, that shouldn't be too tough. You be careful. I値l see you later, ok?
Reggie: All right. Later.
Reggie: Hey, what's up, Joni?
Joni: You did it. You told him about Luis, didn't you?
Reggie: I --
Joni: I am so proud of you, Reggie. I really am. But you know, I should probably go apologize for changing the inventory.
Reggie: No, no, no. Jack's really, really tired. He went to sleep right after I finished talking to him. But what I will do is, you know, walk you to your car because, you know, ladies like that kind of stuff.
Jack: Hello, sweetheart. When you get this message, you get your beautiful self down here, will you? I guarantee it'll be worth your while.
Erica: Mary, I don't imagine this is something you'd want to go public with.
Mary: But Greenlee has a right to know. Darling, remember when I told you that I -- I met a man?
Greenlee: Yeah. Why is this one so different from, well, all the others?
Mary: Because I met him right here in Pine Valley, and I didn't tell you right away because he was from my past.
Greenlee: That covers a lot of ground, mother.
Mary: Yeah, I know. I know, but -- but it was a long, long time ago. It was before I married your -- married Roger.
Greenlee: So he's a man from your past and you met him before you married Daddy? So what was he, a waiter at your rehearsal dinner?
Mary: No. No. It was Jackson Montgomery. Greenlee?
Greenlee: What? I知 sorry. Did you expect me to be shocked? So it's Jackson Montgomery. What's the big deal?
Jack: Hey, Joni.
Joni: Hi. Sorry, I - did I wake -- I didn't mean to wake you. I知 sorry.
Jack: No, no, no. I致e been awake for hours. What?
Joni: Nothing. You're just in a good mood, I guess.
Jack: Any reason I shouldn't be?
Joni: He didn't tell you, did he?
Jack: He didn't tell me what, Joni? Joni?
Joni: You know what, I have to go find Reggie. I値l be --
Jack: Joni, whoa, whoa, whoa. What's going on here?
Joni: You know, you wouldn't understand. I -- there's really no time.
Jack: Joni, listen to me. You're not leaving this room until I do understand, so get back in here.
David: You should be careful. You keep that up, you're going to pass out.
Tad: So why don't you hit the air conditioner since we're obviously going to be here for a while.
David: I can't do that. You see, the power grids all over town -- they're overloaded because of the heat.
Tad: Unlock the cuffs. I値l get us a fan.
David: I壇 love to do that Tad, but I don't have the key. I guess whoever did that to you -- I guess they probably have that.
Tad: You son of a --
David: How do you like it? Hmm? That helpless feeling, you know, when you have no control over anything? Well, now you know how I felt.
David: When you kept me from saving my daughter's life.
Tad: That's why you're doing this? Hayward, every surgeon in that operating room agreed there was nothing you or anybody else could have done to save Leora.
David: Of course, they're going to say that. They're not about to admit they're responsible any more than you are. But all of that is going to change.
Tad: This is insane. This -- this is crazy. You got to try and let this go.
David: No, not until you know what it's like, not until you know what it feels like to lose everything, to lose the one thing that meant more to you than anything else in the whole world. Then, and only then, Tad, will I let it go.
Tad: How is tying me to a chair and possibly caving in my skull while you do it going to accomplish that?
David: What do you think you'd feel like if, let's say while you're here like this, something terrible, something tragic would happen to Jamie? Hmm?
Tad: You stay away from my son.
David: He's going to probably start wondering where you are.
Tad: I swear to God, if you do anything --
David: But the one thing --
Tad: Anything --
David: The one thought that will stay with you, the one thought that will haunt you over and over again is that you could have kept him safe, that you could have kept him alive if someone would have just let you get to your son when he really needed you.
Simone: What are you doing?
Simone: Are you obsessing on any man with the last name Martin?
Mia: Simone, I was just talking to him.
Mia: I was engaged to his uncle.
Simone: Yeah, well, I didn't see Jamie crying "Uncle" anytime soon.
Mia: Oh, my God. You're jealous.
Simone: Ok, no. I think the heat softened your brain.
Mia: Come on, now. Don't tell me you haven't batted around the idea of going out with Tad.
Simone: Oh, oh, you mean Jamie痴 father. Ah, yeah.
Mia: Maybe the charm is hereditary. Oh, yeah.
Simone: Nice obliques. Cute, but he's also a kid.
Mia: And he's coming this way. Ahem.
Mia: Hey. Thank you. Thank you. That looks great.
Mia: Thanks for your help.
Jamie: Any time, any time.
Mia: Such a sweetie.
Simone: So, James, I hear you've been working hard.
Jamie: Yeah, yeah, I知 just helping out.
Simone: That's so nice.
Jamie: Yeah. I don't think Mia needs help anymore, and I was wondering if you needed anything taken care of?
Ruth: You know, I think we're going to need the rest of the cups in the car. Hand me the keys.
Joe: Yeah, ok.
Brooke: Ok, all right, I知 just going to keep squeezing.
Joe: My grandson's quite the charmer, isn't he?
Brooke: Oh, Joe, can you give him some guidance?
Joe: Me? Brooke, I had a hard enough time keeping up with Tad at that age.
Brooke: Well, could you try?
Joe: Well, yeah, I could try. But as I remember, Tad wasn't always interested in what I had to say.
Brooke: Well, then, I guess I have no choice. I知 just going to have to tie Jamie to a chair in the basement until he's 30.
Joe: Hmm. Well, I wonder if that would have worked with Tad.
Tad: You stay away from my son.
David: Why? What the hell are you going to do? Huh? You're not going to do a damn thing, Tad, just like I couldn't do a damn thing, thanks to you, when my daughter needed me.
Tad: Hayward, I didn't kill your daughter. Neither did my father.
David: No, you just kept me from saving her life, right? You self-righteous bastard! You forced me to sit there and watch -- watch -- while my daughter's life was taken away from her.
Tad: I知 sorry.
David: Oh, really? Oh, you're sorry. For what? Are you sorry for my loss?
David: Oh. But not your part in it, right?
Tad: I didn't have a part in it. You're a doctor, a surgeon. You know first-hand these things happen.
David: No, no, no, no. This did not have to happen. It did not, Tad. And now we're going to see how you like it.
Tad: Like what?
David: When it's your turn to sit by and watch.
Tad: No. David, no, please -- please, don't go near Jamie. Do anything you want to me. Just leave him alone. Please. Hayward! David!
Greenlee: You have a past with Jackson. Why is that suddenly an issue now?
Mary: Well, because --
Greenlee: Oh. Oh, I get it. You two are fighting over the same man. Wow! This is classic. When does the hair-pulling start?
Mary: Greenlee, Jackson is -- Jackson is the reason that Erica and I have not been getting along lately.
Greenlee: Because you're still interested in him. Mother, seriously, I mean, would it kill you to go after a man who's -- I don't know -- actually available?
Erica: Oh, believe me, Greenlee, losing Jackson to your mother is the last thing I知 worried about.
Greenlee: Where have I heard that before? Oh, that's right -- when you said the last thing you were worried about was a little competition from Fusion, and that was -- oh, wow -- before we started knocking your tired products off the shelves.
Erica: Oh, I see. Is that what this is about? Your little display at Lacey痴? Well, here's some advice. Enjoy your time in the spotlight because it won't last. Fusion is a fad, and fads fade, and people will forget you were ever even there. Ask your mother.
Greenlee: Don't bet on it.
Erica: Ok. You made the right decision not telling Greenlee that she is Jackson's daughter.
Mary: I didn't do it for you. I did it for Jackson.
Erica: Oh, yes. And you did it for Greenlee, didn't you? Because we both know how much the truth about you would hurt them, don't we?
Mary: Wait just a minute. Wait.
Joni: I can't tell you because there's no time. I have to go --
Jack: Joni, Joni, listen, listen. If Reggie is in trouble, you have to tell me what's going on so I can help him. Now, what's up?
Joni: Ok. It's Luis.
Jack: What about him?
Joni: He's forcing Reggie to steal stuff from the Habitat site.
Jack: That's why the discrepancies in the work orders?
Joni: Yes, but Luis also threatened you, me, and Janelle if Reggie didn't cooperate with him.
Jack: Why didn't you tell me this?
Joni: Because Reggie begged me to keep quiet, and he told me that he was going to tell you, and I believed him.
Jack: Oh, Reggie, what are you thinking about?
Joni: And you know what? Since he didn't tell you, he's probably going to go after Luis himself, and that's why I have to go, because Luis is crazy! I mean, he could have, like, a knife or a gun.
Jack: A gun. I have a gun in my safe, and I gave Reggie the combination.
Reggie: Leave it!
Luis: What you doing, Dog? You're late.
Reggie: It's over, Luis.
Luis: Yeah, whatever. Just help me get all this stuff in the truck, huh?
Reggie: I said stop.
Mary: The truth of the matter is, Erica, that Greenlee is Jackson's daughter. Our daughter. We created her, and he is going to love her.
Erica: Well, here's some more truth for you, Mary. Jackson is not going to love you, and he's not going to see this as some sort of a selfless act on your part, finally coming forward with the truth.
Mary: It's absolutely a selfless act. Greenlee may never speak to me again.
Erica: Oh, as if you ever cared about your daughter, Greenlee. So this is a risk worth taking, isn't it, because Jackson is the love of your life? Are you kidding? You don't love Jackson. You're not even capable of love. The only thing you've loved, in addition to yourself, is money. That's the only thing you ever cared for, and that's why you dumped Jackson all those years ago for Roger, because you thought that Jackson was nothing but a poor little pool boy.
Mary: And I have regretted that ever since. I知 a different woman now, Erica.
Erica: Yeah, I壇 say desperate. Let's review your latest escapade, shall we? Ah, yes, you and Jean Paul. You remember Jean Paul, don't you? Jean Paul, who came right after that Portuguese gigolo --
Mary: Give me that!
Erica: Who emptied your bank account. Jean Paul -- 17 years old, son of a French diplomat who had you unceremoniously thrown out of the country. Well, isn't that just lovely. So that explains why you came back to Pine Valley, Mary. You need money.
Erica: Yes. And that's why you went to Jackson. You lost money. The gigolo cleaned you out, so you went to Jackson, and that's why you want Jackson to know that he is Greenlee痴 father.
Mary: I would never use my daughter for financial gain. That's out of the question. Erica, please. You have everything. You don't need to ruin me.
Erica: Oh, I see. But it's all right for you to try to ruin Jackson and me? No, Mary, by not telling I知 actually doing you a favor, because if Jackson or Greenlee ever found out about this, they'd never speak to you again. So by being quiet, I知 actually helping you out.
Greenlee: You're here! Hey! Oh, you feel good. Sweaty. Tell me that you're ready to leave, because after the day I had, I am so ready for a romantic getaway. I had this thing with my mother and Erica Kane, of all people. Don't worry. I値l spare you all the hideously awkward details.
Carlos: Was it about how Fusion replaced Enchantment's display at Lacey痴?
Carlos: I stopped by at Lacey痴 to pick up a couple things for our trip. It was hard not to notice.
Greenlee: So it looked good? What? Aren't you happy for me? Somebody over there finally took notice of the fact that Enchantment is old news and Fusion is cutting edge.
Carlos: Is that why? Or did you take something I told you about Diane Lacey and you used it to get what you wanted?
Reggie: How does it feel, huh? Your back up against the wall? Not so big, huh?
Luis: I don't know what you think you're doing, but you better put that strap down. Reggie.
Reggie: You're not calling the shots anymore.
Luis: Oh, yeah? What about big D.A., huh? He's not going to like it, you getting all badass vigilante on it.
Reggie: Like you care, all right? You left him to die, just like you did my brother. You left my brother to die!
Luis: Your brother ratted on us, Reginald. He turned his back on his friends. That's just what you're doing now.
Reggie: Well, I知 not your friend!
Luis: Is that what you think?
Reggie: I知 not your friend because soon as you get finished cleaning this place out, you're going to come after me.
Luis: Do what he did. Go ahead and run. Call the cops.
Reggie: Nah, because this right here is all I need to take care of you.
Luis: Then you better shoot me. And when you do, you better make sure I知 dead. Come on. Come on, stop shaking and do it. Do it. Do it! Do it!
Jack: Reggie, Reggie. Reggie, put the gun down.
Tad: Ugh! Damn it!
Anna: Tad? What are you doing? What happened?
Tad: David happened.
Anna: Oh, my God. David did this to you?
Tad: Does it look like something I could do to myself? Get me out of here.
Anna: How did you dial 911?
Tad: With my tongue.
Anna: Where's the key?
Tad: I知 assuming your ex has them. Never mind that. Pick up the phone. I want you to call Jamie. David threatened him and tore off out of here. The number is 555-0001. But let me talk to him, ok? I don't want him to get scared.
Anna: Well, David痴 not going to do anything to your son.
Tad: The way he tore off out of here, I wouldn't put it past him. He could do anything. Come on.
Jamie: Hey, Dad, what's up?
Tad: Never mind that. Are you all right?
Jamie: Yeah, I知 fine, except for this heat. Man, oh, man.
Tad: Just listen to me, please. I want you to do me a favor.
Jamie: Sure. What?
Tad: I want you to stay with your mother or your grandparents until you hear from me again, ok? You don't go anywhere by yourself.
Jamie: Yeah, but why? Why?
Tad: Jamie, it's important. Please just do it.
Jamie: Dad, are you ok?
Tad: Yeah, I知 fine, I知 fine. Just do what I ask. I値l explain later.
Anna: Tad, if it'll make you feel any better, I値l get a cop assigned to David.
Tad: It'll make me feel better if you assign a cop to my son and then lock up your ex-husband.
Anna: Yeah, Devane.
Tad: Is that him?
Anna: What? No. Shut up. No, not you. What? What? Oh, yeah, I値l be right there. Oh, ok. I値l be right there.
Tad: Was that about him?
Anna: No, it has nothing to do with you. I have to go. I値l get an officer over here to get you out of these cuffs, and I will assign a cop to Jamie, so don't worry about him.
Tad: Anna --
Anna: I have to go.
Anna: I知 sorry.
[Car starts, drives off]
Liza: Well, what have we here?
Erica: Darling, I got here as fast as I -- Joni? Where's Jack?
Joni: He said that I couldn't go, because it was too dangerous.
Erica: Go? Go where?
Joni: The Habitat site. And Mr. Montgomery -- he thinks that -- that Reggie took his gun and went after Luis.
Erica: Reggie has Jackson's gun? Oh, my God.
Jack: Whoa, Reggie. Reggie, Reggie, think what you're doing here.
Reggie: There's nothing to think about.
Jack: Yes, there is.
Reggie: Look, J, please just get out of here.
Jack: Look, you think pulling that trigger is going to make you a man? You're wrong. All it's going to make you is a murderer. And a few stolen supplies from a job site is nothing to throw your life away for.
Reggie: You think that is what this is about? He's the one who robbed Trey's apartment. He said he was going to kill Janelle if I said anything.
Luis: Shut up.
Reggie: He's the one who found you in that alleyway and left you to die --
Luis: Shut up!
Reggie: And I did nothing.
Jack: Yes, you did. Yes, you did. You got me to the hospital. You saved my life, man.
Reggie: No, no! Joni did that, not me. I did nothing. Just like this place. He said he was going to steal all the stuff. He said he was going to kill Joni if I said anything. I知 tired of doing nothing.
Jack: Look, Reggie, right now you don't have to do anything. Joni's safe. I知 fine. Everything's good. Just put the gun down, man.
Reggie: Look, man, he's responsible for George痴 death. It's his fault.
Luis: George would still be here if he had kept his mouth shut!
Reggie: You shut up your mouth.
Jack: Reggie --
Reggie: No, J! Look, I知 tired of being scared. I知 tired of just letting him walk away.
Jack: So that's it, then, huh? That's it? You're just going to throw your future away, helping your sisters -- all that, you're going to throw away for this trash here? He's not worth it, Reggie.
Reggie: He killed my brother. You messed with everybody I ever cared about.
Jack: He killed your brother? All right, then you help me put him where he can never hurt anybody ever again, ok? Don't you trade your future for his. Don't you be the one that ends up in Statesville for the rest of your life, man. Now listen to me. Listen to me -- you've got a future, Reggie. I believe in you. Don't do this thing. Please don't do this thing. You'll break my heart, man. Please? Please?
Anna: You're under arrest.
Luis: For what?
Anna: Cuff him, cuff him.
Officer: Turn around!
Second Officer: Drop your weapon. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
Luis: Just like George.
Officer: You have the right to have an attorney present. If you cannot afford an attorney and you want one to be present, one will be appointed to you free of charge prior to questioning.
Brooke: Can I talk to you for just a minute?
Brooke: Ahem. You do remember why you're here, right? To help?
Jamie: I am helping.
Brooke: Uh-huh. Not helping yourself to the Fusion girls. Helping yourself and your grandparents.
Jamie: Well, what's with all this family togetherness stuff?
Jamie: Oh, man. What do you want?
David: Just tell your father I said, Hi.
Jamie: I really don't think my dad's going to care what Dr. Evil is going to say.
David: Kid likes to talk tough, just like his father. Another brave little Martin, huh?
Brooke: You want to lighten up, David? You know, people are trying to have a good time.
David: Why? What's this all about?
Brooke: Well, it's the Fourth of July Fair and this is the hospital booth, and Ruth is making Grandma Kate痴 famous lemonade.
David: Oh, that sounds great. Does she have any apple pie, cookies, and a flag to go with it?
Brooke: David, I know what it's like to lose a child.
Brooke: It hurts, and nobody can say anything to you that's right. And you lash out, but, you know, it doesn't make it better, and it doesn't make the pain any less real. There's this group that meets. We've all lost children. You know, we get together, and we talk about how we get through the days that are rough. We meet for about an hour. You know, you don't have to talk if you don't want to. Sometimes it just helps to listen.
David: You can do all the talking you want, Brooke. I値l deal with this in my own way.
Liza: So who is she?
Tad: Who is who?
Liza: The woman that I saw tearing out of here. Did she forget her whip to go with those cuffs?
Tad: Har-dee-har-har, what fun it is to laugh! That was Anna. She was here as a police officer because her husband has assaulted me.
Liza: David did this?
Liza: Are you all right? Was anybody else hurt?
Tad: Not yet, thank God.
Liza: What do you mean, "not yet"? Where is he?
Tad: I don't know. He threatened Jamie and took off.
Liza: Anna came looking for David?
Tad: Yeah. She's just -- I don't know where she is now. She sent a cop to look after Jamie. I just spoke with him. He seems fine.
Liza: Jamie should be with you.
Tad: Thanks for the news flash. I知 working on it. I certainly don't intend to let David get away with something like this.
Liza: Well, it's good to hear you still have it. See, that's actually why I came over -- to communicate some things to you.
Tad: Wait -- you were worried about me?
Liza: No, I was worried that you were convinced that I was still carrying a little torch for you and wanted to let you know that I知 not, despite what your ego is telling you.
Tad: You really think now is a good time to deal with this?
Liza: Why? You going somewhere?
Tad: Could you do me a little favor? I知 a little tied up. Just answer the door.
Tad: Thank you.
Officer: Evening. Chief sent me over to unlock Tad Martin.
Tad: Yeah, that's me! The guy in the chair. Thank you.
Liza: Actually, I was wondering if you would let me unlock him. Maybe you could just leave the key with me. I could return the key in the morning. It's just that I致e been out of town, and this is my first night back.
Officer: Oh, I got you. I understand. My wife -- she travels a lot, also. Enjoy.
Tad: Did he just say "Enjoy"?
Liza: Oh, yes.
Tad: Come on, just -- don't stand there. Just unlock these things. They're really uncomfortable.
Greenlee: How could you think that I could force Diane Lacey to do anything?
Carlos: Why wouldn't you?
Greenlee: Because, first of all, you never told me what her big secret was.
Carlos: And I had a good reason for that.
Greenlee: You don't trust me.
Carlos: No. I just understand the need to keep certain things private. But if you took what I confided in you and you used it to your advantage to get what you wanted, I want to know about it right now.
Greenlee: Yes. Ok? Yes, I did talk with Mrs. Lacey, but it's not what you think.
Carlos: I知 listening.
Greenlee: Well, basically, I told her about our nationwide response we've been getting from our sexiest man contest, how we're pulling in a younger demographic that's putting Fusion's products in higher demand. We have this interview with "us" magazine coming up, and that's going to raise our visibility. I mean, it was a no-brainer. I mean, it's built-in publicity. And I offered her a chance to display the photos of the 25 finalists of the sexiest man contest and to have a chance to help with voting.
Carlos: Is that it?
Greenlee: That's it.
Luis: Don't be like George.
Anna: All right --
Luis: Keep your mouth shut.
Anna: Get him out of here. Thanks, thanks.
Luis: Don't be like George.
Jack: You ok? Whoa, whoa, whoa -- Anna, please, this isn't necessary, is it?
Anna: I don't have to explain the law to you, do I?
Jack: Please, please, this --
Erica: Oh, Jack. Thank God.
Jack: Erica, what are you doing here?
Erica: Oh, Jack, when I went to the hospital, Joni told me you had left to stop a shooting. What, have you lost your mind? Jack, you could have been killed.
Anna: I知 sorry. That takes the decision out of my hands. Take him in.
Jack: Listen to me. It's going to be ok. Don't you talk to anybody until I get there, ok?
Jack: You did the right thing here, and I got your back. Don't you forget that.
Officer: You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say --
Erica: No, Jack, where are you going? No, of course not -- I知 going to take you back to the hospital.
Jack: No, you're not taking me anywhere. He was trying to protect me, Erica. That's what he was trying to do. I知 not going to let him face this alone.
Tad: What, you want me to beg?
Liza: Beg? You know, I don't ever really think I致e ever seen you beg.
Tad: I -- what the hell is going on? First Anna, now you. I mean, if this is the kind of help I get from my friends, I知 really in serious trouble.
Liza: Really? You consider me a friend? Because there was a little while there that you actually thought there might be more to it on my part.
Tad: I -- I cannot believe you're doing this. All right, all right, I apologize, ok? I知 sorry. I never meant to imply that you ever thought of me as anything other than a dear friend who just happens to know you biblically. Now could you please unlock the damn cuffs?
Liza: You know, I never really thought I would ever say this, but I think that David Hayward did the women of Pine Valley a huge favor because I think you need a time-out. I think you need to reassess your priorities.
Tad: You're kidding.
Liza: No, I知 not kidding. I actually think this is the best thing that's ever happened to you. I think on a hot and steamy night that you should be right here instead of trying to weasel your way into an unsuspecting woman's bed.
Tad: Look in my eye. Liza, this isn't funny, ok? Not a joke. I知 not laughing.
Tad: Unlock the cuffs.
Liza: You know, I値l let Jamie unlock the cuffs in the morning. Have a nice night.
Tad: Liza. Liza, please, come on, ok? I知 sorry. No, really, I am. I made a mistake, ok? Please? Liza! I have to go to the bathroom!
Jamie: Simone, I was thinking about joining your contest for the sexiest man.
Simone: Oh, really?
Jamie: Do you think I have a shot?
Simone: Well, you definitely have my vote, but you missed the June 30 deadline, sweet thing. Submissions are now closed. Sorry.
Jamie: Well, is there some way I can convince you to bend the rules, or --
Simone: Oh --
Jamie: Can you help me out here? Come on.
Mia: You need to help me check out our samples.
Simone: Well, Jamie needs my help right now.
Mia: Well, I知 sure he'll be just fine without it. Come on.
Simone: Oh, bye.
Jamie: See you later.
Ruth: Well, I think everything is ready for tomorrow.
Joe: Nice work, everybody.
Brooke: Thank goodness. Really, we make a great team.
Ruth: Uh-huh. I saw you talking to David Hayward in there. How did that go?
Brooke: Oh, not well.
Ruth: I do hope that David finds a constructive way to get through his grief without hurting himself or anybody else in the process.
Joe: Am I going to get a sample of that? Huh?
Ruth: We all will.

Erica: I have to tell you. I mean, how can I keep you from your own child?
Kendall: Why don't we just kill the sucker now and get it over with.
David: Today is judgment day, darling.
